Official Military Message:
TO: The Coalition
FROM: Captain Honeycut

We are currently in orbit above your position with another ship on the way. Please give us the coordinates of a suitable location in which we can land our troops, equipment, vehicles, and stationary guns. We appreciate the cooperation of everyone involved as this is a large military deployment on the behalf of the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom.

"This is Control Tower 1, coordinates *gives coordinates*. You're cleared for drop."

"Thank you."

Sergeant Jackson returned to the Humvee, and the convoy continued through the gates. They parked in an unoccupied area, and soldiers dismounted. A man in camo fatigues and a black beret with General's stars on it stepped from the center HMMWV, and walked with his entourage of officers to the central building.

"PAPA BEAR, THIS IS GHOUL-6," The GSG-9 operator said, eyeing the oncoming infantry. "PUDUITE INFANTRY INBOUND." The GSG-9 Kilo team, running a usual reconnaisance run on the Puduite border, saw them advancing across the border.

"GOOD JOB GHOUL-6, WE WILL BE READY. STRENGHT ESTIMATE?"

"800 TO 1,000 LIGHT INFANTRY, NO ARMOR."

"GOOD WORK, RTB. OUT."

The Wanderjarian Army was scrambled, as was the foreign troops. Defensive positions were manned. Anti-Aircraft artillery systems were fully activated, as were anti-missle systems. When the missles came in, only have managed to get through. Those that did struck some arms depots, and a few un manned tanks, killing almost 1,500 support personnel, and a few unlucky aircraft. However, the line infantry had already been scrambled, and the Wanderjarian Airforce took to the skies, searching for the inevitable bomber squadrons which would be coming.

Behemoth III Super Heavy Battle Tanks, fresh from the assembly lines, rolled onto the fields, ready to engage enemy forces. 100 of these moving fortresses had been deployed thus far, and were moving in support of another three hundred K-1 MBTs from the 7th Armored Cavalry.

The Wanderjarian Marine Corps, based at Zarzor, heard of the attacks, and one full MEU saddled up and moved out to reinforce the airfield. Meanwhile, the Army hurled artillery at the infantry's pinpointed location. Over 1,500 guns fired repeatedly at the advancing troops.

The 2nd Motorized Infantry had arrived, deploying over 20,000 infantry men into the Wanderjarian Lines, as well as 400 BMP3s. The Flaming Darts Penal Legion, 2,500 armed convicts, arrived with the 3rd Marine Corps MEU, and moved onto the Wanderjarian lines as well. If the Puduites wanted a fight, they sure as hell were about to get one.

*As New Chitzeland*

The Chitzis 2nd Army, with over 4 million men and armored vehicles, moved from Providence to support the returning Coalition. They would arrive within three to four hours.

(The new missle defense system unloads one million bullets at a specific target in about one second. It is currently under development and should be released in the United States Military in a couple years)

OOC: The 42nd Division has been gathering outside Yuri for days, they are not just now crossing the border, in fact, they've been on the proper side since before you even returned. And, they are the single best soldiers the Dominion has, and a nation of over three and a half billion people and a genetically engineered military has some pretty good guys anyway. Those people already at the airfeild, like Ireland and whoever has that Molok (or whatever) division can react, as I will not start bombing that for about fifteen minutes after the other assault began.

Also, the bombings, missile'ings, 42nd's assault, and naval shelling all began within seconds of each other.

And also again, these people who arrived and deployed up there since I posted would have arrived significatly after the attack actually happened, and so I would like to do at least a majority of the attack before they get here. Rember, naval assault also, somewhere around eighty-thousand men on the docks of Yuri soon after the bombardment begins.

IC continuation and adaptation of attack in second...

Has a Sqaudron of MiG-29s and Su-33s to start a Combat Air Patrol over the Airbase. They have orders to fire on any aircraft that attacks allies of the GASN.
Helo with MI Troopers start to be farried to the airbase with Anti Air and Anti Armor weapons. SH-60 Seahawks start to do Anti Sub searches. Battleships from the fleet starts to fire on the enemy forces attacking the GASN Allies.

When the Assault Ships get close enought to land Armor and all other equipment. They will land and begain to fight with their allies.

SkyMarshal Harrington MacKenzie sends com signal to the GASN HQ and the Fleet we are to engage and fight until we are reinforced from our Military back home.

OOC: Nope. Because if you capture it, I can cut your supply lines without a problem. You have no choice but to come to me, or risk losing all your men through starvation, etc. Unless you really don't care.....then neither do I. I'll just cut your lines anway and move north.

North Sea port of Yuri, Four o'clock AM, Pudite Attack
As the first bombers flew over the city of Yuri, something strange happened. Nothing. Nothing happened. There were no troops in Yuri, no air defense artillery, no nothing. This did not slow the bombardment, in fact it sped it up. The Pudite did not question their good fortune and hastily transmitted radio messages from 104th Battalion commanders on the ground and bomber pilots in the air urged the naval assault to commence immediately, and so it did. Only minutes after the bombardment ceased, both of the planned amphibious assault waves landed simultaneously, moving hastily off their ships and to capture the city immediately.

With perfect unison, eighty-thousand soldiers marched out of their ships, jogging together, in time, to advanced positions, originally planned as various attack objectives. These four divisions would take up defensive positions around the waterfront, where soon another wave of infantry would land, along with the necessary supplies to begin construction of a land based command center for the city. For now the Pudites would have to settle for positions behind hasty barricades and the protection of their ships and armored vehicles.

Also moving into the city of Yuri were more than sixteen hundred HVC-01 naval helicopter gunships, seven hundred SAH-27A attack helicopters, and four hundred HVC-03 transports, who would begin unloading more infantry divisions, battalion by battalion, as well as more supplies and vehicles, two things that there were still many of left to unload. While the transports and gunships worked and set up defensive perimeters, the attack helicopters began patrols of the city, and four squadrons, totaling two hundred helicopters, began the immediate move toward the heavy combat soon to unfold above the nearby Wanderjarian airbase. These attack helicopters were armed with a single 30mm cannon, two 9K114 Shturm anti-tank missiles, and a single six-hundred pound high-explosive fragmentation bomb designed in an anti-personnel role. They would attack from the sea, flying back and forth across the field, dropping their bombs in the most suitable locations possible. Once ammunition began to run low they would fall back to Yuri and stay there.

As for the rest of the air assault, it was decided that, with no enemy presence in Wanderjar, they may as well proceed to the secondary objective. Only ten minutes after the bombardment began in the apparently unoccupied city of Yuri the entire bomber force switched tasks, and began their assault against the small Wanderjarian airfield. Now all forty-five of these new Stealth Bombers would begin bombarding the forces concentrated there. Air defense was a top priority, as was the airstrip itself.

Also in response to the new shift of priorities it was obvious more airpower would be necessary and so a further sixty E/F-177A Coldun Electronic Warfare and Air Defense Suppression aircraft were immediately scrambled from internal compounds and began flying, at speeds exceeding mach two-point four, towards the airfield. Once arrived they would swoop in below radar level, fire all nine of their Kh-59M Ovod-M air-to-surface missiles, and then climb immediately away as their two-thousand two-hundred and eighty eight pounds of high explosive did it's job behind them. They would then, in under a minute, arrive at altitudes of twenty-five thousand feet where they would then fly over and around Yuri before returning to the Dominion's East Chitzeland at a, relatively, safe altitude of sixty-one thousand feet, and then repeat the process over and over again. These rapid attacks would strike only against anti-aircraft artillery and missile installations that may threaten their counterparts, or any Pudite bombers operating higher up. As these attacks were going on, a second, more subtle purpose was being served by the presence of these aircraft. Contained within four small pods located along the fuselage of the jet were a series of advanced an expensive communications and radar jamming equipment. Covering each E/F-177A was an extensive network of passive radar nodes, used for detecting different hostile radar and communications frequencies. Once these frequencies were determined and identified as targets for jamming, the jamming itself would commence. Each aircraft could jam four separate frequencies, and with at least fifteen of them in range of the airfield at once, that is at least sixty channels that cannot be used by the enemy. Analysis by onboard electronics warfare officers would determine whether or not the current frequencies are still being used and thus worth jamming. A sequential hand-off of jamming duties on different frequencies would proceed to make sure that communication remained impossible as specific aircraft made their way back to East Chitzeland for refitting and re-arming.

Speaking of bombers, now that stealth was no longer a priority, the theater command had seen it fit to mobilize a flight of fifty-five F/B-177A Barsuk strike bombers. These would add to the forty-five other bombers in the air, with each throwing a further ten-thousand pounds of explosive and adding four more air-to-air missiles to the anti-aircraft capability of the Pudite bombers. These bombers were, like the F-225A stealth bombers, able to harness the power that is three-dimensional thrust vectoring capabilities and mach one-point six and mach two-point six speeds, respectively. Although these were not reasons to allow them to operate naked of fighter support, it was a reason to let them wait five minutes for it.

To protect all the new and quite obvious bombers operating above Wanderjarian territory eighty-five F-78K Strakhen Sokol advanced air superiority fighters. Seventy of these fighters would protect the bombers above the Wanderjarian airfield, while the remaining fifteen would ply the skies above Yuri. These fighters would carry on them two-thousand pounds of guided bombs, ten long-range air-to-air missiles, and a single 30mm autocannons.

