200 Red Skull agents quickly surrounded the building. Peter Watson had finally done it, he ordered the Red Skull to wipe out any resistance and take over the country. The guards had put up a fight, but they were easily wiped out.

Sarah was working late when she heard gunshots outside, she immediately bolted for her Glock when a voice said "Hands Up!", then everything went black. She was knocked out then carried away to be to be put away in the Red Skull prison.

Everything had happened in minutes, Peter now had control over Greal.

Military Headquarters

Minister of defense Jason park quickly rushed to the building to get reinforcements. But their were Red Skull loyalists in the building, he was also arrested by Red Skull agents waiting for him. But, Jason managed to escape.

General Heart ordered his Imperial guard to take out the Red Skull agents in the building, a gun battle broke out, killing 100 people in the building. Then General Heart headed on a helicopter to another base. He had to stop the Red Skull from taking over key areas, but he knew that the Red Skull had 10 million members, all were armed....

Everywhere, gun battles broke out between the Red Skull and the army. The civil war in Greal had begun, and people around the country had no idea what was going on......

Since the Red Skull now had access to telegrams, even encrypted messages, they picked up the message and told Peter. After Peter was done taking over Greal, he would wipe out this tiny country off the map. His new air force had already begun bombing vital areas around Greal, now people knew that a civil war had begun.

It always got him shit faced after a few glasses, however he had just mixed the drink when red skull agents were seen marching down embassy ave. Lieutenant Nicole Andrews was sitting in her office, located in the Land Army Headquarters, fifty floors beneath the Swansea Castle. She was a radio traffic analyst, and as such, her job was to read transcripts of radio transmissions intercepted by multiple sources around the globe. She sat in front of her computer, as always, reading endless pages of mostly unimportant traffic when something interesting came up on the computer screen. She quickly printed the short transcript in a single page, marking the relevant dialogues with a fluorescent yellow marker. She opened one of her desk drawers, picking up a brown envelope with top secret markings and put the transcript inside. She then stood up and walked quickly towards her supervisor office.

Office of The Supreme Commander of The Armed Forces, Swansea Castle, Bergelland
General Kirsten Sommers was sitting in her office, reading through meaningless intelligence reports when someone knocked on her door. Sergeant Major Karen White, her assistant, dashed quickly into the office, carrying a sealed Top Secret brown envelope.

“M’am, this just came from the A.I. Priority two.” She said, putting the envelope on Sommers’ desk.

“Thank you, Sergeant.” She replied, taking the envelope and opening it. She didn’t took much time to read the single page inside it. She took the phone and dialed 001, her priority voice link to the princess herself.

“Your majesty, looks like there is a situation in a country named Greal. Apparently there has been some kind of revolution there. They are requesting foreign assistance m’am.” She said, abruptly.

“What do you suggest, General?”

“Well m’am, according to the Royal Decree number two three nine, we are authorized to deploy forces to foreign soil in case of violation of the Sacred Rights. Maybe we could deploy an A.I. team over there to assess the situation. It may be an opportunity to increase our visibility in the international community.”

“Very well, you have my authorization to deploy the intelligence team, but make sure they do not interfere until we know for sure that the Sacred Rights are being violated.”

“Consider it done, your majesty.” The General said, before hanging up the phone and dialing another number.

3 Hours Later, Southlands East Airbase, Bergelland
The five person Army Intelligence team was geared up and ready. They were in full military gear, with balaclavas and black-shaded googles, they were armed with heavily modified versions of the omnipresent Colt M4 to avoid any possibility of identification by the hostiles. They quickly boarded the unmarked C-17 that would deliver them to Greal.

There were five operatives on board, all female. The leader was Major Christina Rice, she was briefing her team on their mission.

“All right, ladies. Three hours ago SUPCOM has learned of a possible revolution in a country named Grail…Greal. Apparently they are considering a possible intervention. Our mission is to assess the situation around the country to find out if we can, by law, commit troops to the area. Rules of Engagement: Warning level yellow, only fire if a conflict is deemed unavoidable. We are only going to take pictures and report the general situation so be careful. Let’s avoid contact with local forces for as long as possible. For further information, read you briefing packages. We should be there in 12 hours, so get some shut eye if you can.”

12 Hours Later, 45 Miles Outside of Greal Airspace
The C-17 was finally closing to its drop off zone, after two in-flight refuels. The pilots were ordered to drop the A.I. team from outside Greal Airspace to avoid any possible resistance. Both the crewmembers and the A.I. team wore oxygen masks, as the C-17 flown at 32,000ft, with a civilian squawk code.

When the red light lighted up, the jumpmaster stood up.

“Get Ready!” He shouted above the engine sounds.

“Stand Up!” He ordered and the jumpers stood up in the aisle between the nylon webbing that served as their seats.

“Hook up!” The jumpers hooked their parachute static lines to the anchor line cables that ran lengthwise through the aircraft.

"Check static lines!" The jumpers checked to ensure their static line was properly connected to the anchor line cable, and then traced the static line as far as they can, checking for any tears or frayed spots. Then they checked the remainder of the static line of the jumper in front of them.

"Check Equipment!" The jumpers checked the security of their parachute harnesses, helmet, oxygen mask, rucksack and weapon.

"Sound off for equipment check!" Starting with the rearmost jumper, each jumper slapped the side or butt of the jumper in front and sounded off with an "OK!" while a second jumpmaster moved down the stick, making his own visual check of the jumpers’ equipment.

Both jumpmasters then secured their own gas masks, before the C-17 cabin was depressurized and the right side door was opened. He made a signal to the jumpers meaning “Stand by”. Thirty seconds to the drop.

