Day 01
This morning at 1053 AM a press conference in port Santiago Umitania unveiled its nuclear missiles program. the country states that "we must refine our methods of defence, if it comes to [offence] we will not be swayed. Our patriotism is motivated by our armed forces, and this is a time to strengthen our nation"

Umitanias government has announced that it has manufactured 7 new concept ICBM models that are to be used for testing, and around 15 of their ICR-Plasma 2X models, which are mounted on the country's satellites. These inter-continental missiles have enough range to attack any nation, because of the satellites capability of being moved around in its orbit.

Umitania has spent an estimated $7 billion on this project, and president Donithan has approved a bill to manufacture even more.

Day 02
Because of recent events, the countries of Wolfensland and Umitania have began to show hostile communications with each other. A high level nuclear threat has been issued by the Natzar Union.

Day 03a
Approx. 0200 hours this morning, Umitania detonated its first ICR-Plasma 3X-1 model. the model was meant to detonated on wolfensland, but President Donithan had other plans.....

Day 03b
at approx 1600 hours today, Umitania began a large-scale contruction project worth $486 million , to build a plant and uranium mining project to construct more nuclear missiles, model ICR 3X-1.3. The missiles will go into service in 32 days, after undergoing tests to meet the Natzar Unions safety requirements.

Today Umitanians everywhere celebrated patrotism after the destruction of the capitol city of Morvonia. currently Natzar Union officials are awaiting response from Morvonian officials. Although the hope they werent killed in the blast.

Day06
Currently the countries of Umvitz and the Natzar Union are discussing peace agreements with Wolfensland.

On a simpler note, Umitania has transferred its nuclear weapons and satellites to Umvitz. A bill to remove the satellite above Wolfensland is also trying to get approved after Umvitz and Wolfensland discuss peace agreements.

Day07
We are now entering Day07, which means the beginning of part 2. At this point, the conflict shall heighten. Hope you enjoy!

Via radio transmissions New Ausha announced its neutrality, then favoring Umvitz. Shazbotdom is still against Umvitz.

Several nations remain neutral to the situation, whereas Wolfensland seems to be favoring both sides, or trying to remain neutral as possible.

Umvitz recently announced that it has constructed and launched 5 more particle accelerator Satellites (APII Sat)
It's intentions for the satellites are for defense purposes after the recent beta test of its first APII.

At a press conference former DOS commissioner Davie Roberts announced "Umvitz will not be swayed by larger nations, our deservance of recognizeable power. DO NOT get us mixed up with a dictatorship, we are the opposite. We will overcome the threats to our nation! our people will bond together and destroy the evil dark nation! No longer will they oppress their people!"

you said it shot at my city,you never said anything about the nukes, you did say somthing about the missles heading for the satalites, but not about my 80nukes.

But fine lets say you did hit it, you would still suffer massive black out due to EMP(if they blew up in the ski), radiation and not to mention 1000s of pounds of nuke waste falling form the sky with the potential to blow up if they were armed, because to acheve maximum effectifness it would detonnate a mille or less of the gorund iff remeber corectly. also i never fired at one city i say in my rp on the other thread "various targets" not one place in your country...so i dont know how your partical accelerator could take em all out over your landmass.

Just a short time ago, Emperor Loak contacted the Blagraland to give them their orders. In a few minutes the Emperor was to send out a message to the parties involved in this conflict to invite them onto the Blagraland for peace talks. Although Comander Henderson didn't think this was a good idea, he would relay the information to Shazbotdom Marine Air Command, notifying them to reassign several AC-01's to the Blagraland for these peace talks.

We are prepared to dispatch several dozen of our AC-01 Pelican Aircraft to the nations involved to ferry them from their homelands to the MSF Blagraland for the peace talks. Now this is a secure location due to the fact that it is a space ship in orbit above the planet. It's defences are good enough to protect it against any and all missile attacks from the surface.

If this is deemed appropreate by the parties involved, please send a message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Larry Williams at the Imperial Palace, 1 Imperial Way, Shaz City, Shazbotdom.

But actually, thats the beauty of a particle accelerator. None of that would happen. the particles in the masses (the warheads) would lose theyre energy state, and temporarily freeze as the mass breaks up. just a flash of light, no explosion, no more radioactive levels high enough to acheive a fusion reaction, in turn detonating. And funny you should say that though, cuz i just had an issue that said 1/3 of my country got blacked out. wierd coincidence, eh?