Finally, it was decided that, although the air power leveled against the Wanderjarian airbase was significant, they would require soldiers on the ground to win the battle completely, and so it was decided to brief and mobilize twelve of the twenty Infantry divisions at Accen, six Armored divisions, and ten Heavy Infantry divisions. This totaled over six hundred thousand soldiers and thirty thousand ST-37K1 Mekhev main battle tanks as well as supporting artillery, armored vehicles and helicopters. They were due to arrive at the airfield’s defensive line in two hours, where the thirty thousand of some of the best tanks in the world would spearhead a breakthrough of the small defensive line, which would be filled quickly with armored fighting vehicles and infantrymen. Once this line was broken the infantry and mechanized forces would move to either side, running up and down the flanks of the enemy line, while the main force of the twenty-four thousand of the tanks in real armored divisions sped into the airfield proper, and engaged any remaining back-lines personnel, reserves, and enemy armor held as a counterattack option, before they would turn, and assault and finally destroy the enemy line from behind.

Also coming out of East Chitzeland to assist the attack on the airfield were the munitions of over twelve thousand GA-10 heavy artillery peices, which could propell three-hundred and fifty-two pounds of high explosive into the center of the airfield's fortifications. Also throwing in their weight were the currently quiet big guns of the Pudite fleet off of Yuri. Once again a massive volley of missiles and shells were launched, and this time there would be enemies there to feel it. This shelling from sea and land would continue for two hours, and the missile strikes for one, all waiting for the arrival of ground forces at the combat zone, and even then the artillery would continue as long as the battle did not infringe on any of their firing zones. Once this occured the big guns at sea would silence, while those on land would be remaplced by their smaller, more accurate, battlefield-deployed counterparts.

Now that the enemy was located, again, it was time to drive him out...

just outside the airfield, south of Yuri
"Looks like the cat's out of the bag, all right.." Said Ridzik, his tank eerily silent as his crew watched the images of the bombing of Yuri city "All troops stand by, they are not going to find this airfield as easy a target as the city was"

"Marauders, light up those bombers with your radars as soon as they reach missle range, let's show them that they aren't heading into a cake walk, but a slaughter."

"Maulers, stand by for bombardment orders. Everyone else..We wait..For now there isn't anything visible that the mbt's and infantry can take on, yet.."

With this, every tank in the division locked itself down, waiting for the fight to come. Each man was nervous, but they were going to do their darndest to, at least, make their homeland proud.

OOC: Remember, the F-225A stealth fighters are nearly invisible to radar. You can effectivly make out the other bombers though, while both the helicopters and ground attack planes came in at below radar levels, and then of course my planes would begin jamming your radar, and it wouldn't matter where my planes flew. SCENE: MSF Blagraland (In Orbit)
Captain Jefferson stepped onto the bridge after a much needed rest off of his shift. The first order of business was to check the status of the Pelican and Garrison ships to see if they were ready to drop troops into the battle zone, second was to prepare the drop pods for immediate drop into the zone that the Coalition was in. He tapped a few buttons to call down to the Drop Pod section of the ship (near the rear of the ship).

Jefferson: "Drop Commander, you there?"

DC: "Yes Sir. Can i do something for you?"

Jefferson: "I need a go, no go for drop procedures. I want a percentage of Drop Pods that are ready and I wanted it 5 minutes ago."

DC: "Well, Sir. We currently have 94% of the drop pods ready to launch. All i need is the marines down here to load up into them."

Jefferson: "Understood."

A little later...

Roughly 45,000 Drop Pods suddenly dropped out the bottom of the Blagraland. They began screaching through the atmosphere towards their designated target drop point, 1 mile due east of the Airport.

Providence
Hurtian aid was starting to get Providence repaired, the acadamy was back up and running and training more Chitzi troops for the war effort, and food was yet again becomeing more plentiful, but was likewise becoming ever sticly rationed to prevent any more food shortages.

A gift from PROHT was a set of loudspeakers, which would broadcast news, air raid sirens, and overall entertainment for the public. It also gave everyone a public way to vent with a weekend "Citizen's day" and a daily DJ selected by a free lottery.

These broadcasts also made it very easy to tell what the situation in Providence was, and to correct any problems. It wasn't a real government, but it would provide the groundwork for a new democratic system, where anybody could be a leader, and every one of them was an independent thinker.

OOC: The Aeson; good, my territory is called East Chitzeland by the way.

North-Western Sector, 1st Pudite Foreign District, East Chitzeland
In response to a threat made earlier today my Zanski officials, Pudite commanders on the ground of the northern end of the swampland known as Bealle contained within East Chitzeland began making preparations for a fight. They knew the government was not about to offer up any territory for free, or even for a price. This land would have to be captured if the foreigners wanted it, and that was not about to happen.

There was a single Pudite compound in this region, commanded by a man known as General Tsarevna. He was an experienced man, he knew his troops, and the land around them. Dominion theater commanders were sure that he would make effective use of the fourteen divisions he held under his command.

That force, totaling two-hundred and eighty thousand soldiers. Among these men were, however, only somewhere around two thousand tanks. This was because, although it was the norm to deploy three armored divisions at border compounds, here it was deemed to dangerous for heavy vehicles, what with the entire territory being a giant, wet, dark, deep swamp. Here, many armored companies were replaced in their respective formations with aviation companies, and well over twelve-hundred helicopters were operating in the area. These were supported by around eight hundred F-41A STOVL aircraft, whose short runways were idea for the cramped and hostile environment of the swamp.

Those armored vehicles that did exist were, to a major extent, the LV-08 squadrons. These light wheeled vehicles did better on the boggy terrain. Those that served here, numbering somewhere around forty thousand, were stripped down to the bones, only light armor plating, engines, and a single crew-serviced weapon remained, everything else was stored away. Now, however, at the loss of the protection, these vehicles could operate quite effectively in the areas of land not totally flooded through with ponds and rivers, which were hard to see, and indeed sometimes they were detected too late. It was a common threat, and supplemented by a through lack of stable ground, a very tactically deciding one.

This would be a hard battle, but the Pudites were ready and waiting. Fully four light infantry divisions were placed out in the swamp, where they would remain in concealed positions and wait silently and patiently for the sound of approaching targets...

Wanderjarian Airfield, four o'clock AM, Pudite Attack
The Pudite attack was just beginning, with the first waves of bombers moving overhead. These pilots were assured that the enemy's air defenses would be either demolished or confused through the actions of the ground attack and electronic warfare planes below, but little did these unfortunate men know, those aircraft had yet to arrive.

Although it would not be long, in fact less than a minute now, the enemy took advantage of all the time they had. Their guns and missile pods lit up the sky below the Pudite airmen, who, believing it to be their own planes, would have smiled, but by the time they thought that, they were dead.

The attacks were devastating, fully fourteen F/B-177A Barsuk strike bombers were blown clean out of the sky, with another two taking crippling damage and being forced to return to base. While the attacks were less successful against the camouflaged F-225A Kestrels, it still hurt. Three of the multi-billion dollar aircraft fell flaming into the water, while another was also forced to return to base for repairs.

This, coupled with the fighter’s tenacious defense of their airspace, killed a total of twenty F/B-177s and five F-225As. These losses were felt, but the attack would not cease. Planes enough to replace those lost were scrambled from nearby bases, and would arrive in the second bomber wave with those who survived this one, giving the appearance to those observing that no planes were lost. No matter how many you kill, they just keep coming, and this time they would be accompanied by the ground attack and fighter aircraft, showing that they had in fact multiplied when you shot at them. It would be a long time 'till dawn for Wanderjar and her allies.

A shout came out from the group of 300 troops that had just landed 1 mile outside the airport, "Secure the LZ!" Several Marines ran to check the road that they landed near as others crouched down and scouted out the area, butt of the gun to their shoulder and eye through their scope. Sergent Henderson's fire team was slowly making their way towards a level piece of ground to set off some smoke signals so the Pelicans knew where to land and the Garrisons knew where to start paradropping their groups of marines.

Smoke filled the sky as the smoke signals were lit. Sending wave after wave of white smoke up towards the heavens. Several AC-01's made their decent down towards the smoke. Henderson could tell by how they looked that they held two variants of the Warthog Combat Vehicle and Tanks. He also figured that there would be some ATV's inside of the pelicans for use by troops. Although ewas unaware of just how many vehicles were heing deployed for this police operation. He did know that the main orders of the Marines were to defend the airport from any assault and the Marines would not take part in any offensive operation.

A little later....

The warthogs (a total of 57), the tanks (a total of 25), and the ATV's (a total of 15) had formed a convoy with the remaining marines (who were on foot) and started towards the closest gate to the airport. It would take them roughly 20 minutes till they got to the airport to bolster the defences as much as they could. The Marine Corps was going to use, for the first time in the field, their XR-07 Stationary Gun. They were strapped to the back of certain marines.

We also signed a treaty that gave some of our troops permission to be within 4 km of Locke, at the cost of repairing their damaged cities and clearing mines in Accen.

However, due to a peace treaty with the Pudites (and our terms and conditions agreement with the Chitzi Government), we are not to directly aid your men unless it is to aid in a Chitzi Army advance or ordered by the West Chitzi Government to do so.

The treaty may be rendered void if either of our forces intrude upon another's.

Therefore, you are on your own.

At least for now.

Pelsgord summary:
Parthians:
Armor went onto east flank and has passed through PROHT pickets

Parthian South has engaged PROHT forces in an inconclusive battle due to smoke and fire.

PROHT:
Picket succesfully passed through Parthian main force

Armored troops on hold

Mobile troops trying to flank Parthian's North

Southeast flank is a battle of manuver.

