Thaller's Quest of Death (Closed RP: DA and Avadria)

Gunther Thaller and his eight man MSAAS squad had just jumped out of the C-130 twenty miles from the coast of Avadria, they were over forty thousand feet up at the time and as such they were wearing breathing gear and very bulky winter clothing. They immediately opened their chutes after clearing the plane and they started to float down towards the Earth. It would be a while but they'd eventually just drift down into Avadria without ever having had their privately chartered C-130 enter Avadrian air space or even go over Avadrian territorial waters.
Meanwhile, Helga Thaller and Norin were at Norins house in Amhurst.
Helga smiled as she kissed him, but then she seemed worried as she spoke, "Norin, do you think that my brothers might be angry enough to try something, they can be quite rash and foolish at times... And they really don't seem to like my being here with you."
((Norin would live in Amhurst, which is somewhat near the interior. But their is a large waterway that can take you in far. Check the map http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/attachment.php?attachmentid=57559 ))
Norin kissed her back, placing an arm around her shoulder and pulling her closer. "I doubt that they'll be do anything.... you shouldn't worry about them." He said, comforting her with another kiss. "We're safe here... No one is going to come and steal you back..." Norin said, pulling her in tighter. "Besides, patrols are up ten-fold since last week." He said, in reference to the recent stride to re-educate the religous faithful.

Thaller and his squad finally landed in the rural woods about twenty miles away from Amhurst. Immediately after landing, each man buried his parachuted and checked his gear to make sure it was all in order. Thaller and his unit started to move out into the approaching night, it would be pitch black by the time they arrived at Norin's house.
Meanwhile, at Norins house, Helga sat behind Norin and was gently massaging his back while kissing his neck, waiting for him to elaborate on the purge, wanting to hear more about the stories of his nation.
Norin smiled as she massaged his back but he figured he should probably bring her up-to-date on what was happening in Avadria. He picked up the television remote and pressed power. Norin switched to ANNC and the days major news was being shown.
--ANNC News--
"Making headlines today, the Capital Police have arrested one-hundred and fifty religous criminals today-" The camera cuts to a pack of weary, down-trodden people, Muslims, Jews, and Christians, all pulled from their homes in the night. They were standing outside the rail station in Amhurst, waiting to board their trains. "-This brings the national total for today to four-hundred and thirty seven." The reporter said beaming.
The news report continued, talking about the possible implementation of the Kurgen Doctrine and a military contract that could generate thousands of jobs.
-----
Meanwhile, the outskirts of Amhurst were quiet. Patrols had been limited to the city itself. Although numerous checkpoints were established on the major roadways, leaving the city.

Thaller and his eight man squad split up into three, three man teams and each would attempt to infiltrate into the city in a separate manner. The men were each armed with a silenced Glock 17 pistol, and then either an MP-5SD (Integral silencer) or a silenced AKS-74U (Thaller has an AKS-74U, as do four of the MSAAS, the other four have MP-5SDs)
One team moved through the sewers, hoping to come out right on the same street as Norin's house. They were making their way through the muck and slime of the sewer, progress was painfully slow.
The team led by Thaller, each man had each strapped himself to the undersides of semi-trucks, and pulled themselves up into the depths above them, high off the road to avoid being seen by any stray beams of lights from the patrols flashlights.
All Gunther could think about was jamming his knife into the ribs of the man who had seduced and raped his sister; he wanted to watch the man fall off his blade and bleed to death before his very eyes, the price of defiling a Mississippian woman, his sister, his noble sister... He wouldn't stand to see her with anybody other than a proper Mississippian nobleman, and Norin was neither Mississippian nor a nobleman, and for that matter, Gunther didn't even consider him a proper man, more a criminal that had to seduce women from other nations because the women in his own nation probably hated him.
The last team was attempting to sneak into the city using an old abandoned mine shaft that ran under the city perimeter, from the looks of things it had not been used in quite a while.
Meanwhile, at Norins house, Helga stopped rubbing his back as she slid her hands down around his groind and started rubbing him there, asking with a smile, "Would you like to go upstairs?"
The semi-trucks rumbled through the streets of the historic city of Amhurst. However they were forced to make numerous stops at the checkpoints. The men on the bottoms of the trucks could see the treads on the Panzer Mark VI's ((Leopard II renamed)) and boots of the Avadrian soldiers. Sometimes the soldiers would check the trailers, other times they would let them pass by on by.
---
Norin grinned at Helga's request and arched his head back to kiss her. Upon breaking the kiss, Norin took her busy hand, stood up and kissed her again, still holding her hand. He then led her to the upstairs of the small house and into his bedroom. The room wasn't anything special, merely a small bed, a desk, and a chest of drawers. Several paintings of Avadrian landscapes hung from the walls.

As the trucks rolled towards the area of the city where Norin lived, Thaller and the other two men with him unhooked and rolled out from under them as they were stopped at red lights.
The team from the sewer had somehow managed to get there ahead of them, it must have been all the checkpoints the trucks had to stop at, and they were already securing a perimeter at the Rally Point, a heavily wooded area about 1/4 mile from Norin's house. The other team from the mine arrived shortly after Thaller's team.
The three units moved off into the night, the sun having been gone for at least five hours now, and the darkness have chased the light out, the all concealing shadows hiding movements of man and beast. But the MSAAS had their NVG, and something even more important, their night operations training, with them and thus they would rule the night.
After about ten minutes they were within sight of the target building and slowly started to deploy into their teams to storm the building. Thaller and three men would storm the house while five would stay around the house to form a perimeter and keep security tight, nothing in or out.
Meanwhile, at Norin's house, Helga was lying on the bed sliding out of her clothing, waiting for Norin to undress and join her.
A truck rolled past the house, it was one of the regular police patrols. Thankfully for Thaller and his men, one of the military patrols had already passed some time earlier.
At this time of the night, the streets were practically dead, it was an hour past curfew.
----
Norin undressed and lay down beside Helga. He locked lips with her and gently began massaging her chest.

Thaller and his team masterfully picked the locks on the two doors they were entering through (rear door and garage door) and then started to spread out in the house. One of the men accidentally tripped over an electrical cord laid out across the floor stretching between the TV and an outlet in another room, his gun smacked against the table and a loud crashing sound resulted...
Gunther cursed under his breath and gave the hand signal for all his men to freeze in place, the shadows might conceal them if only the noise could be written off as the house adjusting or a mouse, anything but something that would alert any around to their presence.
Upstairs, Helga was riding Norin when they heard the noise she slowly down and then stopped, whispering, "Norin, did you hear something?"
Norin continued to kiss Helga, not really paying attention to what she had said. However he did stop, noting her worried expression. He stroked a strand of hair away from her face. "Don't worry, I'm sure it was nothing" Norin said before kissing her passionately.

The next thing Norin knew, there were three red lasers from the laser sights of the weapons of the team members on him, a fourth man standing guard in the hallway. He heard a loud male voice shout, "Get off her you pig!" as he was ripped away from Helga who was shouting and trying to cover herself up. The men were all wearing black masks but she recognized the voice, she shouted, "Goddamn you Gunther, why are you here!"
He threw her clothes at her and said, "I'm here to rescue you, now get dressed and we'll have you back in Mississippi in no time."
Meanwhile, the other two men in the room used plastic cuffs to cinch Norin's hands behind his back and one of them whispered in his ear, "You gonna hang boy, ya hear me, you'll be swingin' good."
OOC: It isn't planned, it is closed, and I'm not really sure about the FSI crisis. I kinda thought the whole FSI thing just fell apart and I stopped paying attention to the topic. I suppose a new topic could bring up the investigation of the crash, some debates, and the potential for war. I'm not sure though.
The next thing Norin knew he was on the floor of his room, surrounded by masked men. He was stricken with panic, and soon found out that the intruders were Mississippian. Norin found himself cuffed and unable to do a thing. "You'll never get out of here alive!" He shouted, not really sure what to say. At the least he wanted to be clothed when he was hung. Norin looked desperately over at Helga, his eyes filled with fear and uncertainty.

Helga hurriedly got dressed and then Gunther grabbed her and started to drag her out of the room, she pounded her fists against his chest, but just ended up hurting her hands as they hit the ceramic plate in his body armor's front plate pocket. She started kicking at him and screaming, "Goddamn you Gunther! At least leave him alone!"
He shook his head, "No, he seduced and raped you, and then kidnapped you and took you from Western Sahara to Avadria, he must pay for his crimes... You on the other hand, you are going back to Mississippi and this matter will be spoken of no more."
She kicked him hard in the shin, one of the few things he'd left unprotected, he jumped and she struggled out of his arms, grabbing his pistol and pointing it at the other two men until they lowered their weapons. She then aimed it at herself, Gunther shook his head, "Helga, what are you doing?"
She glared at him, "If you want to take me back, it's much easier to get me back this way, isn't it?" she said as she started to press the trigger back.
Gunther shouted, "Helga no, don't!"
She eased her finger back on the trigger and said, "Why shouldn't I?"
Gunther shrugged, "Just don't, okay, we can talk about this!"
Norin watched helplessly as Gunther dragged Helga from the room. He wanted so much to stop that monster. The sense of helplessness had rooted in Norin's mind. He wanted to call the police, to send the military, anything to bring these criminals to justice. Surely the soldiers in the city would respond to the right words.
Norin just continued, helplessly, watch the struggle between Helga and Gunther. However she suddenly made a bold move, kicking him and taking his gun. He thought it would be over now, she would aim at her brothers skull and make them stand down and leave. However she had done something even more foolish.
"Helga no!" Norin shouted in vain, as she pointed the pistol at herself. Whether she was bluffing or not it seemed to work, as Gunther proposed that they talk things out. He was in awe at Helga's fearlessness, to save his life, endanger her own, and force her brother and his men to stand down. It was also unusual to see her brother suddenly helpless as Helga gained complete control of the situation.
The question was, what would happen as a result of their little chat. It was quite possible that Gunther could be bluffing himself.

Gunther and Helga walked into another room and started to talk about what was going to happen.
Meanwhile, one of the men leaned over and whispered into Norin's ear, "You're all mine now, commie!" as he shocked him with a cattle prod before smacking him in the stomach with the handle of the prod.
Ooc- Avadria, check TG.
Norin let out a scream from the pain. He thought he would be safe for now. "Who the hell are you calling a commie!" Norin spat back, taking particular offense at that remark. All he wanted now was to be with Helga, he would only be safe when she was around.

The other man tossed Norin down flat onto the ground and waited for him to try to prop himself up before he kicked him hard with his boot right into his stomach. As Norin turned to face the man, the other man struck him square in the jaw with a tightly clenched fist.
Gunther and Helga were speaking and not really getting anywhere for the first few minutes.

This is a CLOSED rp, please stay out. Thank you.
Norin fell limp from the blows and curled into the fetal posistion. Now a sense of absolute hoplessness setteled in. However he knew he'd have to do something or these men would surely kill him.
"Helga!" He shouted, hoping she'd hear. "Someone Help!" Norin again shouted, hoping maybe someone would hear it on the street. He then braced himself for the beating that would certainly come.
---
Meanwhile on the street out side of Norin's residence, a lone police officer walked along, happily embracing the nighttime silence. He was oblivious to the international confrontation that was proceeding in the very house he was walking past.

Helga didn't hear him as both the door in the bedroom was closed and the door in the room Helga and Gunther were in was closed.
Nobody on the street heard him, and he did get a good beating. Both of the men took turns kicking him, each getting in about five kicks before they decided to prop him up and punch him.
One of the men held him up while the other punched him in the face, the jaw, the chest, and the stomach for almost four minutes. Then the man kneed him hard in the groin and smashed his fist hard into Norin's temple, causing him blurred vision and almost making him pass out. The man holding him up stopped holding him up and simply started counting, "1...2..." wondering how long it'd take for him to fall over.
Norin's head bobbed to and fro, everything he was seeing blurred. It no longer looked like he was in his room. There was only streaks of blurry colors. Despite that his mind was perfectly clear for a moment, he felt detached from himself and was merely able to reflect and hope that this was all a terrible nightmare. Soon he would wake up in his bed, Helga at his side.
Norin then collapsed to the floor with a heavy thud. He had hit precisely on the count of three. The man, unclothed, bloodied, and bruised lay unconsious on the floor of his room, an unusual smile gracing his bloodied face. The thoughts of waking up in his own bed, with the woman he loved, still stayed with him, oblvious to the reality of the situation.

After about an hour of talking, Helga and Gunther walked back into the bedroom... She ran over to Norin and wrapped her arms around him, shouting at the other two men, "You monsters!"
Gunther turned red with rage and called the medic into the house from outside where the rest of the unit was. The medic rushed up and started to patch up Norin, giving him some morphine and Mississippian anti-bleeding agents, he also gave him some pills that would help him get over the wounds a great deal quicker.
About an hour went by of nothing but Gunther sitting around talking to the other two men while Helga gently stroked Norin's hair as he lie in bed (Gunther put him in bed)
Norin finally became coherent again and wondered what was going on.
Gunther looked at him, "You and Helga may stay together, provided you two agree to a few conditions? Are you ready to hear the conditions?"
Norin had awaken with a smile on his face. His lover was beside him and all seemed how it should be. The he noticed Gunther and the other men in the room and came back to reality. He had heard Gunther's statement but certainly wasn't in the greatest mood or condition to negotiate. He was unaware that he had been injected with morphine and nodded, agreeing to hear the conditions.

Gunther started to speak, "One, you and Helga will marry immediately, nothing is worse than living together in sin, you must be married... Two, the ceremony will be performed in Mississippi in my church, the church of my father and his father before him, Christian Identity, by a WKM preacher. Three, you and Helga will reside in Mississippi and raise your future children there, allowing them to join the WKM if they so wish. Four, you will remain faithful to Helga and if you hurt her in any regard, I will personally kill you. Do you understand those terms?"
He smiled, "Oh, and one thing else, when you two get to Mississippi, you will accept as a wedding gift from me, a large estate and a decent house... This place is a shack."
Helga nodded and kissed Norin on the cheek, "Anywhere is fine so long as I am with Norin..."
Gunther sighed as he looked at Norin, "Well, do you accept?"
Although Norin was a heavily non-religious man, he was willing to agree to having the marriage performed in a church, but as for living in Mississppi he wasn't willing to agree to that.
"Mr. Thaller... " Norin said, his thought clearer now. "Mr. Thaller I agree to everything except for your third demand." He sat up more now. "I'm loyal to my nation."

Gunther frowned and took out the pistol which had recently been given back to him by his sister, he chambered a round and aimed it at Norin, "Then I am afraid you must die."
Helga shouted, "Gunther, no!" and flung herself in front of Norin, shielding him with her body as Gunther sighed and tucked the pistol back into its holster.
Gunther sighed, "Helga, Norin, you two are going to live in Mississippi..."
Norin sat in silence for a moment, shaking off what had just transpired. He had to think of a compromise. As he thought, Norin took hold of Helga and held her close. "Don't worry... I'll think of something..." He whispered into her ear.
Then it began to fall in place. Norin could talk with Mr. Drandel and Mr. Geim and use their connections to possibly get a job as an ambassador to Mississippi. That way he'd be living in Mississippi on what was legally Avadrian soil. It really would be the best compromise for the situation.
"What if I were to be appointed Ambassador to Mississippi?" He queried, hoping that might serve as a compromise.

