Around 50 infantry men were killed, the commander was shot. But they kept onwards. Three tanks started to speed up and a group of 1000 infantry men followed these tanks, the tanks were fireing shots constantly.

The infantry men would watch, and with their elven keen senses they would pick up where one would be and shoot them.

The kept doing this at the enemy soldiers. The tanks were firing at locations of soldiers and vehicles.

"Pull back! Pull back!"

"Get tho-..<static>"

----------

"This is Lt. Son of the 108th, the Shingo deployment is in disarray and we're in danger of being overrun!"

"Lt. Son, this is Major Hue. Give the order for all men in the immediate area to fall back to Alpha point 008..Redeploy your troops at the said position, you'll receive support from the 14th Armored squadron! Do you copy?" Hue could hear only static, his patience long gone, "Lt. Son..do you copy?....Lt Son!"

"This is Corporal Boa of the 108th, the Lt's down! repeat, the Lt's down!..Orders from the major are to withdraw and redeploy at Alpha point 008, let's move!"

----------

By now, the NK troops were either dead or scattered as they made their withdraw. Many of those running came to unfortunate ends by gunfire. Despite a few armor losses, the Li Tanian tanks were obviously not being stalled by the rocket attacks as Hue had hoped. All five Korean tank squadrons were immediately called in to serve as heavy support but not much could be offered, there were only eleven or twelve actual tanks and the rest being infantry fighting vehicles. Machine gun teams were the first to long withdraw and set up in new positions, retreating infantry men later joining and taking cover along with them. Most of the wounded were being brought it, medics desperately trying to keep as many as then can alive with what little supplies they had. Many of the soldiers had near exhausted their ammo supply, some having to depend on other troops to spare some bullets.

The rumbles of approaching vehicles behind them gave some reassurance to the NK troops. The tanks continued to roll over the trees, their turrets turning and taking aim to suspected positions as reported by retreating troops. The IFVs parked in wide dispersal, their guns aimed in the general direction of the oncoming enemy.

----------

"Gunner..90 on the right!"

"90 on the right sir!"

"Driver, push on forward."
06-08-2003, 21:19
One of the three tanks that was leading was hit by a tank shell and blew up. By this time several Bradley's had caught up and were firing there guns.

The two tanks kept firing. And waited and hoped for the other vehicles and infantry men to catch up.

With the 1000 infantrymen, 152 of them had been killed, and several were wounded but they kept of fighting. Somehow, the troops had to force a surrender. As just as if they were on cue, the reamaining tanks, Bradleys, and infantry men caught up with the lead group, and started to aid the troops.

19 more infantry men were shot down, and three tanks and six bradleys were deactivated.

Finally, a second officer grabbed a loud speaker, and had an elf who spoke Korean yell in Korean, "Surrender you do not have a chance, we have just under 666,000 men! We will treat you kindly as prisoners, please stop firing and surrender peacefully and you will not be harmed."

Outskirts of Kusan, North Korea

The response to the demand of a surrender was that of a blaze of machine gun fire as the IFVs began dispersing bullets in the direction of the oncoming enemy. Already about five tanks were out of comission as well as four IFVs. The machine gun teams kept their chambers quiet, preserving their ammo as the IFVs went to work.

"Give them hell!.." Was the cry in the radio sets of the the korean troops as the infantrymen took careful aim as not to waste their bullets in vain.

The tanks continued on their barrage, attempting to move around in the forest to give the enemy's own tanks a hard time. The wounded were all dragged to an isolated part of the fighting, the medics rushing over to all the cry's and moans of the injured.

Answers:

1) Kusan, Wonsan, Onjin, (Fighting in Kaesong and Haeju)
2) Look at any detailed map of North Korea, Kusan is a made up port about 20 miles north of the DMZ which is non existant anymore.

Outside Kumya

The front of the convoy came over the hill to their first target. The city of Kumya. They then began towards the city, tanks out front. There were soldiers keeping up on the sides, ready to engage any enemy forces encountered.