We request immediate air support, Pelsgord has been destroyed, and we have lost contact with our advance picket forces, losses where minimal since hardly anyone was actualy inside the city. The Parthians are getting predictable...

The Guard, who had been with the 7th Cavalry at Four Corners, was not a fan of Griffincrest Mercenaries either.

"You'll find Edmond at the Head Quarters Tent. Its about three tent rows down from here. Its the big one with machine guns outside and such."

The commander walked to the Wanderjarian tent, acting very casually as men around him ran around trying to man their stations for the Pudite attack. He entered the tent, and approached the Wanderjarian.

In a few minutes, the Gnats and F-4's were preparing to engage the Pudite forces, and the entire force that Claudius decided to send was rolling towards the north side of the base.

Same as everyone else. Northern side of the airfield. I imagine my trench line forming a semi-circle around it, focused on the North,as thats where the enemy will be advancing from, and spreading into the east and west. There's no fear of attack from the South, so no defense. If he tries, he will be instantly flanked, and annihilated. If he makes a frontal assault, my tanks will began taking his out from a mile away, before his even know mine are there (OOC: god bless IWS, FFW, aerial recon drones, and IMINT hehehe. Wanderjarian Airfield, Pudite Attack, Infantry Assault

The six-hundred thousand soldiers approached with little caution, they needed none, they were sure of their victory. Riding abaord a small LC-08 light infantry vehicle General Romil, the commander of this operation surveyed the tank line processing before him... The advantages were stacked in their favor, and now it was time they took them at their worth. Ahead of the twenty infantry divisions rolled sixty-thousand of the best tanks in the world, arrayed in a line, advanced at thirty-two miles per hour, firing as they went their 120mm electro-thermal gas-assisted main cannon, their triple-barreled rotating CFA-760D III 30mm automatic cannon, a 20mm conventional-firing auto-cannon, the SB-AIG-81A five-barreled 12.7mm cannon, AG-39 40mm automatic grenade launcher firing air burst fragmentation rounds to detonate over the trenches and eliminate those inside, also firing were anywhere from one to eight 9M120 Ataka anti-tank guided missiles, and finally anywhere from two to twelve unguided anti-tank rockets. This massive armament was supplemented by two small mortars; well technically they were howitzers, as a mortar implies drop-down feeding mechanism, which were firing shrapnel rounds over the trenches to supplement the grenade launchers in anti-personnel roles.

These giant rolling death machines would role straight up and over the small, simple trench network, relying on their dynamic explosive reactive armor to eliminate any anti-tank munitions leveled against them, as well as any enemy soldiers that got to close to the hull. Once across the trench network, twenty-four thousand of the tanks would continue forward and begin assaulting any troops just arrived who had not yet taken positions, or those that were held in reserve. This force would utterly flatten any buildings they came across as well, though gracious use of 120mm cannons and rockets.

As for the rest of the tanks, they would break into two groups of two thousand and roll up the flanks off the enemy defensive line, followed each by roughly three-hundred thousand infantrymen.

No stalemate, trench war, siege was going to happen here. The tanks would be used for their original purpose and break wide open these static defenses, quite easily defeating the lesser Abrams, Leopard, and other such tanks leveled against them. Any other vehicles would have done themselves better to blow themselves up by themselves, for after the enemy’s miniscule armored force was beaten down nothing else would be able to stand in front of the ST-27K1 and live.

Also participating in the attack are over thirty thousand SIV-25 infantry fighting vehicles, also armed with a 30mm cannon, a three barreled 12.7mm machine gun, and the capability to fire anywhere from two to twelve line-of-sight unguided anti-tank rockets at a time. They would move with the infantry up the flanks after the defensive line is smashed open, also relying on dynamic explosive reactive armor to protect them from enemy missiles and personnel.

The battle in the air would continue, as the Pudite and Wanderjarian electronics waged the war in the sky that the Guardian infantrymen were about finish on the ground. These soldiers were individually genetically modified for superior strength, bone toughness, reflexes and reaction time, and heavily augmented eyesight. These soldiers could see in both ultra violet and infrared spectrums, as well as having the ability to ‘zoom in’ on targets from farther away. These would be needed to win decisively here tonight.

Speaking of air combat, arriving with the new ground forces would be another wave of helicopters. Seven thousand HVC-01 gunships and twelve thousand Peregrine attack helicopters were coming in with the infantry. These nimble aircraft would use their significant firepower to engage light vehicles and tanks, especially the air-defense instillations that were giving the pilots higher up so much trouble. Their autocannons, anti-tank missiles, and machine guns would aid significantly in overcoming the defenders in the first armored assault.

The battle would be a decisive one, more-so for the Coalition, some of whom could ill afford to have to replace their losses...

OOC: Remember Wanderjar, I now have fighters there as well, you had your chance at my un-guarded bombers (which are, even un-escorted, well armed and very maneuverable) and now all my ECW/Ground Attack planes are here, along with my fighters, and the helicopters coming in with the infantry, and those that came in from Yuri.

(OOC: You just committed suicide)

As the Pudite tanks rumbled towards the airfield, Wanderjarian Behemoths opened fire upon them from almost a mile away. K-1s, and their dual 120mm cannons, began firing as well. Shells dented the armor of the Behemoth IIIs, but it would take more than a couple tank rounds to bring the armored fortresses down. 1st and 2nd Battalions from the 6th Armored Division rushed the Pudite armored units. 1st Battalion went to their right side, as 2nd to their left. Meanwhile, 3rd Battalion went to meet them head on. 2nd Regiment stayed back in reserve, if the attack failed.

2nd Battalion's attached BMP-3 Company fired missles at the Pudite armor, as they approached. The other 40 K-1 tanks used their Dual Cannons to place twice the fire power into the enemy armor. Even if the first round did not penetrate armor, the second deffinatley would at least disable the tank.

Fighters overhead began targeting the Pudite aircraft as they approached from BVR (Beyond Visual Range) thinning out the bombers and their defenses before they even knew there was danger.

CAS fighters dropped large salvos of napalm upon the advancing hordes, dodging in and out of small arms fire, thought one unfortunate pilot was hit by a lucky shot and crashed.

Infantry readied their LAWs and AT-4s. The Trenches would hold! Artillery pumped hundreds of rounds into the enemy, who didn't bother with cover. They would be torn to shreds by the Paladin cannons and various other artillery systems.

Eurocopter Tigers Launched Hellfire missles at the tanks as well, using their distance to advantage.

General Edmond had never been defeated. He would not begin now.

Molot Divisional artillery, at the same moment
"Molot actual, to all divisional artillery, you have your targets, flatten them!" Ridzik's voice came clear through, and the reply was not long in coming, either.

All 192 Mauler 152mm self proppelled guns spoke in perfect unison, fireing round after round of high explosive at the enemy infantry, almost a pretty sight to anyone watching from the trenchlines, but hardly so down range.

The Merkúrs, for now, held their fire, their guns didn't have etc, so they would almost certainly have to wait till the range closed till they could start doing any real damage, so they saw no need to, for now, use shells that might be needed later on.

ooc: he isnt joking, mate..This is not going to be pretty for your infantry..Not sure how pretty it is going to be for those monster mbt's you have, though..They are going to be some tough mother's to crack

Bombs exploded all around the trench network, but to little avail. The well entrenched Wanderjarians and their Coalition allies were too well hunkered down in their trenches for the shrapnel to well reach them. Some support personnel were unfortunatley killed, but few combat troops had more than the rare scratch.

OOC: Been awhile since I rped anything happening in the East/West Border.

OTC-2 was originally Recon base Charlie for those older fellows such as Pudu and Wund.

IC:
OTC-2 A few miles North of Providence

Though not legally allowed to enter East Chitzeland, the Officers there trained the Chitzis how to use the PROHT MMP-1 scout plane, a few where modified and much better equped MMP-4s (capable of full spectrum sensors).

They also conducted exercise patrols along the border with some noticeable frequency.

However, one day, a recruit thought he saw something on the scanner of an MMP-4, and even though it didn't show up on any other sensor, he decided to send his platoon out on an immediate readieness patrol, these patrols where becoming ever more random and frequent since the Pudites started hostilities next door.

But through crazy logic, PROHT was still uninvolved because it did not see East Chitzeland as part of the Chitzeland it had agreed to defend, and therefore had no part in it. Although, in a seprate line, PROHT was allowed to send 1,000 troops into East Chitzeland to help reconstruct war torn cities and give occasional checkups on the well being of the people and to make sure the Pudites wouldn't invade West Chitzeland.

This articular chunk of logic didn't make sense to the recruit, but he followed orders antways, because, unlike the Chitzi military, he was better trained, given a more lax post, and was better paid.

Nevertheless, he filed out a short log entry before heading out:

Possable enemy contact on Chitzi Border, leading a platoon to investigate
Last know Co-ordnates ###-###-###-###

He and his men then gathered up and started a run towards the last contact with the unidentified force, sometimes they would be nothing, other times they where instructors who would 'kill' the squad leader if they didn't find them, usually by shooting them in the knee.

General Tyke turned to his main ICT agent, who was setting up an infrared scanner to find the hidden pudite vehicles. This scanner, invented weeks ago to find New Gharrakan militia in Zanski, could find objects over ten miles away.
"So, what of the Pudite forces? Have they moved forward yet?" Asked Tyke.
The ICT agent turned to him."No, but they`re getting ready. It will be a tough battle, because although we have more troops being sent for this fight, they may still have more troops ready to deploy at the snap of a finger. All in all we have half a million, and another half for reserves in case we lose."
Tyke nodded. He looked around him. He could see four hundred long range grenade cannons, one thousand helicopters, Seventy thousand titanium swamptanks, Four hundred Sonicmaster2's, Seven thousand mortars, Seven unmanned weak radiological unmanned missile-planes, one hundred snipers, many Zanx Offensive Army light infantry And one hundred heavily armed "Pawns".

