that the former "Federation of Delvira" is no more and also the Delvirian
people have no governing power to maintain order. We, along with the rest
of the world looking on, are very proud and honored that you people would
lend a helping hand. However, your approach of remaining on Delvirian soil
for a lengthy amount of time concerns us. Clearly this is way out of line,
this occupation is merely imperialism at work. It seems to us that you're
merely helping the West Delvirian republic gain more land - Delvirian land.

We cannont allow history to repeat, we mustn't encourage barbarianism to
engulf the Delvirian people to a government they probably don't want to be
apart of. Let the people decide, let them vote on what type of government

_____The subsiquent 6 year occupation of the former Federation of Delvira is to ensure stability and that they do not attempt to invade the soverign terriroty of The Repulic of West Delvira, a staunch ally of the Shazbotdom Empire. The forced regeme change was nessicary after the former Federation of Delvria's leadership caused a vast amount of bloodshed within our ally's territory, of which we responded with force to them, but not as much as we could have. _____Time was of the essence when the decision was made by the Imperial Paliament for the occupation so at the time we made the call for help we were already starting our occupation. Since we have already begun it, we feel that if you wish to send any military units to assist with the occupation, you may do it at any time.

_____Please forward any troop numbers for the deployment to our forces on the ground, care of General Simon T. Henderson, head of the 6th Company of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps. The rally point for all patrols is currently set as Camp Alpha, which is on the grounds of the cormer Governmental Building that was bombed in the final bombing run that caused the surrender.

_____We have yet to determine where the main Marine Corps base will be for our perminant regiment in the region, but we are open to suggestions from fellow members of the CIN to pick a perminant place for it, although we were thinking about 5 miles outside of the capital city's limits.

Crowds gather at Corianna prier today to see off members of the 21st Infantry regiment as they board their transports to begin their journey to Delvaria

Delvaria which had reciently finish a terrible war of independence has accepted The Elven People's aid in the rebuilding of their country. At a confernce this moring, senior spokeperson Finmar Villin stated the mission "is open end one, but belives the mission shall last beyound the next year." While many in the elven government has express approval, some key members of the government have express disproval. High Council Lord Coronel Alistar Orthmirth of the Grey Elves stated "Why should we spend our blood and treasure on people who belong to a race that persecuted and attack our people in pass? Humans are Evil! Dealing with them will bring nothing but doom to the Elven People."

The 21st will be join with a company of 5th Bladesinger Battalion and Medical and healers from Church of Sehannie Moonbow. The task force will consist of five transports, 2 destroyers, and 1 Moonblade class Battlecruiser.

OOC: Maybe. There may be a new thread for the occupation, as it appears to be a hot-button issue for all and sundry (looks at Neijin). I will consult Shazbotdom on this matter and direct their attention to the ongoing interest in this thread.

I've been waiting for Delvira to respond to the posted "notices" that my marines put all across his country. Of which he has yet to do at this point in time.

OOC: Sorry I haven't checked this in a while, been busy with stuff. Let's see what I have in mind.

SCENE: All Across Delvira
Marines were drilling down into the concrete in sidewalks throughout many of the main cities in Delvira, including the Capital City. Sliding in the beginings of a sign post and then filling the hole with quick drying cement they mounted a metal square with a bullet proof glass casing. As soon as it was fastened they opened it up and then posted two pieces of paper. They were quick with their work to ensure that it was done in a timely manner. The signs were put in area's where they new the most foot traffic would be, to ensure that the citizentry would read the bullitens. They then waited to ensure that the cement dried thoroughly before moving on to the next post.

The Shazbotdom Empire, under Imperial Parliamentary Bill 16-EM01, The Delviran Occupation Bill, has stated under Imperial law:
1. The Shazbotdom Imperial Parliament (S.I.P.) authorizes the following:
___A. The Deployment of a vast amount of members of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps into the former Federation of Delvira.
___B. To set up a temporary governance to oversee the transition into a less militaristic government.

