Rules:
1) I only sell to people that can do basic addition, and know a thing or two about percents. How do I know you have those skills? By doing your own math, of course! If not, I'll charge you for accountants, coffee for the accountants, and foot massages for the accountants dogs. That'll come up to 5%. Second failure, and you'll get Black Listed.
2) We have an extensive, top secret research institute that will make modifications as you wish. Okay, not really, but just ask for a modification, and if it's possible, I'll do it.
3) This is an arms store, not a bank. Okay, that's a bit of a fib. If you need a payment plan, we can accommodate. But be reasonable.
4) A DPR is generally 10,000 times the single unit price for most large items, and 1,000,000 times the unit price for small arms, bayonets, portable AT and AA weapons. Discounts apply, and I reserve the right to refuse DPRs to anyone. A DPR only gives you the right to produce them for domestic use. Please ask before selling or attempting a knock off.
5) If you simply want to produce a set number domestically, that's fine, just ask (even though it hurts the factory workers feelings). I reserve the right to limit certain systems, or even to refuse this outright, although it's unlikely that I'd do that.
6) Getting Black Listed doesn't mean you cant buy things. They will just be astronomically expensive.
New! 7) On some items, you can only buy a Direct Manufacturer Order License, which ICly means that you just order directly from the manufacturer, with out clearing it with the government. OOCly it just means you have a DPR, but you have to RP them as being made in Yanitaria.
If you only have an idea of what you want, just ask and I can suggest items. All designs are draft room approved.
Discounts:
5% off to Democratic Socialist nations, or nations with an embassy in Yanitaria that appear in green.
10% off to allies or favoured nations
15% off to extremely close allies
5% off orders greater than $100,000,000,000 NSD.

Arctic Squad Level Transport, Model 31, "Rev" (Norwegian: Fox)
Yanitaria is known for it's harsh winters, often having 3 feet of snow during most of December. And with the recent acquisition of Okhotsk Island earlier this year, there was a need for a line or Arctic Capable vehicles that would serve during times of war and peace.
The first one to be developed was the ASLT-31. Based heavily on the RG-31, engineers replaced the back tires with treads (ooc: yes, it can be done. There are treads commercially available that you can attach to trucks and such), and developed skis for the front wheels.
The tires can be detached, and the front axle turned off (for lack of a better phrase) via a locking switch under the hood. The new skis, which fit conveniently on the roof, protected by sloped shields, can then be attached where the tires were. This allows the ASLT-31 to fly over the snow as it completes it's mission.
The truck is heavily insulated, both to conserve heat, and to lower it's heat signature. A layer of ceramics dissipate heat, while the outer layer of armour protects against 7.8mm AP rounds. The vehicle is equipped with a climate control system, but just in case troops do not wish to risk turning on the heater, all surfaces are covered in either leather or cloth. The exhaust pipe is shaped like a fan, and will disperse hot air over a wider area, lowering the vehicle's heat signature.
The vehicle is equipped with the advanced M307 Objective Crew Served Weapon, a 25mm Airbursting Weapons System, although it can be replaced by the 12.7mm, uncomputerized General Dynamics M312. It also has 2 Superdense Smoke Canister packs. When launched, the canisters disperse smoke, veiling the movements and heat signature of the vehicle. The superdense smoke also prevents the use of lasers, enabling troops to advance in the face of laser guided weapons, or shield itself from laser guided bombs. Each pack contains 3 canisters, enough to shield 4 vehicles driving a normal distance apart from each other. The trajectory of the canisters can be adjusted, so that all three land where they are needed.
Newer versions are equipped with the HMGY-147 or MGY-12.
The windows are bullet resistant, and can take up to a 8x51mm AP round. The passenger windows and the rear hatch window have been reduced to narrow(6cm) slits. The driver's window can be covered with a steel slat grating. The vehicle hasa high suspension, and a "v" shaped monocoque hull, to make it extremely mine resistant. It also utilizes a self-sealing fuel tank.
The entire vehicle is water tight, and uses a water jet to propel itself in water using a water jet, up to Sea State 2. When using skis, the vehicle has a bit of trouble on very rocky shores, but does fine on mud, grass, or snow.
There are two doors on the driver's and front passenger's seat, a rear hatch (like the original RG-31), and the gunner's turret can be

Arctic Squad Level Transport,Model 31, Armoured, "Titanrev"
Almost exactly like the ASLT-31, the ASLT-31A is the up armoured version. It has an added layer of 10mm titanium, an extra 10mm of steel and three layers of kevlar.
Unfortunately, the vehicle is a bit too heavy to be amphibious, so the water jet was taken out to conserve weight.
The engine is also had to be switched out for a more powerful one, and the skis widened.

Automatic-Assault Class, Yanitaria, Model 112, Year 2003
Using the AKM design, Yanitarian Arms, the socially owned arms manufacturing company of Yanitaria wanted to make a modern service rifle. They redesigned the rifle to with a polymer exterior, redesigned the barrel and breach to turn it into a bullpup for length, and chambered it for the 6.5x39 Grendel intermediate cartridge. The breach was made ambidextrous, using a removable cover, magazine release, and saftey like the Steyr AUG. The charging handle uses a similar design to the AUG
Rifle design is modular, but only has a Carbine (AY-112B) variant. Switching is easy, and only takes seconds.
Recent models have now been chambered for the 7.25x42mm IZIMIL

Automatic-Assault Class, Yanitaria, Model 142, Year 2008
AY-142 Improved Service Rifle
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/AY-142.png
Working with the reliable AY-112, Yanitarian engineers sought to do what they did with the AKM, improve the design by including modern improvements.
In this case, there was a lot of modern and non-modern things that could be done. First of all, they implemented a gas driven, balanced action. This eliminated all the recoil after the bullet leaves the barrel.
The iron sights have been supplemented with tritium inserts, for easier sighting in the dark, and the barrel's tip was threaded. A silencer was designed, but must be ordered separately. The AY-142 is standardly equipped with an enhanced muzzle break and flash guard. This allows for a smooth burst, with almost no recoil. It can be removed, and replaced by the silencer. The silencer is so well designed, that the slap of the charging handle often seems monstrously loud (which it isn't). However, the silencer is a bit unwieldy, and so the end of the rifle can be fitted with most third party silencers.
The barrel is lined with chrome, and the steel hammer has been replaced by a titanium one. Most of the steel receiver was rebuilt with aluminum and titanium. The trigger group was totally redesigned. Whereas the AY-112 used a selector, the AY-142 features a presure sensitive system.
A pull of about 2kg will fire one shot, while a 4kg pull with fire a two round burst. If the trigger is held for a little longer, the weapon will fire full auto. The time is said to feel exactly right, and veterans from the Yanitarian Army, Marines, and Navy all praise the system, although most have noted that they have never, or rarely used a rifle on full auto for more than a few seconds in the field. They also praised the smooth trigger pull, which is largely attributed to new techniques in machining.
The safety has been replaced by a button, that can be pressed by the thumb or with the part of the palm below the forefinger.
The receiver has also benefited from the new techniques in machining, and fit ultra tightly. However, the amount of moving parts has been reduced to the bare minimum, making field stripping relatively easy when compared to similar systems.
The clips have been redesigned, and is now semi-transparent to allow a quick check of the number of rounds left. The part that does not enter the receiver now has raised squares, much like the Steyr AUG. It also features an integrated clipping system so that up to two different 30 round or 20 round clips can be attached to each other for fast reloading.
The butt now has two holes, much like the Dragunov SVD, to save on weight.
Compared to the AKM, AN-91, AY-112 and AEK-971 in full auto, the AKM was able to get 1 round on the target, the AN-91 got 2, the AY-112 got 8, and the AEK-971 had 17 rounds hit on target. The AY-142 outpreformed them all, with 25 rounds out of thirty hitting the target.
Then entire test was done on a 1m in diameter target at 400m.

Amphibious Transport; Model 200 "Mouette" (French: Seagull)
Developed by The United Socialist States of Yanitaria, the AT-200 is largely a copy of the Beriev Be-200, using the Yanitarian FF-42 jet engine.
Originally commission by the Yanitarian Marine Corps for transporting Spec Op Forces. The requirements originally were for something that could second as a CAS plane in extreme circumstances, but bureau deadlines prevented this.
The major changes were few, aside from engine performance. The doors to the plane was enlarged to 20 feet, and open downward. Strapped to each door is an aluminum telescoping frame that can launch 2 Combat Rubber Raiding Crafts.
On top of the plane, a hatch was added, were a member of the crew will stand guard with a MANPADS when the plane has landed.
The cargo hold has been gutted, for weight.
Under the plane, there are two small doors, which open, revealing a torpedo rack with two torpedoes tucked under the extra gas tank. The plane is capable of launching the torpedoes form the surface of the water. A bit aft is a small door that contains a hydrophone and active sonar array.
The plane is equipped with ECM, flares, and chaff. All avionics have been replaced by newly developed systems, and the cockpit has been updated with the best equipment possible.
The plane can land on both land and sea. Parachute insertion is possible from the rear passenger door, and there are 3 sets of emergency exits.

For a number of reasons, we cannot sell you a Nietzsche Class.
First of all, it would take around 120 years for you to pay off the ship, which will also probably make up the bulk of your navy.
Second, maintaining the two ships will take up half of your military budget.
Third, Super Dreadnoughts are not the way to go. They are expensive and big targets used as national penis enlargers. However, a fleet of destroyers would be infinitely more effective.

Shotgun, Yanitaria, Model 08, Year 2007
ShY-08
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/ShY-08Final.png
After the design of the reliable and accurate AY-142, Yanitarian Engineers designed and built the ShY-08 to compliment it.
It is gas operated, with a long stroke piston with a rotary locking bolt for reliability, and like the Saiga Shotguns, it is almost entirely based off of the previous assault rifle, in this case, the AY-142. Like the Saiga, the bore and action are chromed to provide better corrosion resistance.
The ShY-08, like the AY-142 is a bullpup, to conserve length, but overall, the barrel is much shorter than most comparable weapons. Because of this, it makes an excellent shotgun for police and SWAT type forces. The standard version comes with three rails for sights, flashlights, and lasers, and also has a reinforced bayonet lugs for the CK-07 Bayonet.
The ShY-08, due to it's short size, utilizes a adjustable folding stock. The AY-142 and ShY-08 share a 10% parts commonality
Type: Semi-automatic shotgun, gas-operated
Gauge: 12
Length: 628mm with a fully extended stock

Spades Class Stealth Corvette
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/SpadesClassStealthPatrolBoat.png
Yanitarian Ship Yards began development on a line of patrol craft in Mid-winter of 2007, after the coast guard asked for a corvette capable of evading detection. This was needed due to an increase in pirate attacks in the Sea of Yanitaria. But they also wanted a ship that could stand up to organized and semi-organized Navys
The ship was designed with the best anti-radar measures available, and made to run extremely quietly. The idea was to surprise pirates, quickly hitting them with the 5 inch rapid fire ETC cannon, or to hit them from long range using it's 6 missiles in VLS tubes.
The ship also carries 12 torpedos, for use against larger vessels, and thus can be used in a modern navy as a screening ship

Ajax Shipping Lane Defense System:
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/AjaxSLDS.png
The Yanitarian Navy recently put out a contract for a shipping lane defense system, hoping to be able to deny any enemy fleet access to the narrow Bosphorus, which led into the Black Sea, and the heart of Yanitaria.
One engineer, Anthony Giraud designed a system that the Navy Brass especially liked, a system of underwater turrets and microphones to replace coastal defences.
The idea was that a torpedo capsule would be towed out to an area, where it's ballast tanks would fill. An anchor would then be dropped to the ocean floor with a premeasured length of durable sythetic rope interwoven with aluminum.
The same would be done with anywhere from 1-5 microphone capsules per turret. Then a cable attached to the anchor, and interwoven with the cord would be dropped by a weighted ball, so that it would sink.
All the cables would be laid to a home port up to 100km away. There, a computer would ping every ship coming near the capsules with their on board active sonar.
Whenever a large ship approaches, the computer decides whether it is a warship or a civilian ship, based on the data collected from the nation's defence networks. The computers send the targeting data back to the home port, where a commander sets the priority list. Once it's been decided, the torpedo tubes, containing three Mk 84 torpedoes would flood, or the capsule will remain dormant, depending on what course of action has been taken.
Once the fleet is with in 60km of the turret, the turret can fire, however it is usually more effective to wait until the fleet is 40-50km away. The torpedo turret fires it's three torpedoes one after another, so that depth charges cant even take them out.
In all, the capsule carries 3 torpedoes, and immediately after firing them goes into hibernation mode. The capsule itself is air tight and uses the same sonar absorbent materials as a submarine.
It's has an on board battery that needs to be replaced every 3 years (or after firing 36 torpedoes). When not in use, the torpedo turrets go into hibernate mode, mic turrets continue using their active sonar to provide intel on anything entering the protected waters. The torpedo capsules can be reloaded at sea, after a 5 minute inspection.
The entire system is very light for it's large size, and can be disassembled and packed into a cargo plane. Standard maintenance happens every 3 years, when the batteries need to be changed, the hull inspected, and the torpedoes tested.
The computer itself is a custom rig that can be housed in a building at port. It connects to the battle net, getting radar readings and intel from all nearby radar stations, ships, and observation posts, in addition to the Mic Capsules. A single computer can control up to 100 of the capsules with out sacrificing speed.
Stats:
Diameter of Bulb: 12m
Height: 15m (with out drill)
Weight: 60t (metric)
Armament (Torpedo Turret): 3 762mm torpedo tubes, loaded with Mk 84 torpedoes
Array (Mic Capsule): Active/passive sonar
Powerplant: Battery
Cost per Capsule: $20 Million
Cost per Computer $100 Million

The order is confirmed, and we would be happy to add teeth to the back for free, if you'd be willing to send us your specifications (ooc: you don't really have to send specs, just assume that when you get them, the teeth come out as you had hoped)
In our category of rifles, the AY-142 is by far the best. It is compact, uses the popular 6.5mm cartridge that provides the best median between the heavy, hard kicking 7.62mm and the weak, but efficient 5.56mm. It is extremely accurate, even at full auto burst (25 rounds out of 30 hit a 1m in diameter target at 400m on full auto).
It is so accurate because it uses a counterbalanced piston, and advanced muzzle break, in addition to the lighter 6.5mm round (as opposed to the 5.45mm and 7.62mm used in the other rifles during trials).
And since it is built on the rugged AK design, it is reliable. It's light, thanks to it's bullpup layout and polymer furniture, and includes 4 rails for lights, grenade launchers, and sights, as well as a bayonet lug.
It also comes in the even smaller AY-142B Carbine variant for paratroopers.
You can find all the information on the rifle's page, just click the link.
However, if your army fields a lot of raw recruits and cannon fodder, we recommend the AY-112 for price issues.

