Angela sat down, "You didn't cause trouble, it's just sometimes things happen. I think perhaps you should talk to Sara and apologize for what happened. If she's anything like Jason, she's a good nice person that will understand."

Jason had returned to the connected room of his and Sara, letting her know he was there if she needed him. She smiled at her brother and gestured for him to relax in his room. Nodding Jason headed into his room to read a book.

"I can't talk to her Angela. I can never show her my face again. All I have caused her is pain." Paul stated.

Aya began to feel a little queezy from the rocking motion

Angela chuckled, "You're a typical angst teenager, just talk to her, and stop being so angsty."

"Okay. Thank you for the help Angela, but I have no idea where Sara's room is located." Paul drank the sprite, then got up. He started to walk away until he remembered that he didn't know where Sara's room was located.

Paul ran around the boat until someone at a desk told him. Finally finding the room he knocked on the door.

"Hello, what would you like?" Jason asked as he was in Sara's room as her presence helped his sea-sickness.

"Your welcome Paul, good luck," Angela said as she stood up and began to walk about the boat.

"I want to see Sara for just a moment." Paul asked in a commanding voice.

Angela kept walking, seeing her dad come up from the engine room, "What's going on?"
"Nothing Angela just a storm," the captain replied as another clap of thunder sounded.
"Dad, you know how jumpy storms make me," Angela commented, "And this looks huge."
"Don't worry Angela, you're on a boat," Josh chuckled as Angela shrugged and went up on deck to look at the sky. It was pitch black outside, dark thick clouds covered the sky like a blanket as the wind gusts began to pick up in speed. One huge wave crashed onto the ship, some of the mist getting in Angela's face as she watched. And then, like something out of a movie a gust of wind came, followed by one flash of lightening, boom of thunder and the heavens opened up with a terensial down pour of water. Angela staggered back as the rain came down in sheets, the wind picking up in entensity as it blew it's breath upon the sea.
"Everyone below deck!"
Angela shouted as she began to run then slip on the wood, "Everyone below!"
After what seemed like forever, Angela found an opening and she went below deck, hoping that people heard her shouts over the wind and rain. Angela ran to the engine room, her soaked frame leaning against the door, "Dad, tell everyone.."
"To come below," Josh answered, "I was just about to; it's getting bad out there."
Josh picked up the reciever to the intercom and spoke, "This is your captain speaking, if you aren't already, please come below and off the deck until the storm passes; thank you."
He placed it down before going and looking at Angela, "You better go and change your clothes."
The girl nodded as she felt the ship lerch and she felt along the wall in order to get her balance as she made it to her cabbin and shut the door in order to change.

Bruce put on his rain gear as he traveled up the raillings. It didn't look good in the sky. The claps of thunder were quite loud as he went into the pilot's house where the captain was.
"captain, I don't remember hearing anything from the weather service about a storm" he said in an exhausted voice. Bruce had to fight through the storm.

Josh turned when he saw Bruce, "I got the report a little over an hour ago, said it was coming from the west I believe. I think it'll pass."

The rumbles of thunder could be heard getting luder "Captain, I don't think this one will pass" he replied in a grim tone. bruce went over to the radio and took a seat, he looked to see what their position was and waited. He would send out an S.O.S. if needed.

"Then come in, but upset her and you'll be leaving face first." Jason growled in a low voice, before opening the door fully. "Sara, there's someone here to see you."

The captain sighed, "I didn't mean will pass, I just meant that it'll do it's thing, pour some rain and be out of here. I've been sailing for 15 years and thus far nothing horible has happened. However, I do understand your concern."

Bruce tuned the frequency and put the headset down for a moment "You're probably right, but better safe than sorry" he replied.

Josh nodded, "Getting anything on the radio however? I was on about 10 minutes ago, I heard nothing."

Bruce turned the nobs and flipped some switches, tunning in different stations "All I'm getting is static. But, I'll keep trying" he replied.

"Thanks man, I'm going to check out everything. If you get anything, come find me or Angela."
Josh left and walked about the ship, he falling in a wall as it went upwards, then fell back down to the water with a splash.

