Taan seemed to have been forgotten again, but he was still there. He had watched the disposal of the ground-bound enemy with some interest, although not entirely believing in what was done.

Enchanted chains? He'd never heard anything quite that ridiculous before, and he'd grown up on Coruscant, where rumours and stories abound, especially ones of the Force, usually the dark side and their evils.

He was however still there once the Masters had left, and Zadeth had ventured outside. Thus it was that he was watching as the mysterious intruder appeared and attacked Zadeth. Momentarily frozen with a mix a fear and amazement, he quickly recovered and took off in the direction of Taylor, the nearest experienced Jedi and closest thing to a Master currently available.

"Someone's attacking Zadeth outside. With a lightsabre. Quick," were the words that tumbled out of his mouth. He would have then proceeded to rush out and help the older padawan, but he now had no weapon again, and wasn't about to try and engage a Dark Jedi with stick. Not this time.

Gilraen placed a hand on Taan's shoulder. "I have a feeling it's not all it appears," she suggested. "He can handle himself anyway."

Jr nodded, he quickly looked up at the castle walls and noted that there appeared to be no stalkers around. "Was fully furnished too, but most of it's been looted," he replied.

Zadeth grumbled as he fought off the attacks. He had noticed that it seemed to be more of a test then an actual attack, perhaps that was why no one was running out to help him.

"Kurt sent you didn't he?" he scowled.
The figure said nothing, but pressed Zadeth, slowly increasing the speed and power of his attacks to learn of Zadeth's limits...

Odcal walked over to Taan. "He'll be fine. Now I would like to speak with you Taan." He told him and then start leading him away. "I have noticed that you have no master or lightsaber. As such, I would like to take you on as my apprentice. Now please go to training room 2. Alimar, who is my other apprentice, is already there. I would like for the two of you to spar a little with stunsticks. I will go and get the two of you lightsabers." He walked off knowing the padawan would be sure to accept.

Jr checked his gun and listened for a moment, nothing save for some birds could be heard. He looked towards Ryujin before heading up to the doors, pressing his hand against it he pushed and the door creaked open to reveal a rather bare main hallway.

Taan followed the Master, listening intently. He had to run the statement through his mind again before it sunk in. By the time he had realised what it meant, Master Qoda had already gone.

He finally had a Master to train him properly in the ways of a Jedi. And, of even more importance to the young padawan, especially in the light of the recent events, he was to receive his own lightsabre.

He swiftly hurried off in the direction of the training rooms. When he reached the indicated room, he entered it nervously. He had seen the other padawan around, but hadn't really spoken to them.

Still, he was looking forward to the stun-stick sparring. He was actually rather good for someone who had only been taught generic Form I in a group and had begun expanding on that himself in training against remotes.

"They really cleaned the place out." Ryujin commented.



Zadeth scowled as he continued to fight back. With each movement he grew in confidence, eager to beat whoever this was. He blocked each attack before making his own attacks while looking for a way to gain an advantage.
"Impressive. Most impressive...for an apprentice." The figure intoned. There was a point were he could almost have begun to get stalemated, but he recovered enough to deliver a vicious combo that would end up with Zadeth's blade knocked away if he wasn't careful...

"Yea, they took anything they could sell to collectors," Jr explained. "So where to first?"

The attacker snorted in derision and circled around the apprentice to prevent him getting attacked from the back. He poised in a high guard momentarily and then sweeped downwards.

"The straight way?" Jr asked as he headed up the stairs.

The figure sensed the use of the Force on his legs and redirected it away. "Are you trying to be funny? Let me show you a real Force power."

Invisible ropes curled around one of Zadeth's legs and yanked tightly. If successful, he's hoisted up in the air, hanging upside down.

"Right," Jr replied and headed into a bare throne room. "They looted here too and it looks like stalkers use this place to camp."

And caused Zadeth to fall in the process of deflecting the Force. Whether that was an accident or deliberate is something to be left to the imagination.

As Taan entered the room, Alimar examined him. He seemed to be nervous but Alimar sensed potential in him.

He tossed Taan a stunstick and said. Greetings Taan. I am Alimar. I believe we are supposed to spar. If you wish, you may have the first move.

Alimar had decided to use only the stunstick for now. He needed practice with it. His opponent had no tailblade like him. He would only use it if his opponent proved too challenging for Alimar to handle.

"Yes. We might even have to take on those Dark Jedi that wiped out the archeological dig." Ryujin mused.

Who smirked as a real rope tied to a tall tree suddenly snagged Zadeth by the feet again, and history repeats itself.

"Well, ta ta for now, kid!" Taylor snickered. "Just remember: be sure you know what you're doing before executing a Force attack or else it'll be used against you. Also, learn to read underneath the underneath. In other words, if there's one trap, the possibility of another nearby when dealing with ninjas or dark Jedi is usually high. I'll leave you to ponder this lesson now."

With that, Taylor disappeared in a flash of red, snickering as he headed back to the academy.

"Well it would make sense they would be after the second amulet," Jr agreed. "Well since it's not the real one..."

He placed the amulet around his neck.

"What do you think?"

Taylor arrived at the academy and walked inside. He wondered whether Zadeth would have the smarts to outsmart the crazy side of the Masaki Prankster Twins. If he did, then Taylor will secretly be proud. If not...well, he has much to learn still.

Jr looked at it once again. "I wonder what it looks like in real life," he said.

Zadeth entered the academy and looked around. Not seeing Taylor, he headed back to his room.

Treezago spotted a flash somewhere in the distance. He slowly pivoted his fighter, still in hover mode, until he was pointed directly at the direction the flash had come form. He gently lowered the nose of his fighter to give him a slightly better view.

Off in the distance, among the trees outside the Starport, he could just barely see what looked to be a small fire.

Reaching out in the direction of the fire with the Force, he attempted to see if he could sense anything. Dimly, he felt a light glimmer of Force power in the vicenity of the blaze.

Interesting he thought. I wonder what's going on down there?

Taan deftly caught the stunstick thrown to him in his right hand.

"Hello," he replied as he moved further into the room, closer to Alimar. He ignited the stunstick in his hand and waved it around gently, the blade humming through the air.

He then stepped forwards and swung the weapon horizontally at his opponent's midsection, an easy move to start the session with, since he wasn't sure if there was any specific way to start a lightsabre duel.

He had once been told that he had a very aggressive fighting style, making full use of the concept that a strong offence was the best defence. It was this style that most of his subsequent moves would reflect. He had also picked up a couple of unusual fighting stances too.

Hmm.. Interesting starting move. He probably has a very direct fighting style. Alimar started blocking but then realized that Taan's hands were much stronger than his weak Andalite hands. He changed the block into a deflect knocking the blade above the intended area. Then he aimed a low strike at his enemy's legs.

Zadeth sat on his bed and brought out the computer Kurt had given him. He knew exactly the right person to help him with this, a ninja by the name of Ichigo. The message was sent and he left his room and headed to the training rooms. He could see that two padawans were already there and decided to watch.

Taan jumped the incoming attack as he brought the stunstick around into a useful position again, which was relatively easy since his opening strike hadn't been that powerful. As gravity pulled him back to the ground, he brought the stunstick into a downward chop at his opponent.

So, it's that kind of a fight is it? he thought My opponent likes to go for apparent weak spots, where its hard to defend properly. Even though he had never fought another person, he had learned a reasonable amount from studying accounts of the Jedi.

Jr nodded and Shut down the program. "Sorry, theres no vorpal rabbit on the menu," he smirked before turning to leave the holodeck.

He didn't notice something shining around his neck as he headed into the corridor.

Ryujin went into the cafeteria, ordered a rare steak and a butterbeer on the replicator, and in a few seconds, it dinged. The dragon took the steak and butterbeer and sat down to eat.

Sleep grew lighter and lighter as Taylor was near awakening status.

"If we have the amulet then we can return to the academy," Kurt suggested.

"And thank fuck for that, I really didn't want to go there again," the king then sighed.