The Pawns would be sent out first, each one monitered by an infrared scanner, which was digitally attatched to a grenade cannon, which in turn would fire at any groups of enemy troops.
Then the Sonicmaster2's would fly out and drop bombs on enemy bases, Then the light infantry would go in accompanied with the swamptanks and mortars.
The helicopters would stay at base, defending everything.

One thousand reserve troops would arrive every ten minutes, so the army would certainly score a terrific victory over power in Bealle!

The infrared cannons kept an eye on them.
Snipers had been bought in, with Heat-sensing scopes on the guns so they could see through camoflage & marshes.

Bealle Province, Pudite Border, Zanski Assault
The Pudite light infantry deployed forward of the main defensive line carefully watched the enemy infantry advancing, each had switched over to their thermal vision. Every one out of ten men in the light infantry division was armed with a 6P41 Pecheng medium machine gun. Each of these men quickly picked a target, waited for the shot, and opened fire. As soon as each respective squad's machine-gun man fired that same squads deployed marksman, armed with the SV-98 sniper rifle, went into overwatch, waiting and watching for enemy return fire centered on the machine gun's fire point. As soon as such fire was detected the snipers would begin picking off enemy gunmen or snipers based on muzzle flash and, using their advanced sight augmentations, which allowed them to 'zoom in' on something they saw, it would be very hard to hid from them.

As soon as the main enemy force was engaged the other sixty-thousand light infantrymen would open fire from concealed and prepared fighting positions, using single accurate shots to eliminate their advancing opponent. After cover was broken, the divisional artillery, based at the border compound two miles behind the light infantry, would begin opening fire, with their shots guided by front-line observers mixed in between basic squads. Augmenting this would be missile strikes from missile artillery attached to the infantry divisions also at the compound, aircraft ATG missile attacks from the hundreds of small STOVL planes and SAH-27 Peregrine helicopters. These helicopters would also provide covering fire with their 30mm cannons to points of heaviest attack.

This large light infantry screen should be able to hold out, from their camouflaged positions, for a few hours at least before they were overrun. Then the defense would fall to the two-hundred thousand Guardians fortified behind the walls of the border compound where the real fighting would occur.

Even in the Zanskis did penetrate this defense, it would cost them heavily.

Western Flank, Pudite Railroad IR-245, Internal Patrol Platoon
The fifty men of the 3rd Platoon, 2nd Company, 5th Battalion, 4th Brigade, 23rd Infantry division, who were assigned to railroad patrol on the western side of East Chitzeland, were advancing as usual. Their LV-08s slid quietly over the gravel path that ran alongside the railway, the only sound the quiet purr of the engine and a light crunch of stones under deflated tires. Moving along at nearly forty miles an hour, it seemed impossible that the soldiers could still be accurately monitoring both their surroundings with their onboard sensors and visually via a soldier manning the weapon on the roof.

This was, however, proved when the entire thirteen vehicle column slid to a noisier than desired halt near a particularly boggy stretch of terrain. In seconds all fifty soldiers were out of the vehicles and on the ground, save for the thirteen who remained behind to man 12.7mm heavy machine guns and 40mm grenade launchers as covering fire. The men outside the vehicles tanked little, and even then quietly, advancing in a crouching run to the edge of the gravel path and then stopping. Thirty of them went to ground, pointing their weapons toward the area of swamp their Heads Up Displays lit up as target zones. Seven men, however, did not go to ground, and instead slid down the nearly twenty foot dirt and gravel incline into a few feet of water. These men advanced a few feet forward, sweeping the target area with their rifles.

When these men stopped they were unknowingly less than six feet from the small red blips that had appeared on their thermal scanning screens minutes ago in the LVs. The seven men switched slowly through ultraviolet, and infrared spectrums, scanning the area for a few minutes before turning around and slowly climbing back up the incline and mounting back up in the vehicles. In seconds the column was moving again, and in under a minute it was gone.

The Parthians
25-07-2006, 09:07
There were 3,000 men along those trenches. Though vastly more than a standard battalion, this reinforced unit would be better able to hold this line, or at least cause damage to the Parthian assault. All Major Johnson could hope for was for a miracle.

Shetterdan Outskirts

Artillery barrages opened up, over 15,000 guns blasted the outskirts of the city with a combination of clustermunitions and airbursting munitions, hoping to smash any enemy infantry with concentrated fire across the entirety of the city outskirts, giving the Parthian push the perfect momentum for securing the entirety of the city.

With the barrages going on still, three seperate task groups attacked the east, southeast, and northeast of the city, each consisting of two armored divisions and five divisions of mounted mechanized infantry. Armor would lead the assault, while the IFVs of the mechanized infantry companies followed, they would push as far into the city as possible before dismounting Parthian infantry from their vehicles to clear each building. The one on the northeast, however, was not to advance into the city itself, but rather would simply set up an anvil position on the entire northern side of the city, hoping that the Chitizi forces would be driven from the city center into the waiting Parthian troops, where their positions would allow them to rip them to bits from two sides, or perhaps even three.

As the Parthian forces neared Chitzi positions, from 1km away, the 120mm ETC guns went to work, blasting them with the assistance of their advanced optical sighting systems. Each of the 1500 MBT strong tank divisions began raining down upon the defenders with their high velocity ETC guns, drawing ever closer, hoping to wipe them off the face of the planet, concentrating further fire upon the outnumbered defenders.

Pelsgord, Brigade A, 10th Armored Division

The Parthian MBTs continued to move northwards, hoping to come into contact with unsuspecting PROHT forces held in reserve.

Southern Attack

The M-29A4s rolled through the clouds of smoke, coming into visual range of the enemy forces in front of them, prompting a massive spray from the 750 MBTs making the initial wave of the advance, one hoped to roll right over defenders on the perimeter.

Advanced sighting systems went to work, zeroing in on visible enemy positions and armored vehicles, firing their 120mm ETC guns in a massive storm of high velocity shells upon the defenders as more tanks continued to roll out of the cloud of smoke. Coaxial miniguns ripped into enemy infantry who were exposed, peppering them with 12.7mm bullets, some of them explosive.

Following the first assault, the Parthian IFVs waited in reserve, within the clouds of smoke, waiting to exploit the gap the armor would drive in the PROHT lines.

Official Proclamation to the Government of Shazbotdom

Shadow One was not absolutely silent. One of the messages drilled into his head from the time he started training was that absolute silence was a dead give away. So he moved slightly. Not enough to give him away, just enough that it seemed he was plants moving in the slight breeze.

Once the Pudites were gone, he waited a full five minutes, glancing about with thermal imaging. Finally, satisfied that no trap had been layed, he moved quickly to the railroad, and placed a mine on it. He moved about a hundred feet down the line, in the opposite direction as the troops had gone, and placed another. Then he was fading back into the swamp.

No vehicles have been deployed yet. if you look at my post about the lines of defense, you will see that the Pawns are a group of heavily armed infantry with no vehicles, with two Uzis, ten grenades, One Kalashnikov AK-47, and two Colt 45's.

And, you would be able to see soldiers through the vegetation with thermal vision. Plants would be whiteish and soldiers would be orange, red or blue.

OOC: Waiting on the airfield combat for people to stop freaking out over the tanks.

General Tyke listened to the Pawn's transmitter. He heard shots being fired.
The pawn was panicking, but quietly.
"Can we open fire yet?" The pawn whispered.
"At will." Replied Tyke.
He turned to his IT Agent.
"I want you to find out where the enemy fire is coming from. We need to know what technique they are using, so we can be ready for them."
The IT agent nodded.
He returned to the pawn on the transmitter.
"Throw a couple of grenades."
He waited a couple of seconds, and heard a bang.

Meanwhile, one hundred Sonicmaster Blitzplanes were lifting off.

Central Pudite Forrest, AC-0001, Foreign Affairs Office
The government of the Dominion of Emperor Pudu's foreign affairs officer, a Mr. White, received both Dephire's and Mercenary Corps messages with boredom. It was common to receive such threats, and no attention was paid to it.

No response was provided to these simple creatures. They would be defeated in time, there is no sense in wasting time to tell them in advance.

East-West Pudite Border, Patrol Platoon, Chitze Recon Contact
The Pudite border patrol did not even slow down when they spotted the foreign patrol. Instead of stopping, and initiating peaceful contact, the thirteen vehicles all immediately opened fire. Nine 12.7mm heavy machine guns immediately began ripping across the lines of the enemy group, supported by three 40mm automatic grenade launchers and a single TOW missile launcher.

All thirteen vehicles never stopped, they just altered course and began circling the patrol, while each turret gunner dropped into the vehicle to allow remote controlling of the weapon. They would continue circling and firing until the entire enemy patrol was destroyed and then they would resume their normal patrol route, enter a report, and think nothing more of it. One more border threat contained.

You just did exactly what I wanted you to do (finally)

(Co-ordnates within West Chitzi Border BTW)

Intriged, he decided to scramble the base for an immdiate SAR/counterattack after logging an equally brief report with OTC-1 and HQ. He was then given permission, that if he encountered Pudite forces, to engage and pursue.

