IC:

21 year old Angela Watson stood on the deck of the boat named, "The Ice Queen," by her father which was the captain of the ship. Angela's father Josh had been a captain for 15 years, working on fishing boats, cruise liners and now he had aquired his own boat and boating business that people were willing to sponsor him for. Angela leaned against the side of the boat, dropping her cigarate in to the water.
"I don't care that you smoke Ange, but must you kill the fish as well as yourself?"
"Sorry dad," Angela said as she turned to face her father moving a piece of her red hair from her face, "When will the guests come?"
"Soon," Josh replied, "I know the plain with most of the pasengers will be landing soon at the airport; did you clean the cabbins?"
Angela nodded, "Yes, everything's great! Don't worry dad, nothing will go wrong...."

Bruce walked down the deck, making sure everything was secure and in place. He had been working on The Ice Queen for several years and aspired to be a captain as well. he liked the captain and found him to be a good captain. Bruce mainly worked as a deckhand. The engineroom was an alien world to him.
"Captain, everything seems ship-shape" he said as he approached the captain. By this time in his career he hardly got nervous when the ship set sail.

Calvin Smith sat in a deck chair dessed in a white sport suit puffing on a cigar. He relaxed in the sun, Calvin had worked hard these last couple of months with alot of different clients, he decided to go on a cruise for himself.

Aya looked about the glorious ship. She explored the boat decks, she hadn't been on such a nice ship before. She inhaled the fresh air, and let her hair blow in the gusts

Bruce reported to the captain and went about his duties. there wasn't much left to do, everything was ready for the cruise. It was a nice day so he decided to greet some of the passengers "Hello, welcome to the Ice Queen" he said to a woman who just boarded.

Calvin watched people walk by through his dark sun glasses, he simply smiled giving them a greeting..

"good day to you sir." Aya said to the nice man in the dark glasses

Calvin stood up switching the cigar to his left hand,

"Names Calvin, Calvin Smith nice to meet you.."

He extended his right hand outwards...

Anastasia and Andrea walked together through the cruise ship, they were on it because they were going to see their mother, their parents were divorced. They greeted back anyone who greeted them, they hoped a good time would be had but they would not know the event that would occur soon.

Elsewhere on the ship, Angela was playing waitress towards everyone that she saw, "Hi, I'm Angela, my dad's the captain of this boat; can I get anyone anything?"

Calvin smiled,

"Nice to meet you Aya, sooo what line of work are you in?"

Calvin decided to start a conversation...

"Oh I'm only a teenager so mostly school sir. I do have a job at the local theater where I live."

Josh looked at Bruce, "That's good man, thanks for helping out; just make sure to stay away from my daughter," Josh joked as he laughed.

Andrea looked at Angela and said ''May I have something to drink, please?'' Everyone on the cruise was having an awesome time, not knowing the impending disaster to come.

Jason woke up as the plane bearing him and his twin touched down on the runway. Looking over at his sister, "How was the flight?"
"It was fine, meal was a bit lacking but then that's the way of airlines nowadays, which is why I snitched yours as well."
Jason scowled at his sister, but in a playful manner, as he grabbed thier overhead luggage.

Exiting the plane, they both grabbed the rest of thier luggage and headed down to the dock. Walking up the gangplank, Sara fished out the tickets and handed them to the one who projected the air of steward or captain. "Could you direct me and my brother to our cabins?"

Matthew Ryans pulled his ticket out as he dragged his duffle bag behind two teens. He smiled slightly as he discreetly ogled the girl with her brother boarding the cruise vessel in front them. If all the chicks on the boat were that hot, he'd be a happy man.

Anastasia walked around, greeting the other people on the cruise ship. She walked and greeted Matthew as he was coming on to the boat. ''Nice to meet you, are you excited to come on this cruise?'' Anastasia asked Matthew. She wanted to know if others were excited to be on this cruise or what not, plus she wanted to meet people.

OOC-Sorry if I was supposed to have posted my characters giving their tickets or what not. I skipped it and just had them on the boat, knowing where their cabins were and so on.

Anastasia said, trying to remember where.

OOC-Tarayshia, I hope you don't mind adding in just some destination of where the cruise would be going.

Calvin grinned,

"Yeah, i havn't been in school for awhile..rather glad now.."

He paused..

"Im into the traveling buisness..agent actully..heres my card, maybe your parents could be interested in a good agent"

He presented a buisness card...

"Hello there Anastasia, any relation to the Russian Tsarevna?" He asked as he set his bag on a deck chair. "Yes I do, otherwise I'd have booked another cruise."

"Well I'm actually on my way to see my mother. So maybe I will give this to her so she can come visit us."

Calvin nodded and replyed,

"That'd be great, thank you kindly"

He took a puff from his cigar...

"Hello there Anastasia, any relation to the Russian Tsarevna?" He asked as he set his bag on a deck chair. "Yes I do, otherwise I'd have booked another cruise."

''I don't think I do, I can't remember that well.'' Anastasia said. ''My nation is descended from Byzantium, from the Cantacuzenus and Palaeologus I believe. My nation's first Emperor was Matthaios Asanēs Kantakouzēnos'' Anastasia told Matthew. ''I like this cruise too. I hope we have a good time.''

Aya had a few bad habbits. One of thoes was speaking what she saw.

"Smoking is bad for you you know. Ooops. I'm sorry, I have sutch a bad habbit of randomly saying the first things that come to my mind. It's really non of my business if you smoke or not."

OOC-Tarayshia, sorry if I sound rude by doing this but I want to use Andrea, she had asked Angela for some thing as she was like a waitress but you did not respond. I don't mean to be an ass or anything.

