"I can teleport from here back to Hogwarts but trying to teleport outside the village I can't," Kurt explained. "Dumbledore's obviously expecting us to make a break for it."

"Yeah." I nodded. I don't think I have quite the Force experience to defeat a ward that's a strong as Dumbledore could make...do I?

"So all we can do is talk to Tonks I guess," Kurt shrugged.

"Let's do that, then." I said.

Kurt drank the last of his butterbeer and stood up. "It would probably be better if just the two of us went," he suggested.

I was still thinking about the problem of getting out of Hogwarts...then I just recalled Eamonn's ability.

"By the way, how much can you carry in your alter-ego form?" I asked Kurt and Eamonn.

"You don't think..." Chris' eyes grew wide with the realization.

"Yeah, I think so." I said.

Kurt looked over at Eamonn and Quatre. They both shook their heads."We don't carry passengers its demeaning," he said.

"Oh, quit being so high-minded. The King of Dragons doesn't have a problem carrying people from time to time. If a King allows passengers on his back, you shouldn't have a problem." I said. "What about if it's an emergency, eh?"

Kurt glared at him. "This isn't an emergency," he replied.

"And this coing from the one who hates being called a prince," Eamonn remarked.

"Well, that's besides the point!" I said harshly. "And don't talk to me about what's demeaning or not! If you three can't humble yourselves enough to give someone a ride when it's necessary, especially in light of possible Darkside attacks, then I don't know why I'm wasting my breath with you! I might as well hail a taxi if that's what it takes to stop them!"

I stood up, my drink not yet finished, and walked out of the pub, fuming. I just can't get through to them the necessity of doing what they have to do, even if they think it's demeaning! Demeaning, hah! They won't know what that word means if it came up and bit them in the ass! I've done things far more demeaning than giving someone a piggyback ride, and I have the scars to prove it!

Chris sighed as he got up and finished his drink. "Don't know what came over him now. I-I'll talk to him." He ran out after me. "Daniel!"

"I bet he wouldn't give anyone a ride on this back," Eamonn remarked.

Kurt shook his head and and left the pub to see where Daniel had gone to.

"Daniel, hold up. Please." Chris came running.

"What?"

Chris sighed. "You should know that not everyone is as humble as you are. People have their own prides and agendas. Rarely do you see someone who would do something they don't like and not complain about it."

"I know, but--"

"No buts, Dan. Don't get ticked off for things you can't control, or what others may not also be able to control, ok? It's annoying, to tell you the truth."

I sighed. "You done, yet?"

Chris thought for a minute. "Oh, yeah. There could be other ways to get anywhere, we'd just have to figure it out."

"All right, all right." I said. I'm just concerned about the potential for Death Eater attacks...

"Yeah, you are acting like flying on the back of a dragon is the only way out of here," Kurt said walking up to them. "If there are wards awound the village and school keeping us in the flying out will be blocked too."

"All right, I get the point!" I nearly yelled. "Now, what are we going to do then?"

Kurt folded his arms. "Up at the exit to the village are some Aurors," he said. "Beside the road are several buildings. All we need to do is go round the back of the buildings and wait for a diversion before sneaking out while the Aurors are dealing with it."

"Very good, sir!" I smiled, then. Bah, mood swings.

"Been planning an escape all morning," Kurt smirked.

"Well, then, what are we waiting for?" Chris asked.

"You two go back, get Quatre and Eamonn and get into position behind the buildings," Kurt told him.

Nodding, we headed back to the Three Broomsticks and discreetly told the other two of the plan.

And tell me when you are ready, Kurt added telepathically.

By the time they got back to the pub, Quatre and Eamonn were already waiting. "Time to go," the blond teen said before leading them toward the edge of the village.

Following, I wondered what sort of diversion Kurt will create.

Quatre lead them up to the small group of buildings, but before they got to the first building they quickly dived behind. From there they crept up behind the buildings making sure that they weren't seen. At the last building, Quatre looked around and saw the Aurors gathered by the exit which was nothing more then a disused tollhouse.

"Ready?" he whispered to the others.

"Yeah." We whispered.

Eamonn sent the command to Kurt and peered around the side of the building and waited.

"Hmm," Quatre muttered.

A mighty roar erupted and people started screaming "Dragon!"

Eamonn grinned as the Aurors ran from their post. "Lets go," he said.

I rolled my eyes as I followed. "Now who was the one who said not to go dragon?"

"He didn't say he couldn't, only not to do it in front of other people," Quatre pointed out.

As they kept out the side of the building they could see a large indigo dragon roaring at the Aurors who had come to deal with him.

"Quickly, we'll go to the farmhouse over there," Quatre said. "From what Kurt and I have gathered its empty."

"Good." Chris said. He seems a bit conflicted by going with us, though I suppose he could explain to his dad.

Soon they made it to the farmhouse and they found that it was in fact empty, Eamonn then sent a message to Kurt.

"Think we should stay here until nightfall," Quatre pointed out.

"Ok, then." I said, looking around the farmhouse. Pretty drab, if you asked me.

The sound of wings appeared in the air. Quatre looked out just as Kurt disappeared over the hills. He also saw Aurors heading up the road.

"Get down," he warned the others.

My friend and I ducked down, and I felt the Aurors pass by.

"Too close," Quatre sighed and for a few minutes none of them said anything until an explosion of purple smoke erupted and Kurt appeared.