Bruce saw him walk off. He continued to try and pick up anything on the radio. He heard a huge splash and rocketed out of his chair to see what it was. To his horro it was the Captain.
"Captain!" he shouted. The ship wasn't moving too fast so he ran over to the wall and grabbed a life preserver. A wall of water knocked him up against the wall but he recovered and threw the life preserver to the Captain.

Josh staggered to his feet, "I'm alright, I think maybe I should make an anouncement telling people to collect these? But, I don't want to cause a panic."

"Captain, perhaps we should prepare for the worst. I'd rather they be paniced than dead" he remarked "I'll keep trying the radio and keep and eye on the radar" he said.

"Thanks Bruce," Josh said as he sighed and sat down.

Bruce nodded and went back to his post. Still nothing on the radio. The storm ws interfering with the signal. But, he kept trying. He examined the radar and looked over some maps "We should head towards a port. If anything happens at least we'll be closer to the mainland" he remarked.

"Aya. Atuskuo." She was starttled by the thunder and violent list of the ship.

Catching her breath she said "Well how about you, what's your name?"

''My name is Anastasia, Anastasia Lascaris.'' Anastasia said, worried about the storm.

''I am worried about this storm. Aya, we should go see if someone can tell us what is going on.'' Anastasia said.

Andrea tried to stay calm during the storm, which was growing more fierce. She hoped nothing bad would happen to them. (OOC-But it would soon)

Thunder crashed, and the ship listed violently. Aya fell on Anestasia a few times, but was usually kept on her feet. She hadn't been in such a violent storm before.

"I don't think we should do anything yet, I don't want to cause a panic from the pasengers..."
Josh was cut off as a huge wave crashed in to the ship, sending the chair that the captain had been sitting in tipping over and landing Josh on the floor. A crash of something falling was heard from far off and Josh shakely got to his feet.
"Jesus Christ," Josh said as he hurriedly reached for the intercom, "I think it's time we don't sit on our ass anymore, clearly this storm means business."
The captain clicked on the speaker and began to speak, "Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. I need all of you to please go to your cabbins and retrieve the life jackets that are stored for you on the top shelf of your closets. This is only a precossion, please wait for farther instruction."
Josh placed down the reciever, "Damn Bruce, hope this doesn't get to out of hand. Anything on the radio?"

In another part of the ship, when Angela had heard her father's voice over the intercom it got her nervous.
'Stay calm.'
She thought to herself as she took a deep breath and headed towards her cabbin in order to do what her father instructed.

Anastasia and Andrea got their life jackets, etc on. As Anastasia helped Aya up, she noticed Andrea running to her. ''Anastasia, something is going on. I think this ship could sink or something.'' Andrea said, more worried. ''Aya, this is my sister, Andrea.'' Anastasia said while comforting Andrea.

The ship was being smacked by the storm, being blitzkrieged upon by it.

Josh leaned back in the chair, "Anthing yet Bruce?"

Jason quickly grabbed his life jacket and tossed Sara hers. He also grabbed his multi-tool, a personal keepsake. Sara picked up her 'survival' kit, a small bag that had a variety of useful things, including a spool of fishing line and numerous safety pins.

Matthew put on his overly small lifejacket and grabbed a bottle of brandy. Pouring himself a stiff drink, he drained it as the storm pitched and tossed.

ooc: Yes, the fifty three year old semi-alcoholic who talked with the older of the two sisters(Angela + Andrea(I think are there names) for a bit before heading to his room.

Greg walked swiftly around his room, nervously pacing the floor. "Damn storm, I don't like the feel of this..." He grabbed a book on survival at sea he brought along...'don't worry Greg,' he thought 'you'll live, this isn't the movies where disadter strikes, and people die...'

Chris paced up and down in his cabin. His life jacket lay on his bed, he couldn’t wear it. “It properly had been worn by some person with a really infectious dieses” he muttered. Chris shuddered. He wanted to know what was happening, but if he left his cabin he knew there would be lots of people… lots of strangers. As he paced a huge lurch sent him flying across his room and onto his bed. He smashed his leg on the side of the bed post and cried out in pain…

OCC: There we go an introduction to Chris.