Andrea got a drink and walked around the cruise ship. She admired everything, including the great ocean. She wanted to put all her hardships behind her and concentrate on having good in her life. As she walked, she noticed all the people having a good time. She would not mind talking to people, cruises had lots of interaction.

Calvin cracked a grin then chuckled,

"Yes of course..we all have our bad habbits"

He continued on a different subject,

"If you don't mind me asking, where is your mother located?"

"Ah, I hope the trip turns out well to. Have you been onboard long, and if so can you direct me to the lounge?" He asked

Angela smiled at the other girl, "Sure, you want something to drink? We have water, coke, juice, alcoholic drinks but I'm not sure if you're allowed to have that. However, in Belese which is where we're headed I believe they have no drinking age."

(OOC: Sorry for not replying, I got tied up in another rp..belese..sorry if I'm not spelling it right, is a little country near Central america..I went there about 2 years ago or so..a poor but pretty country and it was on a cruise.)

Anastasia nodded and said ''I'll take you to the lounge.'' She escorted Matthew to the lounge and offered him a seat. She took one and said ''I remember where we are going. We are going to Belize.'' Anastasia said.

OOC-That is alright with me. I understand fully. Not to be rude but it is Belize. I know about Belize too.

''I'll have some coke please.'' Andrea said to Angela. ''I'm too young for alcoholic drinks and my sister won't like it if I had any.'' Andrea remarked. ''I know about Belize, I was there before and I did a school report on it.''

(OOC: Thanks for telling me how to spell Belize, my spelling kinda sucks when it comes to certain things.)

Angela smiled, "Oh really, this is my first time there actually; my dad's been there like, 2 or 3 times though. I've been to Mexico and have traveled all my life pretty much; or stayed with lots of family."

"That we are." He replied as he took a seat and ordered a beer, "Want one?" He asked Anastasia.

OOC-No problem, just wanted to assist. Also, this is an awesome RP.

''It's nice to travel to places. I've traveled before myself. I hope I have a good time in Belize like before.'' Andrea said as she drank some of her coke. ''May I ask what your name is? My name is Andrea.'' Andrea said, wanting to know who the waitress was, so she could remember.

''I'll have a beer. I've never had one before really.'' Anastasia said. Anastasia sat with Matthew, they would talk over some beer, as many in the lounge were doing.

The captain's daughter smiled, "Oh my name; sorry for not introducing myself; name's Angela Watson, my dad Josh Watson is the captain of this boat."

(OOC: OOO, little sister is drinking..*laughs* I don't think Andrea will be happy..lol)

"And how old are you, to have never had beer before?" He asked as the beer were brought over.

OOC-Anastasia is Andrea's older sister. And she would probably not be happy (if you mean Andrea drinking).

''Your dad is the captain of the cruise ship? I'm Andrea Lascaris, my sister, Anastasia Lascaris is on the ship here too.'' Andrea replied. ''Angela, could I meet the captain? I would like to do so if I could.'' Andrea said, hoping to meet the navigator of the ship.

Greg Burns walked out of his cabin...ahhh the sea air! He stood over the rail..." 'I'm king of the world!' " he said. This was the best thing that could happen to him. His theripist was right...a little relaxation, and an ESCAPE from adventure for a day...

(OOC: Sorry, I thought Anastasia was the little sister...)

IC:

"Sure," Angela said, "He's around here somewhere, I'm not sure where though. He'll make an anouncement as to when we'll set sail..."

Calvin strolled to the bar and took a seat,

"Ahh bartender! Martini please..."

He looked around at the others lounging about..

(OOC: I'm done for the night, great rping with everyone and I'll see you all tomorrow!)

After the twins got settled in thier cabins and finished unpacking, they both met in the corridor and decided to set out to explore the vessel. They headed up to the foredeck to start at the prow and work thier way to the stern.

Paul Mantarakis was walking up the gangplank. His parents Anne and Michael were in front of him. This was one of the rare times a year he was with them besides the summer. Paul went to a boarding school and only saw his parents a couple days a month and he missed them very much. His parents showed the tickets and Paul walked onto the ship. Paul checked his ticket and found out the room was near the top floors. Walking threw the crowds they board a elevator and rode up.

"Dad this seems it's going to be like a fun trip."

"Paul that's why we came."

His dad patted him on the shoulder. Once getting to their room they went inside. Paul started to unpack his stuff. Once done he looked at his dad and mom.

"Can i go exploring?"

"You may."

Paul ran out the door and went to the deck. He looked across the ocean. It was beautiful. Paul always wished he could serve on a boat.

"No love, im fine here..i have already located my room and dropped my belongings off"

He continued..

"Thank you.."

''I'm 18 but I've never really had alcohol that much.'' Anastasia replied. ''With all respect, I guess you are fiftyish.'' Anastasia said politely. ''Matthew, what are you going to do first in Belize? Just curious.''

''When you do know, tell me. I would like to meet the captain of this ship.'' Andrea said. ''Angela, when we set sail, this ship should get more lively and vibrant.''

"Fifty three actually." He replied, "I'm probably going to head to the beach."

''I might as well, or go into town.'' Anastasia said. ''Are you with anyone on this cruise? I'm with my little sister.'' Anastasia stated.

"Ah, well I'm on my own." Matthew replied as he finished his beer.

Anastasia nodded and finished her beer. ''I'm going to go to my cabin for a while. I'll come back when we set sail. It was nice meeting you, Matthew.'' Anastasia said before going to her cabin.

"See you around then." Matthew replied as he likewise departed to his cabin.

OOC-When are we setting sail? Making sure.