"Why you guys on the floor?" he asked.

"The Ministry's equivalent of the Jedi, what else?" I countered dryly.

"Oh them?" Kurt said, "They went back to their post after chasing me out of the village."

"All right."

"We're waiting here until nightfall," Quatre told him.

"Oh right," Kurt said sitting down next to him. "So what do we do until then?"

From my pocket, I took out a deck of cards. "Poker, anyone?"

Eamonn looked at the others. "I don't know how to play poker," he admitted.

"Bah, it's easy to play...but not so easy to win." I smirked, and as I idly shuffled the deck, I explained the rules and the various winning cards.

"I sense death," Kurt suddenly realised.

"I do too," Eamonn agreed.

I looked up as well, feeling the disturbance in the Force that marks death..."Oh shit."

"Guys? What's wrong?" Chris asked, as our faces started scaring him.

Kurt quietly stood up and looked outside. "We're surrounded," he said seeing a crowd of figures in dark robes. "Guess someones pissed about the capture of his dark prince."

"Hmm. Should have expected as such. No wonder Dumbledore wanted us to stay at Hogwarts." I said, readying lightsaber and wand. "Ready, Chris?"

"Ready." He said, twirling his wand.

"We're ready too," Quatre and Eamonn both said at once.

"Got a plan Dan?" Kurt asked.

I closed my eyes, feeling the Force around me. There are at least ten dark wizards, maybe more. "I suggest we use all of our skills together. Your teleport, Kurt. Our Jedi skills, Eamonn and me. And, as powerful a spell as you can handle, Chris and Quatre."

With ten+ guys surrounding us, I'm counting on Kurt's teleport and natural speed to divert their attention, while we blast them with what spells we love to do. If they get close or use Killing Curse, that's what the lightsaber is for.

Where do I teleport to? Kurt asked.

Behind them, stun or curse, then disappear, rinse and repeat. I said.

Kurt nodded and teleported behind them. A few turned around and he threw curses at them before quickly teleporting away again. Back in the farmhouse, Quatre and Eamonn prepared their own curses.

"When you're ready," Quatre said.

"Ready...now! Fulmenis!" I shouted out a window, sending lightning at a Death Eater.

"Conflagerio!" Chris added, launching fireballs.

I told Chris, with hand gestures, to head for the back side and check. He nodded silently and started moving for the kitchen area. As for me, I headed for the front door...

Kurt reappeared in the farmhouse as the other four threw curses at the DE's. He looked for an opening and teleported back behind them giving him another chance to surprise them, attacking with fireballs.

At the front door, I saw a couple of Death Eaters enter and start throwing curses. Ducking into a hallway, I sent fireballs and lightning at them, and blocked killing curses with my lightsaber, to their surprise. As I finished them, I headed outside, sending curses that turned bushes into flames.

As for Chris, he was involved in an intense duel with the Death Eater Bellatrix. Curses and hexes were flung all over the kitchen, burning holes into the wall and sending debris flying. In the end, Chris sent a Freezing Curse, she retaliated with Avada Kedavra, he ducked it then fried her with a Thunderbolt and defeated her.

"Come out Mr Masaki," came Lucius Malfoy's voice. "Come out and fight like a wizard."

"Ah, Lucius Malfoy!" I replied, grinning. "How pleased I am to see you again...not!"

I turned around to see the dark wizard face-to-face. I replaced my lightsaber on my belt, reverting to my wand, and saluted with it.

"Avada Kadavra!" Lucius yelled, aiming right at Daniel.

I dodged the green bolt and sent back a Thunderbolt in a crack of thunder. "Fulmenis!"

Lucius quickly dodged the attack and fired off a "Crucio!"

"Ack!" Caught in the blast, it felt like my nerves were on fire. But then, that's how Force Lightning feels like, and I managed to use the Force to dissipate it away. "Hah! My grandfather could do better than that! Conflagerio!"

Lucius dispelled his attack, but before he could begin his attack there was a cry of "Avada Kadavra!" A green bolt hit the Death Eater in the back and he slumpt to the floor.

Stood behind, his wand hand outstretched, was Draco.

"You killed your father." I said. It wasn't a question.

"Yes... I did," Draco stated and turned away from Daniel. "Voldemort is coming."

"So he is." I narrowed my eyes. I could feel the Dark Side in him near. I think, for this time, I'll use my lightsaber.

"You feel that?" Draco asked in a cold voice. "That's the coldness of the Dementors, they're coming too. Beware Masaki they might just try and kiss you."

Draco then limped up the road to where Eamonn was stood. Down the road near the village, the Aurors were coming.

Yes, I could feel them. I could feel their power over men. They are creatures who serve the Dark Side, who inhabit the foulest and darkest corners of the earth. I could feel their icy coldness, and the touches of the fears that I have: of Sith Lords, of my great-grandfather's death, of my own potential for evil, pushed back only by my own powers in the Force. Chris walked out of the farmhouse and stood by me, his face grim. "They're here."

"Yes, they are." The moon, once bright, now hid in the shadows of a cloud, as if it too, fears the dementors. They, who glide like foul wraiths in filthy cloaks, and their bony and dead-flesh arms who would grasp their victim's faces and...Kiss them.

Kurt looked over his shoulder as they left the farmhouse. "You three deal with Voldemort," he said, then looking at Draco. "Quatre, Eamonn and I will deal with the dementors."

A sign that the dementors were ever closer was that the young princes breath was very visible.

