Ginniyeh leapt from the ground just as Gaara released Kurt. The prince held Excalibur fimly in his hands, he swung at her as he came down. Metal hit flesh and a bright light engulfed them. Unable to see, Kurt hit the ground with a thud. When the light cleared, Ginniyeh was gone.

The next morning, Kurt still ached from the hard thud he'd suffered as he and Quatre went down for breakfast. After that they would leave, after waiting for the others to get up of course.

He held up Excalibur, his face was reflected in the blade. "Time to kick his red arse into wherever Excalibur sent the others," he said before standing up to head outside.

Outside they found a Kukai Foundation limo waiting for them. It was much bigger then the limo they'd had before, just what was need to take them to Tiv'tunn Castle. Jr was stood, leaning against the side of the limo.
"Thought you'd need something bigger," he said with a smile.

Once everyone was inside it sped off. The hours passed by and soon the limo turned off the motorway and headed through huge iron gates with the letters KF on them.
"The castle is not far from here but we don't want to cast any suspision," Jr told the others. "We need to take Azazel by surprise."

Pardon me, but I do notice the number of 'elite' troops at the front entrance. I said back. Then I unclipped my lightsaber and smirked. Shouldn't be a problem for a bunch of Jedi, ninjas, wizards and dragons.
"As soon as we attack, begin the barrier spell then come in after us." I said to the wizards, who nodded in reply and pulled out their wands. "Everyone else. Ready?"
The twins and Naruto held up V-signs and grinned while Sasuke and Sakura nodded.
"Very well. Kurt? Let's do it." I smirked.

Kurt drew his lightsaber. "Not elites, just undercover," he said as he walked up to the nearst troop.
All the other troops raised their staff weapons, but their 'leader raised his arm.
"Stand down men," he said. "You're under my orders not Azazels."
The toops lowered their weapons.
"Thanks Captain Cronin," the prince smiled and he led the others into the castle. "Told you he'd neglect the front door Dan."

Through the doors they found themselves in a large hallways. All around them were paintings of Lord Azazel.
"Should be more then enough time," Kurt said before noticing the paintings. "Now this is just tacky."
Captain Cronin stood alongside him. "Last I hear, Azazel was in the dining hall," he told the prince.
"Trying to get a repeat of the ball no doubt," the prince said and headed off in the direction of the dining hall.

With the full force of his body, Kurt crashed through through the doors. There at the other end of the dining hall was his grandfather, Lord Azazel. The prince had found his senses were correct and that there was no one else in the room.

The others watched on as the prince raised Excalibur. Many of the elite troops that had been at the castle enterance had come to watch.

Azazel began walking towards the prince. "It is time to kill you like I should have at the Midsummer Nights Ball," he scowled. The anger of letting that chance go was etched upon his face.
Kurt waited for his grandfather to make the first move.

Azazel launched himself at his grandson, making a slashing move towards his upper body. Kurt easily deflected it and Azazel jumped away.
"No brute lackies to aid you this time," Kurt said coldly.
Azazel chuckled. "Don't be sure of that, it'll be you downfall... again."
Heavy footsteps echoed around the castle, something big was coming.

Seeing the prince distracted, Azazel made a quick move but Kurt teleported away and appeared behind his grandfather. Azazel was forced to leap out of the way as the prince brought down Excalibur.
Out in the hallway, a large mutated looking elf appeared.
"Shit it's Ophis," Captain Cronin swore. "He's resistant to physical injury."
"Then we prevent him from getting to the Prince," one of the elite troops said.

He tossed the fireball, using the Force to make it home in on the elf...

Excalibur began to glow white, that made Azazel look rather worried. Ophis let out a roar as the fireball hit him and he slammed a fist against the wall. The whole wall came down and so did part of the ceiling, sending them diving for cover.
"He's mad now," Quatre warned.

I held up the ceiling with the Force and pushed the pieces aside.
"Then it's time to cool him down!" Taylor said, as cold blue energy surrounded his hand. "Jacob?"
"Right." The twin fired off a blast of light energy at the elf and then...
"Icebolt!" Taylor shouted, unleashing a blast similar to Force Lightning, but it freezes objects solid. "Hope that works!"
I prepared to unleash my own elemental specialty if the ice attack didn't work. ..

