Most people seem to have real difficulty when it comes to communication. Men, and women share this deficiency. It's not innate, it's something you need to fucking work on. People who complain that other people don't understand them probably aren't communicating very well either. Throwing up your hands does no one any good.
That's not true, IMO.
Throwing up your hands and insisting that you can't possibly understand your partner because of her crazy ladybrain can do you a lot of good, if you're a lazy and self-absorbed asshat.
You'll find a shocking number of people will have your back and will totally support your assertion that women are far too female to be understood. You'll find that a great many people will insist that, really, it's the woman's fault for being so crazy and weird and female, and if you ever hurt her feelings then it's because her feelings are wrong. You'll find a lot of like-minded dudes who totally support your choice to write off female feelings as the bizarre workings of alien minds. No man can possibly understand such aliens, so why bother? You're a man, after all, and you are biologically incapable of empathy, so why bother trying?
Sure, you'll miss out on ever having a meaningful human relationship, but if you're a lazy self-absorbed asshat then you don't consider that a loss anyhow.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that in almost every relationship, there are going to be times when you're going to hit the doghouse because your partner seemingly wanted you to be able to read their mind.
Notice how I was gender neutral? Notice how I said seemingly?
Because it's probably not specific to women. And it may not always be the case just because it appears to be. I won't deny that may sometimes be the case, but I think it doesn't happen because women are illogical but more because people are.
Or did I just barrel down the wrong road there?
