The Britannic Commonwealth would like to dispatch Dilbert Cooper to serve as the Londinian attaché to EVIL.

A nasty scowl came over Helicon's face as he read the latest edition of the Global Gazzette, the paper was torn slammed to the table, and in a half second the Supreme Consul had picked up his steak knife from dinner and slammed it through the forehead of a map of British Londinium. "Damn cowards make us out to be bloody fools!", shouted the man, his black hair damp from obvious frustration. "They're laughing at us! Laughing! One of the founding members of EVIL is overwhelmed and surrenders in one day... without so much as a bullet being fired?!", Helicon, now standing slammed his fist to the table with an wicked look of hatred over his face. "This cannot continue! We look pathetic... my own people are questioning our involvement in this alliance! When our own members surrender without the slightest resistance? When they fold to foriegn demands! This is enough! We have problems... problems which-", Helicon was cut off mid-setence by a messenger informing the board of the Londinian request to send a representative. This only made the man more irrate, as he threw what was left of his lunch at the servant. "Those bastards have caused this! So help me god if I ever see one again! NO! I will not tolerate a representative from the nation that single handedly destroyed our... non-existant reputation."

"With all due respect consul, understanding that this is preposterous, I suggest that the best way of showing them what we are would be to just continue business as usual. What else could we do? I mean we could start killing people, but that is what has gotten us into this mess in the first place."

Cooper burst through the doors angrily.

Perhaps we would not have capitulated so easily had our allies come to our assistance, rather than bitching and moaning about how they disliked our internal policies. Seeing how an entire alliance was invading our nation, and not a single nation in EVIL responded to our fucking request for aid, the President felt that he had no choice but to surrender if he wanted his people to live! he shouted.

"COWARDICE!", shouted Kroando, searching for his gun. "Your men fired not one shot. Not one! You did not hold on for a moment before surrendering. How could we aid you? Your piss ant army collapsed before we even got the message that your were attacked! You give in at the first sign of opposition, before we have the chance to come to your aid!", face red, Helicon was gripping the table in rage. "Not one enemy soldier has fallen dead. Not one. Why should we defend you if you are not willing to defend yourselves!?!", Helicon, simply outraged, concluded the situation simply. "Guards, take him away."

I just want to point out OOCly the reasons I surrendered:

1. Previously was invaded, fought it out, and was turned into a post WWI Germany.
2. TPF was being obnoxious and helped me only by throwing money at me.

The Church of the Nine sadly excepts British Londinium's departure and wishes that they had contacted us sooner about this war, as the men of the Holy Army are getting restless and are eager for the fray.

The point of us not letting BL back in is to keep him out of EVIL. We won't let him join you, but you and him can attempt to force us to let him. (AKA: drive us off)

That's the way invasions work.... The coalition invaded and took possession of his nation (or is at least trying to), and will continue until such time as they are driven from power and out of the nation.

Because generally it's a good idea to keep the nation you've just conquered out of alliances full of allies of the previous administration that want to drive out the coalition.

"I wish to bring up the matter of what is being called the Drow Crusade. As some of you may be aware, we have been enforcing our immigration and tourism laws on missionaries. Nothing new, except that a Council law has been passed forbidding missionaries from speaking with the general Drow public. The EVIL fleet is still active in our waters, and we request further support from EVIL.

"However, it has come to our attention that one of our fellow members, Buddha C, has allowed many of its citizens to leave and join in this crusade. We demand that justice be served and Buddha C either directly send troops and other support of their own to aid us, or that they be ejected from the alliance for their impudence. Of course right now, nothing has been done and my nation has just been hit with nuclear weapons, so it's kinda hot air right now. But the rhetoric is there! Which in No Endorse politics, rhetoric is everything. Yes I know OOCly that NB isn't part of E.V.I.L., Amner was using that bit of misinformation to help justify retribution against E.V.I.L. even more, since just being allies of the previous Londinium administration is a kinda weak justification.

