OOC: i know ICl'y this isnt a trick, my officer is a proud man who does not like getting insulted.

OOC: the camp is not that big
IC: the PL troops while running ran into the sniper team, while not the brightest of men, they realised something was wrong, and opened fire on the sniper team

The sniper teamed called in the artillery strike and soon enough 12 205mm guns were raining fiery death into the retreating army. When they saw that they were getting closer to them they decided to pack up and run as well. When they began getting shot at they turned and fired a few rounds back but ultimenlty ran for the the cave they had decided was their hideout. Using shoot, run, shoot they began the 50 meter retreat to it.

The APCs and IFV took advantage of the situation and charged the camp, mowing down enemy troops and trying to get to the drugs.


"Generalissimo Yuri, The Trojan did not work!"

Thats never good news, he muttered to himself.

"Very well, Let the artillery continue for another 20 seconds then bring in the 10 apaches we had on standby. Notify Fergosian Command that wounded Confederates we are under attack by Penal Corps and we have responded. We are more then willing to give them satellite footage of the attack."

The Copy of the Satellite that was watching the whole show had been burned onto a DVD and stored in the Command Centers memory banks under Yuri's personal files.

There were 5 men left fighting in the tunnel. One of them was still thrashing about at the enemy, ripping into anything that moved. One of the more sane men saw the nuclear bomb. He saw the man typing in a code.

"Oh no you don't!"

As a bullet wacked into his back, he dived forwards and shoved the bomb away from the man, before calling out of the tunnel.

"I've found the bomb: get an engineer here NOW!!!"

The man with the flamethrower kept it pointed at Sanchez while the Lieutenant hit the detonator. Outside, there was a series of explosions, followed by a rumble as the tunnel caved in. After a minute, the shaking stopped.

"Seeing as we have a bit of time, lets hear about you."

There were 5 men left fighting in the tunnel. One of them was still thrashing about at the enemy, ripping into anything that moved. One of the more sane men saw the nuclear bomb. He saw the man typing in a code.

"Oh no you don't!"

and then he collapse from blood loss leaving the detonator in his hand waiting for the enter button to be hit.

"Actually we don't have time."

He got up and started walking out a back door down another small hallway with larger more professional blast doors and a ladder leading up to the surface.

"We have about 30 seconds to get to down this hallway and close another set of blast doors and get to the surface, in case the weak dirt in the tunnel gets blown out by the nuke."

As he had got up though he had pulled a small pistol out from a sleeve under the desk.

The gunfire continued as an engineer came towards the bomb. He was surrounded by 5 soldiers, acting as humans hields while firing off prolonged bursts into the tunnel.

The engineer ran over to the bomb.

"20 seconds! I need a prayer NOW!"

He took out a set of wire cutters and cables, and used a screwdriver to undo the bomb computer unit. He then went through the cables, as gunfire echoed around him. He was looking at the cables to try and find what to cut: get it right and he would shut the bomb down. Gte it wrong, and he would activate the failsafe.

Please someone incercept and detain for questioning regarding a PC attack on allies."

All the suicides Guards lay dead or to wounded to fight, the Fergosian unit managed that. However when it came to a nuclear device, would their luck run out. Two wires stood there as the timer went down from 13 seconds, to 12, 11....10...would he cut the right one, between a red wire and a blue wire....????

"Guys, this may be our last moment. Think your last thoughts everyone, so that we can joke about this later."

He chose the red wire, and snipped it with the wire cutters...

The wire cutters had barely sliced the cord as the timer hit 5....the next .05 seconds would decide the fate of half a million souls. Inside micropulses of electricity were flying across the wire giving it a constant reminder of what was going on.

Then it that fleeting moment, the wire was cut. severing the connections of electrons from continuing the message to the bomb. The timer stood thier mocking the troops surrounding the bomb....4.......and it stayed on 00:00:04, not counting down.

However, to think that this operation was finished would be suicide. For one thing, they had just disarmed a set of party poppers. Further investigation would reveal that the real bomb was under the external case. The keypad detonator was just a prop, along with the entire set on top of the real bomb. The actual bomb was located under it. It had no timer or any device to notify them of time of detonation, the only thing was that underneath the bomb a cable ran into a hole into the floor straight under it.