When the green light came up, the Major, who was the lead, jumped from the door, quickly followed by the other four members of the intelligence team. They would now navigate all the way to their landing zone in Greal. Their mission was simple, finger out what was going in the country.

One of the Government controlled cities, the Red Skull decided to bomb it, 100 B-52s flew over the city firebombing the city pretty badly, then Greal shark fighters and F-22s pounced on the lightly defended bombers.....

He himself would serve as the High Command of the Fleet deploying to Greal, as his other Admirals capable of commanding such a force were already busy fighting other wars.

General heart massed 30,000 troops of the 457th division to protect the approaching foreign troops. the Red Skull did not notice the move in Womer port. Dragon destroyers and other types of naval ships guarded the port.

The agents ducked as bullets flew past their heads from the windows in the building. "Bill! Spec downside." A agent got into a specific angle and spotted 4 Red Skulls armed with rifles. "4 downside, armed like hell." He looked around more and saw another 15 in a farther distance. "19 in. 19 in." The head agent cried out "GET THE GUNS." The rest of the 20 elite agents drew out their Five-Seven pistols. "READY? GO!" The agents popped their heads out of every window and began shooting.

2 Red Skull agents were hit in the leg, one of the bullets nicked a artery. Another Red Skull aegnt was hit, but his bullet proof armor protected him from the worst.

Greal special ops went onto the roofs and also fired from there, giving cover to the royal guards.

He hoped he would not die in the line of duty when he only served for one month. He ordered a lockdown of the building, and automated flak turrets rose out of the roof. The flak guns were rather primitive; so primitive, in fact, that Greal inspectors mistook them for power generators. The flak guns started to scan the street for Red Skull agents while the men in the embassy structure began heavy fortification of the embassy.

Red Skull F-22s began flying over the embassy compound, dropping bombs and even firing missiles at the dangerous flak guns. Down the street, 6,000 Red Skull agents had arrived and surrounded all the embassies there.

The F-22s had to stand and fight the incoming bombers that were going to blast every Red Skull agent in Sasha, at least thats what the bombers hoped.

Red Skull agents stormed the Foreign Relations office, the Military headquarters of Sasha, and the Health Ministry building. Greal soldiers around the country had a hard time trying to stop the Red Skull from taking over key areas. Gun shooting could be heard in Sasha all day, most people stayed in their homes, the economy wasn't affected that badly, but it would be soon.

The MiG-35 Interceptors detected F-22 Raptors on their advanced radars long before they even neared the city. The targets were locked, and chaingun bullets and missiles ripped through the air as the Raptors were spotted physically. Meanwhile, the Tupolev Tu-160 supersonic bombers did not slow down as they neared the city; in fact, they sped up. Once they were around 2.5 km away from Sasha, the bomb bays opened, and once they were around 1 km away from Sasha the automated release mechanism fired, dropping smart missiles and concussion bombs into the city.

Before the MiG 35s began firing, the F-22s fired their air to air missiles at the approaching fighters and bombers, SAM batteries below controlled by the Greal government locked on the F-22s and began firing missiles into the air, some of the controllers were Red Skull supporters, so one of the missile batteries fired at the bombers...... Half a dozen of the F-22s were damaged or destroyed.

The Binarian Empire Will stomp out this Communist revolution in Greal and whatever government takes it place. As such, We are sending the Fourth Fleet and the 10th, 11th, and 12th Marine Divisions to handle oppressive regime and install a friendly, puppet government.

The SAM batteries were surprised to see the bombers blast one of their batteries, causing a outrage among the crews, they began targeting the bombers, unknown to them that the batterie they blasted was a Red Skull batterie. the Red Skull headquarters was hit by smart bombs destroying the upper floors.

Aust City

10,000 Red Skull agents armed with FAMAS and Lyra Wolf hound tanks began attacking the city, unknown to them, the Greal army vastly outnumbered them there. But the Red Skull was determined to attack the city. Greal troops fought incredibly hard and drove the Red Skull agents away, raising morale in the Greal army.

As they neared the city of Greal, the Airships opened up, and dropped their paratroopers via PHASST Switchblades. The soldiers formed into platoons in the air, and rode down.

Their first goal was too take the airport, and secure it for airlift of even more infantry into the city.

Meanwhile, the Airships and Helo Gunships began to pick out targets and open fire.

The newly appointed king of the commonwealth, King Ragnald, sat upon his thrown with grief and in wonder. Their neighbor, Greal, had outbroke into a civil war, and the king had many matters to attend to with the newly refromed government. Greal and Zoingo for centuries had been allies, and now, this occures. His entire new nation, in danger, and the populace wondering, what would occure next.....

As Greal agents began to try to take control of the government, the President swore. Her response, eloquent, heartfelt, and utterly un-printable, drew a startled laugh from the assembled members of her board.

Generalissimo Yuri and Joshua Hernandez were now running around in a city that was being bombed attacked and fought over by more flags then any civil war should see. The embassy was destroyed, burned by the red skull, they had escaped through the escape tunnel that led to a factory about 3 blocks away and the tunnel was ordered to be collapse via explosives. As of now they had not been able to get a response from Confederate High Command. Maily due to the fact they were now hiding in a abandon shop with three Jaguars and four staff members. The rest were assumed dead or captured.

Purely EMP missiles were launched over the nation, to weaken all sides of the war and prolong the battles, insuring that both sides were weakened. Further, the fleet pelted the ports, no matter who held them, with cruise missles. Lastly, missles carrying deadly Greek Napalm* were launched into areas where the fires could grow quickly. Without further ado, the Vantanian fleet fled, leaving the scene of chaos behind them.

