As fortunate luck would have, there was no one in the vicinity to detect and raise the alarm about Haze or Hatman.

Arthur got up in the morning in got out of bed without waking up Candace. He ordered breakfast and got it ready for Candace. Shaking Candace he said. "Wake up Candace I got you so breakfast. Today we will go into the Speed Force so we need to get some food and energy."

Candace awoke groggily. "Thank you for the breakfast." She smiled and kissed him on the cheek.

"Can you explain this 'Speed Force'? There is so much I don't understand, Arthur."

"When a speedster dies he becomes one with the Speed Force. The Speed Force is a dimension filled with light and speedsters. Everything is moving and never stops." Arthur started to eat a pancake.

"I see... is this where the Black Flash is? Is this why we are going into it?" Candace asked. Deep down, she was quite excited to go on such an adventure.

"No he doesn't go there. Speed Force is where we will meet the two Flashes." Arthur said as he handed Candace a plate.

"You mean the historical famous Flashes?" Candace said excitedly. "Wow!"

Candace smiled sweetly at Arthur. "You have been so wonderful Arthur. Aside from that, I am on an adventure that seems like a fairy tale. Thank you for everything." She took the plate.

"Yes the two Flashes that started the Flash dynasty. I was given the name Kid Flash by one of the Flashes." Arthur said as he smiled as Candace was excited.

"It's fine. I haven't seen them in about six months. It's going to be exciting to see them again." Arthur kissed Candace on the cheek. "Oh it's fine. It's my pleaure that your here."

As Prism waited for the summoning, he noticed someone. He was in a black cloak with a red symbol. "Hey Acillatem, do you know how that guy is?" Acillatem stared at him for a bit. "No, I don't. You! Who are you? And what are you doing in my camp?"

This is really going to be something different! Candace thought excitedly.

"So when do you want to go? I have to have the concierge order some clothing for me." Candace explained.

"I'm think about right after we eat. Also get any clothes you want. I have enough money for anything." Arthur said as he finished up his meal.

Candace called the concierge and asked for him to pick up a pair of shorts, a crop top, and tennis shoes in her size. She figured it would probably be hot at speed force.

"Now I just have to wait for my clothes." She told Arthur.

"Ok." Arthur went into the other room and changed into some normal cloths. This would be the second time he had every gone into the speed force. Coming back into the main room he waited.

Fire simply ignored the two men and walked through the crowd. Now was not the time for confrontation. He disappeared from Acillatem's view.

Wooshaba']Haze replied sarcastically, "We could do like Batman always did. In through the roof for a grand entrance." Haze looked towards the castle. He thought to himself, There is always a back door. Haze then looked at Hatman and said, "Hold on." Haze summoned his third eye technique and used it to find an entrance to the castle. A few moments later it found an entrance that was perfect. A window that was left open on the second floor. Haze looked at Hatman and said, "Come on."

They waited until the coast was clear and shot stealthily toward the open window.

Prism and Acillatem saw the man disappear. "Were you seeing things too?" Acillatem looked around. "I must have been. It was probably a mirage of some sort. Come let us return to the tak at hand."

The concierge arrived with Candace's clothing.

"Thank you very much," she said and tipped him well.

She went into one of the other bedrooms and put on a cute croptop and denim shorts, as well as tennis shoes. She assumed she would need sturdy clothing. Her jewelry was simple as well. Diamond stud earings and a solitaire necklace.

It suddenly occurred to her that her parents would be wondering where she was!

Candace grabbed the phone and called home.

"Hi mom. I hope I didn't worry you too much. I was just having so much fun that I actually forgot to call you." If that didn't sound unrealistic, she didn't know what could be worse, other than the truth.

"I am vacationing in Australia! One of Janice's friends was going on vacation and invited me. Her parents are paying all expenses, but they were leaving that night. It is beautiful down here. I don't know how long I will be here as they don't know how long they are going to stay." Candace told them.

"We are in a luxury highrise that is amazing!" She said. "I am so so sorry I didn't call before. That was terrible of me! Please don't ground me when I get back!" she begged.

"OK, bye mom... love you too..." Candace hung up.

Now she had to call Janice and explain what she had to tell her parents if they should call. Candace called Janice and explained that she was in Australia with a friend, what she told her parents, and to pleast back her up. Janice agreed.

Oh man! Janice thought. She looked around the room. Actually, she would have been content to sit in the suite the whole time if she had to... it was luxury she was not used to and she loved it.

Candace emerged from the other bedroom she was in and into the master suite where Arthur was.

"Well, I am ready to go!" She exclaimed. "By the way? How long will we be in this Speed Force, and what should I expect or need to do Arthur?" Candace asked.

She looked at him and smiled. "You are so sweet!" Candace hugged him and kissed him on the cheek, and then was still smiling when she looked at him afterward.

They waited until the coast was clear and shot stealthily toward the open window.

Once they were inside of the castle the duo looked around. Haze used his third eye to locate the King. He looked at Hatman and told him to follow. They crept toward's the the room.

As they aproached the royal bedroom, they were halted by two guards. "Halt." They said as they trained thier rifles on the two. "This is off-limits."

"Time does not exist in the Speed Force. So once we come out no time will have passed. Also I must carry you at all times. If I don't you will drop out of the Speed Force." Arthur got up from the bed. "Don't worry I will most likely get out of the Speed Force. The Speed Force is a field where light moves by and everything does, but we are moving at all times. So let's go."

Arthur opened up the door and went down into the elevator down into lobby. Walking outside he picked up Candace and ran. Finally finding a flat place he started to run. "Don't be afraid Candace." Arthur came up on running until they entered the Speed Force.

Candace held tight to Arthur unsure of what to expect. Wow... Speed Force is the manifestation of all that crappy physics we learned last year. I never thought I'd see any reality to it.

"Just don't drop me Arthur!" She kissed him on the cheek and put her head on his shoulder.

She was excited at seeing the other Flashes, and to think, her new love is a Flash himself. Wow.

ooc- Going whitewater rafting, won't be back until Sunday afternoon.

Arthur kept on running and entered the speed force. He held on to Candace. Light was moving past them. Looking around he wondered where the Flashes were located. Arthur looked at Candace. "This is the speed force."

Candace took in everything around her. It seemed strange... as if they weren't moving that much.

"This is... weird Arthur!" Candace giggled.

Following the meal, which had been both simple and filling, Carl and Starfire prepeared to leave. During the course of the meal, Carl had asked numerous questions about the NJLU, such as its current size, notable members, current engagements, and the such. As they left the ground outside the temple, Carl turned to Starfire and said "you need to lead the way. I'll follow in right after you, since I've never seen where the NJLU has its HQ."

Starfire looked at the boy and said, "Well we aren't going to HQ, yet. First we have to meet up with Nightwing in Australia. While there we will get you everything you need for while being in the NJLU." Starfire lept into the air and told Carl to follow her. On the way to Australia Starfire asked, "Do you have an alias or are you comfortable with the whole world knowing your identity?"

Candace was completely in awe. So the other Flashes are in here as well... running, I believe he said? She mused.

She could not wait to tell her physics teacher about what it is really like to enter something that is a given, but never experienced. Oh, man... No one would believe me! This is so wild!

Candace loved it. There was nothing like it on earth.

"Candace you have to promise you never tell anyone about this place. This place is only know by few. It must be kept a secret." Arthur looked around wondering where the Flashes were located. "Also you must never tell anyone that names of the Flashes."

"Oh, OK. I promise, Arthur. I was thinking of how funny it would be to tell my physics class, but I will say nothing." Candace replied, and held on tight.

"If you tell I will have to kill you." Arthur said. It was a joke, but wondered if Candace understood it.

"Arthur, I am loyal. I do not go back on promisises," she told him bluntly. "You have nothing to worry about from me." Candace reassured him.

Enertro smiled as he closed his eyes, letting the massage relax every muscle in his body...he felt Diaphanous' warm legs around his body and put his hands on her tanned leg.

"Ok my love...that was amazing..." he said quietly before yawning. "But we had other things on schedule..."

Enertro couldn't wait to get intimate with Diaphanous...each night was an incredible experience...

I wonder if all women from outside this planet are this incredible, he thought with a chuckle as he gently stroked Dia's leg.

Diaphanous got off of Enertro. "I hope you are relaxed, my love.

She smiled slyly at him, and took a sip of her wine.

"Oh, I dunno...maybe some tv..." he joked as he leaned in and kissed her passionately, slowly pushing her on the bed, stroking her body as he did so. He carefully undressed what little she still had on, as he kissed her stomach and kissed upwards. "What channel do you want to watch?" he asked once he reached her sweetened lips.

"Oh, this one seems perfect," she smirked and kissed him back passionately. Diaphanous could feel the electricity elevating in their bodies. She moaned softly as Enertro kissed her, and put her arms around his muscular back, her hands running up and down his perfect musculature. Even kissing Enertro always made her heart pound and made her ache for him.

He was unlike anyone else. She kissed him slowly, deeply, and passionately, unable to stifle the soft moans. "Enertro, my love, my husband," she whispered, "I love you so much." It would not be long before she would be gasping, she could already feel it.

There was a sudden disturbance in the Speed Force as Wally West appeared in front of Arthur. Wally looked at Arthur and said, "What the hell are you doing here again?" Then he looked at the girl and said, "And who is that?"

Candace looked at this other man with awe. Who is he? Everything in the Speed Force was like magic to her.

Carl pondered Starfire's question. Then he remembered two movies. "They shall call me Drake."

Starfire nodded and said, "That is a good name." She then sped up a little bit. She was in a rush. She hadn't seen Dick Grayson in a while. She couldn't wait to talk to him. She then asked, "So what all can you do?"

Hatman and Haze stopped on command. It would be counter productive to give the impression that they meant any harm to the royal sentries,

"I regret that an urgent situation has required us to bypass standard palace etiquette," Hatman told the guards, "it is of the most extreme importance that we speak with your king at once!"

Arthur looked at Wally alittle puzzled. Then he remembered that Bart must of have told Wally and Barry. "I have come to ask for help. Also this is Candace. What's wrong with you Wally?"

He whispered to Candace. "This is Wally West. He was the second Flash."

Arthur introduced Candace, however did not introduce her to whom he was speaking with... only whispered who he was.

"Nice to meet you Wally." She smiled. Wrong with him?

"You may speak with the minister if it is urgent, this corridor is off-limits to you." The guard replied, the two proverbly crossing pikes to indicate the door closed.

