Lynion, if you were to go against Fictions, be advised that I have a lot of traffic in the area too, both military transports to the troops in Fictions itself, two fleets stationed in Fictional waters, merchant ships trafficing the Pacific and a quite sizeable fishing fleet. My governments wouldn't look to kindly upon you sinking them.

The raiders aren't idoits and know when to back down from a fight. However, freelance mercenaries might be idoits and engage you. I'm trying to figure out another way to fight a war. Besides, Lynion doesn't have any troops committed to the fight. I'm not an idoit and I'm someone to rush into a fight.
