We further urges the American Empire and the Balkan Union to cease their imperialistic attempt to dominate Armenia, and call upon world leaders to condemn their despicable actions.

France is completely harmless, as long as it does not bring hostilities upon its neighbors. Ergo, there is no reason to intervene with military forces unless they do so to your country. There is no justified reason to say that the French government - however inept and incompetent it is - requires your military intervention. They neither asked for it nor endorsed it. The fact that French forces currently oppose your invasion of their territory further testifies to your illegitimate presence in their country.

As to why the French do not invade Germany - you ought to remember the lessons learned in your own two wars against them and their allies. The times have changed since then, but as they have had every reason not invade your territory, you still and remain without just cause in invading them.


The only change that will matter is your cessation of hostilities with the French government and their forces. If you stop your aggression, we can consider mediating any conflict that your governments may possess, as we have no interest in waging war for the petty mistakes of your foreign and defense policies. However, if you wish to revert to the ways of your predecessors, we will aptly force you to accept their sovereignty.

There in lies the problem. There is no french government. It has fallen. Local leaders are trying to gather power. They are fighting the Anarchists and other such radicals who see this as a revolution. They are pretty much turning the Benelux into a warzone and if no one stopped them it would be a wasteland. There is no French Military in the Benelux. It is only in Metropolitan France. They left their equipment in the Benelux in their haste to get back to France. We have not fought a single French Soldier. Only Anarchists Rebels and the local warlords who don't want their power diminished.

I also humbly ask you to let the Europeans deal with European Problems. Countries in Asia and Africa although are fair game. Such as the current problem in the Caucasus. We both don't like the imperialistic gain that the Balkan Union has done. We are currently trying to get them to leave Armenia but is slow going. We don't want their to be bad blood between the Han Empire and the German Confederation. It's just that we don't let problems fester and words only go so far.

Contact was lost in Riga this morning at ten AM. There are scattered reports of military movements towards that area.

CANN REPORT: LOYALISTS PULL OUT OF SAN BLAS

AP, Panama-After more violent attacks on Loyalists in eastern San Blas, the Loyalists have pulled out of the jungle territory to reinforce their Panama and Colon-stationed forces. A Loyalist spokesman announced that it was not a major loss and that the Canal would be held. In later news, two more ships, a small gunboat and a Loyalist Yacht, were sunk on the Pacific side of the canal. Losses were minimal, but Loyalists are expressing continued fristration over these sinkings.

Troop movements into Riga have taken place. Naval forces have been seen moving back into the RSFSR. Russian troops in disputed Siberia have started to move back into the major cities in those areas. The gov't has shut off most outgoing communications and networks inside the country and has been more quiet than usual.

Almost the entire FSA military is gearing up to sail to Panama, but so far the FSA government is attempting to keep it secret by making it look like war games. Half the active Army, a third of the active Air Force and the entire active Navy was getting ready for this. A grand total of 9,048 personnel were gearing up.

IC: Two videos have come up on the internet out of Russia. This is odd since the RSFSR has shut down most outside contact with the world. The first video, 1:35 long, shows a large group of soldiers flying the Red flag of the RSFSR moving into Riga. The soldiers are then ambushed in a corridor of three story buildings and shops. The video stops after a red soldier sees the video recorder and raises his gun at him.

The second video shows a group of Spetsnaz assaulting a Red Army outpost in the Caucasus and capturing the soldiers in it. The Red Flag was taken down and a Blue flag raised.

Massive tank force spotted moving into Kirov. Riga has fallen into turmoil with urban warfare spreading through the city. Red forces are unable to control the situation. Violence has also spread to the Caucasus with renwed conflicts in Grozny.

IC: A group calling themselves the Union of the Russias has claimed responsibility for the attacks. They are made up of russian military dissidents and angry civilians. The Red Gov't has issued a statement denying all of the said activities are occuring, but they are unable to hide the truth from the satellites orbiting above.

The Imperial Government wishes to inquire the situation in Russia - as we have been disturbed by the massive load of internal strife. We urge caution to your government as well, since it seems to be a common perception that states not able to effectively control their internal affairs are inherently open for blatant invasions of sovereignty as with Panama (I've seen Cortellen's post, but Russian actions are SIC to us mostly), France (UK and Germany), and Armenia (BU). We offer our protection against these possible attacks against your sovereignty, and we furthermore offer assistance in stabilizing your country - a major state that requires some concern over its domestic affairs. Do be aware that if you decline our offer and one of your revolting subjects attacks us, we hold your government responsible; whereas if the same were to happen with our protection, we would discriminate against the rebellious elements within your country. If this is a major and elaborate military exercise, we urge caution as its realism is astounding.