Gunther nodded, "Yes, but you must live outside the embassy, on the estate I'll be giving you and Helga... I don't want my nieces and nephews growing up in a cramped embassy... Your estate will be in Hinds County it will be roughly fifty thousand acres of land and the house is about sixty thousand square feet... Is that enough?"
Helga kissed Norin and then turned to hug her brother who welcomed her with open arms, he kissed her on the forehead, and whispered, "You know I'm doing this all for your own good, the good of your future children, and even his own good..." She nodded and kissed him on the cheek, "Yes, I know..."
She then turned around and went back to hugging Norin and gently kissing him.
Norin nodded and forced a fake smile when Helga kissed him. He felt somewhat satisfied with the agreement, but was already making plans for his children. That would be at least a year away until their first-born, but Norin wanted him to get a proper education. He didn't want his first child's mind to be filled with relgious nonsense.
However Norin had agreed to the terms, but still wanted to report Gunther. He was certain that he probably wouldn't enjoy the company of his inlaws.
Norin also wanted the wedding to at least have one relation to Avadria. However those plans were still being worked out in his mind. For now Norin just smiled, although it wasn't entirely honest.

Gunther nodded as he sat down and patted Norin on the shoulder, offering him an expensive Mississippian cigarette, Norin recognized the brand from commercials he'd seen in Western Sahara, "Salazar Imperial Cigarettes", $25 dollars each, a pack of 20 was sold at the "bargain" price of 400 dollars. Thaller put one in his own mouth and lit it with a silver lighter while Norin sat in silence trying to decide whether to accept one or not. After a few seconds, Gunther extended the silver holder back towards Norin, "take one, they're good." he said.
Although Norin didn't really smoke he accepted the cigarrette for a number of reasons. The first and foremost was that it seemed to be a symbolic gesture of peace between the two, only opting to take the form of a cigarette instead of the traditional olive branch. And the second reason was that it was incredibly expensive and although he may not admit to it, Norin had always liked splurge occassionally on luxury items.
He stuck the cigarette in his mouth and couldn't help but laugh inwardly. "This would go to better use if Helga and I could've finished our buisness..." Norin thought to himself. Although he figured that comment would best be kept to himself.
Norin nodded in thanks and awaited a light. As well he was also waiting for an apology for what had happened while Gunther and Helga were discussing matters. He would leave it up to Gunther to handle that himself.

Gunther lit the cigarette for Norin and then turned to the other two men who were in the room as he tucked the lighter away. He glared at them, "How did he get so beaten up?"
One of the men nervously shouted, "He attacked me!"
Gunther nodded his head, "With his hands behind his back?"
The two men nodded, "Yes... Precisely", the second man said.
Gunther smiled and moved as though he was going to turn away, then he rushed both of the men, slamming them into the wall, they were unable to squirm out of his grip as he smashed his fist into the first man's head and the second man's stomach, screaming in their faces, "If you ever do something like that again, you'll hang!"
He then turned back to Norin, "Are you okay?"
Norin solemnly nodded. "Thanks to your medic, I'm fine." He took a drag on the cigarrette and let the smoke out away from anyone who may be bothered. Although he was certain that it was an unusual gesture he offered the cigarrette to Helga, so that she could enjoy it while he spoke.
"Now Mr. Thaller..." Norin said, looking at Gunther. "How exactly do you plan on getting out of here?" He said, curious as to what the man's plans were. "The sun will be rising in a few hours, the commuters will be abound, the police and the military resuming their stringent patrols..." Norin paused, surveying the group in his room. "And then there is you... a group of foreign commandoes, who illegally entered the country, broke into a house, and assaulted a government offical... I'm certain that won't get you past the checkpoints." He said, almost smiling inwardly.

Gunther smiled as he gave a hand signal to a man by the window to give a signal to a man outside watching at the window for the men still outside the house to move inside.
They all did so in a neat and orderly fashion, their training the best of the best.
Helga took the cigarette from Norin and took a quick drag off of it, swirling it around in her mouth before inhaling it and letting it back out. She handed it back to Norin.
Gunther smiled at Norin, "We're all going to stay here and hunker down with you for the day until tomorrow night... Sounds good, eh?"
Ooc- be back in 10-20 minutes
Norin nodded at Gunther's plan. It wasn't exactly what he desired to happen, but given Gunther's situation it was the best thing to do. "This certainly will be an interesting day..." He thought to himself.
"Yes, that will best, but I'm afraid I don't have a cellar, so you'll have to make do on these two floors." Norin said, still unsure of how this was going to work out. "Just don't get caught" He said, although he was lying. Norin wanted nothing else to call and report them. They would be gone from his house, and probably his life in a matter of minutes. However he didn't want to upset Helga or risk having Gunther attempt to kill him again.
Norin took the cigarrette from Helga and took another drag off of it. He set it down on the nightstand, cradeling it ontop of his watch. "And now gentlemen, if you don't mind, I have to get dressed." Norin said, wating for them to leave.

Helga sighed, "Gunther, Norin wouldn't do that, you're my brother... You may be an asshole at times, but you're still my brother and you mean well, Norin probably realizes that..."
Gunther nodded and then turned to leave the room, motioning for his men to do likewise. After they left the room, Helga gave Norin a warm embrace and a passionate kiss, whispering, "We'll be okay, don't worry... Gunther is a nice man once you get to know him..."
Norin pulled Helga even closer, returning the kiss. He ran his fingers through her hair, relieved that they were together again. "Helga... I don't know if I trust him" Norin said, gazing into her eyes. "He came all the way here just to kill me... An-and now I'm supposed to love him like a brother..." He said, feeling somewhat overwhelmed by the whole situation. "I don't want to leave..." Norin muttered before pulling her into a tight embrace. "But if I must..." He said smiling, as he admired Helga. Norin followed that statement with a passionate kiss, demonstrating his devotion.
Once he broke the kiss, Norin rose from the bed and put on his clothes. It took him longer than usual, as he was still sore from the beating. Finally he was dressed and ready for the day. The sun was rising in the distance and nation began to wake up.

It's probably for the best we be in Mississippi, it means my family will accept you more readily and they'll be supportive of us being together..." She put her arms around him and kissed him, then she moved back to the edge of the bed, "I'll go anywhere you go, you know that."
Norin nodded, it would be best to go to Mississippi, at least for now. But under no circumstances did Norin want his children raised their. Either way, that was some time off. Now, Norin was dressed and ready to get on with the day. He was going to use a sickday to get off of work, because he certainly wasn't in the condition to go in.

Helga followed Norin and got tried to mentally ready herself for whatever the day would bring.
Gunther was sitting on a couch downstairs smoking, he chuckled when Norin walked down, "Norin, you simply need to learn proper tastes... This house is barely fit for one man, and you were considering having my sister and your future children with her live her and be raised here? This simply won't do..." He shook his head, "It won't do at all..." Then he smiled, "You'll simply love the place I've got picked out for you in Mississippi, it's massive, at least forty times the size of this place."
(ooc- The house (mansion) Gunther is giving to Helga and Norin is 60,000 sq feet and sits on about 40,000 acres of land. One of the nicer Thaller estates in Mississippi. Remember, 3% of Mississippians (the super rich) own about 80% of all land)
Norin took some offense to the remark Gunther made. "I know it isn't much, but we could easily get by. Besides, I think we could manage to work everything together to fit in two children with us." He said, bringing up his case.
Although Norin had always dreamed of living the highlife, part of that very dream had been working up to it. He wanted a great sense of accomplishment when he got there. Instead he was being handed an estate through marriage. That wasn't exactly how Norin planned things.
He took a seat on the couch and noticed the unplugged cord on the ground and items on the table that had fallen. Norin could easily put two and two together and assumed that's what had made the noise just hours before. He couldn't help but chuckle as he realized that. "Some crack squad you assembeled..."
Norin shrugged it off and then retreived his cellular phone from the table, he picked it up and dialed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and followed up with appropriate extenstion.
"Hello, Ms. Faus?" Norin said, speaking with Mr. Drandel's secretary. "Yes, can you tell Mr. Drandel that I won't be in today... I'm really not feeling the greatest... Yes yes I know... Yes... Alright, thank you very much." He said before hanging up.
Norin sighed as he looked around the room, examining the Mississippian Commandos in his home. "What the hell am I going to do...?" He asked himself.

Gunther nodded and told one of the MSAAS, "He doesn't think you're a fit soldier..." (the one who tripped)
The man walked up to Norin and laughed as he pulled his shirt and pants off in front of Norin, "Look! See that!" he was wanting Norin to see his muscles, more massive than Norin could ever hope to build, but Norin hadn't been training for years, taking injections of testosterone and receiving lots of genetic alterations.
The man sighed as he buttoned his shirt back up, "I tripped because I started to sneeze and had to stop from sneezing and keep my chaw inside my mouth from falling down my throat at the same time."(ooc- just his excuse, he really tripped because he was about to vomit up greenish-brown blood that he so often does vomit up)
The man then fell down to the ground and started doing push-ups, stopping only after he'd done an entire thousand in about fifteen minutes. He then jumped up and shouted in Norin's face, "Do you think you can do that?"
He then turned around and pulled his shirt up in the back, demanding Norin look at his numerous wounds (he's been shot in combat before)
Gunther chuckled, "Go sit back down, Gregory, we all know you're a fine warrior."
The man pulled the clip out of his pistol, leaving only one round in the chamber, he then handed Norin the pistol and shouted, "Fucking shoot me! Right here, right now!"
(ooc- Just exactly who this "man" is, will be covered in an upcoming update to this RP: http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=359126&page=8&pp=15 Anyway, he is no regular man, hell he is barely human anymore, but that'll be covered there... Just know, he is "one" with the IG-BS virus, it lives in harmony in his system)
Norin was surprised at the length that the man went to prove himself a worthy soldier. When the man displayed his muscles, Norin was more disgusted than impressed. It was obvious to anyone that the man had had some 'help' building them. However he was proven wrong by the impressive display of pushups, despite the fact that Norin lost interest after the first minute.
Regardless of the soldiers display, there was no excuse for making such a critical error in his home. If were a military facility of some sort, there whole operation could've been jepordized.
Norin couldn't help but laugh and at the same time feel somewhat frightened as the man got in his face about the pushups. He knew very well he couldn't do that, as a matter of fact he was positive that no one in the whole Empire could do that.
Regardless Norin couldn't help but feel nostalgic about his years in the IYK. Those three years served to be some of the finest in his life. He had even made Unterfeldoffizier, an accomplishment he was immensly proud of.
The last thing Norin had expected was the man to order Norin to shoot him. Of course that was the last thing Norin was going to do. He just held the gun out to the man, offering it back. "Are you an idiot? The police or the military are going to hear that, investigate, and most definately find you all. And besides, I don't want any firearms going off in my house in the first place." He said, taking note that the man's offer reaffirmed Norin's assumption.

Ooc- The pistols all are silenced (well suppressed, you can never totally silence it) but this suppressor is so good, nobody outside the room will hear it.
Ic- Gregory shouted in his face as he smacked his own chest, "Right here, shoot me!" Norin could see that behind his sunglasses, Gregory's eyes were glowing green and then red as he shouted.
Norin was unsure as what to do. He was frightened and now convinced that this man was an absolute maniac. Not wishing anymore bodily harm, he took the pistol and aimed at the man's chest. Norin had never actually killed person and he was hoping that this wouldn't be his first time.
He took aim and then pulled the trigger.

The man laughed as greenish brown blood burst from his chest for about forty seconds before the wound automatically healed itself shut right before their eyes.
Gregory chuckled as he ripped his shirt off to reveal the wound had perfectly healed, "Want to touch where the wound was?" It wasn't quite healed yet, but was almost totally gone.
He slowly slid his sunglasses down and revealed his eyes were reptilian in appearance and green, then they flashed red as the wound finished sealing over, and then back to green.
Instinctively Norin's finger tightened on the trigger when the man didn't go down. All he got in response was a hollow click. "This man... isn't human..." He thought to himself, in awe of what it was.
"N-no, I'm fine really. I don't need to touch it." Norin said, sliding further away from the man. Upon making eye contact, Norin felt nauesous and at the same time scared. This thing certainly wasn't right.

Gregory looked at Norin, smiling, "No, I'm not human... You're right."
Suddenly Norin heard Gregory's voice in his head, "Yes, I can hear your thoughts, I know you can hear me too..."
Norin then went quiet in all aspects, both thought and speech. He had a handgun in his room, and really wanted to try and kill this abomination. "What the hell are you!" Norin shouted, standing up and moving away from him. He knew that this thing needed to be destroyed.

Gregory smiled, "I am the ultimate warrior, the best of Mississippian technology... Courtesy of Schacht Advanced Pharmaceuticals Inc... I cost them over 100 billion dollars, well that is how much the project cost, I'm about a 20 billion dollar weapon."
"A weapon is all you are, nothing more... you've been robbed of your humanity and quite frankly shouldn't be treated like one..." Norin said, his voice filled with disgust. He wish that that confrontation had never occured, especially because the thing would be in his house for the rest of the day. This pushed Norin even further to attempt to turn them all in. However he was now very careful to guard his thoughts.

Gregory smiled as he sat down next to Norin, his voice went into his head again, "I know you are thinking about turning us in... If you do that, well then you'll die, well not really, you'll be used in medical experiments and become a zombie, not like me, you're not compatible to become like me... But she is..."
Gregory grinned as Norin realized what he was talking about Helga.
Gregory's voice went through Norins head again, "I'm not in the MSAAS, I work for the company, but don't bother telling Gunther... He won't believe you, his orders stated I am an advanced biological weapon from Army R&D for field testing... But I'm sure you can guess my true mission by now, yes?"
Norin looked over at Helga and felt his stomache drop. Again he reaffirmed that this thing must be killed. They couldn't get Helga, he'd protect her, the government would, nothing would happen to either of them.
"You're a monster..." He thought, now conscious of the fact that he was indirectly speaking with the inhuman creature. "And if you dare land a hand on Helga, I swear to you that you will die... I don't care what you're made of, you will die..."
Now Norin could care less about Gunther and the others, if he could, he would certainly throw Gregory into the street and let the army take him and spare the other Mississippians.

Suddenly Norin noticed his nose was bleeding and his head was starting to throb with pain. Gregory's voice echoed in his head, "see what I can do when you think bad thoughts about me? You'd like to kill me, wouldn't you? I'm sure you would love to kill me! But don't worry, I won't hurt her, I'll just get her back to the lab, she won't even be aware of what is going on until it's over and she'll be an early form of what I once was..." Suddenly Gregory flashed a thought into Norin's mind, it was on the stasis and the virus being injected into his system, Gregory's mind had been aware of it all as it happened, the techniques were experimental then and they weren't sure of how to keep him totally unaware in the early and middle phases of the procedure as they attempted to alter his genes.
His voice sounded in Norin's head, "Don't worry though, the procedure is much better today, they've learned a great deal from me... She is going to be my mate you know, the first attempts to find my suitable mates proved... Less than successful... Don't worry though, after she breeds with me, you can have her back, if you'd even want to be with her, or her with you, by then..."
Gregory grinned as Gunther stood up to go to the bathroom...
His voice echoed in Norin's head again, "Just you and I, we're all alone in here..." (Norin didn't know if he meant all alone inside his head or in the room)
"You monster!" He shouted rising from the chair, disregarding what Gregory had done to him, his concern lying solely in Helga. Norin quickly ran over to Helga and all of a sudden kissed her passionately on the lips, not breaking the kiss for a considerable amount of time.
"I love her... No one is going to take her away... and no one is going to change her!" He thought, knowing that Gregory was listening. He broke the kiss, his eyes gazing deeply into Helga's for a fraction of a second, before Norin turned around and produced his cellular phone from his pocket. He was about ready to do it.