Wonsan

"Sir, we now have the official report of casualties."

The general looked at him,"Well, go on."

"Yes. There were 453 soldiers lost in the gas attack. Several didn't die, but suffered serious side effects."

"Damn. They will pay for using gas on us."

Haeju outskirts, North Korea

The 2nd Infantry Division led the charge into Haeju, Commanding Officer O'Clancy in charge. The 2nd would enter Haeju with the 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th all waiting just on the outskirts for any updates. All the divisions were under radio silence unless dire consequences were encountered. O'Clancy and his men had just entered into town and were on the look out for any sorts of resistance or enemy occupation, though they were marching down the street in plain sight.

"Ruhr's war, not ours!"

"Bring our troops home!"

President Alvarez, traitor to socialism!"

Admiral Dostoyev read the signs carried about by the marching protestors with more than a good deal of concern. He sighed and flipped off the portable television in his quarters brining coverage of the anti-NATO protests in Nokgor, Salek, Gornovsk.. hell, almost everywhere. This was not a popular war he'd be fighting, not by far. At least the demonstrations were peaceful so far, unlike the violent rioting that had overthrown President Alvarez's predecessor. He left his quarters and headed out for the deck of The People's Fist, where flight crews were prepping their fighters for launch on the 110 aircraft super-carrier. By this time they were well underway, and the skyscrapers of Nokgor still loomed in the distance like gleaming daggers thrusting their points for the heart of the sky.

At least it would be a quick war, if anything. The PDRK was beset on all sides by allied forces, and the fighting had to be taking its tole. Perhaps the fresh troops of the 4th Expeditionary Corp would be enough to knock them down for good.

The fleet steamed on, the port's skyline slowly fading in the distance. The three carrier groups and the transport fleet, their destination the NATO controlled port of Onjin. Each swarm of combat ships was centered around one of the three carriers in the assault fleet, and within the triangle formed by the carrier groups lay the substantial transport fleet, nestled in the protective confines of a veritable wall of cruisers and destroyers. If this wasn't enough to keep their marines safe, Dostoyev didn't know what was.

(OOC: The fleet will arrive in 3 RL hours. It's composed roughly of the following:

3 Sea Demon class super-carriers
12 guided missile cruisers
18 ASW destroyers
9 nuclear attack submarines
3 minesweeper corvettes
3 ballistic missile subs

Aircraft comp will be posted when it becomes relevant.)

White Tundra,

Hehehe!!! I AM POWERFUL! I AM FEARED! BOW BEFORE RUHR OR SUFFER LIKE FRANCE DID IN WWI AND WWII!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!

Enough German Heritage there, ok....back on subject.

I will be very sporadic in posts. As soon as Li Tania's troops get to Kusan, the Ruhrian troops will begin a moveout. Target: Kaesong.

-Ruhr-
08-08-2003, 00:45
Li tania lost 37 infantry men, four bradleys and a tank in that unexpected move.

The tanks all started firing at the same time, and were blasting heavily at the front lines. The infantry men started running forward, well the front line of this infantry attack were getting shot down, but they were shooting heavily at the North korean military units, the tanks rolled on aiming for the opposition tanks.

Li Tania decided to call in some helicopter assistance from their aircraft carrier in the sea. A brigade of 15 Apache Helicopter headed out towards the area north of Kusan.

The infantry men were recieving heavy losses, but to their numbers it wasn't many.

They were glad to have helicopter assitance.

When Coreillia heard of this ambush, they launched 12 A10's to target the land targets. They would fly in low and blast the tanks.
08-08-2003, 00:59
Four more tanks engulfed in flames with seven additional IFVs out of commission. The NK infantry lines were being beaten and broken all except the left area where it was strongest.

"This is Lt. Song, left flank in danger of being overrun!"

