We would appreciate the right to a plot of oil where we could build a pump and have oil sent to Herastall through our own transport ships. Our starting price will be $6,000,000 USD plus you benefit from 7% of oil sales (this only includes oil found from your region).

This offer is open for negoatiations.

We'll take a shipment of 120 barrels, at your asking price.

But We would like to make an offer, and hope you will accept it, we too wouldn't mind claiming a field, and it being in your borders you collect 80% of prophets.

The oil reserves are 100% owned by the goverment of Helexeo. No other nations may drill for oil within our oil reserve field. The oil reserves are plentifull and will last well into the next millenium. The Republic of Helexeo will charge $44.45 per barrel of oil exported.

Dear sir, I have, as my sources inform me you have, been interested in procuring the oil present in Helexeo. Those nationalist fools have refused my generous offer to purchase the oil fields. High Minister John Reynolds was not overly enthusiastic about the way in which this oil was being distrubited. Instead of taking any formal action though, he decided to sit back and wait. He knew he wasn't the only nation after this oil. Before sending anyone in to comendeer the oil plots, he would let other nations do their bit.

Several Vagabond series satellites watched overheat streaming digital media, as they did they put them selves into Geo-Syncronis orbit while watching. The information was being sent to commanders and other high ranking personelle at fort St. Conrad in Asperitas.

Meanwhile radio operators hearing the International Plea for buisness and the wealth of oil within the small country responded with an E-Mail.

The middle aged man, typing away at his government issued laptop while working at his station had this to say. As his surperior repeated to him what to type and after he had done so he was to click the small submit icon. Which would then send the E-Mail over 512 bit encrypted VPN OCP3 Tunnel connection.

After hearing this, and Asperitas it's self being much too small to defend it's self from the defender of Helexeo they then decided. 'If we can't have the oil nobody can.' and so began operation Greed.

Two Black Ops soldiers sat in a breifing room with a single commander with a small iron rod pointing out thier mission objectives, map and plans. They were to hop onto a commercial airliner sneaking with them a small AS PDW's which can be disassembled and placed into fake cans of shaving cream. They will also carry breif cases, each breif case with 5 cans of shaving cream. All filled with C4 military grade high explosives and other nessicary mission item; along with that ammunition will be waiting for them at locker #512 once they land in Helexeo.

After they heard thier breifing and were given thier change of cloths, fake passports, ID's, etc.. etc.. They were off on commercial airliner flight #1024 from AIA Airport. They passed the sexurity checks with airmarshal ID's and proceeded straight to their flight... The agents slipping through the vast crowds of people, undetectable by anybody as they looked like any other tourist.

In a matter of hours they would be in Helexeo ready to obliterate the oilfields.

ok i dont have a huge army and am currently involved in another war but i can send 500,000 troops and 5,000 tanks 2000 fighters. My real strenth is in my navy but its currently engaged. I will send my troops to your country ASAP.

At this time, the Immaculate Empire of Japan wishes to announce to the world that if any such invasion of nation of Helexio occurs that we will be opted to commence bombardment of all nations involved in such invasion on such invadees' side. As the black ops soldiers flight landed they, sitting next to each other, stood up reaching for the baggage compartment grabbing thier breifcases and backpacks, as they walked out and into the crowded isle. Small kids jumping around and still crying as the plane just landed. Mothers comforting them, while other people talked and bickered slowly walking through the isle and into the terminal where the agents then started on their own way to the locker to retreive the ammunition they would need.

Of course after about 15 minutes of walking and retreiving the ammunition and placing the small boxes of it into thier backpacks they had enough munitions for thier own small war. Now, they were headed off to the first oilfield at the Balkan plains.

They walked out of the international airport to the streets to be greeted by warm sunlight, and the congestion of taxi's. Which they hopped into to have them taken to the hotel nearest the Balkan fields which they were taken to for the unreasonable sum of $113 USD. Which they paied and unloaded thier crap going into the hotel building and readying for thier raid upon the oil pumping plant.