Anastasia went to her cabin and laid on her bed. She thought about the divorce her parents had and all the things that it brought. After a while, she decided to do some things, like making sure she had everything with her. She hoped she could put the divorce behind her with the cruise.

Paul sat down at a chair on the deck and waited for the ship to leave.

The two girls continued talking as Angela saw her dad come up on deck from the engin room, "Hey Angela, I need you to help me out now."
"I thought I was helping?"
"Exchanging fashon tips isn't helping," her dad said as he laughed and Angela slapped him playfully on the shoulder.
"Dad, there's someone that wants to meet you. This is Andrea Lascaris, she and her sister are on this boat. Andrea, this is my dad Captain Josh Watson."
Josh smiled at the young girl, "Nice to meet you young lady, welcome on board the Ice Queen."
Josh stuck out his hand in order for her to shake it...

Paul got up because he very bored he decided to do some exploring. Looking around he saw what to be a girl shaking hands with the captain. Also there was another girl. He hid himself so he could not be seen. Paul heard the names Andrea which was the name of the girl shaking hands. Josh who seemed to be the captain. Also Angela who seemed to be the daugther.

Greg watched the procesion, and walked over to the captain. "Allow me to introduce myself, the name's Greg Burns, and I'm delighted by your ship" he said extending his hand.

(OOC: I don't know much about boats and how they work, nor do I know about what exactly is said. From what I remember of my cruise, the captain would sometimes come on and give weather reports and how fast the ship was going. If anyone can help me out, that would be great!)

After saying there goodbyes and see you laters, father and daughter departed to the room where one would take control of the boat, "Angela, I want you to be the one to make the anouncement about how the voyage is starting."
"Really? Wow, this is my first time! But dad, you always do it..."
"Yep," Josh grinned, "You should start somewhere; now just read from this paper in to the mic..."
"Dad," Angela cut him off, "I know what I'm doing, after all I learned from the best."
The captain smiled at that remark as Angela picked up the intercom and spoke in to it, "Welcome all on board the Ice Queen, where the time of your life will be had! It's beautiful weather on the sea, not a cloud in the sky. Ship will be starting out at 18 notts before increasing it's speed until it will reach 22 notts by the time we reach open waters. Enjoy the ocean view, play games, feel free to eat in our kitchen and most importantly have a great time! Thank you for choosing to sail with us!"
Angela placed down the intercom as her dad gave her a high 5, "That was great, let's start this baby!"
The captain turned as Angela watched him rev up the boat's engine and it roared to life, then got more quiet as Mr. Watson began to ease it out of the harbor that it had been parked in.
"Here we go," Angela excitedly said, "Smooth sailing!"

(OOC: I don't know much about boats and how they work, nor do I know about what exactly is said. From what I remember of my cruise, the captain would sometimes come on and give weather reports and how fast the ship was going. If anyone can help me out, that would be great!)

After everything was in order down in the engine room, Angela hugged her father before coming up and coming on deck. She walked in the lounge and spotted that a lot of the people of the cruise were in there. Being the captain's daughter, she went behind the bar where no guests were allowed and got herself a beer before finding a table and sitting down.

Greg Burns sat down at table with a chess board. "Chess anyone?" He sipped his tea, and got out the pieces.

Andrea came and said ''I'll play chess with you. A game would be nice.'' She sat down and waited to begin the game of chess.

Jason and Sara arrived on the foredeck to see two people play chess and some others milling around. "Mind if I go watch?" Sara asked
"Sure sis." He replied with a chuckle as his sister was a horrible chess player, but enjoyed the game none the less.

Jason watched his sister for a second before heading toward the stern, which is where pools were traditionally located on cruise ships.


"Mind if I watch?" Sara asked, waiting for the answer before pulling up a chair.

Angela sat at her table, her green eyes going around the place before taking another drink of her beer.

(OOC: Bump..tired..see you all tomorrow;the rp will get moving!)

As Jason headed down to the stern, he saw a girl about his age, maybe a bit older drinking a beer. Heading over he commented, "Hello."

"Damn" Greg Burns had just lost his queen. "Well, you play a good game" he said castling. "Please, tell me about yourself, you intrest me."

Paul listened to the whole thing. He still had a problem speaking to girls. Literally he had never really spoken to a girl. The boarding school he went to was boys only. Getting up he pulled out a handkerchief and wiped all the sweat off his face. He sighed with relief once they left. Walking around some more he found two people playing chess. Walking up he sat down to watch. He looked and found another girl watching. "Hello I'm Paul Mantarakis."

"Hello there." Sara replied, "I'm Sara Alaxandros and it's nice to meet you."

Angela looked up from where she had been studying her drink, "Hey, care to sit down?"

"Thank you." Jason replied as he took a seat. "My name is Jason, and might I request yours?"

Angela smiled at Jason, "I'm Angela, nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you as well." He replied, returning the smile. "Have you been on the ship long?"

The girl smiled, "Oh, I was on before you all got here, I'm the captain's daughter. Captain Josh Watson is my dad."
Angela took pride in this fact, grinning as she thought of her father and how lucky she was to have him.

bruce had been busy loading people's luggage and showing them their rooms. It was petty work in his opinion. He didn't really like people that much but one has to put up with them. After running around he backed into an outta the way corner and took a swig from a flask and quickly put it away.
'I wonder how the cruise will turn out?' he thought to himself.

"Ah, then would you mind giving me a tour of the ship Miss Watson?" He asked, thought he was considering backing off as hitting on the daughter of the captain of the ship he was on might not be the best idea.