Wally looked at Arthur and said, "You surprised me a little. For a minute I thought that you were dead. Then I saw the young lady. She is not supposed to be here. You are putting her at risk. You aren't even supposed to be here. Not yet anyway. The more you enter the Speed Force the less likely you will be able to leave. The Black Flash is going to come after you even stronger now." He looked at Candace and said, "I can see that he has already went after her." He then said, "What do you need help with?"

Haze used his third eye to see past the guard into the King's chamber. There was something familiar about the King. Haze couldn't put his finger on it. Haze then said, "We met two men today. We think that they might have been experimented on. I think the King could answer my questions. Please tell your King that we are out here." Haze thought to himself, He probably knows we are here.

"Thier Majesties are presently occupied in certain private matters." One of the guards replied to the requests, "And thus are not to be disturbed, except by certain members of the goverment."

"What do you mean we are not supposed to be here?" Candace asked Wally. "And how can you tell the Black Flash has come after me and why does this Black Flash come after you before your time? We all die, but we do not have some 'thing' chasing us. Why does it want Arthur dead... and me because we are close? It makes no sense. Can you tell me Wally?" Candace asked.

Enertro continued exploring her body, kissing every inch of her in erotic pleasure before ending at her lips.

"Dia...I love you so much," he gasped before putting his lips against hers again. He could feel his energy peak and was pretty sure he was giving her some of it as well... It's what seemed to happen when they got intimate, and it was highly unusual, but incredibly invigorating...It made it all the more pleasurable.

"My love...when this is over...we should have kids," he chuckled as he kissed her chest.

Diaphanous gasped and replied to Enertro. "Sure... we can have kids... as long as you carry and bear them." She grinned and began kissing him again.

"Enertro, I do not know how much longer I can wait." She was burning for him to the point she could barely stand it. "You seem... to have such patience...." She gasped.... "Take me any time you want, my love."

Diaphanous was in another dimension, so to speak, and could not stand waiting for him to connect with her. She had been moaning the entire time, her eyes closed. How can he be so patient? Perhaps he is just being a tease.

"Enertro," she asked, "Are you just being a tease?" Diaphanous barely got the words out. She began scratching his back, sucking his neck, her soft moans increasing in volume. She was waiting, as difficult as it was for her. Perhaps it was because of the fact that she was an alien.

Acillatem approached Prism. "Well, everything is ready. We will begin the summoning now." Prism stopped him from saying anything. "No. Don't start yet. I want to find that cloaked guy. He might be trying to sabotage everything." Prism began looking amoungst the people. He thought he saw him, but he was not there. Prism began to look around, frustrated.

"That would be embarassing..." Enertro laughed in response to her reply of having him carry and bear them.

"Any time, my love?" he gasped as he continued to tease her, kissing her gently. "So...impatient..."

"I wonder if old man Nightwing can hear you," he gasped with a broad smile.

With little else to say, he "took her".

"I know I shouldn't be here and I know she shouldn't be here. I don't care if the Black Flash comes after. I'm not running away. If I dead then I will come here. The only reason I came here is for her." Arthur said as he looked at Wally. "So has Bart come here since our last visit?"

Diaphanous, reaching peaks of ecstasy unimaginable, many times, finally calmed down. She was spent and tired.

"Enertro, how about we sleep now? I can barely keep my eyes open. How about you?" she asked.

Candace, receiving no answer, asked her questions again. She was becoming frustrated. How did Wally know Black Flash was after her, and all the other questions that no one would answer. She was about to explode.

"Please, please answer my questions Wally?" Candace begged.

Enertro wrapped his arms around Diaphanous and kissed her gently on the lips, multiple times. "Sleep? Pah..." he chuckled as he moved his finger along her bare stomach.

"Actually, I am quite sleepy myself..." he yawned.

Diaphanous rested her head on Enertro's muscular chest and snuggled up to him. "It has been a long day, my love. Some much needed sleep is in order."

It did not take her long to doze off.

Enertro smiled as his eyelids began to close. Her warm body pressing against his, as he continued to slowly stroke her with tender love and care.

He loved Diaphanous so much and, as he has been showing, would do anything for her.

"Good night, my one and only love," he whispered as he brushed away a strand of platinum hair and kissed her gently on the forehead, before laying on the bed, resting his arm around Diaphanous' bare waist.

Hatman rubbed the bridge of his nose as the mounting beurocracy suddenly started to seem more daunting,

"Look when we see the Minister and explain the situation, he'll likely want to tell your King who will be upset by the intrusion. However if we tell him, His Majesty will still be upset, but he will know the situation much sooner. So either way you look at it, the King is going to get upset. But this way we can get it over with."

The guards seemed perplexed for a moment...

"Unfortunately your logic is faulty, and thus, no. You either take it throught the proper channels, or you think about spending some time in the prisons." The guard replied

Haze looked at the guards and said, "I doubt there are prisons that could hold either of us." He then looked at Hatman and said, "Perhaps we should just speak with the minister." He then asked the guard where the minister was.

Wally looked at Candace. She was really impatient. Wally replied, "Slow down young lady." He looked at Arthur and said, "You would think she was the speedster seeing how impatient she is." Wally looked away and said, "I don't know why the Black Flash wants Arthur or you. When I say you are not supposed to be here I literally mean you aren't supposed to be here. It is too dangerous for a normal person like you to be here. I am surprised that Arthur risked your life." He looked at Arthur and said, "What do you mean you did it for her?"

Fire suddenly appeared behind Prism. He quickly said, "Are you the one they call Prism?"

One of the guards pressed a call button to get a guard to escort the two to the minister to bring the two to the minister.

Once they were lead into the office, the woman behind the desk asked, "May I help you?"

Haze replied, "We want to speak to the minister."

"As I said, may I help you?" She asked, shaking her head at the appearent sterotype and prejudice of the man.

"We have something very urgent to tell your King. And that is Galvania is planning an invasion of your country."

Arthur looked at Wally and started to laugh. "Yeah you guess she would be the speedster. I brought her hear to explain everything about us. I can't really explain that much because I haven't seen it all unlike you. I have one question for you Wally. Has Bart been here since our last visit?"

"Yes, I am Prism. Who are you, and what do you want?"

Haze apologized to the minister and said, "Do you know of the super-soldiers program? Katisgasnia has been taking in soldiers and performing horrific experiments on them."

"Yes I do, and you are most certainly incorrect. They were all volunteers, fully informed of the potential risks and benefits." She replied, giving the impression of a principal speaking to a truent student.

"I am sorry, I am no speedster, but I do not understand any of this, nor do I understand that my life is in danger in here. Arthur did not say anything about that, Wally." Candace looked at Arthur, somewhat hurt.

Wally looked at her and said, "You are traveling at the speed of Light right now. That is too fast for a normal human to go. When you slow down you could be transformed into plasma. I don't know what Arthur was thinking about when he brought you here.

The UN doesn't know. Haze looked at the minister and said, "I have reason to believe that your nation are planning to use these soldiers for acts of terrorism. That is why I believe Galvania and all of those other nations have declared war on you. Your information leaked. If you don't stop some of the more major nations might decide to interfere. I don't think any of us would like to see another war would we?"

"Alas, wrong again. You have the situation backward." She replied with an indulgent smile, the kind for someone who keeps failing to grasp the situation.

"Arthur!" Candace screemed. "Plasma! Oh my God! Maybe I should get out of here! Or maybe it is too late! You could get the answers and tell me, if I'm not a pile of goo when I get out of here!" She was alarmed and angry.

"Arthur! How could you risk turning me into plasma! You NEVER said a thing about it! Get me out of here if it is not too late. Wally, what should we do?"
She asked the speedster, as he seemed to know more about all this than Arthur.

"Alas, wrong again. You have the situation backward." She replied with an indulgent smile, the kind for someone who keeps failing to grasp the situation.

"So what is your plan?" Haze asked

"Ever thought of a defensive plan to keep our people safe?" She asked

"From Galvania right. Why does Galvania want war with you guys anyway?" Haze asked.

"Oh, maybe because the cream of thier crop is defecting to us, as well as the others who are rattling thier sabers at us." She replied, "And since I'm guessing you're going to ask why, because of an improved standard of living here."

"Fine Wally. If you ever want to see me again. You can come out of this place. I know you can. So what if you dead? I know that Barry can come out." Arthur started to slow down. Once out of the speed force he ran back to the hotel and dropped Candace off. He wrote a message quickly.

Dear Candace,

I have to leave. Sorry but I'm so torn apart. I cannot talk to you. I have to have some time alone.

Arthur started to run until he stopped in the middle of a corn field.

"The sky is to me nothing more than a toolbox, and one that I can rebuild at a moment's notice. Some call it the ability to control the weather. That is a false assumption. I am one with my surroundings, though I have only been able to assimilate with the sky as of yet." To demonstrate this, Carl transformed into a dragon, then into electricity in the shape of a dragon. Then, suddenly, he was back in human form, flying with ease next to Starfire. "My master is a True Master of the Dragon Arts. He is tied to the very fabric of world, of the single underpinning force from which all four realms of elemental control originate. The sky, earth, ocean, and forest all answer to him, and each of their individual elements are like fingers for him. That is why I must return every so often, so that I may continue to assimilate myself with my suroundings."

"Okay..." Prism followed the man. "Well, what do you want?"

Candace read the note and screamed, "Arthuuuuuuur! Why are you doing this to me!?" She began crying. It seemed as if he was hurting her on purpose... giving her no explanations... nothing.

She lied down on the bed and sobbed into the pillow.

That's it. He has hurt me too many times. I can't allow this to continue. I have to forget him. I don't deserve to be treated like this.

The money was still there, so she decided to stay at the hotel. After all, it was stunning and Australia was great. She decided to have the concierge bring a lot of clothing and a bikini, and she would enjoy the country and spend time at the beach. Screw Arthur.

Starfire nodded in agreement and said, "The thing about your master is that his powers are bound to that one land. If he could leave, there is probably unlimited possibilities. That is where you come in. You are able to leave and experience new things and learn new tricks. You will probably surpass your master." The two of them hovered above Australia. Starfire began to descend.

Nightwing woke up the next morning. He looked at his clock. 11:42 AM. Damn I have to get Diaphanous to Raven.

Nightwing quickly dressed and brushed his teeth. He then left and went to Diaphanous' room. He knocked on the door.

"I am Adish Pyrulis of the Chinese Fire. I have come here to challenge in a dual. If you beat me you shall gain my abilities and enormous power. If I beat you the same shall come my way. If you don't accept you will lose your abilities automatically. You must not speak of me," Fire quickly told Prism. Fire took of his shirt to reveal an addition fire symbol and various warrior tattoos. He then pulled out a saber.

