This was inside your capitol... we've got suicide bombers in lots of places. And even if it was in the country, chances are people would of come and looked for the bodies, getting sick. And one swat may have survived. Or birds would have carried it. Even if you won't RP the bombs, there's no way around the disease. Now please RP the disease effects at least or if you play fair the bombs too.

The attack by Der Fuhrer's troops would be totally unsuccessful. Tank fire and gun fire would claim the lives of dozens of troops loyal to Der Fuhrer...caught completely off gaurd as they began to pour out. Only 40 or so would remain alive after that...and they would all drop their weapons, slowly walking out of the death camp, their hands up...shouting "Don't shoot! Don't shoot!"

However, the nation of Jaredcohenia again attacked us, with a ten gigaton nuclear warhead. Our anti-missile systems fired at these missiles, and our defences were successful, for a time. However, fragments of the missile penetrated our network; coupled with the fragments' high velocity, massive damage was caused to one of our Royal Navy attack fleets.
More missiles continued to pour through our defence network, in spite of all of our efforts.
A total of five nuclear missiles met their targets, wiping out 27 million people and destroying 2 divisions of soldiers.
The ensuing earthquake caused severe structural damage to cities all through out the nation, killing thousands more.
The nation of British Londinium shall not stand for this. Project Icarus' EMP missile programme has fired at major Jaredcohenian military bases, and 12 nuclear weapons have been launched at Jaredcohenian cities.

OOC: Very well. In that case, I'll presume, for the sake of rp, that your 15 or so men were attempting to cross the border carrying said test tubes.

Beep...beep...beep...the computer screen in a nearby police headquarters would pick up 15 unidentified human life forms. The deputy watching the screen would immediately call his superior. "Seargent, I think ve may have ein situation." "Ja, Heinrick?" The seargent would come up behind him...and, upon seeing the UUF (Unidentified, Unbarcoded Folk) on the screen, would bark out orders to another deputy. "Get me communications!"

Not long after, 6 SWAT trucks would intercept the 15 men, coming to a halt several yards away. 30 armored officers would jump out of the backs of the trucks, semi automatic rifles in hand, aimed at the 15. "Identify yourselves! Vere are your papers?!"

When the 15 would move without answering, the officers would open fire, showering the 15 with bullets. Unfortunately for them, the test tubes, upon hitting the ground, would apparently explode, a cloud of diseased gas wafting over them. 24 would drop dead in a few moments. The other 6 would stagger away...to get a walkie talkie, calling HQ. "Ve...ve...help us..." and then silence. They too would drop to the ground dead.

About 20 minutes later, a small group of police offers would approach the scene, and see the dead officers, and the broken viles. They would then call in some paramedics (in bio suits)...who would then take them to the to a lab for autopsy...

The small group of officers who had approached the scene would be put into quarentine.

Two minutes ago, I ordered that the Ministry for Defence abort the missile launch, 30 seconds before they would have taken off. We hope that Jaredcohenia interprets this act as an act of peace. This war will be destructive to us both. Therefore, British Londinium unconditionally surrenders. Our troops still remain in Ventersdorp as relief forces. Our military alert status is being downgraded to yellow.

A platoon of British Londinian soldiers marched through the streets of the capital. There were no signs of life at all. Dead, rotting bodies littered the streets, however. The ebola and botulism did its job well; many of the bodies were partially liquidated.

The AWB Premiere has requested that we declare to the International Community that the AWB is at war with all black-African states, they are recruiting to produce a 4.5 million strong invasion-force to attack their African enemies, despite our governmental pleading that they do not attack Zimbabwe as we're in negotiations with them they're taking up a war.




The AWB has mobilised and armed 600,000 Wekommandos, they are poised and ready to storm Zimbabwe. Supplied with 3,000 bullet-proof trucks the AWB are preparing for a full-scale war, a war that they have waited for for many years.