As the vessels fled, the TAP'ian subs fired a full spread of torpedoes at the fleeing vessels. These where supplemented by a full spread of Tomahawk Cruise missiles.

OOC: This is 160 Torpedoes and 100 tomahawk cruise missiles are on their way toward your fleet.

The Poseidon's deployed their JSF's, which roared off towards the Vontanian fleet. As soon as they where within missile range, they fired off a full spread of two ship killers. (OOC: This is 500 JSF's firing on you with two Harpoons each.)

General heart massed 30,000 troops of the 457th division to protect the approaching foreign troops. the Red Skull did not notice the move in Womer port. Dragon destroyers and other types of naval ships guarded the port.

He was going to wait for either the confrontation to end, or for a foreign ship to hit the Federation forces so that he could return fire. Of course, there was the chance that one could request assistance, but help wouldn't be given until he confirmed who was on what side.

The Federation Navy was about to begin pulling into the Harbor, when it witnessed the combat between Privateer forces and Vontanas. The fleet came to a halt, attempting to stay away from the combat. They were not yet aware of what had just happened. Admiral Buwan simply sat in his bunker-like Command Room in the flagship. He was going to wait for either the confrontation to end, or for a foreign ship to hit the Federation forces so that he could return fire. Of course, there was the chance that one could request assistance, but help wouldn't be given until he confirmed who was on what side.

Womer Port

The Greal destroyers were ordered to escort the ships into the port, there were hundreds of naval ships in port, from super dreadnoughts to patrol boats to submarines. At the port awaited a small Greal battalion waiting for the foreigners to arrive. Colonel Krunt was in charge of the force.

As the Greal ships pulled forward, the scouts on baord the ship rushed into Admiral Buwan's Command Center and shouted, "Sir, unknown vessels approaching!"

"I'll go look." said the Admiral. He stepped outside, took his classic-style spyglass and looked off of his ship. He glanced over the Greal flags flying on the ships and instantly told the radio operator that followed him everywhere to order the ships to NOT open fire. The crews were still on alert in case another nation opened fire on them or the Greal ships. The Fleet moved forward with the Greal ships, and the Grand Justice manuevered so it would be near the ship that appeared to be the command vessel of the Greal ships.

OOC: 37 days only? Jesus Christ you expect this to be a cake walk. The occupation and security protocols. Then there is paying for medical costs. Maintanence costs will skyrocket into the billions because while the ships are cheap to maintain in peace they are expensive to maintain in war. Then there is the costs of the paycheques of all these soldiers, insurance benefits when they are hurt, payouts to their families. Housing supplies, field tents, water, new uniforms (trust me they wear out really fast), new body armor, entertainment costs, and all the little details. While the costs for Fuel, Ammo and Food may be this little the costs for the rest of these are obscene.

For a rebellion of just 12 million people (are these all the Red Skull symphathizers included or just the Red Skull agents) there is no need to deploy this overwhelming force. Coordinating well means you can probably deploy just 2 million people and far less and using focused strikes you can do this far cheaper.

Special op teams began looking for the president around the city, however they have 4,00 square miles to search and underground subways too. The Red Skull began attacking these teams, gun battles became common underground, and in the subway. The Special ops teams needed foreign help.....

They had used substandard materials to build the ship.

Back in Saharistan Andrew LaVelle was applying for yet another name change. His secretaries were shredding thousands of documents and filing for closure. The people worked quickly to empty the building. Meanwhile a paycheque sat in hundreds of thousands of mailboxes in both Allanea and Leafanistan, to pay for all the work that this many people put into making such a terrible product.

The ships pulled into the harbor, dropping off all the troops, vehicles, and supplies, and then began to head offshore as to try and keep the harbor from getting jammed with ships. This was also for assistance in artillery, air support, and missile strikes. The troops immediately deploying throughout the town.

As the vessels fled, the TAP'ian subs fired a full spread of torpedoes at the fleeing vessels. These where supplemented by a full spread of Tomahawk Cruise missiles.

The Red Skull had fought bitterly over the city, but the Greal troops were just too stubborn, so they gave up attacking the city. Greal reinforcements poured into the city, waiting for the new foreign army. Some of the Greal army still hated the Mokans for what they did during the Embassy Massacre.

The 5th Naval Fleet departed San Diego Bay, more then 200 ships were going to join up off the Pacific Coast, to join the 5th Naval Task Force, and the 18th Air Wing was mobilizing, and the Marines were onboard the Navy Ships, in the light carriers, that contained their equipment and F-35's and Sea Lord Helicopters, which were being deployed into combat for the first time.

Admiral Rookisey, was sitting on the bridge of the Agamemnon Class Battleship U.S.S Arizona, he was observing the fleet with pride, they would go into action against the enemy, Peter Watson's Red Skull. He never liked the man himself, so Rookisey's forces would would kick Peter's butt to kingdom come, or so Rookisey hoped he would.

In the city of 124.4 million people, they were divided on who to support. Battles between the Red Skull and the Greal army became bigger and bigger...

The Red Skull reinforced its forces in Sasha by 65,000 agents. The Greal army had 10 times that amount in Sasha, but they were in chaos.

Once again, Mokan troops were unloaded into a Greal port and greeted with both sighs of relief at reinforcements and the jeers of the people who hated Mokans....perhaps some day they will be past that, hopefully.

The Ironheart Divisions Rolled off the boats all loaded on the ships so that they could go straight from the docks to battle. They had used that hour rather painstankingly getting everything ready. From the ammo caches in the APCs, to the medical supplies to the Vodka. Everything a Mokan army needed was on a truck or Ironheart somewhere...now loading off as quickly as they could. This time the dark red stars shown proudly off the vehicles, one reason was to show who the calvary was, and the other was because they didnt have time to cover them up.

