If successful, the combined entity would become the largest auto manufacturer in Ell, and one of the largest carmakers in the world, with a capitilisation of over $110 Billion ($88 billion Ellen Lira). IC expects to pay around $270 million once shareholders have accepted. The combined entity would earn around $6 billion annually and hold between 15-30% of the world market for automobiles. CAPRICORN CITY- The state-owned Imperial Corp (IC) today raised it's bid for AA from $30.50 per stock to $33.50 per stock in an attempt to win over the independent directors. Stock in AA is expected to rise. IC has only increased it's holdings from 19.99% to 23.16% over the last fortnight, an increase of only 3.17%. Market anaylsts have been critical of IC's bid, saying it is paying too much. Successfully completing the takeover is critical to the success of IC's automobile division, as AA has ownership of pivotal vehicle brands such as the Commodore SS and the Rodeo.

Rivette Announces Greater Than Expected Q1 Profits

TEK, Saturday - Rivette MI Corporation announced Q1 profits that far outstretched it's projected Q1 profits this week; net profit for the fiscal year to March hit Rlh3.8 billion (just over US$7billion). Rivette spokesman Sipi Rihad explains, "With the launch of our first MI car, the Rotor, our internal sales have sky-rocketed. Plus, we have done a significant amount of merchandising business - sales of MI car toys have boosted profits significantly. Rivette can certainly look forward to the coming year with great expectations."

Rivette also announced that it is (cautiously) revising its Q2 profit expectations to a sum to the tune of Rlh1.6 billion; up 0.5% on the Q1 predictions, and down 0.01% on the previous Q2 projection.

Rivette urged stock buyers to remain calm, as it was fully expected that that margin would be breached within the first two months of the quarter.

While this is damning evidence, some other witnesses are needed, preferably witnesses unrelated to you and have nothing to gain from this.

The equation is something like this. Take total# of shares and divided by # bought and then cost of share then original price.That will equal the amount it should go up I think. let me test the Equation

You just enter your population size, the state of your economy (Imploded, Good, Powerhouse, etc) and it'll calculate the GDP for you.
Then you enter what percentage of your GDP you want spent on Military, and it will give you the figure as well a list detailing some of the things that you could buy.

a) Claims to have recovered technology from superior nations (to justify impossible technical capability),
b) Claims to have more military power than possible (2 carrier battlegroups w/2 battlecruisers),
c) Claims to have more funds than possible (to buy expensive weapons in large numbers),
d) Claims to have better tech than possible (super weaponry and advanced tech that most nations larger than 200million do not have),
e) Has launched limited weapons multiple times (from what I've seen, your 2 nuclear weapons have been launched about 3 times each, never contacting the target)
f) Tries to sell godmoded weaponry at hugely undercut prices (60mil for a "Prototype G-1 Anti-Grav system.")
g) Blatant ignoring of established procedures (declaring one war over without negotiations while opposing forces are still within his country)

I think that this is important. At first I let it slide as a fluke, then he began acting with created forces and refused to address the fact that he was doing the above. As a result, I have branded him a godmoder and made sure that it is known. I feel that these actions are very damaging to the quality of RPing on NS and that it needs to be stopped.

He has disregarded the seriousness that RPing on NS demands and claimed that it is "just a game, so it doesn't matter anyways." This is not the spirit of NS and his vitriol-filled rants indicate an unwillingness to obey the established NS rules of RPing on a grand scale.


While this is damning evidence, some other witnesses are needed, preferably witnesses unrelated to you and have nothing to gain from this.

News flash! BoodleBeef Enters Melfek Market!

The company of BoodleBeef, based in Boodleburg, has struck up a deal with several Carjan ranch companies, exchanging a large but undisclosed sum of money for several thousand head of melfek.

The melfek is an animal native only to Carjal and its neighbor Fradew, similar to a cow, only larger and with longer legs in proportion to its body. It is commonly used as livestock by both nations, but until recently no other nations have shown any desire to raise these animals.

However, Prime Minister Duke Seigfried, the leader of Boodleburg, on a recent visit to Carjal, recently tried a sirloin steak of melfek, and declared it "just as good as beef--maybe even better." As a result, he has recently made a second visit to the nation to talk with the ranchers.

The nation of Carjal had recently been hit with a surplus of melfek, and the ranchers were asking for a way to cull their numbers. Marad Pizman, the elected leader of Carjal, had previously been looking into the possibility of a government subsidy, but saw the opportunity that the unexpected proposal presented.

This deal, benefitting both nations as well as their respective companies, is expected by many experts to bring prosperity to both Boodleburg and Carjal ranchers, and to BoodleBeef, the major meat processing company in Boodleburg.