Angela smirked, "Sure, but I can't show you the engine room; that's where my dad keeps his guns; you know, for protection.."
Angela laughed when she saw Jason's look, "I'm just kidding, my dad's pretty cool and sure I can show you the boat."
She stood up, tossing her red hair back from her face, her green eyes looking in to Jason's.
"Ready to go?"

bruce took in a deep breath and stepped out to continue his work. What little work there was left to do. That's one thing Bruce always hated, not having anything to do. beinf idle was not something he idolized. he walked down the deck and saw Ms.Watson and a guest. He put a smile on and greeted them
"Good afternoonr, Ms.Watson. And good afternoon to you, sir" he said.

Jason stood as well, running a hand through his green hair as he looked into her green eyes, "Yes I am." He replied with a smile.

Angela smiled at Bruce, "Jason, this is Bruce, he works for my dad. Hey Bruce, what's up?"

''It's a pleasure to meet you, sir. Oh, not much. Just doing some last minute checks to make sure we're ready to cast off. can't be too careful" he said to the two. Bruce shook his hand with a strong grip. he noticed the guy's green hair but tried not to stare at it Kids these days

Angela chuckled, "Bruce, weren't you paying attention; we've already set sail."
She turned towards Jason, "We got part of the name for our boat from Bruce, when his wife left he kept saying what a cold bitch she was so we took Ice and then Queen to simbalize my mom."
Angela's expression went blank for a moment, "Sorry Bruce if I got personal with you there..."

(OOC: Sorry if that seemed like god modding, I couldn't think of what else to say..hope you don't mind. However, I promise that I do not god mod was just trying to fill in some stuff!)

Jason blinked as if he understood right, then her father and this guy Bruce's wife had had an affair which resulted in her, but that didn't seem right.

Her words pierced and seared through Bruce. he did think his ex-wife was a bitch. Also, the divorce was an ugly affair unto itself. She cheated on him and she was utterly cold towards him once he found out. He's been on the boat for several years but it never bothered him until now, she mentioned it to someone else. It was mainly an inside joke between the crew and her. Which didn't bother him. However, he kept his composure
He gave a faint and weak chuckle "No...it's alright. It's true, she was a bitch" he replied. he cleared his throat "I guess I was so busy doing work and such that I forgot we'd already set sail. I can be abscent minded from time to time" he laughed again.

(OOC: Sorry if that seemed like god modding, I couldn't think of what else to say..hope you don't mind. However, I promise that I do not god mod was just trying to fill in some stuff!)

OCC: That's alright. I haven't read the previous posts and I actually didn't know that the ship already set sail. I like the little back story though.

Angela's perky attitude faultered somewhat, "Sorry man, hey how about once we get to the first stop I'll buy you a beer to make it up to you."
Angela hated afending people, thus making them uncomfortable.

Bruce fainted a smile "Yes, a beer sounds good." he replied simply. "Well, I don't want to hold you up, I have work to do. It ws nice meeting you, Jason" Bruce smiled and shooke his hand once more and began to walk away down the deck.

OCC: Bumped my character's age up to 32, just to let everyone know.

"Nice to meet you as well." He replied while thinking, "Strange guy."

"Hello there." Sara replied, "I'm Sara Alaxandros and it's nice to meet you."

"Ummm...it's a pleasure to meet you Sara." Paul started to grow red when she started to talk to him. He wasn't very good at doing this. "So why are you on this cruise ship?"

"We won a pair of tickets." Sara replied, noting with a faint smile that he was blushing.

"Oh I'm on a cruise with my parents during vacation. I don't see them that much because I go to a boarding school." Paul said fast then took a large breath. He calmed down slowly. "Sorry I don't talk to woman that well especially one's with such beauty."

"You flatterer." She replied with a smile, "But what's a boarding school like?"

"It's okay. Its different because I go to a all boys boarding school. Not one girl has gone there. Also I miss my parents sometimes and homemade food. Not that the food is bad, but it's average. It's somewhat good to live in the school because you are almost never late for the begining of school. I have a family there of my friends. We all have a close bond." Paul said as he looked at Sara. He really did mean what he said her being beautiful. Finding a inner strenght he asked. "So do you want to have dinner tonight with me?"

She raised an eyebrown and asked, "Your asking me to dinner after only a few minutes?" She thought for a second. "Sounds like it'd be interesting, you've got yourself a date."

"As you can see I'm not good at doing this. So what time should I meet you and where?" Paul asked. He was pleased and sighed with relief.

"Damn" Greg Burns had just lost his queen. "Well, you play a good game" he said castling. "Please, tell me about yourself, you intrest me."

Andrea said ''Thanks, I've played chess before.'' She looked at her pieces and then replied ''My name is Andrea Lascaris. I'm on this cruise because I am going to see my mother.'' Andrea said. ''I am also a smart person, many say this to me. I have many friends and family.'' ''Anything else you would like to know, fellow chess player?'' She continued talking to Greg as they played, it was nice to play some chess on the cruise.

"I guess you wouldn't if you went to an all-boys school." She replied, "How about here at six?"

"Ok, then I will see you here at six Sara." Paul walked off and was happy that he actually lived threw that. Looking out toward the waves he found it so magical. Making his way to the deck Paul remebered this would be his first date ever. Well Sara was one of the most beautiful girls he had ever met. He was still amazed that he actually asked her out to dinner.

Sara mentally smiled as the guy walked off. She was guessing it was his first date from the way he was acting. With a stretch, she decided to go get a book from her room.

Anastasia went past the lounge to where many people were. She walked around and hoped she could meet more people. She continued to walk, hoping this cruise would be a good one.

After looking and swiming for a while Paul looked at his watch. It was 5:00. So he had about an hour to get ready. He went back to his room and took a shower. His mom called out.