The Mokans had came at the exact moment when thousands of Red Skull agents attacked the city again, the Greal army now needed them for fighting.....

As they approached the city, they could see flashes of gun shooting in the city, people were running for their lives and also screaming. Red Skull fighters were fighting Greal fighters in a intense battle. Greal troops were in groups fighting the Red Skull.

Due to the insights that the Greali forces and commitee has done, Leocardia will claim no responsibility to their actions and our peacekeeping forces will be pulled back until further notice. We would like to inform the world that any of Greal's actions are not given by Leocardia, or any alliance closely related. The Ironhearts were doing their best to hold off the enemy tanks and air support. One division was ordered to get to the north of the town to clear out an air field to be used to support the helicopters, as well as the local air port. With luck they would be able to stop using the navy as an air port and finally be on the land, allowing the fleet to leave and bring in reinforcements. Overall Apache helicopters flew overhead, along with the Navy's F-40s Birds of Prey, anything that messed with them would get SAMs from the ground forces. Mokan troops pushed deeper into the city....

A Greal division (30,000 men) and 200 Iron Curtain tanks attacked the flank of the Red Skull...twice, killing a quarter of the Greal division, and also killing 4,000 Red Skull agents.

Greal Shark fighters were firing their deadly cannons into the Red Skull troops, but the Red Skull DMG Watchmen began blasting any enemy fighters above them.....

President Kilo had gathered his top advisors for a meeting regarding the recent situation in Greal. He had been watching this, and things looked like they could begin spiraling out of control very fast.

"Gentlemen, the nation of Greal, as you well know, has recently come under a civil war launched by the Red Skull, a group attempting to take over their country. On top of that, it appears there is the begining of the greedy land-grabbers - we are all to familiar with this.

As such, I am ordering our military to begin to mobilize should we enter. If things continue to get worse, we will step in. We cannot let this young nation fall to the hands of the greedy and evil. Their people will only suffer, as ours did in the Decade War we were in. God bless the ViZionarian lost in that war.

Alas, General Artip, I am requiring a full 500,000 troops to be mobilized immediately and prepared to launch to Greal tomorrow. In addition, put out the notice that an additional 1.5 million troops may be called to duty within the week if things do not improve. The Red Skull was determined to take over the city, so Peter Watson sent 150,000 Agents into the city through various areas, the Greal army reinforced the garrison there by 200,000 more troops.

Flashes in the sky could be seen from the ground, apparently 1,200 Greal Eurofighters and shark fighters ran into 1,000 Red Skull fighters,a great air battle begun.

3,904kms from Greal shore line ,a Imperial Navy TDD-1 Assault Landing Submarine surface and from two of it's VLS cells fired two AGM-130 ACM which was a low observable, sub-sonic, jet powered cruise missile ,each was fired three hours apart and each carrying a 1 gigaton type-240 blast plasma warhead

the AGM-130 ACMs target was Area 76, which would no more by the time the warheads were done with it

why did the Imperial MHQ order the Imperial Navy TDD-1 Assault Landing Submarine to surface and fire them one would never know why

The 5th Naval Fleet departed San Diego Bay, more then 200 ships were going to join up off the Pacific Coast, to join the 5th Naval Task Force, and the 18th Air Wing was mobilizing, and the Marines were onboard the Navy Ships, in the light carriers, that contained their equipment and F-35's and Sea Lord Helicopters, which were being deployed into combat for the first time.

Admiral Rookisey, was sitting on the bridge of the Agamemnon Class Battleship U.S.S Arizona, he was observing the fleet with pride, they would go into action against the enemy, Peter Watson's Red Skull. He never liked the man himself, so Rookisey's forces would would kick Peter's butt to kingdom come, or so Rookisey hoped he would.

A fleet of thousands of transports containing soldiers of the Abrahamic League and Sugmuaian military left the Holty Empire with a light escort of scattered battleships, cruisers, and destroyers of varying class,* to merge with the Calizorinstani fleet for porotection until they reached the mainland of Greal. On board these craft were nearly two million AL infantrymen, and three million soldiers of the Hegemony International Defense Force.

Special op teams began looking for the president around the city, however they have 4,00 square miles to search and underground subways too. The Red Skull began attacking these teams, gun battles became common underground, and in the subway. The Special ops teams needed foreign help.....

The Malus jogged down the underground hall, faint light was visible up ahead. As it approached, it silenced its motion and confirmed its target. The Malus ducked back into the shadows as small arms fire erupted in its direction. A security officer had fired his weapon, and his spooked companions followed suit.
"I AM BELKAN! I AN HERE TO HELP!" shouted the Malus in its raspy voice.
The gunfire stopped. The Malus stepped from the shadows with its long, skeletal hands raised. "Mr.President, I am Malus 002-8, and I am here to escort you to saftey behind Belkan lines."

Above ground, the Centurion team was taking heavy fire. A pro-Red Skull civilian mob armed with automatic weapons and homemade explosives. The four hulking figures had taken up firing positions in a small park. A moltov coctail hit Centurion Delta in the chest, engulfing him in flame. He fell to the ground, stunned and blinded, but unharmed for the most part, protetected by its armor and advanced healing ability. Centurion Beta rushed to his aid, leaving Alpha to stop the mob.
Alpha, who had taken cover behind a brick planter, stood up and opened fire on the mob. His minigun killed 10 of the men almost instantly, scattering the rest. Alpha rushed 3 of them, who had hidden behind a statue. He dispatched two of them with his combat sword, and crushed the throat of the third man with his free hand. 4 men who had taken shelter behind an overturned car were dispatched with a grenade from Alpha's launcher. The remaining 5 men surrendered, an act which only eased the Centurion's task of killing them.
By the end of the conflict, Delta's wounds had been healed by the steroids being pumped into his system, and the three Centurions resumed patrol.