Prism let everything set in. This guy must be insane. But if what he said was true, this could be good or bad. He could lose all his abilities and never be able to kill Enertro, or he could become strong enough to do it with ease. "Alright then. Bring it on." Prism got ready for the coming battle.

Fire was surprised. Usually his opponents had more questions, but that made the battle even more interesting. Fire bowed to him and launched a large ball of fire at him.

Prism dodged the fireball and put his hands to the ground. He lit up a blaze that rushed towards his foe. It circled around him before finally blasting up in the air, engulfing him in flames.

Diaphanous heard the door, however Enertro was still sound asleep.

She carefully moved out of his arms, without disturbing him, and put the silk sheet over him. She smiled at her love and kissed his forehead. He is so precious when he is sleeping. She smiled and kissed him one more time, then grabbed her silk kimono robe and went to answer the door to see Nightwing.

"Please be quiet," she whispered. "What is it?"

Nightwing blocked his mind to just one thought. "I found Raven for you. Your training starts today at 12:00PM on the beach." Nightwing looked at his watch. "From my observation you have about 10 minutes to find her on the Sydney beach." Nightwing began walking away and then turned around and said, "And tell Enertro that I will be back. I have something planned for him and I today also." Nightwing walked back into his room.

Fire began laughing as the fire engulfed him. He absorbed the fire and used its energy to launch fire at Prism's feet. Prism was standing on hard rock that quickly changed to molten lava. Without Prism knowing it he began to gradually sink into the exposed magma.

Before Nightwing could leave, Diaphanous replied, "I am not waking Enertro for a reason you have not mentioned. Also, I do not know what Raven looks like, so how do I find her... scan everyone on the beach? I think it would have been more appropriate if you had brought her here with you. What are you thinking?"

Arthur went back to the place he started. Keystone City. He had enough of this. Going into a back alley he donned a ski mask and entered a bank. "I want everyone down."

"What are you going to do?" A security guard asked.

Arthur shot him with a light beam. The security guard went flying into a wall.

"That's what I'm going to do. So everyone better follow my orders. This town is pefect. Well since the Flash died. Keystone now has a new supervillian. Lightspeed."

Arthur went up the counter and said in a commanding voice. "Give me all the money."

The money was handed over to him and he grabbed it. He started to leave when a alarm went off. Arthur ran outside and away from the crime scene, This was going to be the first bank of many. The NJLU had better watch out for Lightspeed.

IC: Nightwing responded, "You can't always get what you want princess. You will be able to find her. I promise. She stands out." Nightwing walked into his room.

Omino landed in Keystone City. It seemed that a certain former student of his was causing more trouble. Omino had come to investigate.

Diaphanous threw on her leather and only brought a katana, and left for the beach to look for Raven.

She looked around, while muttering about what a jerk Nightwing was.

On the beach there was a ball of dark energy hovering above a pink beach towel. Inside of the ball sat Raven in a meditative state. "Azarath Metrion Zenthos," she muttered over and over again. No one was near her.

Diaphanous immediately saw her. Wow! She is so... cool! I think we will get along. I cannot believe her state of relaxation!

Diaphanous flew up to Raven. "Hello. You have got to be Raven." She smiled. "I am Diaphanous, and I apologize that you must take time out of your life to help me. No one from my planet survived to teach me to control my emotions, particularly rage... and what results from my rage could destroy the earth. Thank you so much Raven. You have no idea how much I appreciate this."

Diaphanous was thoroughly impressed with Raven... so calm and cool.

Raven broke the ball of energy and landed next to Diaphanous. She acknowledged Diaphanous and said, "So what abilities do you have? From what Nightwing told Arsenal and I they are powerful." Raven remembered the girl from the first day she had joined the NJLU. She was the one who could walk through walls.

"Oh, maybe because the cream of thier crop is defecting to us, as well as the others who are rattling thier sabers at us." She replied, "And since I'm guessing you're going to ask why, because of an improved standard of living here."

"Are you sure they don't want war because your nation is taking their land and resources daily?" Haze retorted.

"I have developed pyro abilities, I can become invisible with no trace except for rare people such as yourself, I fly, I have traditional shinobi abilities and martial arts. The shinobi work includes all the weapons that go with it. I can walk through solid objects, telekineses, telepathy... I can scramble people 's minds by disturbing their brain chemestry, as well as creating darkness in a large area..." Diaphanous was trying to think if there was any more. "Abilities are emerging... abilities I did not have before. I do not know where it ends."

Diaphanous sighed. "Then there are the abilities I cannot control... they are emotion induced... associated with rage. Fission and fusion... huge nuclear power, and wind power... particularly tornadoes and hurricanes. "

She sighed. "I think that is all of them... so far." She informed Raven.

Prism noticed the molten ground. He shot light beams into the ground, which propelled him upwards. He kicked the man right in the face in midair. He landed and blasted light beams at him. Since he absorbed fire, Prism would have to use light instead.

"You are experiencing your planet's version of puberty. Believe me it is natural. You have probably received all of your planet's abilities. Today we will work with your calming yourself. People with abilities like yours and mine have to put blocks on their minds so that they won't overdue it. I had to put a lot of blocks on my mind so that my powers wouldn't spiral out of control. Haze has blocks on his mind and so did Superman. They are just things that people with special abilities. Do you have any thing that makes you completely calm?" Raven calmly asked her.

"If you want to keep imaging your fantasies, I'm sure we can find a nice padded cell for you, if you actually want to have a sensible talk, where you base your assumptions in fact rather than fiction, we can continue." She replied with a sigh.

"To put it simply. We are not the agressors either throught military action or throught stealing resources."

The NJLU has been monitoring your nation for the past three months. None of this started until you got your new King." Haze then thought to himself, Maybe there King is behind all of this.

"My husband, Enertro relaxes me always." Diaphanous replied to Raven. "So it is my planet maturing in me." She looked at Raven a bit worried. "I do not know how far my powers will go; what more powers may awaken, however nuclear powers are difficult enough." She explained to Raven.

"Nightwing, even knowing my problem, provokes both of us. He enrages me. How stupid is he?! Knowing my problem, he continues to make it worse! He baits both of us. Does he not know he could die? I dispise that bastard! Oh shit... here I go again." Diaphanous said.

"I noticed you using a mantra. Might that work for me?" Diaphanous asked.

So far, Diaphanous liked Raven very much. She seemed to be extremely knowledgeable, and Raven impressed her. Plus she was not an asshole, which was a plus.

"Thank you again Raven." She said.

Prism shot multiple beams of light at Fire, making them as hard to dodge as possible. 'Hey, Fire. Why do you want to fight me? And how did you find out about me?"

Raven responded to her about Nightwing, "Nightwing really isn't that bad of a guy. He has been through a lot. At a young age his parents were murdered in front of his eyes. He was adopted by Batman who trained him to become one of the top martial artists in the world. Nightwing then began to lead the Teen Titans where he saw a lot of his closest friends get destroyed before his eyes. He also saved a lot of people. Me being one in particular. Nightwing then had to suffer with the loss of his mentor Batman. Batman was the closest thing to family that Nightwing had. Even though it doesn't seem like it he cares for you. If he didn't he probably wouldn't have convinced me to train you. He would have let you fly off into space and destroy other planets."

Raven smiled at her response to Enertro. "So Enertro is who makes you happy. He will be the first thing that will help you control your powers. Do you have anything else that calms you? Any objects or places?"

I need your powers to complete my mission. Even if you defeat me you will still complete my mission. Have you not noticed the lava in which you are standing?"

"That's just bullshit." She replied, "We aren't taking land, just defending ourselves." She insisted, but didn't sound so cock-sure about it as she had before. She knew it could be happening, but she was positive it wasn't.

"I am finding that the beach here and the waves are relaxing to me." Diaphanous responded to Raven. "Flying high is relaxing as well." She added.

"I must also say, that despite what Nightwing has gone through, angering me can destroy the earth... That is what I am getting to. I would end up destroying other planets after this one. Can you ask him to let up on Enertro and I. It enrages me and makes it more difficult. I saw my parents die as well, yet I do not antagonize others. I lived alone here on earth since age 15." Diaphanous explained. "It is just that he is making things worse for me by baiting and angering Enertro."

Candace put on her bikini and headed to the beach. When she arrived, she couldn't believe the beauty. She adored it. She put down her beach towel, and kicked back to relax.

Candace sighed... This is the life! She noticed many of the guys looking at her, however, she ignored them for now. She just wanted some sun and relaxation, after the cruelty she was put through. Candace still did not understand it, but no one who loved her would ever treat her the way Arthur did.

Raven laughed and replied, “He wasn’t trying to anger you. He was testing you. Seeing how easily you are angered and what makes you mad the most. Obviously messing with Enertro is one of them. I'll get him to lay off but, Diaphanous you cannot put all of your anger on him. He is not the only cause. There are other things that anger you. You cannot blame Nightwing for everything.” Raven then looked out over the ocean. “So the ocean relaxes you. Is there anything that you are completely infatuated with? Anything that will make you stop completely in your tracks?

I think that you are out of the loop.” Haze looked at Hatman and said, “I think it is about time that we leave now. I wouldn’t want to tarnish my relationship with this nation.” Haze began to leave. He wanted to make the minister think about what could be happening in her country.

Here she turned an icy glare on Haze, "Her Majesty's choice of a husband and King is not your concern." Her voice sub-glacial. "Also we have not been at peace for decades as you erroneously claim."

Here she paused a moment before continuing in a much more natural tone of voice, "No, I don't think you should depart, but rather take your concerns up with thier Majesties."

Enertro got out of his bed and yawned loudly as he stretched his muscular arms. He looked around and noticed Diaphanous gone.

He walked around the room, looking in the bathroom, the shower, the bath...nothing.

"Dia?" Enertro called before putting on some every day clothes and walking out to Nightwings room. "Hey, Nightwing...where is Dia?"

Guardian was soaring through the sky with Sacer, the mammoth snake in their arms. "Sacer...I feel something bad brewing below us..."

Arthur had stolen from a lot of banks. To be exact twenty in the last two days. The super villian Lightspeed was a pain for Keystone City. Arthur was glad this city was without a hero. If a hero came he just go to another town. Walking into the bank he blinded all the people inside. Then he quickly tied up the security officers and went to the counter. "Give me all the money now!!!" The money was handed over to him. Then the alarm went off as it usually did, He started to walk out of the bank with no care in the world. No one would know who Lighspeed was maybe besides Omino. Candace could never tell. Arthur had never showed her his light powers.

