Opening the closet, she tugged her trenchcoat over the outfit and checked to make sure all her weapons were in place. Noire wandered back down the stairs, and tossed a wave to the pair in the booth.
"I gotta go for now... work calls." She grinned. "I'll be back later."
She turned on her heel and strode out the door.

Noire shut the book, suddenly tired of reading. Standing, she realized she'd never changed back into her pajamas last night, and decided that she didn't really give a damn. Shoving the book back under the sofa cushions and wandering over to the bar counter, she stood on tip-toe and slid onto a stool. Black fire burst around her fingertips, and instead of drinking from the resulting bottle right away as she normally did, she simply slid it back and forth on the counter between her hands.
Eh... I'm not really thirsty either.
