OOC: Ignore the MT in the title. The Dominion Commonwealth is MT-PMT.

Join the Dominion Commonwealth and the world will be open to you. Your nation will be under the protection of the Dominion of the Transylvania. Your nation’s land will be classified as Dominion land.

Being a member of the Dominion Commonwealth has it’s pros. The main ones are the protect that members will get if their land is invade. But no members will have to help another member, if that member is invading another nation.

Another pro is that all members will be allowed technology made with in the Dominion of the Transylvania. The members will be licensed to only built the vehicles or firearms for themselves and not to sell Timber Wolf Inc. design to others. The members would get the plans of the Wolfe Coastal gun (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/WolfeGuns.jpg), Transylvanian Body Armor and many other things.

Another pro is that you can run your nation how every you want. Meaning all that changes is the title of your nation’s leader. The new title of your leader will be Lord Governor. And it is optional to change your nation’s formal name to the Dominion Commonwealth of (Nation’s name goes here).

All Lord Governors will have eight members of Los guardias de Diablo placed in their nation to watch over and guard the Lord Governor’s life. Los guardias de Diablo swordsmen are the royal bodyguards of the Dominion. They are the best swordsmen, or axes men, the Dominion has. These men are master of their swords and axes, but know how to handle a firearm. These guards will be under the control of the Lord Marshal or Prince Jibade, nobody else will give them orders. The swordsmen will be in your nation to do anything to keep the Lord Governors alive. Their armor, pictured here (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/LosguardiasdeDiablosArmor.jpg), can stop any bullet lower then .50 cal.

And any Lord Governors can form their own body guard units, like the Haven Guards of Wolfe Island. Those Lord Governor’s bodyguards will work with the members of Los guardias de Diablo to make sure the Lord Governor is safe and unharmed.

The Council of War. In this Council of War, or CoW for short, will be one or two of a Commonwealth state’s best military commanders. The CoW will be used for invasion for any of the Commonwealth states, it is up to the Commonwealth states to join into the planned invasion. The CoW will be used to get the great military minds together to plan.

The only con to being a member of the Dominion Commonwealth is this, nukes or other WMDs will not be used as a first strike option. Those types of weapons will only be used, if Count JWolf allows it.

And it is optional for the member nation to share technology with the other members of the Dominion Commonwealth.

I bring good news, news that will add to the Dominion Commonwealth. Before I move on, the Lord Marshal give his thanks to all the nation that have joined. He thanks the nations that have seen the Dominion Commonwealth as way to better themselves. Now…moving on.

As of today, the Lord Marshal has added some things new to the Dominion Commonwealth. The first thing is that all Lord Governors will have eight members of Los guardias de Diablo placed in their nation to watch over and guard the Lord Governor’s life. Los guardias de Diablo swordsmen are the royal bodyguards of the Dominion. They are the best swordsmen, or axes men, the Dominion has. These men are master of their swords and axes, but know how to handle a firearm. These guards will b under the control of the Lord Marshal or Prince Jibade, nobody else will give them orders. The swordsmen will e in your nation to do anything to keep the Lord Governors alive. Their armor, pictured here (http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y101/CountJWolf/LosguardiasdeDiablosArmor.jpg), can stop any bullet lower then .50 cal.

And any Lord Governors can form their own body guard units, like the Haven Guards of Wolfe Island. Those Lord Governor’s bodyguards will work with the members of Los guardias de Diablo to make sure the Lord Governor.

On to the next thing, the Lord Marshal is forming a Council of War. In this Council of War, or CoW for short, will be one or two of a Commonwealth state’s best military commanders. The CoW will be used for invasion for any of the Commonwealth states, it is up to the Commonwealth states to join into the planned invasion. The CoW will be sued to get the great military minds together to plan.

Grand General Adolph McKnight and General Ronald Dawson will be the CoW for the Dominion.

Both of these are not optional.