Suddenly the phone in his hand started to grow hot, very hot, before he knew it, the phone had left a 3rd degree burn on his hand... Gregory's voice echoed in his head as he dropped the phone and shouted in pain, "Ahhhh... No phone calls, nice try though..."
Gregory stood up and looked at Norin in shook, he shouted aloud, "Oh my God! what happened, let me get the medic!" He ran out of the room and came back about twenty seconds later and the medic started tending Norin's hand.
Ooc- We can just say she came into the room a few seconds before he kissed her.
Norin dropped the phone and looked at his hand in horror. The feigned care Gregory displayed, made Norin feel even more horrified. He needed to get out of there, he needed to tell someone. As the medic bandaged his hand, Norin continued to breath erratically. His mind was a mess and he was an open book. But now he didn't care, Norin thought about just taking off with Helga, waiting at least a day for things to cool down. If they hadn't left in that time, then they would most likely be in front of a firing squad the next.
However upon the actions taken by Gregory, Norin began to almost view Gunther as his savior. He was the only one who could potentially help him. Certainly he wouldn't let anything that horrific happen to his sister.

Helga had rushed to Norin's side after he'd been burned but the medic told her to stay back. She sat down on the couch and wondered what had made the phone do that.
Gregory ran off to the bathroom as fast as he could. Norin could hear him throwing up profusely. (Gregory is coughing up brown/green fluids)
(ooc- Gunther has no idea just what Gregory is, he believes Gregory just has genetic enhancements to make him resistant to being shot, and heal faster, move quicker, stronger, etc, he thinks he is still human)
Gregory walked back to the living room and suddenly realized he forgot to flush the toilet. Nobody was watching except for Norin when the toilet flushed, all on its own.
Gregory sat down next to Helga and smiled at her, asking, "How are you doing? This is such a nice day out isn't it? It's just awful that such a nice man as Norin got injured though, isn't it?"
She nodded, not really caring much to talk to anybody.
Gregory's voiced sounded in Norin's head, "I'm going to get her, it's inevitable... I suggest you say your goodbyes..."
Suddenly Gregory put a thought in the medic's head, the medic started to speak, "I need... I need something else to finish the job on his hand... I'll make a list..." He made a list of items that could be found at a local corner store..
Helga took the list from the medic and said, "I'll go, I'm the only one here in civilian clothing who isn't injured and won't draw attention."
Gregory jumped up, "Wait, I'll come with you, just let me change..."
He stripped his BDU off to reveal that he was wearing civilian clothing underneath. He pulled the tops of his boots off to reveal they were boot/shoe conversions (the sort of stuff given to pilots in the event they get shot down and need to blend in)
Gunther patted Gregory on the back as he handed him back the empty pistol that Norin had set down on the table after shooting Gregory in the chest, whispering, "I hope you don't need this..." as Gregory jammed a magazine into it, Gunther kept talking, "But you might need it... Take care of my sister, if anything happens to her, well I'll hold you personally responsible."
Gregory nodded, and smiled, "Don't worry, she's in good hands..."
His voice sounded in Norin's head, "She's in my hands..."
Gunther motioned for all his men inside the house to get concealed and stay down as Gregory and Helga made their way towards the door.
Norin watched in horror as Gregory skillfully manipulated everyone to allow him to leave the house with Helga. He stood up, meaning to prostest, but felt helpless. "Helga don't go! He-He'll hurt you!" Norin turned to face Gunther, his eyes pleading with him to make her stay.
If they didn't listen, Norin would be out on the street after them, calling for the police.

Gregory frowned, he didn't want to do this, but he had to... He conveyed the thought to Norin, "It's not something I'm going to enjoy, it's just my job... Don't worry, she'll be well taken care off."
Gunther sighed as Norin mumbled something about Gregory going to hurt his sister... Gunther yelled at Norin, "Shut up! what the hell is wrong with you, Gregory is a fine MSAAS operative and has been for years!" He turned to Helga, "You are safe with Gregory, as you are with any of the men in my unit."
Helga stopped dead in her tracks and shook her head, "What is going on here?" She asked.
Gregory sighed, "Nothing, Norin is just delerious..."
He put the thought in Norin's head, "If I have to kill everybody here, including you, to get her, I won't hesitate to do it... Think of it this way, at least she'll be alive, well sort of... You can always have her back when we're done with what we need her for... Perhaps in a few decades they'll be able to reverse the process and she'll even be back to normal..." His voice grew much firmer as it sounded in Norin's head, "But I am taking her!"
"Helga, he's going to rtake you and then rape you" He said firmly, staring right at her. "You aren't safe with him, none of you are!" Norin shouted, turning around and pointing at everyone else in the room.
"He'll kill you all, every last one of you..." His gaze fell back on Gunther. "I swear, he's not human!" He shouted, still pleading with Gunther. Was he so dense as to not see that?
OOC: I'm going to head out I think.

Gunther's eyes went wide as he shouted, "Helga, get away from him!"
Suddenly Gregory had raised his pistol and Gunther collapsed as he was shot multiple times in the chest. Two of the other soldiers struggled to unsling their MP-5s before they too were cut down... One of the other soldiers actually threw his MP-5 to Gregory and shouted, "What the fuck are you!" before he was cut down by the silenced weapon. Gregory chuckled, "Thanks for the gun!" as the man flew backwards from the barrage of bullets hitting him. (He put the suggestion in his mind that he should throw him his weapon)
Helga had dove into a side room for cover. The rest of the MSAAS squad rushed Gregory, but he cruelly cut each of them down, except for two who he killed with his hands. He snapped one man's neck and the other he literally broke in two over his knee.
He tossed the broken body aside and then slowly made his way towards the room Helga was in, not even paying attention to Norin, who had taken cover next to Gunther, who was struggling to breathe, whispering, "Stop... Stop... Stop him..." he handed Norin his MP-5 and pistol, coughing as he tried to finish his thought, "R... R... R... RPG.... Stashed in the garage..."
Helga started to scream as Gregory dragged her out of the room, "Somebody help me!"
Gregory looked at her and chuckled, "Sleep for a while would you..." She immediately went unconscious at the suggestion he'd put into her mind. He slung her over his shoulder and walked towards the garage to get a vehicle to get out of there...
Norin was in a room two away from the door to the garage as he saw Gregory walking by...
Gregory turned to face Norin, who was now armed with two weapons. He laughed, "I can stand being shot, can she? Shoot now and you'll inevitably hit her at least once..." He turned to walk out the door to the garage.
Norin was in shock as to what had transpired before his eyes. Now he was laying next to his soon-to-be brother in law, who was dying right before his eyes. "Don't worry brother... I'll get help" Norin said before racing to grab his home phone. He ran back towards Gunther and dialed the medics. Norin quickly ecplained the situation and hung up. He then dialed the police and reported the murders at his address. Norin knew that this was going to cause trouble on an international level, but it had to be done.
He then darted into the garage to grab the RPG Gunther had mentioned. "How the hell am I going to pull this off...?"

The police laughed at him (and then hung up) when he shouted, "A maniac that looks human but isn't just shot up my house full of foreign special forces operatives and kidnapped my future wife who is a Mississippian noble woman, send help quick!"
The medics also laughed (and then hung up) when he started ranting about, "It won't die, it's killed the entire squad of MSAAS and wounded my future brother-in-law, he's a Mississippian Special Forces General who somehow managed to get into the nation and city undetected! Help me!"
So when that didn't work, he decided he'd just call the local equivalent of the SWAT team and then he shouted into the phone, "I've got an AKM and a house full of hostages, I'll start killing them unless I get media attention!"
Approximately two hundred local law enforcement and SWAT members raced to surround the area... Meanwhile, Gregory was on to him about the RPG... When Norin raced towards the garage, he heard the rocket wizzing by and barely managed to slide down on the ground for it to pass overhead and explode against the back wall of the house, knocking a gapping hole. Gregory had already placed Helga in the passenger side of the car and was now trying to start the car, but it seemed it didn't want to start. (He didn't know it, but Norin had slipped outside and removed the spark plugs while he was puking in the bathroom, the only time his ability to sense things in others mind wasn't working)
Gregory stepped out of the car and fired a burst from his MP-5 into the house, screaming at Norin, "What did you do!" he suddenly realized what he'd done, "Give me the spark plugs, now!"
As he was talking, a voice came over a bullhorn, "We have the building surrounded, come out now with your hands in the air..."
Gregory smiled, "Ah, company, this will surely be fun!"

Baldur Schacht was in the underground lab under the rural city, Philadelphia in Neshoba County... Suddenly something hit him like a train, he turned to face the direction that Avadria was in, and he muttered under his breath, "Son... You're in trouble..." (they're connected telepathically, Baldur isn't a freak of science like Gregory is, but he is genetically enhanced and so he simply took some minor modifications, not the major ones, that Gregory has, and as such, they can sense each others thoughts and Gregory can communicate to Baldur, but Baldur has trouble communicating back)
Gregory nodded as he closed his eyes, "Yes father, I am in trouble... There are two hundred of them, what do I do?"
Baldur closed his eyes and tried to relax, "You are the product of decades of my research, you know what you must do, what you were made to do..."
Gregory cracked a smile, "Kill them all?"
Baldur chuckled as he replied, "Yes, kill them all... But remember, bring the girl alive and well..."
Gregory nodded, "Yes... What about the man? Norin..."
Baldur sighed, "Kill him..."
Gregory hesitated to reply, "But father... I'd rather not have to kill him, won't he be suffering enough by losing Helga?"
Baldur relented, "You are right, well wound him to the point where he won't be able to follow you..."
Gregory frowned, "Father, if this fails, and I die, what will happen to me?"
Schacht grinned, "I can bring you back if you are largely intact..."
Gregory then asked, "What if this one is not compatible, we don't know for sure if she's ever been genetically enhanced before... We need a woman that is compatible genetically and can withstand major genetic modifications..."
Baldur grinned, "And we happen to have a few in our nation right here... Two of the Stahlecker women, there are eight Stahlecker sisters that last time I checked, what is two out of eight?"
Gregory nodded, "Yes father, but they have only had minor modifications compared to what I've had, what if they too fail?"
Baldur's jaw dropped from fright at the thought of the only option that would be left then.... "There is only one woman we know for certain that is compatible with the sort of major modifications... But no, not her, impossible... Impossible, not happening... It would bring the entire nation down on the company, and the wrath of the Czar and the SRG down on me... It would mean our ruin!"
Gregory frowned, "Father, you promised me a mate!"
Baldur shook his head, "Any woman except her... Not her, we'll search other countries first, yes, other countries!"
As Gregory was communicating with his father, Norin was gathering up all the MP-5s and laying them out at optimal locations throughout the house so he could move while shooting and then pick up a loaded weapon. He would have just run to the car, put the plugs back in, started it up, opened the garage door, and left with Helga, but Gregory was standing in the doorway to the garage...
Gregory suddenly opened his eyes as he said aloud and to Baldur's thoughts, "Yes father, try it your way first... But you promised me a mate, and you must keep your word."
He slowly moved off into the house as a SWAT negotiator rang the phone on the wall.
He picked it up and chuckled, "We're fine in here, go away."
A SWAT sniper team could see through the cracks in the blinds as they moved, and could see two dead men in MSAAS uniforms lying in pools of blood. SWAT assault teams began to move into positions to assault into the house.
Gregory laughed as the doors all flew open from the battering rams of the assault teams... He turned to face the first team coming in the side door near the garage, he threw a grenade at the first man, and shouted, "Catch!" the man complied and held on to the grenade until it exploded in his hand, blasting him and the three men behind him into pieces. The man at the very back of the squad was blown back out the door and landed unconscious against the grass...
Gregory slowly bent over to pick up one of the M-4 rifles from one of the dead SWAT members. He laughed as he moved towards the front, firing the M-4 in one hand and the MP-5SD in the other.
Norin looked at the man, frightened now. He surely would kill him for taking the sparkplugs. However Norin was saved by the presence of the Royal Police Force's Special Division (RPSD). He was certain that they would be able to take the beast down.
At the least the thing seemed distracted enough by their presence, giving Norin precious time to run to his garage. He scrambeled to put the spark plugs back in but was interrupted when an explosion suddenly rang through his house. Norin fumbeled one of the plugs and dropped it on the floor. He scrambeled to pick it up and reinstall it in his car.
It was in and he was in the drivers seat. He started the engine of the small Avadrian Royal Motors Almenia 36c and prepared to make his exit.
----
The men outside the house ducked behind their cars, avoiding the hail of bullets. "Shit..." Said the commander through gritted teeth. It was obvious that this situation called for a higher power. He grabbed his radio and contacted the station. The commander stated their situation and called for local military support.
The members of the RSPD raised their heads above their cover and trained their weapons on the creature. A sudden burst of fire rang out from their weapons, sending bullets hurtling towards the monster. The RPSD men continued to fire at him, trying to bring him down.
A rumbling could be heard in the distance as military forces proceeded to the scene. It was assumed that the man was a religious radical, attempting to get back at the government by taking a young diplomat and his girlfriend hostage.
The two APC's were only minutes away, the thirty men inside were ready to take over for the incompetent police force.

Gregory saw one of the APCs coming down the road, he sent an RPG right into the side of it, it burst into a ball of flames as he dropped the launcher and ran for the garage... As the car started to back up, he grabbed the front and dug his feet into the ground, eventually overpowering the engine and stalling the car out.
Gregory smashed his fists against the engine, permanently destroying it, and then he grinned as he walked over to the driver's side door, ripping it off the hinges and then grabbing Norin by the throat as he took him out. He held Norin above the garage floor and then tossed him like a ragdoll into the wall.
The lead APC trundeleld towards it's destination, the soldiers inside ready to handle what the police could not. Suddenly an explosion ripped through the side of the vehicle, obliterating the men closest to the source. However several of the soldiers inside the wrecked APC managed to scramble out of the hatch, owing their safety to their kit.
The second APC raced past the wrecked vehicle stopping a fair distance away from the house. The ten men piled out and took up offensive positions some ways from the house. Their guns raised, ready open fire on the assailant. The ten were soon joined by the six remaining from the lead and were preparing to move in.
However it seemed eerily quiet outside the Fallsburg residence. The soldiers and police officers were preparing for something big. They already saw that what the man was capable of and would have no hesitations about firing once they saw him.
Several of the officers applied gasmasks and were preparing to shower him in teargas and smoke when he made his next appearance.
Suddenly the garage door began to open and the squeel of tires could be heard. Then suddenly it died, the door rising to show the man holding another, presumably the owner of the house. The man threw him against the wall with amazing force, leaving the helpless man slumped against the floor.
All weapons were trained on the monster, not yet firing due to the proximity of Norin and the car. They knew that the woman was most likely inside the autmobile and didn't want to risk any civillian deaths.
The sound of approaching ambulances could be heard in the distance.
----
Norin's eyes widened when Gregory gripped his throat. He gasped for air but could do nothing. Then suddenly he felt himself collide with the wall and everything went dark as he slumped to the floor.

