Sandy beaches, pool tables, bar, booths, food and drink, beautiful scenery, a Small Casino in the basement, and a subtly placed book of beach hooker numbers. The newly licensed club has it all. Stop by and lay in the sun, enjoy the ocean and stay the night in one of the many cabanas or suites available... Or possibly to get totally ratted, cashed, knackered. (Choose your own word.) Enjoy the excellent food, or just chat with friends and enjoy the atmosphere... Indeed, maybe all at once! It’s all good. Feel free to grab a complimentary towel and explore the sun-drenched beaches or fully fitted swimming pool.

She then took out three boxes, and some lengths of ribbon.

One pile went into the smaller box, she tied the lid on with purple ribbon.*

*The next pile went into the largest box.....a pink and green striped woolen glove, two gold bands on a chain, a flower and some photos.
That lid was tied on with red ribbon.*

Red for fun and laughter........thats LP

*The rest of the stuff went into the last box, and that lid was tied with dark blue ribbon.*

*That done, she went to get dressed, a shot glass cought her eye!

She opened another drawer, and took out Megs wedding bouquet, now dried,and a small luck charm from the wedding cake and placed these into another box.
Alongside she put the shot glass, a flower from a cocktail, and some tiny tiny gems that used to make up some flowers.*

*She tied the lid of that box with silk spun by a large spider, and laid that box into the drawer.*

Well I hope my voices are right this time!

*Putting on shorts and a t-shirt, she walks to the beach and into the water, swimming towards a large rock.*

*After sitting on the rock for a while, she swims back to the shore, and sits on a lounger outside the club to dry in the sun.*

I think I relived the last twelve months of my life......it was quite worrying really....

The specifics differed but because she was consciously aware that she was dreaming and had control (albeit limited) over the environment meant that it was a lucid dream. At the same time she had a hard time believing that this flawlessly real world was a creation of her mind. That would entail a creative streak beyond what she could produce. That would also mean that none of it was real, and she needed the escape. If only she could convince herself*

Scenes flashed through her mind, short colors that spoke in languages that weren't quite understandable. He laughed with her, and something emotional spun through her mind before she suddenly found herself in a void, which swirled and told her that things might be once more normal in the future. A zip, and white blanked her vision before she woke with a start. Unknowingly tangled in the bedsheets and still dressed in her clothes from yesterday, she fell from the bed with a thump, hitting her head on the floor.

She sat up, rubbing her temple. "Ow." Stumbling to the mirror, she blinked blearily at her reflection, noting that her hair was messy as usual. Running her hands through it, she tamed it a bit, before undressing and tugging on plaid pajama bottoms and a worn, black t-shirt. Gathering her things into a bundle, she slipped out of her door and wandered down the hallway, leaving her room open as she shoved her clothes into the washing machine. Going back to the room, she put the shuriken earring into her ear, and strapped a tanto blade around her waist beneath the t-shirt.

I probably should make the bed... this room is a mess. Nah. Noire grinned to herself, and closing the door behind her, padded barefoot down the stairs to the bar room. She didn't remember the dream.

She yawned and stretched, uncurling from the cushion she'd held in sleep.

Must've fallen asleep here last night.

Still in her pajamas, she struggled to standing and padded barefoot over to the bar counter, materializing a vodka bottle for herself as she ran her hand through her pale hair.

ooc: Bah. My dad pulled the plug on my Net connection last night; said I'd been on too long. :(

ic: She took a sip from her vodka bottle, and yawned once more.

I'm exhausted. This is strange...

The darkness enveloped her mind; he called to her, and she fell asleep, arm curled around her face on the bar counter.

Eydis entered the club, face pointed shyly to the floor but eyes lifted slightly in curiousity. Upon first glance at the girl, one would automatically think she was either obnoxious or obsessive compulsive about her wardrobe, which was composed of different shades of yellow. Her jeans were tan, worn sneakers faded yellow, and her t-shirt was the color of the sun on a clear sky, almost painful to look directly at. Her hair was brown and straight and framed her pretty, but plain face. Eydis seemed to resemble a runway model, with a bored expression and soft pink skin, except not nearly as exotic.

She carried an overstuffed olive (the closest she could find to yellow) messenger bag on her right shoulder, containing her own belongings along with some odds and ends she found in her travels. She had a keen eye as a trashpicker, but still had yet to find a real treasure. The most valuable object she found recently was a rusted dagger, which was in the outermost and most accessible pocket, just in case.

When Eydis turned 18 she was given freedom from her parents to wander the world unattended until she hopefully settled down for a nice, tall man. The yellow girl always rolled her eyes at this, marriage of any sort was far from her mind at the moment.

Eydis sat at the bar near a woman that fell asleep and ordered a lemonade. She didn't like the taste of alcohol, it reminded her of a cough medicine she was forced to take as a child, even when she wasn't sick. Her parents where drug enthusiasts, you might say. While they weren't potheads, they believed that medicine could cure anything. Eydis loved them dearly, but was glad to be away from them.

*A black shape moved up in the rafters... silent as the shadows that hit it. Yellow eyes watched the movements below*
