Technically, yes, once you detach the tungsten needles new needles can be added but practically the satellite was designed to replace permanent tungsten needle systems. Its probably cheaper in the end to buy the ready made kits to fire up into the sky then to research and modify the open-source OS to figure out how to get new needles into them. Besides they also need to be refuled unless you adapt them to a different launcher than the one we provide because these can only get it just barely into High Orbit. In lower orbits its orbit decays and eventually it falls into the atmosphere.

OOC: The F-15 Strike Eagle is not an air superiority fighter. It is a Tactical Strike Fighter, meant to fill the role of hitting enemy targets ont he ground, and a limited capability to destroy aerial targets. They are surplus so the metal may be weaker than new. But frankly a AIM-120 up your ass, it doesn't matter if its brand new or surplus, you are going die.

88mm Anti-Aircraft Artillery

Yes I know this isn't "Air Equipment" but whatever. This is the popular 88mm AAA. It fires 88mm Flak shells up to 40,000 ft with proximity fuses, it then explodes near an aircraft showering it with shrapnel. It also proves useful against Light Tanks, APCs, Thin-skinned ships, and even bunkers because of its ability to break apart. 5 shells are loaded into each barrel and an autoloader pushes them in, everytime a barrel is exhausted it must be refilled.