Grantham Air Base, 9th Wing, First Strategic Air Fleet, Atopiana:

As the last of the Wing's 36 Blackjack Tu-160 bombers roared into the sky, Leading Aircraftsman Kallan smiled. Whoever was on the recieving end of the First Strategic Air Fleet would be in serious problems...

"Dagger Six to Dagger Wing, turn to heading 167, cruising speed at 100 thousand. Target is... Ventersdorp Navy. We'll rendezvous with 10th and 12th Wings' Backfires in approx fifteen, one-five, minutes. Over."

Each of the 72 Backfire strategic bombers carried two Raduga Kh-22 anti-ship cruise missiles - and the Blackjacks carried six Raduga Kh-55 cruise missiles. In total, the First Strategic Air Fleet was bringing to bear some 360 cruise missiles against the Ventersdorp Navy's three vessels and all its ports, tenders, bases and training buildings - not to mention anything in the target zones around the harbours...

Forward Air Base, 2nd, 4th and 6th Wings, First (Expeditionary) Air Fleet, Ventersdorp:

Within an hour of the Field-Marshal's order coming through, the last of the First Air Fleet's fighter-bombers and air superiority craft had taken off. The base itself had locked down, and its airfield security troops dug in around the perimeter and within the confines of the base itself.

In the air, a Combat Air Patrol of six Su-35s provided cover for the base. The Fleet's AWACS craft, operating higher up, were protected by a further half-squadron CAP of six MiG-29S.

Ranging far and wide were the remaining 60 Su-35 and MiG-29S fighters. The remainder of the Fleet's attack arm was made up of 36 Su-34 ground-attack aircraft, currently burning low and hard to hit previously identified Ventersdorp airbases and airfields.

The Fleet's job? The total destruction of the Ventersdorp air force on the ground and in the sky. To aid them in this, the electronic warfare aircraft of the Fleet was currently engaged in wide-scale jamming...

Forward Air Base, 14th, 7th, 10th and 11th Wings, Second (Expeditionary) Air Fleet, Ventersdorp:

The Second Fleet, mostly a mix of attack helicopters such as the Hind-D and Ka-50 Kamov, was already in the air. Their task, to destroy the Ventersdorp military's armoured vehicles as quickly as possible... and in this they were aided by real-time information broadcast from Fasces One, the Atopian INTELSAT network hub, orbiting high above the earth.

"Three field armies which have moved out. First Army is moving to the capital. Second and Third are fanning out on either side of First. Our Air Fleets are moving, and Bomber Command back home has promised us strategic support from the First and Second Strategic Air Fleets."

"No, sir, but they're still issuing ranting demands and orders."
"Hm. We can tolerate this from the Skgorrians, but these Ventersdorpians need to be taught a stern lesson."

The 600,000 Wekommandos of the AWB have turned their attentions to the enemy's troops, 5,000 police officers, 200 marines and 100,000 soldiers are being deployed to blockade, but not engage, opposition forces and secure their departure from Ventersdorp.

AWB commandos are approaching enemy lines, they have their weapons loaded but not pointed at the enemy, all high government officials have been moved into hiding, army officers are blockading all major towns.

The AWB has mobilised a further 1 million commandos, the Ventersdorpian forces now outnumber, by several thousand the enemy's forces, we request the following Rules of Engagement:


*No biological weapons to be deployed by either side, no attacking of innocent civilians by either side

*No police officers will use teargas on the enemy lines

*Only handheld weapons to be used, such as the butts of unloaded firearms and batons, in order to minimise fatalities

*That a casualty quotor be drawn up and that once it's exceeded forces will re-negotiate and have at least a temporary ceasefire

30 helicopters are patrolling over Ventersdorp, they are not, as of yet, engaging enemy forces but will fire indiscriminately at enemy troops if provoked into a battle.