Pelsgord, Southern Attack Force

Field Marshall Masoud Fardmanesh looked through his field glasses at the retreating Southern PROHT force. My the looks of it, they had fled into the city, a foolish idea considering the fact that firestorms were still burning parts of it. There was no indication of a firestorm in the immediate south apparently, since the buildings were blackened and charred, but nonetheless, he did not want to risk venturing into the city, since it might still be true that asphalt would be hot enough to melt the treads on his vehicles. Therefore, he advanced towards the east, continuing to move along the outskirts of the city, outside the cloud of smoke. Hoping to either see or engage more enemy forces.

Wanderjarian Airfield, Pudite Attack, Infantry Assault
The Pudite armor was steadily advancing through enemy fire, however most lead tanks had already taken heavy damage through a combination of enemy direct fire artillery and enemy soldier-launched anti-tank weapons. Tanks in the Dominion were organized into four-tank platoons, and when the armor closed with the enemy trenches they began to break off as such. Two-thousand ST-37K1s turned away from the line at each end, and moved off to engage the enemy tank forces that were attempting to flank the armored Pudite line. Confidence was high, as the total flanking force did actually nearly outnumber the estimated total of enemy tanks.

As for the other twenty-thousand tanks that were not being left to support the infantry, they rushed toward the enemy trenches, under covering fire from both their own rear-mounted howitzers and grenade launchers and from the fifty-five thousand artillery pieces firing from over the Pudite border in support of the attack. Also firing were fifteen thousand SIV-25 MGMS systems launching twelve laser-guided anti-personnel missiles a piece every minute over the trenches and more concentrated areas of troops in the airfield itself.

These tanks crossing the fortification system planned simply to advance as far as they could as fast as they could, simply driving over what trenches they could and blasting through any concrete that got in their way. As for any tanks or IFVs that chose to interpose themselves between this machine of destruction and where it wanted to go, they would, in all likelihood be obliterated. There was a chance that the tank in question was already damaged, and would actually lose to these simple vehicles, but even if that was the case it was nearly as likely that by that time the tank had had a chance to fire either its main cannon or missile of some sort. Attrition combat like this was a simple tactic, and here it would work, as the Pudite armor had such overwhelming numbers, not to mention superior technology.

To cover the ends of the line which would be left bare by the Pudite tanks moving onto the flanks, large groups of SIV-25s were rapidly advanced into position, and although they could not take as much punishment as an ST-37, they could dish out quite a bit for themselves. They would advance alongside the tanks as long as they could, hopefully being able to collapse around both ends of the enemy fortifications before dispatching their troops to move in along both ends of the trenches, clearing them out with concentrated machine gun fire and grenade throws. They would meet up in the center with the surviving foot infantry who were to move into the trenches behind the tank advance. This would continue through most layers of defense, until the battle was won or the attack was halted, which was, with the overwhelming armored support, unlikely.

Casualties among the armored vehicles were few, with the SIV-25s taking only a dozen or so kills among them from indirect fire and air attacks. Most armored deaths were suffered in the tank lines, who were directly exposed to enemy direct fire, not to mention the fact that in their current line formation, missing was very difficult, thus the separation seen in recent maneuverings. Over three-hundred and fifty ST-27s were brought entirely out of action through the enemy’s use of artillery and anti-tank rockets, and another one hundred were immobilized. This, however was nothing compared to the four-thousand and seventy-seven soldiers who were eliminated by artillery. In response to these casualties the infantry, who used to be densely packed, began dispersing. Some held back, slowing down to make room for the men in front to spread out. However, cover was still good against almost all direct fire weapons, as the tank line in front of them took most of the small arms fire meant for them without even flinching.

The attack continued, and showed no signs of stopping...

Molot's command Merkúr, virtually the same time
"Confident, aren't they" Ridzik's question was clearly rhethorical, and indeed was left unanswered "let's see if they like this." he added with a grin

"Molot actual, to all Molot's, commence fireing!"

With this every one of the 500+ Merkúrs fired, targetting exactly half that number of ST's, this was a practiced move, and made their chances of a kill with their very first moves of the engagement that much more probable.(yes, two tanks targetting the same ST)

Also fireing were the Matador-B's, but they were targeting the smaller Pudite vehicles, as their 100mm guns were considerably less powerfull than the 122's the Merkúrs were armed with.

Molot clearly had no intention of going down without a fight, even though they seemed sorely out matched.

So, now with that happening all of the MilCom Armor and Artty open fire with everything that they had. Well the CFVs and other light Armor linded up shots with their Anti Armor missiles. About half way thought the fight the Harries showed up and started to open fire as well as more troops with new Umbrella Corporations railguns, Charged Particle Rifle, and Linear Launcher's to help fend off the the armor blitzkrieg from the Pudu forces.

While back on the flagship of the UFMC Forces Chizeland Command. Sky Marshal Harrington MacKenzie was thinking about using small amounts of CS and non lethal chemicals on Pudu Infantry units. She thinks it over and sends the request up the local chain of command with GASN HQ to see if the use of chemical weapons is authorized. She then ordereds that every ship that can fire to open fire on the Pudu forces with everything they have and not to stop.

With in a few days new Armor units Behemoth III SHBT will be able to land and deploy with the other UFMC Forces. The amount of Behmoths to deploy is in the area of 25,000 to help out all the GASN forces. What really happened (Chitzi Platoon [you already know what the Officers know, this is what hapens to the squad])

The platoon leader was instantly killed in a hail of gunfire.

To this the rest of the platoon responded in kind. The Automatic riflemen stood in mud up to their chest, even a mild injury would cause them to drown in the muck, a few took cover behind the mangroves.

The designated riflemen then took their turn using 35 mm anti-material bolt action rifles and long barreled CM-16 rifles.

Four grenadiers took the first hits, being in the lead of the platoon had that drawback...

The other four grenadiers circled around the battlefield, and managed to stage an ambush upon one of the armored cars as it drove around in circles.

They took heavy initial casualties, and it only became worse when the TOW started sniping troops hiding in the mangroves, this was responded to by the designated marksmen armed with 5.56 mm guns who fired upon the exposed sight of the TOW launcher. The Heavy designated marksmen with 35 mm cannons fired upon leading troop elements from long range.

Nevertheless, the recruits had made a number of mistakes, and without any support they where quickly eliminated, the long range marksmen were the last to go when a single Pudite car flanked them and riddled their badies with 12.7 mm fire.

The day was quiet back in the mountainous barrier surrounding the Dephirian Mainland. Quiet, except for the sound of machinery kicking into action. It was somewhat mechanical, yet extremely quiet for it's sheer size. A voice boomed out of an intercom speaker high above. It echoed throughout the mountain range, and poured into the cities.

"Dominator-Classed Rail Gun, Warning Shot. Firing in Ten."

The streets went quiet, and all the commuters stopped.

"Nine"

Everyone looked up towards the skies in anticipation.

"Eight"

Some elderly men pointed in the sky, and conversed about how a nice sight it would be.

"Seven"

Other people flocked to the roof tops to speculate.

"Six"

A flag was waving in the center of a courtyard, proudly displaying the national colors.

"Five"

All of the guardsmen that were supposed to watch over the cannon headed underground into a bunker.

"Four"

All descended in unison behind the mountains.

"Three"

The cannon began to glow brightly as it began to start it's firing sequence.

"Two"

The people covered their ears.

"One"

Everyone held their breath, even the operators of the powerful weapon.

"FIRE!"

A beam of light, or so it appeared to be, streaked across the sky from the cannon's barrel. The projectile screamed towards the enemy grounds. The people watched the brilliance light up the sky, and then it faded. Dephire was now in War Status.

The Parthian lead divisions continued to push forward into the city, waiting for response from the defenders, yet the main force outside the city was rapidly hit by long range shots from the single division of armor sent as initial reinforcement. The Mechanized Infantry divisions were held in reserve and were the ones primarily hit by the armored assault, yet the Parthian force was large enough to task a reserve armor division into action while the mechanized infantry dismounted into whatever positions possible, opening up with laser guided anti tank munitions, which climbed into the skies above the tanks and dove down onto their armor from a height of 800 feet, their DU penetrators ensuring that they would rip directly into most armor and destroy most tanks. Other missiles flew from the missile tubes of the M-35 IFVs, ones equipped with thermite warheads which exploded over the targetted tank and released burning thermite, hot enough to melt metal, directly onto them.

Meanwhile, as the mechanized infantry attempted to delay, Brigade A of the 35th Armored Division, 750 M-29A4 MBTs, moved towards the enemy force from the north and south, firing away from distances of up to 1.5 Km before advancing inwards, their ETMAS guns releasing DU sabot shells which were designed to rip directly through tanks. In the skies above, PAH-66 helicopters unloaded Hellfire ATGMs.

Meanwhile, the assault on the city itself continued, with artillery unloading barrages of clustermunitions on the slums of the city, hoping to flatten the vast majority of any civilian resistance in one action.

Three Chitzis Armies, over 9 Million troops and tanks, advanced along side the Wanderjarian forces. The armor, leading the way towards the besieged city, opened fire upon the enemy forces. Behind, the Infantry moved as quickly as possible while maintaining maximum possible cover.

Chitzis Aircraft soared overhead, and began targeting Parthians artillery sites, using guided bombs to devestate their artillery support arm.

The first line was devestated. Out of the original 3,000, a mere 468 had survived. They fired back towards the advancing Parthians with all they had. Machine guns, anti-tank rockets, semi-automatic weapons fire. It would almost certainly not be enough, unless a miracle occured.