"Raven," Diaphanous responded, "There is something I am infatuated. It is extremely rare, however it is my greatest weakness as I become so infatuated that I do stop everything I am doing, including fighting, or anything important. Should I tell you? I am afraid. I have never told anyone at all, ever." Diaphanous had a frightened look on her face.

"As far as Nightwing is concerned, of course he is not the only one who makes me mad, but since we got here, he has been the main source of my anger. I must add that he antagonizes Enertro even when I am not there, so that is not to test me. That is just him being cranky." Diaphanous told Raven.

"Again, I am afraid to tell you my infatuation, as it is the only thing that interferes with my powers. Perhaps something similar to that thing, but not that thing? I become useless and hypnotized when faced with the item I am speaking of... so how about something similar?" She asked.

Candace was on the beach enjoying herself in the son, getting plenty of attention from the guys. A few surfers came over and introduced themselves and sat down next to her. They struck up a friendly conversation with her. She was enjoying herself completely. Except they kept calling her 'Sheila', which she found odd.

One of the guys wanted her to try surfing. Why not. Why not experience new things and meet new people.

The guy's name was Dale. "OK Dale, but if am injured or bit by a shark, you pay the hospital bills and for any plastic surgery!" She chuckled.

Dale offerred to surf with her, so he would steer and she would ride. That appealed to her much more.

"That would be more fun. Trying to balance a board and falling immediately would be a drag compared to being in the 'green room'." Candace smiled at Dale.

With the waves that big, it would be dangerous for her to go out on her own. These guys had been surfing their whole lives, so it didn't occur to them that it was dangerous.

Candace paddles out with Dale, and he instructed her when to stand and turn. This guy was amazing! The 'green room'! Even most of the best surfers aren't good enough to see it! It almost made her high. She squealed with delight! What an experience! They rode the wave right into the area where they could step off and the water was not deep and walked to the beach.

"Dale, that was amazing!" Her eyes were like saucers. The other guys were all chuckling as that was the usual reaction of the 'Sheilas' who never surfed before.

"I don't think I've ever experienced anything so amazing in my life!" Candace told them and thanked Dale. Then she thought of the Speed Force and Arthur. The Speed Force was experiencing something no one other than Flashes or Speedsters would experience, so she was very lucky.

Candace was not really missing Arthur, considering how horrible he had been to her, and now she did not have to ever worry about Black Flash again.

Fortuna flew along and helped drag the serpant in the air. "What is that under us?" She mused aloud. "Whatever it is, it does not look good."

But yes, I am under no such obligations. So, what's in Australia. And I think it would be best if I was referred to only as Drake once we land."

snipHaze looked at Hatman and said, “I think it is about time that we leave now. I wouldn’t want to tarnish my relationship with this nation.” Haze began to leave. He wanted to make the minister think about what could be happening in her country.

After her day at the beach and saying goodbyes to the guys who surfed with her, Candace returned to her room to shower.

She turned on the TV and they were talking about multiple robberies in Keystone City.

Candace froze. They spoke of the speed of the robberies. Candace started shaking. It must be Arthur. I have to stop him! But... what happened to him? It's as if he has two personalities. She hated to admit it, but she was afraid.

Candace felt she had to stop him... talk some sense into him. Maybe she could find someone to help.

Last night Arthur went to speak to someone. Perhaps they would know. All she needed to do was find some superheros... as if that would ever happen.

Arthur why? Tears fell down her face, and she realized she still loved him, but she was afraid of him, and could not understand why he was doing what he did, or what he was going through.

Oh Arthur, please stop! Candace sobbed quietly.

Prism lept from the lava and jumped kicked Fire in the face. He hit him with a flurry of close combat moves. Then, he heard something. It was Sabbath. He was chanting something. The summoning must have begun. He heard roars, but the demon would take awhile to enter this realm. Prism needed to finish Fire off quickly.

Raven decided not to discuss Nightwing anymore and started talking about mantras. "I want to help you create your own mantra involving three things. One thing that you love, one thing that calms you and one thing that weakens you. Those three words will help you to control your powers more. I do think that it is appropriate that you tell me what the thing that weakens you is. I wouldn't ever tell anyone. I swear on my homeworld that I wouldn't." She then waited for Diaphanous' reply.

Nightwing looked at Enertro and said, "She is down at the beach training with Raven." Nightwing looked out of his window and said, "I found Raven last night." Dick than looked at Enertro and said, "What do you plan on doing today while your wife is at training?"

Fire tried his best to defeat Prism. Fire thought to himself, Maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all. Fire tried to blast him with one last wave of fire.

Starfire responded, "We are coming here because Nightwing is here. I think that you should meet one of the NJLU's leaders in person." They landed on the beach. They could both see Raven and Diaphanous from a distance. Starfire said, "There is Raven. She must be training that woman. We will come back and talk to them later. First we must find Nightwing. I think he has something planned for us today." Starfire began to walk towards the street.

IC: Haze smiled. His mind trick had worked. He then turned around and said to the minister, "That would be very nice."

The minister called in a guard to direct the two to a waiting room, or more technically the anteroom to the main hall. It was well furnished, and included snacks and drinks, thought not of the alcoholic varieties.

Haze followed the guards into the room. He looked around and thought to himself, They should give that minister something like this. Maybe it will make her a little bit more happy. He then sat down in a chair and waited for the King to come out.

Haze and Hatman would find themselves waiting for a little over half an hour, thought there was ample for them to keep themselves occupied. The door opened and King James Alaxandros entered clothed in a deep burgandy, embroidered silk robe. "Hello gentlemen." He commented, "It's nice to meet a fellow James." He added speaking to Haze.

Haze looked at the King. How does he know my first name? Only a select group of people know my identity. One member of that group is missing and the others would never reveal my name. Haze eyed the King suspiciously and said, "Why for some reason do I believe we have met before?"

"I'm afraid you are mistaken. I have never met you before in my life." He replied, a faint grin on his face, while blanking his mind in a technique he'd learnt from Haze himself to keep out, or at least make it much more difficult for a telepath to read his mind.

Looking at Raven, Diaphanous told her telepathically that the thing that weakens her, and at the same time nearly hypnotizes her, is a rare gem called Alexandrite. She sighed. "I never told anyone that before.

"Something I love would be Enertro, unless you need an inanimate object, something that calms me... also Enertro, however I assume I need something else. The crashing of the waves on the beach when no people are around."

"If I am to make a mantra, can I use a different word for the weakness... a made up word to stand for it? Perhaps for all of them. It sounds like a goofy mantra so far. Definitely for the weakness word. I do not want to say it. See it is my weakness, and I love it also, but not like Enertro." Diaphanous explained to Raven.

Candace showered and put on a halter top, shorts, and sandals, did her hair and put on some matching jewelry. She then decided to look for this person that Arthur spoke with, however she had no idea if it was a man or woman, and also had no name.

Candace made up her mind to wander the halls and see if any odd 'superhero looking' people were around. She left her room and proceeded to search.

Raven looked at her and said, "Don't worry about it. Once I put it into form it won't sound as goofy. So your lover, the beach, and a certain gem. Give me a moment and I think I can create you a mantra. While I am doing this try to mentally block off some of your more extreme powers." Raven sat there and translated those words into mantra.

Haze knew that he knew this King. Haze quickly went to read his mind. He found that there was no past connections between the King and him. Haze would've dug a little deeper, but he did not want to mess with the King's brain. Haze then responded, "Okay, well the NJLU has noticed a lot of things that are going on in your country."

Diaphanous blocked out just about all her power. She focused as best as she could on the waves and the beach. She was excited to get her new mantra.

She really liked Raven. She was easy to deal with... so far anyway. Not annoying at all.

Diaphanous continued to focus on the water.

"So you noticed much that was going on with Katigasnia, what would you like?" He asked

"I have reason to believe that Katisgasnia is the cause of all of this aggression. I believe that you have spearheaded a program that involves uses humans with enhanced abilities to gain land and more power. Your minister says it is for protection but I believe that it is for more than that," Haze replied.

Raven stood up and said, "That is perfect." She then looked at her and said, "Follow me." She began walking towards the water.

"Too difficult? Nothing is to difficult for me," Enertro replied, straightening himself to his full height. "What kind of exercises are these?"

"Nothing too hard. Just basic Navy and Army training exercises infused with a couple of NJLU tactics. It is for new recruits to the league. A couple older members will be there. Some newbies will be there too. Maybe you can come and teach them something," Nightwing replied.

"Well you believe wrong." He replied, "Really James I expected better of you than to jump to conclusions like this."

James shook his head at of his comrade from his prior life's assumptions.

Diaphanous followed Raven to the water. I wonder what we are going to do? she mused. She was quite excited about learning control. It was very important to her, and the world, when it came down to it.

She hoped some day she could be serene like Raven.

Haze was doing his usual random question jabbering to try to get a sense of what the king was thinking. Haze looked at him and said, "I would really prefer that you call me Haze, your majesty. How do you know my first name anyway? It is not like it is something that everyone knows." Haze could tell that the King was trying to hide something from him. The king reminded him a lot of Morph. He had tendencies like the former changeling. However Haze was not going to mention Morph to the King. He waited for the King's reply.

Raven walked into the ocean and began talking to Diaphanous. Raven than said, "I am going to explain your mantra to you. Your whole mantra shall be this, L'Amante Fluttua La Gemma. Each part of this mantra means something different. The first part L'Amante means lover therefore when you say this you need to think of Enertro. Fluttua means waves therefore when you say that you need to think of the tranquility of the ocean. And finally La Gemma means the thing that will stop you no matter what. When you say this you think of that beautiful stone. That phrase will help you remain calm. If you ever find yourself in a situation that will produce destructive results say those words and you will have more control."

Raven looked at the ocean and said, "You have blocked off your nuclear and wind powers. You won't be able to access them until you have full control of yourself. I want you to try to trap water inside of a ball of telekinetic energy. Use your mantra so that you will stay calm. I am going to provide some opposition for ball." Raven waited for her to create the ball of water.

"If that is what you wish Haze." He replied, a faintly mocking hint to his voice. "That is a simple matter, so simply it would be pointless to expand upon it, save for three little words, You Told Me."

"So, I finally get to meet Nightwing. I have heard of him, and hoped that I would meet him one day. Tell me, does he still respond to Robin?"