Before Draco and the other two had even known it, the Draconian trio were gone. Instead circling overhead were now three dragon's. The blond Slytherin looked up and saw dark shadows heading towards them and readied his wand.

"Here come the dementors," he said.

Behind them, the Aurors had caught up. They probably weren't pleased about them sneaking out.

"Alright boys we can take it from here," one Auror called to them.

"So sure, are you?" I asked calmly, in perfect imitation of my dad, right down to the Jedi persona. "Lord Voldemort is powerful enough that it'll take more than just magic to deal with him. Besides, it would be a better idea to keep the dementors off our backs so we can concentrate on him."

"Chris? Are you sure you want to do this, son?" One of the aurors asked, revealing an older wizard in his 40s.

"Yes, Dad." Chris said courageously. Hmm. So this is Mr. Conway. He looks much like my friend, but he's obviously more scarred with age and experience. "I wish to stand by my friend Daniel's side when it's time."

"Chris, I don't want you to risk yourself this way." I said.

"Dan, it's my choice. I can't just leave you to face him alone. I would never forgive myself if..."

"Yeah, I know." I sighed. He isn't going to leave, not now.

Mr. Conway nodded, watching the dementors carefully. "I guess I can't stop you, then. But please, take care of each other."

"We will." Chris said. Soon, high-pitched laughter could be heard in the area.

"He's arrived." I said.

Above them in the sky there were flashes of fire as the dragons battled the dementors. No longer were there only three dragons, several more had seemingly joined in to fight the former Azkaban guards. Now and then a ball of flames would drop from the sky, obviously a dementor overcome by the flames and perishing.

A dark figure soon emerged in front of them. "So... you are the ones responsible for my dark princes capture," Voldemort spat. "Once I have dealt with you then I shall free and punish him."

The Dark Lord raised an arm and shouted "Avada Kadavra!" at one of the Aurors. It struck the Auror square in the chest killing her instantly. "This is my power now."

"You will be defeated!" Tonks yelled.

"Power over death?" I snorted, as I drew my silver blade. "Such a wonderful power! Even Muggles have it!"

Voldemort snorted and pointed his wand at Daniel, "Avada Kadavra!" he yelled.

I called upon the Force as I moved my lightsaber to block the Curse. It worked, sending it into the air.

"Oh, my..." Mr. Conway was obviously surprised.

A flaming dementor fell from the sky and hit Voldemort, knocking him to the ground. Evidently he had been aimed for.

Draco saw the oppertunity and shouted, "Get him while he's down!"

Chris and I both attacked him with Thunderbolt while Mr. Conway aimed a Stunner at the Dark Lord.

The range of curses levied at Voldemort was enough to keep him down. A large cream coloured dragon swooped down and blasted the dark lord with it's firey breath. Soon however a dementor attacked the dragon and the flames were gone.

A charred looking Voldemort began to rise. "See what I can survive," he said.

"You might but your wand can't," Draco said, pointing to the charred stub that had been Voldemorts wand and was now emitting a shower of sparks.

Testament to his powers. I walked forward, lightsaber still lit. I stood before the evil...I can't even call him a man anymore. A demon.

"Lord Voldemort. As a Knight of the Jedi Order, I lay your crimes at your feet." I said, colder than ice. "You and your followers have slain dozens of innocents, torn apart hundreds of families. You sought to control what is not yours, and to enslave who you didn't murder. You have forced a boy and his friends to become twisted and evil against their will, and I lay their deaths at your feet. For these and many other crimes, your punishment should be a fate worse than death. Alas, were that I could choose an appropriate punishment to render unto you."

Wow. No wonder people look up to Daniel. Chris thought. I'd be shaking in my boots were I Voldemort.

This boy...he is an enigma. Young and yet more mature than most of us aurors here. If I didn't know better, I'd say he was a Chief Auror or perhaps a High Sorcerer. Who is he, really? Mr. Conway asked himself.

Voldemort cackled a laugh. "Foolish boy, you can't destroy me for I am immortal," he replied.

In his dragon form, Kurt swept down and with his powerful claws he grabbed Voldemort. Lifting him up, he looked at the others.

"Given his claim to immortality, where is a good place to keep an immortal locked away for good?" the dragon asked.

"Hmm. I suppose the nearest black hole we could find." I said.

"Uh, what's a black hole?" Chris asked.

"It's a hole in space that has gravity strong enough that it bends and even absorbs light. Perfect prison for an immortal." I said. The wizards really need to learn some science.

"So, we find one, and chuck him in?"

"I suppose, unless there's a better idea."

"Dan the problem with that is going out into space to find a black hole," Kurt pointed out. "How the fuck do we do that? We're in a pretty low tech area now and we can't just go and open one here because it'll suck the whole planet into it."

I smiled, "I know that, it's just a suggestion."

"Would dropping him in a volcano work?" Kurt wondered.

"Dunno." I shrugged. "Maybe."

"So... anyone know where the nearest active volcano is?" Kurt then asked.

"No, I don't think so." Chris said. "This is Scotland, not Iceland."

"Well duh," Kurt said rolling his eyes the way only a dragon could. "I can fly long distance you know."

"And that, my friend, is what you can do to get rid of this guy." I said, pulling out a map of Europe and started pointing out directions. "Let's see...you'd head north-northwest on a bearing of about 30 degrees west. You'll have a journey of at least 700 kilometers. Can you do it?"

