Then there is the Blessed Guard, now calling themselves the Theocracy of the Beatus, and trying to revive the religious based government that just recently relinquished the reins of power, only much more strict in its following of the Book of the Blessed. Finally there are four Provincial governments that have joined together under the heir of our former King, calling it self the Kingdom of the Beatus. They are calling for a return to the Monarchy, where the church knew it's place, the same as the surfs. My government, the Republic of the Beatus, is requesting aide in the form of food, clothing, blankets, medicine, toiletries, firewood, tents, and toys for the little children, as thousands are flocking to newly setup refugee camps on the borders of territories controlled by the other factions. Why not just have the FMA have its own weapons, much simpler, as no one will agree on which weapons to use if we streamline it.

Yeah. But we still have to streamline weapon designation. I think if we delegate it to a nation well-suited to Arms Manufacturing and Warmongering, it could be a huge success. Or we could just throw in some of our weapons until we flesh out a full arms inventory.

OOC: We should have an FMA member ICly propose a convention (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convention_on_Conventional_Weapons) on mind control technology so that mind control cannot be used ICly in war unless used expressly for deprogramming purposes. Just a thought.

Only then will you truly usher in the peace that you seek, by mitigating the violence through your actions of tolerance and understanding. Violence will not end violence, but will serve only to continue the vicious cycle.