Citizentry of Delvira
The Shazbotdom Empire has declared Martial Law within these territories. The rules for this Martial Law are simple and should be followed to ensure the stability of the region and the easy transition in 6 years to a more stable Delvrian Soverign Nation.
1: No one is allowed out of their house between the hours of 10pm and 5am Local Time, unless authorized by the Shazbotdom Imperial Authority.
2: Civilians are not allowed to have weapons of any kind, for any reason. Being caught with a weapon will be considered a felony and manditory prison time will be instilled. The prison time will last until the occupation is over.
3: Citizens are allowed the right to protest in a peaceful manner. Violating the peace is punishable by prison time until the end of the occupation.
4: Attacking a member of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps is a felony and you will be thrown in prison for the manditory 25 to 20 years as dictated by Shazbotdom Imperial Law.
5: Follow any and all reasonable laws put in place by local Delviran Authority (city governments). Failure will result in prison time.
We do not wish any harm on the citizentry of Delvira, so please follow these rules and we will see no more bloodshed at all.


The signs weren't very hard to notice, almost everyone knew and understood the new laws. Nobody seemed to have a problem either; in fact, these laws weren't even authoritarian such as the many laws of the former Federation so at the same time the citizens weren't worried at all as they slowly started to embrace the occupation with an upmost positive attitude. However, some of the loyalists who remained in Delvira thought otherwise. The notices bothered the loyalists, to them it was defiance against the great Federation. As such, the loyalists would either tear off signs or graffiti over it.

After several days of walking, trying to get to the temporary base of operations - they made it without running into any West Delvirian border troops. Infact, since this area was covered by mass forest there was no need for a border unit. Amongst the former Federal troops and the Spetzla forces was an old Federal base that's been out of commission since the 1940s. Despite conditions, it would have to do for now.

SCENE: Construction Location; Shazbotdom Marine Corps Base; Delvira
Work had begun on the several mile facility within the area a few miles outside of the Delviran Capital. Several barracks buildings had been created over the course of the past few days while the outer wall of the compound was in the works. Guard towers were set up in the corners as well as every quarter mile along the wall. The wall was roughly 4 foot thick with 1 foot on either side being brick reinforced by concrete and steel beams while the inner section consisted of sand and gravel for padding. Along the very top of the wall a catwalk was built for the guards to walk between the towers.

The towers were also supplied with weapons lockers that included BattleRifles, Sniper Rifles and a Minigun mounted on the roof that could be accessed through a hatch on the roof and a ladder within the top floor of the tower. The base would be nearly impenitrable from the outside.

SCENE: War Room, Imperial Palace; Shaz City, Shazbotdom
"Sir, the logistics equipment to be sent to the new base in Delvira is almost prepared for it's departure," a sergent said to the General who was doing his rounds in the room.

"Understood," General Hessen replied. "Intel. Report."

"Sir. We have unconfirmed reports from satelite intel that there is movement within the northeastern boarders of West Delvira not associated with the local government, it's military or the civilians," a Private chimed in from a far desk. "It is unsure as to speculate what it is. Maybe some indigenous tribes or wildlife but at this time we are uncertain."

"Get me the director of Intelligence on the phone then," Hessen replied.

"Sir, yes, sir!" The private replied. Then he picked up a phone and dialed in a direct line to the Bureau of Intelligence. "Sir, General Hessen wants to speak to you. One moment." He placed the line on hold then stood up. "General, Sir. Director Ronson on the line for you."

Hessen picked up the phone on his end and secured the line. "Bob, what's this about movement?"

"Well, Henry. The satelite that caught it were not really in a position to make out anything for certain," Diretor Ronson stated. "We just figured that it was local wildlife and let it be."

"With all due repect, all the instability in the region caused by these 'loyalists' is of a major concern to the Supreme Emperor," General Hessen barked back. "Move a satelite close to the region and get me confirmation of what the hell this movement is or else you better start looking for another job within a foreign nation. Am I understood?"

"Yes you are," he reluctantly stated. "I'll move SpySat 46 to the region to give us an extra bird in the sky."

"Good," Hessen stated just before he hung up the phone.

SCENE: Orbit; SpySat 46; Quadrant 2
Spy Satelite 46 rotated around and it's thruster jets started burning. Slowly it began to speed up, heading towards a destination that would bring it in geo-cyncranis orbit above West Delvira, supplimenting the other Spy Satelites in the region with it's thermal camera as well as the super zoom camera and regional camera. The best digital video technology in the Empire was built into these satelites and Bureau of Intelligence made sure to use anything at their disposal.

