This is an official declaration of war against the nation of Laquasa Isle. Along with our Jaredcohenian allies we have decided to launch an offensive to free the people of Laquasa Isle and to stop its vile and corrupt government from spreading its threats against the smaller nations of the world. It is on my orders that the twenty divions of the collective 2nd and 3rd Clandonian Commando Marine Army Groups to begin the invasion with the support of the five fleets under the command of Lord Sea Admiral Miklanov.

Statement of the Government of the Britannic Commonwealth

Eurasia, though unable to directly contribute to the war effor, will fully support any nation that decides to attack Laquasa Isle, with loans, supplies, et cetera.

The Federation would be glad to contrbute with money to the war effort, starting with a contribution of 1.5 trillion dollars.

As the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Kesshite, I urge world leaders to reconsider their aggression against Laquasa Isle. Yes, the government of Laquasa is overzealous in liberating other nations, however, the nation of Kesshite is not a democracy yet has managed to maintain pleasant relations with the Laquasa. We have found it is simply a matter of opening up diplomatic channels and showing the Laquasa government that the people of Kesshite are not oppressed.

Moreover, as a nation just entering the world stage, the Laquasa government aided us more than any other did. While many nations simply ignore what it perceives as newcomers, the Laquasa were welcoming and helpful, offering us trade relations and a spot on their embassy row.

For these reasons, and to avoid unnecessarily, and I'm sure we agree unwanted, bloodshed, I ask the nations currently mobilizing against Laquasa Isle to reconsider their actions. I believe that meeting with Laquasa's leadership and explaining their grievances could just as easily meet their objectives.

The order was given by the High Commander to mobolize Reserve Fleet 1, which had large numbers, but was of lower quality than the active fleets. The High Commander was reluctant to use top-class ships on a nation such as Laquasa Isle, which was likely to have a tiny navy anyways. 20 army divisions were called up for the new war, approximately 200,000 men. It was a quick mobolization, and the fleet was off no time at all.

Veteran Admiral von Kaiserburg commanded the fleet from his capitalship, the SMS Unsterblich, an Iowa-class. The fleet was impressive sight, regardless of the outdated equipment being used.

The Sariel bombers that had taken off from Auric earlier had moved closer to their destination, Lorai. Lorai was the capital city of Laquasa Isle, it was hoped that if the capital can be somewhat destroyed then perhaps the government would fall.

240 km Above Earth, satellite orbit band of Laquasa Isle

Several Clandonian weapon satellites went from their passive state to active, powering up their MASER modules of Skynet's anti-satellite units. Targeting Laquasa Isle's civilian and military satellite units. Going from lessons learnt in the Clandonian invasion by the Whyatican forces they knew this attack would cause chaos and bring the Laqian military to its knees and to prevent it from launching its weapons of mass destruction at the allied forces.

The 40 or so units, went around targeting the satellites in masses using their charged ions collected from their solar sails. The electronics would be scrambled beyond repair, unusable they would fail in their orbit or just fade away where they would be collected by Clandonian astronauts for scrap metal.

Seeing the attack on Laqusa Isles satalite infrastructure command within the Logistics Core in the Casa Militar Strategic Operations Center was flustered. On one hand a country they nearly decided to bomb back to the stone age turned assosiated ally had suddently been targeted, a sense of conflextion fronted on the brow of the soon to be retired and former pratoerian gaurdsman, and now senex calcar.

Twenty Ares class satellites were moved into position around the main Laquasan island and began locking onto satellites that were confirmed as Laquasan. Any satellites that they weren't certain about they left for the moment, although these were closely monitored by surveillance satellites, in order to confirm whether or not they were Laquasan.

Then, as one, they fired a mass of missiles at their targets.

Clandonian Strategical Air Command, Minskian

At the highly classified base at Minskian where it was rumoured the downed UFO is stored. Highly sensitive research was done here, critical to national security and the home of Newly Formed 18th Bomber Wing of the newly arrived B-74 Shadowcaster (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12197703&postcount=99) was based. Two hundred of these multi-billion dollar aircraft were stored in the massive underground hangers of the sub terrain airbase with its adaptive camouflage runway. A good proportion of the Clandonian nuclear arsenal was stored in the massive complex which had a tunnel all the way to the uranium mines at Kirkland.

On the snowy afternoon one hundred B-74's took off their scramjets making a terrific noise into the edge of space at 60 km's above Earth they were to deploy AGM-129 ACMB's onto Laqian military targets which included bomber bases and missile silos. Armed with conventioanl warheads they would drop down from low orbit like the Gods, to cleanse the lands of Laquasa Isle. Flying at Mach 10, even Clandonian air force commanders were impressed at the speed of their new equipment as they moved across the planet, tracked via Skynet.