Arthur went back to his hide out. It was near the city, but up in the mountains. Dropping down the money it had been another hard day for Lightspeed. Sitting down in a chair he had stolen. His hand grasped the ski mask he wore. It was soaking with sweat. The mask slowly came off. His whole face was covered in sweat. The mask came down to the ground. Tommorrow would just be another day of stealing.

"OK Raven... I need a bit of time to memorize the mantra." Diaphanous said.

L'Amante Fluttua La Gemma. L'Amante Fluttua La Gemma. She repeated this in her mind.

Ok, let me give this a shot. Diaphanous telekinetically made a ball of water while repeating the mantra. It was quite difficult, and she did not know how long it would last. She kept repeating the mantra, but was finding it difficult to hold the ball of water with Raven's opposition. She found herself becoming a bit frustrated, and eventually the ball broke and the water splashed down.

"I am sorry Raven. I did my best." She apologized.

Candace was running all over the place looking for someone to help her with Arthur.

Prism saw a wave of fire coming over his head. There was no way to dodge it. He would have to find away to distract Fire to disrput the wave. He grabbed a weapon he had taken from a slain hero, a gold disc. He had aded blades to the end. He hurled it at Fire, hoping it would hit.

The disc hit Fire directly in the head. He fell and his tattoos began to glow white. The wave of fire disappeared. Fire last words were, "Fire passes on once again. You now have my powers. Prism we will be in touch." He died and and red spirit came out of the man's body and shot into Prism. The symbol of fire appeared on Prism's chest and the clan's tattoo appeared on the man's back. A smoke came from the man's body and when the smoked cleared nothing was left except Prism's blade and Gold Medallion's disk.

Lightspeed heard someone snap there fingers and then the room lit up with a bright yellow light. Omino shook his head and said, "Arthur what are you doing? Why are you misusing your powers and why do you need all of this money?"

"If that is what you wish Haze." He replied, a faintly mocking hint to his voice. "That is a simple matter, so simply it would be pointless to expand upon it, save for three little words, You Told Me."

Haze recognized that mocking tone perfectly. He had heard it ever since he joined the NJLU. It was the voice of his first friend in the NJLU. "Your name is not James is it Sean." Haze was 99% sure that the King was Morph.

"Why do you believe my name is Sean?" He asked in an innocent tone, that was not entirely innocent.

Prism felt invigorated as soon as he won. But he didn't know what Fire meany by "Keeping in touch". He felt the depth of his powers. They were incredible. With these powers, I can crush Enertro. He smiled. He walked over to the ceremony. Acillatem saw him. "Where were you?' Prism smiled. "Working out."

Haze looked at the King and said, "Sean I don't know what you are doing, but your nation is the cause of this war. You need to solve this problem before the superpowers get involved. You do not want another World War do you. As I remember this area of land didn't benefit that much from those wars."

"It's kind of difficult to force another nation to give up it's agressions when they're based out of jelousy." He replied, not refuting Haze's naming of him. "No one wants another world war and I definately don't want my people to suffer the effects of one."

"If you don't want this war you will end this aggression. It might not be you, but your nation is attacking the other nations. I don't think all of these nations would attack you out of jealousy," Haze replied.

A dark look came over James's face as he listened to Haze. Haze was usually right. He looked at Haze's companion before turning back to Haze, "Who is he?"

He then looked at Hatman again, "Would you please excuse us?" He asked

The ceremony comenced. Finally, Sabbath finished. The large symbol that was carved into the ground glowed. Soon, it was a round area of light. Then, a roar was heard. A massive demon, eighty feet tall. Came out. It was a red beast, almost dragon looking. It had a long neck and tail, and it's tail was bladed. It's head was horned, and it had a vicious, doglike face. Sabbath began muttering the words to control it, but then, it swung it's tail around and destroyed the site in one swing. The group all managed to survive. The demon scanned the brains of those around to see who it would destroy first. One nmae came before all others: Enertro. With that, the demon took flight. "We have to follow it!" Prism screamed. "If it's out of control, who knows what it will do?" The group got in the Orion and followed the beast.

Wooshaba']Lightspeed heard someone snap there fingers and then the room lit up with a bright yellow light. Omino shook his head and said, "Arthur what are you doing? Why are you misusing your powers and why do you need all of this money?"

Arthur sat in the chair and looked at Omino. The light was too bright. He rubbed his eyes and became normal to the light. He looked at Omino and started to laugh. "Well look whose here. My old master Omino. I'm doing this now because I'm a supervillain now. I like misusing my powers. I have more power then I did when I was a hero. No more willl I be a hero. With the money. I don't need it. I just rob banks for fun."

The discourse between Haze and 'James' fascinated Hatman to the point where he daren't inturrupt lest he tipped the balance of their conversation out of Haze's favour.

A dark look came over James's face as he listened to Haze. Haze was usually right. He looked at Haze's companion before turning back to Haze, "Who is he?"

"'He' is Hatman, warrior of Xenphia!" replied Hatman, not entirely pleased he was addressed in the third person, "And 'he' is sitting in the same room as you."

He then looked at Hatman again, "Would you please excuse us?" He asked

Hatman glanced over at Haze who gave a slight nod,

"Very well," he said as he rose from his seat, "I will be outside." And he walked from the room

"OK Raven... I will give it another..." Suddenly Diaphanous started shaking.
"Bad Mojo Bad Mojo!" Her eye opened wide and terrified. She realized that Raven likely had no clue what as happening.

"Raven, I feel bad Mojo when it is strong. If the hate is strong, I can feel whose mind it is coming from. Raven... it is coming from the former Prism... much stronger, with an occult group. I can read him... they summoned a powerful demon and are going after Enertro! We have to find him! He is in serious danger! Please help me Raven!"

Diaphanous' rage at Prism began to grow. They were friends to the end, and now he blames Enertro for removing her so she would not destroy the world, and will stop at nothing to kill him. Unbeknownst to Diaphanous, the uncontrollable nuclear fission and fusion began, as well as F-5 tornadoes, all around the planet. Mushroom clouds, quite visible from the earth were blossoming everywhere and multiplying. The tornadoes were not so bad, but it was nuclear armaggedon that was the issue. She did not even know.

Diaphanous ran off! "Raven, help me find Enertro! This demon is very very strong. We need all of us! Please help me Raven!" Diaphanous kept running to the hotel.

Candace could not find anyone that looked like a superhero in the halls. Eventualy, she just sat in the hallway where the suites were and cried. "Arthur..."

The color drained from Haze's face as he felt the destruction that was upon the world. Upon a single target: Enertro. Haze looked at the King and said, "We will have to discuss this some other time your highness. There is a major problem that is happening right now that Hatman and I need to attend too. I know from past experience that you could help us, but I doubt that you will. We will be back. I promise. Haze followed Hatman out of the castle. He mentally voiced to him, We have a serious problem. An amateur magician has summoned a demon and cannot control it. We have to stop this demon. Haze lept into the air flew towards the demon.

While Haze and Hatman small trickles of water had come into the room with the King. It was now at the King's feet.

Raven's eyes glowed as her spirit left her body. Diaphanous is more dangerous than that demon. Raven's spirit flew into Diaphanous' head and used a dark magic spell to block of her nuclear fission and fusion powers temporarily. No matter how angry she gets these powers will not become a factor until I die or she fully masters her anger problems. Raven quickly left Diaphanous' mind and went back into her body.

She then teleported herself and Diaphanous to the hotel room. They appeared before Enertro and Nightwing just as they were about to leave. Nightwing looked at them and said, "What is wrong? We saw the clouds."

Omino looked at the young boy and said, "Not really a supervillian, just the town nousance. Return those bags of money. Why make yourself look even worse?"

"Enertro! Prism and his occultists summoned a nasty demon specifically to kill you! It is very powerful! I do not know what we can do!" Diaphanous sobbed, as she grabbed Enertro around the neck and huged him.

"What do we do against something like this?" Diaphanous asked.

Then it occurred to her that she felt funny... "Raven, did you do something to my head? I feel... different somehow." She asked.

"Good to know." James commented as he mentally sighed at the man's indignation about being refered to in the third person.

As Haze freaked out, James sighed and as the two ran out of the room, he pulled out a small, special radio and after speaking for a few moments go up and began to head out when he stepped in the puddle. "Odd, will have to talk with the maintence people about that leak." He muttered

Tibor and Lumiko recieved the message sent by the king after they'd finished driving off a raiding assault. Looking at each other, they flew off after Haze.

Nightwing turned the television on to the news. It showed a huge dragon-like creature flying towards Australia. Nightwing looked at Enertro and said, "You sure know how to make an enemy. The best thing for us to do is to get Enertro away from the city. We need to get to the barren desert."

Raven looked at Diaphanous and said, "I just made your mental blocks a little bit more stronger." She then looked at the television and said, "That is Ifrit. He is a fire demon. Very powerful. It will take us all to defeat him."

Nightwing looked at Enertro and said, "Well it looks like we have another training exercise." Nightwing quickly tried to contact Arsenal.

The air in the room suddenly became very humid and from the puddle formed a man in a dark cloak. He looked up at the King and said, "Are you the one once called Morph?"

"Why are you looking for him, didn't you hear he died in Mexico?" James asked as he wanted to find out who the mysterious stranger was before revealing anything.

"He did not die in Mexico and I wish to destroy him so that I may gain his abilities," he stated coldly."

"Then next time I see Morph, I'll be sure to pass on the fact that he has a headhunter after him." James commented

Tears ran down Diaphanous' face. "Enertro... I am afraid." She held him tight.

"I am terrified, actually." She looked into his eyes with tears pouring down and kissled him. "Enertro... I..." She did not know what to say, but the thought of her love being killed, she could not stand it.

Sobbing, she thanked Raven for the block. Diaphanous burried her head in Enertro's chest.

Enertro rested his cheek on her head and gently massaged her back. "Don't worry, my love...I can kill it myself," he replied with a smirk.

"Never knew Prism would become my enemy...but he'll regret that decision, rest assured.

"A fire demon? Well...that could complicate things a bit...but I doubt I need all of you to help me," Enertro replied, again smirking. "Why the desert? We can't use guerilla tactics there...we'd just be in the open...plain sight."

Enertro wiped away some of Diaphanous' tears and kissed her gently as he listened to what the others had to say.

Raven looked at Enertro and said, "Do not let your confidence blind you Enertro. This demon is way past you. You will need all of the help you can get."

Water looked at the King and said, "I would rather tell him myself." He formed a bullet of ice and shot it directly at the King's chest. No normal human could dodge it.