OOC: It seems if I were to get involved with the shooting aspect of this war I'd be crushed, so I think I'll refrain from military action as of right now. However I'd like to know if Red Skull has control of any ports. If so I think ill send a hospital flotilla over to assist with Red Skull wounded and a possible evacuation of Red Skull members (should this go bad for them).

The LCAV's approached the beach, the men inside were huddling together, praying to God that this would pave the way for the second and third waves, each man held their Hali-53's tight to their chests as the LCAV's sped toward the beach.

They could hear the Battleships firing their 16 inch shells at Red*Skull positions, and F-18's and F-35's roaring overhead. Each man knew that they would triumph over the Red Skulls in due course, just they wondered how many men would be needed to secure a victory.

All people of Greal have seemed to be bearing a similar burden as the Taliban in Afghanistan in the real world. My heart goes out to the Greal soldiers who are fighting to defend their country! I would help, but my military would easily be crushed by the Red Skull! For that time, good luck and give this to the Red Skull:

Mokan AT squads cheered as the Greal Air Force flew over and sprayed Red Skulls with lead. APCs and IFVs continued their charge deeper into the city. With luck this city would be in allies hands soon...

The Greal navy also sent some carriers to escort the fleet to Womer Port. It was a gigantic sight, thousands of ships were in the port. Greal troops were waiting for the Hegemony defense force.....

The Red Skull positions were abandoned hours earlier, after a Greal attack drove the Red skull away from the beaches. The Battleships were bombarding empty bunkers.

A Red Skull force of 80,000 was massed 10 miles from the coast, they were preparing to attack the new comers.....

The base was completely wiped out, but the underground areas were preserved.....

The "battle" of Sasha

The Red Skull had M16s with bayonets on them they also charged directly into the group of Ghost elites, the Red Skull were not going to give up.....

All around Sasha, battles were going on between the Red Skull and the Greal government plus Greal's allies. A battalion managed to fight their way into the embassy avenue to protect all the embassies there. The Red Skull kept up the flow of troops into Sasha, so the Greal army desperately needed reinforcements.....

The "battle" of Sasha

The Red Skull had M16s with bayonets on them they also charged directly into the group of Ghost elites, the Red Skull were not going to give up.....

All around Sasha, battles were going on between the Red Skull and the Greal government plus Greal's allies. A battalion managed to fight their way into the embassy avenue to protect all the embassies there. The Red Skull kept up the flow of troop[s into Sasha, so the Greal army desperately needed reinforcements.....

The Red Skull gave another push, 1,000 Wolfhound Red Skull tanks charged into the crowd again, some broke down on the way.....

However I'd like to know if Red Skull has control of any ports. If so I think ill send a hospital flotilla over to assist with Red Skull wounded and a possible evacuation of Red Skull members (should this go bad for them).

By a miracle, a ed Skull tank broke down right in front of the mine field, so the tanks had to back away as Infantry decided to charged, but the mines exploded killing half of the infantry group.

Red Skull agents had left a force of infantry an armor to block their route into Sasha, in front of them also was a mine field........

As the forces drew near the city, the first casualties for the GWO occured. Several Divine Tiger tanks, which were in front of the entire force, hit mines and exploded, instantly killing the crews and troops riding on the lead tanks. The force stopped, and shouts of "Minefield!" were being heard. The Engineers started applying anti-mine "plows" to the fronts of the armored vehicles, a task that would take time. Meanwhile, the troops stepped from their vehicles so that if an ambush were occuring, they'd be ready to help.

We've already lost hundrads of-" His sentence was cut of by a falling rock from a nearby building collapsing on him. He was killed instantly.

The Divine Tigers formed the front line of armored vehicles, followed by the sluggish HPACVs, which were followed by more lightly armored vehicles that took cover behind the HPACVs. They all began firing, almost simultaneously, at the Red Skull forces. Commanche helicopters began firing their anti-tank arsenals into the tank divisions, while infantrymen also took part via anti tank launchers.

Meanwhile, on the ships, assistance calls were being recieved. The ships began firing basic surface-to-shore missiles, nothing too flashy, at the reported location of the Red Skull armor divisions. These missiles were backed by coordinates recieved from GWO infantry, as well as laser-designators from the HPACVs.

As soon as they left, Greal Look Inc. and some other companies began examining the gigantic carrier for any Red Skull sabotage. A whole division of Greal troops were ordered to guard the carrier from any rebels.

I'll be making a OOC thread now....

The substandard materials was mostly integral to the designs. It specified an aluminum alloy to build the struts despite its volatile nature well known to ship designers. In fact the US switched back to steel for all its ship's metals for that very reason. The alloy was brittle and full of impurities, however the only way to tell would be to get a Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometer to analyze a sample of the metal.

In the time this was happening Andrew LaVelle was busy with a large pile of money. He had bribed his way into a Saharistani official's office in the Census Bureau. He was negotiating the price to get himself listed as dead and change his name and forge a birth certificate. The official was being unreasonable and demanding 200,000 LFP, a ludicrous price LaVelle thought.

He already had the car bomb set up near a consulate building where two officials from Orbit International would be ready to see him walk into the car. He had scheduled a meeting there that he would never go to and was ending soon. He needed to get these documents started and sent to the coroner when he was brought the remains of a pig torso that was blown up in a massive Semtex bomb.