The war would move into its next stage, of discomfort where civilian structures such as utilities and entertainment. Once you had been sitting in darkness with no food or water for a few days then resistance against the government would be expected according to Clandonian simulations and experiments.

12,000 SS-27s, packed with 6 giant conventional warheads screamed towards the Aesonic (?) fleet.

IC: The anti-missile cruisers now had to work considerably harder. Each had an RPM of about nine hundred shells. There were a hundred of them. Thus, the great majority of the missiles were destroyed before they got very close. A good deal of those left were struck down by CIWs systems. Two struck a destroyer, which began listing heavily.

This time, there would be reprisals. Two hundred thousand conventional ICBMs, were launched, targeting an extremely small portion of the Laquasan ABM system. (you have one of those, right?) Three facilities were targeted, the theory being that it was likely that at least a few of the missiles would get through, thus creating a hole in the Laquasan system.

The news of the Nova Aquarians taking sides with the Laqians had come as as surprise. They had just launched a large scale missile strike with missiles, over 95% would be taken down what with the Clandonian ABM system.

Six fleets departed from New Chellis, escorting eight divisions of soldiers on transport ships. Also being shipped were 120 C/F-4/I aircraft, three AWACS, and 20 V-121 wing-body multi-role aircraft. Peters went back to the strategic map. He mused for a little while looking at the navy base. It can't have been Laquasas or it would have been bombed by now. Another nation had a stake in Laquasa Isle. He turned to another officer.

The fleet had linked up some time ago with the Jaredcohenian one, and they were both moving together towards Laquasa Isle. The Jaredcohenian superdreadnought lead the superfleet as the capital ship at this point, and Admiral von Kaiserburg was now on the JNV Ioda with Admiral Popinski. From their, they would coordinate everything. The order was given for four groups of three dozen Super Hornets and two dozen B-2 Spirits from several different Gerald Ford-class aircraft carriers and drop their entire payload on top of military installations, and a couple on hospitals, just because they could. Dozens of Tomahawks were fired ahead of the advance to take out anti-air and other installations. With the Aesonic launch of some 200,000 missiles, this would probably not be needed.

The Clandonian government has proposed a point plan for the end of the war with Laquasa Isle that will result in the allied occupation lead my a joint multinational government from the involved powers. The points would be to disarm the military of Laquasa Isle, to bring democratic elections, compensation for damage done by Laquasa Isle in the past to our nations. If these terms bellow are lacking please feel free to add, if they do not accept then our forces will prepare for another bombardment.

Everything was being hurried. The ships had made it into port just fine, as the Imitez base was chellian land, and it had the right to bring what it wanted there. However, now that they had arrived at the base, their commanders stopped lying to them. They had been preparing to invade Laquasa for months, only to be stopped when Chellis established this base here. These soldiers were ready to fight. And they would be fighting.

Ten fleets were now ready for battle. The soldiers had been told to be prepared to fight the moment they landed, and the land-based aircraft had been rushed to the airfield chellis had established in Laquasa. It was time. It was manifest destiny. It was, simply, au Ceelis.

The whole thing took about 15 minutes, with all personnel having been readied for this event. Coinciding with the final unloadings of troops, and readying of planes, fighters began to take off from seven different carriers, as well as V-121's in bomber roles. They neared the coast. A message was broadcasted to Laquasa Isle's diplomatic channels.

"Chellis has seen a need to expand its military base. 15 by 15 miles is much to small for us. We believe something a bit smaller, such as 400 by 400 miles, would suit our purposes better. Laquasa Isle would be smart to not hinder our expansion."

Simultaneously, Chellis began to broadcast a message on all Laquasan radio channels it could hijack, in a 400 mile radius. "People of Laquasa Isle. Chellis will be expanding its military base to a 400 by 400 mile base. This will effect all people between the coast and the following cities:(Blah Blah Blah). You are asked to evacuate from Chellian land. Otherwise, you may be damaged, or possibly killed. This is for your own safety."

Five hundred and fifty C/F-4/I fighter planes had taken off from aircraft carriers, in addition to seventy five V-121's. The fighters carried varying loads of BVRAAMs, VRAAMs, and HARMs. The bomber aircraft carried cluster bombs, SDBs, FAEs, 2,000lb bombs, and some carried runway bombs.

The goal was to wipe out any stationed military forces Laquasa had in the area. As soon as the chellian aircraft crossed into Laquasan territory, so to did nine of the chellian divisions. Three groups of three divisions went seperate ways into Laquasa, and each group contained a Heavy Armoured division, a Light Armoured division, and a Mechanized division.

Laquasa was worried about all the other nations who has already declared war on it. It had been preparing for a war with them. Chellis hoped it wouldn't commit much to a small territory grab by Chellis, especially as it was a small chunk of land, compared to how large Laquasa Isle was. Regardless, chellis was ready. Reinforcements were already on their way, and a shot hadn't even been fired yet.