But this statement was, more or less, a warning to the world that if an invasion or an act of war is enacted on the sovereignty of Helexio then Pyschotika would do, in it's most favourable interests, to seak out and help hunt down those responsible if it was so said classified a terrorist act. as part of the deal sochatopian troops begin to arrive to defend just in case the first 4,000 troops parachute out of c130 planes and when they land they set up a defencive primiter around a airfield and weight for the rest of of the troops to land.

The agents then assembled thier AS PDW's with a wealth of extra ordinance, took out thier SCV-4500 Asperitan Bullet Proov Vests and withdrew the extreme amounts of high explosives from the shaving cans. Now holstering their guns and thier bullet proof vests only several centimeters thick and as flexable as any cotton shirt they were undetectable by the best.

They when both walked off to the bottom lobby floor making thier way past the small ball which was going on. Getting hit on by the ladies in the process, but thier mission wasn't to get laid today. So as they walked forward thier T-shirts which were plainly black and jeans passed them off as any other citizen. Except highly trained, marksmen Asperitan Blackops soldiers are what they really were. As they stepped out into the dead of night walking several blocks to the actual plant. There they looked around the complex seeing as it wasn't highly guarded they walked around the entirety of the gated facility looking for a favorable entrance to the oil pumping facility. Which they found thanks to taking advantage of the kind hearted.

Plant Foreman: "Are yous too fellars lost? Seein as thearnt a road fer a few hundred yards...."
Agents X & Y: "Umm, yes, we are, could you please show us the fastest way back to the road sir?"
Plant Foreman: "Sure, ya'll wait now ya' hear?"

The foreman then walked down from the catwalk he was high upon, all the way down to ground level opening the gate for them and leading them in as he pulled out a map from his back pocket or the enourmous plant. Though just has he did Agent X looked intested, as he distracted the foreman while Y slipped behind him. Giving him a hard smack to the back of the head with the butt-stock of his weapon knocking him out and cold. Of course as soon as the man fell to the ground the agent quickly switched cloths with him as they were nearly a perfect fit in cloths and age.

Agent X: "I'll take care of the body, and I'll be waiting several blocks south of here once you plant the explosives in a Taxi Cab waiting. This shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes...."

Agent Y then nodded as he johgged off after taking the map fom the unconscious foreman's hands as he ran off to the main pump's and reserve tanks to plant the at least 2 pounds of C4 explosives. Which was overkill for this job. He easily slipped passed security as he sported the foreman's ID which was barely skimmed by the Security which let him into the highest of guarded places with the least of suspicion to plant his explosives and get the hell out.

Agent Y had rigged the entire complex with explosives in it's most vital places as he then made his way out through the front entrance saying he was taking the rest of the day off to the receptionist. Sprinting down the street while looking at his ,military grade stop-watch. Agent Y had been in and out of the complex in a bit over 3 minutes, and had 2 minutes to spare to watch the fireworks.

Meeting agent X who had the foreman in the Taxi cab he said "Switch your cloths back with him, dump him back in the street and he'll be our scapegoat." Inwhich agent Y nodded. It wasn't part of the origional plan but it looked better than what was to be done before. In which killing everybody in the way, and then blowing up the plant was the plan.

After dumping the unconscious foreman on the sidewalk they sped off with only a minute to spare to a small private airport. Where they would be picked up and flown back to Asperitas in a private jet.

Our intelligence operatives acted on information obtained. They follwed the two agents and once at their destination they were arrested on terrorism charges.

Pre-warned of the aggressive act, the Felucans sortied out a fleet of their own to intercept this imperial move. It would consist primarily of firepower, as opposed to heavy-movers. There was no reason to land troops if the enemy could be stopped at sea.

The Cobra class missile frigates formed a skirmish line of sorts in the path of the inbound Blackhelm ships. The heavily armed weapons platforms were interspaced by Big Blues, their helicopters darting out now and then to gather intelligence, while overhead F-10 Raptors patrolled, simply watching and waiting.

Slightly behind the frigates were positioned the Broadsword cruisers, and behind them the Cyan destroyers and Jade cruisers serving as missile defense and backup for the Daewoo aircraft carriers.