Gregory paused for a second to reload the M4 and MP-5. He loaded a 100 round drum into each.
Immediately after he did this, he started to walk outside the garage, spraying the lightly armored police with 9mm rounds from the MP-5 while using the 5.56mm rifle rounds from the M4 against the heavily armored army units.
His aim was deadly accurate, hitting the enemies in the necks, heads, right through the hearts.
He continued to walk forward as he came up to a police car, two men were ducking behind it, one had a shotgun, the other had a pistol. Both of the officers started to fire at him, he seemed unfazed by the pistols rounds and the shotgun only seemed to be a moderate nuisance to him.
He swung his MP5 around and dropped them both with a sustained burst. Then he smashed the rifle through the window of the police car and stepped inside as he tossed the rifle and MP-5 on the passenger seat.
He smashed open the console and started to hot wire the car, which only took him about thirty seconds. He leaned out the window and fired off the rest of the MP-5 and M4 at the army units that were trying to dart out of their cover and head towards his position. He then reached over and took both pistols from the dead police and the shotgun, stuffing them into the car, keeping one pistol in his hand and another in his pocket.
He floored the gas and flew back towards the garage, spinning the car so the passenger door faced the open garage door. He then walked into the garage, stepping over broken glass and pieces of ceiling as Norin started to stir awake.
The soldiers scattered, some of them taking hits from the more powerful weapons. The ones that remained safe had taken cover behind the APC and opened fire on the police car, shattering the windows and sending holes through the trunk. As the car sped to the garage the soldiers reloaded and fired on the tires. The sound of air rushing out of the tires. Another salvo of ammuntion was directed at the forward side of the car, in an attempt to damage the engine. The men retreated to their cover before he could take aim.
----
Meanwhile Norin began to stir, his ears filled with the sound of gunfire and rounds impacting against the police car. He looked up and saw Gregory approaching. Norin knew that he was coming to finish him off and certainly didn't have anyway to protect himself. His eyes darted around the room, finally landing on a large shard of glass. Norin knew that it would be his best bet.
He sprung from his posistion, ignoring the headrush that ensued and grabbed the glass shard. Norin gripped it like a knife and leaped at Gregory, detirmined to plung it into his chest.

Gregory smashed his hand into Norin's face and sent him reeling back against the wall... Suddenly Norin noticed one of the dead MSAAS operatives, a soldier that had been on patrol in the garage, Gregory must have killed him first before any of the others noticed what was going on. He had an MP-5 tucked under his chest and a pistol in the holster.
Gregory reached into his rucksack that'd he brought along for the mission as was standard, but rather than filling it with small arms ammunition, clothing, and such, he'd put the parts to the 7.62mm six barrel F-12-LW Minigun (caseless ammunition, very light-weight design, the weapon system with 1000 rounds of ammunition weighs about 100 lbs) He fired his MP-5 over his shoulder to keep the police down as he ducked behind the remains of Norin's car to finish assembling the weapon. After he assembled it, he draped the 1000 round belt over his shoulders, stuck the feed into the weapon and walked out of the garage after kicking Norin in the stomach just for good measure.
He started to spray anything that moved, the gun tearing through the APC and the police cars as though they weren't even there.
The rounds from the minigun tore through the APC, taking out some of the soldiers in the process. The others had hit the ground before it was too late. They weren't going to move now and decided to just play dead. The situation had gotten too out of hand.
----
As Gregory wreaked havoc with the minigun, Norin got up from his posistion, wincing with pain and moved towards the dead solider, using the shreak of the minigun to his advantage. He grabbed the MP-5 and the pistol, detirmined to put an end to Gregory. Norin raised the MP-5 and took aim at Gregory's head. "Kill the head and the rest comes down with it..." He told himself before opening fire on the creatures head. All the rounds spat out of the clip and flew at Gregory. Once the weapon was spent, Norin slung it over his shoulder and drew the pistol, he was going to keep firing until he knew Gregory was finished.

Gregory turned his head around without turning his body around (think exorcist) and he laughed before he started to convulse, spitting up blood and fluids... He let out an inhuman roar before he turned around and glared at Norin.
Gregory dropped the empty minigun and slowly walked towards Norin. As his feet came down on the ground, they tore up the cement from the impact... He finally came to halt right in front of Norin, "You've done something very bad... Attempting to stop my mission, now you must pay... I'll give you one last chance to step aside and let me take the woman, or else you die..."
Norin almost threw up at the sight of Gregory's inhuman actions. He raised the pistol aiming at Gregory. His whole body was shaking, Norin could feel the cold breath of death on his neck. Norin had made his decision. The battered, bruised man stood up and stared straight at death itself. Slowly he raised the pistol and fired.
Three shots rang out, one hitting Gregory in the neck and the others going wide. Norin clenched his teeth and continued to fire saving one last bullet. He turned hist arm, aiming the gun straight at the sleeping Helga.
"Gregory" Norin said, his voice brimming with disgust for the creature. "I would rather kill her than let you take her..." He said, his eyes looking coldly into Gregory's.

Suddenly Gregory stopped as he sensed his creator was in pain... He stopped dead in his tracks.
He started to speak aloud, "Father... What is wrong?"
Back in Mississippi, Schacht had been jumped by a squad of DISFB enraged over his secret projects that they felt would usurp their authority (The DISFB is the primary foreign assassination organization and Schacht is trying to have SW-1 become the main assassin)
Schacht had been stabbed repeatedly and left for dead in an alley...
Gregory gasped, almost as though he felt his creator's pain. He sighed as he looked at Norin, "You must help me get out of here, help me and you and the girl may go where you wish, unharmed... You have my word as an officer, I'm no longer a gentleman because I am not really a man period anymore... I'm... I'm, different..."
Gunther managed to crawl towards the garage and was leaning against the door, he coughed up some blood, normal red blood, the sort Gregory wished he still had... Gunther shook his head, "Damn you Gregory... Damn you, I'll accept your deal, but only if you tell me, what exactly are you and how you were made... Still, Norin must accept."
Gregory nodded, "There will be time to explain what I am later, we must leave now..."
Norin's arm went limp and dropped, smacking his arm against his thigh, the gun falling to the floor. He dropped to his knees and tears began to well up in his eyes. Hundreds of thoughts a feelings ran through his mind at once. He was completely overwhelmed. The sight of the carnage infront of him, over twenty law enforcement and military men were dead, his home and neighborhood were an absolute wreck. Everything he had had collapsed around him.
"Do I have a choice..." Norin said, staring at the cement floor. It wasn't a question, he knew that he couldn't stay here much longer. Things could be cleared up in Mississippi.
----
Meanwhile the remaining soldiers behind the wrecked APC began to stir. Ambulances had arrived and were beginning to search for the wounded. Two of the soldiers dashed over to warn the medics, while the others waited, unsure of whether they should make a move or not.

Gregory turned and shouted to the soldiers, "I'm coming out, if you attempt to stop me from leaving, I'll kill you all without a second thought about it, killing you all would be as easy for me as it would for you to step on an ant... I suggest you go home to your families rather than die here for no reason, this is not your concern, nobody will be harmed!"
Gregory then turned back to Norin, lifting him up as he dripped some saliva on his hand and smeared it over his open wounds. The wounds seemed to seal up and cease bleeding immediately.
Gregory then decided Helga should wake up... She started to stir but wasn't sure what was going on, she seemed delirious and confused.
Norin just sat there, not even sure what was real anymore. Everything seemed to have collapsed around him. All he wanted was for things to be as they were.
----
Meanwhile the ten soldiers moved out from behind the wrecked APC, weapons raised. The suffeled away from the wreckage, weapons trained on the garage. They weren't going to fire yet, but they wanted proof that he would stand down. The units Unterfeldoffizier removed his mask and shouted a response.
"You cannot escape here! We have you surrounded and more men are coming. We know you are finished! Give up and we will not harm you!" He said, trying to bring the situation into reality. "You cannot stand alone against a tank! Give up now!" The Unterfeldoffizier shouted again.

Gregory smiled as four of the men outside turned their guns on a group of their fellow soldiers, wounding at least six of them and wounding or killing twelve police before killing themselves. He shouted, "Those of you still alive, there is more where that came from! I suggest you seriously consider not shooting at me as I am about to come outside... Fire a single round and I shall kill you all!"
He slowly started to move outside, putting thoughts of fear and impending doom into the minds of as many soldiers as he could.
One of the final surviving officers looked in shock as his fellow men were decimated by the soldiers. It was even more shocking to see them suddenly take their own lives in front of them. The four bodies slumped to the ground, their gray uniforms constrasting with the red cobblestones of the residental road.
The medics rushed to the scene, knowing full well the dangers ahead. They began dragging the bodies off to a safe distance, hoping that they could at least save several more men.
The soldiers behind the APC didn't bother to move, they just sat, backs to the metal, not bothering to move. All their training had been forgotten, nothing had prepared them for today.
----
Norin stood up, now full of anger at the actions Gregory had taken. There was no need for him to kill those people. Norin raised the pistol and fired the final round at Gregory, however it missed due to his erratic shaking.
"What the hell is wrong with you!" He shouted, throwing the pistol to the floor. "Haven't you killed enough!? Enough of my countrymen? Enough of yours?" Norin shouted, he didn't want to witness another Avadrian death. "Haven't you ruined enough lives!?" He shouted, before leaning against the wall. Norin couldn't take it anymore. It was all too much for him.

Gregory turned around and sighed at Norin, "I have no countrymen, as I said, I'm different... They started this all by coming here." His tone became one of morbid pride, "How dare they presume to think they could ever oppose me!"
He chuckled, "Now get your woman and we may go.."
Gregory slowly walked over to Gunther and placed his hands into his wounds, allowing them to heal as he drew his hands out.
Norin noticed Helga was now fully awake, she scratched her head as she took in the carnage outside, "What the..." was all she said before she closed her mouth in muted awe at the horrible scenes of hell on Earth outside the garage.
Norin didn't bother to comfort or explain things to Helga. He merely grabbed her hand and pulled her out of the ruined Almenia. "We have to leave now..." Norin said, his voice hurried and emoitonless. He immediately turned to face Gregory. "And how the hell do you suppose get out of the country?"

Gregory smiled as he pointed to the one remaining intact police car nearby, "That is our ride...Wait here."
He started to walk slowly to the car, when he got there, he smiled at the police officers cowering behind it, they pointed their pistols at him... Gregory chuckled, "Please, don't even bother... Just give me the keys."
The officer stared up at Gregory, his eyes absolutely filled with terror. The man fumbeled for his keys and tossed them on the ground. He scrambeled backwards, still staring up at Gregory and then darted across the street and jumped behind the bushes near the public road.
The medics and soldiers just watched the events unfold, the eerie feeling of helplessness clouding around them.
OOC: The roads in the neighborhoods of Amhurst are set up in three segments. A cobblestone road on one side, usually a barrier of bushes and trees, with some openings to black, asphault public road, then another bush and tree barrier, followed by a cobblestone road on the other side. All the houses and what not are fairly small, Norin's garage like the others was one stall.

After picking up the keys, Gregory slowly got into the car, started it, and pulled it up to the garage, he slid over into the passenger's seat and told Norin, "You drive!" he then looked at the others, "Get in!", Helga and Gunther got in without having to be told twice.
"Wha-what do you expect me to do!?" Norin shouted before sitting down in the drivers seat. He was now sitting in a shot-up police car, about to flee the country with an inhuman mass murderer, his future wife, and his future brother in law. Norin shifted into drive and pulled onto the public road and took off, forcing himself through the perimeter barrier that had been established outside of the combat zone.
"Where the hell do you expect me to go?" He asked Gregory, both confused and angry. Norin knew this would be helpless, there were too many patrols, too many checkpoints, and not a place in the whole nation he could think of which could serve as an extraction point.

22-10-2004, 01:51
Gregory chuckled as he unfolded a map, pointing to a rural wooded area about two hours drive away, "Go here... Here... See?"
Gregory then sat back, lit up a cigarette and started to smoke, not really knowing why he did, just an old habit. He blew some of the smoke in Norin's face on purpose...
Gunther was in the back reassuring Helga that they'd both be fine.
Gregory pointed to the first road as Norin neared it, grabbing the wheel and jerking it to make sure he didn't miss it either by accident or on purpose.
He then sat back and pulled his hat over his eyes, chuckling, "Don't think I'm not still watching you..."
Ooc- Be back later tonight perhaps.
Norin continued to drive. He had an idea of where to go, although it was someways beyond the city. Norin had opted to take backroads in an attempt to avoid checkpoints. During the drive he tried to collect himself and gather his mental strength. Too much had happened in the day for him to exactly function properly.
Not to mention the stares he received from the passerbys put him even more on edge. He almost felt like turning himself in. Norin knew his potential for being an Ambassador was ruined, let alone the rest of his life. He couldn't help but wonder if Gunther and the other Thallers had planned out this whole scenario.
The police car continued on, Norin paying careful attention to avoid the checkpoints. Finally as they reached the final road out of the city, Norin spotted the checkpoint in the distance. He pulled the car up to the curb and put it in park. Now he didn't know what to do. They would certainly be arressted if they were stopped and their tires would be shredded if they attempted to run it. At least an hour of their trip still lay ahead and they couldn't do it on just the rims alone.
"What do we do now?" Norin asked, hoping that someone could make a suggestion.

Gregory took the keys and threw them out the window off into a nearby ditch filled with running water from a recent rain storm. He opened the door and stepped out, chuckling, "Wait here... I'll be right back."
He walked up to the police checkpoint and shouted, "Hey there, I need to borrow one of your cars and you're going to have to let me and my friends on through... Our car is no good, so I'll take that one over there, okay?" He pointed to one of the officer's personal cars, not a squad car at all, but his five month old BMW.
Gregory stood there, folding his arms and waiting for a reply.
"What the hell are you talking about!?" The officer said, his arms crossed along his chest. Two of the checkpoints other soldiers trained their weapons on Gregory. "Let me see your papers..." He said, stepping forward, a hand outstreatched to accept the documents.
---
Norin looked ahead and saw Gregory approach the checkpoint. "Oh God no...! Oh God...!" He shouted, panicking. "Don't do it, you can't... I'll turn us all in if you do it..." Norin thought, knowing that Gregory may pick up on it.

Gregory sighed and communicated to Norin's mind, "Do you mind if I just rough them up a little? I won't do any permanent damage and I won't kill any of them... Okay?"
Norin thought about it. He realized that that would be the only reasonable choice, other wise they certainly would be dead themselves.
"Fine, but if you kill anyone of them..." Norin warned. He looked down at the steering wheel, waiting for the fight finish.
---
"Let me see your papers!" The officer said, extending his hand further. His other hand was moving for his holster. The two other soldiers moved forward, one of them signaling for the others to move out.
The seven others inside grabbed their weapons and walked outside. One of them looking up at the graying sky. He could tell that rain was soon to come.
The officer finally rest his hand on his pistol, never taking his eyes of the man. He was beginning to get scared but refused to show it. "Do you, or do you not have your papers?" The officer barked, hoping that Gregory would reply.
OOC: I don't know if the Avadrian's are coming off as cowards or not, but the soldiers actively deployed throughout the city and around the nation are from Armeegruppe Center, which basically home defense. The men have seen little to no combat.