Having returned to his original orientation on the Wundragore Spaceport, Treezago decided to risk opening communacations.

"Jedi Temple, this is Treezago again. Requesting update on planetside situation."

Ryujin was truly enjoying his meal, with much 'mmm'ing and smacking of lips.

Meanwhile, Jacen entered the bridge. "What's up?"

Zadeth was still sat in the tree watching the academy. "Shouldn't you be out training on the ceiling of a cave or something?" he asked Ichigo.

Ichigo shook his head, "Temari-sensei is meeting with someone so we got the day off," he replied. "Kimiko is studying as usual and Eamonn is off somewhere being a miserable git."

Ryujin soon finished his meal and headed up to the bridge.

Taan rolled out of his diving attack, saw the incoming blade and snapped his weapon hand down, planting the blade of his own weapon in the way. As they made contact, he then punched his hand forward, forcing both blades towards his opponent.

Alimar dodged the attack Matrix-style, forcing his body to be horizontal to the ground and retracting his eyestalks. he freed his blade from the lock and swept it around Taan's to stab his shoulder.

Ryujin soon finished his meal and headed up to the bridge.


"I think I have an idea how," Kurt said, his face turned to a scowl. "It those fucking Norns."

Jr looked over at him. "What makes you say that?" he questioned the prince.

"Because whenever something fucked up happens it's them."

"So what are we doing still heading for Hmiel?" Jacen asked as Ryujin entered the bridge.


"Here he comes," Zadeth mentioned.

Ichigo nodded. "I'll be looking forward to your funeral," he grinned.
The still-pink Fire Master then disappeared in a flash of fire.

"Waiting for the best place to jump out of hyperspace to change course," Jr explained. "If we were to now, the ship would be torn apart gy a particuly nasty gas filled astroid field."

A *Crack* of fire later, and Taylor reappeared on another branch of the tree. He snapped his fingers, sending out red sparks for the boy. "This lesson is what I like to call, 'Learn How Not to Piss Off a Pyrokinetic'!"

"We have to head back to the academy," Kurt mentioned. "No doubt she'll be after us."

And so, for the next few hours, the young heros aboard the starship continued to take downtime until they get back to the academy.

"We have about half an hour before we arrive back at the Jedi Academy," Mary announced, sounding as cheerful as ever.

Jr appeared from the lift behind her. "About time," he said with a quiet yawn.

Yawning, Reno gripped the controls of his craft, "It's not like I DON'T enjoy waiting here, but I've got a bounty head to catch." He spoke to no one in particular. Tilting the controls to one side, he set the Blue Narcissist into a rolling dive, simultaneously releasing a single Decoy bouy and dropping his craft into 'Silent Running' mode, all systems deactivated except for the bare basics, and even those were as low as they could go and still operate. He had timed both the decoy release and his mode switch so as that it would appear like the decoy was really him, while the real him dropped off the radar.

Following the programming he had set into it, the Decoy bouy made a run at the planet, following a wild zig-zag evasive pattern.

With the Decoy en route, Reno killed his craft's inertia suppressors, then used a built-in Analog Controlled Steam Release System to set his craft on a different vector towards the planet, one hand tightly gripping the control yoke, while the other rested firmly on the System Reset button. He was confident enough in his abilities to be able to boot his ship back to full power and release the rest of his Decoy Bouys once they had discovered the Bouy he had released wasn't him...

OOC: Just have Lucca appear like he's always been there.

Jr looked up as Kurt and Daniel joined them on the bridge.

"I see neither Jacen nor Ryujin are here yet," the king said.
A puff of white, steamy smoke occured as Ryujin and Jacen appeared. Jacen chuckled. "You called?"

Zadeth turned into part of a tree log.

"Looks like someone failed to tell you a few things about my prior training," he teased from within the forest.

Ichigo just laughed as he watched.
"Kawarmi." Taylor chuckled darkly. He formed a couple of extremely familiar handseals. "I think I'll let my buddies handle you. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!"

His five clones appeared and began tracking down the young Padawan with the Firey One.

"We're nearly back at the academy, better prepare yourselves," Jr told them.

One by one, the clones were hit by some very familiar chains.

"A Jedi does not let his emotions get the better of him," came Master Ravens voice. "You should both get yourselves cleaned up, his majesty is on his way back with the others."

It was more the sudden shock of being called "Lord Masaki" than the chains of Raven that made Taylor Masaki stumble and smack into the ground like a rock.

Not since his father was alive was a Masaki referred to as 'Lord'.

"Just...call me Master..." Taylor groaned after bumping his head.

After Taylor recovered from the blow, he headed back to the academy to clean up.

Master Raven quietly watched as Zadeth appeared from the forest and headed up to the academy with the hologram of Ichigo in tow. The Jedi Master turned to Lucca.

"I did not see you before," he mentioned.

((OOC: Maybe. :P))

Lucca nods slowly, noting the change. "Okay Lor... I mean Master Masaki." She gives him a warm smile, before being apprehanded by Master Raven.

"I did not see you before." He spoke to her. Lucca gave him a sheepish smile, her catears laying low on her head as she bowed to the HeadMaster.

"I've always been told that I'm hard to notice..." A slight giggle, and Lucca looks towards her mentor, getting a worried look on her face. "Master Masaki, I'm right behind you!"

She hurried to catch up to him as he entered the acadamy...

Master Raven smiled to himself, she was certainly an interesting one so he would to keep an eye on her. Well someone would have to if it were true what she said, 'hard to notice'. He headed up to the academy and returned to his office.

Taylor sighed and resigned to having the cute-but-annoying Padawan follow him around. Maybe he could teach her some things along the way. After entering his room, he pulled off the too-pink clothing and stepped into the shower to clean up.

Meanwhile, Jacen and Ryujin were ready to get back to the academy.

Lucca Ashtear had follow Taylor into his room, and sat cross-legged on the floor, meditating as Masaki showered. She allowed him his privacy, her back to him so she wouldn't see him sans clothes. Although if she did, she was pretty sure it wouldn't bother her...

The Durandal exited hyperspace and Jr head over to the lift. "Time to head to the shuttle," he told the others.

IC: "Ahh. Glad to get all that pink out of my hair..." Taylor grinned as he dried off. His hair returned to its naturally dirty-blond color and he rebraided it. Then, towel around his waist so as to not alarm his new apprentice, he walked out, whistling a tune and changed into new clothes (same dark clothing as the pinked ones only not pink). Then he put his red cloak on. "Alright...uh...Lucca. Let's meet the King."

Taan rolled sideways away from the incoming attack, ending up lying on his back on the floor. Alimar's blade passed directly over him, and he rolled sideways again before the Andalite could bring it chopping down towards him.

Still lying on the floor, he made a quick swipe at Alimar's legs, then rolled again to place him in a crouch a short distance from his opponent, the stunstick instantly up into guard.

I think he's better than me, decided Taan, but then he has had more practice. I've really not started learning properly yet. I can still put up a good fight.

Lucca stood near Taylor, looking up at the shuttle coming down, before landing and disembarking it's passengers, who were now making their way up towards them right now. For the most part, she ignored Ichigo and Zadeth.

Alimar simply leaped over the low attack. His jump brought him over Taan who was moving into a guard position. In mid jump he made a short swipe at his opponent's head, then as he landed he tossed his stunstick to his tail so he could make another stab at the enemy's back.

"Evidently so," Zadeth replied, placing his hands behind his head.

Onboard the shuttle, Jr opened the doors and walked out into the hanger, Kurt and Daniel followed, heading out of the hanger and up toward the academy.
The two Coredians walked out after them.

"Hey looks like we have a welcoming party," Kurt grinned, seeing the others up outside the academy. His eyes turned on Zadeth. "I hope you weren't any trouble."

Ryujin just grinned and shook his head. "So what's with all the smoke? Surely you didn't try to burn him."

"Sure I did, but that's not the real reason." Taylor turned serious. "Earth nin."

"Come, now. What's done is done." Ryujin said, trying to smooth matters.