Convoys of civilian vehicles, with AWB commandos inside are patrolling the streets, an angered coloured has attacked with a barrage of glass bottles and shotgun fire. We're responding, 14 coloureds, suspected of being insurgents working for the enemy have been killed in a shoot-out, may the enemy be warned if they begin converting coloureds we will introduce martial law and coloureds suspected, if not proven to be, of being terrorists will be either arrested or shot down.

OOC: So... what... you're just standing there while my Strategic Air Fleet fires over 300 cruise missiles at your naval assets? You've got 30 helis in the air to my 100-odd attack helis - not to mention my 70 plus first-line air superiority fighters. Wanna RP the clash as my forces hit yours?

As the First Strategic Air Fleet came into firing range, they began launching their Raduga cruise missiles one by one. Within minutes, all 360 were on their way to hit the Ventersdorp navy's ships and bases...

As they thundered out of a nondescript village, the lead vehicle spotted a roadblock.

"Lieutenant," the Corporal began, "there's a roadblock up ahead."
"Engage it with your turret weaponry. We'll all hose it as we drive through."

As the platoon rumbled through the remnants of the roadblock, the lieutenant reflected on his decision. Spalling from an anti-tank rocket hit had injured one of his men and by the sound of it killed another - body armour could protect against even an RPG hit, if you were lucky, but no-one could do anything about a piece of jagged metal hitting you in the back of the neck and severing your spine. No matter, he thought, we got a damn sight more of them than they did.

General Communique to the Government of Ventersdorp:

Surrender now, or be destroyed.

We arrived to increase the peace, and you ignored our pleas and requests. Now we find ourselves having to engage your forces in direct combat, which you will lose.

Third Rapid Reaction Force - Naval Detachment - HMS Invincible

The thick, foamy waves of the ocean reared up once again and smashed against the grey-painted stern of the Invincible, as if nature herself were attempting to destroy the Superdreadnought and banish it from her own domain. However, just as had happened countless times before, and would doubtless happen countless times again, the waves did little to the mighty vessel but soak the thickly-painted armour and drench those unfortunate Ratings who scurried around the gigantic deck of the Invincible.

High above the furious waves stood the man in charge of the Invincible, and the entire Rapid Reaction Force. Dressed in a thick, waterproof coat, into which he shoved his hands to retain their warmth, Rear-Admiral Benson Hedges stood behind the bullet-proof glass of the Central Command Module (CCM) and stared at the relentless sea. A tall, stout man of advancing years, Hedges had a weathered, yet friendly face that always seemed to have a wry smile beaming through the salt-and-pepper beard that covered much of it. Nicknamed 'Grandfather' by the men and women under his command, Hedges always radiated an aura of calm and responsibility, skills that would be useful in the trying days to come.

Hedges stared out at the sea, eyes tracking each of the waves as it formed under the water, drew itself up in a mass of foam, and then threw itself against the side of the ship. He grunted as a particularly large one hit the side of the ship, managing to sweep over the railings that lined the deck and onto the deck itself. The immense amount of water that the wave contained flooded much of the deck, sweeping several Ratings onto their sides and soaking them to the skin despite the thick, grey overalls they wore. However, even an act of nature as furious and terrifying as a wave of water would not deter the sailors below him from their duty. Even as the wave broke itself on the deck, Hedges saw other sailors move to help those knocked down by the water, and more grey-clad figures form into small groups beside each of the massive turrets that housed the main armaments of the Invincible.

The groups waited for a moment as the wounded were carried away, then, as if by some magical signal, moved away at the same time towards the turrets. Clustering around each of the massive objects, they began using the railings and footholds imbedded on the turrets armour to climb up and attend to the various needs of the massive weapons. Teams checked the hydraulics and gears that moved the turrets, whilst others shimmied along the barrels to check for blockages; further teams scrubbed off any organic debris that might cause the turret problems when in action. Hedges could have stared at the scenes unfolding below him forever, but he was interrupted by a polite cough coming from behind him.