James watched the man with interest. "That's nice." He commented as he attempted to dodge, but wasn't quite quick enought getting struck by the ice bullet. Looking at the bloodless wound, he smiled as it closed up without a trace. "Now that wasn't nice." He commented

Water smiled and said, "I challenge you Morph to a fight to death. If I win I will gain your powers. If you win you will gain my powers. If you don't accept we both live both you lose your powers to me. Do you accept this challenge?"

--Northern Norway--

"Set the demon down here Guardian." Sacer commanded as he felt another underworldly force enter the world and growled. "Fortuna! Take care of that new threat, we'll get the spear back soon enough and help you out."

Immediately Sacer ran his hands along the snake's frozen scales searching for any glow. The beast was frozen in mid strike, it's mouth hung open over 60 feet and could easily stretch further. The angels were dwarfed by the behemoth.

The one winged warrior saw the rusted spear head and slid his blade into the frozen giant. The slight heat from the tiny friction of the blade melted less than a millegram, but it was enough to free the gargantuan. Like a chain reaction, lightning ripped across the frozen freak shredding the ice and the juggernaut flew into the sky.

Sacer leveled his sword ready for anything Masozi might try.

Wooshaba']Omino looked at the young boy and said, "Not really a supervillian, just the town nousance. Return those bags of money. Why make yourself look even worse?"

Arthur looked at Omino. "Oh I will return those bags of money." He put his hand near the pile. A light beam came out and destroyed the bags. "There you go returned."

"I don't care if I make myself worse. For the rest of the public. Quickspeed died. Kid Flash is retired. None of them know who Lightspeed is under the ski mask. Also they don't know that those three people are the same person."

Arthur got up from his chair and sighed. Then he put on his ski mask and walked out of the cave and into the mountains.

"I'll get back to you on my decision, unless you expect a prompt answer." He replied, "And why in the name of the abyss would I want your abilities?"

Candace looked up and saw a group of people who some she recognized from the NJLU. She ran up to them.

"You are SuperHeros, correct?" Candace asked frantically? She looked around. "I need help. You must know someone named Arthur. He went to speak with one of you last night." Tears poured down the young girl's face.

"He went back to Keystone City and is robbing 20 banks a day!" The young girl started to sob. "I-I-I still love him! I don't know what is wrong with him. His behavior has been so irratic. He even took me into the SpeedForce. He's two people! Someone has to stop him." She slumped to the floor against the hallway wall and cried.

"Enertro, they are right." Diaphanous told him, looking into his eyes. "The Mojo is more than I have ever felt before. There is great reason to fear, and we should do what Nightwing and the rest say. You have no idea!" Diaphanous was very strong and she began shaking.

"Nightwing, thank you for introducing me to Raven. I think she will be able to help me." She smiled at Raven.

Fortuna turned around and then saw that Masozi thawed and turned back.

Please Lord help us. So much is going on! We need help! I really think we do!

Sacer turned and nodded for Fortuna to keep going before quickly turning back to the giant serpent who was hovering high in the sky.

"You angels are stronger than I thought...perhaps I will need help." Masozi growled as his voice shook the snow from the trees.

He quickly dived into the earth forming a dark red circle in his path.

"He's going into hell!" Sacer yelled before diving at the snow the snake had just run through. The angel dug finding nothing but more and more snow. "Christ was rumored to have descended into hell and took the souls of the worthy to heaven with him. With the blood on the spear Masozi might try to do the same."

Fortuna turned around after the other 'disturbance', praying the entire while.

She had no idea what she was in for... some demon...

The Orion chased after the demon. Before long, they were in Australia. The demon used it's powers to find where Enertro was. It hovered over the hotel. It opened it's mouth, and began creating a ball of demonic energy. After Enertro, the demon would then take out the rest of the city. As it prepared to fire the ball, it was hit by a lazer from the Orion. The beam knocked it away, and the ball flew into the sky, hurting nothing. Acillatem, Maiden in demon form, Prism, and Sabbath lept out of the Orion. Sabbath levitated them, and brought them to the room where Enertro and company were. "I have given the Orion orders to occupy the demon. It should be fast enough to avoid it. Enertro, we meet at last." Acillatem stared at him. Prism looked at him angrily. "I have to stop this demon from obliterating the entire population off the city. After that, I'm going to kil..." Then he saw Dia. He had forgotten about her. She was still with Enertro. He could see concern for Enertro in her eyes. His anger was starting to disappear. Still, he had a job to do. He lept out of the window, with the group, and Sabbath levitated them to the demon.

OOC: I just wanted to tell everyone that I leave on the 27th and will not be back until late July.

Telekinetically, Diaphanous spoke to Prism:

Prism, you do not know what happened. Had Enertro not removed me I would have destroyed the earth. That is why Surge and the others were left with you. I thought we were friends. How could you?

Diaphanous felt bad Mojo toward Prism from the group he was with.

Prism, the group you are with... they may hurt you.

Diaphanous' heart sunk. She held Enertro around the neck and refused to let him go. If they were going to kill him, they had to go through her as well.

"What can we do? Where is Omino?" She turned to Raven quickly. "There is no way to show me how to focus the nuclear energy in one place is there? Right now I mean..."

Prism, how could you. I thought you were my friend. she sobbed to herself.

ooc: looks like all the RPs are going to die... everyone will be gone for weeks or months...:(

Prism heard Dia's thoughts in his head. He could hear her sorrow. He was not sure whether to trust her yet. He had known her to be a sly one. And yet, her sadness sounded so genuine. He talked to her. I trust these men Dia. And, although it seems odd, I completely forgot about you. And Surge never told me anything like that. He just insulted me after I nearly died. I will deal with things afterwards. For now, I have a demon to kill, but any help you can offer will be appreciated. I can understand if your pissed, but think about Aall of Australia for a bit and not you and me.

Prism, Surge has framed me, tried to kill me, as far as I have figured. He has been nothing but nasty to me since day one. Deal with things later? Like kill the love of my life. How do you expect me to help you when you are going to destroy everything I care about? How could you?! And those men... bad Mojo Prism... I am afraid they are using you. Did they seek you out of nowhere, perhaps... just run across you or vice versa? If so, I doubt it was an accident. Let me speak to the others regarding this demon. If we agree to help, there will have to be a deal. I do not trust you now. You were once my friend and ally, and now you are stabbing me in the back!

"Prism and his henchies need help destroying the demon or it will destroy all of Australia." he says... Diaphanous told the others.

All the superheros ignored Candace as she sobbed uncontrollably. She could hardly take it anymore...

When I said deal with things, I did not mean killing Enertro. Like I said, I trust these men. They are not as evil as they seem, just odd. I know what I did at Enertro's island. I know I killed. But that was my desicion. Dia, I need your help. Then we'll settle things.

Omino looked at Arthur and said, "Wow haven't you lost your intelligence and your sanity. Maybe I shouldn't have let you leave Solar Isle. It seems that you are worse now than when you left."

Nightwing looked at them and said, "First we move Enertro. It is after him so if he moves so will the demon."

Haze telepathically voiced to the group, Tell me how does a demon end up over Australia. Haze and Hatman were about 100 miles away.

Starfire and Carl walked up to the group. Starfire looked around and said, "What is going on? Why is a demon out there?"

I have to talk to the others... remember, I can read minds Prism, and I read you all the way from California. All you wanted was Enertro's death.

Candace realized no one would help her with Arthur or cared for that matter. It was in her best interest to forget about him. He was not the same guy who saved her from the avalanche and bought her hot chocolate and was so kind to her. That was all a ruse. Why? She had no idea. Why did he even bother. He was an asshole.

Still sobbing, she got up and walked down the hall back to her suite. Arthur is dead to me, as I am likely dead to him. If he ever thought about me, he wouldn't be doing what he's doing. He lied to me. He never loved me. She thought. What a cruel person, to choose to hurt her so badly.

"Maybe I have Omino. Arthur doesn't exist anymore. I destroyed that weaker being. Now I'm in control." Arthur had died. Now the angry took over and now became Lightspeed. Lightspeed ran off back toward Keystone to cause more trouble.

The two super-soldiers from Katigasnia continued to persue Haze and Hatman, moving at a rate that they'd arrive only a few minutes after the two heros did.

Listen god dammit. I know what I wanted in CA. I know I wanted to kill him. But things have changed! I forgot about you, I forgot about how much Enertro cared for you, and I forgot about how much of a friend you were to me. Plus, if I kill Enertro, there's a good chance the atmosphere will be compleetly damaged from all of your rage. So, I'm going to try to change what I've done. If you don't want to help, then fine, but your just as bad as Surge was to you if you don't. The group finally reached the demon. Now would be a good time to try out Prism's new powers. He unleashed a massive ball of lava at the demon. It hit, and the demon roared in anger, but it didn't do much. Acillatem whipped it, Sabbath tried many spells, and Maiden clawed at it's eyes, but the demon merely shook off all attacks, and flew over to where Enertro was. It looked in the window and saw him, and roared. The glass shattered.

It is after Enertro! Diaphanous stood in front of Enertro, no matter how much he tried to move her. She decided to use her brain scramble. She focused so that the demon did not know where he was or why, could not understand anything, and had a desire to fly from Australia.

Thank God for my brain wave and neurological powers.

Candace was helpless... she decided to go for a swim to try to relax. She went back to her suite and put on her bikini, hoping to find some friendly people on the beach.

She reached the beach and the water was so inviting she immediately went for a swim. I needed this. She smiled blissfully, forgetting all her cares and enjoying the water.

As she was treading water, she felt something tug at her leg. What the...? One of those guys must be down there teasing her, but then she saw some red floating up.

My God! Something bit me! Candace tried to swim for shore, but was dragged under and her leg severed off. She didn't know what was happening until she heard everyone yelling from the beach "Shark attack! Oh my God! It's a Great White!"

The water had turned a dark red. I-I'm dying. She let out ungodly piercing screams and sobs as the Carcaradon Carcaras tore her apart.

Candace was no more... only a bit of flesh and a pool of red water.

The people on the beach were screaming and crying. The authorities arrived, but there was not much they could do other than close that part of the beach.

Later on world news it was reported: "A fatal Great White shark attack occured today in Australia on a popular beach." The reporter interviewed a man who saw it. "It was horrible. I have never seen such a thing. She had to be only in high school. There... was nothing left... of her..." The man turned from the camera as he was crying.

"The victim was a 16 year old vacationer from Switzerland named Candace Anderson." A picture of the beach followed. "Back to you George."

"Horrible tragedy... such a young girl." He shook his head and continued on with the news.

Haze replied to him, "The demon's name is Ifrit. It most likely came from Hell. I have no idea who summoned it."