"Well at least we have one of the twin amulets of Ostara," Jr mentioned. "It's a good start."

"Problem is Lady Nocturne has the other one," Kurt then told him. "No doubt she'll want it and will attack the academy. However I don't think the padawans are up to fighting her forces yet."

"I don't mean to put you down Taylor but this is Lady Nocturne we're talking about," Kurt warned. "She'll try to overrun us more then she did at Tortuga DN, she will have no doubt learned from that and she will be alot stronger. More then we could ever imagine."

Taylor got the meaning in her words. "It's probably inevitable. Sith Lords aren't known for being nice to youngsters..."

Daniel continued to watch silently, he was still stood behind the king with his hands in his pockets.

"If the academy is attacked everyone will have to fight," Kurt said.

Lucca nodded sadly at the fact. "I... Understand." There was simply nothing she could do. She inhaled deeply, and allowed the others to continue speaking, listening intently.

Amalia stepped off the ship once she had safely landed it in the docking bay of the Pantera. Behind her stepped out her partner in crime, Taiki. He brushed back his long purple hair and looked around.

“She’s going to be pissed,” he said.

Amalia shook her head, “She called us back remember, she won’t kill us for not finding the second amulet,” she replied. “The only reason she would have called us back would have been because she herself would know that we would not find it. That means she knows who has it.”

Taiki placed his hands behind his head. “Yeah, well I only just graduated from the academy,” he replied. “I don’t know everything yet.”

Amalia rolled her eyes, such ignorance.

Master Blexe appeared at the main doors, his eyes fixed on the King. "I see you have returned," he said.

Kurt nodded. "Yes Master Blexe, we have dealt with the incident at the archeological dig and have aquired one of the amulets," he explained.

Master Blexe's eyes turned to Daniel. "The only survivor, a force user," he then said.

"Yes. Pretty much." Jacen nodded.

The kid seems familiar somehow... Taylor eyed Daniel.

Daniel caught Taylor's eye and eyed him back. He didn't like it when people eyed him like that, he knew why though but he didn't know whom this Eamonn character might be.

Master Blexe walked down towards him, "WHat is your name young man?" he politely asked.

Daniel's eyes turned from Taylor to the Jedi Master. "I'm Daniel," he replied.

"Ah. Good name." Taylor commented.

Daniels eyes turned turned back to Taylor, there was something cold about the way they looked. He didn't say anything about what Taylor had just said.

Master Blexe looked over the boy, "You have some troubles in your mind," he mentioned. "Long before the dark jedi massacured those around you, no it is something down to you being adopted."

Daniel again said nothing.

"Come on I'll show you to a guest room," Kurt offered and led the boy inside.

"Adopted?" Taylor asked, frowning.

"So he told us," Jr replied.

Master Blexe just nodded.

"He does remind you of someone doesn't he?" Jr then asked Taylor.

"Eamonn." Taylor nodded.

Jr nodded. "And he found out he was adopted as well," he then said.

"Hang on a minute...Eamonn and Daniel were both adopted...and they look similar to each other..." Taylor's train of thought led him to a conclusion. "They're related."

Jr nodded. "Yes they most certainly are," he said. "Although we would need a DNA test to be certain for sure."

Master Blexe returned inside.

"Poor kid, can't imagine what it was like for him to see everyone slaughtered by those dark jedi like that," Jr then added.

The wind blew Taylor's braid around as he remembered terrible memories. "Yeah. I know." He said quietly. He headed down to the hiking trails, lost in thought.

Whilst the others had other things to do, Jr headed back to the hanger to make a few contacts. That left Zadeth alone with the others, he decided to head to the training rooms to practice a few moves.

Jacen and Ryujin headed to another part of the forest to train.

Taan countered the swipe at his head with a simple block straight from the guard. When the second attack came from behind him, Taan was suddenly forced to reevalute his enemy.

So, he's effectively got an extra arm, has he? This could be a problem, he thought. Almost without thinking, Taan switched the stunstick from his right to his left hand, reversing it in the process. When the two blades hit each other, he dodged inside his opponent's weapon, pivoted on one foot and brought his own blade around in a fast sweeping scythe attack level with his own chest.

Turning to face Taan, Alimar parried the attack with his stunstick, then feinted a slash on Taan's left side. He quickly passed the stunstick from tail to hand he made another slice at his right side.

Kurt met up with Jr on the front steps of the academy.

"How is he?" Jr asked.

"Settling down, he'll probably fall asleep," Kurt replied. "And the preparations?"

"The cities are now on high alert," the young redhead said. "Reinforcements are coming, they should be with us soon."

The bridge was dark, it usually was as Lady Nocturne preferred the darkness. From under her hooded robe she looked up as Amalia and Taiki entered.

“They have the amulet,” Lady Nocturne growled. Her eyes appeared to glow within the darkness of the hood. “They must pay, I must have that amulet.”

Lady Nocturne turned to the screen as Amalia and Taiki stayed silent. They knew not to say anything.

“The Hidden Stone clones failed miserably, they have been punished by death.” Lady Nocturne continued to say. “Their target is still at that infernal academy, a blight on my plans.”

And with that Lady Nocturne left the bridge.

“Not good,” Amalia mentioned.

Taan continued his rotation on one foot, the attacking blade bouncing off his moving on. However, he could not continue the rotation, and was forced to take other action to avoid the second slice attack.

With his stunstick well out of position, he threw himself sideways, and put out a hand on landing to roll him into a position facing his opponent again. He brought the stunstick up in a guard position, although an unconventional one since he was still holding the weapon reversed in his left hand, with his forearm across his chest and the left hand on the right side of his body.

Kurt closed his eyes. Taylor, we're going to have some reinforcements on the way, he said via telepathy. The cities are on high alert and I guess we can expect Lady Nocturne to make her move any time soon.

Thanks for the heads up. Taylor replied as he napped in a tree again. He loves to nap in trees. The only problem is that he hates rain. The inability to spark fires is something he doesn't relish very much.

He pulled himself into a defensive stance with stunstick held at about chest level ready to defend every area of his body.

Storm clouds began to gather above the academy, lightning flashed across the sky. In a matter of moments, rain began to fall from the sky. Not far from where Taylor was napping, lightning struck the ground and large figure that appeared to be weilding a large hammer over one shoulder appeared. The first of Kurt's reinforcements had arrived.

"You did what?" Jr asked, narrowing his eyes.

"I asked Thor for some help, is that so bad? He was there to help when I defeated my grandfather," Kurt protested, folding his arms.
The first drops of rain made Taylor curse as he jumped from the tree and sped for the academy. "IhaterainIhaterainIhaterainIhaterain!"

Then the crack of lightning made him look around. It was almost like Daniel has come by to call, but it was not him. It was Thor. "HiThorcan'ttalknowgottagetinsidetodrymyself!"

Taylor zoomed inside the academy and into his room to take off his wet clothes and dry them off. He groaned as his ignition gloves were also wet and focused on the Force to dry them off.

Jacen and Ryujin, however, were having a great time training in the rain.

Thor raised an eyebrow as Taylor disappeared. Both Kurt and Jr looked up as Taylor raced inside. Both went in after him to escape the rain, only moments later they were joined by Thor.

"Thor, glad you made it," Kurt smiled.

"For you, Thor would drop anthing," the large god replied. "Saw a Masaki too, that family be rather strange."

He dropped his hammer to the ground which caused the whole building to shake.

Soon, Jacen and Ryujin came inside as well. But the odd thing was, they were dry. Jacen's power over water seems quite extensive.

"Yo." Jacen greeted everyone. Then he glanced at Thor. "Who's the big guy?"

"I am Thor little one," Thor bellowed, thumping a fist against his chest. "Lightning god of the Asgard."

"Former," Kurt corrected, rolling his eyes. "You quit remember? You never did go back."

Thor made a slight grumbling noise before noticing Ryujin, "A Cyredathem," he said, poking Ryujin in the chest. "A little runt Cyredathem, how many vampires do you kill today."