"This is Sergeant Baek, front center is overrun! All units retreat!"

The lines began shifting back, even the left flank troopers had to fall back. As the NK armor were moving on back, two more IFVs and the last of the tanks were shredded as Li Tanian helicopters fired rockets and heavy machine gun fire.

Hue ran back to one of the surviving IFVs, turning around he saw a rocket fired at a group of his troops as they flew into the air from the explosion. His men were dying all around them, those that still survived having to pick off clips from fallen bodies. Hue grabbed his radio and shouted,

"All units! Bayonet charge! We either fight or fa-" A rocket hurled to the IFV Hue was standing next to, both the IFV and Hue ripped to shreds and consumed by the explosion.

Yet the order had already been given, Li Tanian troops could suddenly hear the shouts as NK troops suddenly emerged from shrubs, their rifles with fixed bayonets charging at them with horrified ferocity. The screams by NK troops were a mix..some of anger, some of fear, and some of just utter insanity. Most of the troops were immediately cut down but still they charged..the only thing firing from their side being the remaining IFVs.

37 more Li Tania soldiers were shot down by the screaming North Korean Soldiers.

The Apaches were targeting the IFV's as much as possible. As well the tankls targetted the IFV's.

The A-10's flew above, and started looking for targets to hit. The Li Tania army expected a vicotry from the start, and were now gonna run these troops to the ground.

Posting for NK:

As the last of the rushing troops fell to the ground, there was a sudden serene quietness all around...the IFVs were no longer firing seeing as that they were all killed. Li Tanian troops decided to march on forward, passing and inspecting all the dead soldiers and flaming vehicles..The aroma of death grew strong but the soldiers marched on.

Minutes into the march, they heard sudden sharp, squeaky breaths and even a few shouts. With their guns aimed, they rushed toward the source of the noise and immediately found a group of Korean soldiers, the Tanian troops begin yelling for them to drop their weapons..

..But their most dangerous weapon was a scapel..they had stummbled upon a group of medics and a number of injured NK troops, some screaming in tears and pain. Two of the medics rose up and stood in front of the injured, yelling at them not to shoot, the others just stared at the guns of the Tanian troops, themselves terrified on what could happen..

(Good.)

At the front of the Sigma Octavus convoy

"Captain, we just recieved intelligence on Kumya. There is a sizable force there. We should fire from outside the city. Or possibly get a few P-51S' in here and take out some targets."

"Opinion noted soldier. I say we shell the city from a ways away. Set up the JOAPs flanked by the Abrahms. Get ready 3rd, 4th and 5th batts to move in and finish off any remaining hostiles. Offer a chance to surrender after the bombardment."

"Yes sir!"

10 minutes later

The tanks had their cannons leveled at the city, loaded with Fire-Frag and WP rounds.

The commander looked at the city thru his binoculars and muttered,"This is for the gas, bastards."

He picked up the mic, and said,"Open fire."

The earth below him shook as 200 tanks fired their cannons into the city.

(Derieties, I'm using 25 JOAP tanks and 175 M1A1 Abrahms. There are more further back in the convoy. I have 90,000 troops in this convoy and a whole ton of support vehicles. There are still troops leaving Wonsan. But the help is still appreciated. I guess there will be a few buildings standing to occupy and secure the city.
08-08-2003, 01:37
A Li Tania elf stood forward and yelled, "Attend the wounded, but one false move and you will be shot. After you have gathered up the wounded with the help of our soldiers we will load them onto our vehicles. You are now prisoners of us and will be brought with us to Kusan and will be placed under Ruhr's command."

The medics immediately complied to the soldier's demands, making haste in finishing any treatments they were making. Some of those already tended to were picked up and were carried off to the direction pointed by the Li Tanian troops.
08-08-2003, 01:42
The Li Tania leader sent a team to go ahead and deactivate land mines ahead of them. They had soldiers with guns aimed at the medical workers just in case.