"Sneaky Chellisian bastards!" Said Blak with approval as he read the report. "Didn't figure they'd stay quiet through all of this. But they've come in our side, and near enough. So all is well."

Those conditions seem acceptable to the Clandonian government, this will hopefully punish them enough so they can not threaten smaller nations for a long while. I feel that we our countries must continue to maintain a presence in the country indefinitely to ensure that something does not occur and radical elements can not creep back in, we do not want Laquasa Isle becoming a failed state as what British Londinium turned into after the Coalition War against EVIL.

It has come to the Dark Empire's attention that conflict has broken out between your two nations. While we would like to come to one of your aids, we cannot. This is due to the fact that in a way, we are allied to both of your nations through an alliance or two. For this reason we will supply food supplies to either side for civilian use only.

If we find out that this food we are sending is being used for something other than civilian use, we will cut the transportation of food to said nation.

IC: The anti-air/missile destroyer sailed fearlessly towards Laquasa Isle. It had been decided that, as they had not yet surrendered, a display of military superioirty was in order. To that end, the ships were to sail to Nueva Barcelona, crush any enemy naval resistance, and secure the area for troop ships. Approximately one thousand Aesonic troops would then land, and secure the city as a beachhead for a more extensive invasion, should it become necessary.

The ship struck a mine. The explosion instantly killed a number of unfortunate ratings, and the ship began to take on water. The helmsman, fresh out of the naval academy, and thoroughly shaken by the unexpected disaster froze, and the ship plowed ahead, striking another mine on the same side of the ship.

The captain invoked dark gods, and bellowed the unutterable words, as he felt the deck begin to tilt beneath his feet. "Full stop!" He shouted at the top of his impressive lungs. The helmsman finally snapped out of his reverie and did as commanded. But the damage was already done. The ship was listing heavily to port, and the captain slammed his fist down on the intercom button.

"All hands, abandon ship!" He said, "The bastards got us!" As the crew scrambled to leave what would otherwise become their watery grave, the captain strode to the helm.

His executive officer paused, the concern obvious on his face. "Sir," he said "Aren't you going to..."

"No, Harvey," said the captain, his face a mask of grief and rage. Harvey paused for a moment longer, and then ran for the lifeboats.

As soon as the last boat was safely away, and moving back towards the rest of the fleet, the captain lowered his head for a moment, and then reared it back and began chanting in High Aesonic. The ship moved forward, striking quite a few more mines before finally losing engine power altogether. Even then, as it slowly disappeared beneath the waves, it moved forward slowly, detonating one last mine before vanishing beneath the waves.

No threat is intended, ICCD feels that the long terms effects of a multinational occupation and bleeding of the isles will instigate popular revolt, and the long term effects will be good for no one. This war had little merit other than a regime change, and that will be acheived. The effects of a longer term war and potential for large scale destruction will not be worth the cost of attempting to occupy the isles. It is your choice. ICCD will compensate you for your materials cost over time. The deaths of your sailors is unfortunate, however, a prolonged war may see many more, and not just from your navy.

And in the next claim that you intend no threat. We advise the Dians to maintain one stance if they expect their word to be at all valued, and, as example, we maintain our stance that a surrender soley to the Dians is unacceptable.

Unacceptable. You either surrender unconditionally now or after your nuclear destruction. Also, we see that you moved some silos back, blinded some satellites, and have your full navy at alert. (OOC: Ain't not marking SIC a bitch?)

You have one last chance to accept the terms of your unconditional surrender. Your only alteration we will accept is that you will not pay us reperations. The Emperor has committed crimes and must be served justice. You will maintain a small army during our presence, and by small we mean less than 0.5% of your population. You will recognize that Clandonia Prime and Jaredcohenia will be occupying your entire nation, with exclaves for The Aeson, Zukariaa, and Aunesia. While under occupation by Clandonia Prime and Jaredcohenia, your army will be strictly defensive. The word "offense" will not appear in any doctrines for Laquasan war. Full occupation will be 60 years or until Laquasa Isle is deemed stable. Gradual military pull out will occur within 20 years of becoming stable. At the same time, the Jaredcohenian Navy moved to a safe distance off the Laquasan coast. Around 50 Rosbaningrad class destroyers (or whatever they are) hit mines, but the major ships remain intact. The Ioda was in the middle, next to her was the Ferransk. Leading the line were several Rosbaningrad class destroyers, horizontally in line. They were spaced out though, a gap sat between each ship and behind the gap was another destroyer. The cannons of the destroyers faced the Laquasan coast.

Clandonian Invasion Fleet, 200 miles from Laquasa Isle

"My Lord, our government has received communication they have rejected some parts of the treaty."