These individuals were armed with AK47s and primitive bolt action rifles, altogether there were atleast 20 individuals - 15 men and 5 women. They roared angrily at the Shazbotdom personnel, "You have defiled our land!" yelled out a young women. "You are all fascists!" she yelled once more.

The young men and women gripped tightly on their weapons as soon embraced in a shooting position.

"Nice area. We could conceal here for long as possible", Captain Ramos stated. "After we establish communications, this will be our base of operations. Supplies will be dropped here. There's no border guards in the area, so we could stay here for long. Huerta, are there any satellites that are operating by the Shazbotdom Empire??" Ramos asked.

SCENE: Camp Alpha; Delviran Capital
Camp Alpha had grown over the past few days, including the formation of a wall starting to be built around the old capital building. With the rebuilding of the destroyed sectionm of the old capital building in full swing, several SCS Marines were not running patrols around the city. The current local Marine Corps athority was preparing for the arrival of Mr. Brian J. Henrickson, son of Harold L. Henrickson, one of the men insturmental in helping to rebuild several Marine Corps bases after the Empire was attacked with two nuclear weapons nearly 50 years previous. Brian Henrickson would be the local governmental figure for the region, who's duty would be to the Supreme Emperor and to helping re-establish a local run government within Delvira.

Marines now manned guard towers along the permiter of the complex that will be the Shazbotdom Offices until the reinstatement of a governing body within Delvira. Armed with XR-01 Battlerifles and XR-04 Sniper Rifles within the upper levels of the tower and with XR-07 Minigun emplacements placed on top of the towers, the building would be secure for now.

The General currently in charge of operations was wanting to meet with several Delvirans, including the Delviran General who surrendered to the Shazbotdom Authority. He was waiting within the temporary offices that he had commendered within the old Government Building for his estemed guests.

Over loudspeakers the loyalists heard from inside the compled. "This Marine Corps Base is the property of the Shazbotdom Empire. Please back away to a safe distance or we will have no option but to fire upon you. We do not wish any bloodshed and by looking at the few short laws that we have set up during this temporary occupancy, you should be glad we are not another harsher nation."

Unbeknown to the loyalists, Shazbotdom News Network was covering the construction for a story that was set to air the next day across Shazbotdom as well as several other countries that authorized SNN to broadcast in.

"Hmm. It's okay then. Alright, our first mission is to infiltrate your capital. We need to get informations of the Shazbotdom Empire. What's their plan? Their cause? Their real intentions? Technologies and everything. So do you know any secret entrances to the capitol building??", asked Ramos to Huerta.

SCENE: Marine Corps base in Construction; Delvira
The marines had it. An SCS Marine went up to the top level and grabbed the handles of the XR-07 Minigun and trained it down upon the Delviran Loyalists while marines from inside the tower slid the barrels of their XR-01's out the gun slots and began to fire three round bursts into the grouping of Lotalists. Just as soon as the SCS Marine had the Loyalists trained in his sights, he opened up with a barage of bullets aimed right down at the loyalists. Hundreds of rounds per second screamed out of the minigun down towards the group of 15 loyalists, causing chunks of grass and dirt to spew upward around them.

Six out of the loyalists jumped out of the way of fire, however nine of their compatriots suffered gravely as all of them quickly fell to the ground butchered with bullets as their blood slowly started to form a puddle. The remaining six continued to open fire at the SCS Marines, one of the loyalists reached from inside his bag a molotov cocktail. He quickly lit the rag inside the bottle on fire and threw it at one of the SCS Marines.

Huerta walked around thinking, "No I'm not really sure but I have an idea." he said. The Lt. Colonel quickly drew out a cigarette as he placed it on his lips while lighting the cig with his his lighter. He inhaled and exhaled some smoke as he began to speak again, "One of us are to disguise ourselves as Shatzbotdom intel. I'm not sure how we're going to do this but we have to think this out perfectly." he finished.