22-10-2004, 02:35
Gregory sighed and looked away, and then without warning smashed his hand into the face of the officer standing in front of him. He dove to the side to avoid any fire from the two men who already had weapons trained on him...
He quickly used his abilities to make the two men's guns get far too hot to hold, they quickly dropped them and rushed at him. He delivered a jumping kick to the first man before landing on the ground and roundhousing the second man, sending him flying...
He grabbed the next nearest man by the collar and threw him into the seven approaching men, he caused them all to stumble and fall. Gregory then rushed in and started kicking left and right, punching and stomping until the entire squad had been decisively beaten.
Gregory then bent down and took the keys from the man who had asked him for the papers and chuckled, "I don't seem to have my papers, but I'll just take your car instead, eh?"
He then motioned for Helga, Gunther, and Norin to get into the new car, he tossed the keys to Norin as he approached. Gunther and Helga rushed and got into the back of the car...
Gregory smashed his fist through the glass window and hit the button to make the gate go up and the spikes retract into the ground. He then jumped into the passenger side and said to Norin, "Floor it."
The BMW skidded away from the patch of grass it was parked on. "Out of all days that man had to bring his car..." Norin thought to himself as he drove on across the plain asphalt road. He had to admit it felt nice to be driving a foreign car, a particulary expensive one at that. It truely was a shame that they had to take that car. The Unterfeldoffizier had probably spent a small fortune on it.
Soon the light rain had become a fullblown storm. The rain hammered against the windshield, the wipers fighting valiantly against the raindrops. Norin pressed on, detirmined to get to their destination. He flicked on the radio, curious to hear about the days events.
---
"...There is solid evidence to suggest that the criminal is attempting to flee the nation. He has taken three hostages with him and is known to be highly dangerous. If sighted, contact local authorties immediately..." The report went on.

Obviously the government opted to not mention the Mississippian bodies recovered from the house. This certainly was going to shake things up between the two nations.
Ooc- Remember, the bodies had no insignia and no ranks, no identification. Only one man wore his MSAAS cap, but without insignia, just the hat... There are possibly a few other nations that have special ops that wear caps similar in style to the MSAAS, but not very many if any at all (it's a rare design, probably less than 8 other nations if even that many)
Gregory was reading Norin's mind, he spoke inside his head, "You don't want to be helping me, do you? But don't worry... I'll keep my word and leave you all alone after we get out of here. I could have killed you all and gotten out on my own, it'd just have been more difficult. If you feel guilty about that stupid cop, I'll mail him some money later, I have more than I'll ever be able to spend... What good is money to somebody like me?"
Norin continued to drive, forcing the car through the rain. "When we arrive in Mississippi, you are to issue a formal apology, by whatever means necessary to the Avadrian government. You will tell them that we are all safe, we are all in good hands, and that you will be punished for your crimes... I suggest leaving a recorded tape by the embassy." Norin told Gregory, never opening his mouth.
"If that doesn't seem reasonable, then we fake an escape and your death, allowing you to be brought to justice and clearing me of any suspicions that the government may have" He said, giving Gregory a second choice. "I recommend the latter..."
OOC: I've edited that post just now. Thanks for the correction.

Gregory sighed and spoke into Norin's mind, "We all go our own separate ways after this or I could just kill you and Gunther now, knock her out, and keep her for myself... We're very close to the extraction point, I could easily get there myself... I'm being very generous in sparing you."
Norin slowed the car down. "You'll clear things up when we get there okay..." "Or I'll kill us all..." He said, detirmined to drive his point home. Norin was obviously a fairly changed person since the days events. He wasn't willing to be bossed around by Gregory any longer.
He was in control, he held the fate of Helga and the others in his hands. He could easily drive the car into a tree, or just shoot Helga with the pistol he had taken from the police car. Norin was willing to sacrafice the love of his life to make sure that no one would get anything out of this.

22-10-2004, 03:18
Gregory sighed in and spoke to Norin in his mind again, "You know, I could withstand a car crash against the tree, you and the others would die... Then I'd go hunt down your relatives and any and all family members... But ah fuck it, we'll just sort all this out in Mississippi... Perhaps Helga might volunteer for the program of her own free will... Who knows..."
The car was quickly approaching the area where they'd have to get out and walk a few miles into the woods to reach the extraction point.
Norin continued to drive on in silence. He began slowing the car down and finally bringing it to a halt when they reached their destination. Norin then removed the keys and popped the trunk.
He walked to the back of the car and produced a large umbrella that could cover three people at the most. Norin opened the umbrella, enjoying the shelter it offered. He then walked over to the door on Helga's side, opening it and offering her his hand.

22-10-2004, 03:46
Helga took his hand and Gregory led Gunther and the rest of them forward into the woods, there was a helicopter waiting for them about three miles back in a clearing. It had been there for a while now, in the event any MSAAS or other operatives needed a quick evac. It had been brought in by locals loyal to the WKM, and thus it had never had to even enter Avadria as it was a helicopter that originated from Avadria.
Gregory smiled as he looked at it, "I call pilot!" he chuckled as he rushed into the helicopter, waiting for the others to join him.
Norin walked slowly with Helga, their hands still clasped together. He didn't say a word the whole time. The sight of the helicopter certainly surprised him. An Avadrian helicopter evacuating them to Mississippi? Then Norin noticed the insignia on the helicopter.
It was that of the North Avadrian Liberation Front. One of the most despicable groups of terrorists he had ever known. They had been responsible for the War of Thorns, the 1986 Konigsbridge Crisis, the 1989 Kingston Harbor bombing, and numerous other attacks. It was people like this who were the main targets for the purges.
Norin closed the umbrella before nearing the helicopter. He paused for moment outside the door and spat on the NALF insignia (A red shield with a yellow cross on it, and a silver sword behind it) before boarding the helicopter.

Gregory started the helicopter and flew it at tree-top level as he headed for the coast. He kept communicating with Norin in his head, "How are you doing Norin? You think the NALF is something? Get ready for the Volunteer Guard to send two hundred thousand militants here to ignite a racial war..."
OOC: For the most part the NALF was originally an Anti-Royalist organization, founding in the early 1970's and they have managed to survive throughout the past thirty-five years. In light of the recent religous purges, they have taken on a wave of support from Christian, Muslim, and Jewish militants. I'm going to soon update my post Dies Irae with an attack by a splinter of the NALF. I'll disregard the remarks though, as they are an older organization who managed to train and put up a decent fight against the Imperial Government in the 1970's
As well I'm not really sure how to follow up on that post if I disregard the remarks... Maybe an edit is in store?

"Hah, NALF is nothing but a motly band of cowards..." He said, trying to cover up the personal hate he had for them. "And what the hell is the 'Volunteer Guard' going to do? Gregory kept communicating to Norin, "The Volunteer Guard are all highly trained ex-servicemen, mostly from Mississippi but some are from other right-wing white nations, they are dedicated and well-funded... Fanatics through and through, there are nearly a million of them. They have chemical weapons, biological weapons, and I may use my personal wealth to get them nuclear weapons. They will fight for Christ and stop your sick purges."
"Hah, corrupted by their own selfish visions of a paradise in death..." Norin said, still communicating with Gregory. "Besides, we aren't hurting anyone... merely re-educating them... And it's not like we outlawed relgion as a whole... merely organized religion. That is until last week..." He said, bringing the facts to light. "Science and reason conquors all..."

Gregory started to make Norin's head hurt, his voice pounding like a jack hammer, "How is this for science, and reason! HAHAHHAHA!". Norin grabbed his head in pain but nobody else noticed this as Norin was sitting in the front section next to Gregory to help him navigate.
Gregory suddenly stopped just as quickly as he started and said into his thoughts, "Well Norin, see, I can do as I want... I'm all powerful and all knowing... Call me god from now on... I am your god."
Norin looked out the side of the helicopter, his head still hurting from the harassment. "You're hardly a God... your a freak created from mad science... nothing more..." He looked back at Gregory. "Your hubris will be your undoing."

Gregory chuckled into Norin's head as he made him slap himself, deeply amused with himself for being able to get Norin to slap himself as he said into his mind, "Stop slapping yourself Norin!" After about ten slaps, he let Norin stop.
Gregory then finally saw the river, "Norin, will this take us to the coast?" He asked.
"The channel goes all the way to the coast..." Norin said coldly, not bothering to communicate with his mind anymore. "There are naval bases all around the channel, I suggest you avoid them" He said, pointing out an important detail.

22-10-2004, 05:13
Gregory nodded and started to fly even lower to the ground...
He continued to fly for about an hour, avoiding all naval bases and any detection.
When he got out to the coast, he smiled at Norin and chuckled, "Good job..."
Norin curled his lip. He didn't trust Gregory at all and would not fall for his feigned kind words. Norin turned in his seat to look back at Helga, making sure that she was okay. He flashed a smile at her and turned back to look at the North Sea and the Avadrian coastline, for what may be his last time. Norin sighed as watched his whole world melt away.
"I swear fealty to the Emperor... I swear loyalty to the Empire... I swear to honor my fellow man..." He thought, reciting the pledge they gave to the Empire. "We live for the Empire... We die for the Empire..."

Gregory spoke into his mind again, chuckling, "Ah, your piss poor empire, I spit on it... You live for Mississippi now, and you'll die for Mississippi if and when the Czar decides you need to... Your children will serve the Federation and will likely become Republican Guardsmen... Talk to Helga about it, she'll probably be looking forward to having sons and having them grow old enough to join the Fabus Jugend and then eventually the Republican Guard."
Norin looked coldly over at Gregory "It's the Imperial Youth Korps and the Imperial Fallschirmjaeger Korps for my children..." A grin spread across his face. "They'll live and die only for Avadria and the Emperor... and in the end they'll be honored as heros... not martyrs for some imaginary specter..."
Decisive Action
22-10-2004, 05:29
Gregory kept communicating with him in his mind, "Helga won't stand for that, I can read her thoughts, she is looking forward to having children with you... But she is also looking forward to them joining the Youth WKM, then the Fabus Youth, then finally the Republican Guard and the adult WKM..."
"I don't care what her plans are. The children would be mine as much as hers... They'll do what I say and she will too." Norin said. He couldn't believe what he was saying, but he refused to have his children corrupted by the Mississippian government. Norin knew he would get his children a proper education. "They'll proper schooling, training, then they'll go to an Avadrian university, serve their years, and then rise up in society..."

22-10-2004, 05:39
Gregory smiled, saying into Norin's head, "Well perhaps I'll just Helga you plan to use her as a breeding machine, disregarding all her opinions on the children, and turn them into leftist freaks... Then there will be no children and she likely won't even want to be around you... See how much power I have? See what I can do?"
"Don't you dare compare me or my future children to communist filth!" Norin shouted, rising from his seat. He couldn't control it and let his emotions get the best of himself. "I love Helga and refuse to use her as a-a 'breeding machine'" Norin said in his mind, adding a notion of disgust at the last words. "Besides... you have no proof of anything..."

22-10-2004, 05:47
Gregory sighed and then said aloud, "Hey Helga... Perhaps you'd like to talk to Norin about his plans for the children you two are planning on having together after you get married that is."
He grinned at Norin and said into his mind, "Explain it away, lie to her... Good luck though... Ace..."
Norin again found himself curling his lip. His vision for his future ran through his mind again. A small house maybe in Regensberg, Kingston, or even Kalm, two children, a daughter and a son. Everyone happy and enjoying their lives. Norin quitting the Ministry of Foriegn Affairs and landing a successful job working for the foreign relations department of some large corporation. They'd have money, happiness, and the Empire. Nothing could be better.
Norin quirked an eyebrow at Helga, waiting to here hear response to Gregory's query.

Helga frowned, "Norin, is what he is suggesting true... Do you have some anti-Mississippian agenda? Will you keep our children out of the RG and WKM? Be honest, please, I need to know..."
Norin could tell Gregory was communicating with her in her mind.
Gregory smiled at Norin, "Yes Norin... Tell the truth..."
Gregory grinned because he was going to force Norin to be honest, prohibit him from lying, by causing him such pain if he even attempted to lie, it'd overpower him and force him to be honest.
"What? Anti-Mississippian agenda... that's preposterous..." Norin said glaring at Gregory for an instant. "Helga... I only want what's best for our children..." He said, looking into her eyes. "They deserve the best... isn't that what you want for them?"
Decisive Action
22-10-2004, 06:17
Helga nodded, "Yes, I want sons and daughters who will be proud of their Mississippian blood and will carry on the fight for Mississippian ideals against the corrupting influences of masonry and zionism... Isn't that what you want?"
Gregory smiled as he said into Norin's mind, "Yes, Norin, tell her what you really want, lose her... Go on, do it... Unless you're willing to either change or tolerate her, you'll lose her... So, how tolerant are you? Can you tolerate the WKM, or are the one who is truly intolerant?"
Norin paused for sometime, letting Gregory's words sink in. He thought about the entirity of the situation, the time-frame, and possibilites and Norin came to his conclusion. He looked Helga and held her hands. "Yes... I want only the best for them..."

Helga smiled, wrapped her arms around Norin, and kissed him as Gregory landed the helicopter on a Mississippian aircraft carrier that was about five hundred miles off the coast of Avadria on a routine patrol through the area.
Norin smiled, although it was somewhat false. "And so my life begins anew..." He thought to himself as the helicopter touched down. Norin looked out the windows at the faint remains of Avadria's coastline. He knew deep down inside that he would return, at least once in his life.

Ooc- Sorry for the delay, I was gun showing this weekend (bought a ton of stuff! Yeah!)
Ic- The aircraft carrier finally arrived back in Mississippi.
Helga smiled at Norin as they were sitting in their cabin on the carrier, "Norin, dear..." she whispered, "We're here... Are you excited?"
Norin smiled, again though it was false. "Yes dear... Yes I am..." He said, looking out the windows at his surroundings. Everything was new to him and it would certainly take a good amount of time to adjust. Norin sighed inwardly, his new life had begun.
OOC: No problem about the delay

Helga gently took his hand and guided him down the ramp to land. The crew as coming off to, it was their break time, they'd hit the bars and have some fun for the weekend.
The first thing Norin noticed was a massively large (one hundred by three hundred foot) poster of Czar Roger Fabus on the side of the enormous Command HQ Building at the naval docks. The post had Roger, who was already 6'6, portrayed as a Nordic giant, a superman from Atlantis, towering over cowering jews and leftists, a hand outstretched, as he said, "Won't you help your aryan brethren defeat the insidious jew?" Beneath that it said, "Join the Navy, travel the world, meet interesting people, and kill them."
"That certainly is tasteful..." He muttered, commenting on the poster. "Seems like such a waste of space..." Norin thought to himself.
He squeezed Helga's hand and smiled at her. Norin was beginning to accept his fate and decided to try and make the best of it so far. "So where do we go first?" He asked, completely clueless of where to go from there.

Gunther chuckled, "You Norin, first you must go to immigration and get approved to be here... The base handles this for any who arrive here via the base."
Gunther turned to Helga, "Helga, why don't you come with me for a while, I'll get you something to eat, Norin can join us after he finishes the forms..."
Helga kissed Norin, whispered, "Hurry with the forms now..." as she grinned at him.
Gunther then gently took her hand and walked off with her to another part of the base.
There was no sign of Gregory, they'd not seen him a few hours before they entered port, (he jumped ship and swam to neary Fabus Island as they passed within six miles of it)
Norin walked into the immigration office and saw the signs:
(White Males Civilian Left: White Females Civilian Right: White Male Armed Forces Last Line Left: White Female Armed Forces Last Line Right)
Another large sign read, "Welcome to Mississippi, remember, no non-whites are even allowed to enter Mississippi, if you are anything other than 15/16ths white with the other 1/16th not being jewish or african, you are not white and do not belong in Mississippi. If you are not white under our laws, please turn yourself over to immigration officials and you will be promptly deported. Those who fail to turn themselves over will be permanently dealt with."
Another large sign read:
Notice: Attempting to smuggle non-whites into Mississippi is a capital crime punishable by summary execution."
The man at the desk handed him a form, "Fill this out..."
(Note, under our law, you're white if you are 15/16ths European ancestry (White ancestry) and the other 1/16th is neither Jewish (Semite) or African (Black) and you are not in a sexual relationship with a non-white (Because we believe that if a 16/16th and a 15/16th mate, they can breed that 1/16th out in a few short generations.