He unscrewed the case of the bomb, and found inside a few tiny explosive charges.

"What the..."

He ripped the device off the floor, revealing a sleek, more menacing package, with cables going into it from a hole in the floor.

"Right, this doesn't seem to have a timer, only a remote detonation cable. We still have the threat guys. I would reccomend that you get outta here now, or at least find someone who is an expert at this."

He looked for screws, and found them. Using a voltmeter, he looked carefully for a current runnig in the lid, or in the screws. He checked the joints. No booby-trap, it appeared. He unscrewed the lid of the device. From here on, he knew what to do: simply remove the explosives or remove the uranium so that it did not go critical.

Commander Sanchez climbed up the ladder and began undoing the hatch, the two Alfegos troops didn't seen to notice. He got it undone and climbed up into the small shack a few miles outside of the city. Reaching into his pocket he found a rather large metal key. Searching though the debris of the room he knew that the "lock" was around here somewhere....The explosion should of happened by now, he was 26 seconds late.

Also, the explosives have to go off perfectly if you want to reach critical mass, otherwise you just get a tiny dirty bomb that contaminates everything within about 100m with low levels of radiation.)

The engineer rubbed some dust into his sweaty palms, then reached inside. Somewhere, there was some uranium. If they were professionals, which didn't seem likely with the crude interior, he could bet they would have spent a bit more money in making it a fusion device. But, with it being underground, it seemed they only wanted the fallout effect.

He reached in amongst the wires and explosives, and began to search for the steel tubes of a uranium gun or the spherical charge of uranium in a compression bomb.

Yuri couldnt help but laughing right in front of the commanders face...It hurt so much he had to use a computer server to lean against until he could regain his composer, it wasn't really that funny, but he had been sipping vodka during the whole battle and was a little tipsy.

The engineer found it: amongst a bundle of cables and a timer board, a sphere about 50cm in diameter. It was covered in wires, with what he knew was uranium in the centre.

Very carefully, he took out a knife and clipped it to his voltmeter, removing any static electric form the handle. He did not want to set this off.
Gently, he slipped the knife through the explosive packaging into into the explosive itself. He now had to put in a lot of effort in cutting through the plasticene-like explosive that had been moulded into shape around this sphere perfectly. He kept on going till he felt it touch something very hard: the uranium.

Now, with the utmost care, he began to cut around the core, to remove the explosives in two halves, being carfeul not to dislodge any of the wires: he could see four wires going into many points in the explosives, one pair which were the prime detonators and the others which were there to set it off if someone cut the power source or the cables. All the time, he was wondering whether the detonator would be pushed at any moment...

"It is not crazy comrade as we speak my men have already taken 140,000 prisoners and executed them by firing squad, over 30% of your army have been deemed as sympathisers at the very least"

Behind him the Comm officer was sending out messages to all Confederate Division in the area to be on high alert, something is going to happen soon.

Sanchez ignored them as he raced up the ladder and pushed open the door to the small shack in the Mejico Desert.

"I may be off with the timer, let's just go and not risk it!"

He climed into the shack and looked around, on the desk stood the detonator pad. Ready for his key

The Lieutenant was getting very suspicious now. Suspicious enough to take the safety off his gun.

"Answer me or I will shoot you, useful or not."

The engineer slowly began to prise the two halves of the explosive jacket away from the central uranium core. Very slowly. Now it was about half removed: he knew even if the signal came along now, though it wouldn't go nuclear it would likely as not kill him. Best to hurry, while ebing as careful as possible.

The Lieutenant was getting very suspicious now. Suspicious enough to take the safety off his gun.

"8 minutes. For now, get whoever is still alive in the area to seal off all entrances to above ground in confed-controlled areas with whatever they can. The PrV-C12 will perform a supply drop within 5 minutes of gas cylinders."

The gas cylinders being referred to were 20l cylinders of 3-green band gas: a mix of 20% Chlorine, 40% Phosgene and 40% Chloropircin. Instead of killing the enemy within seconds like the Star gases did, this mixture made the enemy suffer 12 hours of vomiting, along with choking as their inflamed lungs filled with fluid as soon as they tried to exert themselves. And most conventional gas-masks were unable to stop phosgene for more than a few minutes. And the lot would linger for at least 20 minutes underground, in concentrations 50 times that of the lethal dose.

