Ahem... always had Ohio. The states I got in "River Pirates of the Ohio" are Kentucky and Tennessee. For those not in the RL USA, these are the first and second states south of Ohio, respectively.

I'm also taking over Minnesota, Iowa, North and South Dakota, Montana, Idaho and Wyoming via tagging onto Chimaea's takeover of Winnepeg. All this set aside by the Pact of North American States.

Starting my first round of updates now.

As far as I know, the North American Pact RP is done, with each nation agreeing to territories and such. I will incorporate this into the claims listings.

A rundown of the agreement regarding claims in North America is as follows...

Vastiva = Alaska.

Chimea = British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Alberta, Manitoba, Sasketchwan, and Nunavut.

Nutronipia = Ontario, Quebec, and Newfoundland.

Green Sun = New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.

New Stamford = Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Taiwanese Islands = Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington, Oregon, and California.

West Cedarbrook = New York, New Jersey, Pennslyvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illionis, Iowa, Wisconisn, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho.

Myself (Sharina) = Texas, Louisana, Oklahoma, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Mexico.


If I forgot any other lands or players in the North American Pact, please let me know! Also, Hawaii isn't counted as it is Parlim's territory as far as I know.

Thats a good idea, that way its not all in one, and it wont be as swampt. Also, I think we should have a rule about inactives. If they have been inactive for 2 weeks (without saying that they have a RL problem) then they should be stript of their land on Earth III.

ALSO: Sharina, could you tg me your AIM name?

Okay, updated the Claims Lists as per Yafor and Gray's Hill claim summary.

I have a few questions though.

First, I'd like to see a RP of Greece and other new claims as many nations have already exceeded their "outright claims" limit.

Second, I'll remove most of the players from the Inactive Players list that Grays Hill has provided. I will eliminate them within a few days to give them a fair chance to speak up if they see their name on the list.

Third, the next round of "eliminations" will take place on March 21st, 1st day of Spring. (If any nations get DEAT'ed or get bumped from NS for 28 days of inactivity before March 21st, I will update the list accordingly).

Finally, I'd like a summary of any new wars, annexations, invasions, and other RP's so I can start catching up with the RP's.



Did I forget anybody else or missed out on claims? Please let me know!

By the way, the title says Sardinia and Florida, but Risban abandoned Florida after an invasion from Taiwan and withdrew to Haiti.

Zackaroth is not on anymore either. A month ago when I was expanding in the Middle East I TGed him three times, he has yet to reply to any of them. I have not seen him on the forums at all either.

Also, my claim of the Czech Republic came form the WW3 thread, I have never left the country and I posted that it was being annexed to re-unite the anarchy-striken nation. Also, how does Poland look? Is it taken or what?

I havent started an RP for Greece, as it is still owned by BlackTower. But I want to claim it since he is so inactive. I also have invaded Slovenia, to annex it, which started a short "World War". A peace deal is in the process of being worked out tho. Also, I would like to claim Kuwait with the deletion of Smarcronesia. I am willing to RP the take overs as soon as their names are removed from the list.

Which I can do. It's on the E3 Incedents thread. I eventually intend to claim Cuba, and this thread is part of that. It would be a vaguely cooperative RP though, not competitive....

1. IDF has TGed me saying that he has been extremely busy and is now ready to be active on EIII again.
2. I've decided that with the newly acquired islands, a conquest in a country the size of Israel would be a wee bit too much and make my forces far to spread out.

I'm never going to get Somalia recognised, am I? =/ It's been on the books for weeks.

I already have an Asian map made, complete with the Middle East also. It is very current to the new updates, I could host it and post it. But I sugest we get in a puppet for both II and claims, this way all mods can work when they get on instead of awating for just one or two people to.

What about Raptior and our agreed radius around it?

Add Raptior to my claims once you change Hrst's to Falkland Is. and if it is needed, Raptior is a small coastal city in Romania. We have agreed appon a radius around it (I think it was 100km, but Hrst, refresh my memory, please). Mappings is not needed, as it is small as Vatican City.

Alright, I was just throwing out a random number. 20km it is, and just an fyi, Raptior is a coastal city, taking away its shore is almost like saying no Raptior.

Anyways, the Falklands are yours, and Raptior+20km is mine, I think we should get Sharina to update it now. And Earth III has been quiet, I think I might do something called "Jeww Slapp."

Yeah, I'm about to TG her again. I'm thinkin maybe her thing is messin up again and its not showing that anybody has posted here.

By the approval of Sharina, this puppet has been created. This is so the mods can update and Earth III can be more lively. I (Grays Hill) will TG the password to the mods, who will have to swear on their Earth III territories that they will not share the password with anybody.

I will repost the claims thread, and go over all claims and RPs and add them to the claims list. I will provide a link as soon as I post it.