Hurtful Thoughts
28-12-2007, 02:34
Dear, Yanitarian Arms Manager
We have found the performance of our current assault weapons, though satisfactory shooters, to be too unpleasant for our employees to carry through battle. Likewise, we have found our only other local alternative to be a submachingun of doubious capabilities for a real firefight withing the confines of a city.
What we were looking for is a weapon that was not only compact when stowed, but also can be of use to our troops. One of our field agents recomended your brand of bullpups.
However, the idea of Hurtful Outcomes using foriegn weapons is unthinkable, therefore we demand that our weapons be manufactured on Hurtian soil.
As such, we'd like like to purchase indigiously manufactured copies of your bullpups to outfit a small unit* to test the design in the field. Domestic production rights may be purchased following a successful evaluation of the gun. If unsuccessful, production of gun shall be terminated and our factories will go back to turning out Hurtian weapons.

Shotgun, Yanitarian, Model 10, 2008. Tactical Full Length Shotgun
ShY-10 TFLSh
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/ShY-10.png
Building on the ShY-08, the ShY-10 sought to alleviate some of the problems with the previous shot gun.
Although the ShY-08 makes a good Police weapon, it was woefully under qualified for military action. The 08 was too short, the magazine catch was a bit awkward, and soldiers wanted a selective fire weapon, with a comfortable trigger like the AY-142. There was also more than one complaint about the recoil.
Yanitarian Arms engineers quickly went back to the AY-142 for inspiration. They took the balanced system, and applied it to the shotgun. The felt recoil was drastically reduced, allowing for more accurate firing.
The ShY-10 also incorporates the AY-142 operating system, toned down to a shotgun worthy 240rpm. The trigger system from the AY-142 was modified and used as well, so a short squeeze (2.2kg) will fire a single shot, while a heavier squeeze (4.4kg) will fire full auto (instead of a two round burst like the AY-142).
The standard sights were replaced with a ARSY-10 Red dot sight. The barrel was lengthened from the ShY-08, and a heavy-duty rail added underneath.
A new magazine catch was added to replace the old one. The hammer and pin are made of titanium, while the barrel is chromed.
It departs from the previous designs in that it's stock is raised, to lower the bore-height, making the weapon more controllable, and making it easier to aim. The top rail was also extended farther than any other weapon, to accommodate the iron sights.
Iron sights are included, in case the optical sight breaks. You simply have to remove the optical sight, and place the iron sights on the rail at the front and back of the weapon. The sights have tritium inserts to improve aiming at night.
There are currently a few features being developed for the ShY-10 and AY series, including an under slung grenade launcher, and 3 types of bayonets to accompany the CK-07 bayonet. These types include a Sword bayonet, a Westernized Tanto blade (pictured above), and a Bowie Knife.

PY-57 & APY-57
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/PY-57.png
Since Yanitaria's adoption of the Five-seveN, soldiers have been complaining about the lack of stopping power. Yanitarian Arms moved to design a new pistol, originally chambered for the powerful 10mm Auto, and later for the 10mm Yanitarian, which has the same dimensions of the 10mm Auto. As a note, because of this, the rounds can be used interchangeably, although the 10mm Auto is a bit harsher on the barrel.
The PY-57 series of pistol sports a titanium hammer, chromed barrel, and low bore height. The grip has a usual rubber ribbed, but the back has a new stippled and course grip. The sights have tritium inserts, and there is an integral rail system.
The APY-57 is a select fire weapon, using the same general type of trigger as the AY-142. A short pull will fire one shot, and a longer one will fire a three round burst. It also features a compensator to control muzzle rise. A special, flippable fore grip, like on the Beretta 93R.
Both their designs are based heavily on the Five-seveN, although the dimensions are slightly larger to accomidate the larger round. Both models make heavy use of polymers, so they are light. They are said to be comfortable to hold, and very ergonomic.

Squad Level Transport, Model 31, "Eques"
Yanitaria, wanting to upgrade it from it's current RG-31 Nyala "fleet" quickly, it took it's current model ASLT-31 Rev, and modified it for general use.
The first one to be developed was the SLT-31. Based heavily on the RG-31, engineers replaced the back tires with treads (ooc: yes, it can be done. There are treads commercially available that you can attach to trucks and such).
The locking system for the axle, and the skis were removed to conserve weight.
The Insulation was removed. The current armour can defeat 7.8mm AP rounds. The vehicle is equipped with a climate control system, and the seats are available in leather or cloth. The exhaust pipe is shaped like a fan, a left over feature from the ASLT-31.
The windows are bullet resistant, and can take up to a 7.92x57mm Mauser AP round. The passenger windows and the rear hatch window have been reduced to narrow(6cm) slits. The driver's window can be covered with a steel slat grating. The vehicle has a high suspension, and a "v" shaped monocoque hull, to make it extremely mine resistant. It also utilizes a self-sealing fuel tank. Tests have shown that it can resist a blast equivalent to two TM-57 anti-tank mines detonating simultaneously.
The entire vehicle is water tight, and uses a water jet to propel itself in water using a water jet, up to Sea State 2. When using skis, the vehicle has a bit of trouble on very rocky shores, but does fine on mud, grass, or snow.
There are two doors on the driver's and front passenger's seat, a rear hatch (like the original RG-31), and the gunner's turret can be used as an escape point should the vehicle be knocked on it's side.
This vehicle is equally well equipped to handle squad-level transport, and VIP transportation duties.

Almost exactly like the SLT-31, the SLT-31A is the up armoured version. Instead of the uparmour package given to the ASLT-31A, the SLT-31A uses advanced composite armour. However, this drastically increases the price. It is capable of defeating 12.5mm AP rounds.
Unfortunately, the vehicle is a bit too heavy to be amphibious, so the water jet was taken out to conserve weight.
The engine is also had to be switched out for a more powerful one. The SLT-31A weights one tonne less than the ASLT-31A

Light Support Weapon, Yanitarian, Model 150
LSWY-150 "Lucy"
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/LSW-150Final.png
The Yanitarian Armed Forces sought a replacement for the MG 4 and it's variants. Three different models were planned. The first one was a light support weapon, based heavily on the AY-142.
The LSWY-150 is more of an automatic rifle than anything else. It uses a quadruple stacked, high capacity clip, but other than that, it's firing mechanism is about the same as the AY-142.
It is gas operated, with a balanced piston system, and air cooled. It's barrel is longer than the AY-142, and has an offset carrying handle for changing hot barrels, with out getting in the way of the sights. It also has a folding bipod, and flip up front sights.
The standard sight is a holo-sight that doesn't obstruct the gunners field of view. Should the sights break, the soldier carries the rear set of iron sights to replace it. The foresight uses an orange insert, while the rear sights and standard green tritium, allowing for easy snap shooting.
There is a fore grip, which can be removed as per the soldiers preference, and there is a flip up shoulder pad to increase firing stability. The Barrel is chromed, and the hammer and pin are made of titanium for added durability.
Like the AY-142, there are few moving parts, and so it is very reliable. It also retains most of the AY-142's accuracy. Unlike the AY-142, the hand guard has been replaced by a simple trigger guard. The pressure sensative trigger system has been taken out, and only fully automatic fire is possible. The barrel is also heavier for sustained fire. Overall there is only a small amount of parts commonality.
The LSWY-150B is the standard shortened, or "Commando" version of the LSWY-150. It is lighter, and easier to use in CQC.
Both versions include 3 different rails for mounting scopes, sights, lights, and other attachments.
STATISTICS (for the LSWY-150 Standard variant):
Weight: 4.5kg
Length: 800mm
Barrel Length: 500mm
Cartridge: 6.5 x 39mm Grendel, 7.25x42mm IZIMIL
Action: Gas operated, rotating bolt with 2 lugs, balanced
Firing Modes: Safe, Automatic
Rate of fire: 800 rounds/min
Feed system: 60-round quadruple stacked detachable box, Optional 40-round quadruple stacked detachable box (For when weight is an issue)
Sights: Holosights standard, a flip up foresight and attachable rear sight backup.
Price: $1,500

Machine Gun, Yanitarian, Model 12
MGY-12 "Maggy"
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/MGY-12Final.png
The Second of the new MG 4 replacement line, the MGY-12 departs from previous Yanitarian bullpup layouts, while keeping several key pieces.
The Maggy is a gas operated, belt fet, air cooled medium machine gun, with a balanced piston system. It has an offset carrying handle to aid in barrel changes, while not interfering with the sights. The barrel is quick detachable, and thebelt feed is ambidextrous.
The standard sights are the same model holosights used on the LSWY-150, with back up red and green dot iron sights. The rear sight must be carried in a pocket, and attached in place of the holosights to be used. The holosights allow for a good field of vision.
The standard stock is adjustable, and sturdy. There is a foregrip that can be detached. The folding bipod is standard, but the MGY-12 can be attached to a tripod, or vehicle mount. It is slated to replace all of Yanitaria's light vehicle mounted machine guns. There is also a flip up shouldeer pad to increase firing stability.
Like the LSWY-150, the pressure sensative trigger has been taken out, so that only automatic fire is available. It has 3 rail for various attachments. The barrel is chromed, and the hammer and pin are made of titanium. The barrel is heavier than the LSWY-150, for sustained firing ability.
Since there are few moving parts, the weapon is very reliable. The balanced piston system, and the muzzle break make for tremendous improvements in accuracy over conventional designs.
Again, like the LSWY-150, the MGY-12 comes in a shortened commando variant.
STATISTICS (for the MGY-12 Standard variant):
Weight: 8kg

Heavy Machine Gun, Yanitarian, Model 147
HMGY-147 "Hag"
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/HMGY-147.png
Third in the line of machineguns is the HMGY-147 "Hag". Based heavily on the "Maggy" the Hag is chambered for the 12.7x108mm rounds and the 14.5x115m rounds (The 14.5mm is designated the HMGY-147B, and the upper receiver, bolt, and barrel are all reinforced, and the feed system, the barrel, upper receiver, and bolt are all much bigger).
The Hag is basically the same (design wise) as the Maggy gun, except with a heavier bolt and barrel. It is generally upgraded all around, so that it can handle the stresses of the 12.7mm and 14.5mm round. The bipod is rarely seen on the larger model, or even the 12.7mm, and the gun is usually used on a tripod, a vehicle, or a wheeled mount.
All the features found on the Maggy are also used in the Hag. The only real difference in design is the improved muzzle break, which is necessary for the larger round, and the absence of the balanced system.
The Hag is slated to replace the M2 and M312 in Yanitaria.
STATISTICS (for the HMGY-147 Standard variant):
Weight: 30kg
Length: 2000mm

Infantry Fighting Vehicle, Model 91, "Renard" (French: Fox)
IFV-91 "Renard"
Building off of the AIFV-90, the IFV is the improved and dewinterized version. Although to be fair, the only dewinterization was the removal of the entirely cloth interior, since the crew touching a bare metal surface was no longer an issue. The IFV-91 Retains the ceramic skin and IR resistant paint, as well as the anti-freeze.
In case the vehicle is stranded, there is a small compartment, with a survival kit, capable of keeping the soldiers alive and warm for at least a week after their carried supplies run out.
Following in the foot steps of the Soviet Bloc made ST-31K1, the Renard replaced the 40mm autocannon turret with a 35mm autocannon with a cockpit style turret. The gunner was made obsolete, so the commander now controls the Turret, and his remote control 25mm ACSW turret. He also has control of 2 smoke grenade launchers, which are loaded from the inside of the turret, and can fire three Superdense smoke grenades, which can block IR and lasers as well as disrupt enemy lines of sight. An optional armour plated box launcher can be mounted, with 4 ATGMs or 4 Anti-Infantry Incendiary Rockets (to heat things up for the enemy). The driver and commander can each take control of the 14.5mm "Hag" coaxial machine gun.
The commander and driver each have dedicated cameras and periscopes, but can use the traditional viewing slats (for the driver) and cupola (for the commander). The cameras are equiped standard with IR, Night Vision, Motion Tracking, and Standard view, which can be selected via buttons on a small control console. There are no fragile monitors, the crew uses a helmet and visor that projects the view of the camera. When a crew member turns his head, the camera turns, so that one can "look around" as if outside the vehicle.
To improve crew comfort, the crew seats are made of leather, and provide excellent support for the lower back. The passenger seats are leather, and padded, providing a comfortable place to sit.
The Renard uses a modified Iron Fist APS system mounted on all sides, with an alarm that tells dismounted infantry to take cover. If an object traveling 7-70m/s is detected, the alarm will sound, and a projectile will be shot at it. The projectile then explodes close enough to the object to destabilize it or knock it off course. The system is very effective, and the rate of injury for nearby soldiers is less than 1%.
On top of that, the armour is 20mm IRHA, which can withstand up to 15mm AP rounds. If the vehicle is expecting heavy combat, MEXAS appliqué armour will be fitted to the vehicle. MEXAS works much like ERA, only instead of launching a steel plate, it launches ceramic particles, which disintegrate the round before it can hit, and only at the impact zone. This way, the armour does not harm nearby soldiers.
The IFV-91 is completely NBC protected. Unlike the AIFV-90, it is amphibious, using dual water jets to propel itself. It is air droppable.