It's not our fault the ignorant Christian fools became cannon fodder this crusade." The Cnian continued, "And you're attacking us for citzens you used to be citizens in our nation? Because believe me, we won't let those Christian come back." The Cnian finally sat down, keeping his angry checked.

Were they in position before the current flare-up of violence? If not, it will be terribly difficult to gain entry. You can get a few in through various means, but by in large you will find yourself unable.

Consul Horus de Azrim stood and pointed out this interesting tidbit to the other members of the council. 'Why were not the nations who had embassies in the territory of Nova Brittanica informed, or at least allowed to leave before being annhilated at the hands of what is clearly a madman. Twice the nation of Whyatica (led by clearly one who cannot lead, only preen and posture) has killed my nation's citizens while at war with another nation. They are not a member of the UN, so cannot be condemned, and even when condemned, Whyatica simply does not care and sits on a moral high horse and acts like it cannot be de-throned. Shouting: Who besides me sees the utter hypocrisy and nonsense in this? My apologies... the strain of the last few days and the fact more and more reports show that the nuclear accident appears to have been the work of terrorists, has taken its toll on me.'

The Consul sat and waited for more news, probably all bad, to come in over the wires.

An expendable diplomat of Imperial Whyatica entered the EVIL alliance room, showing his proper ambassadorial identification and making it past the guards. He entered the room and said, "May I be heard?"

If they killed him, oh well, he was a clone. The Empire does not waste valuable men..

"I am here to inform you of the circumstances of the nuclear destruction of Nova Brittanica. During our occupation of British Londinium, Nova Britannica made several foolish threats against the Coalition, and at 1320 hours today, he launched twenty intercontinental ballistic missiles at each coalition member. As per procedure, we responded in full force. We can only assume NB's high command panicked and fired 9,000 ICBMs at the coalition, and importantly, 7,000 IRBMs at British Londinium/Eurasia. The Britannic government must have wanted to go out in a nuclear fireball as a way of saying 'fuck you' to the world."

'So that means you have how many nukes left? Just a bookeeping procedure, you understand.'

"Tis such a shame. Surely you know we, the alliance, are not behind this. We would never condone nuclear force as a first strike option.", said Karl as he motioned at the bartender to bring him a scotch.

'But would Whyatica use their nuclear capability as a front for terrorism, especially among young, emerging nations with some technical capability. Surely not?'

"The Emperor did what had to be done, I believe he is a respectable enough man to shy away from actions such as aiding terrorists."

"That information is classified." the Ambassador said, looking at the representative from New Albor intently.

"We agree," he said, looking at the man from Bartonstein, "but my government has not sent me here for that purpose. My government has sent me here to hand-deliver a declaration of war from the governments of the Libertarian Empire of Cravan, the Nationalist Militocracy of Izistan, and the Imperial Democracy of Whyatica against your alliance."

"Let me make this clear - The Imperial Democracy, nor any of it's allies, will use nuclear warfare as a first strike in a battle."

"One more thing, before you shoot me. Any nation that LEAVES the EVIL alliance and publicly denounces them will not be targetted for invasion by the Coalition." the Ambassador said, fully expecting to be shot.

"This is beginning to get ridiculous, what is the reason for this?!" snapped Karl as he downed his measure of scotch.

The Ambassador, realizing that they probably wouldn't shoot him for fear of pissing off the Imperial government, turned around and walked away. The uproar in the EVIL council room accomplished, he attempted to leave the EVIL headquarters without getting shot so he could report back..

The consul stormed after the ambassador/clone and tackled him, starting to pummel him in a fury of well-placed rage.

As the Whyatican walked out on the middle of the Bartonsteinian question, Helicon simply stood, walked over to one of the guards, and took his German-Made SMG. Cocking the bolt gave a quick whistle, catching the mans attention. "Give my regards to the countless numbers of Whyatican soldiers about to join you." And with that, the entire clip of over 35 bullets was unloaded into the representative. Dropping the weapon to the ground, he walked back into the room, sat down and straightened his tie. "Now. Where were we? Ah yes! Medals!"