Haze and Hatman arrived as Diaphanous launched her brain scramble technique. Haze voiced to Diaphanous, There is no use. This demon is mindless. It will just piss him off more. Haze launched a ball of telekinetic energy directly at the demon's head.

Starfire's eyes glowed green as a spectacular starbolt was unleashed from her hands. Raven cried "Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" as a surge of powerful dark energy engulfed the demon. Nightwing pulled out at plasma birdarang and slung it as hard as he could at the demon.

Nightwing yelled to the others, "Try to hold off the beast with something." He slung another projectile at the summoned demon.

Water looked at the King and said, "Your powers interest me. They will come in handy once my clan takes this world." Water drew upon the water vapor in the air and used it to try to drown the King while he was standing up.

Tibor and Lumiko had followed the two and had arrived some few minutes later. Spotting the demon, the prepared to aid the battling heros. Looking at each other, the motto of the Special Soldier Force, otherwise known as Project Kat, echo'ed through thier mind, Ours is not to simply try, ours is but to do or die.

Tibor grabbed Lumiko's ankles and they began spinning like a top. Quickly building up a momentum that neither could reach alone, Lumiko was launched like a missile at the demon. He would hit the demon like the proverbial sledgehammer.

"But why would I want your abilities?" James asked as he began walking toward Water. He could metabolize oxygen out of water, thought at a poor rate, so he was functioning at roughly equivilant to minor oxygen deprivation. "If that's all you can do I can see why you'd want Morph's abilities, yours are rather pathetic."

"From what I have heard you are the one who needs my abilities." The water from the air cooled down into liquid form. Water then used the new water to form a blade which he slashed into Morph.

"Oh?" He asked as Water slashed down, James elongated his ar and sharpened it into an opposing blade which he brought up to block the slash, while with the other he effectively fired his fingers at his attacker's stomach.

Carl was truly surprised. Looking at Nightwing, he offered his hand. "Drake. We'll save formal introductions for later. Demon? What kind, how powerful, and anything else that I should know?"

ooc: Aww...Candace could have been Legion's girlfriend...lol

As the others began their battle with the demon, Enertro leapt to the couch and with much haste, threw on all his armor. Then, his eyes rested not on the demon...but Prism, in front of the demon. You're time is later... he thought wickedly as his mind concentrated on the demon's eyes as it looked into the room at Enertro.

With a large smirk, Enertro built up a massive ball of energy between his hands, before unleashing it on the beast's eye.

"That's for poking your eye into someone else's business," he growled.

Guardian watched the demon flow through the ground as though it were nothing. The angel followed after Sacer and soon began to dig into the ground as well.

"How can we stop him? How can we retrieve him and the spear?" he asked, before his mind wandered to Fortuna.

Fortuna, I believe now would be a good time to bestow good fortune on yourself, Guardian thought to her. Despite the Guardian's usual emotionless attitude, the tone of that thought was slightly jovial, yet the Angel of Law would refused any accusations of that emotion...

Arthur looked at toward Keystone. It was peaceful. Looking out of a cliff he could see Keystone City. Then he started to run toward the city. He had no regrets. Running faster then sound he made it to the largest building in Keystone City. Gathering his power he created a massive beam. It ripped threw the building cutting it in half. Looking up he saw the night sky. He aimmed his hands at another two buildings. Gathering his enegry he shot it at the buildings. The buildings collasped. Hearing the sirens of the police Arthur ran. Making his way to the police cars he destroyed their tires. Stopping he looked at the police officer. He shot a beam and the officer flew backwards. Then he started to shoot beams into the cars. The cars exploded. Fire was everywhere. Arthur started to laugh. This city was going to be destroyed.

The demon roared in rage as all the attacks hit it. But still, nothing was enough to destroy it. It had a momentary lapse of thought, but quickly regain it and saw Enertro laucn an energy ball. He batted it away with one of his massive clawed hands, and it hit a nearby building. As it roared again, Prism lept up and used his new powers. He poured lava down the beast's mouth as it roared. The demon was temporarily stunned, and Acillatem, Sabbath and Maiden continued the assalt.

ooc: TG Canad. Also, She couldn't be Legion's GF unless he wanted to go to prison. She's 16!:p

Diaphanous used her pyrotechnics to start the beast on fire and slammed it into the ground with telekinesis, as well as helping create darkness around it.

No attacks seemed to work.

Diaphanous looked at Prism's cohorts; "Nice job morons! Summoning something you cannot control!" It was a good thing that Raven had blocked off her nuke and wind powers or there would be so much radiation around it would be insane.

Down the mouth! Diaphanous shot fire down it's mouth as Prism shot lava down. She also continued assaulting the demon with fire... it's body and it's eyes. "I have to blind it!"

"We could really use the angels and Omino right now! Where is Omino?" Diaphanous asked to no one really.

Knowing Masozi was alive was bad enough, but yet another demon? And one she had to battle herself. Fortuna, as always, did her duty, however as she flew toward the demon, she was unhappy that the Lord was making them work so hard. In the end, perhaps He does want the Apocolypse.

It was not her place to ever question God, but she would have loved to sit down and talk with Him and find out his plans.

The Chinese Avatar of Water took the actual form of water as the blade went through him. He shook his head and said, "You should have known that wouldn't work. By the way my name is Nin Misunt." Misunt began to gather water into his palms and launched a water projectile at him.

Nightwing looked at Carl and shook his hand. "Welcome to the team. This is your first mission. I know that it is a fire demon. I understand you can do some things with the weather. Rain would probably be useful right around now. It is very powerful. We can barely stratch it." Nightwing dove out of the way as a fire projectile was fired at Drake and him. Nightwing pulled out another birdarang and threw it down the beast throat. A few seconds later there was a loud explosion and the demon screamed. Nightwing smiled and said, "We have to attack it from the inside of it's body!" Nightwing threw another birdarang at the beast. He yelled to Enertro, Diaphanous, and Haze, "Do you guys think you can focus your respective kinesis inside of the of the demon?" Haze said, "Sure." Haze began focusing telekinetic energy inside of the beast stomach. Haze voiced to Diaphanous and Enertro, This is going to be messy.

ooc: My TGs aren't working right now???

Diaphanous continued her pyro attack down the throat of the beast. She shot the fire down it's throat and then made it explode. She repeated this over and over.

She tried moving around his internal organs with telekinesis. Diaphanous did not know if it was working or not.

Enertro's eyes narrowed as Nightwing mentioned focusing inside the demon.

Considering most living creatures used energy to perform daily functions, one of Enertro's more 'secret' ways of dispatching someone was to mere suck away their life energy...

This demon, however, was a demon. A fire demon. If he sucked it's energy away, would be be haunted with demons for the rest of his life? Would he become a demon as well? Would he gain new powers?

Enertro grunted as he concentrated on the energy inside the demon, making it surge into one spot, in hopes of exploding the beast...

"So much for the desert," chuckled Enertro as beads of sweat began to show on his forhead.

Haze felt the pressure ease up as Enertro began helping him make the beast explode from the inside. Haze widened the ball of telekinetic energy inside of the beast.

"I've got an idea. It's the old Bellerophon trick. It breathes a sulfurous breath, right? Then the rain is all that I need."

Starfire fired a starbolt from her eyes and yelled to Drake, "Start it up. Do whatever you think will help!" Starfire began punching the beast with her inhuman strength.

"I need five minutes," he yelled, immediately taking off into the sky. "Rain in a dessert needs special manipulation." Carl fleww back to the coast. His was going to be messy. He began to rapidly evaporate the water, which he then condensed into clouds. Then came the tricky part. He created a low over the dessert, and directed the winds to shift his rainstorm to the fight. He flew along with it, building the speed of the storm, speed that would be necessary to lift it over the mountains.

"Sure smells like sulfurous breath... " Diaphanous made a face...

"Sulfuric Acid!" Diaphanous exclaimed.

Drake got back to see the fighting still going. The clouds were practically racing over the mountains and towards the demon. Making sure that the clouds would get there without him, he went low, using the winds to draw up a sandstorm to provide some modicom of cover.

As the water began to pound the demon, steam rose from its skin. "Useful. That should be build enough static." Drake went skywards again, disappearing into his own clouds. He came down in dragon skin, divebombing the demon. A series of punches were exchanged, ending with Drake being sent skidding for the length of several football fields. Impressive, considering that he weighed nearly ten tons. The sand blew over him, and he leapt out in human form. "Nightwing, I need the jaws open and the creature needs to be grounded. See what the telekinetics can do, would ya?"

Now Diaphanous had no idea what was going on, but she used her telekinesis to push the beast down along with Nightwing.

Arthur looked at the destruction he had caused. Looking around it was dead silent. I guess no superheros are coming. Arthur thought. He shot another beam into a building and watched it collaspe.

Nightwing replied, "I'll see what I can do. Dia and Haze try to hold the beast down. Raven use your umbrakinesis hold him down." All of the heroes went to try and hold him down while they still focused their telekinetic energy on the inside of the demon's belly.

Drake could see that the demon was being forced down. He rose into the clouds. The static was building. Hopefully, those below him would have at least a couple of feet of air betwixt them and the ground, for find some shelter. The sand storm was dying, but it had built up friction and themal energy. A singl spark was all that was needed to begin the powerup. Lightning storms increased in intensity as they unleashed their fury. Rather than simply drain themselves with lightning blasts, they built upon their energy, until the ambient energy became to great for the blasts to continue. It was this that coused lightning storms to die out. A perfect self-destruct sequence. In this instance, it would hoepfully take a demon along with it. Arcs began jumping. It had begun.

In less than a minute, Drake had built enough power. He sent arc after arc at the demon, aiming for the mouth. Due to the rain, the demon's mouth was lined with sulfuric acid, giving Drake the conduit he needed. Blast after blast hit the demon. Once it hit, the electricity quickly coursed through the demon's body. Must be its blood. Drake increased his attack. He hoped that it would set something off.

Diaphanous was watching with intense curiosity. "What a great idea!" She exclaimed. "Of course I do not think that if I rubbed up against that thing it would create any electricity." She chuckled.

Haze telepathically called to Diaphanous and said, Focus your telekinesis inside of the demon's body. He is about to blow. His eyes glowed as he increased the amount of telekinetic pressure in the beast's stomach. The demon was going to blow up very soon.

Diaphanous did so, and her eyes glowed yellow, concentrating on the inside of the beast.

Tibor and Lumiko had been aiding the others, thought as they were only physical, they were stuck with attempting to pound the demon with little effect.

