I'm sorry to hear that you've had lousy sex, but honestly that's got very little to do with how "casual" or "formal" your sexual experience is.

Some of the best sex I've had has been "casual." Some of the most positive and happy sexual experiences of my life have been with people that I was not dating or romantically involved with in any way.

On the other hand, my current (monogamous) partner is the best lay I've ever had.

I've had romantic partners who weren't much fun in bed, and casual partners who were, and vice versa. Sex can be nurturing and loving and can help form a more intimate bond, or it can be a delightful way to give and receive pleasure with somebody. Or both. Or neither.

Casual sex isn't any better or worse than marital or "committed" sex. And, contrary to the lies that the anti-sex brigade will shout at you, casual sex also isn't inherently any more dangerous than marital sex. Indeed, in a great many areas of the world, the fastest rates of STD infection are among women who remain virgins until their wedding day.

Yes you are, and eventually that repression will manifest itself. Oh, it'll start little, eye twitchs, bit of the shakes. Then the sleepwalking starts. And somehting weird is going on every night, you know it, but your subconcious can hid things from you. And then, one day, you wake up...And your okay. no twitch, no nervousness, whatever was bothering you is gone. But of course, things don't just disapear, they need somewhere to go. Sometimes, that place doesn't exist yet, you've gotta build it. And so it was built, piece by piece...every night, while you sleep.