The huge combined fleet moved on as the 400,000 Clandonian Naval Marines prepared for battle, the 2nd and 3rd Groups would be the first Clandonian troops on Laqian soil. With the war popular at home the Marines first task was to do the orders of 'rape and pillage' while the special forces went in and seized Laqian weapon sites. The famous Clandonian Special Air Service would take pride in capturing the Laqian Emperor and his family, they would be interrogated and if lucky allowed to stay in their own country.

The Clandonian Lord turned to the front on the ship surveying the preparations as equipment and helicopters prepared to move in.

With that, the first of the B-3 bombers took off, followed by the squadron of B-1s. Their target: The Laquasian beachfront defences.

SIC - Aunesian Task Force

The Aunesian Minesweepers dispatched alongside the task force began moving in slowly towards the beaches, clearing a passage through the illegal minefield, to the beaches. The rest of the task force were on high alert, ready for the air and sea assault to take place tomorrow. Their target: Ciuadad del Gancho. Marines caught what sleep they could, whilst the naval men prepped their helicopters and the LCAC.

Clandonian Strategical Air Command, Minskian

With still fifty bombers in maintenance after the first bombing mission, these were costly but devastating attacks using the latest of Clandonian technology. Eighty more B-74's roared off into the night sky, blinking off like shooting stars into space. Joining a further two hundred B-2 Stealth aircraft in a joint strike against the military of Laquasa Isle. Their targets, airfields, naval bases, dry docks, major transportation centres, power generation and fuel resources.

The bombers didn't bother going over Laqian airspace, they just launched their fire and forget missiles targeting the list. The B-74's although fast, carried only two missiles each which meant their flights would target carefully using Stealth AGM's to hit deep inside Laqian territory. The B-2's went for the fleet deploying ASW's, large carrier missiles releasing smaller Sea Scorpion torpedoes into the water. They would cripple the Laqian fleet to ensure that any possible threat to allied forces was neutralised and to give a warning as not to interfere in the occupation.

Back at home, air defence was on high with warnings put about for a possible counter revenge attack on Clandonian home soil. Civilians had been warned about the Laqian attitude about WMD, with their threats often containing the words of nuclear annihilation tensions was high as the country prepared if need be to take it to the final solution of DEFCON 1.

OOC: As an ally of Laquasa Isle, we would be willing to host the Imperial Family during the length of the Occupation until they be allowed to return.

SIC: Aesonic minesweepers had finally arrived, and were now clearing a path. Work would be slow, but it would be thorough. Meanwhile, more minesweepers were being called up. By the time they mobilized and made the trip to Laquasa Isle, the initial minesweepers would probably have cleared a sufficent path, but the mop up of the remaining mines would remain.

Of course, the minesweepers were not completely perfect, a fact that struck Thomas Bearson as he watched- from the safe distance of an aircraft carrier's flight deck (and wasn't that a fun twist? Aircraft carriers were usually the favorite targets of enemies, but then, mines could hardly be choosy? Or could they? He scribbled down a quick note in a notebook he carried, and went back to watching the minesweepers). A mine one had missed went off dangerously near it, sending up a small geyser of water.

Minesweepers, he reflected had jobs somewhere between crewing the giant floating targets that his more uncharitable moments characterized aircraft carriers, and attacking enraged moas with sofa cushions. That was an amusing mental picture, all things considered.

One of the other crewmen looked at him as if he was crazy when be began chuckling. His explanation did little to relieve his mate's suspicions of his insanity.

The minesweepers kept sweeping.

The terms included the joint-occupation of Laquasa Isle by the Clandonians and the Jaredcohenians, we have news that a Jaredcohenian check-point has been set up at the capital of Lorai. We also are recieving news that our beloved Premier is on the roof of the Imperial Senate building, the entire area protected heavily by armor and soldiers. We will now bring you footage of the Premier's speech."