If anything is required to control the mayhem, we will offer what is within our capacity. We are cautious of any and every action around the world with the massive ploys of instability or rights being used as pre-text to invade their neighbors.

IMPERIAL DECLARATION


His Imperial Majesty of the Great and Celestial Empire of Han - Gwangmu - in the 6th year the 7th month {July 2012} of His Most Exalted Reign - has issued the subsequent declaration:


I have reviewed the information presented to my Imperial Advisors and myself, and having discussed these matters, I have resolved to make known the decision of the Imperial Cabinet in my own writing, so there would be no confusion concerning the explicit will and intentions of the Han Empire, and the aims of our objectives.

In the recent months, the world has since become involved in numerous conflicts, none of which have been since resolved. The Han Empire has reviewed each case and seeing the virtue of each situation, we have made actions adequate to each situation. Nonetheless, the similarity of the actions committed bear a stark resemblance to others' actions, and we have been concerned that there is a general camp dedicated to trying the patience and the will of the Han Empire. This is of course our apprehension - the Han Empire has been acknowledged as a power, but its influence on sensible policies have been largely ignored.

The issue of our primary concern involves the numerous invasions and attacks upon sovereign states in recent months. As the bastion of civilization and of protectionist policy, the Han Empire maintains its firm commitment to the defense of all sovereign states, to protect them from unwarranted aggression by foreign states. This policy has since its inception been tested on numerous occasions, but never before has its effects been so stark to conclude a possibility to preempt future aggressions. The Han Empire has since rejected preemption as a possible mode to combat aggression, as it only serves to elicit a hostile response; the civilized country is able to subjugate the enemy without destroying him, and as such, both enemy and foe can become friends and not suffer the brutality of war. However, in lieu of this policy, we have been forced to accept the possibility and the inherent reality that sovereign states will be invaded and attacked by barbarians, all embracing expansionist tendencies and making it furthermore their mode of foreign and domestic policy.

The primary excuse for the recent invasions has been to instill stability in the region - laudable but unwisely implemented. The Germans have invaded France to gain a stable partner, but they also claim that the French have no government - utter non-sense. By invading the French, they have automatically taken it upon themselves to creating a new government for the French - an implementation neither requested by the French government nor accepted by the people they currently control. Their legitimacy in France is lost, because the only government that Germany can conceive is that which is conceived of their own state - and it has been decisively shown that the French do not agree with this policy. The alternative would have been to introduce diplomatic recognition of local leaders in France and allow them to cultivate their own state and government - than to invade it with military force and occupy the territory with their own administration. If the French had asked for the occupation or in some capacity accepted German assistance in stabilization, we would have no qualms with their presence in France. However, as of this moment, the Germans have not presented any evidence that their actions will conclusively lead to the stabilization of France, the representative sovereignty of the government in France, the territorial and political integrity of the French government after the occupation - a guarantee that cannot be given at all - the legitimacy of their actions as accorded by the French people and government, and the explicit intentions in establishing a stable neighbor.

The same excuse has been employed by the British, against the same French. Prospects of a German-British alliance are high, concerning their cooperative destruction of France and its domestic infrastructure. The United Kingdom has demonstrated much brutality in its attempt to restabilize a country - immediately casting doubt on their true intentions. The Han Empire remains unconvinced that they truly desire an independent France, as they have mentioned only the security of their own country from a potential nuclear strike from a weak administrative French government. In our opinion, invading France only increases the risk that these weapons will change hands, and that unconcerned members may be willing to exact revenge against their invaders - perpetuating a nuclear crisis already demonstrated when discontented rebels in Russia annihilated Moscow and Saint Petersburg. In sum, they failed to attempt a diplomatic resolution - consulting the strong elements within French society and government to attempt to assist an external reconstruction of a French government as the French would make it. Their invasion of France only shows their unwillingness to permit the local inhabitants to decide their own domestic policy, and therefore place a high reliance upon British interests.