The convoy started towards Kusan, but it had some transports to hold the remaining injured.

"Delta Defence, this is Alpha HQ."

"Alhpa HQ, We are ready for Operation Punching Bag."

"Delta Defence, you are authorized to begin the spearhead."

"Spearhead begining."

With this, 50 Apacha AH-64 Attack Choppers flew low over the terrain for several dozen kilometers, taking out enemy positions. This was followed by the 72nd Delta Defence leading a Three-Division spearhead along the former DMZ. They led the 27th Armoured Cavalry and the 11th Armoured Division for a one-hundred fifty mile stretch which they will temporarily dig in and wait for supplies and the three Motor-Rifle and six infantry divisions which would be reinforcing the advance. The attack began, and 1,425 M1A2 Abrams Heavies began moving on the long journey.

The fleet arrives and discharges its contents. 60,000 troops disembark once the ships reach Onjin, along with a sizeable artillery and armored force: 200 155mm towed guns, and 250 T-90 Main battle tanks.

Stepping onto shore after days at sea was also General Chavez, dressed in a heavy green greatcoat with several aides and his adjutant following close behind. The general turned to the ajutant and gave his first command as overall leader of the expeditionary force on NK soil.

"Major, send a telegram to allied command. There's a few things we need to ask before we get started here. One: Where are our troops most needed at the moment, and what is the tactical situation in that area? Two: We have 80 MiG-23BNs, 40 Su-39s, 30 Hind assault choppers, 50 Su-37s, 30 Su-37s, and 30 Mig-31s. What targets do they think would be most appropriate for an airstrike with our current forces? Kumya, North Korea

The shells fell hapharzardly onto the unexpecting Kumya Defenders as explosions tore apart vehicles and body limbs. Building windows shattered and even a few crumbled to the ground at the mighty awe of the SO artillery as the barrage continued to pummel the near hapless defenders.

The leading commanders were finally able to bring back order over all the chaos within Kumya. Crews rushed to set up the stationed artillery, mobile artillery cannons were immediately pulled out and the crews began to immediately respond with their own retaliation..though most shots were blind ones in which the crews merely hoped they would hit part of the enemy forces.

Tanks were pulled a bit back for safe distance but most still were able to have the enemy within approximite range of their guns. Commanders barked the orders and the gunners fired the cannons. Trucks sped in all directions as they transported troops to various defense positions or the hospital to unload injured troops. The blue skies of the city were now covered in black smoke, the sounds of peace now blanketed with the roar of artillery.

Casualties of Kumya Defenders: Exact is unknown but the initial SO bombardment has reported causing casualties (mainly dead) estimated to already be well into the hundreds (around 5-600 so far).

----------

Majol-li, North Korea

"Repeat! Kumya is under assault!...Requesting back up! Colonel Yun listened in on the transmission being made by the commander at Kumya, but unlike those that heard it as well, he was as calm and cold as usual. Meju Seon stared up at the Colonel and asked, "Shall we deploy our forces to prevent Kumya from being overrun?.."

The Colonel turned from the radio station and headed toward his lead command tank, he then stopped for a moment with his back still facing toward the tank, "Have siege squadrons 1-3 and 7-10 head toward Kumya using the Jeol tunnel system, SO intel won't know of our movements then...Infantry squads 3-7 will provide escort along with armor squadrons 8-10....The rest of us shall use the Kang tunnel system to get to Kosan for a little surprise, I'll explain the rest as we reach Kosan. Uon.."

An officer appeared from behind one of the tanks and ran up to Yun, saluting him and asking, "Orders sir?" "Yes..you will be commanding the group that will be heading in the Jeol system to Kumya, make them feel welcome." "Sir yes sir!"

OOC: Sorry, this is all I really have time to post
----------

Current NATO Intelligence:

- Within the Russian waters, satellites have tracked and identified a medium-sized North Korean navy group breaking top speed.

