Sorry, I'm not trying to hijack the thread or anything, and I'm not counter-claiming Grays Hill's right to Turkey and Cyprus, all I ask is that it be done right. Garrison II made a claim for California, isnt that on ice temporarily due to an ongoing rp?

This is getting a little out of hand.

I say that everyone should stop expansion, war, and any RPs, a world-wide freeze on E3 actions. No posting in E3 threads except for this and II.

Now, I am still working on the redone list (as I have lost it due to me forgetting to save it) and I am just going to stop with all this going on until Sharina can ether make the freeze offical, or tell me to continue.

I ask that everyone wanting to claim in North or South America that you stop, as an ongoing RolePlay in both continents have caused the entire map in that area to be taken by invaders and defenders.

As to Asia, at my last check, nothing is open except for some nonchecked RPs that have done claimed those open lands.

To Africa, there is still some land open, but not much. Europe is the same as Africa with few open possitions.


Now to this problem with Cyrpus and the now-open territories. Once you denouse your claims you must reclaim them if you want back in or some other claims. If someone has started to invade your claimed lands and has found a RPer for it, than that claim is taken. No hard feelings; hopefully. If you want to reclaim it, do it on the battlefield or in a conferance, not on OOC terms.

Quit complainning, and work it out personally and not on here.

As to the asking to claim California, no; due to resent RPs.

Guys, I've decided on two things.

First, owing to the overwhelming majority "vote" there will be no puppets allowed in Earth III.

Second, the freeze on new claims will go into effect starting of right now. KommelianBerg's claim will be the last claim to be processed before the freeze.


The freeze will end when me, Truitt, and a few others sort out the mess of RP's, claims, and annexations.

All claims, RP's, and annexations before the freeze (which starts right after this post) will be processed, discussed, and worked out. Notquiteaplace, your Cuba RP is included, so that means it will be processed. I will go through it and grant approval or non-approval, so by all means, post a few more RP posts or something.

After the freeze ends, the NA freeze will remain until the North American Pact RP is reolved. When that is resolved, the NA freeze will be lifted. I'm only doing this to avoid "dog-piles" of claims over a few pieces of land.

I will start my first round of "eliminations" of inactive players, to free up more land for propsective new members and RP'ers.


Fear not, things WILL get resolved. We will continue RP's and stuff when things get sorted out. Your patience is very much appreciated, guys and gals, and it will be repaid in full. :)

Me and AZK have a massive war in South America (which is still ongoing) and Argentina has long-since been taken and occupied by me. So has Chile and Uruguay. AZK has also gone into Paraguay.

I'm under the assumption that Hstrovokia will give up Hstrovokias land, and from this point play onwards as his smaller nation. In essence, remove Hstrovokia nation from Earth III, then play as KommainBerg instead.

If Hstrovokia still remains as the Hstrovokia nation, then I will not recongize KommainBerg nation in Earth III.

Hope that clears up any misunderstandings.



BTW, I'll get working on the Earth III listings and stuff today I got 2 - 3 feet of snow, and that's an once-in-a-lifetime event in Boston, like the Blizzard of '78.

Yep, my claim on West Virginia. As I TG'd, you can assume gunfire in the background. After all, it is West Virginia!

Also, I'm generally against puppets. However, I propose that the PNAS form a united rapid strike team composed of puppets. We could call them Team America! I'll offer a hollowed out Mt. Rushmore as soon as I assert control over South Dakota.

I'm still working on the claims listings.

However, I might have to work on it off-line because I'm having terrible problems with AOL today for some reason. In the past 4 hours, it disconnected me more than 10 times. This ultra-frequent disconnecting never happened to me before.

Usually, I may get disconnected once or twice if I stay on-line for more than 3 hours. Most of the time, I don't even get disconnected.

I think it's because of the uber-blizzard that hit New England yesterday and today. The snow / ice must be creating havoc with phone lines or something.


But I will try to work diligently and try to get it up tonight or tomorrow at the latest (tomorrow if AOL connections continue to screw around with me).

I'm just going to withdraw KommelianBerg from Earth III since so many people have a problem with it. I find this frustrating, because I am serious about my intention to use KommelianBerg as another nation to roleplay as, one that is totally seperate from Hrstrovokia, but obviously this can only be done on a totally seperate playingboard.

Puppetwanking, a single RL person using more than one nation in active RPing, even passive RPing.

Mainly used to gain land or have battles and claim "booty" without actually fighting a foe.

The Empire of Risban was a member of the Right-Wing Collective after it joined the New World Order. We were forced to leave the RWC when tensions between both alliances reached a boiling point. And, as I recall it, we had promised to attempt promoting peace between both alliances, and had promised and still does to keep connections within the RWC strong and solid. Earth II has a unique, yet, idiotic, rule saying inter-Earth claims and relations is forbidden. I could go into details why this is good, bad, and why Lay. did it, but not now.

Earth III allows inter-Earth relations, but a claim approval is needed as with other Earths.

I went down the entire list and did an activity test. Just doing my Mod duties, and hey Sharina, shouldn't I get your s/n on AIM since I'm a mod?

I remember a while back, Witzgall gave 3 Italian provinces to somebody. Who ever he gave them too also had Slovenia. Its colored in on the map. But nowhere on the list does it say anything about the 3 provinces, and a search with Ctrl+F hasnt turned up anything for "Slovenia" I have also gone down the entire list looking for them and I dont see them anywhere.

So I am claiming the rest of Italy and Slovenia. I will make an RP about the invasion here soon.

That is because the map hasnt been updated yet, and because another nation is currenty taking it over. So now, there is no way for you to get Poland without fighting a war against that nation. And as of now, all claims in North America are on hold. Sorry.

Is there any territory in Africa to rp claim? I'm asking because I essentially got booted out of Earth VI since it was restarted by another person, added the fact I'm a FT/MT nation, rather than a plain MT. (presuming this isn't a problem here that is..)

I am not aware of Africa's surroundings, but I am a MT/FT RPer and yet I am a mod here, so that shows we have no problem with double-sided RPers, as long as you do not go out of the 2020-range (to me, I will ignore anything above 2010, but that is me as a personal RPer).

As to all North and South American claims, they are on hold due to two large-scale RPs. Myself and AZK are conquesting the entirety of S. America and some large-scale pact is going on in N. America, which I still have not checked in a while.

Nobody's claims have been looked at yet, because Sharina hasnt been active herself. She is only making it harder on herself. It would be easier to do smaller more frequent updates, rather than large, not very often updates, that hold off RPs.

I would like to extend a big apology to everybody involved in Earth III.

Jolt forums apparently either deleted my subscription or screwed it up, so for the last few weeks I was under the assumption that no new posts were made in this Earth III claims thread. I have just re-subscribed to this thread, and hopefully this will eliminate the problem I had.

If not for Gray's Hill, I would have never known Earth III claims was still active and ongoing. A huge thank-you to Grays Hill! :D