The second excuse we have received is simply that they have been provoked into making the action. The Indian invasion of Bhutan was justified by the unwillingness of the sovereign Bhutanese government to cooperate with the Indian government in a criminal investigation. Whereas the Bhutanese government was not practicing civil policy in not cooperating with the Indian government, the retaliation by the Indians was not reciprocal to the action of Bhutan. As this state is closer to our territory and sovereign domain, the Han Empire intervened as soon as possible - first offering a diplomatic resolution and supporting it with adamant cautions. Our calls were first replied with inadequate excuses and subsequently they began to ignore our officials. We then issued an ultimatum to Indian forces: to cease all military operations and vacate the country, or otherwise be ejected by Han forces. We are living the Han response and our defense of Bhutanese sovereignty. With the aid of our allies, the Indians are being controlled and their forces are being forced out of the country, where we hope to end the hostilities at the border. If not, we will break everything that decides to attack the forces of Han, of Bhutan, or of our allies. While this war is straining relations with India, we remain hopeful that this fighting is able to reinforce stark realities between our two states and permit the cultivation of more understandable and less provocative policies. Rest assured, the independence of Bhutan is guaranteed, as are those of our other Oriental neighbors.

The third excuse has been a frustrating method - to ask for a political union and then force it militarily. This is one of the most recent example, brought by the Turkish government of the Balkan Union - with their attempt to assimilate Armenia into their government. After their proposal was apparently rejected, even as their head of state was still within their territory, an invasion of Armenia was declared. We can only speculate the reasons why the Armenians rejected the proposal, but having rejected it, the Turkish response has been noted as a case-study of exemplary action of an expansionist state - and therefore subject to cautious action. We have supported every action against the Turkish invasion - even as they forced the government to surrender with the continuing threat of military repercussions - in effect invalidating any just and legitimate declaration made by the Armenian government; the Armenian government rejected the proposal made by the Turks before any military threat was employed, and after the threats materialized, they sensibly chose to end hostilities in as best a manner as they felt they could afford. However, their action is a forced action - and it only serves to unveil the barbaric nature of the Turkish government and its method of policy employment. They used military force to receive amenities that they wanted, at the clear and irrefutable expense of the people that they occupy. Here, there is no compromise - the Turks must revoke their occupation of Armenia and restore the Armenian government before their invasion and repay for all damages inflicted.

The fourth reason and case involves the complicated history of Panama - a former member of the UPWS - a clear failed union. While the domestic civil war was present, four other countries decisively intervened in the crisis, expanding the depth and grievous nature of the domestic conflict. These event are too recent for me to conclude any real policy concerning, but at the moment, we are resigning Panama to suffer the fate of being cut into five pieces, since the Han Empire cannot clearly distinguish between the expansionists and the protectionists in action. We can only hope that the events in motion inn Panama do not overwhelm our larger neighbor in Russia, which has been demonstrating civil difficulties. Nonetheless, we make present our clear and irrefutable declaration of protection for the Russian state - any attack or unwarranted intrusion upon its sovereignty will be met with Han resistance in defense of the domestic integrity of the country. The same shall apply to future crises.


Having explained the Han perspective of these situations, our reasoning for their fallacies, and likewise reasonable alternatives to managing these crises, the Han Empire must now make known our defense of the oppressed states. In doing so, we issue this ultimatum:

All military forces must cease operations within 24 hours;
They must claim responsibility for the damages inflicted in the subject country;
They must make every effort to vacate the country within 6 months;
They must make every effort to encourage the domestic development of a stable government to replace the inadequate government that has allowed its domestic situation deteriorate while being invaded;
They must make every effort to cultivate friendly relations with the French government and likewise recognize and respect the sovereignty of France.

If this ultimatum is not answered in 24 hours {RL}, the Han Empire will detach any all diplomatic contact with those countries not in accordance with this ultimatum, where applicable, and make preparations to eject those participating any occupation of those countries without any irrefutable legitimacy. Our actions after the severance of diplomatic contact may include the commencement of hostilities and a declaration of war. Therefore, we must express our interest in not having a state of war exist, and that it is still possible to avoid such a harsh recourse, but the policy of expansionism must end, and we will do all without our ability to force its extinction.

This ultimatum does not apply to the melee in Panama, but we express our sincere hope that sensible leaders will stop the madness there and restore order in a civil manner without the necessities of war.

This is the sovereign will of the Han Empire, and I - as Emperor of the Han - assert this will as the unilateral decision of the Han Empire and of every Han citizen.