Walking up to Sara he looked at her, but fell to the ground. Then slowly got up. "Sara I'm sorry I ran off. I just thought you had other reasons with eating dinner with me."

"Why would you think that?" Sara asked, her eyes slightly puffy and reddish as if she'd been crying a bit.

Paul held her hand and lead her to a table. "I guess fear. Also the way I acted to you the first time we talked. I thought you were just doing this because you felt sorry for me."

"Why would I feel sorry for you?" She asked as the ship was rocked by another wave.
"Ah Paul, I think you should get your lifejacket." Jason commented as he held his stomach.

"I will get my lifejacket once I'm done." Paul said as he looked toward Jason. Then he turned back toward Sara. "Because I told you that I was horrible speaking with girls and that I had never been to dinner or anything with a girl."

As he paced a huge lurch sent him flying across his room and onto his bed. He smashed his leg on the side of the bed post and cried out in pain…

Chris struggled to his feet. The pain in his leg was growing steadily worse. Chris looked around worried about another lurch. He limped towards the door and went out into the corridor. No one around so he continued down the corridor until he got to the toilets. He went in, put in the plug into the sink and ran the water. He looked into the mirror. His face was pale and his eyes were deep and sunken. He stopped the taps and plunged his face into the cold water.

occ: Do they have sinks with taps in on this boat?

"It's normal to be nervous on a first date." Sara replied, "I could barely say three words on mine."

Aya was very scared. She struggled to get a lifejacket on. She couldn't keep her blance well, fortunatley Anestasia helped her a lot with that. She could tell Anderea, was scared too. Anestasia had a look of fearlessness, but Aya was sure she was just as scared as any of them.

"Something is very wrong here."

"Well I'm sorry Sara." Paul lightly touched her chin and brought it up as he stood up. "Do you forgive me Sara?"

"Yes." Sara replied, "Now go get your life jacket."

He stopped the taps and plunged his face into the cold water.

Chris went back into his cabin and looked at his life jacket. Then he picked it up a slowly put it on. He sat on his bed, his stomach was hurting and his leg was still aching. "Brilliant" he muttered. Then he started the groan. Pressing his face into his hands he tried to forget where he was, what was happening and what else might happen.

"I will." Paul started to run off, but he came back kissed Sara on the cheek. "I promise I will see you again." Paul ran off and back toward his room. Looking into his room his parents were gone. Their life jackets were gone. Taking his lifejacket he took his swiss army knife, a compass, a his grandfathers pocket watch, and a WWII era lighter. Then he ran out of the room and back toward the deck.

Acco was tossed suddenly out of the bathrolom and onto his arse, he got up and brushed himself off, noticing that there was nobody in the dining area he decided to go off and explore the rest of the increddibly wavy ship, there were very few people about and they all seemed to be concerned with gathering supplies, Acco on the other hand was attempting to stay stable, he fell over once more and landed atop a life jacket, he grabbed the Orange infalation device and put it on because he "liked the colour" the waves were forcing him over more now than often and he was struggling to walk in a straight line, soon he found himself on deck and coated in water, he walked over to the nearest crowd of people and asked "Hey dudes, what the hells going on?"

Chris went back into his cabin and looked at his life jacket. Then he picked it up a slowly put it on. He sat on his bed, his stomach was hurting and his leg was still aching. Chris heard a thud on his cabin ceiling which woke him up. He had somehow dozed off while in deep thought. The boat was still rocking, and Chris finally decided he had to find out what was going on. He got up and went onto the deck.

The rain came down in buckets as Angela placed her life jacket on and then ran up on deck to see how the storm was going. A blast of wind and rain sprayed in her face as she finally got on the top deck. The captain's daughter was surprised and then scared to see these people up on deck.
"Everyone below deck please!"
She shouted over the wind and rain, "This storm is getting worse and we need everyone to stay below."

Paul heard the message when he got close to the stairs. He followed the voice and found Angela. "What should we do then?"

"Just stay below deck with your life jacket until my dad tells us what to do next," Angela replied.

