"Very well, surface, prepare to be boarded. and for gods sake don't do anything stupid."
"Captain are we really surrendering?"
"We are surrounded by two enemy fleets who decided to shoot first ask questions later, apparently they don't care where we came from as long as we are eliminated, but now that we surrendered they may try for some info this time. Whatever happened to back when enemy fleets actually tried to figure out who you are rather then shooting you?"
"Welcome to the modern world Captain, you got to love it."
The submarine surfaced and kept an eye on the incoming fleets, hoping these guys wouldn't do something stupid as well. One man came out the top with binoculars to watch the fleets approach.
"Very well, I hate to say this, prepare the charges, prepare a counter deal, and make sure we have the proper documents on hand. I want Grealite paperwork this time, burn the others. We have enough Grealite naval boys on Montana's payroll to make sure they claim we are theirs. If Montana hasn't abandoned us, he shouldn't but today isn't exactly our lucky day."

Even though the Admiral had relinquished authority, he still sent a contingent of Marines to oversee the surrender. Two Zodiac craft sped towards the submarine, waiting for the Battlehawk forces to reach the vessel first.