Official Report from FK Tech

This report concerns the offical start of the designing of the XM-1. Preliminary designs and contracts between corporations to actually get started on the engine have been going on for almost a year now, which will cut designing times by a little with little or no confusion and executive blunders involved. The XM-1 engine will be perhaps one of the greatest technological achievements of the 21st century. Although exact specifications are unknown for now, details will be released at periodic intervals.

So far, this is all that is known to the public about the XM-1.

The project is said to finish in 2018 at maximum, although anywhere from 2014-2016 looks reasonable for now. The allotted funding per year from the SSF budget is 21.4 billion USD, or about 5% of the budget. The engine is very important to the SSF, and although such plans for alternative energy cars and engines have been thought about in the past, FK Tech will be the first ones to take it through the steps of designing and production.

Our primary reason for involvement is to ensure the fair treatment of our Latin, and Indio borthers.
Our secondary reason for action is to strike at an enemy that has lurked on this patch of earth for far too long. The Leftist elements in Central and South America are not idealic egalitarians who seek to install a government of everything for everyone and nothing for ourselves, but raither would destroy the advances being made by free society under a system which they do not support so merely by that virture do they kill innocents, kdnap, rape, cut and kill all who are in the way even if it is only be mistake. Drug trafficing and human slavery are but a few of the tools used by the leftists, and in the end it is merely ofr more power, so the revolutionary falls short of his ideal.

Imperial Kiwiland Defence Ministry reports that the lead ship of Yamato-Kai class, IMF Battleship Musashi, has been launched. She will be undergoing intensive testing before being comissioned into serivces later this year.

Two more ships are being planned in this class, Battleship Shinano and Battleship Kii. Funding is expected to be requested during the upcoming budget appropriations hearings.

Our reason for abstaining from involving ourselves in the situation in Panama is not that we will respect the barbaric interactions there but because we are utterly disappointed at the mishandling of affairs there - so much that it is futile to involve the forces of civilized states to resolve. Once the skirmish clears, we will consider interacting in the situation. We are glad to hear your intentions, but given other reactions in international crises, we cannot be certain of your intentions and thus it is pointless to justify to us in words - but rather let your actions justify it all.

As to the distinction between 'left' and 'right' - we find it amusing that the Western states will choose to go to war over the distinction of which hand they use to wipe their asse. We have no interest in this handedness of law, and therefore we have no obligations to aid either the left or the right - our focus is upon the civil and the virtuous state, the one is just in its interaction and avoids war as a first recourse. We will do all within our power to do so - and involving ourselves in the American mess would not be within our capability or our desire. We can guarantee however, that if the situation were more clear, we would make our intentions clearer still and intervene on the civilized side, for disrupting the civil and domestic resolution of Panamian and other states' affairs - compared to the blatant and barbaric intrusion by expansionists.

We can only hope that your country resolves to do as it has said it will do.

We hereby agree to Han demands, we will evacuate the area of Armenia immediately. We are appalled by being called imperialist by an empire, our goal was only for the better of Armenians.

While our military will leave Armenia, we will reinstate the old government and let them old a referandum to the people as to whether or not they wish to become a Balkan state.

Crvenkovski laughed as he sent his message to the world, he was only told to leave, rebuild, and reinstate. Nothing about Armenian people.

His plan was to exodus all Armenians out of Armenia, fully with the demands of the Han emperor. He will then have a referandum with the Armenian government and a few thousand people left in Armenia whether or not they wish to become a Balkan state. Abstract
Built by Animarnia Aerospace Engineering the Quicksilver is a 3 stage beyond visual range Sea Skimming anti shipping missiles that can be launched from land installations, aircraft or ships/submarines via quad launchers or Vertical launch tubes. The Quicksilver is fast, mobile and deadly. Using the latest technology available to AAE to provide one of the premiers anti shipping missiles the world has ever seen. Taking inspiration from the American Harpoon and French Exocette

Engine
The Engine on the Quicksilver is a 3-stage system; upon launch a solid rocket motor propels the missile at speeds of mach 1.5 towards its target. Midway to target the primary stage is dropped and a second solid rocket is activated on high burn increasing velocity up to mach 5. Upon reaching the terminal stage (800/500m) the second stage is dropped for an Air breathing ramjet that pushes the velocity of the missile up to mach 8. These increases in acceleration overcome modern CIWS systems as the missile dives towards the ship waterline. The engine is actually thrust vectored to allow for maximum agility in avoiding CIWS systems including Goalkeeper and micro missile interceptor pods.