Meanwhile at the Red House in Hatzia

Premier Mateo Umaga called an emergency meeting regarding the situation in occupied-Delvira. "It came up to my mind about sending a rogue army to that region", Umaga stated. The staff quickly murmers about it, "Premier, are you sure about that decision?? Sending an army and telling they are Delviran loyalists with a technology which suppose they dont have?? The Shazbotdam Empire with the West Delvira will be suspicious to us", Field Marshall Pulag said with worries. Umaga puts his hands up, signalling to stand down, "I know. But using covert operations will not accomplish this mission. We need to use force, if we want to liberate Delvira. We still have a chance to turn the tide. If we still can. I will try to use diplomacy, and use force as a last resort. Any questions??", Umaga shouted. All of the staffs stunned about Umaga's decision. All of the staffs agree. After the meeting, Umaga quickly rushes to his office and started a letter to the Shazbotdom Empire.

The SCS Marine shot the Molotov Cocktail as it flew through the air and it exploded and fire rained down on the wall of the complex, not harming it at all. He then re-directed his aim and swept across from left to right where the legs of the remaining Loyalists would be with his minigun. Attempting to not go for the kill but to wound them.

The ground command General recieved a short encrypted communications burst from Marine Corps Command. Within a few moments of that communicatin he had 8 Warthogs prepared for departure. Each Warthog had 3 SCS Marines set for the crew, one in the side gunner seat, one driving and the third on the back manning the mounted minigun on the back. They would wait for the final order to move out if nessicary.

"HOLD YOUR FIRE!" Yelled the CO manning the tower. "HOLD YOUR FIRE!" He yelled again. The minigun on the roof then went silent and the Marines inside the tower pulled their guns back inside through the gun slots, shortly after one of the 1 foot thick steel access doors along the wall opened up and a detachment of 10 Marines ran out, their guns drawn and poined towards the loyalists who lay on the ground wounded.

"Throw your weapons away, DO IT!" One of the Marines yelled as they began to circle the wounded loyalists. "I Said throw the weapons away from you!" He yelled again. The SCS Marine on the rooftop trained his minigun back down on the loyalists and waited. Prepared to fire again if the loyalists fired at the marines on the ground.

The Marines in the tower turned to the CO. "Sir, what should we do about the Loyalists who ran off?"

"Let them go," he responded. "Hopefully they learned from this."

The four loyalists moved around on the ground as they groaned in pain, they quickly threw their weapons to the side as they gripped tightly on their wounds. One of the loyalists slowly got up and tried to make a run for it but quickly fell down.

SCENE: Marine Corps base in Construction; Delvira
The marines kicked the guns off to the side out of the reach of the hurt Delvrian Loyalists and then one Marine kneeled down on each one of their backs while a 2nd Marine attached zip tie handcuffs around the wrists of each of the wounded Loyalists. They then proceeded to move them face down onto military medical gurnee's that the marines then carried the Delviran Loyalists into the base and brought them to the high security medical wing to be treated for their wounds but kept in detention until they were well enough to be transported to a POW Camp.

Shortly after the Loyalists were brought away, another group of Marines exited the base and gathered up the old flimsy weapons, threw them in a lockable steel box and brought them into the base to be stored, broken down and used for scrap metal.

_____I will allow anyone not wishing to be within Delvira the opportunity to leave the country and go to the Union Socialist State of Martilia. But I will not allow peacekeepers from the USSM within Delvira for any prolonged period of time other than to get refugees out of the country. SCENE: Camp Alpha; Delviran Capital
Camp Alpha had grown over the past few days, including the formation of a wall starting to be built around the old capital building. With the rebuilding of the destroyed sectionm of the old capital building in full swing, several SCS Marines were not running patrols around the city. The current local Marine Corps athority was preparing for the arrival of Mr. Brian J. Henrickson, son of Harold L. Henrickson, one of the men insturmental in helping to rebuild several Marine Corps bases after the Empire was attacked with two nuclear weapons nearly 50 years previous. Brian Henrickson would be the local governmental figure for the region, who's duty would be to the Supreme Emperor and to helping re-establish a local run government within Delvira.

Marines now manned guard towers along the permiter of the complex that will be the Shazbotdom Offices until the reinstatement of a governing body within Delvira. Armed with XR-01 Battlerifles and XR-04 Sniper Rifles within the upper levels of the tower and with XR-07 Minigun emplacements placed on top of the towers, the building would be secure for now.

