I don’t really have a military presence in any Commonwealth state, but Kologk as it’s still a colony of mine until the role-play moves on. I don’t you count those Devil’s Guards as a military presence. They are there to make sure your Lord Governor is safe.

After much discussion by the Vetakan Cabinet it has been decided because of the various perks of the Dominion Commonwealth in terms of shared technology it has been decided to offer all DC members the chance to have an OBSAT Package 2 System fitted in their nation by Pearce Weapons Inc free of charge. OBSAT is a Vetakan Technological marvel. It has given Vetaka a Techonological Advantage over all Combat Operations the Vetakan Military has been apart of.

OBSAT is basically a Communication, Air & Nuclear Defence Network and Global Targetting System all incoporated together. To find more details on OBSAT please see here. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=521785).

It would also be possible to form a Dominion Commonwealth OBSAT system in which member states where automatically linked. This would not comprise a nations independance it would just mean greater communication on the ground. As I say Pearce Weapons Inc would fit and install it free of charge to all current and future members once they had served a suffucient amount of time within the DC

I'm requesting permission to use Dephirian Rail Cannons as a preemptive Strike against him when I do launch my invasion, as I would very much like to eliminate his ability to take out my bombers etc. He has quite an advanced Anti-Air and beachhead system, which is more intricate than that of the Soviet Union! (Keep in mind they were considered to have the greatest Air Defense System in the world). Therefore, it'll be a necessity to do so before any operations can begin. Not only this, but I then plan to E-Bomb him into the stone age. E bombs are Electromagnetic bombs which eliminate all electronics in a 30 mile radius. It will bring him to his knees. His aircraft are no match for mine, thats no problem, but his defense systems are my only concern. Once thats done, me and my buddy Dephire will have our victory. :D

I didn't really know they were considered superweapons. I more considered them to be long range artillery....Blow up some installations etc. Its all i've ever used them for anyhow.

The brilliant dawn over the capital that morning seemed eerily portentous. A true 'Red Dawn' if there ever was one, though perhaps in an older sense today as much as the more typical usage that phrase carried. A third flagpole had been added during the night; to the right of both the city-state flag for Tailville DR on the leftmost (the flag's left), shorter pole and Wagdog's own national flag in the longer center pole. And on the rightmost pole, equal in height to the national banner's, was the United Dominion of the Transylvania's flag.
The sight beneath the 100-meter, 6000-tonne statue of Vladimir Ilyich Lenin was indeed an inspiring one; no small feat considering the statue's base was itself 315 meters in the air atop a massive government skyscraper taken straight from the grandiose 1930s plans for Moscow, although 'inspiring-to-whom' exactly would doubtless be a subject of controvesy in the years to come. Despite this though, Wagdog's new era had formally begun at 6:28AM that dazzling morning. And with it, the nation's new responsibilities...

The main reason about this message is about this Second Empire of Hataria coming from the ashes of their old nation. I can’t stay any of those within that dishonorable ‘royal’ blood they have. I have watched their countess war and etc. Right now, their allies have turned their back on them.

Take my lead, brothers and sisters, nobody will aid this Second Empire of Hataria for the fact they will only start more war for no reason.

Official USSW Announcement of New Technology available to the Dominion Commonwealth
With the help of the blueprints for Transylvanian Body Armor so graciously provided us on joining the Commonwealth, we are pleased to announce a capability upgrade that should enhance the armor's effectiveness still further. Interfacing with the HUD and sensor systems already present in the suit, we have devised a means whereby the OBSAT orbital reconnaissance and communications network interface can be wired in.
Controls vary between the two Marks of this upgrade, corresponding to the two Marks of OBSAT system available although each Mark of armor can work with any Mark of satellite. Mark I, the "Troopers' Standard" upgrade for those forces that issue all or most combat personnel with the armor, enables all troopers so equipped to receive OBSAT datalink updates from the network-at-large. This capability allows troops to remain aware of the tactical situation at all times, in addition to the existing capabilities of the armor in that regard. To enable the updates to be turned on or off, a third switch is added under the night vision switch on the right side of the helmet.
Meanwhile, Mark II or the "Specialists' Standard" upgrade adds small OBSAT-enabled cameras to the HUD eyepieces, activated by a fourth switch under the IR switch on the helmet's left side, and a secure data entry architecture to the suit; namely a small micro-keypad on the left wrist opposite the NBC sensor on the right wrist. This transmission architecture is secured by Vetaka's Griffin Security System, and in both Marks of upgrade is subject to the following stringent yet simple security protocols. If the weareer is injured and/or the suit damaged in any way, the system automatically locks itself out until they are evacuated to the rear and an armorer can repair the suit; needing to enter the proper password to unlock the OBSAT relay system again. If the wearer is killed, the system will detect their vital signs being lost and automatically wipe the interface completely, thus preserving the security of Griffin that is crucial to OBSAT's very function; which protocol can also be enacted manually if the wearer deems it warranted, such as in case of impending capture or abandonment of the armor.
Overall, we believe this upgrade would be of great benefit to the Dominion Commonwealth, and we have priced the offer accordingly; although we remain flexible on the final price if our initial offer should seem too high. We hope this development shall be of service to the United Dominion, both in peace and in battle.