Norin sighed as Helga and Gunther left him to fend for himself. He looked up at the signs, taking in every word. It was obvious that they preferred a certain breed of people. It wasn't that Norin didn't mind, he just wasn't used to the extreme vocalization of it.
He followed the left line a picked up the forms. Norin grabbed a pen and began to fill them out.

The man sighed as he started to read over the form, he slid it back to Norin with a few parts circled:
Religion: NA
Prison record: NA
Do you agree to swear loyalty to the Czar? No
Do you agree that your children (if you have any now or have any later) will swear loyalty to the Czar, attend school, and you will make sure they join the Fabus Youth? No
He chuckled, "NA, right none if you have none... And if you have no religion, you don't get into Mississippi and you don't get a marriage license issued to marry any Mississippian citizens... By the way, if you don't swear loyalty to the Czar, no church will accept you or do the ceremony, and if you don't get a church ceremony, you don't get a government marriage license... Anyway, if you have kids in Mississippi or by a Mississippian woman, and they don't at least attend a government sponsored school (ooc- all schools are gov't run) well then you sir, as their father, would be thrown in jail. Now please, for your sake, fill out the form the right way..."
Norin sighed and grabbed another form, correcting all of his truthful answers with the lies that would get him in. He paused before filling out his religon as Christian and wrote the words with a feeling of disgust. As well he was very apprehensive about saying that he swore alleigance to the Czar. Either way he filled out the form.

He slid the form to offical, curling his lip. Norin knew now that he could be tried as a spy... the offical was a prime witness. Either way, he just wanted to get this over with.
Decisive Action

The man smiled and told Norin, "Raise your right hand, place your left hand on the bible, and repeat after me."
The man started to recite the oath for Norin to repeat as he went along.
"I swear by almighty God this sacred oath, I will render unconditional obedience to the Czar of the Mississippian Federation and people, Roger Fabus, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and, as a brave citizen, I will be ready at any time to stake my life for this oath."
Norin placed his hand on the book. In light of the current events in Avadria, he felt dirty just seeing the book, let alone touching it. He placed his hand lightly on the Bible and began.
"I swear by almighty God this sacred oath, I will render unconditional obedience to the Czar of the Mississippian Federation and people, Roger Fabus, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and, as a brave citizen, I will be ready at any time to stake my life for this oath."
His voice wavered through the entire oath, his breathing was somewhat erratic. Upon finishing the oath, Norin felt light headed and ill. He had just offically betrayed the Empire by swearing alleigance to another country, a monarch at that. He did thank the fact that the Avadrian Secret Police were no where to be found, but either way, the inner guilt he felt made him sick.
Decisive Action
24-10-2004, 22:42
The man patted him on the back and handed him a WKM flier as he chuckled, "Dang boy, now you a Mississippian! You ought to consider joining the WKM!"
Norin took the flier and blankly looked at it. "Yeah... I'll consider it..." He said before leaving. On the way out Norin stuffed the flier in the trash can and left the immigration facility. "Now where the hell is Gunther and Helga...?" Norin asked himself. He stuffed his hands into his pockets and began walking, glancing over to the giant poster every now and then. It always seemed to be watching him. Norin couldn't help but shudder, he felt the eyes piercing him. "God I need to get to out of here..."
Decisive Action
24-10-2004, 22:54
As Norin was walking down the sidewalk, a middle school class field trip was walking by him, kids about eleven to fifteen year old. They were being led by a fairly attractive female teacher, and a naval captain from the base. The captain stopped near Norin and pointed to the Curtis Fabus Class BB-04A battleship in the harbor.
One of the kids, a girl about fourteen, smiled as she raised her hand, the teacher called on her.
"Yes sweetie, what is your question?"
She looked at the captain, and asked, "Ships like those, they keep us safe from those boat people who want to steal our land and defile the purity of the white womanhood, right?"
The captain smiled and nodded, "Yes, that is exactly right... The ships keep us safe... But don't forget, they also keep us safe from Communism."
A boy of about fifteen year old spat out a stream of tobacco juice before raising his hand and being called on.
He shrugged, "Sir, do we get to go on the ship?"
The captain smiled, "Yes, you are all welcome to go on the ship... And if you join the Fabus Youth Naval Reserve, you get a keen uniform, a pistol, a club, and you get to train on decommissioned battleships and finally at age sixteen, you get to be assigned to train on active duty ships..."
The class started jumping up at the offer, the boys calling out, "I want to join, let me join, where do I sign?"
The man started handing out forms, "Here, fill these out, remember you need parental premission, but if they refuse, report them to the DIS for disloyal behavior."
Norin listened to the whole talk about the battleship. He was surprised at what he 'learned' from the students and the captian. Norin agreed about Communism but was confused about the 'boat people' the young girl mentioned. He couldn't see how anyone could actually enter this country who wasn't white to begin with, the people were all living in absolute fear.
Norin quirked an eyebrow when the young boy spat out tobacco juice. "God I need to get to some civilization." He thought to himself. Norin however approached the teacher, curious about the tobacco. "Miss?" He asked, not sure how she'd react. "I'm not from here... and I noticed one of your students with chewing tobacco... umm... is that legal and let alone good?" Norin asked.
He looked down at the ground, noting the spot where the juice had hit. It surely wasn't like the cleaner streets in Avadria. Norin just hoped it wasn't a rampant habit.
Decisive Action
24-10-2004, 23:10
The teacher smiled, "Of course it is legal, our tobacco age is thirteen... And there is no age for smokeless tobacco because it's proven to be beneficial to the health."
The boy overheard their talking and chuckled, "I bought this at a vending machine in the school lobby..." before he spat out another stream of juice.
Norin looked around and noticed that out of the the sixteen boys present, nine were chewing tobacco and four were smoking.
He noticed though that as soon as the boys smoking finished their cigarettes or cigars, they tucked them away in pouches on their belt so they could throw them away later. He didn't yet make the conclusion that littering was punishable by flogging and depending on the severity and frequency of littering, public hanging.
"Ah" Norin nodded as if he cared. He then walked away from the group shaking his head. "Tobacco at thirteen?" Norin asked himself. He was definately experiencing a serious amount of culture shock. "This place is absurd..." Norin muttered, taking note of a vending machine, openly distributing tobacco.
Decisive Action
24-10-2004, 23:24
He kept walking on, noticing that some women jogging on the base track (open to the public during certain hours) were being harassed for "dressing like whores" he could see no leg but he could see the base of their neck. They protested and were dragged off by PMP (Public Morality Police)
He looked around and suddenly realized, all the girls from the school were dressed in their school uniforms, but over that, they had large black over garments that covered from their necks to their ankles.
He looked around some more and saw a poster, about forty by sixty feet in size, it was of the Czarina, Alice Fabus, wearing the black over-garment, the caption read, "Rememer ladies, act likes ladies should, abstain from all temptations and make it easier for men to abstain, wear your over-garments. Husbands, keep a close watch on your wives, they don't need to look good for anybody but you, if they are making it a point to look good to go to the store, beware!"
At the bottom it said: "Don't forget, it's not only a good policy to dress modestly, it's the law. Report all whores to your local Public Morality Police"
He walked towards the base officers mess hall. There was a poster on the door outside, it showed some marines jumping out of the landing craft, one had his cheek bulging with chewing tobacco, he was firing his rifle at an enemy unit on the beach. The caption read, "Chew Fabus Premium Leaf Chewing Tobacco, the tobacco of the ultimate soldiers!"
Norin looked around and soon noticed that all the women were wearing the garb perscribed by the Czarina. His head felt heavy, everything seemed so backwards. Women were being taken away for showing neck
He continued walking eager to get away from it all, when he noticed the tobbacco advertisement. Norin shook his head and continued, now at a quicker pace. He just wanted to find Helga and Gunther and get away from the docks. Norin told himself that it had to have better elsewhere. He figured that this was just a bad part of the city, let alone maybe the country.
Decisive Action
24-10-2004, 23:34
He saw Helga and Gunther inside a building, as he walked to the door, a boy of about sixteen opened the door and said, "Sir", as he held it for him. He could tell the boy wasn't required to do that, but probably he'd been taught to respect his elders.
Gunther saw Norin first and chuckled, "Ah Norin! How are you, do you like Mississippi?"
Helga walked up to him and kissed him, "Norin dear, would you like to see the estate Gunther is giving us?"
Norin hesitated to answer. "I-it's nice... it really is..." He sighed. "It's just tough to adjust..." Norin added.
"You know what... I'd love to see the estate..." He said to Helga. Norin held her hand and smiled. "I'd love to..."
Decisive Action
24-10-2004, 23:51
Helga kissed him and then led him to the waiting limousine. Gunther followed and sat in the back with Helga and Norin.
As the limousine started and pulled into the city, (to get to the estate, they must pass through the port city) Norin noticed that no stores were open, nothing was moving. He did notice though that large crowds of people were walking out of the churches, all of them that were old enough to shoot a gun were carrying one (about age 10+) he saw two thirteen year old boys walking out of a church with AK-47s slung over their shoulders as they smoked cigarettes.
He wondered why everybody was in church and why the city was so quiet for a Saturday...
Gunther looked at him and smiled, "Ah... I bet you are wondering what is going on, eh?"
Norin nodded, feeling somewhat frightened. If anyone like that in Avadria was seen they would've been subdued by police, with force if they were hostile. Norin felt almost like that there may soon be a riot. All he really wanted was to get out of the area.
He still couldn't believe the children though.
Decisive Action
25-10-2004, 00:02
Gunther smiled at Norin, "The children are just coming out of church, don't worry, everybody here has a gun... There are about 740 million people in Mississippi and about 20 billion privately owned guns... It's nice how that works out, isn't it? When we were not one-hundred percent white, well we used to have race riots, and then the white citizens would just be able to mow down the ni--ers..." Gunther started to laugh, Helga smiled but didn't laugh, saying instead, "Oh Gunther, Norin doesn't want to hear about riots..."
Gunther sighed and lit up a cigarette, offering one to Norin, "Want one?"
Norin didn't laugh at the so called joke. He viewed the entire nation as a tobacco chewing, powder keg, that was ready to go when something seemed out of place. As long as the estate was away from civilization, he'd be happy.
"I don't smoke..." He said, refusing the cigarrete. Norin very well knew that he had smoked the day before, but those were different circumstances. "As for the riots, I wouldn't mind hearing about them. After all... it's part of my country's history" He said, mentally cringing at the end.
Decisive Action
25-10-2004, 00:22
Gunther leaned back and lit up the second cigarette that Norin had refused and started smoking it himself, smoking two at once. He sighed as he exhaled on each of them.
"Well it was 1991-1998, those were the most riot infested years, almost constant riots... You should know that prior to Curtis Fabus taking power in 1984, the black on white rape rate was almost a million a year, but they all went unpunished, the murder rate against whites was about fifty to a hundred thousand a year...The marxist government actually had brainwashing camps."
"Well moving along, Curtis Fabus took power after the 11 month civil war from January to November 1984, we was sworn in on December 4th 1984, Victory Day... Our most important holiday, after his rule began, we cracked down on the nig--rs and the other undesirables and pushed them into townships."
"Anyway, after a few months, crime went to nearly nothing, as for the nig--rs, they started dozens of riots. Every time we tried to send our forces into Africa or our police were "too rough" on the township nig--rs, well they rioted... It is that simple, well not really..."
He spat in disgust, "One of the riots was started because a nig--r dropped his watermelon when a police officer pushed him, he was blocking a doorway to a white store and refused to move...He demanded they buy him a new melon, they refused, and then he got into a fight with the cop, a few dozen nearby apes joined in, and sure enough, a riot started... Twenty days later it ended after twelve hundred white police officers and two hundred thousand nig--rs were either dead or injured..."
He sat there and waited for the weight of the words to take affect on Norin, a riot over a watermelon, he knew Norin would either be disgusted or amused.
Norin nodded blankly. "My God... this place is insane..."
Still he could see both ends of the spectrum. The black man with the melon disobeyed authority and was blocking a public place. For that he at least deserved to be repremanded. More scenarios went through his mind, trying find just reasons for the riots, but all of them seemed fairly absurd. As well he couldn't tell who was in control back then. Either way it all seemed to be a confusing mess.
"Ah... well they probably all deserved it" He said, lying. Norin wasn't sure about it. They never had race problems in Avadria. The asian population kept mostly to themselves, but were also well respected, as for blacks there presence was miniscule to almost none. Tight immigration controls and a mountainous borderline had kept Avadria well sealed off from immigrants and refugees. The asian populace was brought up from the growing technological industry in Avadria. They were allowed to immigrate and get jobs in the tech. industry.
Decisive Action
25-10-2004, 00:35
As they drove on down the street, towards the outskirts of the city, Norin noticed a large electrically lit cross standing outside a massively large office building, the sign in the yard read, "Port Fabus WKM Klavern #6"
Gunther smiled, "Ah Norin, the WKM, are you thinking of joining?"
Norin noticed a few dozen men in robes entering the building as they finally drove past it.
A few miles down the road, Norin realized he'd counted over forty gun stores or armories in the last ten miles. A lot by any standards.
Norin couldn't help but laugh. "Not a chance..." He said. Norin couldn't help it. He knew he was being incredibly rude, but for once while he was here he felt the need to at least say something true.
As they continued on he did notice an immense amount of gun shops but quite frankly wasn't surprised. Given the numbers Gunther had given him and the fact that children had weapons, the amount of stores seemed about right.
Regardless, Norin felt that it would be incredibly difficult to adjust. It seemed to be getting harder each passing minute.
Decisive Action
25-10-2004, 00:45
Norin did notice that whenever they came to a traffic light, and older citizens needed help crossing streets, there was no shortage of teenage boys in the black Fabus Youth uniforms to help the little old ladies across the streets.
He also noticed that there were no unsavory characters on the street corners pedalling drugs.
A few cars were broken down on the highway, but he noticed that there were at least a dozen other cars pulled over to help them. It seemed as though Mississippians considered helping fellow Mississippians a very important responsibility.
As they finally pulled onto the exit ramp at the exit where the rural road to the estate was, he saw a large billboard, the Czar wearing a white robe with green stripes, his hood mask folded up so his face was seen, the sign read, "Be a man, join the klan." At the bottom it said, "Four Hundred and Fifty Milllion Served: Why not become 450,000,001?"
Norin held in his laughter at the sight of the billboard. He knew it would be incredibly rude if he were to make any remark, but it just seemed so tempting. And besides he couldn't help but wonder why they needed the adverstisment. Everyone seemed to have the mindset, at least from what he could tell.
Although the country seemed backwards and foreign, Norin was amazed at the effort people put forth to help one another. It truely was a sight to be seen. At the same time, he couldn't help but feel that the people were a bit over zealous about helping one another. Tweleve cars to help one that had broken down just seemed absurd.
Either way, they were away from the port and heading towards the estate. He felt that things would be all better once they were setteled down.
Decisive Action
25-10-2004, 01:10
They finally arrived at the estate, it was at least 40,000 acres large and the mansion itself appeared to be about 60,000 sq feet, just as Gunther had said.
Gunther stepped out of the limousine once it stopped and then nervously laughed as Norin and Helga stepped out... "I should just be going then probably, eh? You can two can find your way around inside, right?"
Norin nodded. "I suppose... but Gunther?" He questioned. "Are there any security staff here? Anyone that will be able to protect us in the case of a situation? I don't want the Avadrian Secret Police coming to take me back you know" Norin said, lying. He was more worried about another Gregory appearance and at least wanted some security at the home.
The immensity of the house hadn't yet set in on him.
Decisive Action
25-10-2004, 01:23
Gunther nodded, "Yes, there are about five thousand soldiers around the perimeter of the estate... There are a few dozen SAM sites and AAA batteries, twenty tanks, one hundred mortar pits, and a razor wire fence all around... Nothing to be afraid of, you're safe here..."
With that, Gunther left and Helga wrapped her arms around Norin, kissing him and whispering in his ear, "Shall we go inside... You'll want to see belongs to you now won't you?"
Norin kissed her back, feeling relieved at the security. "Yes..." Norin said. He wrapped an arm around Helga's shoulder and walked towards the door, holding her close.
Norin's mind was still a blur but he was glad to be out of the car and away from the city. He was glad to be Helga and away from Gregory. He was glad to be safe. Norin knew he could worry about the future at a later time.