Kurt put a hand in front of his mouth to hide his grin.

"I get that alot." Ryujin smiled. "I'm actually Ryujin of the Coredian Dragons."

Taylor arrived out of his room, now in dry clothing. "Ahh. That's better."

"Ryujin? You're alot younger looking then Thor remember," Thor remarked.

"Different dragon, he's not speaking Japanese, that's why you understand what he's saying," Kurt pointed out. "You're drunk again."

"Thor always drunk when on the wild hunt," the god said proudly, a dead deer fell off his back and lay sprawled across the floor. "Thor also brought food."

Lucca sighed as Taylor sped off for the academy, cursing the rain and all that is wet. She had been meditating underneath the tree he was napping in, and was still here, a very wet but not so miserable cat-girl. She actually enjoyed the rain. "I hope Lord Masaki comes back soon..." She said idlly, opening her eyes and glancing around.

Once again, another person entirely didn't notice her existance. She wasn't too upset about Thor not noticing her though. It wasn't the first time he didn't, and it wouldn't be the last.

Sighing again, she closes her eyes and reaches out with the Force to view Taylor, to see what he's doing right now. (Feel free to run away with this one, CoreWorlds. :P)

Taylor was no longer cursing the rain as he was safe inside the academy building. There are rarities when he would venture out (like a battle) but otherwise, he tends to stay inside. Right now, he's headed to the training rooms to train in his Form V katas.

Lucca smiled softly to herself as she watched Taylor begin to ready himself for his Form V training session. While she herself wasn't interested in Form V, much perferring Form III, she did enjoy watching Taylor train.

She continued to view him through the Force as he began to warm up, silently hoping her Master wouldn't notice her harmless Force Voyeurism. Although she wouldn't be surprised if he did...

Taylor went through a series of powerful and swift strokes of his blade, fighting an imaginary enemy as he drilled himself into a kata, sometimes varying the steps to ensure that he stays sharp. Then he stopped, rose his blade in a high guard stance, circled the 'dark Jedi' and slashed downwards, continuing the 'fight'.

Lucca viewed Taylor with her breath held, tilting and leaning in tune with him as he battled his faux foe. Her pulse quickened as he went through the moves of the Kata, and she found herself clapping, even though she was no where near Taylor. Blushing, she halts her hands, folding them in her lap.

She tries her best to not send any thoughts through the Force to Taylor, least she startles him and interupts his training.

OOC: Huh? I've been keeping an eye on these forums waiting to be bale to reply. how did Gnufasar get to the surface through my blockade? ANyway...

IC: Still hovering above the Spaceport, Treezago watched as a strom cloud formed above the Academy, but nowhere else.

Huh? Ok that's wierd.

With a flourish, Taylor concluded his katas and saluted, before replacing his lightsaber on his belt. Then he headed to the cafeteria to get a drink and wait out the storm.

Lucca severed her Force Viewing session, standing up and shaking herself a little. She was soak through to the bone now, and not wishing to catch a cold, made her way back to the Academy.

Smiling to the occupents as she entered the Academy, She gingerly stepped around them so as to not disturb their talks. She noted the dead deer, but made no comment on it.

Entering her room, she quickly disrobes and begins to look for a fresh set of robesto wear...

((OOC: I'm still here, I've just RPed myself into a corner with Reno, and I'm not quite sure I'm ready to spring Lucca into the story yet.))


Yawning, Reno gripped the controls of his craft, "It's not like I DON'T enjoy waiting here, but I've got a bounty head to catch." He spoke to no one in particular. Tilting the controls to one side, he set the Blue Narcissist into a rolling dive, simultaneously releasing a single Decoy bouy and dropping his craft into 'Silent Running' mode, all systems deactivated except for the bare basics, and even those were as low as they could go and still operate. He had timed both the decoy release and his mode switch so as that it would appear like the decoy was really him, while the real him dropped off the radar.

Following the programming he had set into it, the Decoy bouy made a run at the planet, following a wild zig-zag evasive pattern.

With the Decoy en route, Reno killed his craft's inertia suppressors, then used a built-in Analog Controlled Steam Release System to set his craft on a different vector towards the planet, one hand tightly gripping the control yoke, while the other rested firmly on the System Reset button. He was confident enough in his abilities to be able to boot his ship back to full power and release the rest of his Decoy Bouys once they had discovered the Bouy he had released wasn't him...

Ahh didn't see that. Missed it enitirely. OK, here we go.

Captain Rees watched as the Blue Narcicsist shot towards the Planet.

"Brown Squadron, intercept and interdict incomming craft. Guns, prepare to fire."

The four heavily modified A-Wings of Brown squadron accelerated to full speed, and began intercept manuvers. They closed in on what they thought was the Blue Narcicist. APproaching to within visul range, they recieved a bit of a shock.

"Seeker, this is Brown Leader. Flash. Incomming target is a decoy. Say again, a decoy. Alert Blue Squadron to the deception."

Above the Starport, Treezago listened in to the transmissions. AH, ha. So, we have someone who wants to be tricky?

"Blue Squadron, this is a battle alert, form on me."

The four Revenge class modified X-wings shot up and out of the atmosphere.

Treezago began stroking the Knoctal Facet, in it's pouch about his neck, and immersed himself in the Force.

Ok, this joker wants to try going stealth on us, eh? Well, he's about to find out that the Force doesn't get fooled by electronic tricks.

Reaching out, Treezago located the mind of the pilot of the Intruder. Very carefully he aimed a 8 shot burst just ahead of the intruder. He toggled on his COmm-Link on wide-band.

"Greatings intruder. That was a warning shot. Disable your stealth mode and enter orbit no closer than 5,000 meters and no farther than 15,000 meters from the Bulk Cruiser "Seeker", or the next set of shots will take out your drive units."

He toggled his Comm to the Command frequency of "Brown Squadron".

"Brown Leader, form your squadron on the "Seeker". Be ready to shoot to disable incomming craft."

"Ryujin? You're alot younger looking then Thor remember," Thor remarked.

"Different dragon, he's not speaking Japanese, that's why you understand what he's saying," Kurt pointed out. "You're drunk again."

"Thor always drunk when on the wild hunt," the god said proudly, a dead deer fell off his back and lay sprawled across the floor. "Thor also brought food."
"Um...I'll pass." Jacen replied.

"Deer!" Ryujin happily cried. "I love deer!"

Thor smiled at Ryujin. "Thor go make fire and cook dead deer now," he said, slinging it over one shoulder and headed outside, the downpour having since stopped.

"We have a problem," Jr mentioned, reading a communication from The Durandal.

Kurt didn't like the idea of a problem. "What is it?"

"We have unidentified ships attempting to blockade the planet," Jr explained. "The nearest Draconian fleet has already been notified and are on their way."

OOC: Sorry for not replying, I've been pretty busy these last few days.

IC:
"What?" asked Taan, "I have been attacking you. Besides, I shoudn't rush into things. Haste leads to mistakes," he told the older padawan, quoting a master who had given Taan a long lecture after he rushed into something without thinking and failed utterly.

Is he impatient? Or just taunting me to see how I react? thought Taan. If he is impatient I can use it, but its more likely to be a taunt.

Brushing aside the thought, he threw himself back into the fight by making two quick thrusts at Alimar's torso, then made two rapid steps to his right, as though beginning to circle his opponent, switched the stunstick back to a conventional grip in his right hand and made a powerful diagonal swipe, starting low and ending at shoulder height.

Reno reeled in his ship as the set of shots soared past his ship. Instantly, he thumbed the power-on switch, and slammed the control yoke to one side, going into a descending barrel roll.

A voice came over his com, spouting out some sort of order. He ignored this for now, concentrating on getting his ship to full power. Sensors cameon, and warnings screamed at him. Another set of shots came soaring at him, clippingthe wing of his ship as he pulled out of his barrel roll and leveled out. Again the voice came over his comm.

"That was your last warning shot. Disable your stealth mode and enter orbit no closer than 5,000 meters and no farther than 15,000 meters from the Bulk Cruiser "Seeker", or the next set of shots will take out your drive units." The voice said.