Aya wanted some assurance. She couldn't get any steward/stewardess to help her.

"Excuse me, does anyone know anything about what's happening?" Well obviously they we're in a massive storm, but what was this, A hurricane?

"Can't you see that this boat is going to get threw this storm? If your dad is going to tell us to get into the lifeboats soon then we will all die." Paul looked at Angela still when he got soak by the water.

"Just get below and stay there!"
Angela shouted as a wave hit the ship and sent her flying backwards, "Everyone below!!"

Aya looked out the door. The sky was pitch black, the waves we're monsterous. Lightning flashed down, as well as rain batterd down. She was thrown back along with the door slamming shut.

"I'm not going to listen to you. You do not work on this ship!!" Paul looked at Angela.

"Look kid, I'm the captain's daughter so I know what I'm saying. If you want to stay up there and possibley get washed overboard then be a stubborn ass if you want. I'm telling everyone to get the fuck below deck now!"

Paul started to act like he was walking down the stairs. Then ran up to Angela and kissed her on the lips then ran away yeling "Hi ho silvvvvvvvveeeeeerrr!!!!"

Angela stood in shock before she spat after him, "What the fuck was that?"

Angela thought as she turned and made her way along the ship, coming up on Jason's room, "Jason, is that you in there with your sister? Are you guys alright?"

"Yes, we're alright." Jason said as he poked his head out the door, looking decidely green. "Do you have any idea when we might be out of the storm?"

Paul calmed himself down. He felt both sorry and sadden that he did that. Going into a bathroom he splashed some water onto his face. Thinking back that was his first kiss ever with another girl and it had been wasted. He pushed the door open and waited with most of the other people.

"Aren't those pills I gave you helping at all?"
Angela asked as she rested on the doorframe; her eyes going over to Sara, "Hey Sara, you're better off with out that Paul guy."

"They're helping somewhat." He replied

"What do you mean?" Sara asked

Angela sighed, "Well, at least they're helping a bit; I hope this lets up soon."
Turning to Sara she answered the question, "Cause, I was up on deck telling everyone to get below and he was acting like an immature ass hole. Saying crap like how he wasn't going to listen to me and such when I was trying to do my job and tell people to go below. Then, he acts like he is going to come back down from being up on deck when he runs up to me and the guy kissed me on the lips then ran away screaming something about silver or something like that.. It's really bad out there, I think he's below now but still; brat should know you don't fuck around in a situation..."
A wave hit the ship, sending Angela right in to the room and at Jason's feet, "Like this," she finished...

Jason's eyes blazed, and when the wave hit and sent Angela sprawling he reached down to help her up, before clamping a hand over his mouth and bolting for the bathroom.

Sara's eyes echo'ed Jason's as she rode out the wave on the bed.

Matthew had spilt about half the bottle of alcohol down the front of his shirt and lifejacket and had managed to down the other half. Getting up, he stumbled slightly drunkenly to his suitcase to get another bottle out.

Paul stood in the restaurant. He was at a table drinking some soda. He was drowning his sorrow in soda. Soon he would have a massive sugar rush. Picking up a glass he threw it against the wall. The waves were crashing agaainst the ship. He pulled out his lighter and lit a flame.

"Oh man, is your brother going to be ok?"
Another wave slapped the ship, "Oh shit, I think this is some serious shit going on out there."

"He'll be fine." Sara replied, "And I agree, it seems bad."

Walking along the hallways he remeber this as the same one as Sara's. Paul was so out of it. He kept on knocking on doors then finally collasped onto the floor.

Chris was wondering down the hallways going back to his room, he was upset. He had tried to find out what was happening but he had just been shouted at. He turned the corner and there was a man lying on the floor. Chris stood and stared. Fear washed over Chris as he turned around and ran. "HELP!" Chris shouted, he didn't know what to do. He skidded round a corner and knocked a woman over "ummm sorry!" he shouted behind him. He got to the captain quarters and banged on the door.

There was no answer from the captain’s quarters. Chris turned around and ran down the hallway and into the restaurant. He constantly shouted for help.

And so, they continued to walk, the ship being hammered.