George walked through the halls of the great Imperial Palace. He was on his way to meet with his top advisors before he addressed the world in a television broadcast (if the world wanted to pick up the transmission). He walked past the main meeting rooms to the elevator at the end of the long hall. He got in and turned his personal key, the elevator door then closed and it started it's decent into the dark earth.

As the door opened, he noticed the Ministers were sitting around the black rectangualr table. He nodded to them and made his way to the head of the table. He then sat down and opened up the consol on his end of the desk.

George: "Alright. Now what are we going to do about the situation with Umivtz?"

James: "I Suggest that we put the military on full aleart and notify the public. We should be ready to activate the emergency evacuation grid."

Ken: "We don't need to cause mass panic. But we should notify the public in a way that they will not panic."

Charrel: "We should tell him in a national press conference."

George: "I was planning on an international press conference soon. To try and rally a group of nations against Umivtz. Make the nessicary arrangment for the raise in the DEFCON level and notify the public. I will go to the TV room and send a message to the International Community."

George then stood back up and started to walk back over to the elevator. Getting into it and pressing another button after inserting his key. He was then taking another two stories downward into the earth to the Television Room. Walking over to the control panel, he pushed a button that called the control team into the room. They walked out of a side room (presumibly another elevator that went right to this section) and walked to the controls as well as the camera's. George then walked over to the desk on the set created to look like his office and then sat down...

The screen then switches to the image of the Set that looked like George's office. It showed George sitting at the desk, he began to speak.

"Ladies and Gentlmen of the world. I come to you at this time to speak in a matter of International Importance. A nation that calls itself Umvitz has threatened the Dark Empire with the use of a 'Partical Weapon' because we wanted them to stand down. Now, because of this threat, we are preparing for war. We ask that the nations of the world come together to help push back this threat. When a power hungry dictator threatens to attack your nation, what do you do when negotiations fail? You fight back. Now help me when I fight back against a facist regeme that threatens to destroy everything that the socialist people of the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom have built since we were created more than five thousand years ago. God bless, and God Speed."

The camera then switches back to the picture of the Flag of the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom.

Commander Henderson looked over the current orders from the Emperor. He didn't like what was going on now, he didn't want this to go into a full blown war, but if thats how it was going to happen, thats what would happen. He got on the intership comunication system and paged the fleet on a highly encrypted frequency. Taking a seat in the command chair, he spoke to the fleet.

"This is Henderson of the Blagraland. I have orders from the Emperor. I need Fleet Admiral Jefferson and the fleet to come to our coordinates as soon as possible. The threat of war has caused the DEFCON level to rise to DEFCON 2 and for the fleet to go into high aleart."

The ships all sent their replies in text communicatons. All of them sent their message that they would be able to make it and they would be there within five hours. Henderson then walked back to the back of the bridge and goes through to each station and checks what everyone is doing.

Captain Jefferson walks onto the bridge and one of the lower ranking crew members yells out, "Captain on the Bridge!" Henderson turns around and approaches the captain. Saluting him as he gets up right next to the captain.

and theres a problem there, if you use that type of metal, when you launched the warhead it would blow up on the gun. so all your missile bases would be destroyed.

and do you know how small a particle is? an accelerator can fire up to 100 particles in one shot, and all can be steered by magnetic RF harmonies. therefore, you would have to fire more than 400 nukes in order for at least one to make it to my nation.

the particle can be a certain element so as to not respond unless it hits an element of certain type (the metal casing on a nuclear warhead, which is commonly the chemical compound iron with noble gasses, so it would be very easy)
i fired the particles from space, so they couldnt run into a mountain or a skyscraper etc.

As Danny walked away, a series of low hums and clicks slowly began to heighten from the accelerator. Danny turned back and watched the fusion reactor, as two small streaks of light collided, forming a blast of bright light inside the transparent glass reactor. As the light died down, Danny caught a glimpse of a small ball of swirling green fire, until finally it disappeared.

