Student's were arriving, the first time in the nation's history of it's education.

Various private drivers hired by the exchange sponsor we're wating. They were going to all sides of the country, most into the cities, a few into the country side.

Each had a sign with the name of who they we're picking up.

OOC: I'm dividing this post into two parts for the sake of clarity, Motokata.

Telemachus: Telemachus Procas had been eagerly awaiting the chance to visit Motokata ever since he had been heard that his application was accepted by the Motokatan authorities. His friends joked that he'd possibly find some hot girls there to which he replied that he just had to wait and see. He was, indeed, known as a handsome jock who had plenty of female admirers who liked his looks and who hailed him for his intelligence. In essence, he was with both brains and brauns. The plane to Motokata was comfortable for him and he spent the flight looking over a magazine he found while remembering his family's goodbyes and his friends' best wishes which included the hot girl joke again. He laughed to himself and waited out the flight. Once the plane landed in its destination, Telemachus grabbed his luggage and looked around for the welcoming party he expected would be there to greet him. He was definately looking forward to having some fun.

Electra: Electra Pylades had often been thinking about attending school in Motokata ever since she had applied for the program. Well known as a studious and hard working student with lesbian as her orientation, Electra Pylades was pleased when she heard she had been chosen to visit Motokata. She gave credence to the thought that she could find love in Motokata but she was more focused on exploring Motokata rather than exploring some woman's features. With her luggage packed and best wishes at her side, Electra got onto the plane and, when it landed, calmly stepped out to look for her expected welcome party. She noticed Telemachus but didn't talk to him. She didn't know him at all since they both came from different cities. Telemachus, on the other hand, smiled at Electra. She did look pretty, he thought, but he didn't feel like courting her.

Electra was greeted and brought to a car. "You've been placed with a military woman. You're lucky Miss Electra, the military are the finest people to grace the land of this country."

After a few more hours the two cars parted ways on a lonely dirt road. One went further straight, the other made a sharp left.

The car came to a stop at a small quaint farm house. Malai, her daughter Kanaya, and her niece Saku came to greet. "Madam, Electra Pylades, your host daughter."

"It's great to meet you." Malai shook her hand. "I'm Kanya."

"I'm Sakubo, but I guess you can just call me Saku."

"Koji!" Shouted Yuri "Eri, Tai, our guest is here!"

Electra was interested in this arrangement although she was a bit concerned with how she'd have to live in their care and with the values they may have. Needless to say, she did not have any major concerns. "....I'm hopeful that I will be able to adapt to life with the military woman. Hopefully, I'll have no problems."

"Just the one bed. I know but we only built it like this after a Typhoon ripped this place apart. Saku wasn't here when that happened."

"Did I tell you mother is a Military woman? She's decorated too. She also teaches Modern Warfare Studies at school. That's how Saku and I get to go for free."

Jason was excited to go to Motokata since he was chosen to. Jason was shy, but though that maybe he would build up confidence with anyone he meeted in Motokata.

"Hello young sir." His driver said. "Welcome to Motokata." He packed his bag in the trunk. "We're very pleased you could come study here. Your family is a hard-working pair in the heart of the city. I'm sure you'll learn a lot."

After a while they pulled into a major Apartment complex.

"Hello," his new host mother greeted. "I'm Yuki." "I'm Kyon. Welcome to Motokata, young man."

"We're extremely happy to have you." Yuki said. "Come on in. " The appartment was spacious and well furnished. "Your room is just this one right here, we'll let you unpack. Our daughter should be home really soon, she can tell you some more. We're terribly sorry but both of us are working tonight. We both work at the hospital. I'm a Nurse, my husband is an Orderly (ooc: Motokatans refer to Male Nurses as Orderlies). We promise though, the next week, we'll be here to see that you get situated and welcomed."

The top floor is where me and my brother sleep and well play most of the time. I have more siblings in college now, you may see them while you're here. This is my room, right next to yours." Eri bumped a table with an antique oil lamp sitting. "Oh...Watch out for this table, especially in the dark. You have your own bathroom but you may get the midnight munchies and go down to the kitchen. I always bump into this table, and I've nearly broken that lamp twice. We use it if there's a black out or something, during a storm or something." Leading downstairs into the kitchen she showed him where to find food and drinks. She led him further downstairs into a large den. "This is our entertainment room. We like to watch movies and play games here." Eri brought down a large screen. "Surround sound, just like a Cinema." With out warning a loud blast of sound echoed. She frantically turned off the volume. "Heh, gotta be careful sometimes."

As he settled in, a young lady walked in the room...

"Hello, I assume you are Yuki and Kyon's daughter, I'm Jason...."

"Yeah, I hope so too. Then again it would give you a story to tell. Sorry I'm not trying to scare you or anything but there is always the chance of a small typhoon. She fought in a small scrimmage border dispute back way before I was born. She was only my age too. (ooc: potential RP for anyone reading ;) ) She's been decorated because she helped rescue her entire platoon when they were pinned down." Kanya helped her unpack and get items sorted. "Tonight at dinner, you can tell us more about Aresium. Mother loves learning about new places. Saku does too."

Melissa Gervais turned up with her luggage at the airport. Her rather discreet bodyguard lurked nearby. She waited calmly to be picked up, sweeping her somewhat long red hair aside from her eyes. She wondered what this would be like.

Marie Ondelli drowsily wobbled off the plane, her briefcase behind her. She was very excited to finally be in Motokata, but she wanted to get some sleep soon. Marie could never sleep on planes well.

She sighed, tapping her foot. Where was her driver?

The car drove for a short while. "Yours is highly unusual, you've been placed with the Stateholder of the country. She insisted that her family could host a student, and giving the fact your are from a Monarch, we deemed it appropriate."

The car pulled into the capital, Kaori was instant to greet the young woman.

"Welcome, I'm very happy to have you."

The converted CV-30 Vogel landed at the airport, its nacelles tilted to allow the jetliner to land vertically. As a ramp descended from underneath the passanger cabin, the rear hatch lowered, a Masarati Limousine pulling out and alongside the aircraft. From the cabin, a petite, dark-haired girl stood at the top, hesitating to descend the steps. A man from behind urged her forward, and she took a reluctant step down, continuing until she reached the limo.

Adela Tikhomirov, one of two heiresses to Red Star Industries, looked around at her new surroundings. She sighed. It didn't look much like a foreign country. She sat down in the limo and contemplated her predicament. Adela had only gone to get out of that house full of servants and large corridors after all...she had no idea what to expect from this place.

Upon arrival at the Generals home he was instantly greeted by his sons and daughter. Like their father his three sons were military men. The oldest a
1st Class Liutentant, his middle son, a 5th Class Private, and his youngest a 1st class Private.

(The hiearchy is ascending 1-5 5 being highest)

His daugter however wasn't intrested too much in being a soldier. While on the outside she appeared as if she could be a girly-girl she infact was a pretty rugged type. She enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, camping, hiking, fishing, etc.

"My three sons, Miu, Tatsuya, and Koji. And my daughter Mayumi."

"WELCOME!" The sons said in a deep military fassion.

Mayumi simply said, "Welcome." In a calm fassion.