A radio message is broadcast over most available bands to the approaching Blackhelm ships: "You are attempting to enter soverign waters of a free nation. You are not welcome. You will turn back immedietly or face the gravest possible consequences. We are not imperial by nature, but the ignorance of your leadership lends itself to your nation becoming a convient colony. Go. Away."

National security in Helexeo has been on red alert since this oil crisis began. People arriving in Helexeo are extensivley searched. Any trace of weapons or illegal items or fake identification will resort in immediate arrest.

All civillian aircraft are grounded and all airports closed. Their is also a curfew in place.

As the commandeered Taxi neared the private airport they were greeted by the sight of people being escorted out and the place being locked down by law enforcement. They weren't going to get out without a gunfight, or having thier cover blown, it was either, return to the hotel and try to sit it out, or fight their way though to the runway.

They small Leir Jet could be seen on the runway the last plane as the Pilot tried to argue a few minutes out of the policeman. They now had a dicision to make...

If they were going to die, or be caught, it wasn't going to be without fight. They then repeated "Asperitas, with harshness and fierceness..." it was Latin, and the driver, Agent X pointed the car towards the entrance of the airport. It was wide enough for the car to smash through the Blockade and into the lobby. After that it would be a mad dash to the small jet on the runway...

And so Agent X gunned, it slamming down on the gas pedal the engine roaring as the car sped towards the stopped police squad cars, as he kept his head under the dash board, only to smash into the side one one of the cars bumper, and keep going, smashing into the glass and then finally stopping. Agent X turning the car off and opened the door as he then cocked the AS PDW with a 32 round extended clip, using super-sonic Armor Peircing 5.7 ammunition he dove to the left spraying at the unsuspecting officers whom were closing on them.

Of course as he sprayed in small bursts Agent Y made his dash, while X drew thier fire and ran for cover. His ID was as real as any others, though has nothing to do with his Military Career. To anybody whom would inspect it, it would seem like any other Asperitan citizen whom was an anti-Helexian radical.

Obviously not many people can be trusted with this oil. Kubra will send in our general infantry to help elimiate those who are unworthy of it AKA everyone who's trying to take the oil by force. Then the oil shoudl be sold to responsible people.

Helexeo City was resonably peaceful. A car pull up to a busy intersection. The light turns red, and the cars come to a stop. Suddenly, BOOM!, a car in the middle explodes, sending 3mm ball bearings tearing into nearby pedestrians. This scene was repeated in three other locations around the city.

In another part of the city, almost two dozen masked gunmen wielding G36E assault rifles begin their assault on a police station. Flashbangs and smoke grenades were tossed in through the windows, as men pushed their way in through the front doors.

Outside of the city, five Qassam style rockets are assembled, along with three 82mm mortars. These all fire at once into the city, and the men scatter just after firing to avoid any counter battery.

Four mini-buses blew through the security gate at Helexeo city airport, speeding towards the terminal. One of the buses sped towards the security center, smashing through the front door. Seconds later, it exploded, sending blood, glass, steel, and flesh all over the parking lot. The others pulled up out side of the main terminal, and ten men hopped out of each bus. The thirty men, all armed with G36E rifles and wearing kevlar vests and SPECTRA helmets, with balaclavas covering their face, stormed into the terminal, throwinf flashbangs and smoke grenades in ahead of them.

"EVERYONE ON THE GROUND, NOW!" they shouted. One man fired into the air. A security drew his gun, but was met with a burst of bullets to his chest. The people in the terminal screamed and tried to get away. "EVERYONE DOWN!" a man yelled, before shooting a civilian in front of him. The mercenaries moved to fully secure the terminal, and had men posted at all entry points. Another man began placing C4 throughout the terminal. On the second floor of the terminal, on a railing over looking the main entrance, an M60 was set up to watch the door, should a rescue attempt be made.

IC; The 5th StormTrooper division of he National army of Helexeo was in minutes on the scene at Helexeo City Airport. They surounded the terminal and gave the terrorists 15mins to surrender or face an attack.

