OOC: I did that a LONG time ago... after someone else pulled the trick I used on you guys on me. I decided 'I'm going to have to prepare for that.'

OOC: There wasnt an exact post that RP'd the hardening, there was just a period of time inbetween two wars where I ICly revamped my military, though I didnt RP it. Hold on for a moment while I dig up the series of related posts.

OCC: Terre, most nations have EMP hardening, it's kind of standard and assumed that if you have them if your military is any good at all. Most of my things are also EMP hardened. Lord Sumguy, how many men do you have deployed, and, I will say that a destroyer is down as well as 20 planes, of that is alright. Any further OCC we'll need to take to the OCC thread.

Operation: Fury
They had spent days now getting the bombers and other aircraft ready for the mission. Now they were ready to go. The enemy had no chance of really destroying any of the bombers. Only about half were actually loaded with bombs, the rest had other things. The massive jets with their escorts took off, red engines blazing in the night sky. Joining the bombers were EW aircraft, and fighters to cover them. The B-77's knew what targets to hit, they were mainly hitting the government buildings, military bases, and the industry that was there. They flew in formation towards the NC capital.

air raid warning drummed out noise, and men and planes were scrambleing, anti aa weopons were being prepared for the assault.

In The Air
The EW aircraft flew ahead of the large group, and turned on their pods. It would make them look like a bunch of B-77's. Then the SAMs would target them and they would reveal their positions. Then they would be destroyed. Additionally, the B-77's prepared for the attack, while their escorts watched for enemy fighters.

The convoy rumbled toward the capital, wich was now in sight. General Mcalpin looked out from the hatch of his Titan II heay assault tank. The radio crackled and a technical sergant's voice emmited from it:

"General, we will arrive within 5 minutes, but we are picking up masive numbers of what appear to be aircraft headed toward the city."

"What?.........They're going to bomb the capital....stop the convoy! Unload the APC's and supply trucks, then send them to the city and load them with civilians, we are evacuating all we can to the nearest town!"

My good sir, i know that i am your enemy, but i implore you, spare the civilians in this raid. I am evacuating all the non-government civilians i can myself in the APC's and supply trucks used by my soldiers, and ask for the sake of humanity that you not attack them. Let us fight with honor, and spare the innocents.

OOC: Nobody has stated whether they pressed the attack on my bombers or not... therefore, I am going to be conducting the bombing run.

IC: The 616 strategic bombers roared over their targets, jet engines rumbling. Although from this high, accuracy wouldnt be superb, it would be moderate with the bombers advanced RADAR bomb sights. Besides, accuracy wasnt the objective.

The bombers began releasing their payloads. A mix of high-explosive ordnance and incendiary napalm fell indiscrimanitly upon the industrial part of the North Calavera's Capital. If everything went as planned, the resulting firestorm would burn down a good portion of the NC Capital. If not everything went right... well, considerable damage would be dealt to the NC capital's industry anyways.

The two Alversian Observers frowned, it was not part of the Alversian way to bomb civilians, in fact, Alversians would do everything possible not to kill civilians, up to and including ramming tactics. Mevertheless, they were more interested in the Panther tanks outside. The Alversian government had ordered several and it would be interesting to see how they fared in combat

Military observers studied TPF's actions on North Calaveras. It might seem that they will be giving up after all, since they've reached the capital. The President was right next to them in the black room. "Smuggle weapons there, and some of our guerillas. We want to keep this thing heated up." He says to the observers. He knew when TPF declared victorious, it was going to be one hell of a fight in his invasion. He knew it by thinking it, his men won't be able to withstand such a fight, especially when his ships are fighting an uneven battle with TPF's armadas. "I want an enormous group of J-10N's in the capital. Fight with those air raids. Stealth them up, radar jam, and make them fast."

The vehicles had just begun loading civilians when the firebombs began dropping. Luckily they were still on the fringes of the city, and only 2 Supply trucks and 18 APC's were destroyed, along with the civilians they had inside them.

The battalion Commander watched in horror as what seemed to be nearly half the city went up in flames, but hesitated only a moment before radioing the other vehicles:

"Get to the city center now, and get everyone we can out of there! Dont bother shooting the enemy planes, we have civilians to rescue!"

The convoy moved to the center of the city and began to evacuate the panicked residents, praying that they would not be attacked.

Upon hearing of the bombing attacks on NC, The Alversian Senate quickly approved a mandate to establish Refugee camps within the country to provide food and medical support. The Camps would be garrisoned with Alversian Troops who would fly a white flag, they will not fire on anyone who does fire on them.

Unfortunatly we have already attempted that option with resulting heavy losses in terms of armour and planes. We have no intention of getting involved in such a dispute as this any more than we need to. We have negoitiated with TPF and have already evacuated the bulk of our troops. The rest shall be used in refugee camps only.

However, as we are a democraric and free country, there is no reason why Alversians should not be able to volunteer for either army. If you wish you may recruit them but the regular Army is not involved in this battle

SOH adn the airforce now were piloting the remanants, they knew this would be the end they began, the SOH planes were filled with explosives and had iron balls in them, so that when they detonatined it would be like a shotgun, and the other pilots would dogfight, the SOH planes would try to slam into the bombers head on. they lifted off to meet them(300 MiG-21, 100MiG-29, and 50 MiG-31)

In The Air
The enemy forces were detected quickly. Hawk fighters went to intercept the enemies, while half of the B-77's fired. Around 2,000 missiles fired at the enemy, and the B-77's had even more to fire if so needed. The 1,000 Hawk fighters would close in and destroy the enemy first, however.

100 MiGs flew towards the missles and tried to make them follow them, the other continued towards the bombers on full throttle.

A large bulk of the missiles turned away towards the enemy planes, about half, but the other half stayed true on the enemy targets. Hawk now fired a payload of 1,000 missiles, and prepared a second volley, the B-77's meanwhile fired another volley. Then the other half of the B-77's began to drop their bombs, targeting government buildings, TV stations, power plants, military bases, and other important targets.

300 Leocardian Su-30MKIs sped through the air. It was a challenge to the TPF Airforce. Each, were ready, to dogfight the enemy.

Three divisions of the Elite Stoned Rangers have been called to top readiness. All of this continued conflict has made the populace excited for battle looting. Two air wings of our new JSF's have already crossed the border of NS. Do you hear that? No, but you soon will hear the incoming strike of 42 low-yield nuclear bunker busters. Screw your wall and enjoy the crater that your capital is about to become. Muhahahaha...

Someone acciently ordered the targeting of the refugee camps, in NC with modified plague. That is going to be a real nasty clean up.

The SR corps have suited up in their bio-armor. Freshly charged on hash they have put their advanced small arns down and have resorted to using their machetes on the un-armed populace. Supreme General Sherman, cloned from the original, has ordered that everything is to be burned, stabbed or blown up till the corps reach the capital.