Reno briefly considered making his run like planned, then he realized something. Both of those shots were far too close to be just 'lucky' shots. There was no way the shooter would have known exactly when he was going to pull out of that barrel roll, unless...

"Damnit! Must be a Force User. Hmphm. It would figure. Fine, fine. Have it your way." He was already out of his stealth mode, all that remained was closing to the distance he suggested. "Well, there's always a way out of anything... Just... gotta... Look..." He spoke to himself as he syphoned power from his engines to the senors, expanding their range, until the inbound Draconian Fleet was visible. He grinned widely as his ships war book tagged them as Draconian Space Forces ships. "Hmmm... Looks like more big ships are coming. Maybe I can use this to my advantage."

He opened a com channel set to wide-band. "This is the Blue Narcissist. Looks to me like we've got company incoming." As he spoke, his hands were busy inputting a Hyperjump coordinate. Reno was the type of bounty hunter crazy enough to attempt a Hyperspace jump this close to a planetary body. "Now then, if I were you, I'd be more concerned about those big ships inbound, then I would over some old cowboy and his horse." He made a valid point. While, he wasn't old per se, but he did fanshion himself a cowboy. Something of a romantic, at best.

"Now then, as I recall, your ships aren't part of this planet's milita. I have ligitmate business to attend to planetside, and I think I'll cool my ship where it is until the PROPER authorities arrive... Blue Narcissist, out." He closed the comms, and gently eased his ship into a slow reverse. If that Force Sniper made another shot at him, he planned to be able to see it coming in time to dodge and make the hyperspace jump...


((OOC: Yeah, in case you can't tell, if Treenzago (Or anyone else) fires at him, he's gonna make that jump. OOC knowledge here, but the coordinate is just beyond the system's star, using a route that is, more or less, a straight line to where he is now to where he wants to be.

Alimar watched the approaching Taan. Ah, finally some excitement. he thought to himself.

With two flicks of his wrist Alimar easily deflected the first two attacks. Then he mentally cursed as Taan began his third attack. Damn, this is going to hurt later. He twisted his torso in a very painful manner so as to just dodge the attack. At the same time he reached in with his stunstick to strike the enemy's weapon arm.

OK, this guy thinks he wants to play.

Treezago opened his Comm to the Seeker. "Icara, do it. And then conceal us."

Back aboard the Seeker, Icara heard her orders. Ever so gently, she reached out, and located the primary power feed buffer for the Blue Narcisist. A brief Squeeze, and the Buffer vanished into null space.

Instantly all power systems on the Narcisist, from engine to Life support, shut down for lack of energy. The Blue Narcisist hung dead in space.

Even as the Blue Narcisist's power was dying, Icara Intresid reached into another area of her training. Feeling the flow of the White Current, she pulled the Seeker, and all of it's fighters, under the Surface. Now, no method of detection known to any species in the Galaxy, be they Technos, Forcelings, or Dragon, would be able to detect them. Treezago's little fleet vanished.

The Ang-Tii monks that she had studdied with for so long would be proud. She had stopped the conflict, without the loss of a single lifeform.

OOC: Now that is one hell of a godmod. Unless, that is, you're leaving. There is a reason why out of all the powers the Monks had, I only used teleportation...

Taan snapped his arm away rapidly, leaving the stunstick hilt hanging there as he avoided the attack. He attempted to pull the weapon back to him using the Force, but wasn't concentrating enough and had to dive to the floor to reclaim it.

Crap! he thought, I'm really gonna have some trouble now.

Alimar reacted quickly whipping his tail as fast as he could he knocked the stunstick as far as he could while at the same time aiming a solid strike down at Taan's back with his stunstick.

Fully dressed now, Lucca double checked her Lightsaber, then recalled where she last saw Taylor heading. Scratching the back of her neck as she leaves her dorm, Lucca heads for the dining hall...

Entering the hall, she briefly scans for Taylor, spying him, she calmly retrieves a tray of food and walks over to him, sitting down across from him. "Hello Master Masaki. How went your training?" She smiled warmly.

"It went well." Taylor replied. "But what I really want to do, if you really want to be my apprentice, is test your own skills. See how much you already know and how much you still need to improve."

There was a rather loud explosion from outside as Thor decided to start a fire to cook the deer. The explosion alerted Master Blexe to go out and investigate, when he saw the god out there he wasn't pleased.

"What is the meaning of this?" he demanded.

Thor turned around having placed the deers carcass on the spit. "Blexe!" he bellowed. "Thor just roast deer for skinny Ryujin and Thor to feast upon, prepare for big battle."

The academy heads eyes narrowed. "The King called you here, am I correct?"

"When Kurt needs Thor, Thor comes," the god announced, thumping his chest.

"Just do not make a mess," Master Blexe warned and returned inside.

Den and Raist had been in the past for months now training with Dirta the geokinetic master.

Den looked at his student. He has come a long way. He even looked different. His geokinetic powers had even began to rival his Dirta's geokinetic powers. Dirta was very pleased.

One day Den and Dirta took a walk away from the hut. Dirta looked at Den and said "So when will you two leave me here?"

Den not surprised that she was going to ask this question said "Tomorrow."

Dirta nodded. "At least this time you will let me know before you just disappear on me.

Den smiled. He loved being around his friend. Her pet peeves and antics amused him. She was also one of the best dueling partners he had. He wanted her to go with them. Den looked at her and said "How about you go with us?"

Dirta surprised said "Me, in the future, I don't think sooo....." She sounded unsure.

Den began to persuade her into it. "Come on. It would be great. You would meet some of the greatest jedi of the future and have the oppurtunity to teach many geokinetic hopefuls." Looking back towards the hut, Den added in "I am sure Raist would love the idea."

Dirta thought about it for a long time.

Den then said "And plus I need to talk to Lialai. Her mind is not strong enough to communicate through time. I am sure that she has many interesting stories to tell me.

Dirta nodded and said "Okay."

Lialai had been quite the busy lady since the incident at the Academy. She now was a trying to take over the role her master had maintained. She and and Taylor had been trying to take care of everything. All though she was no where near as active as Taylor was she was trying to make dues. She regulary patrolled the school corridors, cafeteria, training rooms and library. She had become fond of the books. They comforted her. She loved how they filled her with knowledge. She would stay in the library for days at a time. That is where she was most of the time while her master was away.

Dirta and Den made their way back to the hut. Looking at Raist, Den said "We are going back.

"And I am am going to be joining you", said Dirta.

They waited for Raist's reaction.

Lucca nodded slowly. "O-okay." She gulped softly. "I'm nowhere near the level you are, but perhaps one day I will be."

She was still learning her Form III, but was well learned enough to hold her own against the training droids, even when outnumbered seven to one. "After I eat my meal, I'll be ready whenever." She nods and quietly enjoys the dining hall meal.

Her nose twitched,as the unmistakable aroma of cooking deer meat came to her. Being a Neko, she had a more acute sense of smell then humans, and she could smell the deer being cooked. "Oooh... I think Thor's cooking that deer he had! It smells delicious!"

"I know you will be." Taylor smiled softly. "You're good at not being detected. If you continue to improve that skill, you'll surely be a great Knight. Now I'm done with my meal."

Lucca blushed a bright beet red, giggling sheepishly. "It's not really a skill. No one notices me because I'm not important to anyone or anything. That's why my parents never paid my ransom..." She shrugged. It was fact to her, and it didn't bother her. Much...

"But thanks. It makes me happy to hear you say that." She favors him with a big smile, and hurries up to finish her meal too...

Something happened to her parents. I sympathize. Taylor thought. He smiled again. "You're welcome."

Dirta and Den made their way back to the hut. Looking at Raist, Den said "We are going back.

In the hut Raist was sitting crosslegged in the floor with his eyes closed, with several small stones sitting around him. His breathing appeared to be slow like his geokinetic master had taught him, and soon the pebbled started with shake slightly, they rose into the air and began circling gently, and Raist stood up.