He argued with the man who simply said he wasn't sure of how secure his payment was and how serious Andrew was. The official wanted to know if this was a sting operation by Republican Internal Security to help improve corrupt Colonial governments. That was when the news in his office would report a massive car bomb went off seconds after the CEO of a major startup defense contractor, Andrew LaVelle of Ferral Defense Corporation was meeting with foreign officials.

Anti Missile defensive systems intercepted some of these missiles, the rest of the missiles crashed into the Red Skull armor formation. The Red Skull fighters responded to the enemy helicopters by riddling the helicopters with cannon and at the same time, firing missiles at the enemy tanks.

3. Greal said it was looking for help finding the President. I assumed he was a man from a previous dealing with Greal, and is the only thing i consider a slight godmod. However, the Malus only discovers the president, who it is supposed to protect, and takes no action for or against her.

I know the costs for this. Note, I am not taking into account the sorties, due to this being the ONLY sortie, and the fact that the logistics have already been paid for for the next 37 days worth of sorties.

Also, What is the situation on our delegates?

Assuming you managed to build a massive LST capable of transporting 100 tanks and their personnel (about 1200 people), you'd need 46,000 of those ships to transport 4.6 million tanks anywhere. (Note that real life tank transports have a weight limit of 500 tons and displaces about 5000 t. A tank transport capable of 6,000 tons, assuming your MBT weighs about 60 t, would displace 60,000 t, or about the size of a NS cruiser. Can you afford 46,000 cruisers?)

For 46 million people -- which, I assume, includes logistics and everything -- same problem. If you convert an ocean liner the size of the first Queen Elizabeth to a troopship, you'd need about 4600 of them. The QE was over 80,000 tons in displacement, about the size of a NS heavy cruiser. In addition, your 46 million people are not sufficient to crew your 4.6 million tanks properly either; each tank would require three crew, making 13.8 million people, plus six to ten more people just to make sure the tanks work properly, making another 36.8 million people; plus the cooks and medics to keep the tank crews working. I'd say 50 million or more just to keep the tanks running, plus over 1 million sailors to run those ships.

Four million helicopters obey the logistical rule, for a modern air force, of about 65 people required to get every plane in the air. So to be just about on par with any modern air force, you need an air force of 260 million people. Of course, if you want the helicopters to perform particularly well, a 100:1 ratio is ideal, so you may want as many as 400 million people.

I'm not sure how large your airships are, but if we're talking Graf Zeppelin style or larger, the human costs alone will be prohibitive, to say nothing of maintenance requirements.

In short, you're looking at something around 400 million people, 4.6 million tanks on a wartime footing, plus guns and the like; helicopters, airships, and ships. Just keeping all of those people paid and fed would bankrupt your nation, to say nothing of maintaining and paying for all of the equipment (I'm going to estimate the costs at $7-10 trillion per day out of port, although that's rough).

The 4 "Mercy" Class hospital ships set sail from Houko Naval base in Dynamic Revolution for Juster Port, Greal. They were escorted by 6 modified ex-Soviet 956 class destroyers. The had been upgraded with new radar, the Aegis system, they had their AK-630's replaced with the American CIWS system, and their sonars had been replaced with the Shark sonar system. Besides the destroyers the "Mercy" class hospital ships were escorted by 2 "Queen Elizabeth" class carriers armed with 40 SU-37 Flanker N's (Navalized version of the regular 37) each. Apart from the surface fleet there was a moderately sized wolf pack of submarines also escorting the precious Hospital ships. Expect arrival of fleet in 5 NS days


The Office for Foreign and Domestic Military Affairs:
The Flotilla being deployed by The Armed Republic of Dynamic Revolution is on a mission of mercy. Any units coming within 100 NM with out stating their purpose will be assumed to be on an attack run, and will be handled accordingly. These ships are not for the express use of Red Skull troopers, any military unit operating in the ToC (Theater of Conflict) has full access to the hospital ships. Attacking these vessels is an act of war on a neutral country and will be taken as such.

OOC: Being this is a planet no nuke can destroy it. It would take an antimatter charge the size of the planet to destroy the planet completely. To just blow it to pieces wouldn't involve so much, but the planet would still coalase back into a planet after a while, mirroring how the planet was formed.

As for a 40 gigaton nuke, while thermonuclear weapons are infinitely scalable, barring some sort of massive innovation on X-Ray mirrors anything even approaching 100 megatons is completely impractical in scale. The Tu-95 could carry up to 15 metric tonnes of bombs and missiles, and a 50-100 megaton device could barely be lifted by it. In fact they had to strip the thing of its armor plating and guns. Then they had to cut out a massive hole in its bomb bay because the device itself was large.

Not following the law of diminishing returns, a 40 gigaton nuke would be at least 400 times larger, on the scale of 6,000 megatonnes at least.

Now its not that hard to achieve destruction on the scale of such a device for very cheap compared to developing, lifting and deploying such a weapon. Probably a hundred 1-5 megaton devices overlapping in such a way.

A quick calculation comes up with this:

If the largest plane on the planet (correct me if i'm wrong), the AN-225, was theoretically able to use all its hold space to carry a nuclear weapon, the maximum conceiveable size is 1.3 Gigatons.

Second point to make: The Tsar Bomba was originally going to be 100 megatons, but radiation concerns led to the tamper being replaced, so cutting it down to 50 megatons.