"Just seeing what you could do." He replied to Nin.

Guardian watched the demon flow through the ground as though it were nothing. The angel followed after Sacer and soon began to dig into the ground as well.

"How can we stop him? How can we retrieve him and the spear?" he asked, before his mind wandered to Fortuna.

Fortuna, I believe now would be a good time to bestow good fortune on yourself, Guardian thought to her. Despite the Guardian's usual emotionless attitude, the tone of that thought was slightly jovial, yet the Angel of Law would refused any accusations of that emotion...

Sacer stood with his long sword dragging behind him. The one winged angel smiled almost sinisterly.

"He'll be back, he only left to get reinforcements." He remarked moving the blade into striking position over the hole. "It's going get interesting soon enough."

The skies turned a blood red as the giant snake roared from the once grey sea of clouds. Masozi was grinning as wide as possible when the ground where Sacer and Guardian had been digging turned black. A single shadow like figure revealed itself slowly. The darkness pealed away from the silhouette as Sacer immediately took a step backwards once he realized who it was.

"...Alucard." The angel trembled lowering his blade. "Guardian, you go after Masozi, I'll handle this freak."

Sacer tried to hide the discomfort and fear in his voice, but failed considerably.

"Are you sure?" Guardian asked as his fiery sword apeared in his hand, his sheild forming in the other.

He eyed the giant snake, his tendrils squirming about him, anxious for justice.

Sacer nodded leaning his long blade overhead, though he and the pale demon were 7 feet apart, the edge of the angel's blade rested just below the vampire's throat.

"Is that anyway to treat an old friend Reave?" Alucard smirked before vanishing. "You imprisoned me to eternal torment after I saved you and that worthless human." His disembodied voiced echoed through the rows of the trees.

"Go guardian!" Sacer yelled extending his wing eyeing a faint red movement between the trees.

Masozi opened its mouth and began charging up for a strange kind of energy attack. Millions of strange strings of lightning shot from the beast's mouth cutting through the trees without resistance making their way towards Guardian. The curtain of deadly strings weaved back and forth with terrible speed.

Guardian weaved around several of the strange lightning strings before enveloping himself in a holy energy sheild

"Repent demon...and you will not suffer so greatly," Guardian called out to Mazosi.

Masozi smiled as he watched the angel dance around. He twisted his massive body in the sky as to reveal the entire length to Guardian. Suddenly the demon became bald as his razor scales shot out by the millions all locked on the evasive angel.

Sacer continued to follow the red blur when he felt the barrel of a gun press into the back of his head.

"You've gotten weak since you went back and after all that work I put in to make you great." Alucard growled pressing the large handgun harder.

--Sacer's Illusion--

Suddenly the world around Sacer and Alucard began to fall apart like a broken mirror leaving the two alone. The demon's finger twitched on the trigger as Sacer spun cutting him clean in two as the bullet only skimmed his cheek. Without even recoursing, the half of the vampire lord without a hand gun pulled one out and began firing in unison with the other half. Bullet by bullet pinged off the angel's sword pressing him into a corner.

ooc: I have no clue what demon I am supposed to be after... so I'll help the other angels...

Fortuna saw Alucard come up with Masozi. Fuck! She thought... yes, angels used bad language at times...

She turned herself into ethereal fog and blasted Alucard with blinding light.

"Sacer, snap out of it... it is an illusion!" Fortuna could see his mind was not there. She slapped him a few times until he came out of it.

"Sacer, you were in some type of illusion... Do not let that bastard in ugly clothing do that to you again!" Fortuna pointed at Alucard and his pimp looking clothing.

Fortuna began her exceedingly blinding light pointed straight at sacer, while in her fog state, however, her diamond blades were visible, amplifying light and hacking away at Alucard. Demons did usually suffer some damage from this attack.

"Sacer I am here to help because the former you had a past with Old Ugly over here!"

Sheesh, I do not speak like much of an angel, do I! She grinned.

Alucard reformed after the attack and slid bakwards in the snow smiling at Fortuna.

"Now this is what I call a fight!" He barked before laughing maniacally. "Let me show you the power of darkness Lady Fortune. This is far from an illusion."

The demon moved his hands as the world between the three melted away and tehy disapeared from this plane of reality. Sacer and Fortuna were alone in a void of darkness.

"You shouldn't have come back for me, this is a fight I have to do alone. I can't risk dragging you and guardian into this...I won't have you two become another Athena." Sacer said panting between breaths.

"Ugly clothing? I think myself to be fashioned quite well; do you not find me attractive?" Alucard's disembodied voice growled from the darkness.

"Fortuna, I don't know what to do. I had gotten lucky before, but now..." Sacer admitted weakly.

Suddenly a ground of short crimson grass formed below their feet, miles in the distance Alucard stood on a hill hands raised in the air. From the soiled earth an army of twisted demons had risen. They were all lower ranked demons but powerful nonetheless and their file stretched on for as far as either could see.

Sacer drew his blade and smiled at Fortuna.

"As long as we are together, I believe we can win." He said proudly gazing at the beautiful angel.

"Yes Alucard, you are fashionable... for a 1970's pimp, I suppose." Fortuna rolled her eyes.

When Alucard brought up the demons and Sacer mentioned a fight they could win, Fortuna smiled and nodded.

"Xenix!" She called and had her blades ready and began shooting light at the miserable creatures.

Before the little demons could rise very far, Xenix hit them and Alucard with a sonic blast. The demons began to fly all over in dizzying spins, back down to where they came from.

"Sacer! Make me cry!" Fortuna said. "Make me cry hard! Hit me or something!" An odd request but one that had a use.

Sacer admired the pheonix like creatures work, but it would only buy them a little amount of time. Fortuna request cause the angel to give her a strange look. He paused and turned his head hesitating before backhanding his companion.

"I'm so sorry Fortuna." He said somberly before turning to the advancing army. Alucard recovered from the blast and adjusted his glasses and hat slightly before smiling.

I've haven't had this much fun in years. He thought glaring at the two angels seperated between by a demonic army.

The vampire lord raised his hand as the earth formed into a fist that closed over him protecting him in a wall of rotten soil.

The one winged angel noticed the demons approaching swiftly, but he didn't want to act until Fortuna made her move.

Guardian once again wrapped his wings around himself in a glowing ball of energy, deflecting any scales that would have smashed right through the angel.

"No demon can defeat the powers of light. Repent and you shall be redeemed!" he shouted as he soared towards the snake, his sword drawn out.

The snake whipped its enormous tail around slamming into the attacking angel. Slowly it's scales regrew as Masozi smiled in his giant snake form.

Guardian shot backwards quite a distance, before steadying himself and staring at the snake's form. His blade disappeared as he put his hands together, as if in prayer. Soon, he grew giant, large enough to wrestle the large snake with his bare hands. "Thank your old friend Sacer for this skill," he called after the snake, before charging, his sword already formed.

Masozi was taken back by the angel's ability. Its mouth opened wide enough to swollow the Guardian whole as it flew at the angel.

As the snake and the angel clashed in the sky, Guardian used his wings to keep the massive jaws pried open. One false move could mean the end of the angel. He thrust his sword upward, wondering how the demon would avoid this blow...

Fortuna began crying from the pain of being hit. Her tears poured on the crimson ground turning it into exotic white flowers, making it even brighter.

She transformed to ethereal form and blasted the entire area with blinding light, using light, something like a lazer to cut the ball that pimp boy was in.

Xenix continued downward sonic blasts at the lesser demons, while engulfed in bright flames.

Fortuna used her telepathy to talk to the big wuss hiding out in the dirt ball... how appropriate she mused.

She would use her telepathy to hypnotize Alucard. It only took her words to hypnotize. She shape shifted into Alucard's boss first. Fortuna began:

Alucard! "Get back down there where you belong. Masozi will be following you. Take those annoying little demons with you!" Alucard's superior yelled.

Not only was she hypnotizing him, but she was also adding her shape shifting to add to it.

"Now! I said. I will deal with you when we get back!" Alucard was hypnotized and with the image of his superior added to it, unlikely to be able to know it was not real. "We have better plans for this planet! Now let's go! Or do you want to be punished?"

Fortuna would go to help Guardian next.

Drake continued to launch bolt after bolt of lightning. It had grown easier and easier, the continued heat and friction building the static, but now the air itself was becoming buffered, a heat shield that would soon render Drake's lightning power useless. "Whatever in George's name you plan to do, Do it fast!" he yelled to those below. "The lightning is going to drop out soon, and it will be a good three hours before I can try again!"

The demon had finally had enough. Using it's powers, it sent forth a wave of enrgy that blasted everyone away. Heroes were scattered everywhere. The people of Australia where running in fear. It looked around at the many heroes. It saw Enertro, and prepared to kill him when the Orion came and blasted it with missles. Prism went up to Sabbath. "Is there anyway we can kill this?" Sabbath looked at him. "No. It is nearly immortal. However, I have an idea. It is going to be dangerous. We'll need two other people like me, with magic or mental powers. They will have to form a 'mental leash' around someone. This someone will have to use all theor powers to push the demon back into hell. Then they pull the person out with the leashes, and the portal closes." Sabbath created a portal to hell with his powers. Nothing could come out, only go in. "I'll push it." Prism thought to Dia. Listen Dia. I know your pissed. But if you want to stop this demon, then I need your help. Sabbath made a portal. The only way to do this is to make a mental leash around me. Get Raven to help you. Then, I can psh the demon to hell. Then you have to pull me out so the portal can close.

OOC- By the way, the demon isn't a fire demon. It's just red and really strong.

OK Prism.

Diaphanous explained the situation and what needed to be done to Raven so she could help. Hopefully this will be enough.

Thanks Dia. And, if I don't make it out of here, do me a favor. Tell Acillatem I said release Surge and Legion. Tell Enertro I still hate him, but you changed my mind about killing him. And thanks for everything. I'm sorry for all I did. Prism went up to a building. There was the demon. He prepped imself. He charged all his powers. Then, he lept down at the demon. As he hit it, he unleashed his powers. A massive amount of flames erupted from Prism. Hs downward motion pushed the demon down into the portal, along with Prism. He hoped things would go right. Sabbath began to pull, awaiting for the others to do the same.

Diaphanous was pulling as hard as she could. She was focused only on the mental leash. She was sure Raven was doing the same thing.

Prism... you have to make it...

Drake drifted down. He had done what he could. The others were now shoving the demon down into a portal to Hell. He hoped that it would work. There was little more tha he could do at this point. Landing, he asked Nightwing "What happens if this fails?"