He opened his eyes and the pebbles raced towards him, he deflected the blows his his hands and forearms while propelling the stones himself with delicate finger movements, and soon he almost began to blur, his eyes glowing a slight earthy colour.

After a while the small metal objects near him also rose into the air and sped up in increments, and the pebbles changed thier tune and began to intercept the metal fragments. Finally Raist stood in the centre of the room with his arms waving eye watering speeds around the space he was standing, pebbles and metal shards racing around him doing collision battle.

Raist He paused and all the fragments stopped instantly, he recognised the voice of his master and force tutor and walked outside from the hut. The sand seemed to be attracted to the bottoms of his sandles as he walked, seeming to want to be close to him but at the same time not impend his movement.

Looking at Raist, Den said "We are going back.

Raist smiled happily and the seriousness he had shown in the hut faded away.
"I am glad master Dirta, I would have not liked to have not seen you again. Have you been to the academy before?" He asked

Taan would have sighed if he had had time. Instead he just grumbled mentally and thought, Fine, let's go for plan B instead. He rolled to narrowly dodge the strike and set himself up, then aimed a solid kick at Alimar's midsection and another at his feet.

With the brief moment that gave him, he used the Force to pull his own stunstick back to him and ignited it again.

"Not very. Don't hold back." Ryujin smirked. "I am a carnivore, after all."


Thor smirked. "Skinny Ryujin eat like a true dragon," he said before taking out an enormous hunting knife and began hacking at the carcass as it was still on the spit. "What parts does Skinny Ryujin want?"

"A whole leg, please." He said, transforming into his normal self to get the full taste of the deer. Human tongues don't quite have the taste buds for such a dinner...

Thor stuck the hunting knife into one of the hind legs and tore it off, the sound of tearing flesh filled the air. Passing the leg to Ryujin, he said, "Enjoy."

"Yay!" Ryujin began tearing at the meat like only a dragon could.

Thor tore off the remaining hind leg and started eating. A tankard of ale appeared from nowhere and Thor took a gulp.

"Drink?" the god asked.

From the doorway to the academy, Zadeth saw Thor's eating habits and paled somewhat. "Disgusting," he remarked.

"Thanks." Ryujin downed a smaller drink of ale and continued to predatorily snacking down on his deer.

As soon as he'd downed the ale, Thor's tankard magically filled up as he took huge bites out of the meat. "You should join Thor on one of his wild hunts," he suggested with a mouthful of meat.

A sudden splash of water smacked into Zadeth as he entered. "Ooops! Sorry Zadeth!" Jacen grinned. "Was training with my water powers."

Raist smiled happily and the seriousness he had shown in the hut faded away.

Den walked forward and said" But before I need to teach one more technique. It might seem silly at first but it is very useful at the last minute." While pulling out his lightsaber, Den pointed at the magnificent stones in the hilt of is weapon. "These gems are not just there for looks" Den glanced at Dirta and said "The technique that I am about to teach you is the Stone Blitzer technique." Den smiled. "Dirta and I made this up while we were young. By using telekinesis or geokinesis in you and Dirta's case you can attack with your saber without actually releasing the colored blade watch. Dirta if you will"

Dirta raised a huge rock out of the Earth. She steadied it in the air. Then she nodded.

Den raised his hilt and energized the stones in the hilt. The stones shot rapidly out of lightsaber and hit the stone. A huge cloud of dust rose into the air. When it cleared a huge pile of pebbles rested beneath the spot where the huge rock had once levitated. Using his force Den located all of his amethyst stones and brought them back to him. He then molded them back into his hilt. Looking toward his student he said "Now I want you to try. Once you destroy this," Dirta raised a rock out of the Earth. "we will leave." Looking toward Dirta, Den then said "Let's make this a little more challenging Belo."

Dirta smiled and touched the rock. From her one touch the whole rock turned into a pure diamond. "Now you must destroy this gem with the crystals in your hilt. Do not cheat by softening the diamond. There are other ways to destroy the diamond with your Stone Blitz technique."

Dirta and Den waited patiently.

"That could be a good idea." Ryujin flicked his long tongue around his snout to clean off the heated blood. "Look me up sometime."

Thor nodded and let out a rather large belch. "You'll enjoy it," he stated.

Alimar dodged the kick at his midsection by simply sidestepping. At the same time he tilted backwards to stand on his hind legs to dodge the attack towards his hooves. He darted forwards towards Taan, aiming strikes at his leg to distract him and at the end he slashed diagonally from Taan's leg, to the shoulder opposite it.

Zadeth brought out his lightsaber, "Up for a little fight?" he smirked.

Moving back slightly, Zadeth thought off each attack. His moves were fluid and made him seem more agile then he looked, he had after all been taught by the King. It was now time for him to attack, he mostly aimed for Jacen's midsection and arms.

"Nice try, buddy." Jacen smirked, and waved his hand. Water under Zadeth's feet suddenly moved and gripped the boy's feet. "When I splashed you, water was on the training floor. As you know, I control water. Now you're finished."

Jacen moved to strike, ensuring that his blade's down to stun-stick strength.

Zadeth laughed. "You may have trapped my feet," he said, raising his lightsaber. "But you've yet to defeat me."

He waved his hand as he tried to use the force to take Jacen's feet out from under him.

Jacen was taken by surprise and his back met the floor. "Oww!"

"All right, no more Mr. Nice Jedi!" He shot back and formed a ball of subzero energy. Because ice is simply frozen water, he can also manipulate that. "Let's chill out now!" He punned as he tossed the ball at Zadeth.

"You weren't nice in the first place," Zadeth grinned.

With a swift movement of his lightsaber, he swatted the ball of ice away, shattering it. Of course he had to shield himself from the fragments.

"And I'm good with a cricket bat too."

Raist looked up at the huge gem and his mind reeled at it for a moment. Then he cleared his ehad like he had been told to do and took out the crystals from his sabre.
"Ok then..." The crystals raised into the air from his palm and hovered. Raist thrust a hand forward and the crystals instantly zipped away, they rained down a flurry of impacts onto the jem and the clearing was filled with the ear splitting sound of gem and crystal smashing against each other.

Eventually the crystals slowed and Rasit panted, the gem was undented, not a singal mark. he alsmot collapsed to his knees, what WAS this thing? How was he supposed to break it with just his crystals?
By thinking with the rock he realised.

He flexed his fingers and the crystals shot into the sky out of view, when Rasit brought his hand down they emerged from the clouds with comet like speed. They came down onto the gem with a flash and when they looked back to it the crystals were gone.

"Now..." Raist narrowed his eyes as if he was looking for somthing inside the gem....there was a tiny alsmot impersevable shift in the gems position and a small seam of imperfection suddenly appeared in the flawless gem. Another one appeared, and soon the gem was viened with imperfections coloured like Raist's crystals. He clenched his fists and the gem began to vibrate, a tiny sound emerged from it, and then with an enourmous crach the gem fell to the ground in a thousand pieces.

Raist gasped with sweat on his forehead and brought the crystals back into his palm where they reformed into thier old shape.

Alimar blocked the strike but didn't counter-attack. He saw Odcal walking towards them from the doorway, applauding.

"Well, you two seem to be pretty good with weapons for kids." Odcal said. Of course it makes sense considering who they are. He thought to himself.

He held a lightsaber on the palm of each hand. "This next exercise is to attempt to take your new lightsaber away from me. However, you must stay at least 5 meters away from me and you have to use the Force to pull it to you. In this exercise you have to concentrate the Force outside of your body You have to imagine a hand reaching out to grab the lightsaber."

Alimar nodded, understanding the point of the exercise. His face took on a look of concentration. The lightsaber in Odcal's right hand slowly flew up. It floated slowly but steadily towards Alimar.

Odcal twitched his hand slightly. Suddenly the lightsaber started floating a bit to the right. Alimar noticed this and tried bringing the weapon back on course towards him. He overcompensated however and it went to the other side. Odcal then made it fall down.