Helga shut the door behind them as they entered the mansion. Norin looked at it, a main stair case with marble tiles and gold railings... The front room at least two hundred feet long and one hundred feet wide, massively impressive. Old statues and paintings nicely placed.
Helga sat down in a chair and smiled at Norin, then she sighed and asked him, "Norin, you do want to have children, don't you? How many?"
Norin felt his jaw drop as he entered the house. It truely was amazing. He had always dreamed of living in a place like this, but never felt he could amass the fortune it would take to buy it.
Norin sat down in a chair, never taking his eyes off of the massive room. "Yes, of course I want to have children." He said, reacting as if it was an obvious question. "I'm not sure, I suppose around two... three at the most" Norin said with a nod, content at those numbers.

Helga smiled as she pulled him down onto her lap on the chair and kissed him, after a few minutes of kissing, she leaned back and sighed, "Oh Norin... What if, I wanted more than just three children, would you be okay with that?"
Norin bit his lip. "I don't know... I suppose I would be okay with four" He said smiling and returned the kiss. "We don't want too many" Norin said laughing. To him four already seemed like a ridiculously large family.
At the most Avadrians were allowed to have two children. The law was more leinient if you were a person of status and didn't apply to the Royals.

Ooc- In Mississippi most women (especially noble women) have about 12-18 children. If you have more than ten kids, the gov't gives you 1 million in cash for every child you have had and every child you have, up to 10 million totally. Basically, have 11 kids, get 10 million dollars.
Ic- Helga frowned, "Norin, I was thinking more around, eight or ten, at the very least... Would you be okay with that?"
OOC: Yes, I read something about that in one of your posts.
Norin laughed for a moment, thinking it was a joke. That was until he noted the expression on her face. "He-Helga... Ten children... that's absurd... you can't run a family of ten children..." He said, now more serious. "Four is fine... a small family is fine... anything above four is just ridiculous... you do realize that?" Norin said.

Helga frowned, "Gunther has a large family, he has nine children... Although he does have nine wives..." (ooc- it is rarely allowed, but Gunther is a noble, he is above the law)
Helga then sighed, "Oh Norin, come on... Paul Stahlecker, our foreign minister he has eight brothers and nine sisters... The Czar's father, Curtis, he has six children, well seven if you count the one by his second wife, and about eight hundred if you count all his bastard children from the time after his first wife died and before he married his second wife..."
Norin sat up in the chair. "Well I'm neither Gunther, Mr. Stalhecker, or the Czar's father..." He said, his tone somewhat elevated. "We are having no more than four children..." Norin said, his eyes piercing Helga's. He was adament on his posisition.
Norin was willing to make compromises, but he wasn't willing to just bend over and accept the Mississippian lifestyle.

Helga chuckled, "Oh Norin, how do you plan to make sure we don't have more than four children... The use of birth control is punishable by imprisonment and harsh fine..." She then smiled, "Just don't close your mind to the idea of a large family, it won't be so bad, okay?"
"Well I'm sure there's a way we can limit the number of children..." He said, feeling somewhat defeated. Now it seemed to make even less sense. The fact that there was no birth control of any sort, at least legally, boggled his mind.
He sighed at Helga's suggestion. "If it happens... it happens..." Norin said, before giving her a kiss. "I'll just do my damndest to try and pervent it" He said laughing.

Norin ran his hand through her hair. "A brilliant idea..." He said, grinning. Norin got up off the chair and picked up Helga, holding her close. He wavered slightly but got his balance and began his journey up the stairs and in search of the bedroom.

When he arrived in the main bedroom, he found it to be about fifty by ninety feet in size, with a bed at least twenty feet wide and twelve feet long. There was a fireplace, with two crossed rifles and a deer's head. There was a nice sized liquor cabinet in the corner of the room.
There was also a glass case that contained a large number of weapons. He recognized some of them, but only a few, there were far too many for him to recognize all of them. There was a 450 martini-henry rifle, 480 double barrel elephant rifle, AK-47, AK-74, SKS, AKS, Type 56, AKS-74U, AKM, M-16A3, M-16A2, HK-91, G-36, OICW, MP-5K, MP-5N, MP5-A3, MAS 49/56, M-14B. Then there were a few dozen pistols, some older than he and Helga combined, and yet some even older!
Helga smiled at him as she sat down on the bed, "Do you want me to get you something to drink?"
"How about afterwards..." Norin said, before locking his lips with hers. He gently forced her down on her back, never breaking the kiss in the process. Norin began to kiss her along her neck, his hands busy removing her shirt.

When they finished about forty or fifty minutes later, Norin realized there was a message on the answering machine, the voice was turned off and the phone's ringer down too low for them to have heard, but he saw the blinking light on the machine. He turned the ringer back up so they'd know the next time they got a call and then he played the message.
"Hello, this is Gunther, just calling to see if you got settled in okay, I guess you could be in the bunker checking out how things are down there, well take care, no need to call me back, it's late, I'll talk to you in the morning. Bye."
Helga chuckled, "Yes, I know what you're thinking, and yes, there is a bunker here..."
She then smiled at Norin before kissing him, after the kiss, she asked him, "How about that drink, what do you want?"
"Anything local..." Norin said, curious to try the native liquor. He was in high spirits now and relieved to hear that the estate had a bunker.
Norin smiled as he watched Helga get him a drink. Life thus far didn't seem too bad in the estate, but out of it Norin was unsure. He didn't really want to leave the house, except on certain occassions.

Helga poured him a glass of "Schacht's Fine Brandy" from a bottle that had cost $500, it was very good brandy, the best in the nation, varying prices though from affordable to a peasant, to only being able to be bought by the regime elite.
She handed the glass to him and with a smlie on her face, said, "Here you are Norin dear, I hope you enjoy it, it's some of the nation's best brandy."
Norin held the glass in his hand and before drinking it raised the glass to make a toast. "I'd like to make a toast to our first child!" He said, smiling. Norin drank from the glass upon finishing the toast.
"It's very good..." He said after drinking it. "Schacts Fine Brandy... I'll have to remember that..." Norin said before taking another drink.
"Helga dear... when are we going to have the wedding?" He asked, curious, so that he could make plans with family and friends.

Helga giggled, "Oh Norin, it's up to you to decide when the wedding is, don't forget, you're the man... I'm happy to marry you whenever you are ready to get married, I just think the sooner the better..."
Norin nodded, happy that the decision was in his hands. "Well we'll do it soon... I just want to get a few things and people shipped in from Avadria for the ceremony..." He said. Norin himself certainly didn't have the money, let alone the status to get the things he wanted, but he was certain he would be able to use some of the money available to get them.
"What about money dear?" He asked, hoping that his question would be answered. "How much will we have to spend on it?"

Helga giggled, "Oh I should have said the rest, Gunther said keep it under fifty million, anything under fifty million and he'll pay, if it goes over, well Herman said he'd cover anything between fifty million and seventy million..."
Norin again felt his jaw drop. Having wealth certainly did have it's perks. "W-well then... I'll certainly be able to get what I want..." He said laughing. "Your brother certainly is generous..."

Helga smiled at him and then grinned, "Welcome to the upper class, dear..." before she softly kissed him.
When they were done kissing, she yawned from exhaustion from the days events and then nodded, "Yes, Gunther and Herman are both very generous, they made all of their money in Thaller Advanced Aeronautics Inc, they are the sole providers of the engines for the MiG-41 Good Ole Boy, and they are also developing the MiG-49 Kluxer and MiG-55 Super Kluxer. Indeed they are the sole builder of the MiG-41 Good Ole Boy, each one sells for twenty-five million, our government has probably purchased over three thousand all together when you add in the Commonwealth government as well... Then foreign nations, well they've probably sold five thousand of more to foreign governments."
"It costs about eighteen million to make, so you can see they make a lot of money. They also provide almost all of the radar systems for the navy... Did you know my brother Herman is a fighter ace, have I spoken to you about him before?"
Norin was very impressed with the families record. Everything went into perspective on the buisness and the fortune. Norin had heard of Herman before but not very much. Only the mention of the name.
"You know what... I don't beleive you have told me about him. Let alone the rest of your family" Norin said. "I'd also like to meet them... seeing as they will be my family as well" He said smiling.

Helga smiled, the smile of a mother proud of her son, well in this case, a sister proud to boast of her brother's deeds. "Herman, well he was in the Egyptian and Libyan war, he was in an F-16D armed with 24 AIM-120 Air-to-Air missiles and 1000 rounds of 20mm ammunition in his cannon... In one engagment during the war, almost the entire Egyptian and Libyan air forces came up to provide cover for their ground forces. Herman was patrolling alone, he engaged the craft they sent up into the air, he managed to shoot down 8 MiG-29s, 8 Mirage F1s, 4 F-16s, 4 F-14s and 112 MiG-21s, pretty good, eh?"
Norin sat in silence creating a mental image of the air combat. He had a secret desire to be a pilot, but had done his service as a paratrooper and ended up working in the diplomatic corps. Flying was to be part of his future. He wanted alot of property and then build his own plane to fly.
"I can see why he's in the buisness..." Norin said. "What about your other family members... like your parents?"

Helga smiled, "Father was a panzer commander in the Second World War, and mother was the daughter of a minor government clerk who had a small amount of wealth. Father eventually gained enough prestige and he was a very rich man by the time he made Oberstgruppenfuehrer. Today they both live rather quiet lives in eastern Mississippi. What about your parents?"
Ooc- Her father was born in 1921, mother born in 1942. profiles soon.
Norin nodded. "I'd like to meet them." He said before going onto the topic of his parents.
"My father didn't live a very impressive life. He did actively serve in the military..." Norin said nodding. His parents certainly didn't have the same record. "He was an Oberfeldoffizier in the Imperial Fallschrimjaeger Korps and helped defeat the anti-Royalists in the 70's. He was also involved in a few other engagements before retiring... My mother didn't work much and she stayed at home when I was born..." He said, feeling a bit uncomfortable, seeing that his parens didn't match up to Helga's.
"I haven't talked to them much lately, but I want to invite them to the wedding." Norin added.

"Well I'd like to at least have them here for the wedding..." Norin said. He pulled Helga close and smiled. Norin knew he was beginning to get used to Mississippi, but everything still seemed so odd. It would probably settle in in a few days.

"Well I suppose that's possible..." Norin said. "I guess I'll give them a call in the morning and try to work things out..." He said. Norin wasn't sure how his parents would take the sudden turn of events, but he planned on telling them everything.

About her parents:
Dieter Thaller (83) Born in 1921 in Germany, joined the NSDAP in 1936, joined the SS in 1938. By 1944 he was an Oberstgruppenfuehrer due to his extreme success as a panzer commander. (His tank had one hundred and twelve kills on the Eastern Front) eventually he commanded an entire SS Division and then an SS Panzer Corps. After the war, he lingered around in Germany for a few months, before he decided to flee to avoid possible arrest and trial, in July of 1945 he fled first to Italy, then Syria, then to Argentina, and then finally, Mississippi. In 1959 he returned to Germany, where he met Johanna Stahlecker (yes a cousin of Hans Stahlecker, patriarch of the Stahlecker family). Johanna was 17 at the time, and after an entire year of his wooing her, he convinced her to move back to Mississippi with him and they were married in early 1960. Dieter founded the company “Thaller Advanced Aeronautics Inc” in 1970, but it only operated in South Africa, Portugal, Argentina, and Spain. On December 4th of 1984, he started work on a factory in Mississippi. Thaller Advanced Aeronautics Inc provided the Fabus regime will all the latest fighter advancements. 6’1, 160lbs. Blonde hair, blue eyes. IQ 150
Johanna (Stahlecker) Thaller (62) Born in 1942 in Germany, she was the daughter of a minor government clerk who managed to keep his post even after Germany lost the war. Johanna is a cousin to Hans Stahlecker. In 1959, she met Dieter Thaller and in 1960 moved back to Mississippi with him and married him. Her being pregnant with his child might have helped him win her over to the idea of marrying him and moving to Mississippi with him. (She was pregnant with Gunther) She and Dieter moved back and forth from Mississippi, Portugal, Spain, Argentina, and South Africa (As did a large number of the nobles such as the Stahleckers and Navarres, prior to the 1984 civil war. They’d often spend most of the year in a foreign nation that was friendlier to whites than the Marxist government of Mississippi was) 5’9, 130lbs. Brown hair, green eyes. IQ 139
Norin nodded somewhat surprised at the strict government regulations. "Well do they monitor them too?" He asked laughing, hoping they didn't. Norin had also planned on calling or hopefully visiting the Avadrian Embassy in Mississippi in the hopes to clear matters up and sort things out. He still had his drivers license and a few of his papers, and he was certain that they could look up his records if there were any problems.
((OOC: Since I originally had Norin as the Ambassador... that kinda throws a kink in things, so would it be fine if I change my Ambassador form? The main differences will be the name, age, weight, height, IQ, and what not. The meat of the form is the same.))

Helga shrugged, "I don't know, they may or may not monitor the calls, it really depends what time of day it is, where the call is going to, that sort of thing."
Norin nodded, not all surprised with the answer. "As well, tomorrow I'd like to visit the Avadrian Embassy if that would be okay... I have some matters to clear up and what not. I do need to ensure everyone that I am okay you know" He said with a laugh.
Those were of course Norin's initial intentions, but he had also planned to begin mapping out his families eventual extraction from the nation in a year or two. He knew that a number of meetings with the Embassy offcials would be required.

Ooc- You do know that Helga isn't really going to want to leave Mississippi, especially now that she has fallen back under the influence of her brothers and her father.
Ic- Helga nodded, "Sure, the embassy, you can go there, would you like to go by car, train, or helicopter? If you go by car, it may take six hours to get to Jackson City, maybe ten if traffic is heavy... There are over ninety million people in Jackson City."
OOC: I'm well aware of that... But you gotta shake things up sometime. Mainly Norin's plan is to take the kids (hence wait one or two years) and get them proper schooling. If Helga wants to follow... she can. As for Norin I figure the reprocussions will be great.
IC:
"Well I suppose helicopter would be great." He said. It seemed to be the most sensible way to travel that distance. By car it would take to long, and by train... well he didn't want to be by so many native Mississippians at once. The port seemed to be enough for him. "I'll leave in the morning I suppose... probably around nine or ten..."

