6 Months after The Ryo no Jo'o War

Barbarossa and Asuka had escaped from The POW Camp in Shalrirorchia and had Made it Back to Hataria and saw what had Happened.

Striped of its Empire and It's Military Weaken, Hataria was now Weak by The evil Barbarians of The West, a Civil War had ended Galaxia and Skulltor, They killed Each other. Now The Nation that was once The glory of Oriental Civilization was in Ruins, Crushed by The Evil West.

Barbarossa soon took over as Emperor Barbarossa II of Hataria and did what many Hatarians soon Cheered, He Desolved The Imperial Diet and Reform The Government into a New type, ending The Imperial Republic and now Hataria was to be known as The Second Empire of Hataria.

Now ruled by Barbarossa, The Nation was to be first Rebuilt back to the way it was, by Rebuilding The Economy and All The Factories and Cities, and also The Hatarian Military.

Barbarossa soon sent this Messege to the World

Seeing the plight of our old friends in Hataria, due to their defeat in a war that we could not aid them in for political reasons beyond the scope of this situation, we in Wagdog believe that the time for silence is long over. We are officially wiring, from our own secure accounts to whatever accounts Hataria desires, a sum of fully six-hundred billion standard dollars from our Commerce Budget; without restrictions, although we do ask that reconstruction take priority over military spending if possible.
However, we believe that the root causes of the Hatarian people's problems, namely the widespread diplomatic rejection they face that goes far beyond what their ill-starred campaigns might arguably have earned them, must be dealt with before the wounds of the past can fully heal. Hence, as Secretary General of the United Federation of Allied Nations, I ask that the Second Empire of Hataria review our Charter and see if the principles of our alliance are agreeable with the Empire's own. Oh, and per these notices a nation such as Hataria is somehow incapable of being led off the warmongering path if given an opportunity to contribute to a peaceable alliance, you say? Incapable even if said alliance could act as a formal brake upon Hatrian expansionism, not least by focusing their energies inward towards rebuilding and outward towards positive and non-aggressive engagement with the world community through a recognized forum such as the Federation?
Since we do not have any formal ties with His Imperial Questarian Majesty's Government, despite our sincere wishes such ties were possible despite the repeated injuries of Questarian policy upon the United Socialist States' sovereign interests in Zanski and elsewhere many times over, we are not particularly impressed by your threats to sever that which in our case does not exist. We understand your victimization by prior Hatarian aggression three times over, which you have quite handily defeated so many times in turn, and thus we feel that the past must remain the past. Doing aught else only poisons the well further...
The fact is, the Crown Imperium's main interests are secure; Hataria is in no way at all a threat to Questers. It has lost its colonial empire, its forces are broken, and its lands rendered destitute by the ravages of a war that it brought upon itself so foolishly. Hataria is well, truly and justly beaten; You have your pound of flesh already, so why not take it and handle other sovereign interests of yours elsewhere which are surely more pressing?
Or is this Imperial policy now: to leave nations destitute and starving for the offenses of regimes long and justly dead? Simply because they are "an inferior people that can not manage their own affairs?" If so, we must say that the Questarian Empire shall not receive requests for relations from us until it embarks on a foreign policy that isn't bigoted to the core. Your attempt to use racist premises against us utterly fails; try something fit for pronouncements from the civilized country we know you are, please.
Mark our words, although our aid is monetary alone so far, once Hataria's admission into the Federation is approved we shall honor our material obligations to aid their people in attaining a decent standard of living in peace. The policy of UFAN nations is sovereign whatever the opinion of the Crown Imperium, and so we would consider the actions you are taking extremely ill-advised even if we permitted them nonetheless. The government of Vetalia lends its moral support to the nations of Wagdog and Itinerate Tree Dweller, and we hope that we can work together to convince Questers and the other nations involved in the Hatarian war that a blockade against the arrival of aid is both unjust and inflicts undue suffering on the people who have been broken by repeated wars and the mistakes of their government.

Our shipments will remain halted until they are permitted to enter Hatarian waters, but we strongly urge the blockading forces to allow us through to help the nation in its time of need. Evidently Wagdog has little to no knowledge of Hatarian history. The first time we met the Hatarians, they attacked en masse our colony of Singapore and Malaya and where repelled. They tried again, attacking the crown colony of Jamaica and were once again repelled by Velkyan and Questarian forces. The third time, Hataria started a gigantic war. We stepped into help the Hatarians, we told them that if they followed our disarmament treaty we would protect them from any future attacks. This treaty was thrown in our face and the Hatarians once again initiated a war against ourselves that they lost.