The 'dummy' trucks worked perfectly, distracting the Parthians long enough for the infantry dismounted to do their job.

They appeared behind the Parthians armored and mechanizd forces, protected from anti-persoonel weapons by their slit trenches and foxholes, they fired 8" RPG-7 rounds into the rear hulls of the Parthian vehicles, and peppered whatever forces lied in the open with machinegun fire.

Then, as soon as it started, it was over, Chitzi forces disengaged by using WP smoke/flares. By the time the Parthians would figure out what happened, they would be long gone.

South
(tanks have a reverse, hull fronts all the way, baby!)
The PROHT HT-501s at the flanks made their move as soon as the Parthians rushed into the center, they opened up upon the IFVs first with their 35 mm autocannons whith disounted infantry engaging tanks, the "reatreating" PROHT armored vehicles continued fighting, and added to the confusion by shooting WP shells into the Parthian rear from thier turret bustles, they also used flamethrowes, firing a stream of unlit napalm at the tanks and then lighting it with the rocket efflux of their RPG-7s (or their onboard ignitors, but why bother?), the flame would then follow the stream to the Patthian tank (which by then is drenched in napalm), and sets it on fire, followed shortly after by the RPG-7 rocket it fired.

All forces contributed anti-personel weapons of course, the armored vehicles firing continuously (coincidentally, also centripital-force powered guns), while infantry not armed with anything usegul against tanks kepth the Parthian infantry from cowering behind their tanks.

The Parthian south force was now suruonded on 3 sides...

To finish off any hope that the Parthians would be able to turn this around the timely intervention of all of PROHT's remaining Armored resserve showed up out of a fog bank created by the smoke grenades and moved towards the fire, these 7 ton "tanks" had been up given an additional 21 tons of armor (28 tons total), rendering them almost immune to all but a direct hit from a purpose built anti-tank KE gun to the rear hull or deck armor.

These tanks had driven as close to the firestorm as any man would dare in order to evade detection.

(OOC: I strongly recommend that the Chitzis RP the air support requested earlier, because this will soon get ugly)

The projectile stopped just above the target, and burst. Five large heavy objects hurtled towards their target, one of the enemy's fronts. This was a demonstration of the Land to Land Aritllery shell, and it would more than likely not be the last.

Shetterdan
Ten helicopters were downed in a short time, and several armored vehicles and 430 guns were destroyed or disabled, but Parthia's Ort Based Air cover now showed up in full force, responding to the attack upon Parthia's air assets with a full fledged assault of their own as 500 F-78s, F/A-91s, and ACI-73s moved on the mere 75 fighters, firing 250 Medium range HAMRAAM missiles upon the enemy fighters, before 250 disengaged from the air to air combat to launch ASMs upon the enemy Behemoth tanks, 500 pound laser guided munitions capable of destroying a skyscraper or large suspension bridge, which would be more than enough to utterly destroy the entire heavy tank force arrayed against them.

50 A-12s joined in, providing necessary air support in the form of tank busting 30mm ETC guns, blasting at armored vehicles with impunity while others dropped loads of napalm upon enemy soft targets.

On the ground, the Parthian forces not engaged in the city were made to face the enemy force quickly, 10 Armored divisions in the center would attempt to break through the enemy center, an exploit which 10 Mechanized infantry divisions stationed behind them would follow. Meanwhile, 7 armored and 50 Mechanized infantry divisions would hold each of the flanks, a total of 110 Infantry and 24 Armored divisions would serve to push the enemy assault back, breaking the center and rolling up the flanks, a move started by the assault of 15000 tanks upon the enemy center, a massive concentrated force moving directly at the enemy with their ETMAS guns blazing, tearing into enemy targets with impunity while IFVs waited in reserve.

On the city assault itself, the Parthian armored spearheads shrugged off the anti tank rockets, unable to penetrate the layers of armor on the M-29s, which were then responded to with massive bursts of fire upon the position from which the missile had come, 30mm and 120mm shells burst across any defensive positions while miniguns tore apart exposed infantry.

If all went well, the defenders would be pushed into the city, where they would remain until the Parthians dealt with the force assaulting them.

Pelsgord North

The Tank brigade was indeed peppered with machineguns and rocket propelled grenades, then blinded by WP smoke, but the mere RPG-7 was unable to truly penetrate even the rear of the M-29, their penetrators were simply wasted smashing into the electic reactive armor, where a burst of high voltage destroyed the penetrator, rendering the weapon useless and unable to even go further into the other layers of armor.

Only the distress call from the southern attack force prompted them back, turning around and making full speed towards the Parthian force under attack by PROHT full forces.

Pelsgord South

Burning flames upon the Parthian lead tanks quickly melted the treads, some were able to heat the tanks into ovens, forcing the crew to bail from rear escape doors to avoid being cooked alive, quickly setting the explosives within their tanks to detonate once a safe distance away to avoid potential capture by PROHT forces.

The Parthians, however, now saw this as the true main force of the PROHT army, calling forth all possible air support to combat them in any possible way. B-1s and F-78s quickly made their way from Ort, with the B-1s unloading massive barrages of ATGMs from specially designed cases, each of the 10 planes unloading a swarm of 12, which converted F-78s, equipped with laser targetting units, directed towards enemy armored vehicles.

Meanwhile, Parthia's IFVs moved out of the smoke, unloading their 30mm ETMAS guns at lighter vehicles, while utilizing laser guided terminal diving missiles on enemy tanks, which would dive right into the roof armor with a DU sabot and hopefully annihilate the enemy tank. Parthian heavy infantry, covered in a full suit of ceramic plate armor, jumped from rear access doors and readied heavy weapons, some of them preparing autocannons and ATGMs, which blasted into the enemy forces while the remaining ones advanced alongside their IFVs, using them as cover.

Parthian M-29A4s, meanwhile, turned their attention to PROHT tanks, hitting them with their 120mm ETMAS guns, magnetically assisted electrothermal cannons which sent shells flying out of the barrel at speeds which rivaled that of railguns, yet used far less power. Each shell destined for the tank, selected by the autoloaders present in the turret system, was a DU penetrator sabot, which would punch holes right through the front armor of an Abrams when fired at speeds of an ETMAS gun, much less any lighter tank.

Meanwhile, the Parthian helicopter force went into action, providing close in air support in the form of 30mm cannon and ATGM fire, with rocket pods unloaded upon softer targets.

Once the other Parthian tank brigade arrived, the Parthians would strike back and crush the would be ambushers under the force of a full armored assault.

The Chitzi troops cheered as they saw the Parthians retreat, a few well aimed shots from CC-35C anti-material rifles upon their treads ought to keep a few of those tanks from helping the south flank (their job is to bog you down, so expect to cross that minefield again, now with more mines)

East
The Eastern picket advanced west, leaving the area clear to be re-mined by what was left of the PROHT organic artillery units on the west side of the city.

They then set up positions to fire a few 35 mm rounds and RPG-7s in order to immobolize the Parthian engineering vehicles, which proved invaluable before to clear the PROHT minefields.

South
As soon as the dismounted Chitzi infantry saw the IFVs open up, they did what any other bllod crazed maniac would do, they charged while shooting the entire area full of lead, and with the help of the HT-501's .50 cal chainguns, not much would be left by the time they reached the IFV, after which there was no teling what they would do to those inside (ha, you stuck with the ramp dismount system).

Many, under the influence of nearby PROHT troops, kept their head and just fired an RPG into the gaping hole in the IFV.

Air
I still have a large number of MMP-1 UAVs flying around with grenades, guess what they would do in a situation like this (especially when they have a ratio of 1:2 to your men)

OOC:RE: Warning shot: How big was it and what was it aimed at?
(PROHT has so many railguns shooting all the time it is hard to take notice of)
I suggest you aim it in front of Parthian relief column to the far northwest of Pelsgord, use mines and cluster bombs.

I also strongly wonder on how you could afford all this stuff in early PMT, since I still have a higher per capita defense spending per combatant I send overseas (I guess that is what gives me those insane kill rates by spending 30% more overall per troop and not spendng it on unproven designs, better use of tactics [how many other nations would ever try and fight under these conditions intentionally? (outnumbered in almost every battle by any catagory of weapon, holding the line against a larger army in a war that isn't theirs, and oh yeah, shooting RPGs into the open rears of Parthian IFVs...)])

Needless to say, the decoys and bait took heavy losses.
Will get more specific with losses when Chitzi Air suport is posted.

Wanderjarian Airfield, Pudite Attack, Infantry Assault
The Pudite tanks, which, despite the attention paid to them, still outnumbered the enemy tanks, now turned their attention there. Their rolling assault continued, however their targets had changed. With the numbers the Pudite had on their side, they could, theoretically order up to fifteen tanks to target every enemy vehicle, but because of targeting obstacles and other priorities, such as the flank attacks against enemy armored flankers, and the need to eliminate ground fortifications, meant that only fifteen thousand ST-37s could turn their attention toward the newest objective. This meant that for every enemy tank, save for those Wanderjarian Abrams operating on the flanks, had anywhere from two to ten superior tanks attempting to destroy it. Some tanks were behind allied lines, and so could not fire directly with the main weapon, and some were forced to turn their attention to the rare other distraction, such as infantry with anti-tank weapons or closer targets. All in all though, now that priorities had switched, Pudite commanders were sure that enemy armor would no longer be a problem.

Another attack not worth worrying about was a recent attack by foreign missiles against his infantry, which had apparently contained some sort of nerve gas. Because all Pudite soldiers combat armor has a gas mask built into the helmet, this threat was in fact not. No damage was suffered to the infantry.