Guidance:
The Quicksilver can be guided several ways either via Global positioning (GPS), Inertial guidance with infrared terminal guidance, StrikeNet or other battlefield integration and monitoring system or Active Seeker Radar. The Quick silver has provisions for all of the above. Creating an almost unjamable missile unless the target is jamming all of the systems in operation.

Upon launch the Quick silver takes on a sea skimming cruise ability and mid guidance radar lock maintained by the Radar Altimeter. With secondary inertial guidance with GPS system activated incase of radar jamming allowing the missile to go into fire and forget mode homing on the target that was last fed to it by the launching system. This secondary system can be activated upon firing by the launcher putting the missile straight into fire and forget mode. Upon reaching terminal phase the missile is guided by a combination of Infrared and Active Radar seeker terminal guidance. All round this allows for a very accurate if somewhat expensive missile with a range of over 150 miles

The missile also comes with provisions for StrikeNet; Animarnia's own custom Battlefield recreation, Integration and Management system (BRIMS); this allows units to relay guidance information from one unit to another then to the missile for maximum accuracy and support. Though this system is not implemented in the export model provisions remain for a nation to install their own system this also allows missiles to talk to each other to co-ordinate attacks on there target for maximum damage.

Airframe
The Missile Airframe is constructed from Carbon fibreglass and plastic giving a very durable but light frame; the wings prior to launch are folded into the frame to allow the frame to be launched for a variety of launching platforms. Including 4 Cell missile turrets or VLS Tubes, the missile can be launched from aircraft like the Soviet Mig-31, JAS-39 Grippen or American F/A-18 or bombers like the B-52 or Tu-22 backfire. The missile can also be launched for land coastal batteries giving the missile an offensive or defensive capability.

Warhead
The actual warhead is a shaped charge with a delayed squash fuse that upon detonation propels depleted uranium Tungsten composite penitrator for maximum damage and spurring the warhead is also packed with ballbarings that are expelled with the penitrator at high velocity to increase secondary damage in the impact area.

Even if the penitrator doesn’t break the armour the high velocity and spurring will cause a lot of damage to the outer armour softening it up for further strikes and causing secondary damage to other ships systems.

The Council of nine authorised the development of Project M; Project M would include the development of several new munitions and armaments for Animarnia that would likely be sold on the open market; 5 million USD a year was put aside for the project.

The Project would include the development of the following

2009
The Initial prototypes for the Sabot, Thermobaric and HEAT rounds are complete and will begin testing at North pole R&D centre for the next month before being tweaked. The Ministry have decided that these 3 rounds will not be put on the open market and instead will be used on the new Iron Kong Main Battle tank currently in development.

The Anti shipping missile codename "Quicksilver" will enter pre prototyping stage next year using two solid rocket engines. Prototyping of the as yet unnamed Air to Air and cruise missile will be postponed until the completion of the quicksilver project.

2010
The first prototype Anti-shipping missile fired at the test facility with great success however with the completion of the Thrust vectoring engine at AAE the ministry has insisted this be included on the prototype design so the missile will be redesigned to include this.

The three tank rounds have finished development and are running ahead of schedule for the Iron Kong Project.

2011
The second prototype a 3 stage missile including the assisted ramjet has been developed and test fired; out of the 6 produced 'production grade' test types four of them fired flawlessly while two didn't initially fire due to faults. However this was rectified at the test site and the missiles fired 10 minutes later successfully. The project team will now focus on the cause of the firing fault and rectify it.

2012
Completion of the Quicksilver project commenced with the test firing of 10-production grade Quicksilver missiles without a single fault. At this time design and prototyping of other munitions will now continue.

CANN Report: Panama City under attack from Rebel Forces.

AP, Panama-Earlier this morining, Panamanian Rebels made a full frontal assault on Panama City. Loyalist FOrces have moved in but are facing heavy resistance from the rebels. Unknown forces, suspected to be mercenaries, have made an incursion inside the city and have been wreaking havoc on the Loyal Forces there. They have been cutting a swath through the Loyal lines towards the Canal, intentions unknown.

The design of the XM-1 Engine has progressed further, and new information on it is currently available.

Energy
The XM-1 Engine will have several energy sources to draw upon. The main ones will be solar power and biomass.