Kurt and Azazel continued to fight, blade against blade, neither letting up. Excalibur was still glowing white.
The icebolt only knocked Ophis back a bit.
"Aim for the floor, make him fall through," Captain Cronin suggested.
Those troops who had followed them in raised their blasters and began firing. Suddenly Elrohir appeared through the wall and launched himself at the mutated elf. Both disappeared through the floor and were gone.

The lightsaber that Azazel had been holding went clattering across the floor. In a last ditch attempt, Azazel held his hands up, creating a force field around himself. With all his strength, Kurt plunged Excalibur though the force field. An explosion of white light filled the room. Once it was gone Azazel was nowhere to be seen and Kurt lay motionless on the floor, his hand still clutching Excalibur.
"Kurt!" Quatre yelled and ran over to his side.
Elrohir had yet to reappear.

Already riding three of the horses were Eamonn, Temari and Gaara. Gaara didn't look as if he was pleased about riding the horse.

With everyone mounted Kurt turned and galloped away. Wings emerged from the horses and they took to the air.
"It's much quicker for them by air then by land," the prince explained, lookinging over at Daniel. "Hold on tight, long way down."

Ryujin grumbled something about arrogant pegasuses, so he took to the air besides us as I rolled my eyes.

After a while, Exetergrecia Palace appeared and the winged horses flew lower in order to land. A large crowd had gathered as word had spread. When the horses landed, their wings disappeared once more. As he dismounted, Kurt saw Master Elanessë head towards them.
"We are very proud of you your Majesty," he said with a smile, a twinkle appeared in his eye.
"Thank you Master Elanessë," the prince replied.

The inside of the grand ceremonial hall was packed with people, mostly formally importaint people from King Kurt I's reign who were never captured and killed by Azazel and his lackies. There was also everyone from the Exetergrecia Academy and the Jedi Academy. Even Sakura and a heavily bandaged Kankarou were there. In a dark corner was a robed figure the prince knew to be Clive, probably the first ever vampire at a Draconian coronation.
The prince sighed as the coronation music began to play.
Quatre placed a hand on Daniels shoulder, "Come on, we have to stand aside," he told him.

Still battered and bruised, his clothes dirty and torn, the prince walked down the royal blue carpet between the two sides of people. At the front of the grand ceremonial hall stood Odin, a ceremonial sword draped over one shoulder. Nervously he looked back at Quatre, worryingly he saw that the Norns too had appeared, Verdani stood directly behind Daniel. The others gods were there too, making the prince even more nervous and Thor actually looked sober for a change. Kurt wondered how long that would last.
"I am proud of you, my godson," Odin said.

The streets of Exetergrecia were spread out below the new King as his palamino flew high above it. Kurt was never one for heights and this traditional ride to the dragon ceremony actually frightened him. it was a strange tradition, but like all traditions it had to be done no matter how much it fightened him, just one slip and he could fall. Sure he could change into dragon form but the elders frowned upon himself or anyone else revealing themself to be a dragon, especially since there were perhaps a dozen news crews following him. Looking behind, he could see a line of stretched limo's driving down the main motorway.

He watched the others head inside.

The main hall was large, it was already filled with seemingly importaint people from all over Draconis Nightcrawlis and it's colonies. Stood towards the front were humans, elves, mazoku and even a few dwarves. Behind them were the dragons, towering over them. Towards one side were students from the Exetergrecia Academy, it was to that area that Kethoro led Daniel and the others. One of the non-dragon faces he could see down there was chaos plus a few others from the Kukai Foundation.
In front of all of them were the elders, they were stood behind a large pit of fire.

A cheer erupted through the hall.

Outside where the celebrations were being held, near the doors was a long table piled high with food of various kinds. There was a large crowd gathered around, mostly congradulating Kurt.
A blue cat appeared alongside Daniel.

"Shadow put it away," came Quatres voice. He had briefly ducked away from talking to the guests with Kurt to get away from the crowd.
The tounge vanished into thin air as Shadow looked up. "So? I was born in a joke shop," he replied.