The General currently in charge of operations was wanting to meet with several Delvirans, including the Delviran General who surrendered to the Shazbotdom Authority. He was waiting within the temporary offices that he had commendered within the old Government Building for his estemed guests.

As they looked up, a few of them reminisced memories of how things were before the war broke up. Bella quickly snapped out of it, he didn't have time to waste by thinking of the past. The former General and the 5 officials waltzed right inside as they approached the security personnel. "Excuse me," Bella said "I'm here to see a Mister Brian Henrickson.", he finished.

The door opened and an SCS Marine was standing there along with two standard marines. Gentally grabbing her and taking her to a different room with a mirror along one wall, they leave her there. In the center of the room was a steel table with two chairs. One on one side of the table and one on the other side of it.

What seems like hours to the captive are only a few minutes until a man that is dressed in a rather nice suit comes in. Sitting a briefcase on his side of the table he sits on one of the chairs. "Please come and sit down, we have much we need to discuss."

You will though need to subject yourself to a search to ensure that you do not have any weapons on your body. General John F. Harrington was walking into his office when a HUMVEE drove up and a Sergeant got out and walked over to the General. "General Harrington Sir" the Sergeant saluted. Gen. Harrington turned and saluted the Sergeant. "Yes, Sergeant what can I do for you?" The Sergeant hands the General a message from Headquarters, Mobile Infantry Command. "General you have been requested by the Sky Marshal to join him and Lieutenant General Jordan at his office in MI HQ as soon as you can General. I am to drive you to the airstrip and your plane is waiting to fly you over to Fort Grant right now General. Your staff has been informed of this meeting and have flown ahead to set things up for you to stay at Fort Grant, General." So as the General has listen to the Sergeant. "Ok Sergeant then lets go then." General Harrington moved to the Humvee and they drove off to the airstrip.

"Not that. We only need one though", Ramos stated. "So, I think we should go now??"


"Yes, I believe we should. To the capital of Delvira then?" asked Huerta. Almost immediately one of his men ran up to both Huerta and Ramos, "We've received word that a couple that a few of our people attempted to attack the new Shatzbotdom military base without authorized other." the young soldier said as he saluted both men in the room.

"Yes....we should move". Both of them don't know that Martilia is trying to reconstruct their strained relations with the Shazbotdom Empire. They still continued with their mission to the capital of Delvira.

"Very well then." said Huerta. With that, Huerta and his mean gathered up their equipment and moved out. Their new destination was the capital of Delvira, this trip alone on foot would take atleast 5 days.

The man tilted his head to the side and looked right at the young woman. "Ms. Covas, since when do protests include automatic weapons and firing at military personel? It seems illogical that one would fire on a military that has weaponry and training that easily took down the former regeme. We know of a growing number of Loyalists who are attempting an insurrection to get us out of the country rather quickly."

He slid over some printouts of satelite pictures. "Now we know that these images are of a base that was set up by these loyalists. If you honestly don't know anything about it, then I will have to sign orders to have you transported to a military prison facility in which you will then be tried for terrorism."

Leaning back a little in his chair, he went on, "There needs to be something done about this. If you see us as 'helping' your nation, then you must have the people see it this way too."

He stood up and walked to the window. "Those who attacked the base shot at our Marines and, as per protocal, our men fired back. Several of the Loyalists are dead and several are wounded." He turned back and looked at the man. "They will be tried with Terrorism against a military instillation. It's such a shame too as i'm sure they could have been a great asset to your nation after our short occupation is over."

While you were in capacitated after your surgury we looked through the databases of not only the nation, but also all the local universities as well as business establishments." He pulled out a file from his briefcase. "We found your information within the records of the Univesrity of Delvira." He opened up the file and began to flip through it. "Ranked 5th in your class and you are willing to throw that life away by assaulting a military base. You are glad that the orders were switched from 'shoot to kill' to 'shoot to incapacitate' by the General in charge."

He then continued on. "Thank you for assisting us with this matter. I will get a court to lower your scentence from life inprisonment to only 8 months in a Shazbotdm Penal Colony for assisting us in gaining more information about the loyalist terrorists." He then got up and started to walk towards the door to leave her in the room.