Taking his hands out of his pockets, Hedges turned and nodded to the Ensign who stood before him with a message flimsy in his hands. Hedges sketched a salute whilst taking the flimsy, then waited for the man to move away before opening it. Tearing open the thick, waxy cover, he took out the message itself and scanned it, reading and rereading it before dropping it in a bin to his left; the bin was emptied every hour and taken to an incinerator below decks. Hedges stared out of the glass for a moment longer before he moved to the centre of the CCM and the mass of plotting desks and opaque maps that formed the nerve centre of the room. From these desks and computer-controlled maps, the staff in the CCM could control the movements of the two hundred and fifty vessels that made up the Third Rapid Reaction Force.

Hedges looked at the main mapboard, following the mass of symbols and tiny writing that flickered across it; the symbols represented the various types and makes of vessels in the fleet, and the writing that was so hard to track were the orders being sent to them. The large green square in the middle of the mapn represented the Invincible herself, and around her were arrayed the red rectangles that were in reality the Battleships that guarded the Superdreadnought. Following the map, Hedges took in the Cruisers, Frigates and Destroyers that comprised the offensive arm of the armada, and then saw the smaller shapes of the Troop Transports and Carriers that carried the 35,000 men and women of the Ground Contingent. They would be used to invade Ventersdorp if the government did not acquiesce to the demands of the King.

Hedges looked away without comment and walked slowly back to his original position. He looked out again at the Ratings scurrying about below, and wondered how many of them would have to die to stop the racialist whims of the madmen in charge of Ventersdorp. The RRF would be in a position to blockade the small country within twenty-four hours, and launch offensive operations in a little over fourty-eight hours. Hedges grunted again and prayed fervently that sense would prevail; there seemed to be so little of it around in this day and age...

I told you people before, we've already abandoned Apartheid man, okay, we're selling the coloureds today, no problems, okay we'll be 100% white, no-one lower than anyone else.

A sea of khaki stands on the Cliff of Ventersdorp, enjoying Koos Du Plessis' music, barebecues full of boerwurst and buckets of Lion Lager, they are ready for the kaffir-lovers, armed with hunting rifles, grenades, rocket-launchers, Glock pistols, Smith & Wesson revolvers, speedboats, equipped with guns almost as big as the boats themselves, they are truly proud white men. Sensing that the scene in Ventersdorp is nearing a crisis, the Skgorrian troops begin reinforcing their patrols and set up roadblocks to control the movement of illegal weapons. The RPF request permission to deploy close to the Ventersdorp government as close protection

HMS Invincible

Hedge stared at the computer screen for a moment longer, eyes following the flickering of symbols and text, before turning away. He pursed his lips and frowned, looking at nothing in particular; a young Ensign moved from his station towards the Rear-Admiral, but was gently restrained by a Captain. Those who had served under Hedges on the Invincible for more than a few months had grown accustomed to his strange habits, and this was one of his more common ones. The frown, pursed lips, and now the strange pacing that he began; all pointed to deep thinking, and in this mood he never wished to be disturbed.

For several minutes Hedges did nothing, the CCM deadly silent except for the whirring and beeping of the various computers installed in its roomy interior. No-one dared to move or even say anything that was not vital to the running of the ship. Just as the Captain was about to risk the Admiral's warth by approaching him and eliciting some response, Hedges grunted softly and stopped pacing. The Admiral turned to face the Captain, his face set in a grim facade.

"Captain Waters."

Nathaniel Daniel Waters, Captain, Royal Navy, snapped off a brisk salute and stepped forward to face Hedges. He swallowed nervously. "What are your orders, Admiral?"