The penal-legion soldiers would be gassed like rats, and any that escaped would be shot mercislessly.

Normally Yuri and Canarias would try to avoid gassing a city, but against this enemy it was allowed. Not to mention the city was vacant anyways. Either evacuated by the military of either side or made it out on their own. With MIGs flying overhead with napalm and airsphips any surface units would be annilitated. Ground forces moved in and set up thier own ambushed sites against suspected areas with PL units in them.

SAnchez was pretty sure he lost the Alfegos soldiers, he continued to the village and soon enough was greeted by a few Mejican refugees and Idependent soldiers. Being a Mokan islander by birth, it wasn't hard to see he wasn't a Mejican soldier. Rather then showing he was Commander Sanchez he decided to say he was a defector who joined the independent cause and was carrying information from independent command that needed to be sent to Ritharian ASAP. However when he was informed of the cease fire he agreed to lay low waiting for the battles to end.

comrade Prelate Jasaras was from the Sargas Tribe, and they are given more leeway in the Conclave due to a special agreement, while he set it up and run it, he gave all the credit to the regular military, and that gave him many powerful supporters, it was politics comrade, the Conclave is helpless to this matter, they had invested heavily in the PL with it comprising 56% of the military, right now they are probably fighting on how to raise more troops to maintain the balance, Jasaris played his hand well, the conclave is in chaos now they cannot do anything to help

We are well within range of Mejico City for LY589 strike, and should be currently within range of enemy fleet elements. Should their fleet alter course or increase speed, we will lose firing solution within the day.

Each Longsword-class vessel can fire a little over 10,000 cruise missiles at either naval or ground targets within five minutes, let alone a day. Should you wish to use them, there are five Longswords in-theatre.

For the suppression of the enemy within Mejico City, I strongly suggest using massed LY589 attack in several waves. Firstly armed with anti-radiation warheads, allowing each missile to destroy multiple radar sites. 500 missiles would put 15000 anti-radar weapons into the air, which is about 100 times the number of defending radar systems. We doubt any system in existence could prevent 100 warheads from getting a single impact. That many warheads should all but guarantee mission-kill on each and every hostile target.

Ensuing waves can be used at your discretion, and we suggest thermobaric or cluster systems for maximum anti-personnel effect.

Should you require airbourne insertion of Lyran heavy units, inform us.

Unlike some, we consider the defence of the weak (read, civilians) to be a matter of honour. You need not fear mass noncombatant casualties from a Lyran deployment.

IC: Praetor Jasaras, had managed to escape in the confusion, with his loyal troops, and was now heading for a third neutral country, he reminiced about planting the Nukes around Mokastana, first around panama, when they had been waiting for the scandanvians, then over to Costa Rica and shortly after that over to cancun, where they had dropped off several MOB discretely and from there around mejico city where he planted 3 nukes around the confedarate camps, it was perfect, the fegosian union would declare war on Rogue Protoss, and the conclave would be destroyed!

While the Confederates thought the sarin was out of the country, some of it was still there: about 100kg in small cylinders yet to be disposed of. Definately enough to be disposed of here. In a city were civilians were non-existant after being evacuated or just running away, they would not be commiting too many atrocities, especially against the PL soldiers.
And they needed to get rid of it before Shazbotdom inspectors found out about the gas, as well as noble nations such as Lyras.

The cylinders lay buried under the rubble, angled so that the wind would bring it over the PL lines. Each white-star marked cylinder had a small black unit attached to the nozzle, ready to be activated as soon as the appropriate radio singal reached them, with a small RDX charge waiting to blow the valve on the cylinders and release a deadly cloud of sarin.

Above the retreating lines flight teams totaling 50 apaches flew over head spraying Penal units with their 30mm cannons and launching rocket pods into tighter groups of enemy units. Three hovered over machine gun nest that were soon to be overrun and begin clearing the kill zone allowing them enough time to get away.

All over Mejico Apaches were flying around cleaning up the battlefield. Acting as a mobile kill zone they began clearing massive amounts in short time.

In Panama a few divisions had been left and now were evacuating the surrounding areas and after an investigation of the old Penal Corps base soon found the nuclear device and begin working on disarming it.

The others soon had units on the scene and major evacuations were started while apaches refitted with radiation detector systems begin flying over the desert and looking for any more nuclear devices.

