All in all its about half the size of the US military. Kroando: I'm sorry, you're force isn't insanly huge, that's about the size of the US military sent to Iraq, I think.

The SFC look over the results with deep anger. "BASTARDS! After all we've been doing they attack us!" Somebody comments "maybe Neo-Erusea is lying, maybe there trying to get us against Dinsmer." The angered man responds "maybe but if so why would they give such detailed information on these men? We could easily find out if there real or not." The other man says "true but I think we need more info before we pass judgement considering a lot of people may die for nothing if were wrong." The angery man calms down and says "Your right. We need more intel."

OOC: Are the terrorists from Dinsmer dead? I need to know to continue.

OOC: No not all of them, just the two the police killed. The others are being held in the SFC. I wouldn't try a rescue considering its a maximum security instlation and only a select few even know where it is. I thought there where only two terrorist but Because theres more there not dead considering My cops wouldn't just blast away at a group of men like that, they know better. How about we say they just surrendered after seeing two of there comrades get shot dead.

OOC: Nah, its just that I'd have to answer for them in interrogations. I guess I could continue anyways.

"Welcome all diplomats, and thank you for coming at Illior's call to diffuse this situation, and do so peacefully, so before we get to the negotiations, my name is Rear Admiral Kris Mellot, and I'll be the mediator here. There are some basic ground rules that need to be followed. 1. Please adress eachother in a professional manner 2. Physical Assaults on others will not be tolerated, and if one happens, you will be thrown in the brig until your government can give Illior a good reason to release a felon 3. Any loss of items is not our fault 4. If you steal an item and are caught, you will be stripped of all your possesions, your transport will be searched and you and your entourage will be sent off 5. This session is being recorded for training purposes and copies of the recording or transcript can be sent to each county 6. Transmissions are allowed only during breaks which I will call. That's the basics.

To start this off before we get to the terms of any agreement, I would like each Delegate to state their view of what happened, and why. I ask for complete silence while fellow delegates are speaking at this point, and please keep rebuttles to yourself, and if you cannot, then we might have to help you. Now, let's let the Neo-Erusian Delegate go first"

The Neo-Erusean delegate, General Neal Donner, step forward and introduced himself. "Good evening, I am General Neal Donner of the Glorious Neo-Erusean Army. I am glad that we are all here. It comes to my attention that Mossada, Blaglug, and Ustia have declared war on my nation in order to free Dinsmer. Dinsmer has willingly joined Neo-Erusea, and now they want out. I'm afraid that this action cannot be tolerated by Neo-Erusea." The general looked at all the delegates. He then went on, "Dinsmer cannot be independent. I have my orders from the Commander-in-Chief of Neo-Erusea. The war started when Blaglug bombed the capital city Farbanti. We replied by attacking and disabling the Blaglugian carrier." The general was careful not to use the term 'enemy'. "Then, Mossada and Ustia jumped in, and the war as we know it started. The invasion of Mossada was done in order to 'convince' Mossada that they are not in a position to support Dinsmer. We have pulled out by now. No Neo-Erusean forces should be remaining in Mossad territory. If they are, I grant you, they will be court-martialed. I am willing to discuss terms. I believe that both sides should withdraw to pre-war boundaries. Dinsmer will be occupied until the rebel leaders are caught, and brought to justice."

After Neal finished The Ustian delegate stood up and introduced himself like the general did. "Hello everyone, I'm General Richards commander of the Ustian Expeditionary force in Dinsmer. My side of the story doesn't differ to much from General Neal's but I would like to go back a little further then my collague. When Dinsmer first asked for help we were unsure if we should get involved or not. We asked many times to end this situation in a peaceful manner but Neo-Erusea ignored us like a stump. Several other nations pleaded for Neo-Erusea to come to the table and they actually accepted Kroandos offer "at first." We thought it was over but then Neo-Erusea randomly decided not to. This angered many nations involved even more so for Blaglug. So Blaglug bombed Neo's captiol, so they attacked Blaglug naturally. Then the whole situation turns into a mess overnight with Mossada attacking Neo but failing. In Ustia we figured if this situation wasn't going to be resolved peacefully then we were going to just have to try to bring Democracy to Dinsmer the hard way so we sent a force to Dinsmer to try to liberate it. Everything went well but we didn't get that far because of the cease fire. We were glad that negotitations would begin but then there was the attempted bombing of are beloved captiol and everything went gray. We don't precisely know what happened but were pretty sure that Dinsmer is the one responsible. Right now we have three of them inprisoned."

Suddenly an entrouge of Guards grabed one of the terriorst and escorted him out of the cell. Three guards where behind him with Tazer guns at the ready just in case he trys to escape. They arrived at a small room and shoved the terriorst into it. There was one man seting in a chair with the classic light bulb hanging above with the table and darkroom. He said "set down now." When he did the stranger continued "now then I'm just going to ask you a few questions."

The Interrogater sat there thinking for a little bet. Then he said "Your name is Daniel Falk right?" While the interrogation continued several men watched from one way windows while listening mikes recorded the entire event.

OOC:Indeed. That's the punishment.

IC: I have terms to end this war. First off, Dinmser will lose statehood and will be known as a Neo-Erusean colony. As a colony, Dinsmer will have the right to exercise their own government, and have their own constitution. However, Dinmser must be open to NE military bases and will not be reckognised as a soveriegn entity. All of this will be granted, only if the rebel leaders are brought to and tried in Neo-Erusean courts.

If you say thats to little just think about it. They only ground battle I had was the one in the city and accroding to you I lost 13 men. They other casualties are from the destroyed Silver Sky and the badly damaged destroyer.

We find this acceptable as long as the Dinsmer people have freedom and democracy. We would like Dinsmer to have some type of Security force Like Police or Militia and reform it so something like this doesn't happen again. Also we will help hunt down the rebel leaders and bring them to Justice. They simply are to dangerous and blinded by hate to keep roaming free.

We are sure that Dinsmer's overfunded poice force can defend the territory. And as a colony of Neo-Erusea, I am obliged to assist Dinsmer in times of peril.