The entire Empire has been liberated by the coalition military, consisting of our allies the Aesonics, the Zukariaans, the Aunesians, and this would not have been possible if it were not for the valiant efforts of our allies, the Clandonians! While this is a grand day for the Red Army and Clandonian Army, it is also a joyous occasion for the Laquasan peoples. These men and women were dominated by a man who had no idea to rule, but the Laquasans loved him. Alejandro Vamirez threatened several newly independent nations, and had no idea how to manage any weapons of mass destruction...or for that matter, any weapon at all. We will show the Laquasans how a real leader acts, Laquasa Isle will not be an empire anymore! People of Laquasa Isle...you are now the Republic of Laquasa Isle! A new government is yours, a government of the people! A government for the people, a government by the people! No more will you suffer with a feared state, no more will you deal with an imperial pig as your ruler. Changes will be made to the new Laquasan Republic, and these changes will take time. There will be a small issue of fear across the Isle. Martial law will be enforced, any attempts to overthrow the martial law will be met with the proper Jaredcohenian laws during wartime. Iron in your bloodstream will be replaced with lead. Assault and battery? Beat to death with the same objects you assaulted anyone with. With that being said, an official recall of all Laquasan weaponry will be enforced at 0000 hours tomorrow. Any possession of any weapon without proper clearance will result in your death. Effective at 0000 hours tomorrow is the entire issue of Laquasan unconditional surrender, however as of Laquasan surrender the Emperor is no longer in power. Until a proper issue can be made, he is under house arrest. Any attempts to speak to him without proper clearance will result in your execution, simple as that. If you want clearance, we will find an opening suitable for you. Openings to speak with Alejandro Vamirez will start at the Lorai Main Checkpoint next week. Jaredcohenia and Clandonia Prime had succeeded in effectively bringing an end to tyranny in Laquasa Isle. A new dawn was brought about Laquasa Isle, a republic. A new leader would be placed at a later date, it was now time for President Sir. Victor Hughes to speak.

As the massive Clandonian military machine moved in on its war fleets, deploying troops over the lands via helicopters roping down. The first job was to have some fun, authorised by the president himself. Property would be pillaged, the war needed to be paid for and looting was the most cost affective way. Either government or private, it did not matter as it was the coalitions now. A marine unit landed in the city, it went after to ease some sexual tension after being on battle stations for nearly a week, by grabbing women off the street for some fun. This however, was not authorised by the President... Billions would be taken away in the value of cash, gold and other goods to be sold or taken back to the homeland as war booty.

Clandonian armoured forces rolled onto the beaches, the orders to move in as aircraft flooded the sky's dropping units seizing airfields that would bring in more troops, supplies, ammo all which would be needed. Air force NBC recovery teams were ordered to task to find the weapons of mass destruction of Laquasa Isle, they would be taken back to Clandonia for destruction, never again would this inferior nation be allowed to threaten smaller nations with such terrible weapons.

As the Clandonian president finished his speech, he looked as the Blue Stars was raised on the flag pole, the roar of a Clandonian Fleet Air Arm F-35N fighter wing, signalling the arrival of more forces as they zipped around scaring the Laqians civilians who must be wondering what would happen next.

The group, flooding the entire city, were somewhat armed. They were going to make sure no communist forces got to harm the Imperial Family, who the entire nation was raised to adore.

Military Forces around the nation dropped their weapons, though there were many thosands of silos hidden hundreds of feet underground beneath a shield of lead in the coybtry side.

Actually, the building and the sewer pretty much belong to the Coalition. I know they weren't well trained because then they'd have to be military associated, and be a direct break of the treaty. You said that four million people were in the crowd. That's a lot of people to be behind. You'd have to be impossibly good to shot a man from the sewer. As for the apartment, the Premier could be on the opposite side of the roof, or even inside the building by now! Oh, and there's the fact that Clandonia's leader isn't there.

4 million out on the streets. Lorai has a very large area. They were right by the Senate, several hundred feet away. Private buildings. I doubt the allied forces have had time to storm the sewers. And those two shooters were liefelong fans of guns. They liked to practice. Who says you can't have good aim if you aren't in the army?

The troop ships arrived, and men began climbing into the landing boats. The first landing boat on the beach held a Mine Stomper, a riddiculously overweight vehicle, terribly slow, and useless in combat due to the fact that A) it was unarmed, and B) most enemy tanks could drive circles around it. However, it was useful for its purpose, as spelled out in the name.

The riddiculous amounts of armor were concentrated mostly on the lower front, meaning that most of the mines it hit did little significant damage. Sooner or later, the armor would run out, of course. This is why, at one point, there had been few volunteers to drive them, but they had never been able to drive their own drinks.

Of course, nowadays, this relatively simple task didn't require a driver in the seat. In familiar territory, the paths were automated. On a strange beach, it was done via remote control, based on one of the battleships. It was slow, but much safer than allowing the men to land on a mine filled beach.

A curfew is now in effect for at 2100. Anyone wandering about at that hour without clearance will be executed, a shot to either the heart or to the skull. We urge people to remain peaceful, more limitations will be made against the Laquasan public until peace is achieved. Martial law at the time is loose, and will become tighter. If any weapons are found in the hands of any non-cleared Laquasan, you will be executed. You will not be made a martyr.

Also in the news, orders were made by the Jaredcohenian Checkpoint to bring in 500 Battlestation tanks to the area. The Governor of Occupied Lorai, Alexander Vellesi, says they are to "Ensure the security of the Jaredcohenian and the Laquasan man."