In fact, Pudite theatre commanders were overjoyed that the enemy had seen fit to use chemical weapons. This would open the gate, and now the Pudite chemical weapon arsenal was fair game. Only minutes after the attack was reported in Accen, the long-range howitzers there were changing their preferred ammunition from the standard three-hundred and fifty-two pound high explosive round to a much lighter, chemical round. Inside these shells was a concentrated gas, known in the Dominion as CWG-01. This was a not a fatal gas, but it would greatly increase the ability of the Pudites to make the fatal attack successfully. This gas would deploy virulent proteins in the enemy’s optic nerve and behind the retina. This would cause permanent blindness, sometimes in under a minute.

However, another enemy’s missile attack proved to be slightly more dangerous. Ten missiles of unidentifiable origin and launch point unexpectedly struck the entire Pudite armored line at once. The result was devastating. Over fifty tanks were eliminated outright, and another twelve suffered weaponry damage on their side armament systems. Also damaged were seven SIV-25s and twenty-one GMA-4 self-propelled anti-tank guns, which were also among the ST-37s and SIV-25s in the front-line armored assault. Infantry casualties were minimal, at least in this respect.

In other respects the infantry were still suffering heavy damage from artillery, but it was less devastating than before due to the Pudite armor's suspected damage to the source and the infantry's more relaxed formation.

In the air above the combat, however, the battle was not going as well. Pudite planes were outnumbered and outgunned, but their pilots were experienced and their aircraft excellent. The battle was shifting towards a favorable outcome though, and so Pudite commanders were forced to order forward a further two-hundred F-78KA Strakhen Sokol air superiority fighters to even, and hopefully tip the odds. Another change made in the air was the activation of another jamming feature of F-177A Coldun Electronic Warfare/Air Defense Suppression Aircraft, a system which allowed for the jamming of GPS signals being received by enemy, and only enemy, forces over a fifteen mile radius in all directions. Hopefully this would reduce the ability of the enemy to launch missile attacks coherently. Jamming would also continue, destroying the enemy’s communication and radar capacities.

The battle was going as expected, and victory was nearer than ever...

East-West Pudite Border, Patrol Platoon, Chitze Recon Contact
The enemy was destroyed and the report was dispatched. The incident was forgotten, no more attention would be paid to it.

The only thing that it had changed was the requiring of the patrol to return to divisional HQ at the end of the patrol route to be assigned another two vehicle teams to replace those lost in the combat, as well as four more crew to replace those who died without losing their vehicle.

Everything in my military was bought over a period of time. Most of it was built by slaves, former rebels that had been captured, and were forced to build alot of the equipment. With there being a 100% income tax in my nation, this gives me even more money for spending. For military, I have at least twelve-thirteen trillion dollars. (My currency is worth more than a USD). Also, since my country does have it's own resources along with several happy contributers (Los Mexico, and several islands off shore), that adds to a steady supply of resources and keeps the prices quite low indeed.

Missile support would arrive soon on the minefield, due to its large size, several B-1s waited near Ort with GPS guided missiles at the ready, prepared to launch a swarm of FAEs, weapons which were designed to clear paths through minefields with the intense pressure crush of the FAE explosion, which would detonate all mines in areas of high pressure.

South

The first threat came from the grenade firing kites, weapons which caused little harm to the vehicles but were of intense danger to infantry. An easy enough threat to deal with though, as the laser designator units of 200 preselected M-35 IFVs fired away with 30mm explosive rounds, aimed precisely by the fire control system, directly at the kites with enough explosive to destroy even an armored helicopter, before firing at the next one in a continuous spray of destruction which would hopefully annihilate the UAVs within a minute or two.

Meanwhile, the M-35s on the front were only too pleased to provide cover for the Parthian infantry, who had taken some losses as they dismounted from the door in the rear and even the hull hatches on the roof. They retaliated upon enemy autocannon positions with fury, spraying 30mm ETC rounds which burst over their heads and sprayed them with shrapnel if they were in trenches or for those in the open or in semi-fortified positions, raked them with the 30mm HE shells, blasting away with force for amusement on the Chitzis and Hurtians who exposed themselves by firing. Tanks felt the assault from the skies as A-12s attempted to blow them apart with bursts of 30mm DU sabots fired from its main gun, hoping to blast the light tanks apart under a continuous run of strafing and annihilation.

17th Army Group, 20 miles northwest of Pelsgord

Meanwhile, Lord-Marshall Kaikhosro Mansouri moved towards the beleagered Parthian column at Pelsgord, his 23 Mechanized Infantry Divisions and 7 Divisions of Armor prepared to annihilate Hurtian and Chitzi resistance if any was left.

He looked out from the hatch in his lead tank, putting his field glasses on to look at the destruction ahead, columns of smoke and fire raising high into the skies as high winds carried a load of smoke northwards. A spectacular sight, showing him the city of Pelsgord was indeed the victim of a firebombing annihilation, just as radio reports stated. He was a mere two hours away, enough to fire his longer range artillery if he wanted, but this would need to wait, he had to make all possible speed to ensure that he could reinforce the Parthian column.

In the skies above, F-78s flew away towards Ort, while the roar of more from Ort filled his ears, a consistent blanket of air cover was over his force, fighters switching patrols to refuel. It would not be long before Pelsgord became Parthian, and the ashes cleansed of all human life the Shah objected to.

2nd Parthian Fleet, Off the Coast of Shetterdan

It was a small dispatch from the Ort harbor for the otherwise bottled up Parthian fleet sent to Chitzeland, one that would mean extraordinary support for the Parthian forces near the port city. From miles away, the superdreadnought Shahanshah Khosru was well prepared, laser designators mounted on M-35 IFVs had been relaying the position for a bombardment by the massive 25 inch ETC guns of the warship. Fire control computers aimed the guns based off a series of calculations, accounting for wind speed, direction, distance, and even other factors within seconds, before automatically aiming the guns at the precise angle from the normal position and a precise angle of elevation for the nine massive guns, while 12 inch ETC turrets followed suit.

Within 30 seconds, the guns were prepared to fire, and the autoloaders went to work, bringing the 6 ton shells into the barrel, and with the push of a button, sending nine shells blasting outwards directly at the most heavily manned area along the Wanderjarian/Chitzi assault front. The shells soon were expelled from the chamber by the autoloader, placing another shell into the barrels, before the four 12 inch turrets along the landward side joined in on another target, firing twelve shells upon another point in the Wanderjarian-Chitzi line.

With the Shahanshah Khosru prepared to fire another volley, the other two superdreadnoughts, Shah Balash and Shah Ardeshir in the group joined in, firing their massive guns in massive bursts of flame and pressure. Attempting to utterly obliterate the assault upon Parthian forces via the massive firepower of the fleet raining hundreds of tons of munitions upon them.

With the ships in full firing mode, F-78s took off from Persepolis class carriers, preparing for an air assault on enemy positions, as F/A-91s joined them with ASMs at the ready.

Bartlett, a combat commando in one of the Dephirian Special Operations Military Task Force (DSOMTF) told his group of fifty people to board the large aircraft that lay in front of them. The aircraft was a specially designed C-250 Paradrop Aircraft. There were several hundred of these in the large airfield. Several more were in hangers that kept aircraft underground in tunnels for safety.

"Alright men. We are going to be dropping into a fierce battlefield in less than ten hours. Most likely, we are going in hot. So be aware if we are hit. Diego,"

-The young man looked up and saluted.-

"Yessir?"

-Bartlett saluted back.-

"What kinda weapons are we going in with, and what armour?"

-Diego looked over the equipment.-

"Standard, Sir. High-Impact Composite Armour, and supressed sub-machine guns. Some men are to be equipped with rockets. Others with SR's. The ratio is supposed to stay fifty to five to one."

-Bartlett nodded.-

"Alright, let's get going."

The group made it onboard the plane and took a seat at a bench. They were already in their armour and their weapons were at their shoulders. The plane took off with no difficulties. Several more followed, each carrying their own load of DSOMTF's. Some even had a humvee, and one was carrying a tank. Their destination, the battlefields in Chitzeland.

They just did not have anything remotely resembling the numbers to hold the enemy mbt's, so he would have to play for time, hoping that more allied tanks would arrive, helping hold the enemy.

Pudite-Occupied City of Yuri, Military Movements, Highway out of City
The soldiers unloaded in the city of Yuri had spent the last two hours unloading supplies, troops, vehicles and anything else they needed. By now the full force of ten Mechanized divisions, forty Infantry divisions, fifteen Armored divisions, five Light Infantry divisions, and two Marine divisions, which totaled over one-million, four hundred and forty thousand soldiers and one-hundred thousand tanks, only twelve-hundred of which were the legendary ST-37K1. This force was now a well-entrenched and well supplied garrison. Air, Naval, and Land patrols had been established, a short defensive wall had been created, armored vehicles had taken up their positions, and infantry were ready for the attack they believed was on its way.

Ironically, it was the Pudites who would be launching the next attack, and from this very city no less. Currently Pudite regional command was meeting, discussing their current options and estimating their enemies tactical decisions beforehand, and it was decided that, in the long term, the best strategy would be one in which the supply lines of the enemy armies would be cut, rather than going the regular Pudite route of smashing their way through rank upon rank of prepared enemy positions, as they would have no doubt preferred. To realize this strategy two things would have to happen, first, the enemies ports would have to be seized, and then their sea supply lines must be cut. Currently the Coalition held only the small southern city of Zarzor, but their presence in said city was greater than would have been liked, as it was currently the Wanderjarian's estimated place of command. A direct frontal assault with current force levels would have been undesirable. So, the first thing would have to happen. A giant fleet was currently being amassed in the Dominion, and on it would arrive another seven-hundred and fifty divisions of assorted varieties. They would be deployed mainly in Yuri and Accen, the points from which the assaults would eventually begin. They would begin moving south, capturing strategic points and preparing for the final assault on Zarzor.