Arctic Infantry Fighting Vehicle, "Vær" (transliterated Vaeir, Norwegian: Ram)
AIFV-90
Continuing the project of arctic capable vehicles, the USSY started work on the AIFV concept. The venerable CV 90 IFV was slated for replacement, and so instead of scrapping them, it was decided that they would be modernized.
The CV 90 was already winterized, but the engineers added a new form of anti-freeze, gave it an entirely cloth interior, insulated it, and gave it a high efficiency AC/Heater. While some of these features reduce it's heat signature, the AIFV90's IR resistant paint and ceramic skin dissipate heat. The fanned exhaust distributes the warm air over a wider area, allowing it to dissipate quicker.
In case the vehicle is stranded, there is a small compartment, with a survival kit, capable of keeping the soldiers alive and warm for at least a week after their carried supplies run out.
Following in the foot steps of the Soviet Bloc made ST-31K1, the AIFV replaced the 40mm autocannon turret with a 35mm autocannon with a cockpit style turret. Highly Mobile Armoured Vehicle, Model 20
HMAV-20 "Sipahi" (Turkish: Knight)
In the Yanitarian Armed Force's ongoing modernization, using locally designed and produced vehicles, Yanitarian Arms was given the following parameters for an Amphibious Wheeled IFV
-It Must Be Amphibious
-It Must Be Wheeled
-It Must Be Capable of being transported across long distances with out extensive maintenance.
-It Must Be Capable of supporting infantry in combat, as well as transporting them to the battlefield
-It Must Use a 35mm cannon with a cockpit style turret, and have a crew of no more than 2.
-It Must Be Modular, with several variants available as the mission dictates
Yanitarian Arms set out to work, loosely basing their design of the Ratel IFV. They replaced the engine with a more powerful turbocharged diesel, and designed the bottom of the vehicle to have a V-shaped monocoque hull.
The armour was designed with 20mm IRHA all around, and can defeat 15mm rounds. MEXAS appliqué armour can be used in case heavier resistance is expected. MEXAS works essentially like ERA, but uses fine ceramic particles instead of a steal plate to dissolve enemy AT rounds and missiles.
The Sipahi uses a modified Iron Fist APS system mounted on all sides, with an alarm that tells dismounted infantry to take cover. If an object traveling 7-70m/s is detected, the alarm will sound, and a projectile will be shot at it. The projectile then explodes close enough to the object to destabilize it or knock it off course. The system is very effective, and the rate of injury for nearby soldiers is less than 1%.
Over all, the armour is much like that of the "Renard" IFV-91, built earlier this year under another government contract.
The Sipahi uses a similar cockpit style turret to the Renard, scaled down a bit. It puts the commander in control of the main gun and auxiliary weapons, while the driver manages course plotting, monitors the vehicles vitals, communications, and, of course, drives. The loading is managed by an autoloader in all variants.
The Sipahi is fully amphibious and NBC protected. It uses dual water jets to propel itself, and has a filtered snorkel that can be raised if the waves wash over the vehicle.
The gunner can control the 14.5mm "Hag" gun. All variants come with 2 superdense smoke canister launchers, capable of launching a total of 6 cans at a time. The smoke cans can be reloaded manually from inside the vehicle. The commander controls a 25mm M307. It is of course controlled remotely and can move independently of the turret. A 4 cell armoured box launcher can be attached to the side of the turret.
The turret can be fitted with a number of variations, and they are as follows.
HMAV-20A 35mm auto cannon
HMAV-20B 100mm cannon, for dedicated anti-vehicle. It is also very effective against buildings
HMAV-20C Anti-tank variant. It has the 100mm cannon, but it is modified to fire 100mm ATGM.
HMAV-20D Dedicated anti-personnel. Uses an M61 Vulcan
HMAV-20E Dedicated Anti-Air. Uses box launchers mounted above the turret to launch SAMs.
HMAV-20F Dedicated Psychological warfare. Fires guided incendiary rockets from a 120mm stub barrel.
HMAV-20G Logistics and recovery vehicle
HMAV-20H Communications and command. Either it carries a satellite mast to provide an uplink to the battle net satellites, or the back area serves as a mobile base for up to 4 officers, and all necessary equipment
HMAV-20J 90mm mortar, for highly mobile indirect fire support

Psychological Warfare Artillery Round, Model 155, "Banana"
PWAR-155 "Banana"
This unique missile was the result of an office party gone terribly wrong. The head designer at Yanitarian Arms was celebrating his birthday at the company firing range when the other designers unveiled their secret side project. They fired the Banana from an MLRS system, and it landed right in the middle of the cake.
The annoying "Banana Phone (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wky5H1xC6-I)" song started playing at 100dB (which is enough to cause permanent hearing damage if exposed for long enough). Luckily, the entire city was able to evacuate before any permanent damage could be done.
However, it led to the new PWAR-155. This missile can be fired into enemy camps to disrupt sleep, damage hearing, and induce psychosis by playing the "Banana Phone" song at 100dB. The missiles themselves are very durable, and use a micro turbine to power their speakers. They only last about 2 hours, so continued bombardment is necessary. They have a simple tempo measurement system and microphone so that all speakers in the area sing together, to maximize the effect.
The missiles are heavy, and often hard to move. Normal activities, such as sleeping and reading, are near impossible to carry out whilst the speakers are playing.
The Yanitarian Military asked that a remote device be made available to commanders in case their weapon was used against them. Engineers, not wanting the device to be reverse engineered, included small, credit card sized photocells, and strung phosphorous packets over all the vital areas. As a redundant system, a pressure plate was also added. If the missiles are opened, the lack of pressure sends the signal to ignite the phosphorus. If the pressure plate fails to activate the photocells will send the signal.
Finally, as a last resort, water-soluble bags were also packed in, filled with sodium. If the device is held under water, the vital systems will still ignite.
The device has a range of 60km, and is air droppable as well.

Light Tank, Model 108
LT-108 "Interpol" (ooc:yes, the band. Because they are fucking awesome)
The Yanitarian Army and Marine Corps, seeking a light tank, contracted Yanitarian arms. The requirements where for a tank that air droppable, amphibious, with minimal crew and NBC protection. It would also have to be capable of standing up to larger tanks, particularly the medium tanks of most armies.
The army uses a titanium composite armour in sheets that were heated and pressed together so that it is very dense, and also in a new "Bubble" pattern. The bubble pattern armour is a layer of titanium that has rows and rows of small domes to focus strength. It is effective against kinetic rounds, as the sheets above distribute the force across hundreds of domes.
To make the armour more effective against HEAT, the domes are filled with a ceramic filler, and an additional layer of ceramic armour is added underneath.
For additional threats, MEXAS appliqué armour can be used. In addition to the armour, engineers also included the Iron Fist APS, with a loud siren to reduce the already negligible injury rate of the Iron Fist.
The chasis itself is heavily based on the FV101 Scorpion, but enlarged to meet the engine and gun requirements. The turret was built in the same configuration as all Yanitarian armoured vehicles, with a cockpit style manned by the commander/gunner. The tanks is capable of going off road where wheeled vehicles and even infantry would sink.
The smoke grenade launchers of previous designs also made it in, with the commander being able to load them from inside the vehicle.
The 100mm cannon is rather long, with a large muzzle break. Unlike the FV101, it has a fume extractor, so when the tank is locked down for NBC protection, the crew will not suffocate. The coaxial is a 14.5mm "Hag" machine gun manufactured by Yanitarian Arms, and there is also a 7.25mm "Maggy" machine gun mounted remotely on the top of the turret. The commander mans the 100mm cannon, which has an autoloader, and the 14.5mm gun while the gunner controls the 7.25mm.
The tank has NBC protection systems, so in the event of a nuclear, chemical, or biological weapon going off, the crew can safely move into the area. The Interpol is amphibious, and air droppable.
For crew comfort, the same leather seats used in most Yanitarian armoured vehicles are used, which provide excellent lumbar support, and are heated.

Stoklomolvi currently does not know what to name its ships; hence, all ships are given numbers. Seeing as to how this ship would be the 27,295th ship commissioned (other ships were scrapped, etc.), we would like to name this ship Stoklomolvi Imperial Navy Cruiser (SINC) 27295. That would be, SINC-27295. We must thank you most sincerely for your kind donation; as such, we will do the same for you when we are able to make an official storefront for Stoklomolvi products. Thank you!

Product of The Peoples Freedom.
Background:
Before the introduction of the MG-7, The Peoples Freedom had previously used the MG-3. In 2023, a contract was issued by the TPF government for a new general purpose light machine gun to be used for a variety of different roles. A series of weapons emerged for the event, which was held in the resort villa of Cortes. Among these was the famed MG-9 machine gun, which was too revolutionary for its time. Harris Armory's entered the event with the MG-7, a lightweight machine gun which offered a variety of systems designed to increase accuracy and reduce recoil, while keeping a high rate of fire meant to suppress large amounts of enemy troopers. After some slight modifications, the weapon entered service in 2025.
General Operation
The MG-7 is designed to be an accurate, high rate of fire weapons, specifically meant to be squad-portable and to engage infantry as its primary target.
The MG-7 makes use of a variable cyclic rate. This allows for a the user to select what rate of fire he would like for the target he is engaging. The highest possible rate of fire is 1,200 round per minute, thus it is capable of expending the standard 200-round belt in just six seconds. The highest setting is designed used for suppressing large groups enemy infantry and when the team has a large amount of ammunition to expend, such in a defensive position. The most used setting is the 900 round per minute setting. Normally in this setting the user of the weapon will fire short bursts at small groups of enemy soldiers. In this rate of fire it allows these short bursts to make kills easily. At the same time this rate of fire allows for the MG-7 to quickly put down heavy suppressive power. The lowest rate of fire is 600 rounds per minute. This normally used when a CQB barrel is fitted and the users need a more controllable weapon in urban or long-distance combat, it is also often used when the crew is low on ammunition.
The MG-7 makes use of a balanced automatic action to increase accuracy against enemy troops. This system allows up to a two hundred percent increase in the number of rounds hitting a target. The downside of this action is that this system allows for increased strain on the interior of the weapon. Because of this, the weapon will wear down over time, and the user must keep the weapon in good condition to prevent stoppages and failures. A system of high-stress springs backs up this system and further helps recoil. However, the barrel will often wear out before the BAA action wears out.
(Note From Yanitaria: Since the balance system is an extra piston, even if the second piston breaks, which will never happen as often as other parts of the gun, you can still fire the rifle. It just won't be as accurate, but for a tripod or vehicle mounted weapon, it's not really a problem.)
The MG-7 is an air-cooled, open gas operated, belt fed weapon. The weapon is loaded via a lift-top feeding mechanism, usually by a 200-round disgentrating belt. Because the system is meant to be used in a high rate of fire method, a quick-change barrel system is introduced. This allows for new barrels to quickly enter the weapon, ensuring continued fire. Also, the systems allows for a variety of different barrel length to be fitted to the weapon for different combat uses. The primary barrel is a 23.5 inch chrome-lined barrel. 20 inch and 18 inch barrels exist of CQB combat and high-mobility duties. In defensive positions, the weapon is normally mounted on a tripod. This allowed for better stability and easier use. The MG-7, however, is also meant to be squad portable, and thus a folding bipod can be equipped for squad and platoon level uses. The stock of the weapons makes use of a rubber butt, so lesser strain is placed on the user's shoulder. Off the assembly lines, the MG-7 uses a Doomingsland style iron sight system, allowing for 1.5 magnification and day or night use. A flip-up anti-aircraft sight can also be fitted. Finally an optics rail is fitted onto th top of the weapon, allowing for an ACOG, Aim Point, or other scope to be fitted. Other system include a optional heat shield, friction buffer, and an advanced muzzle break.
The MG-7 used a variety of different 7.9mm rounds, which include FMJ, APFJ, Hollow point, and various other rounds. The MG-7.B is rechambered for 7.62mm rounds and is designed for export use. The system can be used on an assortment of vehicles, including armored cars, utility, trucks, tanks, APC, IFV, helicopters, planes, and the like.

Artillery Vehicle, Model 38, "Playtime" (and Artillery Vehicle, Model 38 Extended Range "Nap Time")
AV-38 "Playtime"
During the wargame 'Operation Playtime' between Yanitarian and Orbathian troops, Orbathian commanders approached Yanitarian Arms asking for help in developing a mortar based on the M1943, for use in defensive trench warfare.
It was soon after decided that a towed, or carried mortar was inefficient, and a mortar carrying vehicle, similar to the Sipahi.
Yanitarian arms took the HMAV-20J 90mm mortar vehicle, and removed the mortar. It was then replaced with a 160 mm, breech loaded. The crew compartment has been converted to an ammo compartment.
The appliqué armour, and most of the armour on the front was removed. The armour is now a steel composite, with ceramic inserts to protect against cluster bombs and napalm. The front was fitted with a bulldozer blade to dig itself in, and stabilize it. Back spades where added. The top armour was strengthened, as well, to protect the crew against artillery and bombs.
A back trailer hitch was added, to tow more ammo, and a 14.5mm Hag gun on a remote mount. The amphibious capability was rendered useless because of the ammo, and so the water jets where taken out.
The APS was taken out as a precaution against ATGMs, and the wheels were made wider to prevent the vehicle from sinking in swampy ground.
The gun uses an auto loader, to deal with the 40kg bomb. Because of this, the crew consists of one driver, one commander, and one gunner. The gunner uses a GPS targeting system to adjust fire, or uses the cranks or pneumatic back ups. The system is highly redundant, so that an EMP will still leave the vehicle operable, and even a bomb severing the hoses will still possibly leave the vehicle able to provide fire.
Like the Sipahi, it has a mine protected hull, and can stand up to a 12.7mm on the sides, a 15mm on the front and back, and a 90mm mortar on the top (although the APS has been modified to fire upward further, and can defeat some artillery rounds), although it is not expected to come under any more than air and artillery fire. It is amphibious and air droppable. Also like the Sipahi, the smoke canisters can be loaded from inside the vehicle.
The gun itself comes in two versions, the AV-38 Playtime, with a modified M1943. The AV-38ER Nap Time has an extended barrel.
The howitzer can use a licensed modification of the 155mm V-LAP round (Velocity-Enhanced Long Range Artillery Projectile), which extends the range by 33.3%.

