ic: The Federal Republic of Bonstock would like to purchase an Earth size planet from the DGNT planet services. We apologize that we cannot fufil the maximum requirement, we simply have too many people to house.
We would like a planet 80% covered by water, with one large, very mountainous continent, with many rivers flowing into the sea. We also would like a large volcanic area in the oceans to the east of that continent, with many islands. The continent should be mostly in the northern hemisphere of the world, and have a vast tundra to the north and a much milder forest environment to the south.
We are willing to pay many trillions of dollars for it, since it is a special order. Build it in a galaxy far, far away from the NS world, around a mid-aged star with a similar size to the sun the NS world revolves around.
By the way, days same as earth, gravity same as Earth, composition of soil the same as earth, etc. same as Earth (I have no imagination, partly because I don't want to RP my people evolving a non-humanoid form).