Solar power will come from a new solar cell recently being developed by the SSF. It will be placed on the car itself, so while it is driving (or parking, etc.) sunlight will be changed into electricity by them. The solar cell is being developed to look different, which will account for the cars looking quite normal, and not having blue squares on the car. Solar cells are planned to be on the roof, back and front, and a little on the sides. The space directly beneath the windshield will also be used up for solar cells. Although there is no confirmation yet, the new solar cells are to have an efficiency rating of almost 80% (which bests the 15% that solar cells had before) because of a revolutionary design that costs surprsigingly little. Since not all days are full of a lot of sunlight, energy gained by the solar cells when the car is not in motion will be stored and used for a later time. Already, all new garages in houses, apartments, offices, etc. will be built in with openings for the sun to sweep in and let the solar cells gather sunlight for the car. They will be designed in such a way as to maximize sunlight exposure.

Biomass in the form of ethanol will serve as the second main energy source for the XM-1. The SSF is looking into importing ethanol fuel as pure ethanol from Brazil and the Greater USA. Since the XM-1 Engine's main purpose will be to go for a cleaner world and to reduce dependancy on fossil fuels, gasoline with 30% ethanol included will not be used, only pure ethanol. A few chemicals to 'aid' the ethanol so that when it is burned it produces more energy will be tested with, all non-toxic. The ethanol plan will coincide nicely with the SSF's venture to be completely fossil-fuel free by 2020.

A few more minor energy sources are being looked into. For example, energy in the form of friction can be obtained from the wheels (when the car brakes) to supplement energy even more. Wind power could also be obtained when the car is driving. Then, there is the added idea that 'electricity stations' could be set up around the country where the car can drive up to and fill up on electricity in case solar and ethanol are low. The electricity stations would also coincide nicely with the fossil-fuel independency plan, where the electricity could be taken from water currents in the seas, and a host of other things. Since the car will essentially run on electricity produced by alternative sources of energy, the XM-1 Engine have a main electricity storage tank where the electricity produced from solar, biomass, etc. would go there, and be used up by the car (note: electricity produced from ethanol would be when it is burned).

Specifications have not been issued yet, as the XM-1 Engine is only being designed about basic functions (like energy) and it has to still collaborate with the car designs produced by Kiwiland.

The trucks moved towards the eastern part of Armenia.

The lumber was unloaded, something else was to be loaded on. A new sort of cargo, one that lived. That's right, the Balkan Union had a plan to move over a million Armenians into the Balkan Union. But...how would they do this? They would have to move families at a time, entire towns at a time. Certainly, flaws were not thought of by Crvenkovski-but he didn't care.

A number of families gladly hopped onto the trucks, air conditioned with a hope for a new life. However, others refused to cooperate. It took time to coax the families, yet several refused to go. The ones that refused to go were dealt with quickly, a bullet to the head or another part of the body.

Several Balkan soldiers were killed during this time by Armenians, few Armenians able to escape. But who would believe such a tale that Balkans were wasting their own gas money to get Armenians into Turkey?

IC: Kiwiland Armenian Task Force

As the government stated earlier, most of the Armenian Task Force have now retreated out of Armenia. However, significant groups are still left behind, mostly near the borders in the North. The soldiers really don't have much on their hands besides killing time sunbathing, but they do get double pay while the rest of the Task Force returned to Kiwiland, and the most they did was handing out supplies.

Then, less than a week after the end of major combat operations, there came an unexpected knock on the APC Captain Rika Kamensky was sleeping in. Kiwiland Public Statement to the Balkan Union

HM Government of Kiwiland requests that the Balkan Union holds a referendum, as per the requests of the Han Empire, immediately. SIC: Eastern Armenian Borders

With the admittedly completely unanticipated announcement of a referendum, Kiwiland intelligence services finally decided to launch a special ops into Eastern Armenia in order to more fully examine the Turks' actions there.

A special forces team, pulled from the First Air Brigade of the Central Readiness Force, quietly landed just east of the borders from a Black Hawk helicopter. Commanded by Major Nobutsina Kirino, the team was to infiltrate the mountanious countryside of Eastern Armenia, and report the status there back without alerting Turkish officials.

The route they are hoping to take will along the souther coasts of Lake Sevan, with a few deviations to check out other areas selectively. The Defence Intelligence Headquarters hopes that they could approach the Gegharkunik province's capital of Gavar as much as possible, but most of the team doubt they'll want to venture nearly as far.

