Nadezhda was petting Fazz and occassionally looking at the people around her; she knew that her older sister's association with the Captain allowed her to meet a foreign monarch and the other people. Looking at David, she smiled at him. "You are a colonel? Have you fought in any battles? Is the woman who was with Thor your wife?"

Nadezhda felt curious when she talked to David and hoped he would answer her questions. "If you did not know already, my name is Nadezhda. It is nice to meet you, Colonel. To be honest, I never thought I would meet you or any of these people; it was only through my sister's association with the Captain that I did. It was nice to meet Carlos; he is the first foreign monarch that I have talked to in my life."

The beach was slowly being filled with beautiful ladies, little children, and muscular men; everyone wanted to be at the beach because of the perfect weather. Some people saw the Wart Hog and assumed that a military man and his family were here at the beach. After several minutes, Vera and Nadezhda came out in their swimsuits. "Do you have a swimsuit, Sabre?"

Vera smiled as Nadezhda ran into the water; recognizing some friends that she knew from school. "Nadezhda is quite popular at school, Sabre. She has plenty of friends." Vera began walking into the water and smiled at Sabre before Nadezhda could be overheard talking in Ixanian to her friends; occassionally pointing to Sabre. "I met an Emperor today....that man over there is a Captain in the Emperor's Army."

Although some of her friends expressed skepticism, Nadezhda was considering using Sabre to prove the truth of her words. "Captain! I met the Emperor today, right? Carlos?" All of her friends silently watched; waiting to see what the Captain would do while Vera was busy swimming in the water; having fun in quiet solitude.

The dead man's wallet; filled with ID and a family portrait was on the road. "Sabre, we must save the girl now!" Vera said; running out of the Wart Hog while Nadezhda became concerned for the girl's safety. "Save her, Sabre!"

"Will I have to share a room, Captain?" Nadezhda asked. After several minutes, Sabre and the girls could see smoke rising in the sky; a burning car was on the road with the corpse of a man and a screaming girl inside; banging violently on the windows. The dead man's wallet; filled with ID and a family portrait was on the road. "Sabre, we must save the girl now!" Vera said; running out of the Wart Hog while Nadezhda became concerned for the girl's safety. "Save her, Sabre!"

"stay behind the m21 it will shield you from shrapnel" Sabre say before running over to the burning car and try to open a door

with out thinking of using the butt of his gun or knife, Sabre puts his fist through the back window and clears the glass so he could reach into the car for the girl

"i'am here to save you" he say to the girl as he pull her then carry her toward the safely of M21

Sabre looks back at the burning car "Vith" he say as drop to one kneel and shields the girl with his body as the flames hit the leaking fuel

Nadezhda opened the box to reveal an unscathed diamond necklace with the words: "For the love of my life." and in the wallet was a family portrait; a young handsome man with his daughter and a beautiful woman standing in a city park. The girl, around thirteen, looked at the ruins of the car while Vera talked to Sabre. "Sabre, we should take her to her mother and tell her mother what happened."

"Their address is in the wallet." Nadezhda said solemnly before she began talking to the girl; hoping to comfort her. The girl got into the Wart Hog with Vera and the others and was silent. (OOC: I hope you do not mind me fast forwarding here....)

The girl lived in a nice house in the outskirts of the city; they could see the girl's mother tending to her garden and adjusting her hat. As she turned around to see the Wart Hog, she was not only curious about the arrival of Sabre but about the whereabouts of her husband. She greeted her guests politely before saying: "Where is my husband? Is he alright?"

After a while, Vera and Nadezhda walked to the front door with the items they would be bringing to the hotel. Nadezhda was talking to her mother while Vera was silently thinking about Sabre as she waited for him to take them to the Wart Hog.

David watchs Cindy as she dress after having a shower

Vera and Nadezhda declined taking Sabre's arms; using their hands to wave to their parents who were at the door. Their mother had a smile on her face while their father was emotionless; only smiling when he looked at Nadezhda and Vera. He did not hate Sabre; but he usually was like this when it came to courting his children. It was, as if, he were judging Sabre at a court of worthiness.

Getting into the Wart Hog, Vera and Nadezhda were busy talking to each other in the Ixanian language; as Nadezhda would tell her older sister about school events and people she knew.

Tasha and Cindy now dressed were now dressing the kids for dinner with Raide Tasha's German shepherd and Thor layng in front of the window watching

She also noticed that Nadezhda had vanished; she was searching for her hotel room. Vera decided to go to her room after a few minutes; glad to know that the room, which was filled with all the modern amenities and luxuries, would be suitable for her.

Nadezhda eventually found her room; using the door key to open it. She instantly smiled when she found her room, which was completely furnished with every item a wealthy person would want to have. She jumped on the bed, ran around and examined some magazines. The high-definition television, if she turned it on, had movies that people could order; as well as video games. Nadezhda, however, decided to look for Peter; she was interested in meeting him.

Vera was silent as she noticed Sabre walking outside; she knew that he was thinking deeply about something but she did not pressure him to tell her. She also noticed that Nadezhda had vanished; she was searching for her hotel room. Vera decided to go to her room after a few minutes; glad to know that the room, which was filled with all the modern amenities and luxuries, would be suitable for her.

if she did would she understand how he was feeling from a flash back to the time he pulled out Pat his best mate ,from a over turned M21 from a Mortar shell and how he can still hear Pat lying screaming in his arms as they waited for a Dust Off, and add to the flash back he was starting to have second thoughs about him being good for Vera