The President ducked as the shots rung out across the crowd, his CPISF body guards rushed him away to the waiting helicopter to be evacuated to the main Clandonian command post which had been made in luxury hotel near the airport. The city was full of Clandonian marines busy looting and raping, their officers instructed the looting but had decided to turn a blind eye to the other crimes.

"Yes, initiate plan crackdown all civilians will be shot if they appear on the streets. Looks like I took one in the arm, bloody lucky with that. They were most likely some poorly trained reservists. He stood in combat uniform, Glock in the holster and G36E folded. The helicopter flew to the former hotel, a hive of activity as defences had been up in place with Clandonian M-55 tanks patrolling the streets in groups. The sounds of gun fire and canons from Stryker IFV's filled the air as more payback raids were commenced to bring in war booty. Smoke from burning buildings thick in the air with the occasional sonic roar of a Clandonian aircraft now stationed at the airport with burning civilian airliners on the ground after being targeted to prevent anyone from the old regime fleeing. Jaredcohenian Checkpoint in Lorai

The night was brisk, tempuratures dropped down to -5 degrees centigrade. Soldiers wondered why an isle would be so cold...the name makes it seem like the entire island would be a tropical paradise, full of women wearing coconut bikinis serving piña coladas to the liberators...Laquasa Isle was not like that. Bullets rang out through the city, anti-coalition rallies were held, men were executed. An assassination attempt occured on the Premier and the President of Clandonia Prime, thankfully only an attempt. Both leaders were safe in their hotel rooms, perhaps leaving in the morning.

The soldiers of the Jaredcohenian Red Army grew increasingly bored. The checkpoint was unusually quiet, curfew was enforced. Only cleared Laquasans were allowed through the checkpoint, clearance required a passport and a visa. While the area behind the checkpoint was part of Laquasan Isle, it was now held by the Jaredcohenian Red Army. A few Laquasans were there, their reason was due to their incarceration. Screams were not an uncommon thing to hear in the checkpoint, the only way to get answers from most Laquasans would require an "improvised" method.

Word had been going around that Laquasan girls had been given weaponry to fend off any soldier, this would not be acceptable. Curfew was to be lowered to 1930hrs, any person wandering about would without question be shot at, a bullet into their grey matter. All weapons to Laquasan people were banned-someone was producing them somewhere.

Regular executions will occur until peace is brought to Laquasa Isle. Premier Mikhail Cohen says that the 2nd through 4th Slavmarines will land in Laquasa Isle to ensure peace in the newly formed Republic.

The Clandonian governor laughed at the pitiful message the Laquasains sent, his soldiers rape? So what, it was their country and his boys needed some R&R. The curfew was now at 1930, a nice early time as patrols were doubled after a nasty run in when a women shot a Clandonian officer in the testicles after he tried to 'comfort' her. After this heavy artillery was called in levelling the full block where the women was found, she however was taken back to Clandonia on a C-5 transport to the CPISF's infamous Room 101.

A group of so called 'dissidents' had been captured and executed and their heads placed on poles to the check point that split the city. Grunts of the Clandonian marines stood guarding this with heavy machine guns, tanks and IFV's on the sides covering the area as Laqian civilians went through. Those that looked suspicious were taken to one side and searched, there were several boxes of tasers and pistols which appeared to be Laqian government property.

0000hrs, Laquasan Palace

The square in front of the Laquasan Palace was, to be assumed, empty. Curfew was in effect for the last five and a half hours, no single Laqian person was to be up and about the city of Lorai. Jaredcohenian soldiers were not the same as the simple Laqian, they walked throughout the streets of the city-guarding it. To better protect the safety of the Laqian civilian, 500 Battlestation class tanks had been called in to the area. These tanks went to the new Jaredcohenian checkpoint at the Emperor's Palace, forming a perimeter around the entire square. The site of the Emperor's Palace had been known for protests, and to make sure that no harm would come to any soldiers in the area-the entire palace was blocked off. During the early hours of the morning, Jaredcohenian Slavmarines were hard at work reinforcing the walls of the Palace, and also finding ways how to prevent anyone from getting through. The safety of the Emperor had to be secured, creating the proper checkpoint would prevent anyone from trying to execute the ex-Emperor.

By 0400hrs the entire perimeter would be covered by the Battlestation class tanks, effectively preventing anyone from entering. A small gate was created, only big enough for a sedan or something of the like. To get in you needed, like with any other Jaredcohenian checkpoint, a passport and a visa/proper clearance.

New information appeared on the news lines, according to CNN a leaked memo from the CPISF had shown that the Laqians had plotted to start a socialist uprising in Clandonia. Fears had been proved, so more arrests were ordered to round up any politicians from socialist and left wing groups and have them transported back for interrogation because the threat was so serious. The internal alert level was raised at home, flights grounded with transportation chaos ensued, the media viewed it as the evil work of Laquasa Isle towing the governments line as always.

