Welcome to the Paradise Club. Our fourth running of it under this name, though we've been through many editions of the famous oceanfront club and community. We have the usual amenities, pool, spa, sauna, tennis courts, an 18 hole golf course designed by our best golfers at the club, a race track, an expansive clubhouse with a bar, as well as countless other amenities.
Come on in and enjoy the best of ocean front clubbing.

Yes Ria, that was the other owner, but apparently she's kicking me out. See when I got in on the ownership of the club it was under a different name, though I never sold any of my shares except the half I gave Tink, apparently I'm no longer the owner.
But who cares, I'm a rich man, the club is still awesome under Tink's ownership.
Where's the bartender? Grab another round of margarita's for the pretty lady and I.