Karl shouted to the guards, "Pull them off of each other!"

"Put the Whyatican in a holding cell, no privileges!"

Consul de Azrim took several drinks, seeing the bullet holes neatly ensconced in the diplomat, and thanking the stars that the consul from Kroando was an excellent shot. He sat and fumed, feeling powerless, but resigned to meed his fate with his allies... The Prime Minister would do the same and all Alborians would rather die on their feet than live on their knees at the whim of a nuclear-armed thug.

'I say fight.', and de Azrim finished the bottle of vodka.

Due to the hostility from the EVIL alliance to neutral nations (The Island of Rose being an example), the suspected involvement of EVIL members in terrorism in the former British Londinium, and the involvement of EVIL members in arming a state which attempted to destroy the Coalition by nuclear weaponry, a state of war exists between the COALITION of Whyatica, Izistan, and Cravan, against the EVIL alliance and any supporters of such alliance. Also, you kick puppies.

[Just so everyone knows, I despise 'space wars' and usually godmod shooting down missile spams from orbital platforms.]

"Well, Kroando is currently being invaded by a rather vicious Eastern Horde... and by Spizania and Hataria... I dont see what a few more million men will do. No nation has ever occupied Kroando with sucess, and no nation ever will... guess it's a good thing the Burnsians decided to jump back onboard."

Reading the Whyatican telegram Helicon laughed... "I sure do hate puppies."

'To my fellow EVIL Alliance Bloc members, I have received instruction from my government... even with the horrors of nuclear terrorism that has recently plagued New Albor, we will not surrender to this clear violation of our sovreignty and our rights to join any alliance we wish. Plus, we do not kick puppies... we kick hippies and pothead tree-huggers. Big difference. We love puppies.

In any event, the Federation has placed all its forces on full alert and has mobilized all reserves, plus our fleets have put to see and our air forces have already launched. Needless to say, our nuclear forces stand ready.

It is our nation's privilege to fight with such allies'.

"I propose a toast, to our luck in these endeavors! Our military is being mobilized as we speak, and our top of the line defenses are being readied for battle. I always knew the king was right in building that wall around the capital city!" said Karl, raising his glass.

"First... I must reiterate this. No seperate peaces. We fight as one, we win as one. We do not stop until we are all satisfied.", Helicon stated, a look of grave concern on his face. "Do not worry comrades... these nations that attack... they are not built for war."

The exceedinly drunk Consul de Azrim raised his glass and returned the toast. 'Hear, hear... I hope some of us survive. I am sure, since we have such a small military, we will be first to be assaulted with their nuclear terror... still, we will fight with valor.'

SIC:hand scrawled note to our allies: We wish to unleash our nuclear forces on the Whyatica capital (we have 300 or so total nukes between our silos, SLBM destroyers and subs).

"Huzzah to that! Another toast! To unity!"

SIC: We do not wish to bring this to nuclear war, it isn't the way to win!

"No nukes. They are for the weak. We do not need them... theirs will be useless... please, trust me... a nuclear weapon is a pointless piece of technology... disregard it, fight with your men, your tanks, and your hearts, and victory is certain."

SIC: very well... we will use our nukes only in defense, but if they use them on us, we will have now choice. Indeed, if you wish, aside from defense forces and our nuclear defense, we can give you control of our military (similar to WWII and the Allies) to bolster your attack plans. Plus, we can call up our reserves and partisans to defend our lands.

OOC:I've been around NS for awhile, fought in more wars than I can remember, and that was the first time I've ever had to use nukes against another human. We won't strike first with nukes, trust me, although you have every right to be ICly paranoid.

Skgorria hereby withdraws from EVIL. All Skgorrian personnel within the IEF have been recalled. We will still honour our training comittments to Bartonstein and Buddha C (OOC: haven't forgotten about you!), but it has been decided that it is not in the best interests of Skgorria to remain in this alliance.