More early morning raids, tighter security this was life under the occupation. High cost goods, technology, cars and resources were being stripped and put onto transports back to Clandonia where the war was seen as very profitable, 400% more than it cost now which had pleased the government and the tax payers as cheap goods flooded the market. Normal Clandonian's did not know of what the real war was like. They saw the glossy images, the hero's and the bravado of war not the mass rape and killings that were not sanctioned about the government but because of the huge military power they possessed in the militaristic government.

As afraid citizens began to listen to orders, life was begining to turn somewhat normal. Citizens returned to work. People traveled in big groups all the time, but other than that and abuse by Clandonian soldiers. Several videos were leaked on the internet a video of Clandonian warcrimes, mass-reproduced, and sent to the news station of footage of soldiers gang-raping a twelve-year-old girl and the other of a 20 year old. One, from a security camera and the other from a personal video camera. Both were sent to every news station in the Clandonian Empire, and all over the internet. Their media and soft citizens would blow their top.

Aesonic troops were, to say the least, more professional than their coalition counterparts. ICCD's main reason is that none of the other occupational forces are an improvement for the people of L.I. over the former government. ICCD would like to protect the people of L.I. from unreasonable occupation, death, mistreatment, and extended conflict, and unrequired tainted and inhumane bloodshed..

As far as plans for surrender .. taking the former government into protective custody if required. Setting up an underbody government, and establishing it as a temporary Marchlund. After foreign hostility ended a transition to a self ruled government would be instore. The Islands themselves would be insured continued humanitarian aid, however the military would be suspended, and police actions would be done in coordination with Dian Security Forces. The courts would have appeal to ICCD, which would relocate any prisoners who succeeded in appeal to the empire after a conviction by the domestic courts. The plans are quite lengthy but they involve protecting the people, and allowing a stable non violent transition.

Although you have not headed the Dian advice we strongly suggest that all occupying forces vacate the Islands, and move their fleets away. Back in ICCD discusions on the developing events have brought outrage. The war crimes leaks brought even more furry and 6 Dian Fleets were dispatched. The largest even single fleet deployment, only done on consideration of the sizeable potential enemy combatant fleets, even considering the number of defence missles already expended, and fuel used by them to this point, they were still considered a threat.

ICS: The Casa Militar had decided that all ships would be kept from the isles and a blockage would be imposed so that resupply could be made imposible. Defcon one was universally in action and martial law was in effect throughout the empire. The plan was actually to attack any forces that showed no signs of leaving at 68 hours rather than 72 hours. With a massive air and sea attack on any weakened fleets. Praetor Arent devised a strategy to leave the Ground deployments in place them eradicate them with high alititude bombing. The fleet that was already deployed outside the national wateres forward deployed nuclear charges on the seafloor totaling 10 depth devices with a total yeild of 24 megatons, so that any oncoming fleet would attempt to chase the weak dated second hand Dian fleet into a wave and posibly blast radius of the nukes at sea. The Emperor was in active council in a secure underground location within an hour of when the landing on the islands started. With him were the Imperial Lugal and some of the other senior senators. For security reasons there where a number of planning locations, but With the Emperor was the Lugal, 4 praetors, the Primus, the Chancellor Ethnarch, an Arch Dux, a grand dux, and seven dukes, one being air, three naval, and four land. These 19 men and 4 woman, were now planning what may be a large scale long term high risk campaign against uncertain enemies. The surface world was silent minus the various wild animals and the odd armed ground patrol or Dian mobiles (IAPC and Warbuggy) Surface troops were under defcon one and required to wear full NBC gear while doing patrols, a maddening experience since the subtropical and tropical climates were aleady enough to keep the thermally equiped troops at an upper comfort. Now with the gear they were 3 degrees celcius warmer, and the sweat absorbant material could only handle so much before the dryness turned to a dampness, and eventually after a few litres of water, noticable sweat. Luckily the surface patrols were limited to close to bases, or had an IAPC or two to support in pick up and drop off after a few hours in the feild, and that was more than enough to get them sweaty in these abnormally hot past few weeks. The refrigiration/cooling aircirculation unit was to be reserved, and so the knowledge of knowing a small airconditioner was just waiting there but not suppose to be deployed until expectation of active engagement requiring thermal neutrality was enough to bear, still the last 30 minutes of the patrol they were allowed to engage, slowly cooling their bodies down and giving them thin fuller air to breath

The Imperial Senate has composed the following new constitution, and are waiting to know the date citizens shall vote on it. Here is its summary:


1) Under the new republic, We the people shall constitute the following to Laquasa:

The right of the people to speak freely
The freedom of the people to run the press
The right of the people to vote every 4 years on senate represenatives, after another 2 years it will be elections for the Chancellor. The winner is determined by pure votes, no electoral court.
The people shall be entitled to a short and fair trial.
Each of the 100 states shall have one represenative, the nation shall have one Chancellor. The Chancellor himself can propose a bill. The people may make a submitted petition (along with 400 signatures) become a bill. If the Senate has a 51/100 majority, the bill becomes law the next January 1st. If a petition comes in and the Senate passes it with the neccesary majority, and the Chancellor vetos, it may still become law if the Senate cheives a 3/4 majority.
None of these basic freedoms may be changed or taken away.
To add a bew ammendment, the people must vote and acheive 3/4 majority.
The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.*

*The Senate means this after the occupation. Only non-automatic guns shall be allowed, and the purchaser must have a liscence.

The Senate also proposes the people vote on this constitution soon, and hold the Chancellor elections several days after.

People all over the nation began to turn in their arms. They still traveled in groups, but abided curfews and listened to soldiers more or less. People in Clandonian territory lived in constant fear and stayed hidden or in their homes.

After a series of highly controversial vidoes appearing on the media of crimes commited by Clandonian marines a task to route out the elements of those that appeared on the videos was commenced. A total of 237 individuals all the way from private to the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. Accused of crimes against non-combatants of rape, assault and murder. The Clandonian military judge authorised that the use of firing squad be applied against the lower ranks and for those of officer class to be stripped of their ranks and to be shipped to the Clandonian colony of Greenland for hard work in the uranium mines.

The tactic had now paid off, over $12 trillion had been transported back paying for the war and the bonus salary's of several in the military government and the Laquasians lived in fear, three of the five invasion fleets now returned home after the off loading of their equipment, the start of something else, who knows...

What your nation has apparentally misintepreted is that the aid will not reach the Laquasans, whom to begin with aren't in need of large amounts of aid anyways, the war having ended before major hostilities broke out. This has not by any means, been stated. What has been stated is that the aid will not go directly to the Laquasan people, but will instead be distributed by Coalition forces to ensure that illegal materials are not smuggled under the pretense of humanitarian aid.

The Premier left Laquasa Isle with high hopes, next time he arrived he could maybe see a new dawn-a nation that's actually respectable.

With Phase Two well under way, Phase Three was commenced. Through local radio, television, posters on most walls and telephone poles, word of mouth, and a rudimentary loudspeaker system, it was explained to the populace that they would be required to provide one thousand dollars per household to an Aesonic police station, in lieu of the taxes the currently defunct government would normally be collecting.

They were given one week to provide this money, and register their household as having done so.

The citizens, though with an attitude (some had even grown somewhat friendly toward Aesonic troops) reigstered their housholds. Money wasn't a problem in Laquasa, especially in cities, annual income about 55,000 USD.

The Aesonic soldier wished he had drawn anything but desk duty. Sitting on his butt while a long line of citizens set money in front of him wasn't his idea of fun. Still, he did his best.

The 6 additional Dian fleets each with about 30 ships convereged on the LI national sea border. The fleets were mostly subsurface but included about 60 stealth missle frigates, plus the initial assorted fleet deployment.

Any shipping coming into the area was to be attacked and so resupply or transfer of any assets halted.

Various F-18's and older f16's were being equiped with a computer guided launch system that would allow remote guidance or premapped bombing missions. (which was part of an ongoing program to refit these old aircraft to act as UMV drones)

The Fleet moved to within 245 KM of the nearest fleet. The Star class subs surfacing and unleasing rail firing on any surface craft within 245 km of the Laqusan shore line. The firing didn't stop. Rail blast after rail blast of the 6 star class carrier were underway every 15 seconds 12 blasts of rail shells was underway. Minutes later occupying fleets would start to have heavy metal slugs decend on their fleets. (members of the UCN were not being targeted at this time as well as members of other alliances ICCD was part of i.e. chellis was not being targetted)

Just as the first 12 rail blasts were fired confirmation to take out hostile satalites was underway. To do this 15 large rockets were detonated full of materials, the blasts designed to put a high speed heavy particle feild into the low earth orbits with heavy disrupting radiation. These blasts aimed to obscure direct laser communication and prevent Electromagnetic communication schemes. Jamming also started. The 27 Dian Space defence satalites were engaged and rail shots began being fired a total of 756 rail blasts were fired at any weapon bearing space based systems of all non UCN member and GIA members. Chellis and Aeson were not targetted at this time.

And the attacks began at 68 hours... *aviation fuel and missles were transported by 20 submersible cargo tankers. Flights from ICCD touching down and refueling began, then off. Thousands of aircraft were selected, just being refitted with the remote mapping systems in place of a pilot. The f-16c's were unleashed first... 850 f16c's were designated and armed with AIM-120 AMRAAM Slammer