"Paul why are you taking a shower?"

"Mom I'm getting ready for a date."

His mom sounded suprised.

"A date? What her name?"

"Oh it's Sara Alaxandros. She's nice girl and very pretty."

Paul got out of the shower and dried himself. Then he put on some cloths. It was about 5:45. He put on his watch and decided to wait on deck.

Sara had taken a shower and tied her hair back in a ponytail. Putting on a green t-shirt and a pair of jeans, she headed up to the deck to meet her date for the evening.

As she walked, she passed her brother, "What's up sis?"
"Got a date."
"Oh?"
"Yep, think it's his first date as well."
"Well go easy on him then."

Sara smiled as she walked past and then over to Paul. "Hello there."

"Hello Sara. You look lovely. So do you want to go to dinner?" Paul got up and waited for a response.

"Of course." Sara replied

Paul lead her to the resturant and pulled back her chair once she got in he pulled it back in. Then sat down. He looked at the menu, but smiled at Sara.

"Do you know what you want?"

"Yes I do, do you?" Sara replied, pleased that he was curteous.

"Yes." Paul stated. Then the waiter came by. The waiter stopped and asked.

"Sir what would you like?"

"I will have the Turkey pot pie."

"And miss what would you like?"

Paul looked at Sara and gave the waiter the menu.

"The quarter chicken please." Sara ordered, "Without the gravy on the potatoes. And an ice tea to drink." She closed her menu and handed it to the waiter.

Paul sipped his water then looked at Sara. "You look very nice this evening. Your meal sounds very good. So how your school since I told you?"

"It was an average school, co-ed, challenging but fun. Normal stuff." Sara replied

"That sounds ok. So what do you usually do in your spare time?" Paul asked he took a sip of his water and Sara's ice tea came.

"Usually when not hanging out, either swimming or practicing Tai-Chi." Sara replied as she took a drink of her ice tea.

"Well back at the school we usually play some kind of sport. During the winter skiing then in the fall and spring we play lacrosse. So you swim. During my younger years I use to swim, but I stopped to play lacrosse." Paul commented.

"Can't ski worth beans, and never played lacrosse." She replied with a smile as she took another drink of her ice tea.

(OOC: I'm just curious, but isn't Paul like 14 and Sara 18?)

IC:

Jason and Angela talked for sometime, then Angela smiled as who she asumed to be Jason's sister walked by.
"What's your sister's name?"

"Her name's Sara. She happens to be my twin." He commented

ooc: Pretty sure Paul's 16, and yes Sara's 18

"Can't ski worth beans, and never played lacrosse." She replied with a smile as she took another drink of her ice tea.

"Do you have any brothers or sisters. I'm an only child. I always wondered how it would be to have a brother. Somone I could look up to and look for help." Paul smiled back at her.

(OOC: Oh, just wondering..)

"Wow," Angela said as she looked at her watch, "It's almost 6:30, you hungry? I promise we won't bother your sister's date."

"I have a twin brother." Sara replied, "Not sure what an older brother, or sister would be like."


"That sounds like a good idea and I'm sure Sara'll be fine." Jason replied with a smile as he offered her an arm.

The ship slid through the ocean with grace. The waves quietly parting for the ship. Bruce leaned up against the bulkhead in his quarters. The back of his head tapping against the bulkhead. His gaze fixed at nothing. The flask was out in an instant and a few gulps taken. I gotta get my captain's license. It was evening and the sun began to slowly drop towards the horizon.

As she was talking the food came. Paul waited for her to take her first bite. "Mmm this food looks delicious. So you have a twin brother. What's his name?"

"His name's Jason." Sara replied as she took a bite of her chicken as she saw that Paul was waiting for her. "The food's excellent."

Paul saw that she took so he went ahead. It was very good. "You were right it is excellent. Does you twin go to the same school as you?"

"Use to, we're both taking a break before going to university." She replied as she took another bit.

Angela smiled, "Great, my dad should be coming up and we most likely see him in the dining room. Do you want to freshen up or just head there now?"
She looked at Jason and smiled, "Although, you don't need it."

"Well it's going to be another two years before I go to a university. Oh I forgot to tell you I'm 16. How old are you?" Paul asked then started to eat some more.

"I'm good, I think." He replied with a roguish smile. "I hope your dad likes me, or at least doesn't dislike me."

Angela chuckled as they began to head for the dining room, "My dad's pretty cool, I was joking about the guns earlyer."

"I'm eighteen." Sara replied, "Will be starting university at the start of the fall semester."

"That's good." Jason replied with an exagerated sigh of relief.

"Oh..." Paul became silent and went back to eating his dinner. He looked to be sad. He knew that he couldn't be with here. They were two years apart.

"Are you worried about our age difference?" Sara asked

The woman laughed as they walked in to the room, Angela getting a table and sitting down.
"So, what looks good to you?"
She inquired as she looked at the menu, "I can get you something from the bar, if you want that is."

Paul looked down at his food for a second then looked back up. He looked to be sad and crushed. Looking straight in the eye he answered. "Yes" Then went back to eating.

"Well the spaghetti alfredo looks good." Jason replied, "And do you know if the bar carries highballs?"


"You shouldn't worry about the age difference, I'm not." Sara replied, "I like you, but if you're bothered..."

"I'm not bothered it's just that...I thought you would have already been take by someone and that your just here to cheer me up." Paul took another bite. Looking around here somone who looked like Sara. "It that your brother and who is he with?"

"Nope, no boyfriend at the moment." Sara replied, "Yes, that's him green hair and all. As to who he's with, not entirely sure."