SCENE: Just outside the Imperial Palace
The Supreme Emperor walked out of the front door to a view of the Imperial Guardens. As he walked down the main path, he approached the main gate and walked into the street, greeting the public as they approached him, shaking their hands as he walked to his limo. The limo was just one vehicle in a caravan of vehicles. Four armored SUV's, three WH-01's, and Four AT-01's were in a standard diplomatic escort mode. The caravan was directed to head towards the airport as the Supreme Emperor himself was preparing to head out to the Shazbotdom Colony of Alrairbis to meet with the Prime Ministers of each of the three Colonies of the Dark Empire.

As the caravan drove down the road, the Supreme Emperor ordered them to stop at a local school, in which his Son, Jimmy, was being educated in the fine arts, math, social studies, science, and computer technology. Several Hours Later...

The Supreme Emperor walked away from the aircraft toward the podium that was setup just outside the main gate to the Shazbotdom Marine Air Division Airfield. Waiting for him were the Prime Ministers of the Colonies of the Dark Empire. Prime Minister Ernie Henderson of Alraibris, Prime Minister Hugh Jackson of Bolrasha, and Prime Minister Creig Armbruster of Halnara were waiting for the Supreme Emperor Loak. As he stepped up behind them, they began talking into the microphone to talk, which is being broadcast over National, as well as International Televison if the nations want to pick it up.

A voice starts on the Television as the Flag of the Dark Empire appears.

The Voice, "Ladies and Gentlemen. The Emperor of the Dark Empire and the Prime Ministers of the Shazbotdom Colonies."

The image then cuts out of the screen as Prime Minister Henderson takes the podium.

Henderson: "Thank you ladies and gentlmen for picking this telecast up on your television stations. We come to you united in an effort started by The Fatherland, The Dark Empire of Shazbotdom. We have wished for a diplomatic end to a conflict that is brewing between The Fatherland and the Nation of Umvitz. Alraibris is most well known in the region for it's people's compasson for the international community. We wish for peace and prosperity. I would like to give the mic over to my other persona, also known as the Prime Minsiter of Halnara."

Mr. Henderson walks away and then Mr. Armbruster walks up to the podium. He takes a few sips of water and then begins to speak.

Armbruster: "Thank you Prime Minister Henderson." He looks over the croud and continues to speak. "While i believe that diplomatic ties must be made to ensure that this conflict comes to and end. I am strong to point out that the Empire will not stand down to any threats made against it. I do though hope that the Diplomaitc Corps of the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom can come to a peace agreement with the Nation of Umvitz. The Dark Empire though, due to the threats, has increased it's Conventional DEFCON rating to 1 and it's Strategic DEFCON rating to 3 as a precaution. The military has gone on full aleart but is being stationary at the military bases. Checkpoints are now put into place in major cities to ensure traffic runs smoothly. I will let this go to Prime Minister Hugh Jackson of Bolrasha."

Mr. Armbruster then steps aside and then Mr. Jackson takes the podium. he looks around and speaks.

Jackson: "Thank you Mr. Armbruster. I would like to add to the other two Prime Ministers comments by telling the world that I am all for peace. I beg the Nation of Umvitz to come to a peace agreement soon. Thank you for your time."

Mr. Jackson then goes back to his seat and Supreme Emperor George A. Loak walks up to the podium and talks.

Loak: "I would like to thank the Prime Ministers of the Colonies for taking the time out of their busy scheduals for this joint press conference. I would like to take this opporitunity to put forth a diplomatic message to the Nation of Umvitz, if they are picking this message up. Please, for gods sake, accept a peace agreement between our two nations. The last thing i want is for an all out war to occur. I will send a diplomatic envoy to your nation, if you wish for peace between our nations. I would like to thank the world for your time in listening to us. God bless and goodnight."

The screen then cuts out, going back to the image of the Imperial Flag.

The voice then comes back on the TV, "We now return you to your regularly schedualed programming." The screen then cuts off of the flag and into black.

Kara arrived at the command center.

"President Danny ordered to be on full alert, shoot anything that moves. We're at DEFCON 1 now, anyone who isnt our ally will be terminated."

She turned to the screen, typing in some commands.

"Position APII Sats 7 and 9 above the capitols of New Ausha and Maldorians. Set APII Sats 1,3,4,5 and 6 to defend Umvitz. The other three will keep Shazbotdom in check."
Kara turned around.
"Hail to the Fatherland! Hagel zum Vaterland!"