"Piece of cake," Kurt replied and headed off.

By now the dementors had either fled or been left as nothing more then a pile of ashes.

"Guess thats it," Draco remarked.

"Yup." I said. "As long as Voldemort stays in the volcano, we're ok."

"I suspect it would take him a very long time to escape from all the lava especially once it had hardened," came Dumbledore's voice.

"Professor. Yeah, that's true." I nodded. "Now what happens?"

Dumbledore looked up as dozens of owls flew above them. "We get a butterbeer of course," he smiled.

"And celebrate the second defeat of Lord Voldemort!" Chris exclaimed.

"Yeah, why not?" I added, seeing that the owls seem to be carrying mail of all kinds.

As Eamonn and Quatre finally returned in their human forms, Draco silently walked back to Hogsmeade.

"I hate those dementors," Quatre remarked, rubbing his arm.

"Glad they're roasted." Chris said, then he poked me in the shoulder and pointed towards Draco. I nodded. Kid's going to have to reconcile himself. Even though Lucius was a Death Eater and a member of Voldemort's inner circle, it was still his father that he killed. Not a good feeling, I'm sure.

"He'll be fine," Quatre said. "He's tougher then he looks."

"I'm sure he will be." I said.

Quatre put his good arm on Eamonns should. "So like Dumbledore says, lets go get a butterbeer," he said. "Kurt'll be gone a while."

"All right, let's go." I said, ready to relax for the first time in a long while with my friends.

They of course headed for The Three Broomsticks, it was filling up quite rapidly as witches and wizards went in to celebrate.

"Hope they have enough butterbeer," Eamonn grinned as they went to sit at the usual table.

"They better." I said good-naturedly.

To quell their fears, butterbeers appeared in front of them. Quatre picked up his and raised the tankard. "To getting rid of the dark lord."

Eamonn quietly raised his tankard.

"To restoring peace." I said.

"And ending a reign of terror." Chris added.

"And to wait for the next period of torture by the Norns," Eamonn sighed.

Quatre couldn't help but laugh at that comment.

Chris leaned towards me. "Uh, the Norns?"

"Some powerful race we're trying to find. They, uh, brought us here before school started." I said. "We're spacefarers, really."

"Cool." Chris said, quietly amazed at the prospect of spacefarers.

"They write our destiny," Quatre explained. "I don't know how much they'd control here though, get the feeling we're on our own."

"Interesting." Chris said, downing another sip of butterbeer.

"Of course some people, like Daniel here, don't believe in it," Quatre said.

Eamonn looked over at him. "Dan wouldn't believe it even if they walked up to him showing he was going to be kicked in the bollocks and then proceeded to kick him in the bollocks," he grinned.

Chris laughed, to my chagrin.

"Well it's true," Eamonn said looking in Daniel's direction.

"Well, you know the only super-entity I know of is the Force. That's what I trust to lead me to my destiny." I said.

"Well the force didn't lead you here, the Norns did," Quatre replied.

Eamonn just nodded. "Wonder how Kurts doing," he said instead.

"He should be fine. He'll be back in, oh, ten hours, give or take." I said, speculating on his speed as a dragon.

"It'll do him good to be alone for a while," Quatre grinned.

"I don't think I want to know why," Eamonn said and down the last of his butterbeer. "So what now?" He wiped his mouth on his sleeve.

"Hmm. I suppose that we'd resume school or something." I said.

Eamonn groaned. "Probably," he replied. "I'm kind of hoping they'll close it for repairs."

"Knowing the Norns, not bloody likely," Quatre said.

I sat back. I had thought that defeating Voldemort would be what the Norns wants from us, but I had a feeling that there's something more that they need from us, but what?

By now Eamonn's tankard was full of butterbeer once again. "You look lost Dan," he commented.

"Huh? Oh, no, it's ok." I waved it off. But the nagging feeling didn't go away.

"Somethings worrying you," Quatre agreed. "I can tell."

"I'm just wondering what's going to occur next. I have a feeling we're not quite done with the Magical World yet..."

Chris looked at me. "What are you saying?"

"It's too vague to make much of anything, but it's a strong feeling, but I don't know."

"Well if the last two years are anything to go by we'll be learning alot more," Eamonn said.

"Yeah, as long as we're stuck here, I guess." I said.

"Then again they could take us back right now," Eamonn then said and waited. "Shit there goes that hope."

"Perhaps its when Kurt drops Voldemort into the volcano that we go back," Quatre suggested.

"Huh?" Chris was confused by all this 'going back' business.

I grinned. "Like I said, we're actually part of a society that encompasses much of the galaxy. You take Astronomy, right? Study of the stars."

"Yeah, I do."

"Well, we're from various other planets in the galaxy, planets that have been settled for hundreds, maybe thousands of years. To tell you the truth, no one really knows where we humans come from, and I doubt we'll ever know."

"Yeah, even us wizards have no idea when the first use of magic and where magical life came from, except that we know it's way before the Egyptians."

Eamonn shrugged. "I just say it happened and don't think too much into it," he said. "Then I get one of those random thoughts in my head thinking how space never started and will never finish."

"You scare me," Quatre joked.

"Hmm." I slipped back into my quiet mode, finishing off the butterbeer.

"I'm going to get some sleep," Eamonn yawned. He drank the last of his butterbeer and left.

"Not me I'm waiting for Kurt to return," Quatre said.