Paul was starting to get happy again. He was done with his pot pie. "I think her name was Angela. She's the captain's daughter. So do you want to get dessert?"

"He's playing with fire then." Sara commented with a chuckle. "How about a brownie sundae?"

A waiter was walking by. "Sir I would two brownie sundaes." The waiter walked off to get the sudaes. "Sara I like you a lot. Your the only girl I have really thought to be beautiful." He looked at her and held her hand.

Angela raised an eyebrow, "Highballs, I've never heard of them. What are they?"

(OOC: Do they really exist? Just curious..)

"Thank you." Sara said to the waiter, "And thank you as well for the compliment." She added as he took her hand, causing her to blush a little.


"Well, they're made apple brandy, ginger ale or club soda and ice. The usual recipe goes, a highball glass half filled with ice, two ounces of the brandy and filled the rest of the way with the ale or soda, then topped with a twist of lemon peel and stirred." He replied

Jason had taken a bartending course at the local YC, and thus was familiar with many drinks.

ooc: Yes they are.

Paul held Sara's hand until the two brownie sundaes came. "Well dig in Sara." It looked delicious like his pot pie. Paul got his spoon ready.

(OOC: Wow, learn something new everyday)

"Ahhh," Angela paused for a moment, "I don't actually know; do you want a screw driver? I know it may seem boring, it's actually my favorite drink. I'll check and see if they serve highballs."

Sara nodded as she picked up spoon as well, and began eating the sundae.


"A screwball would be fine." He replied with a smile.

Paul started to eat his. "This is good so how yours?"

Angela laughed and walked up to the bar, finding out that they did have highballs which she was surprised they had.
"Here you go," Angela said as she brought it to him, having a screw driver herself.

(OOC: Holy crap you certianlly miss a lot after one day of not posting)

Aya was terribly late for dinner. She went to her cabin to take a shot nap, then woke up suddenly. She just hopped the dining room wouldnt close before she could have her meal. But 12 minutes later there she was, alone sadly, having no real company, but eating her meal in content. She had gotten used to the mild listing (as virtually all ships will do) and amazingly wasn't sick to her stommac. Likely thanks to the ships stableizers.

"I just hope it doesn't storm." She though to her self. Even so she came prepared for the possible heavy ocean rain storms, making sure she had packed her raincoat along with her breezy clothes, and some warm clothes just incase it was cold. Or at least her father advised her on that. He was such a worrier.

"It is delicious." Sara replied


"Thank you." Jason said as he took the drink with a smile.

(OOC: Kanami, glad you're back!)

Angela smiled at Jason as she sat down, singaling over the waitor.
"What can I get for you Ms. Watson?"
"John, you can call me Angela," Angela said.
"Sure, Ms. Watson."
Angela sighed before ordering, "I'll have prime rib and a salid with a baked potato."
"What about you sir?"
John asked; as Angela thought thank god meals are included in this cruise for all people.

"Could I get the spaghetti alfredo please." Jason replied, "With a side of garlic shrimp."

"Sure," John replied as he left the two alone.
"So, do you have any brothers or sisters? I'm an only child."

"Yes, my twin sister Sara." He replied

Angela looked a bit imbarased, "Sorry Jason, my mind just goes off and I don't know what I'm thinking sometimes."
Angela looked around and saw her dad come in the room, she made eye contact with him and Josh Watson smiled and walked over to the table.
"Hey Angela, who do we have here?"
Josh's voice remained light as he looked at Jason, "Hello, I'm captain Josh Watson, nice to meet you."

(OOC: I don't believe that Jason and him have met..yet;if i'm wrong could you tell me?)

"That's alright, we all get distracted at times." Jason commented as he saw her gesture the captain over. "Hello sir, I am Jason Alaxandros."

ooc: Only briefly(and only if it was the captain taking the tickets as the passengers boarded

Josh nodded, "Good to meet you, I see you're keeping my daughter company?"
"Dad," Angela fake scolded, "Be nice."
Mr. Watson chuckled as he prepaired to walk away to let his daughter some privacy before Angela called out, "Dad, is all going well down in the room? How are the reports on everything?"
Josh turned, "Everything's fine, there's a pretty big storm brewing to the west of us, I'm sure it'll miss us."
"Are you sure?"
"This boat's been through storms before, I'm sure it's nothing to get to concerned over."

"I hope that storm isn't too bad, I get a bit sea-sick in bad weather." Jason commented after Angela's dad departed.

Angela gave a sympathetic smile, "I got some dramameen back in my cabbin if you want some, it's this stuff that's supposed to help motion sickness and such. I know, the captain's daughter gets sea sick to."

"Really?" He asked surprised as he didn't expect that the daughter of a sea captain would be bothered by the rolling motion of boat.

Once finished he looked at Sara. "So do you want to go out on the deck?"

"Sure, but first how about we go say hi to Jason." Sara replied as she scrapped out the last bit of ice cream from the dish.

Angela smiled, "Only sometimes does it happen, lets just keep it our little secret, ok?"
She laughed as she had finished her meal and looked at Jason, "Do you want desert?"

"Ok." Paul said. "I hope your brother doesn't hate me."

"I'm sure he won't." Sara replied as they got up and headed over to Jason and Angela.


"Alright, just between us." He replied with a smile, "And desert sounds like a wonderful idea."

The young woman smiled, "Order whatever you want."

"Then I shall order a caramal sundae." He replied as he noticed Sara, and her date, were making thier way over, "And it appears my sister is headed this way."

"Oh cool, I like chocolate cake myself," Angela said as she noticed Sara and a young man with her walk over.
"Hi," she called out to them.