Artillery Vehicle, Model 40, "Heavy Seven"
AV-40, "Heavy Seven"
Yanitarian Arms had been promising a reliable artillery piece for the Yanitarian Armed Forces since mid-2007, to replace the G6 Howitzer and PzH-2000 in Yanitarian service.
The AV-40 is a long range 160mm fullsized*, self propelled howitzer (*Compared to the AV-38 which is a 160mm mortar) based loosely on the G6-52, and meant to fully replace the G6 and PzH-2000 by early 2008, and be available for export in February of the same year.
The Heavy Seven is a highly autonomous system, with a field range of more than 700km, and a gun range of 70km using Velocity enhanced Long Range Projectiles (V-LAP) rounds. It is crewed by 3, with a fourth person and a motorcycle strapped to the back who can act as a snap observer.
The crew includes one driver, one commander, and one gunner. The howitzer uses a modified cockpit style turret, which the gunner sits in, and can be rotated for manual fire coordinate input, using the on board gunner's computer.
A powerful targeting computer on board the system receives data via the encrypted up link from the FDC, which the computer will then cross check using it's 3D mapping software, and on board GPS, and will automatically adjust to fire. The commander is then given the order to fire, which he relays to the gunner, who then fires the gun. At any time, the commander or gunner may check the firing, targeting, or engagement data via a console command.
The powerful 160mm 50 caliber barrel is auto loaded, and rifled. The gun is compatible with all Yanitarian 160mm ammunition, including extended range full-bore (ERFB) projectiles of explosive, cargo and practice types, which are all ballistically matched and with field-fittable base bleed units. The ERFB projectiles provide the AV-40 with increased range and terminal effectiveness. Using base-bleed projectiles, the Heavy Seven has a nominal range of 39km at sea level. As an example of the gun's accuracy, at 75% of the maximum range the probable error specification is 0.48% of the range value and 1 mil in deflection.
A five-zone combustible case modular propelling charge system is based on cool-burning propellants which ensure a barrel life of more than 6,000 standard charges. The system is compatible with direct action, electronic timing or proximity type fuses.
The autoloader lines up 7 rounds for fire which are the paired with the charges. In the event that heavy fire is needed instantaneously, the autoloader has the capability of firing all seven rounds at a rate of 30 rounds a second. However this rapid fire capability wears out the moving parts, the breach, and the barrel, leading to increased maintainence, so this feature is recommended to be used sparingly. The normal rate of fire is 12 rounds a minute, which is considered very fast for most modern artillery. This capability is where the Heavy Seven gets it's designation.
The firing computer can adjust fire so that up to 10 rounds land at the same time. This is useful for precision artillery strikes, for when a surprise attack is to be preceded by an artillery strike, or if the enemy is intended to think the number of artillery guns is greater than what it is in reality (during testing, one Yanitarian Army Major suggested that if the enemy doesn't know of this capability, noting the inexperience of some foreign military commanders, a clever battery commander could pack the area with anti-aircraft vehicles, and wait for a reaction by enemy aircraft).
An intra-battery short range digital up link allows the firing computers to talk to each other, and coordinate fire, so a battery can have up to 10 rounds each land at the exact same time, or to have their individual rounds land at the same time.
Furthermore, they can connect to the local battle net, and in emergencies circumvent the FDC and provide fire support directly for commanders in the field. This is useful in case communications with the Fire Direction Center are cut.
Because it is auto loaded, and highly autonomous, firing can begin with in 30 seconds of the vehicle stopping.
The system itself contains many redundant systems. The auto loaded is very open, and if it breaks, the commander, driver, and snap observer can load the weapon manually, at a rate of 6 rounds a minute, or faster if some systems of the autoloader are still functional. There is a back up firing computer that is connected at all times, but kept turned off. It is stored in an EMP-hardened box, and must be water cooled. The gun has two different fume extractors, and small, 1 hour oxygen tanks are provided for the crew in case both break down while the vehicle is in NBC lock down. The gas masks can be connected to a small personal filter in the gun area of the vehicle. Finally, a telescopic manual sight is included to allow for direct fire support of up to 4000m.
The vehicle is completely NBC protected, and uses a V-shaped monocoque hull to protect it against mines. The gas tank is a self sealing rubber bladder, like the ones used in aircraft. The vehicle is protected against 30mm rounds on the front, with shrapnel and 7.62 NATO protection on the sides and back. The front windows are bullet proof glass, and have emergency quick release shutters that can cover them. While the shutters are down, the driver can use either an external camera or a periscope to drive.
The commander has control of a remote 6.5mm "Maggy" machine gun mounted directly above his seat in the cabin. The Snap Observer has control of a 14.5mm "Hag" machine gun mounted on top of the gun turret. There are 8 smoke grenade canisters, in groups of four, which can be reloaded from inside the driver's cabin. A total of 32 smoke canisters are kept on board.
The ammo storage compartment has room for 55 shells and 60 charges, since unlike the G6 there is almost nobody back there, and because the dimensions are slightly larger.
A Caisson vehicle is also being developed for all Yanitarian artillery vehicles. Because of this, there is a large hatch in the back that allows the ammo racks to fold out, and either be reloaded or to make room for disposable racks from the vehicle. The vehicle is sold seperately, but it is suggested that a 1:1 ratio of caissons to artillery vehicles will allow any military to extend it's firing time considerably.
The AV-40 is fully amphibious, and can stay afloat in waters up to Sea State 3. It uses two water jets to propel itself. The chassis is 6x6 wheeled, allowing for stunning mobility on the field of combat. The AV-40B is a conversion of the AV-40, which can be completed with in a week, to replace the back wheels with wide tracks. This allows the vehicle to fire in areas where most vehicles couldn't even drive.
The motorcycle which is strapped to the back of the vehicle is a simple dirt bike design, with a range of 140km, and little to no armament. It is offset from the hatch, but must be removed to accept more ammo.
The AV-40 uses the same engine as the Renard and Vaeir IFVs already in Yanitarian service, so countries already using those vehicles will have an easier time with logistics.
Crew comfort was given a high priority. The seats are all leather, and give excellent lumbar support, and are heated. The seat belts and unobtrusive, and the central AC/Heater can be adjusted for each individual crew member. The crew is provided with excellent leg room, and adjustable seats.

Artillery Vehicle, Model 41, "Stoklomolvi"
AV-41
The engineers of Yanitarian Arms had been tapped to develop a line of artillery vehicles for use by Yanitarian, and in at least one case so far, Orbathian Armed Forces. This included, for Yanitaria, gun capable of laying extremely heavy shells over a city the size of Arkadia, which is a sprawling city, bigger in area than any other Yanitarian city. Arkadia is near the Stoklomolvi border, and the AV-41 was to be marketed as being useful "From the Deserts of Kabavia, to the Mountains of Southern Yanitaria, to the Steppes of Stoklomolvi". It was named in honour of the geographically large nation of Stoklomolvi, which has been a close ally since Yanitaria's revolution.
The giant vehicle was to be self propelled, and use a 200mm 40 caliber howitzer. An autoloader was considered necessary
To conserve size, the massive gun is mounted on a vehicle with an 8x8 wheel configuration. the back two axles have 4 extra wide tires each. There are 4 spades total, and the barrel uses the same recoil dampening design of the Sturmtiger, so that the gases are released from the barrel.
The autoloader uses a heavy lifting arm, which sets the large round on a pallet that is brought forward to the gun, and angled to enter the breech. A piston then gently pushes the round into the breech, which is then locked. The weapon can then safely fire.
The gunner doesn't have much to do so long as the targeting system is active. Much like the AV-40, the AV-41 receives it's targeting data, cross checks it with it's on board maps and GPS up link, and adjusts itself to fire.
It exclusively uses V-LAP rounds, because of range issues with heavy rounds. Only 10 rounds are held in the loading racks due to their large size. A conveyor belt extends to the back hatch and loads rounds one by one directly into the loading racks. It is fed directly by a Caisson vehicle developed by Yanitarian Arms, which holds extra rounds.
The vehicles is completely NBC protected, but forgoes mine protection since it is meant to be fired from a fixed position, when the Yanitarian Air Corps have complete air supremacy. There is a back up firing computer that is in an EMP-protected box, but must be water cooled.
The firing computers use a short range, encrypted digital up link to talk to other nearby artillery pieces, and can coordinate fire so that the rounds land at the same time as other AV-41's in the area.
Because it is meant to be fired from an area that is secured, the vehicle relies on accompanying infantry, vehicles, and fortifications to provide protection. Even so, it still has two 14.5mm "Hag" machine guns, and 8 smoke canisters in groups of 4. The machine guns are controlled remotely, and are fired by two machine gunners in the driver's cabin.
The commander of the vehicle also sits in the cabin, and receives orders via the battle net or radio. He then can relay those orders to the gunner over the vehicle's com system.
In the back, the Gunner has a station where he can manually check the firing solution, and inspect the auto loader. A snap spotter sits with him, and is familiar with the system, and can fire the howitzer if the gunner is incapacitated.
The snap spotter can also use a light dirt bike, the same type used on the AV-40, to quickly move to a spotting position and call in fire.
The vehicle has, in addition to it's computer, a telescopic sight which can be used to call in direct fire out to 4km.
The gun fires at a slow 3 rounds per minutes, but a single round contains enough explosives to obliterate anything it hits. Conventional and Nuclear artillery rounds can be fired, as well as gas dispensing chemical rounds.
The vehicle is protected against 30mm fired from the front and top, 20mm fire from the sides, and shrapnel and 7.62mm from the back

(OOC: This is almost a complete copy and paste of the AV-40, only with a smaller gun. The only difference is the gun size, speed, weight and vehicle dimensions. I'll put any major changes to the write up in Italics)
Artillery Vehicle, Model 40, "Light Seven"
AV-42, "Light Seven"
Yanitarian Arms, with it's newly christened "Reach Out and Touch Someone" marketing campaign of artillery and rifle designs, sought to provide a light, air droppable howitzer for use in airborne units.
The AV-42 "Light Seven" is based heavily on the AV-40, so much so that they are nearly the same vehicle, except for size, weight, and speed. It uses the much smaller 110mm 50 Caliber howitzer, and is mounted on a smaller AV-40 chasis.
In this Artillery vehicle, maneuverability was given an extremely high priority, and so it can reach speeds that the AV-40 could only dream of reaching. Due to it's much lighter weight, and more powerful engine, the Light Seven can quickly move from one area to another, and immediately start laying down fire.
The Light Seven is a highly autonomous system, with a field range of more than 700km, and a gun range of 65km using Velocity enhanced Long Range Projectiles (V-LAP) rounds.
The 110mm 50 caliber barrel is auto loaded, and rifled. The gun is compatible with all Yanitarian 110mm ammunition, including extended range full-bore (ERFB) projectiles of explosive, cargo and practice types, which are all ballistically matched and with field-fittable base bleed units. The ERFB projectiles provide the AV-42 with increased range and terminal effectiveness. Using base-bleed projectiles, the Light Seven has a nominal range of 34km at sea level. As an example of the gun's accuracy, at 75% of the maximum range the probable error specification is 0.48% of the range value and 1 mil in deflection.
A five-zone combustible case modular propelling charge system is based on cool-burning propellants which ensure a barrel life of more than 8,000 standard charges.
The normal rate of fire is 15 rounds a minute, which is considered very fast for most modern artillery. This capability is where the Light Seven gets it's designation, which is compared to the "Heavy Seven" and it's 160mm barrel.
The firing computer can adjust fire so that up to 10 rounds land at the same time. This is useful for precision artillery strikes, for when a surprise attack is to be preceded by an artillery strike, or if the enemy is intended to think the number of artillery guns is greater than what it is in reality (during testing with the AV-40, which also has this capability, one Yanitarian Army Major suggested that if the enemy doesn't know of this capability, noting the inexperience of some foreign military commanders, a clever battery commander could pack the area with anti-aircraft vehicles, and wait for a reaction by enemy aircraft).
The autoloader is very open, and if it breaks, the commander, driver, and snap observer can load the weapon manually, at a rate of 8 rounds a minute, or faster if some systems of the autoloader are still functional.
The AV-42 is fully amphibious, and can stay afloat in waters up to Sea State 3. It uses two water jets to propel itself. The chassis is 6x6 wheeled, allowing for stunning mobility on the field of combat. The AV-42B is a conversion of the AV-42, which can be completed with in a week, to replace the back wheels with wide tracks. This allows the vehicle to fire in areas where most vehicles couldn't even drive.
The motorcycle which is strapped to the back of the vehicle is a simple dirt bike design, with a range of 140km, and little to no armament. It is offset from the hatch, but must be removed to accept more ammo.
Crew comfort was given a high priority. The seats are all leather, and give excellent lumbar support, and are heated. The seat belts and unobtrusive, and the central AC/Heater can be adjusted for each individual crew member. The crew is provided with excellent leg room, and adjustable seats.

Artillery Vehicle, Missile, Model 43, Raquel (Portuguese: Rachel)
AVM-43
Part of the "Reach Out and Touch Someone" campaign, this is the first in the series of artillery vehicles to use missiles instead of shells. Like the early Katyusha rockets, Raquel was named after a popular song about a girl, longing for her lover who is away in the military.
Yanitarian Arms wanted to create a modular system that could fire 55 105mm rockets, 30 160mm rockets, or 16 300mm rockets.
The system is a totally new design by Yanitarian Arms, with no real basis. The chassis is loosely based on the current AV-40 chassis, and is therefore an ancestor of the G6.
The firing system, the relevant firing computers, method of firing, and such are almost entirely the same as the AV-40. The only real difference is that the AVM-43 has no auto loader, and the weapon type.
The Raquel is a highly autonomous system, with a field range of more than 700km, and a missile range of 45km to 130km. It is crewed by 3, with a fourth person and a motorcycle strapped to the back who can act as a snap observer.
The crew includes one driver, one commander, and one gunner. All four sit in computer terminals in the driver's cabin.
The missiles it fires are all guided, using software 3 years in development with Yanitarian Arms. Using the guidance system, any given missile can land with in 10m of the target, which is accuracy usually reserved for missiles with a much higher trajectory. Added to the saturation fire, and the inherent mobility of wheeled MLRS, the AVM-43 is a deadly when it comes to surprise strikes before getting the hell out of dodge.
The missiles can be fired all at once, or in ripples of 2 to 12 missiles. The targeting computer can fire the missiles so that they hit the target at the same time. An intra-battery short range digital up link allows the firing computers to talk to each other, and coordinate fire, so a battery can have up to 48 missiles each land at the exact same time, or to have their individual rounds land at the same time.
Furthermore, they can connect to the local battle net, and in emergencies circumvent the FDC and provide fire support directly for commanders in the field. This is useful in case communications with the Fire Direction Center are cut.
Because it is highly autonomous, firing can begin with in 15 seconds of the vehicle stopping.