I could tell that Chris was thinking, now. "Hey, Dan? Let's head outside. There's something I want to ask you."

"All right. See you later, Quatre."

As we left, and as we were far enough to have privacy, I allowed Chris to ask his question.

"Do, do you think I could be able to do the things you do?"

"What do you mean?" I did have an inkling, though.

"I mean, your skill and abilities in this Force. Do you think I could become a Jedi Knight?"

It was a good question, and he does have potential, judging by the power of his elemental spells. "It's going to take time and work. To become a Jedi, you must have the highest commitment, the most serious mind. In the bowels of the galaxy where there's all sorts of scum and villany, you will be reviled and hated, for no other reason than this: you are a guardian of peace of justice. Are you sure you want to take this path?"

"It would be no less a path than if I chose to become an Auror, like my father before me." I nodded, for it was a good answer.

"Then I will teach you the ways of the Force, alongside the Magic that we learn at Hogwarts." I said, then suddenly yawned. "Tomarrow, that is. Tonight, we sleep."

We returned to Hogwarts, arm in arm as the best of friends.

Kurt was knackered by the time he returned. Quatre actually had to help him back to dorm room.

"That'll teach you for taking a long journey like that," Quatre remarked before going back to his own bed.

The next morning, I woke up, cleaned and dressed myself. In the commons room, I waited patiently for Chris, who woke up ten minutes later.

"For now, I can teach you the fundamental power of the Force: Sense." I said.

Chris nodded. "I'm ready."

"Good. Close your eyes." I instructed. "Go deep into yourself. Find your center. That's where you can feel your own magic."

It took several minutes, but I smiled as he got it. "It feels...warm! Like the sun on your face, but on the inside."

"Yes, that's a good start. Now, I want you to take those feelings, and stretch them outside your body. Feel the room around you, the chairs, the table, the other students. If you need to, you can focus on me."

Chris did so. "It's...bloody amazing. I can 'see' something fuzzy, but my eyes are closed. In this...fuzz, you're pretty bright."

I was intruged at his speed in sensing others. "That's really good, Chris. As an old and famous Master has once said, 'you have stepped into a larger world'."

"Hmm." Chris was thoughtful here. "Let's go to Transfigurations."

"OK." We gathered up our books, and headed down for breakfast before we head to Professor McGonagall's class.

"Still no classes today," Eamonn heard the head boy say as he left the common room.

He was glad about that as he rubbed away the remnants of sleep from his eyes. In his current state, he didn't think he could do a day of lessons after the fight with the dementors. His muscles ached even though he fought the battle in his dragon form, but at least there were no lasting scars, no burn marks. He saw Daniel and Chris heading to the great hall.

"Hey wait up," he called to them.

"Still no classes, eh?" I said, seeing the notice on the main boards (along with clubs and stuff). "Looks like there's more time for your training."

"Cool." Chris said, when Eamonn came running up. "You ok, today?"

"Absolutely knackered," Eamonn admitted, putting his hands on his knees to catch his breath. "Glad we still don't have any lessons, I'd never make it till the end of the day."

"Don't worry, I'll carry you back to bed." I said with a grin.

"Who do you think I am, Kurt?" he replied. "Saw Quatre help him to bed last night."

"Yeah, so?" I said. Homosexuality isn't really that big an issue in a galaxy where a wrong turn can have you end up inside a star or black hole. Who cares, really? Besides, there are a few inter-species romantic relationships and only the extremists object to them.

"If I went back to bed I'd do it under my own power," he scowled. "I don't need a nurse."

"Ok, ok." I said, Geez, can't you take a joke?

Eamonn scowled and walked off in the direction of the great hall.

"Man he is never good in the mornings," came Kurts voice from above them. Looking up they would find the prince stood on the ceiling.

"What--how?" Chris exclaimed, as he looked up to spot Kurt on the ceiling.

"Hey Kurt, how's it hanging!" I asked.

Kurt grinned at Chris, "Hanging quite well actually," he said. "Just keeping out of Eam's mood, still tired from all that flying yesterday. So hows you two?"

"Well, uh, um...how do you do that?" Chris sputtered, as I grinned.

"Well when I do this," Kurt began and disappeared into a cloud of purple smoke before reappearing in front of them. "I travel through another dimension, somehow the dimension also enables me to adhere to any surface and even blend into the shadows."

"Apparating has nothing on that." Chris grinned.

"Then again apparating doesn't leave the smell of brimstone behind," Kurt remarked. "So anyone know if they've fixed the kitchens yet?"

"No, I don't think so. There's only so many times you can drink butterbeer..." I said.

"Well they don't just do butterbeer at The Three Broomsticks," Kurt then pointed out. "Plus they do full English breakfast's there."

"Heh, I must have missed the menu." I said.

"Didn't you have a full English breakfast there the other day?" Kurt asked as he headed for the main doors.

"I think it was just bacon and eggs." I said, following.

"Near enough," Kurt shrugged. "Either of you seen Quatre?"

"Nope." I said. "Maybe he's down there waiting."

"Hope so," the prince said as they walked out through the doors. The morning air was rather cold and misty, Kurt was thankful for his fur. "So what do you two have planned for today?"

"Oh, nothing, except that Chris is getting a bit of training in Force techniques." I said.

"Really?" Kurt asked. "Would come in handy I guess." Kurt looked over his shoulder at Chris. "Would help for when you're an Auror."