Helga smiled as she picked up the phone, "Yes, the helicopter, have it ready tomorrow... Oh, what's that, not for six days at least, okay, well thanks anyway..."
She hung up and looked at Norin, smiling, "Well good news and bad news, the helicopter is broken, so I guess that means train. But you'll have a great time, our trains are so nice and you will get to meet dozens of nice people... I'm sure you'll love it."
"Just my luck... isn't it..." Norin thought to himself. His mind flashed to images of overly dressed women, men in white hoods, and propaganda lining the train. It really was a ridiculous scene and Norin would have thought it funny if he hadn't had the feeling that that would be his reality tomorrow.
"Well then, I suppose that will have to do..." He said, figuring that the train was the next best method. "Are they regular service lines... or do they only run at specific times?" Norin asked, curious so that he could plan out his mornings schedule.

"Well then a ticket for eleven would be great..." Norin said with a smile. "And if it's not too much, could you arrange for transportation from the station to the embassy?" He asked, not wishing to bear the streets himself. Ooc- Be back later tonight.
"That'll be perfect" He said with a smile before placing a kiss on her forehead. Norin yawned, he was exhausted from the day and felt that now would be an excellent time to sleep.
"Well Helga dear, I'm going to have to retire for the night..." He said with another yawn. "I'll be up at nine and ready to leave for the station by at least ten..." Norin said, filling her in on the mornings itinerary.

In the morning, Helga was still asleep when Norin awoke, he wasn't sure if he should wake her or not. He noticed the train ticket was on the top of the drawer along the wall parallel to the bed, a servant must have put it there in the middle of the night.
Norin yawned and got up out of the bed. He proceeded to get changed into a nice pair of clothes, a dress shirt and tie, nice pants and a sport coat, topping off his get up with a long jacket and leather gloves.
Norin adjusted his tie and grabbed the tickets. He put them in his wallet, which he realized was still filled with Cetina.
Norin then kissed Helga on the forhead, not bothering to wake her, and headed downstairs.

Norin was driven to the train station. The first thing he saw, was a group of five boys and two girls, sitting around on benches, between thirteen and sixteen years old, each one chewing tobacco, even the girls. Both of the girls were wearing the long black garments that seemed normal here.
There was a man in a suit and a tie walking around handing out fliers, he smiled at Norin, and in a very "well to do accent" said, "Greetings and salutations sir, how are you on this fine morning? Might I interest you in joining the White Knights of Mississippi?" he handed Norin a flier and then walked away.
Norin saw a group of six young white boys, aged twelve to fourteen, each wearing a black Fabus Youth uniform, all carrying AKS-74Us, slung over their shoulders. They boarded the train next to the electronical sign that read "Jackson City Express Route"
It was the one he was going to have to get on.
Norin looked at the man as if he was interested and accepted the flyer. He stuffed it into his jacket, it certainly would be an interesting souveineer. Norin saw the boys with weapons and was still surprised by it. The IYK were given old semi-automatic rifles but they weren't allowed to carry them in public.
Norin shook his head and checked his tickets. It seemed to be the right train. He walked down the platform and found the proper car, the Elite Special First Class. He boarded the train...

He noticed that the first car he came to was a car to wash up and refresh oneself in, and then check your coat and any carry on luggage. After he did that, he proceeded on into the next car, a sitting and lounging car, most of the men in the car were smoking pipes or cigars, they were all wearing suits.
There were some women also, none wearing the long black garments that the peasant women had to wear. These women were all in dresses, with corsets under their dresses.
One of the men raised a glass of wine, and made a toast, "To the cavalry!" the others joined in, "Yes indeed, the cavalry!", another man chimed in, "Ah, the cavalry, the modern knights!"
Norin could tell that the men were obviously all veterans from the cavalry. Not a single one of the men who made a toast was under fifty. He guessed they were veterans of the 1984 civil war.
He saw an empty seat towards the middle of the car, wondering if he should sit down here or just go to his room.
Norin watched the men give a toast and was somewhat surprised but at the same time felt at ease. Something about the military men put him at ease. He figured that they were reasonable, although most likely fanatics to some extent.
Norin approached the open seat and sat down. He had to admit it felt a little odd that he was the youngest in the room. Norin sat in silence and merely looked out the window. He was beginning to feel awkward if not out of place, although he figured he could always retreat to his room if things got to hostile.

A young pretty woman of about twenty-five walked up to Norin, motioning at the seat next to him, "Sir, is that seat taken?" she asked in a heavy Mississippian accent. After he told her it wasn't taken, she sat down, "So, what do you think of Mississippi thus far? Or do you like your own country better?" He wondered how she knew...
"Uh... uh... well Mississippi is nice I suppose..." Norin said, confused at how she knew. "Do I know this woman?" He asked himself, completely lost at how she knew.
"But obviously I prefer my own country..." Norin said with a unsure laugh. "After all I've only been here for a day..." He added.
"Miss, might I ask... how did you know...?" Norin questioned, still puzzeled by her knowledge of the subject.

She smiled, "No sir, you don't know me..." She then chuckled, "How did I know? You're the only man who has no gun, well no obvious gun, most, well not most, all Mississippian men carry a few guns concealed but almost always one openly displayed... And you're neither smoking, drinking, or chewing tobacco... And your suit, no Mississippian man wears that style of suit... And you opened the door to come into the car with your left hand, all Mississippians are right handed."
She then grinned, "And one last thing, no Mississippian man wears gloves indoors, it's regarded as ungentlemanly... Are you a gentleman, sir?"
Norin was amazed at all of the differences that set him apart from the others. He was surprised at how obvious it was. Norin was quick to remove his gloves at the mention of the rule, and he stuffed them into his coat.
"I wasn't aware it was so obvious" He said laughing. "As for the door, I assure you I am normally right handed" Norin said with another laugh. "I must've just forgotten for the moment..." He said lightheartedly. "As for the guns and tobacco... well I suppose I could take a pistol with me... but I don't chew or smoke." Norin said, explaining his case. "And the suit..." He said, looking down at his Avadrian tailored clothes. "Is Avadrian... I haven't bothered to purchase any Mississippian style clothing yet..."
"As for being a gentleman..." He said, raising an eyebrow at her. "I assure you that I try my best" Norin said with another laugh.

She pointed to a man who from the haircut and suit was obviously an undercover member of the PMP (Public Morality Police) It has been declared according to Luke 22:36 that men that don't at least always carry at least one pistol on their person, are immoral and need to be punished.
The man looked at Norin, "Sir... Do you need a pistol?"
"Umm... yes I suppose..." Norin said. It seemed an odd question, as he didn't expect to meet an arms dealer on board the train. He instinctively reached for his wallet but realized that all of his money was still in Avadrian Cetina. "Actually... I only have foreign money..." Norin admitted feeling slightly embarressed.

The man shook his head, "No, you get the pistol for free, it's the law, all males must always have at least one pistol on them at all times... Here you go, courtesy of the tax payers, it's a tested and true .45 caliber 1911-A1 PMP (Police model pistol) It's now yours... Take care of it."
The man handed him a large sized semi-automatic pistol that he had taken from a briefcase he was carrying.
Norin took the pistol from the man. It all still seemed so odd. He examined the pistol, memories of his training came back. Norin knew very well how to use a handgun if it came to it, it had just been a year or two since he'd held one.
"Well, thank you sir..." He said, still feeling odd by the whole thing. Norin placed the pistol on his lap, not really sure what to do with it now. He didn't exactly have a holster. "I... I really appreciate it..."

The man smiled and handed him a shoulder holster and two spare magazines, "Here you are sir... Enjoy..."
He then moved off and down the isle into another car.
The woman smiled at Norin, "Virginia, Virginia Mladic, yes, a cousin to the famous Joseph Mladic... You are?"
Norin was again pleasently surprised by the shoulder holster and extra ammunition. He took off his coat and strapped the holster under his left shoulder. Norin couldn't help but laugh to himself. He felt like the detective's he'd seen in old movies.
"I'm terribly sorry, I should've introduced myself Virginia." Norin said apologetically. "My name is Norin Fallsburg... It's a pleasure to meet you" He said, extending his hand to make it a more formal greeting.

Virginia shook his hand and grinned at him as she asked, "So... Is there a Mrs. Fallsburg?"
"Not offically yet..." He said smiling. "Maybe within a week or two..." Norin added with a laugh. "We hope to be married by then" He said. Norin decided it would be best to spare the overall details of the situation he was in.

She frowned at first, a little disappointed he wasn't available, but then she smiled, "Ah, congratulations... Who is the lucky girl?"
Ooc- I'm out for the night.
"Ms. Helga Thaller" Norin said again with a smile. He was truely happy to get married, but again felt so odd about his situation. Norin was almost on the edge of telling this stranger everything in a hope that he could at least find an ally in his cause.
But the chances that she would be helpful were slim. She was related to that Mladic fellow that Norin had heard on the radio. She most likely was a die-hard that would turn him in if he spoke out of turn, Norin thought.
He figured he would hold his tounge for the time being.
OOC: Excellent timing, I was just about to say the same.

Ooc- My last post for the night.
Ic-
Virginia smiled, "Ah, Helga, she is a wonderful woman, and the Thallers are such fine people... Did you know her brother Gunther and Herman run the major corporation, Thaller Advanced Aeronautics, and they provide all of the MiG-41s to the nation, and most of the radar for the navy and the AA units. Herman is our nations greatest fighter ace, a true hero... And he recently started a crusade against witchcraft..."
She grinned, "He is also rumored to have a hand in destroying Bir Gandus in Western Sahara... Hence it is now the rebuilt New Bir Gandus... They say Mr. Herman Thaller is the leader of the Volunteer Guard..."
She then giggled, "Oh, my, I'm going on and on... Oh my, I haven't let you get a word in edgewise... So tell me, are you and Helga planning on living in Mississippi or in Avadria?"
Ooc- Volunteer Guard profile is linked in my signature, read all about their deeds, if you want.
Norin nodded, happily following along with Virginia's rambling. He had heard most of it, but it was nice to pick up the new details and what not.
"No no, it's quite alright" Norin said, reassuring here that it was okay that she kept going on about the Thallers. "They are quite the accomplished family" He said with a laugh.
"As for where we are going to live..." Norin said. He bit his lip. "Well Mississippi, but I'd like to return to Avadria you know..." Norin said, telling her half of the story. "It really is a nice country..."

Virginia nodded but then frowned, "You are aware that Avadria is listed on the Mississippian list of Rogue States... Aren't you? You won't be able to visit there for any real length of time, and going there as a Mississippian citizen, it's probably going to land you in trouble... I'm surprised Helga wasn't charged for going there with you... It was in the papers for a while..." She chuckled, "Mississippian noble woman seduced by foreign demon", that is what the headlines were, well anyway, a few might read, "Mississippian woman a traitor to Mississippi", "Mississippian woman whores it up in Avadria", there were really trashy headlines, almost shameful... But I strongly suggest you not travel to Avadria, at least not until they are lifted from the Rogue State list that the Intelligence Department keeps."
"Rouge State!" Norin shouted, slamming his fist on the chair. Obviously his outburts had attracted stares from several of the cars occupants.
"We haven't done a damn thing..." He said leaning in towards Virginia, his voice now down to a whisper. "She wanted to come to Avadria... out of her own free will" Norin said, emphasising the last segment.
"And besides from the headlines you said, it seems that it's more trouble for Helga than me..." He said. "I mean if she was branded a traitor and a whore by the press..."
"And for God's sake, I-..." Norin cut himself off shaking his head. He was now worked up about the status Avadria had in Mississippi. Norin especially couldn't imagine what would happen if the Avadrian media found out about his situation.

Virginia smiled, "Mr. Fallsburg, calm down please, there is no need to get upset... Mississippi has over ten thousand nations listed as Rogue States, anything that isn't a right-wing white regime, or friendly to right-wing whites, is counted as a rogue state... As for Helga, the media here often just runs with whatever they think will sell, and anti-foreign sentiment is high these days... Her brothers handled the situation though and now the papers are running stories about how she saved you from leftist brainwashing, showed you the light, and got you to move to Mississippi and be true to your white ancestry."
Norin's jaw dropped. "Y-you've got to be kidding me..." He could tell immediately that the entire article was rampant with propaganda. "Avadria is a perfectly fine, non-communist, non-leftist, white majority, nation." Norin explained, summing up the country in a few words. "I-I mean my whole neighborhood was white... God the only place were their isn't a majority is New Beijing... but that's it..." He said.
OOC: New Beijing is almost all asian. It's a semi independant city/region that mostly governs itself but must uphold the laws and edicts and swear loyalty to the Emperor. They have their own army and specific equipment and what not. More on it in the future I suppose.

Virginia sighed, "Well the article said you're all what we call 'white self-haters' and that you let asians run wild in your nation, letting them steal your land, form their own armies, and terrorize people."
He shook his head in disgust. "Yeah... that's exactly it." Norin said sarcastically. "Our Nothern, Southern, Eastern, Western, and Central armies are all at the mercy of the Oriental Army..." He added still sarcastic. "You don't actually believe that garbage do you?"
Norin snoted. "The Chinese running amok... terrorizing everyone... that's absolute garbage..." He muttered to himself.

She frowned, "Joseph wouldn't lie... He said that Avadrian armed forces were so pathetic they are worse than the Arab armies... He compared Avadrian armed forces to those of Lebanon and Jordan."
Norin curled his lip. That he knew for a fact was an obvious lie. "Well then..." He said obviously annoyed. "Apparently you don't know much about the army..." Norin said. "Ignorant bitch..." He thought to himself. Although Norin knew she couldn't help it, she was the product of mass amounts of propaganda and what not.
"Everyone, including myself must serve for at least two years constant and there's also rigourous youth groups from the ages of sixteen to eighteen. So the vast majority knows how to fight." Norin said. "And the regular army is a well maintained, well equipped, incredibly disciplined, fighting machine. And the Durandal Combat System has improved the individual ten-fold." He added. "I'm certain we could take any... arab army..."
OOC: The Durandal Combat System or DCS is the name for the new equipment that was issued to all soldiers (http://www.pcgames.com.cn/tvgames/bao/pic/0401/pic/pcgames0106kill02s.jpg). It's use is reserved for active frontline infantry. Guards and other such people usually wear the standard old style military fatigues unless the situation merits otherwise.

Virginia smiled, "Well our soldiers typically start training in their youth around age eight to twelve, and then they'll be in training until age eighteen to twenty-two... Republican Guard and Special Republican Guard are even tougher than the regular army training, we have over thirty million soldiers in the army, and many are genetically enhanced. Rumor has it the government is even working on a small squad of a few super soldiers that will have unbelievable strength and perhaps even mental powers..."
She quickly added, "But those are just rumors, what they're suggesting would be a crime against the laws of God, and against the laws of nature, our government wouldn't do something so hideous..."
Garret couldn't help but grin. Sure he had been through hell because of one of these 'super soldiers' but the fact that he knew something that defied their wonderful God made him feel warm inside.
"I assure you that those quote 'super soldiers' are a reality dear..." He said, now expressionless. "And I can assure you that your government has defied the laws of nature, God, and whatever else... they exist..." Norin said, looking at her in a way that showed the utmost sincereity. "If I see you again I can give you proof." He said. Norin knew that the papers at the embassy would have a story about the engagment out side of his home, and the superhuman man who would not die.

The woman chuckled, "Surely you don't expect me to believe you have proof in the existence of something that can't possibly exist..."
"Your correct" Norin said with a grin. "I don't have the proof... yet" He said, tilting his head towards her to emphasize the 'yet.' "But I can pick up within after I finish up my buisness at the Avadrian embassy..." Norin said.