The motorcycle which is strapped to the back of the vehicle is a simple dirt bike design, with a range of 140km, and little to no armament. It is offset from the hatch, but must be removed to accept more ammo.
The AVM-43 uses the same engine as the Renard and Vaeir IFVs, and AV-40 Artillery Vehicle already in Yanitarian service, so countries already using those vehicles will have an easier time with logistics.
Crew comfort was given a high priority. The seats are all leather, and give excellent lumbar support, and are heated. The seat belts and unobtrusive, and the central AC/Heater can be adjusted for each individual crew member. The crew is provided with excellent leg room, and adjustable seats.

Caisson Vehicle, Model 80, "Super Caisson"
CV-80
This storage vehicle is meant to carry ammo for Yanitarian artillery vehicles. Although it was purpose built, it still has a place servicing foreign weapons
The Super Caisson carries 200 105mm howitzer shells (with powder charges), 130 160mm howitzer shells, and 90 200mm howitzer shells. The on board racks are made of aluminum steel, and can be left on the battle field or reused.
When equipped which the 200mm Yanitarian Howitzer round, a conveyor belt system, stored on the roof, is included on one of the vehicles. It is set up, and used by every Super Caisson that services that vehicle.
The CV-80 has a large hatch in the back that opens to allow ammo to quickly be moved from vehicle to vehicle. A rack from inside can then slide out, and three crew members can then start placing ammo on the Artillery vehicle's ammo rack, as needed. For large rounds, like the 200mm shells, a tow trailer can carry a small, ruggedized forklift to move ammo onto the conveyor belt (which, it should be noted, is special equipment for heavy rounds).
The forklift can also be used with normal rounds, to lift entire racks and replace the ones in the artillery vehicle, for extremely fast reloading while in fixed positions.
The Super Caisson is heavily armoured, because of it's volatile contents. The front and top are armoured against 90mm rockets, while the sides are armoured against30mm cannon fire. The back is only armoured against 7.62mm and shrapnel, since the large hatch will be wide open during reloading times.
The Super Caisson can carry a camouflage net and frame. The first caisson to service an artillery vehicle will set up the netting so that it covers the artillery vehicle, and partially covers the service vehicle.
The CV-80 is armed with two 14.5mm "Hag" guns on remote turrets, which are manned by the loading crew while driving, and the diver and commander when stationary. The vehicle also has 8 smoke canisters, in groups of 4 that can be reloaded from inside the driver's cabin. a total of 32 cans are kept.
Of the three loading crew members, one is a NCO, who will oversee and help with loading, and drive the fork lift. The Commander is usually an NCO of higher rank, while the driver and other loading crew members are lower ranking enlisted.
The engine is the same as the one used by the AV-42 "Stoklomolvi" and so countries using that engine will find their logistics to be ever so slightly easier.

The nation of Orbath has decided, upon review of its military, especially in relation to the Cripistan conflict that we are in need of new military equipment. Our focus at this time is to purchase a basic assault rifle for use with our forces. At this present moment, our soldiers utilize the M-16 rifle and while it is effective, it simply does not meet certain needs. We have reviewed several foreign models, however, the accuracy of your rifle, combined with the unique yet very useful trigger system makes the AY-142 a fine choice. In order to outfit our military and certain units of our police force, we will require 4 Million AY-142 rifles at the cost of $8,200,000,000. We would like to inquire as to what discounts we receive.

On the subject of discounts, even though no formal agreement exists, the embassy sector lists Orbath as an unofficial ally. Because of this, Yanitarian Arms may offer your nation up to a 50% discount, bringing the total of $4,100,000,000.
The grand total that your nation will be charged is $4,000,000,000, with the option to upgrade, at no cost, to any future Yanitarian designs.

Price comes to $3,075,000,000
As for the artillery, each piece has a special purpose. The AV-40 is a great general purpose artillery piece, and is tactical lift capable. However, the AV-42 is also a great artillery piece, although with a much smaller round, but it can be lifted by an Mi-12 helicopter.
However, the AVM-43 is great for hit and run attacks, and can quickly fired it's payload before running away from enemy helicopters or planes. And the AV-42 is a special purpose siege cannon, that really is only suitable for devastating a town that you don't want to capture through force. Imagine the fear an enemy will have when you tell them to surrender, and as a show of force, obliterate their town square with one shell.
The various artilley pieces are meant to compliment each other, and no single piece does every job.

Take them for free. We do not advise using the Hag as your main machine gun, however, as the recoil makes it impossible to fire accurately while standing. This is true for all large caliber machine guns.

A pintle mount should do the job fine. If you really want heavy firepower, and can afford it, mount on on a tripod on the top of the cap, giveit a 180 degree traverse, and add a short pintle to the back with a 300 degree traverse, with the normal position firing back. This will allow you to go broad side, and bring two guns to bear, or engage targets in the front and back simultaneously.
Cheap and dirty. If you want versatility, go with the single pintle in the bed of the truck, and simplify the coupling so that at a supply base, the machine gun can quickly be swapped out for an AT weapon, or an AA weapon even.

We have another order waiting, but, due to problems with the Internet Forums we are using to deliver this message, it will have to wait until the completion of this one.
(Basically, I've been here for a year, and I've never done anything militarily. So I'm using one year's worth of Military Budget to finance these orders. Before this, I technically was allocating money for nothing, as I never developed any military tech myself nor did I purchase any.)
OOC:You're an ally, so I would "forget" to check your budget if you couldn't afford it.
IC: We thank the AFRoC (OOC: Coolest acronym ever) for their interest in Yanitarian Arms military equipment. Since this is such a large order, we will offer you a discounted rate of 50%, and include the DPR for the AV-40 and AV-42.
Thank you for choosing Yanitarian Arms
OOC: I included the Light and Heavy Sevens because the Stoklomolvi is too big to be effective as your main artillery, and the Raquel is an MLRS, and therefore good for harassing, but is more expensive to use on a day to day basis and takes much longer to reload.
I designed the sevens to fill the role of main and light artillery, which are both essential to any military's artillery capability.
We wish to purchase the DPR to the following,
AY-142 205,000 USD
MGY-12 "Maggy" 200,000
Total: 405,000
We currently get no discounts therefore that price is final.
Take it for free. I just realized how cheap the DPRs for small arms are.

You're welcome and thank you for the additional discount. Now, we would like to purchase DPR for Mk 84 762mm Heavy Torpedo for 3,750,000,000 (after discounts). Also, we would like to procure Domestic Production Rights for Amphibious Transport; Model 200 "Mouette" for 2,250,000,000 (discounts included). We wish to begin by purchasing 250,000 AY-142 assault rifles, chambered for their standard cartridge (6.5 x 39mm Grendel). We also wish to know how much it would cost to produce licensed copies of the AY-142 domestically by the Imperial Arms Fabrication Company. We also wish to know the specifications, if possible, of the 6.5 x 39mm Grendel cartridge so that we may produce it domestically as well. If you so desire, we are willing to pay for such schematics.
Regarding the "Raquel"-type Rocket Artillary, we wish to know if there is any benefit to having the leather seating stripped out, as we need to save money wherever possible. Furthermore, is it possible to make a deal allowing the Imperial Motors (State Company) to produce licensed copies of said Rocket Artillary domestically, to help meet demand? Either way, we wish to purchase 1,400 of these.
Correct me if I am wrong, to total of all this comes to (of purchases only, as any possible deals for licensing, if acceptable, need to be discussed):
AY-142 Assault Rifles: $512,500,000 USD -$7,685,000 = $504,815,000 USD (250,00 units)
($7,685,000 discount as order is over 100,000 units (15%))
"Raquel"-type Rocket Artillary: $8,400,000,000 USD (1,400 units)
Total: $8,904,815,000 USD

We wish to inquire about the Ace Class Patrol Boats. We are interested in purchasing a few of these ships, but with to ask if they can be converted to icebreaking vessels. We require armed icebreakers for a project we are currently working on in the north, and these ships are the approximate size, and have the approximate firepower we are looking for. If this is possible, price does not matter mind you, than we shall be very interested in purchasing at least three, and after an evaluation period, for both the ships, and the project, we may purchase more. Automatic Rifle, Yanitarian, Model 143
AY-143
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/AY-143Final.png
Meant as an improvement to the AY-142 (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=13268839&postcount=8) already in Yanitarian Service, the AY-143 includes several updates to the design used in newer models of Yanitarian shotguns and rifles.
First of all, the AY-143 drops the 6.5mm Grendel in exchange for the 6.5x45mm Yanitarian (http://z4.invisionfree.com/NSDraftroom/index.php?showtopic=2211) round, for which the receiver had to be slightly reinforced, and the barrel made slightly heavier.
To even out the weight gain, and keep the balance of the rifle, the stock was cut down to the more efficient stock, which radically differs in shape compared to the older designs. In order to protect the trigger, and still make the weapon usable to someone wearing mittens, a new hand guard was designed, the most effective one yet. Finally, an ShY-10 magazine catch was added.
The sights are fully fixed, although a wide range of Yanitarian scopes and sights can be used on the rail, and the sights can be removed. The iron sights have green tritium inserts in the back sights, and orange in the front, to allow for quick snap firing, and improved night fighting capability.
The gas and trigger system was improved. The sheared trigger system is coated with a more wear resistant lube to prolong it's life, and the cyclical rate of fire for a 2 round burst was raised to 1,200 rpm. The trigger system works a lot like the AY-142, but the springs were eased up a bit. Now a pull of 2kg will fire a single round, a pull of 4kg will fire a 2 round burst, and after that, if the user is still holding on to the trigger, fully automatic fire at 650rpm (an improvement over the 600rpm of the AY-142).
The AY-143 uses an offset bayonet lug, which allows a bayonet to be fixed while using a scope and grenade launcher. In order to make the rifle a bit more user friendly. It has two charging handles, independent of each other and not attached to the bolt. When the handle knob is not screwed in, nothing from either charging handle protrudes from the weapon. The single handle knob can be screwed into either handle, according to the user's preference. The rubber shell deflector from the AY-142 and AY-112 was rejected, and a metal one can know be slid into place, allowing the AY-143 to go from a right handed weapon to a left handed weapon in moments.
The stock was realigned with the barrel, like in the ShY-10, lowering the bore height, and improving the "pointability" of the rifle.
While the AY-143 incorporates a lot of new aspects, it still keeps the reliability, accuracy, and light weight of the AY-142. Like the AY-142, there is an AY-143B carbine variant. All AY-142s bought by allies of Yanitaria (or those who have been offered this deal) may have their rifles replaced, free of charge.

Anti-Tank Missile, Yanitarian, Model 1, Modernized, "Nail"
ATMY-1M "Nail"
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/Misc%20Weaponry/ATMY-1MBigger.png
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/ATMY-1M.png
Part of Yanitarian Arm's campaign to take old Yanitarian weapons and modernize them, making a bargain option for smaller nations, Yanitarian Arms started redesigning the early RPG-7 inspired weapon, the ATMY-1. However, due to the capability this weapon displayed early in testing, it was given more funding, and would become the primary Light Anti-Tank weapon of the USSY
The weapons is extremely simple in construction. The launch tube is a durable steel alloy that resists heat well. The ATMY-1 had wooden furniture to protect the user from heat. This has been replaced in the ATMY-1M with heat resistant polymers.
There is a nozzle at the end of the tube, filled with plastic granulate. Once the rocket is fired, the charge launches the granulate, creating a pseudo-counter shot effect that allows the rocket to fire indoors. Granulate must periodically be reloaded into the device, otherwise a pressure seal will pop allowing the Nail to operate as an RPG-7 type launcher. Sand can be used in most situations, though.
Once the rocket has been fired, it's 8 fins deploy, 4 in front to stabilize the rocket as it flies, and 4 in back to make it spin.
When not needed for combat duty, the Nail can be unscrewed at the middle and stored.
The Nail uses a 3x magnification sight, with back up iron sights above that. Passive IR and NV sights are available, and can be purchased separately. The weapon, in addition to it's sling, comes with a carrying handle.
There are several types of warheads to use, and while the actual caliber of the Nail is 50mm, the warheads are all 120mm, and protrude from the front.
The current models of warhead for this weapon are:
HEAT Mk 3 Single Warhead
Using a single warhead, this weapon can achieve the longest range of all the currently available warheads. Although it is ineffective against ERA, it can go a full 800m due to it's weight
This round can breach 950mm RHA equivalent.
HEAT-II Mk 8 Tandem Warhead
This version uses a dual warhead to detonate ERA, and then combat the main armour of the vehicle in question. Can achieve a range of 700m
This round can defeat ERA+ 950mm RHA equivalent.
AIR Mk 2 Anti Personnel Warhead
Unlike other anti-personnel warheads, like the RPG-7, there are no international treaties limiting the size of a Yanitarian warhead. because of this, the 120mm AIR Mk 2 can launch 1,200 steel balls and 3000 incendiary pellets, with a lethal radius of 20m. Can fire up to 800m away.
AIR Mk 3 Anti Personnel Warhead
A variation of the previous round, once this one hits the ground, it bounces up to chest height, allowing it to defeat enemies in trenches, or behind low cover.
FAE Mk 6 Thermobaric Warhead
Using a thermobaric charge, this warhead is excellent for use in urban environments, and against infantry. Can achieve a range of 750m.
AF Mk 6 Anti-Fortification Warhead
Meant to be used against enemy fortifications, this is the lowest range warhead of them all, but not by much. It is certainly the heaviest, though. It can penetrate 20mm RHA, or a 450mm brick wall, before setting off it's frag charge.
It can fire up to 750m
Stats
Weight: 2-4kg (missile), 4.5-6.5kg (complete)
Length: 700mm
Caliber: 120mm (missile), 45mm (tube)
Sights: 3x magnification sight, with iron sight back up. Option IR or NV sights.