We are also intrested in this Council of War, we lack numbers and modern tech but we have grand plans. The movement of $100 billion USD to the space wing of the airforce which we have sidelined for a space station. This 'space station' will be far more, we plan to develop an orbital deployment station, space shuttles capable of launched from the space station to commence attacks anywhere in the world from orbit before either returning to Earth or back to the space station. We have also developed our own space marines who have been in training for several months now for use in space they will be able to attack and board space stations and other enemy orbital systems.

We also express grave concern for the actions of the Corporate Alliance and Ackistan who sent communications to the Blackhelm Confedarcy to signal reconning of our military sites, fortunaly we are in the process of moving them underground due the extreme winter and weather conditions we are facing. We are extremely worried by their actions and in the event of action request assistance to stop the agressor.

As of today, I want all Commonwealth states to break ties with the Corporate Alliance and the GASN. They are both nothing but thugs to the world. One use it’s power to attack small nations, the other has ordered or used nukes to kill civilians of a nation.

The alliances are a waste of space and need to be broke up. Their leaders need to face the world for their war crimes. The oil barons of the Corporate Alliance and the false good guys of the GASN.

Both have had members do things that were wrong. Killing civilians. It makes me sick.

The space station plans are on the way, we have plans for our own modified space shuttle capable of carrying weaponry and a marine contingent. The shuttle is armed with missiles for self defence and we are looking into the options of a laser to destroy hostile satellites. We have converted eight shuttles so far that are sitting in an underground bunker in Clandonia, surviving the nuclear attacks that destroyed much of our nation, thankfully the Verdan Space Centre got away, we are assembling the space station currently, the funds will increase this meaning we can now launch shuttles and rockets every week now to bring supplies and modules into orbit. If our nations of the alliance work towards developing a space military then we can take the advantage on any war we face, controlling the sky would give us a tactical advantage. The development of being able to launch missile strikes with prescision accuracy from orbit minimising colateral damage.

We see the GASN as a failure, Clandonia was attacked by the CA twice, firstly by Blainsville in the failed invasion then by the Griffenfest Corporation which launched chemical weapon and firebombed our cities, in response we launched tactical nukes at the Scud Missile centres aiming to the destroy them in one clean swipe to prevent further attacks. In retalition the Blackhelm Confedarcy launched nuclear ICBM's at Clandonia striking our cities, all bomber crews that were still in the air were ordered to attack targets of these launch sites in Blainsville. Clandonia was severly hit with major cities being devestated, 7.2 million dead and no apology by the Blackhelm Confedarcy has left the nation devestated, with the onset of nuclear winter we are moving underground now to escape the radioactive artic lands. So yes the CA did attack us, we wish to develop the means to defend ourself more which is why the space programe has been concentrated on.

What I ask is if you can consolidate amongst the Dominion and Gholgoth alike to help aid me in the design and production of this cannon. In return, I will give credit to the Dominion and Gholgoth alike. I will also give both Gholgoth and the Dominion fifty Dominator Cannons. This, I hope, will help settle disputes.

The Dominators themselves are rather devastating. Able to completely destroy an area of five miles in diameter. With the Decimator in our arsenal...we would be nearly unstoppable. Even if we are already unstoppable..

These Decimators would make that twelve hour war seem to have lasted a life-time. Considering no one would dare oppose a nation with them.

Don’t that this wrong, Lord Governor Vega, but I found that Decimator Cannon a waste of money. Why spend the money on that cannon, if you have the power of the Dominator Cannon?

You claim those Dominator Cannons completely destroy an area of five miles in diameter, I say that is good enough.

But the money into making your armed forces stronger, made them better, not wasting money on a large cannon. Real men don’t hide behind the power of a nuke or any super weapon, they don’t hide behind anything.

But fifty Decimator Cannons does sound like a sweet deal, how much do you need to finished the Decimator Cannon? And send me the stat of the Decimator Cannon and Dominator Cannon.

General Overview:

The DCRC was originally designed for the destruction of any asteroids or space debris that could have fallen to Earth during the periods of 2024 AD and 2067AD when a large meteor shower was predicted to strike Earth, this of course was proven false.