It is with utmost sadness that I wish to inform the Dominion Commonwealth that the Democratic Elective Monarchy of Maraque will not be re-joining it's gracious halls again. This decision was decided upon during a long meeting between the upper, lower and middle houses of parliament, the Emperor and his cabinet, and a general national referendum.

The reasons behind this are currently confidential, but like all classified documents, the documents in question shall be declassified in one hundred (100) years time. Official Statement by The Greater Honakon Region

The Greater Honakon region is comprised of three Honakon states - all focused on one thing. Honako is a more bleak nation with a large military for it's size, Little Honako is a nation built to 'test out' democracy, and focuses on social justice and has it's roots in Socialism, and then there is Honako Inc., a sprawling metropolitain nation where money talks. We would like to submit all these nations, after reading up on this under the name of The Combined States of Greater Honakon - a region that houses all of these countries totally a population of over one billion.

Sadly, we have little to offer you in terms of arms trade and technology - we are a mostly quiet nation, and still recovering from a costly war, which has seen us become members of the ADAN and UFAN in order to protect ourselves in the future.

Our region is very interested in being taken under the wing of a Commonwealth, though one which does not restrict us too much, and wishes to be part of yours. We await your reply to this formal request.

The Dominion Commonwealth is the only Commonwealth that doesn’t have full power over its members. In some, the members don’t really run their nations they want to.
In Dominion Commonwealth, you can run the government however you want. In others, your government is more like puppet to the leader of the Commonwealth. In Dominion Commonwealth, you only change your title to Lord Governor and follow the only rule of the Lord Marshall’s the use of WMD aren’t to be used as first strike. Even then, he has the control of those weapons and permission had to be given to use them.

OOC: I’ve answered the first one ICly. Now about the land being classified as Dominion soil. That is there, so I don’t have to ask permission to land soldiers there during a civil war or something bad happening your nation. I have done that a few times in Dephire, Zackaroth, Kologk, and Hataria.

And your nation can withdraw at any time for any reason and even get the stuff that you got during its time in the DC. But you can’t sell the stuff. I think you know that.

With our queries answered and you accepting our request to join, we official will become a member of the Dominion Commonwealth - keeping our nation the same all but minor reforms in names and more influence from the Dominion in our country. I, Mrs. Bourla Parkins, shall be referred to officially as Lord Governess Parkins, though by my Commission it is likely they will still call me "High Commissioner" as they are so used to it.

A flag for the Commonwealth will be placed next to all Honakon flags in government buildings etc. - we also which to submit my Deputy and Head of Defence, General Claes, to be on your Council of War - and Mr. Renaud Dubois for Culture Minister. He is from Belgium descent, born in the culture capital of Honako, Jabero, and was previous our Culture Commissioner before leaving to travel the world in search of fine wines, he would most love to enter your Council to represent Honako's and the Commonwealths fine culture.

OOC: Yep, I am. I joined ADAN a while back because I had come out of a war where I had to make allies fast to protect me, and I wanted to be part of an alliance to protect me. Then I joined UFAN as a lot of people who I may class as allies (we've RPed together in worlds, though are not officially allies in NS) were members - and here because it sounded interesting. It may sound like a lot, but meh. ;)

Also, it appears that this Blub situation is going to end up with Hataria getting attacked by pretty much all of Haven. I'm currently trying to pursuade Vetalia to join our side, he is in the middle. Trans, I think you may need some help with this one. So, I'm pretty sure Wagdog and Vetaka will bring in UFAN, but Dephire, if you could bring in ADAN, that might calm it down. We could even have a intra-alliance talk to figure stuff out. If I can persuade Vetalia to join our side, then he can bring all of COMECON in, but as of now it is split.

But, Questers is liberating something Clandonia holds, according to the GASN forums. So he might not like all the Haven members, and might aid us.

Talk to him, and see what he says. I'll TG him later to see if he might be willing to cast his lot with us, if only to get back at the guys in Haven he has a problem with. Find anyone else that might be dissatisfied with the status quo in haven and see if they might be willing to join us in an alliance of convenience.

If you can get Questers, we would be a lot better off because GASN would be more amicable to our cause. If this works, we may be able to stop the Blubs and prevent them from getting anywhere with their war.

OOC: I'm sorry for popping in again, last post here if I'm not welcome, but considering The Blubs have had large number of casualties at the hands of the Hatarians and allies numerous times, including a kinetic weapon attack on civilian targets, while peace talks were going on, before the Blubs declared war on the Hatarians, I hardly think they could be considered warmongers.

Crystal City, Blubland

The Questarian ambassador and his naval attache to Blubland, posted there since the first Hatarian-Blub war, had requested a conference with the leader of the Blubs and had requested his presence at their embassy as soon as he could come along. Prepared, they waited and drank tea and ate crumpets and made small talk while they waited for a reply from the Blub leader.

OOC: Well you do have a right to be scared, Haven is mighty big and we harbor alot of militaries itching for a fight. Hataria is a cataylst considering previous belligence against a few havenic countries several times in the past. Besides, Blub is the Havenic mascot :D

We also basically have GASN in our palms, considering most of them hate/dislike hataria, love questers and Cravan listens to us alot of the time, and then their is the fact that most people just really, really dislike Tran.