Anti-Tank Missile, Model 12, "Screw"
ATMY-12, "Screw"
The ATMY-12 is the Yanitarian military's answer to armoured vehicles. It is a fire-and-forget missile that locks on before launch and automatically seeks out it's target using IR homing, with a back up GPS "memory". In the event that countermeasures are deployed, or the enemy deploys smoke, the missile will travel to the last known position of the enemy armoured vehicle, and try to get close enough to pick it up on IR.
The Screw is soft launched, with the gases expelled forward, which allows it to be fired from inside a building. To save weight, the launch tube is made from polymers, while the missile itself is made of aluminum and titanium, with steel in the parts that are especially fragile.
The missile is capable of top attack, but can also target enemy tracks, in addition to attacking the chassis. Emphasis is put on attacking enemy armour from anywhere but the front, to allow the missile to conserve weight. Still, the Screw is capable of penetrating 1200mm of RHA equivalent.
The sight allows for 3x and 5x magnification, and has passive night vision and IR modes. There are back up iron sights above it. There is a trigger, a foregrip, and an adjustable stock under the launcher, as well as a shoulder pad to allow for comfortable firing.
There are two rounds available for this launcher, a tandem warhead HEAT round, and an anti-fortification round. The first one, as mentioned, can defeat ERA+1200mm RHAe, while the anti-fortification variant can defeat 40mm RHAe, or 500mm of brick, before deploying a FRAG charge.
Stats
Weight: 10kg (missile), 15kg (complete)
Length: 1100mm
Missile Diameter: 120mm (missile)
Sights: 3x and 5x magnification sight, with IR and NV capability, and with iron sight back up.
Crew: 1-2
Effective range: 3km
Minimal Range: 50m
Fuze: Impact
Price: $35,000 per missile, $5000 per Launch Device.

Man portable Air Defense, Missile, Model 983, "Bolt"
MAD.M-983
In order to fill the need for a man portable anti-aircraft missile, Yanitarian Arms looked at three designs they highly respected.
The first was the Starstreak missile, with it's three submunitions, which could also pierce the front armour of an IFV. The drawback to this was the fact that it used a second generation method of guiding, which meant that the user had to continuously track the target.
The next one was the Mistral, which had a sensitive scanner.
And finally, the 9K38 Igla, which had excellent countermeasure.
The started work on designing a missile that would track targets independently, and then fire the dart like explosive sub munitions. Yanitarian Arms contracted several privately and socially owned companies around Yanitaria to help them design a light, cheap IR scanner that could be mounted on the nose of the missile, and incorporate the sensitivity of the Mistral, while keeping the flare and countermeasure resistance of the Igla. A total of 30 companies submitted designs, many of which were quite interesting, and showed the capability of Yanitaria's hardware and software industry. Eventually, a scanner designed by Inventech Ultd won out, after 5 years of competition, and they were awarded the multi-billion dollar contract.
The missile design was rather simple, as anti-air missile go. It used a Nitrogen-cooled, Indium antimonide (InSb) and uncooled lead sulfide (PbS) infrared seeker which is mounted on the nose. The cooling gases are controlled through a simply electronic switch, and a gas "battery" is loaded into the handle every two shots. The gas cools the seeker head down to the point where it can track planes. It is all aspect capable, meaning that it can track aircraft no matter where the shooter is in relation to the plane, so long as the plane is in range.
The shooter optically tracks an aircraft using the sights, until the handle vibrates, telling the shooter that they have a lock. The shooter can then pull the trigger, firing the first stage of the missile.
The first stage is very light, and runs out before the missile leaves the tube. Because of this, the Bolt has a negligible back blast, which is redirected forward, so that the weapon can be fired indoors, out of a window. Upon leaving the tube, a total of 8 fins will deploy, 4 forward, and 4 aft, which will stabilize and guide the missile.
The first stage will typically launch the missile 10 meters, where the second stage can engage, which will carry the missile at mach 3.5 towards the target.
Once the missile gets close enough, the three side mounted darts deploy. Each dart fired when the missile is flying at mach 3.5, allowing them to reach speeds in excess of mach 4. They use a total of 6 stabilizing fins, 3 forward and 3 aft, to guide them individually to the target, while being fed information by the mother missile.
Once the darts hit an aircraft, usually in the engines, since they radiate the most heat, they will explode, causing massive damage to the fragile inner workings of the vehicle.
The mother missile will then continue towards the aircraft, often striking it, in which case the remaining fuel will detonate, causing anywhere from minor to serious damage.
The darts themselves are made of a tungsten alloy, with high explosive charges. Upon detonation, the charges and the fuel ignite, sending shrapnel that can easily pierce aircraft skin and tear up aircraft engines.
The materials used in the missile emphasize weight reduction, to compensate for the extra weight of the missile. High impact heat resistant polymers, aluminum, and titanium are used in conjunction with steel, allowing for a lighter missile at the expense of price.
This missile can also be mounted on the Sipahi, Rev, Titanrev, Eques, and Chevalier, manufactured by Yanitarian Arms.
STATISTICS:
Weight: 13kg (missile), 20kg (complete)
Length: 1450mm
Top Speed: mach 3.5 (mother missile), mach 4+ (submunitions)
Guidance: Infrared with an Aerospike to reduce supersonic wave drag

Effective range: 8km
Minimal Range: 150m
Sights: Optical with back up iron sights.

Sub-Machine Gun, Yanitarian, Model 16, "Legal"
SMGY-16
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/Guns/SMGY-16.png
The SMGY-16, or Legal, as it is unofficially know, is a gas operated, rotating bolt, balanced action sub machine gun developed for Yanitarian Special Forces, and for the Kingdom of Kabavian's military, which made a formal request for a sub machine gun capable of accurate fire up to 300m.
The nick name, Legal, is one of several, and comes from the fact that the age of consent in Yanitaria is 16, and the running joke among Yanitarian soldiers that the Model 16 is the younger sister of the Lucy or Maggy (which are full sized machine guns), and that it's always up for a party. Other nick names include "Party Girl" and "Slut", the last one being a reference to the speedy rate of fire.
The SMGY is loosely based on the AY-142, and uses a heavily modified, shortened receiver from the rifle, and identical trigger group and grip. Because of that, a short pull (2.2kg) will result in single shots, and a long pull (4.4kg) will result in fully automatic fire. The SMGY, like it's larger machine gun counterparts, is not a bull pup, since the bolt over travel would make a bullpup the same length as a standard layout. Because of this, a PP-19 Bizon inspired helical magazine, which holds 50 10mm Yanit rounds.
The magazine is semi-transparent, so a soldier can quickly check the amount of rounds left. The magazine has a vulcanized rubber hand grip, which is very comfortable and ergonomic. To lower the cost, these magazines are generally made out of recycled tires. The stock is similar to the MP5, and can be adjusted to the requirements of the shooter.
The gun has 3 rails, two on the side and one on top to mount an ARSY-10 Red Dot Sight, like that used in the ShY-10, but includes non-removable rear and forsights. The foresights use the now standard green-orange tritium insert configuration to allow for extremely quick snap firing.
The Legal uses a balanced piston system, and advanced, removable, muzzle break to reduce felt recoil and increase accuracy dramatically. It is now possible to engage enemies as far as 300m away using a sub-machine gun, something previously thought impossible, especially with such a large round.
A silencer is available for this weapon, which can render the SMGY-16 so quiet, that the operating bolt click seems to be monstrously loud in comparison.
There is also and extremely short PDW version, the SMGY-16P "Jailbait". The Jailbait does only has side rails, and the ARSY-10 red dot sight cannot be attached.
STATISTICS for the SMGY-16:
Weight: 3kg
Length: 500mm (stock retracted)
Barrel Length: 250mm
Range: 300m
Cartridge: 10x25mm Yanitarian
Action: Gas operated, rotating bolt with 2 lugs, balanced
Firing Modes: Safe, Automatic
Rate of fire: 800 rounds/min
Feed system: 50r helical, 35r box (with adapter)
Sights: ARSY-10 Red Dot sight, with back up fixed iron sights with green and orange tritium inserts.
STATISTICS for the SMGY-16P:
Weight: 2kg
Length: 350mm
Barrel Length: 150mm
Cartridge: 10x25mm Yanitarian
Action: Gas operated, rotating bolt with 2 lugs, balanced
Firing Modes: Safe, Automatic
Rate of fire: 900 rounds/min
Feed system: 25r helical, 15r box (with adapter)
Sights: Fixed iron sights with green and orange tritium inserts.

Automatic Rifle, Yanitarian, Model 1, Modernized
Based on the venerable AY-1, the first attempt at creating a bullpup Kalashnikov, the AY-1M is the new bargain rifle. Meant to be marketed to poorer countries that need cheap, easy to produce rifles, the AY-1 is very bare bones.
The AY-1M uses cheap wooden furniture coated with rubber, and a stamped steel receiver. The chrome lined barrel and titanium firing pin and hammer were retained to maintain durability. The gas piston was balanced, eliminating almost all of the felt recoil after the bullet leaves the barrel, and a simpler muzzle break. Combined with the 6.5mm Grendel cartridge, the AY-1 has an extremely manageable recoil. It should be noted that the balanced piston, being, in effect, to pistons acting in opposite directions connected by a wire, can break. However, if the wire snaps or the counter-piston jams, the main piston will still be fully functional, and the weapon will continue to fire, although with more recoil.
Because of this, the AY-1 is marketed as a rifle that will fire even after it breaks. Still, the counter-piston is rated as durable enough to outlast the barrel of the gun.
The new sights use fiber optic dots, with an improved color scheme; green at the back and orange at the front, to allow for quick snap firing, and less confusion. These sights are excellent for low light situations.
The semi-transparent clips from the AY-142 are used in the AY-1M, allowing one to easily check how much ammo they have. The AUG style charging handle was also used. Much like the AK, the fire selector also functions as a dust cover.
There are two integral rails on either side of the barrel, and a slot for old Yanitarian UBGLs. Newer Yanitarian UBGLs can be fitted with an adapter, as well as the GP-30 and GP-25 grenade launchers. However, the slot primarily allows for a vulcanized rubber hand grip, a cheap alternative to higher quality Yanitarian designs. The grip has a wooden core to keep it sturdy.
The bayonet lug is offset to the right. The fire selector is ambidextrous, and the rifle uses an AUG style rubber cover to quickly allow for swapping between left and right handed use.
There is a standard (AY-1M) and carbine (AY-1MB) variant available, and the rifle can be chambered for the 7.25mm IZIMIL.
STATISTICS (for the AY-1M standard variant):
Weight: 4kg
Length: 710mm
Barrel Length: 450mm
Cartridge: 6.5 x 45mm Yanitaria, 6.5 x 39mm Grendel, 7.25x42mm IZIMIL
Action: Gas operated, rotating bolt with 2 lugs, balanced
Firing Modes: Safety, Semi-Automatic, Automatic
Rate of fire: 600 rounds/min
Effective range: 575 m
Feed system: 30-round detachable box, 20-round detachable box
Sights: Adjustable iron sights with tritium inserts
Price: $375
(OOC: I know my first attempt was the AY-112, but I want to have a cheap rifle to sell to poor nations.)

Btw, before posting back "in character" put "IC:" in front of the text.
IC:
You may still purchase the rifles if you so choose, you have enough money to do so. However, I would suggest the newly released AY-143, which will be sold for the same price as your current choice is at the moment, and will out

Despite the fact that I am currently attending the peace conference between the nations of Nova Europa, I was still able to authorize the purchase of a small colony and now of the weapons needed to turn citizens into soldiers. Normally in a war torn region soldiers are equipped with the most commonly found weapons which tend to be AK-47s and other Russian weapons. In this case, the region is mostly peaceful, weapons are not in abundance and the most commonly used weapons are 1970s era. I have chosen this storefront for the weapons to equip the new colony's military because of your weapons ease of use, care and maintenance and because your weapons are already employed in the Orbathian armed forces. Therefore, as His Excellency the Count of Throppe, I would like to purchase,

10,000 x AY-143 Advanced Assault Rifle
2000 x LSWY-150 "Lucy"
8000 x SMGY-16 "Legal"
8000 x ShY-10
2000 x ATMY-1 "Nail"
This comes to a total of $53,200,000. This purchase will be made without the usual discounts given to Orbath as the purchase is to be made on behalf of Throppe. I would also like to extend to you the opportunity to establish a facility with Throppe as soon as it is fully turned over to Orbath, so long as Throps are employed. Although small (312,000 people), the people welcome industry, especially when it stands to boost the economy.

OOC: My weapons also tend to be more accurate, compact, and light compared to real life designs (AY-143 vs. AK-47/74) thanks to the balanced gas system, ammo, bullpup layout, and materials. They're much more expensive for a reason, though. I know you can buy an AK-47 for the equivalent of $50 USD IRL.
Btw, do you want to RP the factories opening? Or shall I just write it up for my news thread?
IC: Your purchase has been approved, and because Orbath is such a valued ally and customer, the discounts will be applied. We would like to inquire as to the approximate earliest date we can open facilities in Throppe?
Also, the government of Yanitaria would like to know if Yanitarian aerospace companies can also move into the nation and survey the land for resources, build factories, and ship aircraft parts to Yanitaria to be assembled. This is similar to the set up they have in Kahanistan, except since we trust Orbath infinitely more, there will be more advanced parts manufactured in the hypothetical facilities there, meaning that more white collar workers will be required from the local populace.
We will also extend the same benefits that we give Kahanistani workers, dental plans, health care, insurance, and educational facilities.
And as for the resource gathering, they will operate as any mining company (should resources be found), and buy the land before mining it. In addition, Yanitaria is committed to being environmentally friendly, and once mineral extraction is complete in an area, the government will work to restore the land back to it's previous state (minus any bauxite, iron, coal, or rutile).
Official Government Message
At the moment I'm unsure of an exact date, depending on how the populace takes to us and how smooth the transition goes, it could be anywhere between a week and a few months. As Yanitaria is a close ally, we will also allow aerospace companies in, and allow them the opportunity to mine, though there really isn't much available for mining. My only stipulations are that you ensure you are culturally sensitive, the people are avid catholics though I doubt you would act in a manner that would be offense and that when a Throppe government comes into ''power'' you show them respect also, though I doubt you would show disrespect.
OOC: I'll RP the openings but not in detail so a spot in your news thread would be an idea. I'm going to explain a little about the government because the government will hold quite a bit of power later on.
At the moment, President Andrews is a Count and head of state. It is a monarchy, so even if President Andrews is replaced as President, he still remains Count and when he dies, his heir would take the throne. Because Andrews already has a nation to govern, a representative will do the actually governing and will have the power to enact laws and make changes within the nation in most cases, without Andrews consent. The representative will be Orbathian to begin with, but will hopefully eventually be replaced with a Throp. The idea is that Throppe will eventually become almost 100% self sufficient and basically a protectorate of Orbath, rather than a colony.