Hataria has also initiated multiple wars against multiple nations for no reason but warmongering - you can ask nations such as Demon666 what they think of Hataria. I'm sure you will find the same response as I am going to give you. Hatarians are incapable of thinking about anything else but war. Their pathetic culture is one of violence, aggression, building up empires for the sake of their "glory." Hataria is a nation devastated by wars they have started. Millions of Hatarians are buried in foreign lands, in foreign waters, for no just cause. They have tkaen the lives of people of other soveriegn nations with them. Hataria must be taught the consequences of its actions, and so, if you insist on sending aid to a nation renowned for starting wars for no reason, then you will pay the price.

Meanwhile, the United Dominion Space Command was placing satellites in the space above the blockade and over the nation of Hataria. These satellites didn’t carry weapons, but carried the flag of the United Dominion. Their mission was to get the number of surface vessels in the blockade. If they are fired on, then the Count would order anti-satellite weapon to take out the blockade force’s satellites to blind them.

200km off the coast of Hataria

The 1st Surface Fleet and the 1st Carrier Strike Group had been deployed to assist in the Questarian blockade of Hataria, led by the massive Kraken-class dreadnought IES Praecursoris. The entirety of the First, Second, and Third Naval Aramdas Attacks Submarine Fleets, this totals to 360 Jörmungandr-Class Nuclear Attack Submarines, and 240 'Fyre'-Class Conventional Attack Submarines.

1: you don't have the $ to get a 250 meter iron sphere into space. 65,450 cubic meters of iron is heavy, since you're talking 51,4437,000 kilograms of the stuff. Yeah, go look up the price per kilo of launching metal.

We will not abide by the vindictive desires of a handful of nations while innocent people suffer and die from lack of economic and humanitarian aid. We feel this blockade is not only unjust, but tramples upon the rights of sovereign nations to aid others in the name of humanitarian concern.

Aid will be as follows:

$600 billion in cash aid grants immediately
$1.7 trillion in low-interest economic development loans over the next 5 years with repayment starting 5 years after disbursement.
$2.2 trillion in standard economic development loans over the next 10 years, with repayment starting 2 years after all of the loans have been disbursed at 7% interest.

In addition, we will provide your nation with technical and mechanical aid in the form of engineers, construction equipment, cranes, temporary housing and trailers, computers and telecommunications equipment, and electrical transmission equipment. Lastly, we will provide 5,000,000 barrels of diesel fuel and gasoline from our strategic reserve as well as subsidized coal and steel from private suppliers. Repayment for these services will not be required.


We will provide military escort for these forces if necessary, but we strongly suggest that no nation interfere with out transport of peaceful aid. Also, once space superiority is achieved, be advised that our foremost anti-missile and satellite asset Excalibur is also quite capable of anti-ship fire; exploiting most vessels' inherently weaker deck armor by striking from above when bounced off a series reflector satellites to the target area. We are also upgraded in readiness to DEFCON 3, probably soon to be DEFCON 2 all things considered. Mobilization is being ordered as we speak, the economy having been prepared for some time due to raises in social spending and thus taxation being necessary in the wake of our recently-concluded Circum-Zansk War, and we are ready to operate beside you as needed.

In essence a giant victory parade, the parade lasted the entire day. Businesses closed, and crowds thronged the streets to see their noble soldiers march up Black Square andgaze upon that which our soldiers obtained. We find Mr. Arthur Tenarius celebration rather ironic. Yes if it had been mine nation i to would celebrate in beating a foe like the one you fought. But unlike you i believe in redemption. Open your eyes you blind fools. I to believed Hataria could not change but if you look at the former leaders you will see there evil ways. If look at there current leader he seems to have no evil ways. He does not seem to want to expand the empire, destory those who seek to destory him. All he wants is peace. It is due to this reason that I have chosen to withdraw my own ships from the blockade. Admiral Anatoly Yagoda stood on the deck of the Orel Ul'yanovsk class carrier Vorobey as it moved slowly towards the Hatarian coastline. Recognizing the possibility of submarine blockade, he had his ships move more slowly than originally planned, with the destroyers and Amur attack submarines leading the other ships and using their superior sensor arrays to give some valuable additional intelligence to the fleet.

Helicopter and aerial surveillance had produced nothing, which left Admiral Yagoda convinced that there were subs stationed off the coast, and so the fleet would have to be as prepared as possible for them. The supply ships were behind the rest of the convoy, covered by the sensor arrays of the cruisers that escorted them...at the very least, they'd have to fight through the convoy before getting to the supply ships.

Yagoda simply stared out at the blue oceans of Hatarian waters, hoping that the conflict could be resolved before lives were lost.