I suggest you get some rest before it arrives." With a loud clank, he turns around and walks out of the room as one of the two standard marines reachs in and closes the door.

I can no longer make decisions for the country, I leave the rest to you.", Bella said as he tapped his fingers on the arm rest of his chair.

It was a fine sunny day on a Delviran coast. Shazbotdom Soldiers and Navy are patrolling the coastline, suddenly a fleet of freight ship appeared in the horizon. Without any escorts, it's coming in. Meanwhile....

And according to our information that we have just gathered, if we're correct, it should be still 2 hours before our freight ships with humanitarian supplies will arrive at a Delviran-occupied naval base where they will conjoined with 3rd and 4th HAVOC Naval Battlegroups of Shazbotdom"

Umaga become silent. He quickly grabbed the phone and contact the Field Marshall Juan Henry Pulag, the Minister for Defense.

"Hello, Pulag??"
"Yes, Premier?? How may I help you??"
"Uh...can we get a status from our freight ships that will be heading to the Delviran-occupied lands with Humanitarian Supplies??"
"They've just reported around 10 minutes ago. They're still on course....if I'm correct they will be there around.......2 hours from now. Why, Premier??"
"Well, I just got a picture here of freight ships currently arriving at a Delviran-occupied coastline. Is it ours??"
"What, Premier?? Well, no. I have only sent one fleet in there, besides from that, I don't have any fleet or freight ships sent in there right now. Well, Premier, no worries, it must have been another country giving aid to them"

Umaga hanged up the phone, "Well, it must have been a freight ship from another country", then he start to laughs. "No, sir. According to....", suddenly, one of the staffs of the Premier rushed in to his office and gave a letter. "What's this??", he asked, "Sir, it came from Red Star and Sickle Company". Umaga was startled, he grab the letter, opens it and start to read it.

Just a note. When a ship is spotted the fleets of the Empire go to battle readiness, which means that they are prepared for anything. This is Standard Operating Procedure since an incident roughly 5 NS Years ago. So while we were caught offguard, it didn't do as much damage as you may think.

Joint Shazbotdom Fleet
The Shazbotdom Navy was ready but caught offguard somewhat. Anti-Aircraft minigun batteries on the ships began to pound rounds into the fleet of aircraft that came at them while AA Missiles from the ships locked onto the attackers and fired in rapid succession, attempting ot force the attacking aircraft to use up all of their flare and chaff's.

Several of the lesser ships were impailed by the missiles and bombs that were dropped from above by the aircraft. Fires exploded underneith as missiles slammed into the hulls of ships, forcing them to seal up compartments within the ships. The submarines dropped down and locked their targeting computers onto the attacking vessel. The submarines launched torpedo's at the side of the vessel, for a total of 15 torpedo's heading in at high speeds to the attacking vessel. The subs then turned and headed to a different vector and came around again and fired another barrage of 15 torpedo's.

The Tempora Heroica-class Carriers and Gavin Newsom-class HyperCarrier began to launch multiple SA-32A "Thunderbolt" class aircraft in an effort to quell the attack. They turned their internalized miniguns and rocket pods on the enemy attack aircraft in the hit and run tactics that made the Shazbotdom Marine Air Corps one of the best in the world.

For weeks now, West Delvirian Regular Army troops have been searching for loyalists of the former Federal regime in the southern mountain region of Delvira. Along the way, the Regular Army ran into a couple small insurgent camps - a total of 154 loyalists have been captured. The West Delvirian government gave out an order to capture any loyalists within both the West and mainland, the government of the West wanted to eradicate the problem once and for all. The Regular Army's order was to locate the main camp that's within Delvira.

Prior to the mission, West Delvirian authorities have detained loyalists within their own region. Some have either given useful information, others refused.

We are also requesting clears to land our advance Military Assistance Command, Delvira. Our Four C-57 Galaxy Lifter should be within your air space with the next four hours we just need your clearance to land at your military airport. They will be carrying Elusion Class Vehicles, S-15 Legionnaire Vehicles, M101 Advancer Troop Carriers also with one Mobile Infantry Company as the forward military force to start working with your forces to setup our own zone of control.