- North Korean troops within Kumya are suspected to possibly having the unknown gas used on the Wonsan. Proceed with caution. Second: Two rather small group of armored vehicles have been spotted heading toward Kumya. One originating from Yondok, the second as of yet unconfirmed.

- A squadron of MiGs were shot down over the city of Nampo, one of the planes just so happening to carry the gas used against SO troops in Wonsan, no casualties from the gas.

OOC II: Instead of having you all posting up info that I might go up against and all that, I have taken the liberty to, from this point, start creating NATO intel sections. These sections won't appear in every one of my posts but there won't be a dearth in them either. They will report known/confirmed/suspicious activity that goes about in North Korea or of anything or direct or closely relative connection to the war so that you may prepare plans and such...Thank you..oh and please don't start making your own intel sections...pretty please?

"Hmm...order all tanks to pull back out of their range. They are probably shooting blind anyways. Send in the troops and tell the SOET to take that artillery. Get some Stormblades* up here from Wonsan."

"Sir, doing it now sir."

"Good."

*Stormblade: SO gunship, designed and manufactured by us.*

----------------

The troops of 3rd and 4th batts all touched their headsets as they got their orders. They began their move into the city, under large smoke clouds from the retreating tanks firing smoke rounds.

The first of the troops entered the streets of the city, moving fairly stealthily for regular troops.

----------------

20 figures stood on the opposite side of Kumya. The commander of this group of SOET pulled up his binoculars. "There they are. Our targets."

"How should we take them?"

"Kill the crews. We can use that artillery in our occupation. Move out."

The twenty figures moved towards the artillery, while many more figures around the city did the same.

Casualties: 9 M1A1 Abrahms tanks destroyed with crews killed. Respective crews and 14 SO troops dead.

Kaesong, the White Tundra Protectorate is perparing for the upcoming unfreezing of the war by building walls and turrets with Vullcan Chain guns around the city. There will be four heavly guarded enterances into the city. Also SAM sites will be constructed inside the city to guard against an aireal assult. The total cost of this project is 2.3 billion Tundra Crowns and completion is expected to occur in 2 months, (3 days RT).

White Tundra has refitted three of its Crimson Tide aircraft carriers in order to ship a fleet of riverboats to Kaesong. Upon arrival they will disperse throughout the immediate area surrounding Kaesong. Also included in this shipment are a number of engineers and equipment for retrofitting Kaesong’s factories with on demand manufacturing capabilities. This will serve a dual purpose, firstly it will establish an on site manufacturing depot, which will save White Tundra millions in shipping costs, also it will provide a greater number of weapons for immediate deployment. The cost for this operation is an estimated 3 billion Tundra Crowns.

11:12 AM July 3rd, 2003: The Freighter was located, and wrecked off of Danger Island (A RL island belonging to New Zealand). Forensic Teams have suspected the following occurred: The superstructure was destroyed, and everything onboard was taken off. The ship was hit with several missiles, and there is a large rupture in the port hull from a torpedo hit. An artillery hit has torn the fore of the ship to pieces. but only after being boarded by unknown terrorists. They killed all onboard and threw them in the ship galley, which they locked. They took off all the containers, and loaded them onto another ship (still unidentified and missing). Blood was found all over the ship, and bullet holes pegging the walls throughout.

OOC/IC: You should know that there is a region called Danger Island, headed by Amerigo. (Remember the Slaver War?) Anyway, I have an island near there with military installations (St. Peter Claver Island- it was deserted (and not in Amerigan waters) until February 2003, when I set up an base their (originally an airbase, but now can service land, ground and sea forces) so I can help. Kumya, North Korea
Outskirts of the City and SO troops;
Jeol Tunnel System
6th "Special" Detachment

Despite extensive radar images and recon intelligence by NATO forces, the construct of the Hyun Tunnel Complexes went unnoticed by the enemy. Uon and the others took advantage of this as they steadily moved their troops through the tunnel roads of the Jeol Tunnel onto the right flank of the Sigman battle groups, far away from their detection. The steel enforced gates slowly opened, an AK-Mk III tank leading out the 6th Detachment onto the hill sides.

