I have to object this,USPA came into conflict with several CIS nations,and ignored all assaults against him.

OOC:Because i left the thread, i left to focus on another, and only returned because i needed to talk to one guy but he wasnt recieving PMs
Also, if i remember correctly, Osea was in the Conflict as well

USPA Sidenote: While he got into a fight with CISFOR and several CIS Nations, Oseato included, I believe we should seriously consider and allow his membership.

Yeah, I know. This is a completely seperate issue. Without connection to my membership, im offering this idea.

After waiting for a while to apply for membership in the CIS, the FSSU requests to apply to be an observer nation in the CIS and later in the future apply for full membership of the CIS.
