In light of the current Samtonian naval inadequacies in various areas, as found by my simulations of Samtonian naval and amphibious battles, I am hereaby authroized to procure the following naval vessels from the PIW.

4 Greenmanbry-class Trimaran battle carrier

16 Constellation-class dreadnaught
250 Johnston-class AA destroyer
200 McDonough-class ASW frigate
150 Navarre-class SSN
50 Pasteur-class hospital ship

Total Listing Price: 1,785,500,000,000 USD

Payment will be in same form as original order from PIW was. My programming also shows me the total volume of Samtonian purchases combined makes Samtonia one of the largest, if not the largest, purchasers of military hardware from PIW. Therefore, following subroutine 9w3ET, I am authroized to request the movement of Samtonia to the most-trusted nation status with the likes of Isdselmere and Praetonia. My calculations are positive it would be mutually beneficial for both of our respective organizations.