"We have rigged the terminal to explode. Should you enter the terminal, we will detonate the bombs, and kill the hostages." was the response. There was a large number of hostages huddled on the floor of the terminal. Many of them were crying, fearing that the Helexean military would attempt to enter the airport.

In the city, the terrorists had managed to overtake the police station. Many of the prisoners in the holding cells were released and armed to fight alongside their rescuers. Qassam and mortar fire slammed down on the city once more, and a busy downtown area was hit by two more suicide car bombs. No demands had been made as of yet, and people on the street were in utter confusion, trying to figure out what was happening.

Two men checked into a popular hotel in a trendy neighborhood in the city. One of them went up to the middle of the building, and entered his room. The other took some of his luggage and sat in the lobby. Casually, he began going through his bag. Then, he connected two wires. A huge blast gutted the lobby. This blast was followed by a blast from the upper floors. The hotel was now thrown into chaos, and many were trapped inside, fearing the structure would collapse.

All 26 planes opened their rear ramps as well as their passenger doors.

A few rockets splashed down around the new soldiers that were being assembled. Throughout the city, flames roared from buildings as bombs began ravaging the former downtown area. In all, 64 bombings have taken place so far. The death toll was bound to be immense. An ambulance roared down the street to get to the seen of a bombing. A man in an upper story window heard it, and grabbed his rifle. He leaned out, and fired, hitting the driver in the chest. The ambulance swirved and smashed into the side of the building. This street was lined with snipers. Walking the streets was unsafe. Driving down it ws just stupid.

The police station was now a small fort. The men lined the roof, as well as windows and doors. From here, they could arm other insurgents throughout the city. Hundreds of native Helexeans were joining the revolt, paid to do so by an as of yet anonymus group.

Alrity, Balanx it is

A number of trucks sporting a variety of weapons rolled into the town of Balanx. The town was almost completely run by corporate mercenaries. A number of jet black humvees were on the outskirts of the town. Sand bag nests were set up and men were put inside them armed with M60's. 88mm flak guns were set up all around the town. This would be a supply depot for the insurgency. Javelin anti tank weapons were sported by many of the mercenaries in town, as were RPG-7's, G36E's, Ak-47 and 74's, and AR-550's. Anti-tank trenches were dug, and mines were laid out around the town. Men left the town, heading for Helexeo City, mounted on a variety of vehicles.

The only in bridge in Balanx across the river Palmo was then bombed by the H.A.F thus cutting the town in two. On the way to intercept th terrorists armoured column is the 3rd Tank Batallion of the Helexion national army.

With Helexeo City a smoking wreck descending into chaos, terrorists began firing their Qassams and mortars at oil fields around the country. Qassams screeched through the air, landing on guard posts and employee barracks.

The 1st and 2nd divisions of the National army of Helexeo have the town of Balanx surrounded and under siege.

The 1st and 2nd divisions of the national army of Helexeo have commenced an artillery bombardment of Balanx. And from the air the H.A.F have started and aeiral attack on the terrrorist stronghold of Balanx.

Artillery positions were noted by mercenary radar positions and a counter-barrage of 25 G7 105mm howitzers fired back at the Helexean soldiers. The artillery knocked out an M60 nest and two humvees, as well as destroying a radio post in the town.

Dark black flak filled the air as the Helexean air force approached the town. On the ground, machine gun nests and RPG and Javelins opened up blasting a wall of ordnance at the enemy forces entering the town. Most of the vehicles remained in the town, however.

With the heavy flak the H.A.F called of their close bombing raid. The Helexion navy then launced an cruise missile assault on Balanx from their 2 submarines posistioned in the black sea.

A cruise missile attack rained down of the terrorists positions and with the UCTCR counter attack taking the terrorists attention the 2nd division of the Helexion national army outflanked the terrorists position.

Mercenary forces were taking massive casualties by now, but were better armed and faster than the Helexeon ground force. The drove on into the army, hoping to push a breakthrough.