"Hello I'm Paul." Paul said he looked at Sara's brother then at the girl. "You must be Angela, the captain's daugther. It's a pleasure to meet you. Also it's a pleasure to meet you, Jason."

"Hello." Sara replied, "You must be Angela. I'm Sara and you must be a saint to put up with my brother." She added with a teasing smile directed at Jason.


"Hello there Paul, it's a pleasure to meet you, treat my sister well." Jason commented

Aya's plate was taken by the waiter. "Thank you sir."

She was asked if she wanted any desert

"No thank you." Aya decided to go up on deck and try to star gaze. She was a bit on the lonley side. She looked out saw clouds lit by the moon. They looked thick. "Looks like storm clouds."

She walked not worrying about it. Sea Storms we're common. No big deal.
She payed it no mind.

Angela smiled at Paul, "Yeah, the captain is my dad; it's nice to meet you Paul and Sara. Your brother surprisingly isn't that bad."
Angela chuckled as she looked at Jason;

Paul looked at Jason then toward Sara. "Well Sara isn't bad at all Jason."

"I guess we just see each other throught sibling glasses." They replied in unison. "Well see you around." Sara said to Jason and Angela.

"Later sis."

"Bye you guys," Angela said as she watched them walk off.
"So, do you still want dessert or do you want to go for a walk on the deck?"

"Which do you want to do?" Jason asked as he watched his sister and her date walk off before returning his gaze to Angela.

Paul walked with Sara, then looked her in the eye. "Do you want to see the ocean up on deck or just go back to the rooms?"

Angela thought for a moment, "Well, I wouldn't mind taking a walk up on deck, it'll give me a chance to see how the sky is looking since my dad told us about that storm."

"A walk on deck would be better." Sara replied


"That sounds good, will give us a bit of warning if we need to strap ourselves down, so to speak." Jason agreed

Acco looked up over his shoulder, nothing, he swore under his breath again and got back to scrawling down notes in his diary, the pencil nib broke and he swore again, a few patters of moisture landed on his hand and he curled tighter to avoid notice, if anyone knew he had accidently snuck aboard he'd be dead for sure, a door swung open and smacked against the back of the hippy's head causing him to curse rather loudly in pain...

"Ok." Armstrong held Sara's hand and started to walk up the stairs. They could see the bright full moon.

"It is beautiful." Sara commented as she looked at the moon.

Acco was still rubbing the back of his head as he wandered down the corridors, he could feel blood and would need to get some toilet paper or somthing, he walked past a couple who seemed to be staring at the moon, "hey! You guys know where the toilet is?" Acco asked as he scratched his arse, the little black journal falling out without his knowledge.

"There are bathrooms in the wardrooms and I believe there is one off the dining room." Sara replied as she took a step forward and stepped on the notebook, while thinking the man was not exactly couth.

"Cheers mate!" Acco shouted out as he ran off towards the dining rooms, he hadn't noticed his lighter pockets as he barged into the toilets and grabbed a handful of papers, he pushed them against his head and slowly realised the startled towel attendant looking at him "Oh..... errmm, can you see any blood?" Acco leant backwards to show the man who glanced away...

"It is beautiful." Sara commented as she looked at the moon.

"But not as beautiful as you Sara." Paul said with courage. Once the hippy came he looked at him. This man didn't look like he belong on this ship. Then the man ran off. 'Nevermind' Paul thought.

Once the man left, Sara 'dropped' something and bent down to pick it up, as well as the notebook and stored both in her pocket. "What a strange man." She commented to Paul.

"Yes he was." Paul commented. He lead her up to the top deck and looked up toward the moon. "It's almost as beautiful as you, Sara."

"Flatterer." Sara said with a smile.

Paul looked at Sara. He had feelings for her, but he couldn't tell her. The night was calm. Closing his eyes for his second then he took a deep breath. "Sara I think I..."

Sara just looked at Paul, not sure what he wished to say, but having an idea. While she liked him, she was also thinking he might be rushing a bit.

"Just nevermind." Paul ran off and down a flight of stairs. As he was running he started to cry.

Aya looked at him with concerne as he ran past her. She didn't eavesdrop, but something must have happend.

Sara ran after him, quickly catching him. "What's wrong, I thought we were having a nice evening." She said as she saw he was crying.

'I guess I'll go back' she thought, and she went to her cabin. She undressed from her dinner gown into some more casual night clothes, that she wore when traveling. She pulled out her folded raincoat, and hung it up hearing news of the aproaching storm. She lied down on the bead to just think

"Everything." Paul ran down a bunch of hallways and made sure that Sara had lost him. He ran down a couple of flight of stairs then took the elevator to a randomn floor.

The towel man had ran out and Acco had the toilet to himself, he sat in one of the cubicles and dug into his back pocket, he fumbled for a while before giving up and suddenly looking mortified, "DAMN C*** and S***!" He shouted out as he looked frantically for his journal, it wasn't anywhere he could see and so he sank on the seat just idly staring at the pristine white tiles....

Paul got back on the top deck and looked around Sara wasn't there. Good he thought. He knew that he could never show his face to her again. Sitting on the deck he looked out toward the ocean.

Anastasia was walking through the cruise ship. She saw Aya and said ''Hello there. We seem to be having a storm coming. I hope we can smoothly sail.'' Anastasia hoped they could talk, she was not talking to anyone.

"Yeah apparently. I hope it isn't too rough."

Acco scratched his nose as he walked out into the diner, the Towel guy had walked back in but had shot a look of pure daggers, Acco didn't care as he looked around the fancy place, he could see a dude sitting at one of the tables, he knew that dude, he was the one he had spoken to when he was on the stairs, maybe he knew where the weed was, "Hey Dude! Did you happen to see my little black....." Acco began to realise the dude was crying and so he backed off a little, "Errrr, I'll come back later....."