Daedalus Advanced Aerospace Corporation Strategic Bomber, Model 34,
Da-34 "Constellation"
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/Planes/SB5th.png
At the turn of the century, Yanitaria was still manufacturing and using aircraft developed by the Soviet Union, but when King Norheim put forward initiatives to modernize all aspects of the Yanitarian war machine.
The area needing the most improvement was the Yanitarian Air Corps, which, as stated, was using the latest in soviet tech, with mild improvements. After a large purchase of Nakil tanks, Yanitaria then turned it's sights towards it's aging fleet of bombers.
The Tu-95 had been in service with Yanitaria since the 50's due to it's reliability, range, and the ease with which it could be upgraded. Daedalus AAC immediately knew that the cheapest method of creating a plane would be to base it on this airplane. However, many things would have to change.
The airframes would need a modern update, which the russians had kept basically the same since the inception of the Tu-142 airframe. The new materials available to Yanitaria meant that the entire craft could be made lighter and stronger.
Further, a promising Turbofan designed by the Aeromarine Engineering, based on Daedalus's older designs had arisen. Knowing that the competitor company, Athenoi Aerospace would soon jump at the chance to restrict this new engine to their aircraft, Daedalus put in a secret bid to attain this engine.
The merits were immediately obvious. The Tu-95 could attain such great range because it's turboprop engines were very frugal with fuel, and at the time Tupolev could not find a jet engine that met the range requirements set forth by the government. However, the high bypass ratio of the AmTF-870 turbofan was revolutionary in the jet engine world. It could not only match the range of the turboprops, it could do it with half the number of engines, and much faster, and with more reliability. As an added bonus, the engines are very "green", and much quieter than other engines in their class.
The wing itself was modified to have more surface area, while the fuselage was widened and slightly lengthened. Crew comfort was given priority, and so a toilet, and small bunk bed was added. Although neither are particularly comfortable because of their size, they are a major step up from the Tu-95, which had neither.
The avionics were heavily upgraded. A large radar was given to the Constellation, in order to better detect combat stealth ships. A great deal of innovation had come about since the last incarnation of the Tu-95. Lessons taken from varied sources, such as the S-400, Sukhoi, MiG, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and even the Yanitarian Navy influenced the final design. In the end, Yawarah Air Works, a small, highly efficient corporation based in Brugge, Yanitaria, developed a radar that could track ships out to 500km.
The cockpit was redesigned, and almost all glass, except for the auxiliary gauges, and the seats for all crew members made to be more comfortable, and provide excellent lumbar support. In addition to being relatively comfortable, the seats are zero/zero ejection seats, that allow the crew to quickly exit the plane, even while parked on the runway. The steering yoke was given a gel pad insert, and a climate control system was added.
There are two pylons on each wing, and each wing can support up to 4500kg. The innermost pylons can carry 2,500kg, while the outermost pylons only carry 2,000. The pylons use adapters to allow non-Yanitarian ordnance to be uses, as well as to vary the loading. While one aircraft may have a 2500kg external fuel tank, another might have a pylon that caries five 500kg missiles or bombs.
Inside the aircraft's weapons bay, a maximum total of 30 tonnes of munitions, mostly in the form of cruise missiles, can be stored. Rotary launchers are generally used for missiles, while bomb racks are used for free fall bombs. Leaflets and propaganda can simply be thrown into the weapons bay and dropped at the right moment.
The Da-34 is especially useful for anti-shipping missiles, and for targeting specific buildings. However, it was also built to replace the Tu-95/142 in all it's variants in the United Royal Provinces of Yanitaria, and so a version, the Da-34EL is available for purchase. The Da-34EL is optimized for electronic warfare, and sub communications.
This plane, one of the most advanced in Yanitaria, is planned to serve in the Yanitarian Air Corps well into the next half century, and maintains the excellent upgradability of the Tu-95. This also means that this plane can be customized for a number of roles depending on the customer's requirements.

After field testing the SMGY-16 in a NOP wide wargame with a special forces unit we regret to deliver a poor reception from our troops. That being said, there were aspects that they liked very much such as light weigh and compact size. Additionally, the adjustable stock is a very nice feature.
However, our troops found that the 300m accuracy is in doubt, as is the is the stopping power at such ranges. Additionally, an optional flash suppressor would was suggestion. Additionally, a burst fire mode would be appreciated.

OOC:, right, thanks for pointing that out. How good is the ASM-45? I might buy some of them, too.
Hmm, I thought I replied to this, but it seems I forgot. I wouldn't go with the ASM-45, because it's unnecessarily bulk and heavy, and less accurate. It's more for a RL russia type nation.

Our accountants will write up a payment plan and have it sent to you by the end of the week. Some notes for the Da-34EL though:
1) DPRs are not available, see the note at the bottom of the Da-34 entry. You can, however, be sold a DMOL.
2)The Da-34EL is not a bomber, it is an electronics warfare, electronic intelligence, and sub communication aircraft. Should you so choose, a DMOL for the Da-34 can also be made available.

Ath-86 "Nebula"
Athenoi Aerospace Model 86 Medium Ranged Bomber Project
[Declassified Blueprint, Front Page (http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/Planes/AA-861st.png)] (refresh if image says "AA-86")
History: The Yanitarian Royal Air Corps had, for a long time, used 1950's-1970's era bomber aircraft developed by a nondescript soviet nation, which had, until the eighties, been some of the best in the world.
Since the collapse of that nation, Yanitaria has had to increase domestic production of aircraft in order to equip it's air corp, and end it's reliance on foreign imports.
When Aeromarine developed their new, next generation high-bypass engine, which Athenoi Aerospace had helped them start, they immediately sold it to Daedalus AAC, Athenoi's chief rival.
In order to reconcile with Athenoi, and move itself into place as the primary engine manufacturer of Yanitaria, Aeromarine Engineering Corporation designed a new engine to go with the Athenoi Aerospace Medium Bomber Project.
With this, Athenoi Aersopace set about to to design two medium bombers, that they would submit to the Yanitarian Royal Air Corps for testing.
Overview: The Ath-86 "Nebula" is a swing-wing medium range bomber designed to carry out strategic, tactical, and nuclear strikes against targets, using either cruise missiles or free fall bombs.
While the aircraft is primarily designed for attacking land targets, it is also extremely capable of attacking maritime targets, and in fact does so with such efficiency, that it will also be adopted by the Yanitarian Royal Navy in the maritime patrol role.
Further, while the Nebula is primarily focused on Theater missions, it is capable of Intercontinental attack, as well as missions against specific buildings.
The Nebula is a versatile and modular aircraft, that will see service well into the future.
Engines: The AmTF-880 of the Ath-86 is based heavily on the AmTF-870 (http://z4.invisionfree.com/NSDraftroom/index.php?showtopic=2456) developed by Aeromarine. It uses the same principal of creating a higher bypass ratio and using ceramic composite fan blades in order to increase fuel efficiency dramatically, while producing an overall quieter, more reliable engine.
Airframe: Compared to earlier designs that this plane is loosely based on, Athenoi decided to give this plane a more pronounced anhedral angle, to allow it more maneuverability.
With the added benefit of it's Variable Geometry wing, the Nebula is able to extend it's wings for take off and low altitude flights, which gives it a leg up on many medium and tactical bombers. When it needs to go past sonic speeds, the wing can fold inward, allowing the Ath-86 "Nebula" to achieve speeds up to 2,500 km/h.
The Nebula comes standard with a refueling probe, which allows for extended ranges with the support of Yanitarian-Compatible air tankers.
Avionics and Modularity: If the past has taught Yanitaria anything, it's that building a solid airframe is only half of what it takes to make a stellar aircraft. One must also ensure that their designs are easily upgradeable, and easy to change in order to suit the mission at hand.
The Nebula's design team contracted five different companies to design the avionics. Yawarah Air Works won out, with their powerful radars.
Two sets of radars were developed, one especially well suited for ground targets, and one which was better suited for maritime patrol. In addition, the large, water cooled CPUs, of which there are three, are largely unused.
As much as 60% of each CPU are reserved free slots that will be used for later, more power-hungry upgrades, allowing the YRAC to continuously keep it's bomber fleet up to date with the best avionics.
Armament: The Ath-86 team had always kept an eye on their bomb load out. While at the point of release, there will be no missiles designed specifically for the Nebula, many are in the works pending approval by the URPY.
The Nebula was designed to hold 3 Kh-22 cruise missiles (and later, Yanitarian missiles of comparable size), and 6 additional Kh-15 missiles (also, pending future Yanitarian designs of similar dimensions).
However, up to 25 tonnes of ordinance may be carried aboard the nebula, either in the bomb bay, or on external pylons.
As will all Yanitarian designs, Athenoi offers "hot swappable" pylon adapters, an accessory for the pylons which allows customers to attach ordinance to the external pylons which do not fit Yanitarian or Warsaw Pact standard specifications. These are available for fitting missiles and bombs from most major aerospace designing nations.
Alternatively, missiles and bombs designed for lighter Yanitarian aircraft will be made available for the Ath-86, via future accessories and light upgrades.
The Ath-86 comes in a reconaissance and ELINT version, the Ath-86R, which adds two cameras that can individually scan the terrain, and gather signals intelligence via two EW pods.

Rifle, Yanitarian, Model 2
RY-2
Developed by the now defunct Rochefort Arms Company (which was nationalized in 1990), the RY-2 was the main Yanitarian service rifle from 1894 to 1935, and the most common sniper rifle well into the 70's. Currently the most common sniper-esque rifle is the SY-43, however the RY-2 still lives on in Yanitarian service as a sniper rifle of great repute, until a more modern rifle can be developed.
The RY-2 is a bolt action rifle with a 10 round detachable box magazine (much like the Lee-Enfield series of rifles, in which the clip is only detatched for cleaning purposes), which is reloaded by 5 round stripper clips. It can also be reloaded by ejecting a case or round, and manually loading rounds one at a time. The rifle's bolt was simple, with three locking lugs, two at the bolt head, and one at the rear. The curved handle is rigidly attached to the bolt body, and allows for better comfort when handling the weapon.
In case of a round rupturing, the bolt has vent holes that expel gases into the magazine opening, away from the shooter's face. The bolt has a "controlled feed" extractor. Massive, non-rotating claw extractor is designed to engage the cartridge rim as soon as cartridge left the magazine, and hold the cartridge case firmly until it is ejected by the ejector, fixed inside the receiver. Combined with a slight bolt retraction at the last stage of the bolt turn-open rotation, caused by the cammed surface on the rear receiver bridge, this resulted in very positive primary extraction.
This rifle is a striker-fired weapon. Striker is cocked when the bolt is rotated to open, allowing for smoother forward bolt pull. The rear part of the striker protrudes from within the bolt, so state of the action can be checked visually or even manually. The bolt group can be easily removed from the receiver simply by pulling out the bolt stop, located at the left wall of the receiver, and then by rotating and pulling the bolt out. The safety switch is located at the rear of the bolt and has three positions: in the left position (when looking from behind the rifle) it locks the sear and also locks the bolt in place, so it could not be rotated and opened. in the middle (raised) position it still locks the sear, but bolt is unlocked and could be operated, to load and unload the rifle; and in the right position, the rifle is ready to fire. Safety could be easily operated by the right thumb finger.
The sights are a leaf-tangent sight on an adjustable v-groove, which can be adjusted for 100m to 2000m.
The body of the rifle is a one piece wooden stock with a semi-pistol grip. The bayonet lug is extremely durable, and is compatible with several types of Yanitarian Bayonets, including the 60cm SB03 Sword Bayonet. A shorter cavalry carbine version was also used, and is small by any comparison.
The Cavalry Carbine, or RY-2CC is much like the original RY-2, but uses a folding metal wire stock, and is extremely short. A full pistol grip is also used in the CC version.
STATISTICS (Stats for the RY-2CC are in brackets):
Weight: 4kg [2.3kg]

Greetings friend, it has been quite awhile since we have had the opportunity to do business, however, I was forced to use my budget for other things, one being the establishment of our colony, Throppe. Since then we have freed up some money and are looking to modernize our air force which is becoming quickly out dated. I wonder if you could put together an Orbathian specific bomber package incorporating all of the bombers you offer. If this could be done, we are willing to pay whatever the cost.

We would be happy to do so, however we are in the middle of designing a final tactical bomber, as well as a ground attack craft.
We can however highly suggest that for now, the Ath-86 and the Da-34 would be excellent replacements for the current Orbathian bombers, and the Da-34EL would be an excellent Naval Patrol Bomber, and Strategic Electronic Warfare plane.
When newer bombers become available, we would be happy to inform you via private diplomatic channels.