After a few minutes of deployment and arrangement, Uon’s forces were ready to move out to strike against the enemy. He had four infantry squads go out as spotters and recon to gain better view and proper coordinates of the enemy forces…

Kumya, North Korea
9th SNK Infantry Division
20th SNK Artillery Battalion
13th Regimist Armored Core

With the relentless push by SO troops, the Kumya defense forces were slowly but surely withdrawing from their positions. While trucks and personnel tried to pack up the artillery guns in retreat, many of the artillery crews retreated while abandoning their equipment. Tanks from the 13th Armored Core stayed behind to provide heavy cover fire for the retreating squads. Those that stayed behind, took cover behind collapsed rubbles or within intact buildings while attempting to delay the progress by the Sigman troops.

Captain Yui overlooked as a both injured and overwhelmed came flooding toward the center Kumya command area. The remaining anti-tank and anti-aircraft machine guns were put into place behind medium sized sandbag walls. The remnants of the 7th and 10th Artillery Squadrons were positioned far back from the pathway of the Sigman troops, guarded by two fresh infantry squadrons. The 5th, 16th, and 21st Armored squadrons set their turrets toward the general direction of the approaching enemy, some of the tanks taking shelter behind buildings.

Meanwhile, those that remained on the interior edge of the city were subjected to fierce bombardment and close-combat by a more numerous enemy. Men and vehicles expired left and right, many stayed and fought to their bloody deaths while others strategically withdrew, hoping that their distress call had not went unanswered...

Kumya, North Korea
6th "Special" Detachment

"Major Uon. Sir! This is 5th Recon reporting in, we have lock on coordinates of the enemy position. Transmitting now..." The voice of the 5th Recon leader was replaced by the quick beeps of morse code. The communications officer took a few minutes to fully translate the coordinates before handing it to Uon.

"That's the last of them..Alright, tell all recon groups except for the 3rd and 5th to withdraw back to our lines..Get these coordinates out to all of the artillery squadrons, tell them that they may proceed to fire upon my calling." The officer nodded and rushed off with a small stack of note papers. In a few minutes, the officer had returned, informing that all artillery guns were in position and ready. Uon grabbed the radio, pressing the speak button,

"All artillery....Fire!" The near uniformed shudders as the artillery fired shook the ground a bit, the sounds echoing out yet clouded by the fierce sounds of battle. Of the twenty artillery pieces that were used for the initial barrage, eight of them fired Z S-14 gas toward the near interior of the building where Sigman troops were reportedly were, the remaining twelve fired standard explosive shells toward any positions picked out by the recon groups. As the artillery began their continous barrage, Uon ordered six more artillery pieces used in the barrage while the remaining forces would begin a march toward Kumya. Three infantry squadrons stayed behind with five A-T guns and three anti-aircraft machine guns to guard the artillery positions.

KPFS 1st Fleet; High Admiral Kim Sung Seok

The recent oncoming of the Haesong Typhoon was both a blessing and a curse in Seok's opinion. While it endangered his fleet to harsh conditions, it also provided good cover from easy NATO detection. The 1st Fleet sailed under the cover of the rather large Typhoon, which ironically headed in the direction toward the N0rth Korean western coasts.