Third point to make: It is possible to have a 40 gigaton nuke, but detonating it would require a large transport... like a modified super tanker, that would snap in half under the mass of the bomb. Or even a giant airship, or hundreds of minions dragging it along on greased logs while being whipped, but the fact of the matter is that:
a - The system used to carry the bomb would be destroyed in the blast
b - It would cost most of an average nation's GDP to create such a device, including research, logistics etc.
c - The radiation will kill most life on the planet, including YOU.
d - For any decent blast effect, the bomb would have to be in orbit. I assume you are using a ground burst, not an airburst, so the radiation will be even higher (the lingering one, that is), and the blast will be as effective as a 2 gigaton nuclear device in airburst.
e - It would be cheaper to use MIRV nuclear devices, which would be harder to shoot down, and would cause more damage (think of a shotgun).
f - What happens when your massive bomb is shot at by the enemy?
g - How is a nation as advanced as Greal not going to be able to observe the thing being deployed, or even made? Satellites are everywhere.
h - Aren't I having a good rant?

So, the answer is - THINK CHILDREN! RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO NOOKING YOUR NEXTDOOR NEIGHBOUR!

The two Mokan Divisions moved forward to catch up but when the first mines detonated commanders ordered the slow down of the advance. Where the enemy had made quick minefields were marked but it seemed it was mostly just throwing mines out in an unorganized manner... At the risk of losing equipment one General ordered his troops to keep the advance at top speed and those who got caught by mines would just sit and wait for the support troops to catch up and repair them....the first division caught up with 69% Strength.

Along with them 10 more Mokastana Divisions have boarded to travel to Greal. While this does take pressure off of us other nations such as Alfegos and Lyras are putting the heat back on.

Anti Missile defensive systems intercepted some of these missiles, the rest of the missiles crashed into the Red Skull armor formation. The Red Skull fighters responded to the enemy helicopters by riddling the helicopters with cannon and at the same time, firing missiles at the enemy tanks.

The Red Skull Lyran Wolfhound tanks and Nakil tanks "Charged" into the formation of enemy tanks, with infantry behind the tanks......

Several AA missile launchers began firing at the aircraft, and even some tanks fired at the helicopters. The bulk of the force, however, kept firing at the advancing Red Skull forces. Several helicopters fell, killing infantrymen. The Divine Tigers USUALLY just kept on going, but some were disabled.

And of course, the ships began sending more support. F-22s and F-35s began taking off of the decks of the aircraft carriers in the fleet, heading for a quick fly-by against the Red Skull, in which they would simply try to take down whatever hostile aircraft they spotted, and then fly away in a matter of minutes.

The sound of 75 caliber machine guns, tank cannons, and small arms fire was almost deafening. The HPACVs were firing massive amounts of ordinance at the Red Skull, while some of the machine gunners (the HPACV has over a dozen machine guns, mostly 50 caliber, but some are 75 caliber) focused on helicopters. The infantry were, of course, focusing on the Red Skull infantrymen, but a few were firing anti-vehicle rockets at enemy helicopters and tanks. Behind the lines, artillery cannons were being set up in forests with camo nets over them. As soon as one was set up, it would begin firing unto the coordinates given by their comrades.

Meanwhile, 2 S.T.F. Companies were beggining their infiltration into Sasha. Their plan was to find the man that they only knew as "Peter." As protocol orders, all S.T.F. Agents, except the leader (Heinrich Slaag) are clones. Clones of the worst psychopaths and serial killers the Grand World Order has ever known. Their main chant was "Murder, war, bloodshed", but many other grizzly chants or war songs were common, especially ones that were parodies of popular or traditional. They would be entering the city from the other side of the combat via sewers or other underground entryway.

Battle of the Outskirts of Sasha

Several fighters went down, the other fighters began riddling the enemy tanks with their cannons. Some of the Red Skull tanks were accidentally disabled by their own mines, so they halted, firing at the advancing enemy force. The artillery destroyed some of the Red Skull tanks.

Red Skull agents had covered the city in large numbers, more Red Skull anti-aircraft missilesbatteries were in port Juster then anywhere else in Greal combined. Wounded Red Skull infantry were waiting in large numbers at a ware house.....

30% of Greal is under Red Skull control, but the population is loyal to the Government, so the Red Skull has a lot of trouble recruiting new "rebels". Greal has foreign troops backing the government, no country has stepped forward to help the Red Skull.

The Red Skull fighters riddled the approaching Iron heart divisions with cannons and missiles, a Road block of 400 tanks was left in the way of the Mokans, if the Mokans wanted to get to Sasha, they wiould have to blast their way through the tanks......

"As you may well know the Bracelet that the Director wore was the highest quality equipment that we have in Intelligence transportation. It tranferred us information on how the files were burnt, and began to transfer location information to this village in Greal. From here it was shut off, from the signal sent out it seems more along the lines as it was removed, rather then the arm cut off or the death of the director. Due to this fact Jagaur Elites are being formed up by Admiral Franshaw to go to Greal and extract him. Satellite imagery of the town is available to all of you. Road to Sasha, 54th and 17 Ironheart Divisions

Ironheart SAMs continued to return fire to the skies and the apaches did what they could. Both Divisions were around 60% Strength, but they pushed on, one in front of the other. The second Division's main duty was holding the ground that the Mokans captured. While the crazy General lead the charge, but he was by no means an idiot. Once they approached the wall of tanks he ordered the Mortars to pound it to hell...

Road to Sasha

The tank crews thought the Mokans went mad, the moment the Mokans charged with their tanks and infantry, they fired a hail of fire into the group of charging Mokans. Remote control machine guns were also firing into the crowd of infantry and tanks. Red Skull infantry took out their M5 Anti-Tank weapons and fired at the enemy tanks.......

