However, despite my dislike for the [former] nation, Francos Spain is considered by many to be the greatest nation to ever play the game. The rest of my list is very defender friendly, including Pope Hope, Blackbird, and some other major defense players.

odd, i seem to have gotten a lot of love around here, and i am not a liberal...perhaps you should consider the fact that it is your methods, not your beliefs, that cause people to lose respect for you. indeed, i have noticed that most of the people who said they respect me also specified that they directly disagree with me on many topics, and that they respect me IN SPITE OF my views rather than because of them. the very fact that you would feel the need to post something rude on a thread of this nature sort of hints at the possibility that your respect-less NS existence is due to how you conduct yourself, not due to your splendidly conservative views.

I'd like to think it's a respect that comes from not needing anyone's approval. As most things I do and opinions I have are on shaky moral, political and anatomical ground, I tend to just throw people curveballs. :)