Down in the engine room, Josh still was trying to work the radio.
"I'm not getting anything Bruce," Josh said, "Are you?"

From Jason and Sara's room, Angela could hear someone yelling for help.
"I'll be right back," Angela said to Sara as she ran out in to the dining room and saw the man screaming for help.
"Sir, what is it? What's wrong, I'm the captain's daughter. It's alright, calm down."

Bruce hit the table in frustration "No, nothing!" he exclaimed and continued to try. The seas were getting worse, and it was doubtful the radio would pick up anything from anywhere. It was only static.

Josh sighed, "I've located where we are on this map; Bruce, we're at least 100 miles from any port."

"We need to get out of here!" he shouted, the screws and screw driver weren't in the room so there was nothing to hold it down.

"If we're taking on water, this ship is bound to go down. I don't think this storm want's to let up. Let's go!"

The two girls from Cantacuzenia nodded and ran on with Aya. Andrea began to be more worried a little as the water was coming on, Anastasia helped her as big sisters would.

''Aya, thanks for helping us!'' Anastasia said as they ran. ''Aya, I think I see the others or something.''

Anastasia looked at Aya and said ''Aya, what should we do? We've heard the announcements. Should we continue or go to some sort of room like the captain said?'' Andrea listened to the two girls, ready to do what was needed.

''I hope God will protect us.'' Anastasia muttered nicely.

"I don't know. I'm not sure this ship will survive the storm. If we are in our cabins, we risk drowning. I-I don't know." She was completley out of ideas. The ship seemed to continue listing harder and harder. She was scared it would eventually capsize. All it takes is a rouge wave

The ship contiuned rocking and rolling, so much Aya could barley stand. She had to stay on her knees more.

Sara remained on the bed as the ship rocked, while Jason was wracked by dry heaves, having previously emptied his stomach into the toilet.

Matthew's room reeked of alcohol as he sloshed back another drink, a good half of it ending up on the floor, not because of drunkeness but the furious rocking of the ship.

Chris sat mortified in his cabin. When he had finally found somebody he hadn’t been able to answer. He had just frozen. He wondered if they had found the man yet. "God I'm so useless..." Chris thought.

Andrea and Anastasia tried to help Aya as best as they could. Andrea was more worried now, especially with the man on the ground. She cried a little but tried to calm down. Anastasia tried to comfort Andrea and help Aya.

Chris stumbled around in the dark, knocking over the table and his chair. He got to the door and went into the hallway. The lights were off in here too. Chris walked down until he felt the hallway turn off. He climbed up the stairs and found there was still no lights. Again the ship lurched but chris managed to steady himself. He could hear people shouting. Anouther big wave hit the ship, then anouther, then anouther. These waves bigger that any hit before. Anouther, anouther, anouther...

Chris was being thrown around. He backed up and stumbled down the stairs. Finally he got back to his cabin. He huddled in a corner and started to groan and rock back and forth.

He let the Gerbil run around on his hands. He was slightly amused that the Gerbil had no idea what was going on around him. He hadn't taken took the Gerbil out a lot, Chris knew this was bad for its health but he wasn’t allowed to bring animals on board.

Josh still was trying the radio, and the metal piece that Bruce had placed over the hole in the boat was holding for now. Angela let Paul go in to the kitchen, deep in her heart she had a feeling that the boat wouldn't make it to the port for it being so far away.

Andrea said to him ''I'll come with you.'' Andrea and Paul went to the deck and Andrea looked at the sea. ''It is getting bad out there. We may need to go on the lifeboats soon.'' Andrea commented, a little worried again.

''I will stay here then if it is dangerous for me.'' Andrea said, watching Paul leave. ''I'll be right here!'' Andrea said as he left. When he did leave, she contemplating things, thinking why did the storm have to be slamming the ship around for example.

Aya went up on deck for a moment. She had no clue as to how they would luanch life boats in such conditions. She clung to the side, not wanting to be washed off. Every so often a wave would smack her directly. She had a hard tim moving with out slipping. She slipped, and hit the railing, nearly going over, but catching her self.