In later years, war sparked. The people of Dephire needed to find a weapon that would bring people to their knees. They needed something brutal, yet sophisticated enough to be nearly unbeatable. What they found were the capabilities of these cannons.

Some people have speculated that these cannons can shoot a fly from fourteen thousand miles away, along with anything else in five miles. This of course is not entirely true.

Armour Specifications;

These cannons were not only to be built to destroy, but built to withstand alot of brutal attacks.

Twenty inches of carbon armour incase each gun. After the carbon is a shell of solid titanium. Four inches further goes straight to another layer of solid carbon.

This gives it a semi-light design for higher manuverability in scenarios when things get hairy.

Size/Shape Specifications;

Any gun the size of a large frigate could scare anyone.

Barrel Length:
Approx. 3600ft.

Barrel Width:
Approx. 450ft.

Caliber:
Approx. 950mm (If this is too out of porportion, please help me adjust.)

Range:
20-3750 Miles (Ground to Ground)
2-4000 (Ground to Air) ((That's the With a fused shell))
1-5000 (Ground to Sea) ((The One mile is a minimum, Safety Reasons))

Firing Specifications/Statistics;

The DCAAMRC takes thirty seconds to lock onto a target, remarkable for it's size. It can also fire at an rate of five shells per minute. Slow, but given the shell's capabilities, it is effective none-the-less.

Safety Precautions;

Don't stand within a hundred feet without proper saftey gear on. (Trust us. You don't want to be deaf, do you?)

Shells;

Explodes-On-Impact Shell-
This is mostly used in Ground to Ground and Ground to Sea barrages. Damage ranges from fragmentation to vaporization. There is a Two mile fragmentation range, and a five hundred feet vaporization range.

Anti-Ship Shell-
This shell is basically the same as an Anti-Tank shell, in otherwords, it's soul purpose is to destroy Naval Ships.

Explodes-In-Air Shell-
Also known as an Anti-Air shell or a Flak shell. When the fuse detonates the charge, it sends a sonic boom powerful enough to rip apart any aircraft within a two hundred feet range of the blast. Any aircraft within two thousand feet outside that range is severly damaged.

Dominator-Class Cannon: $ 1,050,000,000 (1.05 Billion U.S. Dollars)
StoneHenge-Class Cannon*: $ 200,000,000 (Two Hundred Million U.S. Dollars)

*The StoneHenge-Class Cannon is roughly one-fourth the size of the Dominator-Class Cannon. It was developed for the same purpose as the DC Cannon, but for smaller objects. The SHCC was the first cannon thought to be used in times of war, the DCC was then later thought of to be more potent, and was then used more often.

One DCC can replace Four SHCC's.

Let it be known that the nation of Clandonia has engaged in the use of chemical WMDs against the nation of Naasha, who responded in kind with chemical WMDs of their own. Although a defacto state of war exists between Naasha and Cravan, the Democratic Empire feels it necessary that Clandonia must be stopped. Clandonia has threatened Naasha with thermobaric weaponry, which they say will be used on the city of Naash with the intent of killing civilians. Already many nations are in an uproar over this development, and many have pledged that they will stop Clandonia.

We therefore wish that the Dominion Commonwealth realises what sort of nation Clandonia is. They are warlike, dragging themselves into conflict after conflict and using the Dominion's power as a shield from harm. The Democratic Empire feels Clandonia is a threat to the Commonwealth's stability, and hopes that the Commonwealth responds appropriately.

If the Commonwealth will take action to aid Clandonia, then the Democratic Empire will not intervene. However, we feel this had to be brought to the attention of the Commonwealth, for the lives of millions are at stake. If Clandonia is allowed to continue as is and use the Commonwealth to further their imperialist and warlike goals, then the world will continue on as a dangerous and unforgiving place. We ask you to please think through this decision, for it could determine the fate of the Commonwealth and the world at large.