Canarias nearly died when he read this message and quickly contacted Yuri with the news. Yuri was not happy with yet another nuclear threat....

"I am aware of this now, how long have you known about this threat, two, three weeks?"

In Cacun, in the theatre command base, hundreds of people ran around as things were organised. They had just seen 12 airships come in across the peninsula, all of them I-class Aero-patrolcraft, each with a battery of cameras and sensors to help locate these bombs as they scoured the peninsula.

The bomb identified in Cacun was now being surrounded by an engineer company, who were taking no chances in trying to dispose of this: they had some bomb-experts on hand to take it apart professionally. Behind the cordon, the single man yelled at those trying to fit him into a mine-clearance suit: he knew he wouldn't need it.

Sanchez watched as the men scattered and panicked when the report of nukes in the area were armed by the Penal Corps. He smiled quietly to himself, apparently he wasn't the only one in this war trying to bring chaos to the region.

General Zamper on the other hand, being the lone commander left alive for the entire independent army, decided that his units were going to help hunt for the nukes and kill Penal troops. Their could not be a free Mejico if there was no Mejico, besides, the war was practically over anyways, Indonesia was out, Ritharian hasnt been heard from, and the Fegosian Troops were active as hell, along with confederates...not to mention the GWO's quieter but still active role in the war.

The GWO base, which was now a series of actual concrete-walled facilities to be given to the Mokans once the war was over, recieved the coordinates of the Rogue Protoss Penal Corps after a power outage. The long-range artillery cannons took aim at the fleeing forces, while bombers ranging from B-52s to B-1s and B-2s took flight, along with F-35 and F-22 escorts. Several of those shells targeting the mass of PL troops were filled with Hydrogen Cyanide. The artillery operators made sure not to aim the shells to close to Allied forces, and a message was sent to the other Allies.

The first of several hundred missiles cleared the Longsword and Dreadful Bride's decks, and angled south and south-west, towards their targets.

Each anti-personnel weapon was programmed to release bomblets in a certain pattern, at a certain time, determined by Cromwell, to ensure that the entirety of the target area was hit by anti-personnel submunitions simultaneously. In high command, a map had been made of the reported PL legion movements, so they had an idea of where the commander could be. However, some of the images from the UAVs and satellite had shown rather disturbing things.

The Conclave deployed their Praetorial Guard (judicator caste, internal security, think KGB/SS with naval and aerial capacity, minus killing minorities) to aid the Fegosian Union with the nuclear weapons, of which their was no record,

At a spot only a few blocks wide, the enemy was attempting to swarm over the Alfegans. The bodies had fallen so many, that they were hindering the men charging over. But still the enemy came, to be gunned down within metres of the lines. It was evident that the amount of enemy would soon overwhelm the machinegun nests, having cleared the minefields in their suicide charges. The men were still giving reduced fire as they suited up in chemical warfare suits, set traps to help them get away, and got ready to run back to the second defensive line.

The second line of armour was ordered to prepare and fortify themselves, ready if the enemy got over the line before the contingency plan had been put into order...

Regardless of the explosions only a street or two away, 20 LS-V trucks along with a company of gas-masked engineers had set up the contingency plan behind the armour who were already suiting up: cylinders of very lethal white-star gas. While the Confederates thought the sarin was out of the country, some of it was still there: about 100kg in small cylinders yet to be disposed of. Definately enough to be disposed of here. In a city were civilians were non-existant after being evacuated or just running away, they would not be commiting too many atrocities, especially against the PL soldiers.
And they needed to get rid of it before Shazbotdom inspectors found out about the gas, as well as noble nations such as Lyras.

The cylinders lay buried under the rubble, angled so that the wind would bring it over the PL lines. Each white-star marked cylinder had a small black unit attached to the nozzle, ready to be activated as soon as the appropriate radio singal reached them, with a small RDX charge waiting to blow the valve on the cylinders and release a deadly cloud of sarin.

Alfegos Units this is Apache team alpha, we see you are in need of help, where you want us to lay fire over?"

Above the retreating lines flight teams totaling 50 apaches flew over head spraying Penal units with their 30mm cannons and launching rocket pods into tighter groups of enemy units. Three hovered over machine gun nest that were soon to be overrun and begin clearing the kill zone allowing them enough time to get away.