"Yeah, it would." Chris nodded.

They soon made it to the pub and to Kurt's disappointment, Quatre was not there. "Maybe he went flying," the prince shrugged as he went to sit down at one of the many empty tables.

As I ordered an English breakfast (Orange juice, not butterbeer, please) I sat back, waiting for the breakfast, and the last member of our little group.

"Do you think Eamonn thinks the school kitchens are hoping," Kurt asked, pointing out the young Jedi's absence before digging into breakfast.

Hmm. "Maybe. He'll come down when he's hungry." I said. Two people not available at the same time...odd. I didn't think much else of it, though. Ah, the food is ready! I dug into my breakfast.

"Or when he's gotten over his bad mood," Kurt added. He kept his eyes on the door into the pub, hoping that Quatre would soon turn up.

In only a little time, I have finished my breakfast and washed it down with orange juice. Wiping my mouth with the napkin, I wondered how much to train Chris with today.

"Well I'll leave you two to it," Kurt said getting up. "I'm going to go and look for Quatre."

"All right." I said. "Ok, Chris. Now, I want you to stretch out your feelings again. This time, try to move this salt shaker."

"Uh, ok." Chris closed his eyes, I could feel him extending, concentrating. The shaker started shaking, and, then stopped.

"Not bad for a first try. You're up for more?" I asked. He nodded. I had him do a few more exercises, each time moving the salt shaker a little farther. "Good, good. Let's try other things. Outside."

We headed outside, where a light breeze was blowing. I made some rocks dance in the air, while I coached Chris into growing his telekinetic powers. I told him how useful it would be to have the Force, especially if you're disarmed. He has a ways to go before becoming an apprentice, but he's on his way, that's for sure.

Kurt headed back to the great hall to find Eamonn, maybe he knew where Quatre was, but Eamonn was not there. Perhaps he had returned to the common room. However there was no sign of either of them there either.

"Kurt," came a voice. It belonged to no one he knew at Hogwarts, but it did sound familiar. "Wake up."

Kurt however knew he was already awake, at least he thought so until he found the world blurring and he blacked out.

After teaching a few more techniques, I made sure that he would practice every day with each technique, until he becomes proficient in using the Force. Then, we began to head back to the school.

I found Chris fading from view, and suddenly, darkness took me.

"Dan wake up," came another voice. This one sounded like Kurts. "Dan open your eyes, we're back in the cave."

"Huh? Oh. Odd dream we had, or was it a dream?" I asked.

"I don't know," Kurt admitted.

"You're lucky we were meeting here today," came the other voice. Looking at who was talking, Daniel would have recognised Baldur. "Must have passed out here just after talking to me earlier."

Kurt rubbed his eyes. "How long was that?" he then asked.

"About an hour ago," the God told him.

I raised an eyebrow, but showed no other sign of surprise. Seems to me that it's becoming a habit for me. "Interesting. By our reckoning, we've been gone for several weeks."

Kurt's eyes widened. "Guess since we bumped in Quatre and Eamonn there and that they said they'd already been there two years, it's not really that surprising," he said.

"Looks like you were taking into the Norns world," Baldur guessed, the other Gods were stood behind him.

The young prince just nodded.

"Yeah, and it was a fun trip, really." I said. "Very fun."

"Rather fucked up really," Kurt remarked. "Man I have a headache."

"Too bad I can't conjure up some aspirin for you." I said. "I guess we, uh, head out?"

Kurt groaned. "Yeah!" he nodded. "Find out what happened to the others."

"You will be alright now?" Baldur asked. "The Norns can do some nasty stuff."

"We'll be fine," the prince replied.

"All right, let's look for the others." I said, stretching out my feeling as far as I could.

"Well see you later I guess," Baldur said.

Kurt nodded and placed his hand on Daniel's shoulder and teleported the pair of them back to the lake shore, right beside the boathouse.

"Back to the shuttle again," Kurt said. "Hopefully this time we are going back to Tortuga."

"Yeah. Let's hope so." I said. "Now, I feel that the others are nearby, but I can't quite pinpoint their location."

"Right where we left them I hope," Kurt said. "I just wonder if that Jedi is still around."

"What other Jedi?" I asked.

"The one being punished for eternity by the Norns," Kurt told him as they headed up back to where the teo shuttles had landed.

I sighed in irritation. "Elaborate, if you please."

"The one we saw around here before we ended up in the Potter verse," Kurt said. "You don't remember him?"

"Oh, yeah. Caer Fore." I said, remembering.

"Thats him," Kurt nodded. "To be honest I don't really wish to run into him again, he was too weird."

"You'd be weird if you were immortal for millenia." I shrugged. Now where are the shuttles?

"Well that may just happen," Kurt sighed.

Soon they found where the shuttles had landed. Only one of them was still there and Quatre was stood outside. Kurt instantly teleported over to him and they hugged.

"Man I'm so glad your back to your younger self," he said.

"As am I Kurt," the blond replied.

"What about Eamonn?" I asked.

"Inside the shuttle with the others of course," Quatre told him.

"I think you were in the Potterverse too long," Kurt grinned.

"Yeah, perhaps..." I said, looking back one last time. Even though it was probably a dream (seemed more real than not, though), I made a few good friends, and some interesting enemies. The experience I had would carry me into the future.

"Come on, lets go I hate this place," Quatre said and led them inside the shuttle.