With the terrorists trying to break through the Helexion army lines the UCTCR army drove into their right flank with their tanks and heavy artillery and are backed up by the H.A.F fighter bombers lauching cluster bombs into the terrorists lines.

Flak once again filled the skies as the fighter bombers came in. The mercenary army created something of a sideways V as the Helexeon tanks drove in, and then from both flanks layed into them with a massive display of anti-tank fire. The Artillery was doing damage, and was met by a counter barrage of mercenary G7's.

With again heavy flak the fighter bombers called off their low level bombing run and returned to base. The H.A.F lauched yet more crusie missiles into terrorists positions from TU-175 high alltitude bombers. With the 2nd division of the Helexion national army engaged with the terrorists. The 1st division came sweeping in from behind the terrorrits positions.

The town is behind us, and you never took the town.

We have taken the town of Balanx now. One of the TU-175 high altitude bombers was hit and the crew had to bail out. The position of the SA-11's were noted and a wave of cruise missiles were launced by Helexion naval submarines to neutrallise it.

In Helexeo city, more bombs continued to rock the city, and oil fields around he country were being hit by mortar fire. The mercenary forces continued their breakthrough, and they would hopefully soon push through the Helexean centre, and break for the city.

You're talking about 30,000 sailers and a fleet that can't stay deployed forever. Fuels, ammuntions, etc, it doesnt last forever, especially not for a fleet with 14 carriers. 6 months full deployment at most. You simply can't maintain something like that, while still supplying your 1.4 million soldiers with food and ammo as well.

The NS:RL time ratio depends on the scenario. In this instance, a day does not equal a year on NS. That would mean that some wars would drag on for a century. You have to examine the logic of the conflict. I'd say that 1 RL day for this war should equal out to about 1 NS week.

The NS Economy tracker only makes a vague shot at what your economy should be. It's completely based off what decisions you come to when you decide on 'issues' on your homepage. But here in the forums, what you say goes, but there is a limit on military capabilites for such size nations.

Nothing stops you, I have several puppet nations that don't really exist outside of my own insistance that they do exist and they have pretty stable populations. As long as you understand that godmodding isn't as fun or sensible as playing relistically then it is all good.

You are limited by other people's sensible decision. As long as they aren't pouring 50% of their budget into the army and more than 8% of their total population into an active military then it isn't too bad.

They say it because most month old nations don't have the infrastructure to construct such a weapon. And they tend to be newbish and deploy in the heat of the moment. Unless they RP their way into nuclear weapons on par with other people, most people ignore nukes in the hands of children.

by now the air born divisions begin to land and un load their supplys 200 miles away from the front lines.

The Griffincrest force is moving as of yet unopposed from the beachhead. Also, the mercenaries deep incountry have regrouped, and are coming out of the forest.

The Mercury's sped ahead to meet them, and every third G7 shell was napalm, to give the Helexeon military a nice, warm welcome.

Sir the troops are done un loading and we are ready to begin a counter attack blackhelm is moving from the beach head.

The sochatopians notice blackhelms movements deside to make the 30,000 men in to 3 groups of 10,000 they are also renforced by 500 additional M2A2s that just arived. The sochatopian 3 armys of 10,000 each cover a diffrent area one to the west of blackhelms position one drictly to the south and one to the east.

The 7th fleet has now left S.T Michaels port and arrived in The Holy Republic of the Orange Lemmings. Helexion submarines will now carry out unrestricted warfare against any Griffencrest oil tankers or ships.

OOC: How the hell many B-52's do you have, they are split on two fronts, are have been taking lots of casualtis from SA-11 fire.

So that leaves 37, split into two groups, so what, 18 in one, 19 in the other. That shouldn't be anything to hard for my welcoming SA-11's, which are currently firing rather accurate and consistant volleys at your planes.

B-52's are not the only strategic bombers. The HAF has 25 Tu-160 bombers and Panavia Tornado fighter bombers.

The B-52's fly at high alltitude and have a missile incoming defence system.The missiles can be led off their intended target.

The B-52 may be an old plane(1950's) but the USAF extensivley refitted and upgraded them, they're still being used in Iraq and Afganistan.