OOC: Fair enough Sky (right?:confused:), but then again so would be hiding your buoys totally from this...;) My sats may miss many or most since they need to be moved into position, but eventually we'll see the breaching plumes and nail the locations of quite a few buoys all the same. That done, our ASW boys start poking around to see if anybody's still nearby under there...:p

International Waters approaching Hatarian Mainland...

As the inbound task force of nearly two-hundred-and-fifty total various ships sailed casually towards the Hatarian mainland, not looking to start a fight even if they were intent on finishing one for the sake of Hatarian civilians, much of the delicate dance that had to precede even the standoffs of modern military action were already well-underway. In accordance with DEFCON 3 ships were travelling in combat formations designed to maximize AAW/ASW/CIWS coverage, live munitions were loaded, shipboard security and marine detachments placed on full alert, and standing BARCAPS of Su-37K 'Flanker-F'/"Sea Terminator" air combat fighters were mounted while Su-34K 'Fullback'/"Sea Platypus" strike fighters were prepped for rapid-fire antishipping launches.
This force was designed to compel the blockade's end, although the supply ships were naturally loaded with relief aid as much as military supplies for the fleet proper. The situation on Hataria's end could easily become dire enough to need such soon, after all. Some thousands of miles behind, two-thirds of the Seventh Fleet, or "Unified Escort Fleet" of Wagdog's older ships, was making rendezvous with still more merchantmen who would constitute the bulk of the relief effort to Hataria. Though the ships comprising Seventh Fleet's escort groups were all older than the Czechalrussian classes now predominant in Wagdog's fleets, they were still useful enough against most opposition; despite the 15 Kuznetsov-class carriers asssigned to Seventh having to be renamed from what had been originally planned, due to overlap with both those chosen for the Tri Svaytitelya class ships just commissioning at the time and the reroled-as-LPH Kiev class vessels before the approaching end of their service careers and either resale or scrapping.
More relevantly to a blockade situation at the substantial distance from Hataria the force yet remained, even if near in intercontinental terms, Helix chopper patrols were mounted to both handle low-altitude AWACS by Ka-31 helicopters and ASW by Ka-29s; so far just detection, localization, and monitoring of Questarian and allied forces so as not to provoke anything untoward. Overall Rules of Engagement remained clear: Do not fire until fired upon or otherwise authorized by the Dominion Commonwealth command. The decision for whether to unleash battle remained, as it had been from the beginning, upon those enforcing this unnecessary blockade of a broken land.
However, Wagdog's forces were not entirely surrendering initiative here; for more relevant means of keeping pace with opposing developments were also being brought to bear. As OBSATs were being moved both over the suspected Skyian submarine deployment area; or at least, a suspected blockade forces' deployment area since most of the later-launching buoys were detected by the OBSATs as those obtained field-of-vision and spotted the marker's bobbing up from where launched, the Helixes gradually closed in under fighter BARCAP to refine their suspected tracks using this bonus. Again, not so finely as to attain a firing solution... yet, but finely enough to expedite that process by orders of magnitude where the hunting was good.
And over both Demon666's fleet and country, still more OBSATs rose to viewing positions to verify the country's withdrawal from the blockade line. And as all of this was going on, secure data feeds integral to the OBSAT system were transmitting all relevant data to all Dominion Commonwealth forces in real or near-real time. Bottom line, Wagdog and its allies were going in cautiously, as befitted the diplomatic approach even at this supremely late hour, but NOT blind or ignorant of the situation by any means...

Questers was already fully mobilised. Fighting Aequatio over some island in the Carribean had alerted the Nation to the threat of a possible Gholgoth attack and the Navy of Questers was already fully deployed and on alert. Over four hundred carriers of all types, two hundred heavy battleships and thousands of cruisers and destroyers where already patrolling the sea lanes of the world and Haven. The nation was split in two over the Hawks and the Doves following the Aequatian conflict, but on this day it was united. United to stop a common enemy that had plagued the history of Questers at every possible opportunity. The Prime Minister, Liberal Right Honourable Foxbury had begun a comprehensive buildup program for the Questarian military. It was designed to challenge the mighty nations of Gholgoth and their assosciate states. All over the country, efforts where made by the populace to gear up for war.

But, on the eve of war, a lone diplomat sent off one last message with direct consent of the Emperor Konoye, eager to avoid war with all but Wagdog at least (per the Anti Communist Konoye Doctrine), managing to circumvent usual procedure and send one last message direct from the Emperors hands.

Planes sat ready on tarmac and ships steamed to regroup all over the world. The full might of the Questarian Navy and Navy Air Arm would be brought against those who defended nations such as Hataria. Over one hundred thousand aircraft where prepared to strike. On this day, it would not be clash of ideas, of values, that caused a conflict. A clash of national interests, and not for the first time in Questarian history, would need a show of strength to enforce them.