Chris stood by the enterance to the deck. He could see no one on the deck, so he quickly got out a packet of ciggies and tried to light one. One and a half packets later he finally got one to light. He was getting soaked but he didnt mind. He deeply enhaled and sighed. He hadnt smoked for a year, now he had blown all his good work. Chris walked to the side of the boat and looked down. The sea was pounding the side of the boat, and Chris wondered how much longer the boat could take.
Then Chris thought he saw a light. "Could it be land?" he wondered alound. He leaned further out. The bars creaked loudly and then gave way. Chris tumbled over the side. Luckly for him there was a lower platform sticking out the side of the boat. Unlucky for him his head hit the metal railings as he hit the lower platform with a thud. He lay there, very still.

''That was a short date, Paul.'' Andrea said. She smiled at him and then decided to leave. She sat down at one of the tables and contemplated things, taking out her journal and writing in it.

She looked at Paul, seeing him making flames with his lighter. Andrea had just had her first date, even if it may have been a short one.

Andrea went into the kitchen and made herself a sandwich and sat at her table and ate it, she saw Paul, watching him with the flaming napkin, etc.

Waves still pounded the ship, no one knew of the two passengers that had fallen over board from the boat. Down in the engine room, Josh was still having the ship go at full speed, to try and lose the storm however the baddered ship wasn't going to hold much longer. In the lowest room of the ship, Josh felt two massive waves slam the ship, sending it up on it's side and Josh across the room and in a wall. The piece of metal finally gave way, and Josh heard the unmistakeable sound of metal, screws and plates coming off as water began to come in through the 5 or 6 inch hole across the bottom of the ship.
Josh quickly got to his feet, reaching the intercom as before it may loose power and quickly spoke, "Everyone that has gathered in the dining room, please follow Angela's instructions and go up on deck. Be sure to stay together, take only what you need and go up on deck in order to get to the life boats. We are only 50 miles away from port."
Josh placed down the intercom as he watched the hole in the boat and feel the water that was now to his knees. This boat wasn't very big, only 2 floors up from where he stood and that would be all. Josh took one last sad look around before he left the engine room shutting the door in the vane atempt to hold back the water for a bit longer as he made his way to the dining room.

Aya went back into the dining room. She had seen enough. They we're doomed.

"....argh...." Chris slowly opened his eyes. His whole body hurt and he didn’t have the strength to sit up. He opened his eye completely and he saw black skies. Suddenly, like somebody had turned up the volume, he was aware of the noise and the rocking of the boat. Slowly and painfully he rolled over and used the wall to drag himself to his feet. He made his way to the door using the wall as support. He put his hand on the back of his head and then looked at it. It was drenched in blood. He got to the door and opened it. Dragging himself along the corridor he was desperate to find somebody....anybody. He could feel himself getting even weaker and was afraid of passing out. He mad it to the stairs and he heard lots of voices coming from the dinning room. He had made it halfway up the stairs when a ripping pain went through his head wound. Chris managed to keep himself up right as we tried to make it to the top of the stairs. He tripped the last step and fell to the ground. As he started to blackout he heard a voice shout "Oh Jesus Christ!"

Occ: Doubted that anyone would find me and didnt want to die. :)

However, tragedy struck:

Anastasia was with her life-jacket on, near a lifeboat. She was walking till she fell, going into the boat which went into the ocean. She screamed but no one could hear. She went off in the ocean, alone on a lifeboat.

''I don't know where she is. We should look for her.'' Andrea said. They went around, looking till Andrea saw something. She found a necklace with the Palaeologus emblem. She said ''Oh no, please!'' and looked at it.

''This is Anastasia's necklace.'' Andrea said, giving it to Paul. She looked and then began crying, she looked and looked but Anastasia could not be found. Kneeling and crying, she said ''She went overboard! My sister is gone!'' She cried, her face filled with tears and despair.

Aya was fear sturcking. There wasn't a chance they could find her.

"We have a person overboard!" she shouted.

Paul put the necklace in his pocket to give it to Andrea later. He started to hug Andrea. "You need to calm down. We are going to find yor sister."