All over Mejico Apaches were flying around cleaning up the battlefield. Acting as a mobile kill zone they began clearing massive amounts in short time.

The GWO base, which was now a series of actual concrete-walled facilities to be given to the Mokans once the war was over, recieved the coordinates of the Rogue Protoss Penal Corps after a power outage. The long-range artillery cannons took aim at the fleeing forces, while bombers ranging from B-52s to B-1s and B-2s took flight, along with F-35 and F-22 escorts. Several of those shells targeting the mass of PL troops were filled with Hydrogen Cyanide. The artillery operators made sure not to aim the shells to close to Allied forces, and a message was sent to the other Allies.

The AAS Star, floating ominously above the flattened city, began to plot targets using its powerful onboard mainframe computer. Within seconds, the target zones and missiles had been selected for the task.

The side of the missile bay burst off as a cell of 8 Longbow IV missiles streaked across the sky towards the PL movements, bursting above the targets at a computer-controlled altitude of 120m to allow for a spread of the 400 bomblets each carried amongst the enemy while cuasing minimal damage to friendlies. Some could liken it to a hail of hand grenades on the PL soldiers, explosions starting as soon as the bomblets hit the ground.

Meanwhile, the enemy structure had been locked onto: a single Sledgehammer cruise missile shot out of another bay cell propelled forwards by its solid booster, before the turbofan kicked in, casuing it to streak towards the building the enemy had holed up in. The 100kg warhead would soon deal with the building.

Thus ends the Indonesian involvement in the Mokastana Civil War.

Generalissimo Yuri was watching over the monitors and watching the Penal Legions quickly become slaughtered by gas, fire, missile strikes, machine gun fire, artillery, more gas, land mines, more fire, and of course, small arms.

Most of his boys were out of the battle, except for the Apache teams that were assisting the FU forces. Soon enough they would cease to exist and the RP could see the effects of their negligence. The soon to be quarantined area of the Mejico City ruins would attest to that. He took another sip of Vodka and turned to see the command center door open.

"Welcome Canarias, did you want to personally arrest me or just try and beat the shit out of me?"

After the artillery barrage and bombing runs ended, the GWO HQ dispatched 8,000 of it's combat personnel, mainly Army personnel (But including Marines forming the front troops), into the area where the PL were making a last stand. Once again, troops were climbing onto vehicles ranging from tanks to HUMVEEs and Strykers. A few C-130s, as well as AC-130s,took off laden with Marine Paratroopers. As for the chemical protection, most of the gas would probably be diluted by the time they arrived, and their GIPUs (Government Issue Protective Undersuits) would protect against anything else.

After another few hours the Helicopter made it to Cancun and refueled. And after another few hours they were landing in the Central Command 50 miles east of Mejico City.

The Jaguars did as they were told and Canarias and Yuri were stripped of their guns and gear and left together in a cell. The men who had simply stood back and watched were partial to Yuri's side. However they weren't going to cross Nicolas now. Especially since he was technically the highest ranking officer in the Mokan Army. From there him and his Jaguar escort, 6 with him, two gaurding the cell, went to the communications room and Nicolas went online and stated:

"This is Generalissimo Major Nicolas Villa, I am assuming command as of now. Generalissimo Yuri and Generalissimo Canarias have decided that wish to be locked in a cell together and fight out there differences. Therefore I am in command. That is all"

From there he walked back to the main room where General Zamper of the Idependent army had sat and watched the whole thing.

The Presidential flight continued onwards towards Cancun for refueling and then return to Mokan Island. The capital is like any major city, Combine New York's business and skyscrapers with Detriot's industry then Multiply it a few times and thats what the city is like.

Commander Tarasov shut the comm off. There was nothing else to be said. With a sudden anxiousness he turned and ordered a update. Major Savornov:Sir, the landing of the 1st Legion is currently 80% complete and will be finished by dusk, the 14th Mobile Infantry Legion is currently in route and should be here within 18 hours. They are under the escort of the Carrier fleet Dark Tempest.

Task Force Epsilon still plied the waters of the Caribbean. Mokan fleet units were being kind enough to relay the frantic attempts to prevent further bloodshed.