For a moment Hedges was silent, then moved across to the main computer screen of the CCM, beckoning Waters to follow him. The two men walked across the thinly-carpeted floor and stood before the flickering screen, which displayed the status of the Rapid Reaction Force, the known Ventersdorpian geography and the location of any defences located. Hedges stared at the map, then suddenly tapped on the screen, his finger highlighting a particular section of the Ventersdorpian coastline. With a nod from the Admiral, a Lieutenant at one of the consoles linked to the screen analysed the highlighted area, tapping at controls until it zoomed in and filled the screen. The image flickered, as if from a television with bad reception, but remained stable. It showed what appeared to be the centre of a city, although no accompanying text appeared anywhere on the screen; despite real-time satellite footage, intelligence on Ventersdorp was still thin on the ground.

Hedges tapped the screen again, then faced Waters. "The Ventersdorpian Government seems unwilling to abide by the terms we have set out for them. Which is a shame, because I take no great pleasure in what I am about to order, but we have no choice in the matter. I want twelve squadrons of SuperWraiths and Wraiths from the Carriers Allegiance and Sao Paulo to take off immediately and carry out a Strike Mission; the coordinates for their payloads will be transmitted once they are in the air."

Waters nodded again, saluted, and moved out of the CCM, already translating the Admiral's instructions into orders in his mind. Hedges watched as the Captain left the Module, then moved back to the thick windows that watched over the main deck of the Superdreadnought. His thoughts were grim; violence was about to begin, and blood shed, and all because some petty little tyrant refused to surrender. He raised his eyes to the skies and waited for the flashes of light that would signal the Strikeforce lifting off. He wondered how many of them would return.


Striketeam Able, Foxtrot Leader

The engines of the Suf-6c Superwraith Bomber still sounded loud in the ears of Squadron-Leader Charles Ingar, and he had been flying the SuperWraith model for at least two years. It was loud, yet it comforted him in an odd way; as long as he could hear the roar of the powerful engines, and feel the vibrations in the flightseat, he knew that all was well. The noise and vibrations combined threatened to seduce him into sleep, so he shook his head violently to push away the dream-like state and return to reality. Wincing at the sudden movement, he checked his instruments and ensured that they were still at optimum efficency levels; they were.

He cleared his throat and took a sip of water from the inflatable canteen strapped to his chest, then took hold of the Flying Stick with both hands, disengaging the automatic piloting program. The HUD that flickered across the cockpit was warning him that he was nearing the Firing Point, the area in which his payload - and the payloads of the other seventy-nine Suf-6c SuperWraiths under his command - would have to be fired. He gave a final stretch to his weary limbs, then began moving the stick in careful movements, continuing to hug the contours of the ground as skillfully as he could. It was a dangerous mission, flying at such fast speeds and at such a low altitude; trees and branches flew past at such speeds that they were nothing but colourful blurs. But in order to minimise casualties and deliver their payloads, such flying was neccessary.

The HUD began beeping, slowly but insistently, and so Ingar clipped on his breathing apparatus and communications gear, and opened a channel to the other aircraft in the Strikeforce. "This is Foxtrot Leader to Foxtrot and Jammer Squadrons. Coming up to Initial FP in thirty seconds. Foxtrots to fire on my order; Jammers to clear our way and safeguard against intruders." The beeping became louder and faster, rapidly turning into a single, high-pitched warbling. Giving the HUD a final check, and glancing past it to get a physical geographical check, Ingar flipped open the cap on the firing stud embedded on the stick. He took a deep breath, then jammed his finger down on the stud.

"Fox Three!"

With a barely-contained screech that sounded clearly over the engines of the Bomber, the four Eagleeye Missiles located under the wings of the SuperWraith kicked themselves clear and raced towards their targets, engines roaring. Nearly three hundred other Eagleeyes joined the initial four, moving in groups towards the targets within the city. Even as the boosters ignited on the Missiles and sent them into their final phase, Ingar was leading the Strikeforce away from the city and back towards the Carriers...

However, your stubborn refusal to surrender and turn over control of your nation to the Grand Monarchy left me with no choice. I implore you to surrender immediately, or the only thing that will occur is more bloodshed. And that is something that I do not believe any of us wishes to see.