The North Korean Navy's part in battle of this war was of complete failure and embarrassment. Not only did NATO troops infiltrate through NK sea patrols but also failed to quickly put down the rebel insurgents from the USSNK, leading to the damage of a number of ships and ports along the Eastern and Western coasts. The 5th Fleet had lost almost half its strength from the start of the assaults, its remaining forces integrated with the 1st Fleet. The plan was simple, yet complicated as well. Recent transmission interceptions revealed that the 8th Fleet, headed by Commodore and traitor, Jae Joo Hyung, was heading straight for a NATO fleet formation. The intent of such a move is unclear, but Seok saw it as the opportunity to sink the 8th Fleet and possibly doing enough damage to the NATO ships present. The 1st Fleet would move in accordance of the direction of the typhoon, weather calculations reporting that it will have died down a bit by the time it neared North Korea. The 1st would maintain a wide-spread, yet close formation, ensuring that the force wasn't to spread out but neither would it be packed closely together. The 5th Fleet, commanded by Admiral Lee Il Sung, would follow in after the initial arrival of the 1st Fleet, providing additional fire support.

"High Admiral. Admiral Sung for a private conversation." Executive Officer, Eun Hee Sook, saluted Seok as she announced this. The High Admiral nodded and responded,

"Thank you, XO. I will take the communications in my quarters.. You are in command until I get back."

"Yes High Admiral." Eun saluted one more time as did the other officers and sailors upon Seok's departure. Seok calmly walked up toward and into his private chambers, locking the door as he walked on over to a private, secured radio. He tapped the switches till he got a confirmed channel that matched Lee Sung's own.

"This is Kim Sung Seok. Commander of the 1st Fleet and High Admiral of the Service Fleet, what do you wish to discuss with me, Admiral Sung?" He merely waited for a few minutes before Sung's voice came back into response,

"High Admiral. It is good to hear from you..I wish to contact you on the matters of the my fleet group. I am worried that your arrival onto battle area first will have immense consequences. I urge of you to reconsider and instead allow my forces to spear into battle. That way, my ships will take most of the attacks while you can better prepare yourself.."

"...Admiral Sung, of all the naval commanders that I have served with you by far are one of the most dedicated. I thank you for your offering, but...We cannot allow ourselves to debate on the mere matter of who goes in first. The fact of the matter is that we must do all that we can to repel the enemy fleet at any cost through any means available...and if there are none, then we must make our own."

"But High Admiral.."

"But nothing Sung. We must prepare to go battle as a unified force. Plans shall go as issued upon our last meeting of the Admirality."

"Very well High Admiral..May the Heavens bless us with Victory." The voice died down as Seok switched off the radio. He readjusted his cap as he arose from his seat and left his quarters.

(Ah, no! The gas!)

Kumya, North KOrea

The troops all thru Kumya ducked for cover as the NK defenders fought back. They returned fire and called in targets for the newly arrived Stormblades. Then the artillery came. After that initial gas bombing in Wonsan, they were more weary. Many pulled out their gas masks at the first reports of fire. A few dozen were too slow and died painful deaths. More troops were pouring into the city as the middle section of the convoy caught up.

SOC Daedre

The pilots of the converted P-51s were all loaded. They each had specific targets in Kumya. Most were artillery and armor, but a few were supply areas.

Jon Rushner was going over his diagnostics again, when a call came thru his headset.

"We have new orders. They are using gas again, so show no mercy. Hit hospitals and anything else that looks like they could use it. Pass this to your squad."

"Roger...." He felt weird. Hospitals. This wasn't humane. But neither was gas.

"31st P-51 squadron, this is Jon. We are to hit hospitals and other targets of oppurtunity. I know how this sounds, but there is no arguing."

The voices that acknowledged sounded confused, but they would do their job. They were soldiers.

The deck began clearing as P-51s took off.

OOC: Reposted for Tiburon's convenience...Freakin blind fool...

Pyoktong, N0rth Korea
PDRK-held Territory

"What the f--k is that!?" One of the his men exclaimed, the sheer size of the thing incomprehensible to the PDRK troops. Major Lae was in a state of shock as were the other troops. He never saw such a thing...It was something out of a fantasy nightmare.