INVESTIGATION RESULTS
With the investigation comming to a close, the investigators from the Shazbotdom Marine Corps have come to the conclusion that the supposed attacks upon the Independant fores are profound and otherwise hard to confirm nor deny. The investigation took longer than the Shazbotdom Marine Corps had expected, but the prelminary findings are listed below.

NAPALM INVESTIGATION
When the Shazbotdom Marine's designated to investigate the use of Napalm on civilian targets on the piers and docks where aide workers were helping those who were injured by stray weapons fire and the use of large munitions, they saw sights that otherwise they should not have seen. There was evidence that the Mokastanian Confederates had attempted to clean up the scene, but they didn't do that good of a job. In several area's and just under the water near the piers, body parts were found and markings on these bodies and the cloths indicated that they were relief aid workers. Other spungy remains found were unidentifyable but they were picked up by Shazbotdom Pelican's and brought to the carrier group assigned to the investigation, where they were found to be human remains that were burned to near non-existance as well as due to advanced decaying from the mutilation of the fire.

It is unknown as to how many innocent civilians lost their lives in these unwarranted napalm attacks, but the Shazbotdom Marine SCS Trooper in charge of the operation, only known as John 212, stated that it could be up near the dozens, if not hundreds of thousands. He has gone on record as saying, "The Confederates did a good job cleaning up, but scanning equipment and other advancments have found enough evidence to prove that this incident did happen."

FAMILY MASSACURE
When the Shazbotdom Marine's designated to investigate the mass murder of a family along a jungle road, no evidence could be found to back up this claim.

The Shazbotdom Marine SCS Trooper who was in charge of this section of the operation, only known as Jim 194, stated that even though there is no evidence of it happening, it doesn't mean that it didn't. He also went on record as stating, "If this incident did happen, then we could do something about it, but as of this point in time, there is no hard physical evidence of this event happening that can be found."

GASSING CAMPAIGN
When the two Shazbotdom Marine teams met up at the sight of the gassing campaign that the Alfego's military has conducted south of Cancun, the SCS Marines were the only ones who entered this area, with fear that gas was still in the air. They conducted a Level 1 Investigation into this and found some rather interesting evidence. Gas levels were found in some area's as low as 2 Parts Per Million, and in some area's as high as 15 Parts Per Million. The hard evidence of this can prove that the Alfego's military has indeed conducted illegal gassing operations against military targets.

John 212, who took charge of the combined operation, has stated that there is impecable evidence that these gassing runs did happen. He has gone on record as saying, "With the evidence gathered in the Gassing investigation, we have found that the Nation of Alfego's is in volation of many human rights laws for the use of Gas in area's were it could drift and injure Civilians."

OVERALL CONCLUSION
The Shazbotdom Marine Corps team will make their suggestions to the Generals, Ministers and the Supreme Emperor as to what they believe should happen about the incidents that they have investigated. Final release from the Shazbotdom Empire will be made soon.

It is with this investigation that we suggest that the international community do a more thorough investigation of the situation at hand. A full investigation team of international operatives should run a full investigation of these findings and take approperate action against those who are involved in the actions that have been investigated here.

The sun was shining on the welcoming committee that was waiting on the Zahran Royal Airport. Behind them, the large, white building that was Terminal 1 glittered in the sun.

Count Maximilian Bahnhofen wiped the sweat from his brow with a handkerchief and looked at the soldier standing at his side. The man showed no emotion as all. When will they arrive?, he thought as he looked to his other side, where another emotionless soldier was standing. Both men were dressed in their ceremonial uniforms. Their berets was red as blood and the uniforms were black as ink. On their left arm they carried the skull and cross-bones that identified them as storm legionaries.

Behind him he could hear the clicking sound when a press photographer took a photo of the terminal, in lack of better occupation. He wondered what the foreigners would look like. You didn't see many foreigners in Zaheran. Not many people found their way to the giant island, but that had begun to change in the last decade. A fact which could be seen in that his country now was hosting a peace conferance, for the first time ever. And he was the man who would greet the foreign delegates. His mouth was dry as tinder and his heart beat fast. Damn, he thought, this is going to be front page news. Better hope I don't fuch this up. Once again he looked at the sky and wondered when the foreigners would show up.