I can understand your actions to defend Hataria. Unfortunately, it seems you can not understand ours. Negotations have broken down. You have declared your support for a nation that has acted hostile towards Questers many times in the past. Yet, I do not want war. Questers is not popular among the sailors for having dragged them out here on an aid mission. "As such, we have received a command to base ourselves 5 marks off the edge of Hatarian Waters, and we're to meet the convoy as it leaves. We're on Amber Alert as such, as they will inform us if any attempt is made to board. If we get that call, we're going in. Affirmative?"

By now, the United Dominion aid ships would be seen coming about 1100km form Hatara. Mostly large transports without military escorts. Loaded with whatever was need for the Hatarian. These ships flew the United Dominion flag proudly. Large symbol of Timber Wolf Incorporated symbols were painted on the hull and sides of the bridge.

The United Dominion Navy fleet was 50km behind them, over six hundred vessels in the fleet with a Hood leading it. Yup, that’s right, a Hood is leading this fleet. The Count ordered the UDN The Bloody Death in this fleet with the rest of the Black Sea fleet. The Questarian aboard was placed in the brig by gunpoint because he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Around The Bloody Death was a fleet that was meant to protect the massive battleships. Well the blockade be called off or does it need to be broken.

The Questian blockade is nothing more than a tool of genocide, used to punish a people who have had no part in the crimes of a previous government. "I come to you here today to announce a grave threat to our nation. As you most likely know, the nation of Hataria is being aided in its rebuilding to become a nation capable of waging yet more aggressive wars against us. Our government at first initiated a policy of a blockade which woudl allow no trade to Hataria - an action which you all supported."

He paused.

"Then under pressure we reconsidered. I personally offered to the Translyvanian head of state that we would allow all civilian aid through to Hataria if the control of the seas around that area was given to us. I was notified by several key states, including Wagdog and Vetalia, that this course of action was acceptable. However, the Translyvanian count 'Jwolf' refused the offer, throwing it back in my face. This shows his need for war to fuel his hate of our nation and our way of life, and his love for those who oppose the free market, democracy, and liberty."

"I am going to give the Count Jwolf one last chance for our ultimatum, which perhaps he has not read clearly enough, and if not then the naval forces embarked will carry out my will to defend our future. We require immediate clarification of the situation regarding the Hatarian blockade as well as Questers' offer to allow our aid to go through in exchange for demilitarization of the region. We do not wish to continue to spend our time and money deploying military forces in the region and we would like to commence sending approved humanitarian aid to the nation of Hataria.

Vetalia will do its best to convince recalcitrant states that this is the best course of action and that further resistance helps none of the interested parties. Upon confirmation that our humanitarian aid is permitted to enter Hataria, we will immediately withdraw our forces and allow the blockade to inspect our ships for military equipment.

The Count was tired of this heartless king and his bullshit. They wanted the war and the death of the Hatarians. So, he did his own Speech, which was live on Dominion News Network channel across the United Dominion and the world.

Dressed in a nice gray suit, the Count looked at the camera.

“People of the world, whom have seen the speech of King-Emperor Konoye, I only want to see what is best for the Hatarians. The King-Emperor, which is the weirdest title I have seen over my old title as God-Emperor, offer was pure nonsense. He wants only his navy in the waters of Hataria, which is the dumbest thing in the whole world.” he started with his opening part. He took a breath and eyed the camera. “The King-Emperor’s blockade needs to move on because it is unjust and up because of their hatred against the old rulers of Hataria.”

“They already nuked a city and killed five million doing it in their past with Hataria. That’s right, I said five million die in their cowardly attack.” he said, ending it with a smile. “I don’t hate Questians, what I hate is their unneeded hatred of the Hatarians.”

“The Questians do not, I repeat, do not need to control the sea of Hataria. They only need to leave and along the kind people to aid Hataria. The King-Emperor only wants to force people away to whatever he wants with the Hatarians.” he said, his tone hada hint of anger in it.

“No, I will not get in to your unjust terms. The people want a free and safe Hataria, not one with the Questian attack dogs in their waters to jump on them when the order is given.” he said.

“The King-Emperor started this mess when he threaten to sink every ship that flies the United Dominion flag or a flag of a Commonwealth state that moves to the waters of Hataria.” he said. “That means nobody can trust them. There will be a call for peace talks between all parties. I don’t want bloodshed, but I have a feeling that the King-Emperor wants it.”

With that, the speech was over and the Count image faded form the screen.