Three (I don't know the height of a Gundam so Tiburon, fill me in on that) gigantic mechs steadily approached the Pyoktong Primary Line. Each stop shook the ground as well as the cracking the courage of the opposing troops. Lae stared for a few more minutes before gaining his composure again. He turned toward his officers,

"What the hell are you all doing!? Stop gawking and shoot the damn thing!..Dammit, there's one thing we know and that its not anything friendly!" At the command of the Major's voice, the soldiers immediately rushed toward their artillery guns, loading the shells and aiming them toward the metallic giants.

The Pyoktong area immediately came alive with wave upon wave of artillery shells as they streaked toward their targets. Seeing that the artillery have almost hardly any effect, Lae orders for two railway guns to be directed with proper coordinates and to fire at the enemy troops.

Upon receiving the radio transmission, the railway gun crews moved to

"Fire!" The entire trains were forced back a few inches by the sheer force as the railway guns were fired.

To agree to a peace between the conflicting sides serves as a direct slap to the face to all that you and your allies have done so far in North Korea. It takes the acknowledgment and legitimacy of all efforts..of all those who died in conflict and bastardizes them, deprives them of what they have earned. I entered this war to see to it that it ends properly and not hastily. Therefore, I humbly give back...No, I honorably burn and bury this offering of an armistice and instead raise forth my sword along with my bretheren and chant out the song of battle. As to quote your motto, Ruhr:

To the End, NATO!

...Let us continue this battle. As honorable soldiers and not cowardly politicians.

Summary (For all you easy-going people): Hell No!

South of Kumya, North KOrea

The end of the convoy had stopped. The front had run into resistance, apparently. The five heavy artillery pieced in this section of the convoy had received orders to shell Kumya. They deployed and got their coordinates from an AWAC high above the battlefield. The ground shook as the cannons fired.

Kumya, North KOrea

The front line troops hadn't gained very much ground. These NKs were fighting hard. They were fighting for their homes. The reports that artillery was being used came in in the middle of the fight. They held their G36's close and ducked into any sturdy cover they could find.

OOC2: Generally, Mobile Suits are 16 meters and Gundams are 16.7 meters tall.
OOC3: Thanks. Once again, I cannot begin to express how happy I am that this took place. So...

IC: "All units, keep advancing!" yelled Nova. "Unit Divison AX-01, attack the northern line... NOW!"

Thirty or so Mobile Suits raised their guns and began to fire at the left side of the artillery line, completely obliterating that section of the line. As the rest of the shells began to hit the Mobile Suits, the N0rth Korean soldiers could only watch in horror as the Mobile Suits kept advancing with barely a scratch...

Alvarezistan's troops, seeing SO's men embattled and struggling to fight the assault at Kumya, have moved out and made their first major combat action of the war. 35,000 troops, most fully mechanized, supported by 40 heavy 155mm guns and 80 of the assault forces T-90 MBTs, have left Ongjin and are currenty making their way through NATO controlled territory to help relieve the SO troops engaged in the siege. The men in the force are marines as opposed to conscripts or army regulars, meaning their training is of significantly higher quality than other military branches. High Command is hoping the addition of fresh, well supplied and high morale forces will be enough to turn the tide of the long struggle for Kumya.

(OOC: I can't find Kumya on the map. Anyone care to point out exactly where it is? SO, feel free to RP the meeting of my assault force and your men's rear lines.)

(Kumya is almost directly north of Wonsan, a port city on the east coast.)

Kumya, NOrth Korea

The SO troops got the message that there was a friendly force headed their way to help. This was good. Even though there were still about 70,000 troops ready to enter the city, they couldn't risk having the entire army bunched up in case of another gas attack.

The Alvar artillery hang back from the main infantry force and begin opening fire on NK positions within Kumya, relying on their highly accurate targeting computers and shared allied intelligence to find their targets. The marine detachment's armored vehicles and the T-90 MBTs begin to change formation, seeming to form a massive spearhead with the tanks at the speartip and the APCs and LAVs bringing up the flanks.