Well. My Marines didn't know about that as they were in other area's when that became public knoledge, thus the reason why the nuke incident was left out of the report.

And I would join in the peace talks, but as of right now I don't know what is going on with ESR or anything. I'm waiting for him to respond to my OOC message.

My last peace talk Nicolas Villa sat in the back of the plane as it landed at the airport somewhere in Zaheran. The Mokan army had came here a long time ago, back in the age where Mokastana thought it to be one of the saviors of the world, before the Fegosian alliance and all that, back when Mokastana just happened to be in the same wars as their old allies. Was this one a win or lose, it was hard to remember, that was what, three four governments ago. No doubt Montana Inc had gotten in on the action as well. Maybe I'll ask about the cocaine problem here, just to see if they still have a hold. That was another reason it was time to retire, half the government was in some way or another involved in Montana Inc. who just happened to produce drugs for the world over, it was a stain on Mokastana, but one that he could not clean up.

Lev Sergeievich Khrushchev impatiently got up from his seat and walked to the door before the Lear Jet even came to a stop, his 3 personal assistants struggled to keep their footing as they attempted to follow him.
At 67 Lev had a head of white hair that was just starting to recede, a large beard that fell a few inches below his chin and covered up most if not all of his winkles. Perhaps it was experience of lessons learned or just irritation at his increasing age but Lev seemed to be in a hurry to get his job done and seldom tolerated anyone who held him up. Despite the complaints coming from his knees that had started becoming arthritic the previous winter, he descended the stairs to the run way and walked confidently towards the three men who he assumed were there to greet him. Looking to the left he seen a group of overly stiff soldiers and a man in a grey suit which he assumed was his Moka counterpart.
Lev noticed the press clicking away and giving a low grumble he tried not to glare. As he approached the Zaheran man. Holding out his hand to the only one of the Zaheran people that weren't dressed in black he stated "So your Bahnhofen then."

Maximilian bowed. "That is correct". He shook the Nosovians hand. "An honour to meet you, sir. Welcome to Zaheran".
Then he turned to the Mokan president and bowed again. "Welcome, mr president. I hope the journey was pleasant".
He could hear more clicks as the photograph took more photos. "Your transport should arrive in any moment", he said while curiously studying the foreigners. The Mokan looked slightly uncomfortable in his grey suit. Maximilian guessed that the man had been a soldier. He looked like the kind of guy thaty belonged in uniform. The aged Nosovian delegate, on the other hand, looked like a experienced diplomat. The long beard made him the subject of some quiet giggles among the photographs. Long beards hadn't been in fashion for a long time, and people having them were seen as eccentric fogeys.

The limousines finally arrived and Maximilian breathed out. Everything had gone as planned. He gestured to the cars. "Your transport is here, gentlemen. His Majesty is waiting".

It had been ages since Nicolas was of age to fight, he had started his career as a revolutionary after all, but he had learned long ago he was best at rallying the troops and allowing his silver tongue to do the work for him. He knew how to fight, but given his ability he had been promoted to be the first foreign adviser of Mokastana, what, three four years ago now? Yet, despite being a politician he had survived many coups relying on his military training. Leading to a minor flashback to when he led parliament to capture the presidential palace. Not politically but with guns and without backup. Too many people died, like the rest of Mokan history of peace war and revolution. Just another reason he was retiring after this peace conference.

"Where is this conference being held?"

"In the Imperial Palace". Maximilian held up the car door for the Mokan president. "His Majesty himself is hosting the meeting". He looked at the numerous security guards the man had taken with him. "Separate transport for your men, sir? Seems like we cannot fit in more than three of them in this vehicle, unfortunately enough".
He turned to one of the legionaries. "Sergeant, could you get us a transport for the Mokans, please. We had quite a few more than we thought turn up".
The man saluted and walked away, yelling to his men. A few moments later they returned with another limousine, held in reserve in case more people than expected turned up. Maximilian turned back to the Mokan president, smiling nervously. "There, sir. Are you ready to leave?"

"Yes, my apologizes, but no one wants to lose me, especailly on my last tour of diplomacy. The reason for the large security is because we have lost a VIP before during a visit to an ally. Civil war broke out and his body was recovered while his security was not. It caused a lot of problems in both Mokastana and our ally that could of been avoided."