As they went inside, Thor looked at the prince and said, "Been gone a while," he said. "The others came back and headed back to the ship."

"Been gone longer then you'd think," Kurt replied, sitting himself down at the pilot controls. "Everyone seated?"

Strapping in, I made a thumbs up. "Ready!"

Even though it hadn't been long in the real world, it felt like ages, several weeks in fact, since Kurt had flown the shuttle. Still it was easy for him to settle back into the rythem and start the engines.

"Hold on I may just be a little rusty," the prince joked as they lifted off.

Slowly the shuttle headed for the clouds and beyond that, space. Behind them the planet began to grow smaller and smaller as they headed for the 'Ayreon'.

"I'll be glad to get away from this area of space," Eamonn sighed.

"Yeah, me too." I said.

"Thats if the Norns let us leave this time," Kurt said with a mild grimace. "We thought that last time and look where it left us."

The 'Ayreon' came closer into view. So far everything seemed in place, nothing was seemingly strange.

I had to agree, the Norns are getting quite annoying now. I just wanted to get back home, and by home, I mean Juria.

Kurt soon landed the shuttle in the docking bay and quickly made his way back to the Pel'tac. The others quickly filed out to prepare for hyperspace.

"Well it feels real," Eamonn said, looking at Daniel.

Kurt quickly reappeared and looked at the pair of them. "Just recieved a message from Master Elanessë," he said. "He wants to see us, you too Dan. Guess he knows what happened while we were in that world."

"Oh shit," Eamonn groaned.

"Would I know the guy?" I can't seem to recall a Master Elanesse...

"No because he is the Dragon Master," Kurt told him. "We have to visit him at the new Exetergrecia Academy."

Eamonn was not looking forward to this.

Oh, now I realized Eamonns predicament. "I guess he won't be happy with you turning into a dragon in front of me..."

"Don't remind me," Eamonn growled and stormed of in the direction of the guest rooms.

"In one of his moods again, would hate to be sharing a room with him," Kurt remarked and then grinned at Daniel. "Well good luck."

I decided, upon disembarking onto the mothership, that I would steer clear of Eamonn until we're both to tired to care. After all, we do share bunks. So, I headed to the sim rooms and chose a KOTOR sim. Being a guy who lived 4000 years ago is pretty neat, though things haven't exactly changed...much.

Soon there was a flash and a jolt as the ship entered hyperspace. All the while, Kurt wondered how Master Elanessë knew what had happened in that strange Norn world. It couldn't be that they were still there, this felt real. A time like this he could really have done with having Shadow asleep on his lap, but unfortunately the cat had never been real. Still he had Quatre, or at least he would if the blond hadn't decided to take a nap.

Kurt looked down on the planet below the ship. "So this is the new location for the academy," he said to himself.

Since Azazel posed a threat to Exetergrecia Academy back in Draconis Nightcrawlis, Master Elanessë had decided to move the whole academy to protect its students.

"Will you be needing us?" Wes asked him.

Kurt shook his head. "We'll be fine," he replied and turned to leave the Pel'tac. "Now I must go get the others."

Heading down the corridor, he wondered where exactly they might be if they were not in the room they were sharing.

While I was trash-talking Lord Malak in the middle of an intense duel, the PA chimed. "Reversion to realspace complete!"

Freezing the game, I stepped out of the sim room and into the corridors. I was wondering where Eamonn was, when a sudden little bit of the Force within me somehow displaced, and I disappeared with a loud CRACK. I then reappeared, with another CRACK, right behind my Jedi rival. Unfortunately for me, this was even more disorienting than Kurt's teleporting, and it took everything I had to hold down my lunch. It worked, barely.

Eamonn turned around at the strange sound and almost jumped. "Fuck Dan," he said. "Where did you pop up from?"

"I-I don't know." I said, still a bit woozy from the accidental use of my newfound skill. "One second, I was at the sim room, next thing I know, I'm here. And Kurt isn't right with me, either."

"Umm... ok," Eamonn said, still puzzled. "I don't smell any brimstone either. I think Kurt's looking for us anyway."

"I don't think I'd want to try that again..." I said. "Let's go."

"As bad as a Kurt teleport huh?" Eamonn asked as they left the room and headed for the docking bay.

"Worse." I groaned. "It seems to be a new skill...something that I will have to learn to control. Might have to talk to Dad when we get back."

"A new skill?" Eamonn asked, walking down the corridor that lead to the docking bay. He'd already sent a message to Kurt that they'd meet him there.

"Have you seen me do it before?" I asked rhetorically.

Eamonn shook his head. "There's probably alot I havn't seen you do," he replied and walked into the docking bay where Kurt and Quatre were waiting.

"Bout time you two showed up," Kurt said climbing aboard the shuttle.

Wondering what I should call my new teleporting skill, I hopped into the shuttle and strapped in. Force Teleport seems too bland, and the cracking noise makes it sound more like Apparating than anything else. Hmm. Maybe I should just call it Apparate. I thought with an inner smile. After all, it's in tribute to the Potterverse, the so-called 'real' one, that is.

Once all aboard, Kurt piloted the shuttle out of the ship and down to the planet below. Carefully he landed the shuttle in the academy's hanger.

"We're here," he announced and then disembarked.

The planet was much like Tortuga DN, the acedemy was surrounded by dense jungle. Just right for dragons. The academy itself was a large white building, not unlike the Taj Mahal.

"Looks good," Kurt muttered.