All forces are mobilized and prepared to defend the Alliance to the whatever end we seek. Further, we will never submit to conquerors... as Ho Chi Minh put it to the French and later the Americans 'You can kill ten of our men for every one we kill of yours. But even at those odds, you will lose and we will win. '

The consul downed another shot of vodka and groaned...' Great, the PM is using Ho Chi Minh... what next, Pol Pot?'

"The Kingdom is mobilizing troops as we speak. We are prepared to put the regional military on the line for this, roughly 15 million soldiers will be at your disposal and the rest will be put on defensive duty in the Kingdom. Naval and air support will have to be requested." said Karl. "We have also put in an order for a crate of Bartonsteinian Scotch, from one of our best producers, for the E.V.I.L bar."

The Consul recovered from his drunken stupor long enough to report, 'I have received word from our government that many in our region have offered their support and are willing to assist the Federation of New Albor in this just response to the unjust war-mongering of Whyatica and their allies... someone pass the scotch.'

The Burnsian delegate, one Ahmed Scott, who had slipped in earlier, slid a bottle of scotch down to the New Alborian delegate. "The Burnsian Desert would like to inform the Bloc that all IFE assets are being returned to Afghanistan as we speak. The Burnsian Army and Navy are being prepared to assist in the Whyatican campaign, although we still must destroy the nation of Kulikovia first."

'Do we have the capability to break unlawful blockade of our enemies of Eurasia to get the SPECTRE storefront going again... frankly I'd like to take all of them down a peg for their complete and utter arrogance and smug self-superiority. At any rate, we still have not been attacked and or forces are continuing to entrench and prepare for invasion. OOC: Absolutely true about the speed of combat thing, but there's really no accepted time rule... I'm just using it for time's sake.

Afghan Isle, the capital island of the E.V.I.L. Alliance Bloc. However due to recent conflicts involving the Valley of the Giants, our fleet has been repositioned to their shores, leaving the Isle relatively defenseless. Reports have Velkyan and Skyian fleets moving in on the island, and it will surely fall without immidiate naval assistance.

We've seen the concentrations surrounding Afghan Isle, and are willing to engage, however doing so would take all four of our cleared combat fleets, forcing us to mobilize those placed in reserve for the campaign. This, however, we will do.

Community, Conformity, Stability

Sadly, The Church is landlocked, and as such we do not have any sizeable navy, and what we do have is in defense of the motherland.
We have:
10 armies.
each 11 divisions, with 4 armies with one extra division, each division 10 battalions, each battalion 10 companies of 100 men.

Each army, 2 divisions 500 tanks, 1500 men

Each army 200 heavy 4man artillery, 400 light 2man artillery, and 600 standard 3 man artillery.

what we do have, instead of shops is a very large airforce. 500 2 man fighters, 1000 4 man bombers, and 1000 4 man carriers, each capable of carrying 100 men.

And these are just regulars. The airforce isn't assigned to any army, but is seperate.

I assign 2 armies to afghan isle, 2 to land in the Peoples Freedom once the Burnsian Desert gains a hold there, 4 to defend the Church, and 2 in reserve. My conscripts are the same, except with 140 divisions instead of 114 of infantry.

the brown line around Mundeim is a plateau, with only one entrance point, at the military post their.

Army #I is defending Mundeim. 1/4 of it is in the Stair, at the grey dot, 1/5 of it is overwatching the lake, 1/5 is in the mountains. the rest is in the city.

Armies #II and III and IV are stationed in Nortein, Engin, and Aratin respectfully.

Army V is stationed in Kabul on Afghan Isle, Army VI is in Herat.

Armies VII and VIII are in Mundeim, waiting to embark to the peoples freedom, and Armies IX and X are in Mundeim awaiting further orders.

The 500 000 Russian soldiers are split up between Kandahar and Mazar-e-sharit.

OOC: Note my nation has so far refrained from wholesale slaughter. As a matter of fact, in British Londinium I even refrained from using lethal weapons entirely whenever possible, and used ADS and such. In New Albor I offered peace repeatedly and accepted the first surrender offer given. So, ugh.
