Yes but now, he is an ally of me. As ally, i think it is better if he pays for killing soldiers who didnt even attack.
And, if i am an ally, and if i destroyed 2 of the 6 armys, and my base.
And if he wants to, he can put out the damage i did, with fireing back.
OOC: You're not allies. You might have said you were allies, but you're not. And those were hardly armies. Here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_unit#Units.2C_Formations_.26_Commands), notice that armies have 60,000 - 100,000 troops, yours....didn't.

No, this was an army to, but not a real one you know, this army dont include every soldier.
I mean, like 200.000 is in the base of me.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. All you're doing is helping him to rebuild. The ceasefire agreement doesn't say anything about colonies or protectorates. Don't stir up tensions over nothing.