What was that! You messed me up! Alimar shouted at Odcal, enraged.

"Ah yes, I guess I forgot to mention that I will also be making slight adjustments to the lightsaber's path." Odcal smirked. "You have to compensate for this by making your own adjustments. However, if you change the direction too much, it will go off course the other way and you will have to try again. If you add too little then it will still miss you and you will have to try again. Thus, this will also practice your control over your powers." Odcal explained. The lightsaber flew back to his right hand.

Alimar tried again several times but he kept failing. After several failures, he thought to stretch out an arm. This made the control much easier. He also realized that if he took it slower, then the changes his master made would be more noticable and easier to correct. He kept trying this way. Each time he tried the lightsaber got a little closer before it was knocked off course and he was forced to try again.

OOC: Lol, I was going to have Taan take a hit in the this post, but you've stopped the fight. Never mind.

Taan automatically brought his weapon up into guard after his attack, then deactivated it when he heard Master Qoda enter.

He watched Alimar's first few attempts before making one of his own. He had already got an idea, which countered the logic of Alimar's attempts. He brought his right hand up and concentrated as hard as he could on the lightsabre in Odcal's hand.

When he felt ready, he pulled as hard as he could with the Force. The sabre hilt shot out of Odcal's hand, but the tiniest adjustment to it by the Master caused it to fly straight past Taan. The idea had been to get the weapon to him before the Master could alter its path, but it hadn't worked, so he decided to take the same approach as Alimar.

However, on the next five attempts he made, even though he moved the weapon slowly, he still made overzealous corrections and had to start again. As he began his seventh attempt, a thought occured to him and he closed his eyes as he concentrated.

OOC: How coincidental...

IC: Odcal smiled as Taan closed his eyes. He knew that was a better way of concentrating from past experience. However, it was very doubtful that Alimar would do that because one of their basic rules were, Andalites should always keep their eyes open and scanning.

After several more tries both Taan and Alimar had gotten their lightsabers. Alimar attempted to ignite it but could not find a trigger. Prince Odcal, there's no way to activate these lightsabers. Alimar said.

Odcal sweatdropped at his new title. "Don't call me Prince." He said instantly. "Anyway, that's because these are special lightsabers. In order to ignite them you must channel the Force into them. This can be a big help in battle because the length of the blade is determined by the amount of Force you wandered to the trachannel into it."

Alimar apologized for his assumption. He then tried channeling the Force into the lightsaber. A brilliant blue and green blade burst out. The only problem was it was 5 inches long. Alimar focused on the blade and it grew longer until it was larger and more normal. He practiced both stopping and starting the channelling a few times until he could instantly turn it off as well as instantly start it at the length he wanted.

After Taan had gotten used to his lightsaber(you can choose the color), Odcal got their attention again. "Now that you two have gotten the hang of using the Force, we shall return once again to combat. Please go to the library and choose a lightsaber form that you wish to learn. Memorize a few exercises for that form and practice in the training rooms."

Odcal sighed heavily after the two young padawans left. "I'm going to grow bald prematurely." he remarked to himself. He then ate some food and wandered around. He ended up watching the fight between Jacen and Zadeth.

"You weren't nice in the first place," Zadeth grinned.

With a swift movement of his lightsaber, he swatted the ball of ice away, shattering it. Of course he had to shield himself from the fragments.

"And I'm good with a cricket bat too."
"Heh. Let's get on with it, shall we?" Jacen circled Zadeth, then moved for a low strike.

Zadeth nodded, he kept eye contact with Jacen, moving in time with his opponents circling of him. Using his lightsaber like a cricket bat, he batted away Jacen's low attack.

Jacen moved his blade upwards to strike at the upper torso several times.

Zadeth quickly leapt back and blocked the blows as quickly as possible. He was tiring, but plucked the energy from within to continue fighting.

"A tough apponent for once," Zadeth smirked.

"Thanks." Jacen sensed Zadeth's fatigue and pressing the advantage, he went on the offensive with another series of blows, each one like a wave crashing against some cliffs.

Meanwhile, Taylor headed back outside again, now that it's dry once more. He disappeared into the woods, looking for a clearing in which to do his fire skills.

Soon enough, Zadeth stumbled somewhat and his lightsaber was knocked from his hand. "Fuck," he cursed watching it clatter against the floor.

Above the planet, several ships from the Draconian spacefleet exited from hyperspace and began preparations to protect the planet should Lady Nocturne launch an attack.

Soon enough, Zadeth stumbled somewhat and his lightsaber was knocked from his hand. "Fuck," he cursed watching it clatter against the floor.
"Well, that's that." Jacen smirked as he took advantage to place the stabby end of the lightsaber over Zadeth's heart, then extinguished the blade.

Thor looked up from his meal of half-cooked deer and watched Taylor leave the academy and head out into the forest.
Taylor didn't notice Ryujin and Thor having a good meal as he moved to a distant clearing of grass near a lake. There, he closed his eyes in preparating for the task, raised his arm, and snapped. Sparks lept from his hand and burst a few meters in front of him. Then he began to move in a way that seemed like dancing, snapping his fingers high and low and around, causing something akin to fireworks. He added a few martial arts moves to the mix, but it was basically part of his unique brand of combat involving the flames.

"Ah. And there we have our fireworks show." Ryujin grinned.

"Wanker," Zadeth muttered under his breath and got to his feet to retrieve his lightsaber.

Zadeth scowled and returned to his dorm. Out front Gilraen and Wolfram were having their own little duel.

"Thank you Lord Flack," Kurt nodded. He turned off the communicator and turned to Jr. "They have arrived."

"That is good," Jr said.

"And my godbrother is passed out drunk in front of the academy," the King sighed.

"That is bad."

Kurt nodded and teleported outside to find Thor. Once located, he teleported himself along with the god to one of the guest rooms.

Daniel meanwhile had awoken from his sleep and had snuck out of the academy towards the lake. Both Gilraen and Wolfram had been too busy with their training fight to notice him. Climbing a tree he watched Taylor.

By the time Daniel arrived, the ground around Taylor was charred with the numerous explosions he caused and several trees were on fire. Fortunately, not the one the boy was in.

Taylor noticed him and stopped his little dance. "What's up?"

Daniel was stood on a branch, one hand placed on the tree trunk to steady himself. His seeminly cold eyes stared down at Taylor.

"Nothing," he dryly said. "You have a habit of damaging nature."

"Oh, that, heh." Taylor smiled as he looked around. "They'll grow back."

Raist looked up at the huge gem and his mind reeled at it for a moment. Then he cleared his ehad like he had been told to do and took out the crystals from his sabre.
"Ok then..." The crystals raised into the air from his palm and hovered. Raist thrust a hand forward and the crystals instantly zipped away, they rained down a flurry of impacts onto the jem and the clearing was filled with the ear splitting sound of gem and crystal smashing against each other.

Eventually the crystals slowed and Rasit panted, the gem was undented, not a singal mark. he alsmot collapsed to his knees, what WAS this thing? How was he supposed to break it with just his crystals?
By thinking with the rock he realised.

He flexed his fingers and the crystals shot into the sky out of view, when Rasit brought his hand down they emerged from the clouds with comet like speed. They came down onto the gem with a flash and when they looked back to it the crystals were gone.

"Now..." Raist narrowed his eyes as if he was looking for somthing inside the gem....there was a tiny alsmot impersevable shift in the gems position and a small seam of imperfection suddenly appeared in the flawless gem. Another one appeared, and soon the gem was viened with imperfections coloured like Raist's crystals. Den smiled. "Not quite what I would have done but good. You are starting to develop your own style. Let us go back to the academy so that you may see some of your old friends."

Den pulled out his lightsaber and told Dirta and Raist to touch. A bright light appeared as they were ripped from that year into the future. Den sent a signal to Lialai saying that he was coming back. When the light despersed they were all in front of the academy.

"Oh, that, heh." Taylor smiled as he looked around. "They'll grow back."