Most alarming is the situation in Romania where the government there has declared that since Romania was not consulted, the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact had no rights to give Romanian territory to Russia, along those lines the Romanians have claimed Moldova, a member of the Eastern European Union, as Romanian territory. We believe the Romanians, foolhardy as they are, intend to attack Moldova and the EEU troops stationed in that country. In addition to this incident it appears that Croatia and Serbia are on a path towards war, both are claiming territorial rights to Bosnia and Herzegovina, an independent nation. Bosnia and Herzegovina has appealed to the EEU for assistance as it appears that both Serbia, who consider themselves rightful rulers to all the Slavic peoples in the Balkans, and Croatia, a nation full of zealots and madmen who have continually taken advantage of weaknesses in their neighbors, are about to go to war against Bosnia and each other over control of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We in the Eastern European Union believe that a military intervention is the only way to make sure the whole region is not engulfed in multiple wars fueled by long pent up ethnic hatreds. As we speak the Army is preparing to launch attacks into Romania, Serbia and Croatia. As per Bosnia's request we will also dispatch forces from the 20th Airborne to Bosnia to protect that nation from aggression by Croatian and Serbian forces. The reason we ask for your assistance is to give these operations more legitimacy in the eyes of the international community, by putting together a coalition of nations we can erase any all doubts about our intentions into the Balkans, hopefully the rest of the world will see this for what it truly is, an intervention by means of overwhelming force to win a quick victory to avoid a long, bloody war/series of wars from engulfing the region.

Although we are wary of your.... relations with the Han Empire, we do understand what you are saying. With the fall of the Balkan Union, an ethnic hodgepodge of people has lost it's focal point. This situation was very similiat to that of the Holy Roman Empire back in Medieval times, with each Duchy or Princedom waging wars between each other. The Holy Roman Emperor was powerless, save a few occasions when he was able to show them that they had a common enemy. Now the Balkan people have no common enemy or a power that will keep each group in check. Without that power or common enemy they will surely fall into chaos, with each ethnic group vying for power. Genocide and other brutal acts will surely follow, this is something we can't allow.

So we will join you. If the Bosniaks would allow us to send forces to assist their country, we will deply atleast 2 regiments of Fallschirmjäger Special Forces. These troops can operate almost complete without Vehicle Support and many times will choose to do so. Our Luftwaffe, which has been on Increased Readiness, is ready to make bombing runs in the Balkan Union. Our Panavia Tornados and Eurofighter Typhoons will make good use of their time in the air.

Dragiša Crvenkovski stood over a casket, in it lay the former Balkan President. President Zoran Koštunica had been murdered by a Bosnian seperatist group during a parade in Sarajevo. "Why does everything happen in Sarajevo..." Koštunica had been shot through the chest by Nikola Špirić, a member of Bosnian terrorist group Free Bosnia. Bosnia and Herzegovina had existed in the Balkan Union as part of the state of Croatia, and it was unknown to any member either the Croatian Representative Council or the Balkan Parliament as to why Bosnia announced independence from the rest of the world.

An emergency meeting of the Balkan Parliament was called by Crvenkovski, such people called were leader of the state of Croatia, Stjepan Anader; the leader of the state of Greece, Andreas Karamanlis; leader of the state of Albania, Rexhep Delvina; and lastly Bulgarian governor Sergey Stankiyev.

"As you know, men...Bosnia decided to get up and leave from the Balkan Union."

"It seems ironic..." Anader put his pipe down on a table "that as soon as we finally unite the Balkan Peninsula, one of our own decides to get up and leave." Karamanlis glared at the Croat. "What?"

The Balkan Union of Southeastern Europe refused to accept Bosnian independence. If the Bosniaks wanted autonomy, autonomy would be given shall it be passed in Parliament. By the actions of terrorism, no government can accept another's independence.

With that being said, the Balkan Union of Southeastern Europe requests that all parties leave the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina so that said terrorists can be dealt with. There are hundreds of thousands of Bosniaks, Serbs, and Croats in said nation-as there are in mine. The Balkan Union of Southeastern Europe again requests that any nation aiding these terrorists leave the area so that they can be dealt with.

The terrorist group known as Free Bosnia exists as a group of radicalist Bosniaks who indeed executed the President of the Balkan Union of Southeastern Europe, Zoran Koštunica. President Koštunica himself was a Croat who lived in Sarajevo. The President was assassinated in his hometown, and now the Balkan Union of Southeastern Europe exists as a nation without any president. Elections, yes, are being held, but personally I believe that my nation should find the group responsible.
