im a tad soar. took the kids on a natur "walk" toda and i wound up chasing the lot of them down a 4 mile trail. like, the entire way. it amazes me how much energ little kids have.

ya, its a 10 day camp thing. only the 3rd day and already they're tiring me out. i dont know how the people who do this all summer do it.
yeah, those summer-long counsellors are kinda incredible. at least at the camp i used to go to... waking up early, hiking, running around, all in really high altitude. it must be fun though, too, right?

ya, i noticed those. what im doing now is just a relaxation run. it loosens the muscles so you can get in and work out those knots without it hurting so much