"I completely understand, mr president", Maximilian said with a calming smile. "Don't worry, we have lots of security forces on the streets. You will be perfectly safe".

Update on the Rebuilding of Mokastana

Construction on New Mejico City is coming along fine, the old Mejico City is both quarantined and off limits due to potential booby traps and or other threats. Roads are being constructed rather fast as well as many railroads are being replaced with Maglev systems. Most of the aide is going to help to rebuild farms and villages that were destroyed by fighting in the north. Overall most of the local industry stayed intact despite massive missile bombardment by allied forces. Generalissimo Yuri, as Generalissimo of Engineering, is in charge of the reconstruction of Mejico. He stated for MNN news that recontruction is ahead of schedule, railroads are repaired, allowing for faster supplies to New Mejico City, which is the main project in the region. In other areas soldiers are going to local farms and getting ideas on damage to food and waterways for under privilaged farmers.

Given the fact that Mejico farms produce 40% of the food consumed by Mokastana the fact that many farms have been destroyed by war it means a potential future famine for Mokastana.

Governemnt officals request help from allies and other nations around the world for help in case of a famine throughout Mokastana..

Before stepping into his own car he turned to Maximilian"Are we to meet the Emperor first or will we simply start negations?"

"His Majesty will welcome you and grant you a short audience if you so wish, then the negotiations will start", Maximuilian replied. "Are you ready to leave, sir?"

"Yes" Then ducking into the car one of his PA's shut the door behind him.

As he waited to arrive at the Palace Lev reviewed the latest report. Mokastana was appartently under threat of a famine. "damn" When His Personal Assistent Sophie asked what it was he shortly relied "The Moka's are going to try and take us for everything we've got."

The cars started and leaved the airport. As they raced down the motorway into the suburbs the passengers could see police barricades and armed officers patrolling the streets they were driving on. The security for the meeting was rigorous. No one wanted a lunatic or terrorist to attack the foreign delegates.

At last, after half an hour, the silver dome of the Imperial Palace came into sight. Soldiers opened the gates to the palace area and the drivers parked the cars. Black-clad servants opened the doors for the foreign guests.

The Mokan President walked proudly into the palace ready for negotiations. His latest report showed that much of the Mejico farms were damaged. Damaged, they always use words that make the problems seem so much smaller. Not only would that mean less food for the next few seasons, but thousands of families are now without there only source of income. He hadnt even gotten the figures yet but he knew that this negotiation would affect a large portion of how hard that hit. Indonesia paid for the damages in central america, and Rithian is going to pay for the damage it caused as well.

As for ground in this negotiation, he could either play the give us the money to feed mejico or the you tore our nation apart card. Only the peace talks will decide that.

Studiously ignoring the Moka President Lev walked into the Palace. "Hmm Seems to be slightly larger than the Nosovian Imperial Palace." he casually remarked to himself.

A servant led the two delegates through the magnificent halls of the Imperial Palace. The bronze doors of the throne room opened and the guests could see the giant throne room, illuminated by thousands of candelabras and chandeliers. It was dominated by a throne on the farther end of the room. It was made of black obsidian and had ornaments in silver. On it sat the sovereign ruler of Zaheran, Emperor Dieter Antonius I. A silver mask covered the left half of his face, hiding the terrible scars he had got as a young soldier when his unit had been bombed with napalm. A silver crown rested on his grey hair. As the herald shouted out the arriving delegates names, he rised from the throne. "Welcome, Nicolas Villa of Mokastana. Welcome Lev Sergeievich Khrushchev of Nosovia. This night, we hope to end the conflict in Mokastana and bring peace to the region".

Bowing low Lev replied " You honer the Empire of Nosovia for helping us resolve this issue in the interest of peace." Then bowing again he waited to see what kind of manners the Moka would have for a monarch.

The mask was no doubt a clever ploy to hide scars or something else, but that did not make much a difference. Nicolas had seen enough damage caused by war, so he wanted to make this quick. As for bowing, it was Nicolas' only pet peeve, he refused to bow to any man, needless to say this is why he never provoked relations with asain cultures, but instead shook the man's hand,

As they approached the conference room Lev felt confident. He had been looking at all the angles and saw no way that Mokastana could peacefully take advantage of Nosovia. Even so he didn't trust the man sat at the far end of the room once they arrived.