SECRET IC:
Two AC-01's take off from Shazbotdom Marine Air Command on their way out of the Empire. They start to decent at a 20% upgrade towards the atmosphere. The AC-01's were carrying a team from the Diplomatic Corps, on their way to New Ausha on a good will mission. The hope was to establish diplomatic ties and possibly get them to join one of the Alliances that the Dark Empire is in. As the ships pass through the stratosphere, they heat up slightly, to roughly 110 degrees farenheight, but just for a short time. The ships then started slowly towards the posistions that they would head back down into the atmosphere towards a landing zone in the nation of New Ausha.

New Aushan Capitol

The citizens of the New Aushan Capitol looked toward the sky, to see a streak of light followed by a flash of purple light. The impending shockwave rocked the city, followed by a green fire blast that destroyed anything in its path, disintegating the particles by separating the protons and neutrons causing a nuclear defusion reaction. All in all, it took 11 minutes for the New Aushan capitol to be flattened, reduced to ash and rubble.

The transmission light turned on on the sat camera, signaling that it was now transmitting.

I'll count it against my old Communications Satelites that i don't use anymore. We normally send messages now via the Internet using a 1024 encription process (which will take most MT SuperComputers 7 years to decript).

The MSF Blagraland watched as a large streak of light hit one of the old Pure Socialist Holy Empire (what the Dark Empire was named before) communications satelites and it exploded. Captain Henderson then rushed onto the bridge to see the ending of the explosion englufed the satelite. He then turned to the weapons officer and yelled out to him, "Go to red aleart. Ready all weapons systems. Evacuate all civilians to the inner sections of the ship and turn bearing Three Five Four Seven mark Five Nine Two. Full power to the forward polarized hull."

The lights inside the ship turn from regualr white to crimson red as the ship turns toward the direction that the shot came from. All weapons systems came online, the Defensive Missiles and Railguns powered up while the defensive railguns were manned and watching for incomming ships and/or fighters. The ship came to a full stop and the screen zoomed in on the satelite that destroyed the Shazbotdom ComSat.

The message from Umitania was in fact broadcasted over radio and television stations all across the Dark Empire and her Colonies. By popular demand, the people massed outside of the Imperial Palace as the Emperor arrive back in his limosine. he stepped out to hear chants of, "Long live the Supreme Empire," "We are not being oppressed," "Our Freedoms have risen since the Election of the Supreme Empire," and "God save the Empire!" After getting out of the limo, he noticed a news van had approached the Imperial Palace. A camera crew and news reporter stepped out to video tape the events unfolding.

GLOBAL IC:
George walked swiftly past the crowd, shaking hands gentally as he made his way to the main gate of the Imperial Palace. The news crew called out to the Supreme Emperor and he stopped, turned and approached them.

Reporter: "Sir. What comments do you have on the message that came out of Umitania about the people of the Dark Empire being oppressed?"

George: "As you can see by the latest UN Report. We are considered a Inoffensive Centrist Democracy with Excellent Civil and Political freedoms. I don't see how they can get the idea that we are oppressing the people. The people have spoken here today saying that they are not being oppressed."

The crowd cheered as the Supreme Empror said this, he continued.

George: "Now. If you will excuse me. I have some important matters to attend to inside the Imperial Palace. I have a budget to look over and Authorize."

The camera then watched as George walked towards and then inside the gate. He walked up to the main door and disappeared inside the Imperial Palace. The Camera then slowly moved towards the Reporter. The reporter then spoke into her microphone.

Reporter: "This is Jasmine Bleek, back to you in the studio."

The statement that the Maldorians hd not been hoping for spread through the lines of the military.

Suddenly, the navy launched from their docks and advanced towards the country of Umitania.

War Declaration Speech of the President Della Mitternich
Today the United States of Umvitz has launched an unannounced and unprovoked strike against Shazbotdom satellites orbiting Earth.

Following this incident, Umvitz made use of a particle cannon against major New Aushan and Maldorian cities causing millions of civilian casualties.

These unfortunate attacks happened after 9 days of negotiations which, unfortunately, were not able to convince Umvitzian leaders to stand down their weapons.