"Very unique." I said, unstrapping to head out. "After you, guys."

"Makes you wonder if they nicked the real Taj Mahal," Kurt joked as the headed off in the direction of the main entrance.

Sat on the steps outside was a young redheaded boy of about Eamonn's age. He looked up and smiled as they approached.

"Hey Elrohir," Kurt greeted him.

"Hey, Master Elanessë is waiting for you in his office," the boy replied.

"Thanks," the prince smiled and led them up the steps.

Inside they found themselves in a large marble hallway, a door at the far end opened and an old man who could have passed for Dumbledore stepped out.

"I have been expecting you," he said. His eyes turned to Daniel. "You must be young Master Masaki."

"Not quite." I corrected him. "I'm just an apprentice, like Eamonn here."

Master Elanessë again looked at Daniel. "It is my understanding that Master Eamonn showed off his ability to you while in the Norns world am I correct?" he asked.

"Yes. I guess we both tried to outdo each other." I said. I probably would have taken him out even in his dragon form, but I'd be charred in the process.

Master Elanessë let out a sigh. "Ah yes young boys your age like to do that," he said looking at Kurt who just gave him an innocent look. "You do realise that this secret must not leave your lips to anyone other then those at this academy or those currently aboard the Ayreon."

"They told me already." I said. "I honor my friends' wishes."

Master Elanessë nodded and smiled. "I'm sure I don't need to warn of the consequences should you let anyone know about us," he then said.

Eamonn made biting movements with his mouth causing the other two to start laughing.

"This is no laughing matter," he warned them. "I think it would be wise to have you three do some extra training." He then smiled at Daniel. "You are quite welcome to stay here if you wish to learn more about our kind, I'm sure Master Elendil won't mind."

"Thanks. I'm glad to get back to reality. Though soon enough, I have plans to return to Juria so I won't be staying long. A day, at most."

"As you wish then," Master Elanessë then said with a nod. "The rest of you are free to go, Master Jarlath stay here as I wish to talk to you some more."

I wondered if I should go with the others...

"You coming Dan?" Kurt asked from the doorway.

"Well, if there's nothing else for me, I'll leave you two to, uh, work things out." I said, heading towards the doorway.

The door shut behind them as the walked off into the marble hall. Elrohir, the boy from outside was walking up to them. "No Eam I see, he in trouble then?" he asked.

"Probably," Kurt replied with a shrug.

"What I'd give to be a fly on the wall in there," the boy grinned.

"Me too." I said. "So what do you guys do around here?"

Elrohir looked at the other two as if to ask permission to say something.

"It's fine he knows," Quatre told him.

"Ok, well mostly we train," he said. "Flying lessons, learning to deal with our abilities and study our history."

"The usual," Kurt said, remembering his time there before having to go into hiding. "Don't forget the fun stuff like football and the holodeck." He then grinned at Daniel. "You'd hate to play football against us, we make Quidditch look tame."

"I doubt that," I smirked, remembering the Quiddich games that went on before the school was bombed.

Kurt laughed, "The ball has to be made out of fireproof material," he said. "Though at the old academy we had to be careful, I guess here they'll be more likely to play the whole game in dragon form."

Inside Master Elanessë paced around his office as Eamonn quietly looked at the ground. He stopped and faced the young boy, "You know that you will have to face punishment for this," he said. "You are very lucky that this Masaki boy was the only real person to see you turn into your dragon form."

"Yes Master," Eamonn quietly nodded. He was fearing the worst punishment.

Visions of dragons playing football made me laugh a bit. "Now, that changes things!"

"Hence we don't have ref's," Elrohir grinned.

“We have these rules in place so that outsiders cannot find out about our true nature,” Master Elanessë told him. “I do not have to remind you about the dragon wars of two thousand years ago. Unfortunately Azazel has escaped his punishment for that on many occasions.”

Eamonn nodded.

"Yeah, too much potential for being fried." I chuckled.

"Kentucky fried ref," Kurt smirked.

“I am not going to expel you however,” Master Elanessë then told him. “It is not as serious as it could have been and I am sure that you will not do it again.”

“No I won’t Master Elanessë, you have my word that I will never do this again,” Eamonn said, looking at him. He was relieved to know that he wasn’t being expelled, but that led him to wonder what it is that his punishment will be.

“Your punishment will be chores,” the old man said. “I will give you your first chore later but I do have a few things to do here first. You may return to your friends now.”

“Thank you Master Elanessë,” the boy said, bowing slightly before leaving.

Outside in the hall he found the others and slowly walked up to them.

"Still alive, my friend?" I asked the boy.

"Yeah," Eamonn sighed. "Those chores will probably kill me though."

"Well at least you haven't been banished," Quatre said, putting his arm around Eamonn.

"Worse I could have ended up like Caer Fore," the boy sighed.

"Yeah, I suppose." I said. "At least you're around. The chores will do you some good."

"Since when have chore done anyone any good," Eamonn muttered.

"Quick bring out the fireproofs," Elrohir grinned. "An Eam mood is coming on."

"Fuck you," Eamonn swore at him.

Elrohir could only laugh at that.

Ignoring them, Kurt asked, "So what do you want to do Dan?"

"How about the holodeck?"

"Sure anything in particular?" Kurt asked.

"Hmm...let's see, I suggest we try out a...Stargate Command scenario." I grinned. "I mean deal with a Goa'uld army or something."