We are interested in procuring the DPR's for the following equipment, as only full DPR's can provide for full defence of our motherland. Also we are known for spending gross amounts money instead of the actual price so if we find the weapons here to suit our needs be prepared to recieve ALOT of money.
The list for DPR's is as follows:
ShY-10
ATMY-12 "Screw"
LT-108 "Interpol"
PWAR-155 "Banana"
Spades Class Stealth Corvette
Ajax Shipping Lane Defense System
and the DMOL for the Da-34 "Constellation" (What is the price for this? Well whatever just add it to the total please.)
We would also like to buy the following equipment only, no DPR:
50 Nietzsche Class Super Dreadnought
A price of 11,000,000,000,000 plus the DMOL price once added will be wired upon order confirmation.
Signed,

In response to your questions, any of the Russian or Warsaw Pact standard rails, as well as any Yanitarian made rails that may come up in the future. It should be noted that the GP-30 is superior to the M203 thanks to it's simple design, ease of loading, and reliability.
Additionally, our newest tactical bomber should be of interest to you, in order to fill the role between the large, lumbering strategic bombers, and the tiny ground attack aircraft that have no real payload. The Ath-86 is designed to come in low and fast, take out the target with it's great payload, and return to base safely.
Finally, we will inform you as to when any new aircraft are made available. Because of the generous payment received for this order, we have upgraded your DMOL to a full DPR, and will allow you to produce the Da-34 "Constellation" in any number you wish. However it should be noted that the DPRs do not allow you to sell the aircraft or produce copies of the design for sale. You may modify them for your own use, however.

http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/Misc%20Weaponry/WeM-28BrightLight.png
WeM-28 "Bright Light"
Wellington Aircraft Corporation, Missile, Model 28
First commissioned in 2006, the WeM-28 was mean to be an Air, Sea, and Land deployable supersonic cruise missile, that would be extremely modular, much along the lines of the P-270. While mainly meant to become the primary Anti-Shipping Missile of the Yanitarian Royal Navy, the Bright Light is also meant to replace, to some extent, the Kh-55 Granat in service with the Yanitarian Royal Air Corps.
The WeM-28 is powered by four ramjets, with a solid fuel rocket booster. The rocket and ramjets form the engine of the missile, which serves as a base for all variants of the missile. The missile is controlled by 8 fins in an X configuration, which allow the missile to maneuver at excessively high speeds.
The warhead and guidance system are totally configurable, to allow the client to choose the right variant, at the right price, for the situation. The two main types of warhead are the 200kt nuclear warhead, and the 530kg high explosive charge, but also available are runway cratering warheads, mine deployment vehicles, cluster munitions, incendiary pellets, and napalm.
The guidance system is just as customizable. The cheapest versions are simply controlled by GPS and auto-piloting, and while they are relatively easy on the wallet of the client, they are not the most accurate. The Standard configuration is an auto-piloting systems which guides the missile to the approximate area, before an active radar guidance system turns on. This version has a number of settings, including anti-radar detection and top attack.
Furthermore, there is a final version that, in the event the enemy uses many small stealthy destroyers, would come in handy. It uses an Infrared guidance system, in addition to radar and auto-piloting.
During testing, it was noted that the missile, as it travels at speeds ranging from Mach 2.4 to 3.5, only allows the enemy a response time of 25-30 seconds, much lower than most. This means that while slower missiles can be more easily targeted by anti-air artillery or missiles, the Bright Light might simply zoom past. The missile, when traveling at regular altitude, can reach the edge of it's range in less than two minutes.
Specifications (WeM-28 w/530kg warhead and intermediate expense guidance):
Length: 9.5m
Wingspan: 2.1m
Diameter: 1m
Launch Weight: 4500kg
Speed: Mach 2.4 at low altitudes, Mach 3.5 at high altitudes.
Range: 160km
Guidance: Active radar
Warhead: 530kg High Explosive charge.

OOC: I'm a socialist nation, but it's pretty much like Norway or France. The major industries are mostly state owned, but allow for private competition, and small businesses are totally private. There is welfare (although monitored, and the punishment for abusing the system is excessively harsh. Also, you have to be actively looking for a job), and free health care and education.
Unfortunately many people think socialist and assume that I am a communist dictatorship where the people have no rights.
One day, when I was messing around with the scenario maker on Empire Earth II, I made a city based on Rome, and called it Yanitaria, because my name is Yanis, and Yanitaria just reminded me of Alexandria, Rome, or Constantinople, all of which are named after their founders. Greeting and Salutations,
Following review of the products and equipment offered by Yanitarian Arms, the Imperium Assembly has allocated funds for the acquisition of ten Nietzsche Class Super Dreadnoughts for use in our coastal defense fleet. The Imperium Assembly has also seen fit to dedicate funds for the acquisition of the domestic production rights for the PWAR-155, and WeM-28 munitions; as our military currently has a need for a non-lethal munition type and a reliable and effective anti-shipping missile.
The Imperium Assembly, therefor, would like to lodge the following order with Yanitarian Arms;
PWAR-155 "Banana"
----$15,000,000,000.00 [Domestic Production Rights]
WeM-28 "Bright Light"
----$20,000,000,000.00 [Domestic Production Rights]
10x Nietzsche Class Super Dreadnought
-$60,000,000,000.00 ea
----$600,000,000,000.00
Total;
$635,000,000,000.00
Attached below is the proposed names and identifications for the Nietzsche Class, under Sulaymaan deployment. We eagerly await your response on this order.

OOC: Basically, militaries spend 10%-15% of their budgets on procurement, and if you bought it all at once, you'd have to lay off most of your military, or just not pay them.

OOC: Agreeable logic. I wont spend the time arguing that the Defense and Law budgets should be combined for The Republic (due to the fact that police, fire and medical are all apart of the Armed Forces); its a moot point really.
10 years to pay, 10 years to build. Sounds fair in-and-of itself. Pleasure doing buisness; regardless of the unsuspected logic.

With the sale of all 12 of our current fleet of battleships, we look to Yanitarian Arms to provide us with a ship capable of delivering massive amounts of firepower. Therefore, we would like to purchase;
2 Nietzsche Classes
This ships will be named the ONS Yanitaria and the ONS Norheim (did I spell that right?) respectively. This would come to a total of $120 Billion, however with a 15% discount, this totals to $102 Billion.

Your order has been approved, and engineers can indeed be sent to aid in the setting up of the facilities. The engineers will be provided at the cost of Felix Baudoin, director of the Yanitarian Arms Design Bureau, so long as we can receive, in triplicate, a signed statement confirming that the engineers are indeed being used to aid a charitable foundation. This is required for Citizen Baudoin's tax forms.

Such an investigation will begin immediately, however, several such sales exist to third world nations, or clients from libertarian states which do not keep records. The best we could do, if you can date the approximate sale to with in 5 months, is simply trace all sales as far as possible. As you can imagine, however, it will not be simple.
If your committee could allow an investigative force to examine any captured rifles, we could trace the maker based on the wood paneling and how worn the rifles are.

Voleur Class Nuclear Attack Submarine
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/Ships/VoleurClass.png
Overview: The Voleur class is Yanitaria's newest nuclear attack submarine, and is slated to replace the current, aging fleet of Shchucka-B's.
Not much is known about the Voleur class, except what the Yanitarian government has released, and several rumours circulated over the internet that may or may not have any validity. It is also not known in what numbers they have been produced, or if they have even been put into production yet. However, recent activity in the Okhotsk submarine ship yards suggests that production is in full swing.
A leaked government report suggests that the Voleur Class is extremely quiet, and much harder to track than the older submarines serving with the Yanitarian Royal Navy. It is unknown what armament the Voleur class carries.
It is known that the Voleur Class, if put into production, will only be sold to the closest allies of Yanitaria.

Argentan Class Missile Submarine
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/Ships/ArgentanClassNuclearBallisticMissil.png
Overview: Meant to replace the older, foreign designed Konstantine Class ballistic missile submarines, the Argentan Class SMN (Yanitarian designation, roughly the equivalent of both SSGN and SSBN) is meant to serve in the guided missile and ballistic missile roles.
As with the Voleur class, not much is known about the Argentan Class. Leaked documents indicate that initial testing was positive, and that the Argentan is stealthier than previous Yanitarian subs, which include both the Typhoon, and to a limited testing capacity, the Ohio class.
It is expected that should this class go into production, it will only be sold to friendly nations. This class is named for the Commune of Argentan, in Yanitarian-Kabavia.

Vanves Class Cargo Submarine (SCN)
http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/UNDComrade/Yanitaria/Ships/VanvesClassCargoSubmarine.png
Overview: Built around the Argentan Class, this submarine is primarily meant to carry cargo secretly, and perhaps past enemy blockades.
Almost all non-essential items were taken out. While the original Argentan has a sauna and work out room for crew comfort, the Vanves has no such luxuries, and is by all accounts an uncomfortable ship to serve upon.
The Vanves Class can be converted to a hospital ship, should the need arise, although all equipment must be transported aboard, and this is of limited use except in emergency evacuations.
The name Vanves comes from the Commune of Vanves, in Champs du Nord, Yanitaria.

WeM-30 "Sunburn"
Wellington Aircraft Corporation, Missile, Model 30
Overview: Stemming from the WeM-28 project, the WeM-30 is meant to correct many of the flaws found in the Bright Light. While the WeM-28 was a stunning commercial success, earning $80bil in foreign sales alone off of blueprints (which historically offer a ridiculous profit margin compared to the actual manufacture of missile themselves) in the first month of sale, it was quickly found that the basis for the missile was flawed.
As it was based on the P-270 Moskit (ironically, commonly called the Sunburn, which would later also serve as the designation for the missile that would replace the WeM-28), engineers had overlooked several design flaws. First and foremost, was the fact that several treaties through out the seventies and eighties limited missiles in range. Secondly, the Moskit incorporated many outdated design features in the area of ramjets when it was new. Finally, it was unnecessarily heavy for what it was, and could be considerably improved in all areas.
The Bright Light did indeed improve on the design, and, thanks to alliances, international friendliness, and an extremely successful advertising campaign, it was a massive, unquestionable commercial success (for perspective, the missile cost $4bil to develop. From foreign sales alone, a profit of $73bil, including advertising, demonstrations and arms expositions, it still overtakes the combined net profit of the leading Fortune 500 company, Walmart, by approximately 600%, for the single project alone), it did not overcome the simple design flaws of the Moskit at all.
With a hefty profit from their Bright Light project, in addition to several other contracts by Sunder Cosmonautics, the Wellington Aircraft Corporation has decided to set aside a weighty amount to develop the next generation of Supersonic Heavy Anti-Shipping Missiles.
To that end, the Sunburn is top of the line almost every aspect, and draws inspiration from the CIM-10 Bomarc, Moskit, and BrahMos. The design team, upon more carefully going over their design, realized that the design of the Moskit and Brahmos has been severely limited in order to comply with treaties, and saw that by creating a more efficient design, like the Kh-22 and CIM-10.
Instead of using the more robust rocket engine of the Kh-22, it was decided that ramjets, if built properly, and with disregard to international treaties, would be more efficient than rocket engines at speeds in excess of mach 3. Because of this, the Sunburn is powered by a single stage rocket engine to get it to speed, and two ramjets that will take over for the remainder of the flight, allowing ranges of up to 600km, 375% of the WeM-28 speed. However, because of the use of modern materials, hydrogen injection, and advanced fuels, the missile is actually lighter, allowing it to more easily maneuver.
The design philosophy of the WeM-2x and WeM-3x missiles is clear. An enemy can't shoot what it can't catch. While 600km is a far, far cry from the 2,500km that the tomahawk boasts, the WeM-30 travels at speeds topping mach 3 at middle altitudes. However, the WeM-30 is optimized for high altitude, to allow it to strike an enemy ship's unprotected deck. Therein lay another failing of the WeM-28: It was not optimized for the altitudes it was meant to operate in, and instead it was optimized for the soviet parameter of 300m above sea level. And while 300m is enough for top attacks on any ship, the WeM-28 often operated at much higher altitudes.
Modularity was again kept as a primary goal. The ramjets can be replaced with different models, to allow a client to customize their missile, and optimize it for the altitude that it may be working in. Additionally, the WeM-30 can be fired in multiple ways. First of all, from it's intended method of ship based VLS or even arm launchers, and additionally from land based platforms such as trucks or vehicles designed to carry it. Additionally, the WeM-28 will be completely retired from Yanitarian Royal Air Corps usage, and replaced by the WeM-30. However, the WeM-30 can additionally be launched via submarine, from a 650mm tube, or a ballistic missile launcher. The WeT-9 launch tubes, of which there are 20 on the Argentan Class SMN, can carry up to 4 quad packed WeM-30 missiles. The WeM-28 is not able to fire from either the WeT-9 or any sort of torpedo tube.
The warhead of the WeM-30 is also modular, and allows for several sorts of configurations. The first is a conventional, semi armour piercing 530kg warhead, which is extremely useful for attacks against VLS, or lightly armoured cargo ships. In place of the conventional warhead, a 200kt variable yield nuclear device can be used. Additionally, a light attack variant can be used, which incorporates a "Bolt" anti-aircraft missile system inspired warhead. The nose cone, jettisons, revealing a set of ten 50kg armour piercing high explosive rockets. At this point, it should be noted that the explosive medium used is the shock insensitive PBX 9503. The ten rockets are launched by their own power towards small combatants, such as corvettes, creating a shotgun blast. The rockets hit at a speed of mach 5, embedding themselves in the ship before exploding.
Additionally, incendiary, runway cratering, cluster munition, mine deployment, and DU core armour piercing warheads are available and will be issued to the Yanitarian Royal Navy, Army, and Air Corps.
The guidance system for the WeM-30 is very impressive, in the opinion of many military observers in Yanitaria. During the initial stages of the flight, the WeM-30 is guided by GPS or ship-based radar readings. During the final approach, the settings can be chosen, IR, active Radar, or Anti-radar.
IR and active radar are a bit self explanatory, while anti-radar actively detects radar and guides the missile towards it. During flight, the installation firing the missile can target specific areas of the ship, primarily VLS, engines, and turret magazines. Most often top attack is selected, as the missile is optimized for such an attack.
During a top attack run, as the missile makes it's final descent, it uses it's sensors to judge the distance to the target, and sets a detonation fuse. As the missile descends, it picks up speeds up to mach 6, which very often gives it such kinetic force that the missile that there is a danger that the missile will simply punch through the hull, which in itself doesn't cause much damage. This is why a timed fuse was chosen, at it allows the missile to detonate at the appropriate time, which can be set for the middle of a magazine or VLS block, or even under the ship, causing a torpedo-like effect, among other settings.
In the event that multiple missiles are launched, and this is almost always the case, sensor data can be shared through out the flight between missiles, allowing one missile using active radar guidance to direct the entire salvo with out putting the rest in danger of being detected, or targeted by anti-radar devices. This especially comes in handy, as often an enemy can be confused as to the exact number of missiles, because while only one is emitting a radar signal, there may be many. Additionally, if the lead missile is damaged, the closest functional missile will start guiding the salvo immediately. Even in this setting, different areas of a ship may be targeted, however a single lead missile should be chosen per ship targeted.

OOC: Oops, well my mistake then.
Official Message from the Simmons-Fitzerald Arms Company
We have the desire to purchase DPR for the PY-57 pistols. However, ours is a small company, currently employing six people. Would it be possible to purchase a limited DPR? We are estimating a production run of no more than 10,000 PY-57 pistols in the first year, for marketing to Allanean civilians.
Further, we would like to purchase 1,000 RY-2 battle rifles for importation and civilian sales in Allanea.

Official Response to the Simmons-Fitzerald Arms Company:
A limited DPR meeting your requirements is entirely possible, for the price of $500,000 NSD. Should you feel the need to continue production, we can continue negotiations from there.
The bolt action RY-2s will be delivered with in the month, for the purchase price listed.
OOC: Meaning, I can't be arsed to do the math.