I believe that I interpret the will of the Bundestag and of the people when I assert that we will not only defend ourselves and our allies to the uttermost but will make it very certain that this form of treachery shall never endanger us.

Hostilities exist. There is no blinking at the fact that our people, our territory, our interests and our allies are in grave danger.

With confidence in our armed forces, with the unbounding determination of our people, we will gain the inevitable triumph.

So help us the gods. I ask that the Parliament declare that since the unprovoked attack by Umvitz on Shazbotdom sattelites, a state of war has existed between Wolfensland and the United States of Umvitz.

Günter Lehman was standing on the command center of the submarine, one of the six Type 242 (Indigenous for Virginia-class SSN) operated by the Wolfenslander Kriegsmarine. SCENE: Armory of the MSF Blagraland
In the main gun room, several people used dollies to drag across 50MM shells for the five main Railguns. They were rolled down the line and onto a specialised conveyor belt that moved the shells across the large room. The Space Naval personell continued to do this until the conveyor belt that loaded the shells into the railguns was full of shells. They then pressed a button and one shell was loaded into each of the railguns and the conveyor advanced slightly so that the next shell was on standby.

Captain Henderson looked at the main viewer again to make sure that the damned weapon wasn't powering up again. He then looked back at the weapons station and nodded at them, he then turned off the saftey on the weapons and turned towards communications.

Henderson: "Get me Fleet Admiral Jefferson on the horn."

Comm: "Yes, Sir."

The communications officer then pushed a few buttons and muttered something into his communications headset. After a few seconds of silence he turned to the Captain.

The order was brought down from the bridge. The Fleet Admiral has changed his mind about what was to happen. Naval personell rushed around the room, preparing to fired the main Railguns. Red lights started flashing around the ship as the large magnets in the railgun powered up and jolted from front to back, slamming projectiles out the front of the 5 railgun barrels outside of the ship at high speed (roughly 1,000 meters per second). Within 10 seconds they would reach their targets.

Captain Henderson looked at the viewscreen out the front of the ship and watched as the five railgun bolts jetted away from the ship towards their designated targets. One was fired at each enemy satelite in view of the ship (3 in total), plus two extra just in case they were needed. He turned to the Weapons officer.

not true. it is very possible to mount a portable energy device on the accelerator, sort of a carbourator that injects a stream of gas which in turn would collide with the oncoming particle releasing a humongous amount of energy. sort of a portable nuclear reactor, except E is congruent to mc/c^2 so the energy levels reach m*v, where v is the velocity as k the energy transfer. so k=e*m/v. so in the end, you have about enough energy to power 50 shots before youy ahve to get k again.

use logistics. infantry can only move 25 miles at a ttime, and even then it would kill them. a "rapid pace" isnt exactly good rping.

and lets talk about the supply lines themselves. they get set up at a slow pace, too. they dont magically appear, either. you need crew members to set up positions, infantry to take the land and guard it, and then artillery to back them up, and then after a couple of days, the supply lines ride up as soon as the area is secure. you can only repeat this process every 15 miles or so.

so id advise you to do this, unless you want to be branded a godmodder.

I told you, we have set up supply lines with armor. Plus you have stated NOTHING about your ground forces. You just keep babbling about how your imaginary space weapons keep anilating choppers/cities. I posted losses, that would reasonably correspond with your AA utilities, and that was fair.

2. Acess to all particle weapon technology

3. The establishment of the USDF (Umvitzian Self Defense Force) Containing 500,000 soldier, 400 Tanks, and 3,000 armored vehicles. This will be monitored for the next 15 years.

4. All who wish to emigrate to New Ausha, Shazbotdom, Wolfensland, etc may do so.

5. All millitary surplus you currently have remaining. (Shells, Artillery, Tanks, Vehicles, Firearms, grenades, etc)

6. An official apology on behalf of the umvitzian goverment.

7. All of the 300,000 umvitzian resistance captured must be held by thier goverment in state prisoners, for the next 6 years.

8. A monitor/ peacekeeping force of 700,000 New Aushans, 640,000 soldier of wolfensland and 1 million of Shazbotdom.

If these demands are bot met soon, hostilities will resume.

Let me just add one demand, that i feel necessary.
We demand that your president, and all people that took part on the attacks against New Ausha and Moldorians to be turned to Allied authorities to stand trial for war crimes.