Daniel's eyes narrowed. "Perhaps in time yes," he replied. He never took his eyes off Taylor. "Fuck with nature and nature will fuck with you, nature has away of looking after itself."

No sooner had Daniel said that, rain began to fall very hard. It started to put out the fires that Taylor had started.

"You had to say that..." Taylor grumbled as he got wet. He sighed and 'ported back to the academy before he got too wet then he squeezed the water out of his wet clothes and warmed it up to get rid of the wetness.

"No, that was nature fucking you," Daniel quietly said to himself after Taylor ported away. Instead of returning to the academy, he stayed out there enjoying the feeling of the rain against his skin.

"Shit, that was lucky," Kurt swore as the rain came down. "Fur and water don't like to mix."

Behind him Jr nodded in agreement. At the same time Gilraen and Wolfram ran inside.

"Bloody weather," Wolfram cursed.

"Very interesting weather we're having." Odcal remarked as the rain came pouring down again.

He walked in front of the academy just in time to get blinded by a bright light. When he could see again he noticed Den and Raist standing with one person he didn't know.

"Hello there. Where'd you guys come from?" Odcal asked. He then introduced himself to Dirta. "Hi there, I'm Odcal Qoda."

"Well, Raist here needed some training with his geokinesis, so I took him into the past to meet Dirta, the great geokinetic of our time.", said Den.

"Now Den I would not say that I am..." looking at Den and Odcal's hands "THAT IS THE MOST DISGUSTING THING I HAVE EVER SEEN."

Den quickly looked down at his fingers. His tips were dirty.

"DEN WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT DIRTY NAILS. RAIST CAN KEEP HIS CLEAN BUT YOU CAN'T." Dirta pulled out her lightsaber.

"Calm down Dirta" Den quickly used his telekinesis to remove any dirt from under his nails.

Dirta breathing deeply. "Now that is better. Okay then. Odcal right. Will you show me into the school. This rain is starting to become rather irritating."

Dirta started making her way up to the school with Den and Raist.

Den looked down at Raist and said "I will see you soon, padawan. I need to find out what has been going on here in the academy." Den hustled into the academy.

Kurt and Jr were sat on the staircase as Den went inside. Between them was a small computer that they were using to recieve data from one of the ships above.

"Looks like we're clear so far," Jr mentioned. "There's no sign of her fleet."

Overhearing what Jr. had just said Den stopped and asked "Who's fleet?" Den had no idea what had happened during the time that he was gone.

Both Kurt and Jr looked up.

"That would be Lady Nocturne's fleet," Jr explained. "We're expecting her to arrive at anytime since we have what she is looking for."

Reno gasped as everything in his ship went dead. Cursing, he fumbled for a small pack at his side, pulling out a rebreather and hurriedly placing it over his mouth and nose. Shaking his head, he glanced around, checking his view ports. Can't see 'em... Hanging dead here, I'm a sitting duck. What the hell was that anyways? Some sort of stealthed EMP attack...? It still wouldn't have knocked out everything. Life support is EMP shielded. Something new, then... Damnit.

Recalling the fleet coming in, he reached up and toggled the Analog Steam Release System. The good thing about analog systems, is that they don't require power. Toying with a small dial, he directed the steam to release towards the 'front' of his ship, putting him into a reverse. Some more toying brought his ship to angle towards the fleet. Since he had very limited reserves, he only used short, controlled bursts to control his ship.

Pulling from a pocket his personal communicator, he toggles the emergancy switch on it. The tiny communicator didn't have much range, but if he could get close enough to the home fleet, they'd pick it up and hopefully rescue him. Maybe even find out what's wrong with his ship. "I'd hate to have to take it all the way back to the Magnetic Rose for repair." He grumbled sourly.

"Yes master" Raist sniffed in the wet and looked up at the sky.
"Brr" He pulled his hood up and gave a thought out to the force, the rain began to bounce cleanly off him as if the robe was as waterproof as plastic.

"Hmmm.. Lady Nocturne. Master Blexe has spoken of her. What do you have that makes her want to come so badly?" he asked Kurt.

She knew that her master would be busy but she also wondered how far Raist had progressed with his geokinetic skills. She telepathed to Raist I hear that you are back. Meet me outside by the lake. I want to see what Dirta has taught you. Lialai made her way down to the lake.

"The second amulat of Ostara," Jr explained. "To have both would render her completely invincible. She has the first already."

Den nodded and said "I am sure that you two are the best to guard the amulet. May the Force be with you."

Den then made his way back to his study.

Jr nodded and said nothing further more as Den headed off.

"Now we have our other little problem," Kurt mentioned. "That Daniel kid. There is something very strange about him."

Lucca stood up on her tip-toes, just behind Jr, "But, what if you get the other Amulet? Will it make you invincible too? That kind of power... Not good, not good at all." She shook her head, her tail swishing thoughtlessly behind her. "Maybe we should just destroy the thing? That way no one could ever use it..."

She smiled and curtised to the King. "It's good to see you. Pray tell, have either of you seen Lord Masaki?"

"She might be suprised" He grinned and made his way to the lake. Halfway to the lake he noticed somthing small laying on the ground...
it was a small carving of a flower head in stone...it couldn't have been done by any chisel...Ah, now he remembered. He had created it before he left. He stared thoughtfully at the shape for a moment, then carried on down to the lake. Behind him where he had stepped began to grow into a minature garden of stony agriculture.

Lucca stood up on her tip-toes, just behind Jr, "But, what if you get the other Amulet? Will it make you invincible too? That kind of power... Not good, not good at all." She shook her head, her tail swishing thoughtlessly behind her. "Maybe we should just destroy the thing? That way no one could ever use it..."

Kurt raised an eye at Lucca. "Lord Masaki? I remember the days his brother would get pissed off by being called Prince Daniel," he remarked, shaking his head. "I think Taylor went to his room."

Lucca nods slowly, "Of course. Hmmm... Prince Daniel... And here we have a Daniel with no memory... Very interesting... Sorry if I'm imposing, but whatever happened to Taylor's Brother?" She had honestly never heard the story, and was curious about the whole ordeal...

"Certainly not the same Daniel," Kurt quickly said. "Taylors brother unfortunately died not long ago."

"I didn't know. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to impose. Well, I'm off to see Lord Masaki. Good day." She curties to both present, turns, and enters the acadey.

Finding Taylor's room, she knocks twice, and announces herself. "Lord Masaki, it's me." She fingered her lightsaber nerviously. This would be her very first time sparring with an actual person. She was pretty good against the droids, and she could only hope she was half as good against people.

"Cute, she's in love with him," Jr laughed as Lucca disappeared.

Alimar went to the library and studied up on lightsaber forms. He chose to begin by learning Form V. He memorized a few exercises and then headed to the training rooms to practice.

Odcal sweatdropped. Damn she's scary. He quickly checked to make sure he had no dirt under his fingernails.

"Of course Dirta." Odcal quickly led Dirta into the academy and showed her a room she could stay in. Then he walked back down the stairs and started heading outside.

"Who's in love with who?" Odcal asked as he walked past Jr and Kurt.

Jr looked up. "It would appear that Lucca has a crush on Taylor," he explained.

Kurt's attention was focused on the computer in front of him. Still no sign of Lady Nocturne making a move.

"Hmm.. Lucca's the one that calls Taylor Lord Masaki right? Well, that will be interesting to say the least." Odcal said.

After Alimar had finished the exercises he'd memorized, he began to modify the fighting style to accomodate his tailblade.

"The same," Jr nodded, rubbing the back of his neck. "Rather strange though if I must say so myself."

Beside him, Kurt sighed. "How deep in the dark parts of the galaxy is she?" he muttered.

"I didn't know. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to impose. Well, I'm off to see Lord Masaki. Good day." She curties to both present, turns, and enters the acadey.

A sudden noise of someone falling down hard occurred in the room then Taylor exited his room. He sighed inwardly. I guess I can't keep her from not calling me Lord... "All right. To the training rooms."

Taylor led her to the rooms.