"Roger, uhhhh stand by for Admiral Grear."
The coxswain handed the radio over to the Admiral
"Admiral Grear here, we are going to begin docking procedures, but before we do we need a place to park our destroyers, and carriers. Not to mention we have some submarines that need to be refueled. We would like to dock one carrier and 3 destroyers, but the others will be anchored off shore. We're gonna be starting combat air patrols to keep the flotilla, and wounded safe. Also the submarines will be hunting in wolf packs. One last thing, we've opened the use of the ships up to anyone, so anyone with a white flag will be escorted to the pier where the ships are, then we will escort them on board. I think the Mercy, Peace and Refuge will be for Red Skull and their allies, Harmony for everyone else, for right now at least. Admiral Grear out."
With that the ships became a flurry of activity. Even if they got the word that the warships could not dock, the hospital ships were. Admiral Grear went to his stateroom to leave the docking to the Captain.

"Shake a leg you old salts, there are wounded dying on shore! Jimmy I swear if I hear that one wounded man died because you aren't running right now ill cut you with a scalpel. Move MOve MOVE!" Bellowed the Captain

Docking lines were thrown to people on the piers, and the enormous ships were slowly roped into place. Inside, medical teams began preparing trauma rooms, ER's, OR's, and Triage centers. Things were sterilized and re-sterilized, bandages were laid out, all the tools of modern medicine were laid out. Corp men began to dawn scrubs, as well as the nurses. By the time the outer hull doors opened ready for the flood of patients, the medical teams were also ready.

Doc Holiday looked at his team, they were ready. He had the best medical team on the ship, no, the world, and he was determined to show it. "Allright, bring 'em on."

What at first was chaos, began to fall into an orderly pattern. The make shift gurneys were either thrown overboard, to be replaced by trauma beds, or were sent back out to return with more patients. After many hours of this (I hope you don't mind me fast forwarding a little bit) it became obvious that "Mercy" was reaching her capacity of 1500. Admiral Grear ordered that marines from the two carriers be choppered in, as well as their medical staff, to help transport and care for the patients. "Mercy" (now full) stopped receiving patients. However "Peace" and "Refuge" opened their doors to admit patients. The loading onto these ships was far less chaotic and was going much faster.

Port Juster

It became apparent that more wounded were pouring from the battles in Sasha and other cities. Red Skull infantry were bringing more and more wounded along with more doctors, but half of these doctors were trained badly, but they did the best they could to patch up the wounds. Then Greal Government F-35s and F-22s flew over the city bombing everything in their path, SAM batteries began firing at the Greal Government fighters. Hundreds of these fighters approached the port and began firing missiles at the hospital ships and any other ship in the dock.....

Upon confirmation that unidentified aircraft were inbound the 2 "Queen Elizabeth" class carriers scrambled their SU-37 N's. The brave pilots were vastly out numbered, there were only 80 of them, but they took to the air despite the impossible odds. The destroyers in port took up defensive positions around the unarmed hospital ships. If their CIWS systems did not stop all the missiles, then they would use them selves as shields. The remaining destroyers headed full steam towards their comrades hoping to get there in time, a futile attempt by any measure.

On board the destroyer "Secure" the crap had hit the fan. Secure's Captain was named Hiles, however nobody called him that. He preferred his nickname Hill. Due for the most part to his quick thinking his Destroyer was one of the three guarding the Hospital ships.

"SOUND GENERAL QUARTERS!!!!!!! Activate the CIWS. Pull up AEGIS, and start selecting targets, be sure they're 22's or 35's and not one of our boys. GAWDAMMIT GET ME IN CONTACT WITH THE ADMIRAL, YESTERDAY!!!!!! Radio the hospies, tell them we got incoming, tell them to activate their automated counter measures. Don't activate ours, I'd rather have us take on then them! Once they get in range let'em have it. Who are the other destroyers?"

"Vigilance, and Guardian sir"

"Get them on the horn tell them not to activate their counter measures. Bill and Mack are good guys, they'll know the rest. Contact Naval Command, inform them of the situation, tell them they are attacking a bunch of wounded the bastards."

And with that the battle began.

The SU-37's broke into flights of 4 planes each, they all had the same assignment "Protect the Big WHITE ships with RED CROSSES painted on them, at all costs." With suicidal like devotion the SU-37's dived, swooped, climbed, and followed the intruders, firing their missiles, and cannons.

On board the Hospital ships all hell had broken lose. Hatches were sealed shut, even as operations on badly wounded patients were being carried out. Doctors cut the missile explosions and cannon fire out of their minds as they continued their mission of mercy.

On board DRWS Secure, Captain Hill was doing all he could to protect the ships.

"I want the CIWS's to protect the damn hospital ships!" bellowed Hill.

"but sir!!!!" protested a younger crew member.

"DID I GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO BITCH?!" controlling himself "Besides, God rewards acts of sacrifice....Hey what are you worried about? Today is a beautiful day to die..."

"Sir Gaurdian just took a anit-ship!" Screamed one of the helmsmen

"What!? Dammit" exclaimed Hill as he rushed to the porthole to take a look "Where?"

"Stern starboard side." explained the helmsmen

"Get Mack on the horn ask for a sit-rep as soo......"

Hill was cut off by the explosion of an anti-ship missile only twenty yards from the ship, the CIWS system had almost let it through.

Then Hill watched in horror as one of the anti-ship missiles made it through the criss-crossing 30mm shells and headed directly for Refuge. In slow motion Hill watched as the missile was hit by 30mm fire, cartwheeled, and finally slammed into the side of Refuge, detonating.