"So, the deck then?"
Angela said, looking at Jason;

"Yeah apparently. I hope it isn't too rough."

''I hope it isn't either.'' Anastasia said. ''You look drenched by the way.'' she remarked kindly. ''Would you like to go to the lounge or something and talk?'' Anastasia asked.

(OOC: i'll be out til Monday, by that time I guess you guys will have sank, k, so here's my idea, my guy hides away in the toilet to avoid the crying dude, the ship sinks and he gets swept away but not too far, i'll be back soon.)

Andrea won the chess game (I don't mean to be rude, it does not seem to be going) and decided to go for a walk. She noticed the man looking for his notebook, Andrea thought that it must have been valuable to him. Andrea walked past him and looked around for a while.

She stood up and when Jason did she took his hand and they walked up on deck.
"Woh, what happened out here," Angela said looking at the sky and the ocean. The sky was dark with clouds now, the ocean waves looking choppy below as Angela felt a wind gust hit her face.
"It was so nice earlyer," Angela commented as a big wave hit the boat, making it somewhat sway.

Bruce woke up from his sleep from the wave hitting the ship. A book fell off his shelf and he slid a little, but nothing serious, he endured worse. But, he decided to go above deck to give the captain a hand and make sure everyone was alright. He stepped out onto the deck to see the dark clouds and the seas becoming rougher.

"I guess the storm your father mentioned is here." Jason commented as he noticed the choppy seas, and felt his belly flip flop. Looking over, he saw Paul alone, and appearently distressed.

"If you'll excuse me, I think something my be wrong with my sister." He said

(OOC: Did you mean Sara?)

IC:
"Yeah," Angela said, "Oh sure, go talk with her and do you want mean to go to my cabbin and bring you back that stuff I told you about? If so, want me to meet you back up here?"

Thunder rumbled lightly.

"Thank you for understanding and yes please." Jason replied as he headed down to where he knew his sister would be.

Opening her door, he heard the sounds of Manowar playing full blast and knew something bad had happened. "What happened?"
"I'm not sure, it was going so well then he just ran off."

With a frown, he went up to confront Paul.

Anastasia said ''I have it with me.'' She put it on and fixed it and went with Aya. ''Let's go to the lounge and talk.'' Anastasia said, wanting to know Aya more better.

Andrea continued walking around, worried a little about the storm.

"Good idea." Both sat down in the lounge together. Aya was enjoying the company.

Paul looked to be sulking. He stared at his cup of coffee. Then he noticed Jason. There were still tears on his face also his eyes had red rings around them. Grabbing the cup he took a swig then set it down.

"What do you want Jason?"

"What happened between you and Sara to get her upset?" Jason growled as he was protective of his sister and didn't like seeing her get hurt.

"You know what. everything." Paul went back to drinking his coffee. Staring at the coffee he could hear the waves crashing.

"If I knew what you'd done, I wouldn't have asked, now I'm giving you a chance to explain what you did, and why." Jason growled

"It's because I ran off ok and why I have my own personal reasons." Paul finished his coffee then got up and streched.

Angela nodded as she went down the steps to her cabbin; as she neared the bottom a huge wave crashed in to the ship, knocking Angela off her feet and down the last remaining stairs.
"Jesus," Angela said as shakely she got to her feet and went to her cabbin, going through her dresser until she found the pills. Angela took two before putting the bottle of pills in to her pocket and saving them for Jason as she went up on deck. A flash of lightening and a crash of thunder made Angela jump, however still no rain fell from the black sky above.

"Good idea." Both sat down in the lounge together. Aya was enjoying the company.

''What is your name? I am curious and would like to know.'' Anastasia asked.

"Aya. Atuskuo." She was starttled by the thunder and violent list of the ship.

Catching her breath she said "Well how about you, what's your name?"

"Well you really upset my sister and that's not fine with me." He growled again as he was highly tempted to teach Paul not to upset girls, when the ship rocked, causing his stomach to flop.

"I can see that you care about your sister. I'm sorry that I upset Sara and I know it wouldn't help by saying it to you. I still have....nevermind that, but I know it wouldn't have worked at all." Paul ordered a sprite and started to drink it.

Angela sighed as she leaned against the side of the boat, looking around the top deck for Jason. When she didn't see him, she went back downstairs and walked in to the dining room.
"Jason," she said as she aproached him, "I have the stuff here, I think you'll need it."

"And how do you know?" He asked with a scowl. When Angela walked over, he gave Paul one last look of disgust before taking the bottle with a "Thanks, I think I do."

"First she older then me. Second she probably already has someone. Third she is doing because she is toying around with me. Fourth she also did this because she feels somewhat sorry for the courage that I used to aske her." Paul went back to drinking. "What the hell is that Jason?"

"You're welcome," Angela said.

Jason took the pills before replying, "You hurt my sister because she's a few a few years older than you?" He asked in disbelief. "She doesn't have a boyfriend, doesn't toy with boys and never goes on a pity date. Your attitude disgusts me."

Turning to Angela, "If you'll excuse me. I need a chance to cool off."

"You know what your sister the one who hurt me not the other way around." Paul yelled out. Looking down he feel horrible. He loooked up and toward Angela. "What did you give to Jason?"

"Sure," Angela said, "Just be careful out there."
When Paul had asked his question she looked down at him, "Oh, just some pills for sea sickness, just in case; I think we may be in for a rough ride in order to get through the storm."

"I'm sorry for causing trouble." Paul said he went back to drinking his sprite.
