The New Treaty of Sonomi
[Article I] All nations evolved in any operations of or relating to the Far Echo Islands War or the Bloody Sunday War shall henceforth cease said operations immediately.
[Article II] There shall hereby be no forceful trade embargos, or other forms of barring trade through legislation be enforced. If it is the populace’s choice to boycott goods from another nation than so be it, we cannot impose on the individual’s free will.
[Article III] All nations evolved in any of the aforementioned conflicts shall pay 100 Billion Universal Dollars to the nation of Consumer Technologies whereas Consumer Technologies shall henceforth begin a reconstruction program for all nations which request aid.
[Article IV] There shall be no military restrictions emplaced upon any nations whom sign this treaty.
[Article V] There shall be no territorial gains from this treaty.
[Article VI] There shall be no forced regime changes from this treaty.

Embargos happpen and you can't stop other nations from Embargoing Each other or haveing Tarifs, but then again.......

"I agree, VBD should not have to pay any thing, we will even wave the docking fees, as they had no true part in the fighting of this war. They will not have to sign the treaty, only withdraw their declaration of war against the RBI."

"Well, I also guess then that the RBI owes us military and civilian payment for destroying half of our Imperial Navy and all of the lives tragicly cut short. This would also include shiping and cargo losses with unarmed merchant vessles. A total should come out to 90 billion, however, since you have agree to peace talks, our president and parliament have lowered the bill to a 20 billion.