Also arriving with this fleet would be the arm of the second objective, a large force of battleships and battlecruisers, supported by a majority of the Dominion's submarine force, would leave the fleet while still far out at sea, and then proceed to swing around, at a great distance, the peninsula of Chitzeland, and then approach the nation from the south. There they would break into small battle groups and begin harassing logistical shipments that were required to sustain such a foreign force. The remainder of the reinforcement fleet would begin operations to make sure that such a tactic was not used against them. Large patrol groups of surface ships would for the first time begin patrolling the North Sea, and destroyers from the Home Fleet would begin escorting the Dominion's own logistics shipments, in a ratio of at most three transports to every destroyer, preferably operating with more escorts. This economic attack would keep its distance from the shore, and would continually change the attacking ships nameplate and territory, to confuse any coordinated countering attempt.

They would aid in the accomplishment of the first objective by sinking troop, ammunition, food, and supply ships bound to reinforce the men at Zarzor, whose subsequent hunger would soon be the least of their worries.

To begin the execution of the first objective, immediately after the regional command meeting ended, twenty divisions of infantry, six of mechanized infantry, and eight of armored vehicles would leave the city of Yuri by the southern highway, under air cover from the hundreds of Strakhen Sokol air superiority fighters operating from air bases in Accen and from the aircraft carriers off the coast. They were bound for the border city of Elfzor, a major train and highway hub. The advanced elements would arrive in forty minutes time to occupy and defend the small city, far before any response from Zarzor could be organized and dispatched. There were no enemy troops in the city, and none were expected along their route to the city, but the Pudite soldiers were still ordered to be on their guard, with HUD sensors set to thermal vision to better detect the enemy, if he was to come, in the coming low light of dawn.

This would be a major stepping stone for an attack on Zarzor in the future, and would receive reinforcements to their position as soon as they were available. For now though, they were confident that the enemy could not know their planes, and they were safe. One-hundred and twenty thousand elite Pudite infantry would arrive in Elfzor in forty minutes supported by over forty-thousand tanks. They would hold until the infantry arrived in one hour’s time. Yet another city had fallen to the inevitable advance of the Dominion, a big deal was made of the advance through 42nd Division propaganda, only beginning of course once the city was firmly in Dominion control.

It was only a matter of time before all of Pudite-claimed Chitzeland fell under the iron-shod boot of the Guardian Infantrymen…

The Wanderjarian Infantrymen along the defensive trench line were not concerned when the IFVs futiliy tried to flank their lines, for all the enemy would find was more trenches. Javelin anti-tank missles fired at the IFVs, while heavy machine guns from bunker complexes stationed every fifty yards opened up with multiple heavy machine guns.

The Wanderjarian armored units immediatley fell back, firing as they sped back behind Wanderjarian and Coalition lines. It had become known that the 2 Chitzis armies, which had been dispatched to assist, would be arriving shortly on the Pudite flanks, with overwhelming force***.

The Pudite tanks would need to deal with the anti tank minefields which had been established around the airfield. The Wanderjarian Tanks went after the IFVs and avoided them, though the Pudites would have no idea they were there. If they went around them, however, they would leave themselves quite exposed to anti-armor weapons.

The Chitzis Armies were only ten minutes out. 8 Million men and tanks hurried to the airfield in hopes of relieving the Coalition Forces.

All the GASN Allies had to do was hold on for a few more minutes.

(***I did inform you they were coming before, and held them back for awhile to simulate it taking time for them to arrive. No god mod there mate, not that you would likely try to call me out on it. Just precaution :D

And to all you history buffs out there like myself, I realize I have heavily based this on the Battle of Bloody Ridge. I like last stand type battles :))

Infantry on the line have been supplied with rail guns and other Umbrella Company weapons to do a heavy amount of damage to the enemy forces. Military Command Aircraft and Helcopters are over head giving Close Air Support to the Mobile Infantry forces on the ground so they will hold out until more forces from Military Command can get there. Wanderjarian Airfield, Pudite Attack, Armor Assault
The Pudite armor and supporting vehicles continued their relentless advance, with the nearly unstoppable Mekhev tanks rolling over the anti-tank minefield the Wanderjarians had hastily laid out with minimal casualties and doing their best to cut off the majority of the Wanderjarian tanks you had previously advanced far out along both flanks as they fled, and if that was impossible, they would put a single shot into the usually vulnerable rear armor of the enemy tanks, destroying them instantly, in all likelihood. The IFVs continued putting fire into the enemy trenches from behind the cover of the Mekhev tanks until they reached the end of a front line and then they would dismount and charge the trenches from extreme close range after they were cleaned out by the two-thousand Mekhev tanks crossing them only seconds before the Guardians leapt down into them. This shock and terror theory has been effective before, and would hopefully continue to work here.

In the center, casualties were worse, with more fire being concentrated on the tanks, but there were also more tanks, and very soon there would be none of the enemies. There were three Pudite tanks targeting every enemy counterpart. Like this, there was no hope for them, this would be a quick victory for the Dominion. The Infantry was here too beginning the assault on the trenches, using the same tactics as their allies on the flanks. The Pudite augmentations in strength, toughness, reflexes and endurance would come in as a great advantage.

Supporting this advance was a new high regarding Pudite artillery output. The many thousands of artillery pieces, ranging from the relatively tame 90mm GA-5 howitzers to the gigantic 280mm GA-10 and the absolutely monstrous 800mm GSA-1 railroad howitzers. Their output had so far been heavy, laying thousands of pounds of explosive on the airfield, peppering the enemy defenses relentlessly. Now, however, it was all escalating quickly, ordinance put out in these next few seconds would double previous totals easily. This bombardment would be measured in tons per square yard, and would continue for the next two minutes, stop for two minutes, and then resume for two minutes again with the same intensity. This small trick would eliminate those not obliterated by the first bombardment easily. The entire airfield would be hit, eliminating any possibility of evading the attack.

Speed was of the essence, as it was reported that there was an inordinate number of enemy troops moving here with speed, and the theater commanders were not interested in combating this with the enemy still in front of them.

Casualties included a dozen further Mekhev tanks and almost twice as many SIV-25s infantry fighting vehicles, but in most cases the crew and troops were able to bail out successfully. Among the infantry, casualties were slowing down, and only a few hundred were eliminated by the severely hindered enemy artillery.

This attack would be over in minutes, and the airfield would finally be taken, and the enemy presence here would be eliminated, for a time...

NS technology is almost always designed to be superior to that in the RL world. This is in no way different. I believe I said earlier, the Abrams cost roughly 4 million dollars, the Mekhev cost roughly 32 million. By now, Griffincrest forces had set up their G7 artillery pieces, and they began to rain hell down on the Pudite troops. Every third shell was an air burst. Every fifth was napalm. The rest were all HE. Explosions, fire, and shrapnel would momentarily be tearing into Pudite lines.

Griffincrest mercenaries were dug in, pounding away at Pudite tanks with their Javelins, and cutting down infantry with their G36E's. Mercury tanks were positioned behind the infantry, spitting out dozens of 30mm AP shells.

There would be quite a clean up job needed after this battle, as AP shells and shrapnel hitting flesh generally don't leave a very pretty scene after they are done.

OOC: Sorry it took so long to respond.

Shells crashed into the city, tearing down buildings, and sending bystanders fleeing for any form of shelter they could find. Soldiers, who weren't at the front, acted as crossing guards, navigating the tides of people as far away from the coast as possible.

"Move it! Hurry, you got to get out of here!" Corporal Matthew Hughes shouted, waving his left arm behind him, while his right rested upon his AK-74. He buckled his helmet as the explosions grew louder and closer, and began backing up. Parthian fighters soared over head, and as Wanderjarian ones engaged from afar.

Grabbing his radio, he said over the comm channel, "I need to pull my fire team out! The shells are landing closer. Not much else we can do here."

"Roger that," Was the Commander's reply. "Get out of there Corporal."

He signaled his men to move out, and they took off after the civillian tides.

The Three Chitzis Armies which had been moving to reinforce the city began to fire upon Parthian forces. Armored units pushed against their flanks along side the Wanderjarian Armored Cavalry and Mechanized Infantry units. The 12 Million Chitzis dispatched to drive out the Parthians would do their duty.

Dozens of Naval Aviators were dispatched to reinforce the rapidly depleting airmen in the skies above Shetterdan. Now down to only 20 aircraft, the F/A-18s, 12 Squadrons in all, launched from their carrier bases as quickly as they could.

Lord Class Destroyers of the Wanderjarian fleets fired numerous Tomahawk cruise missles into the areas where Parthian troops were moving. These were meant to kill some of the troops, but more to frighten them, and hinder their assault, while the DMG Mercenaries, Wanderjarian Forces, and Chitzis Armies hammered their flanks.

Shetterdan Center Thrust

Chitzi forces opened fire on the Parthian tanks, but did little with their conventional guns against the thick composite front armor of the Parthian tanks, who opened fire with their advanced targetting computers utilizing laser designators to automatically calculate the precise pitch, angle, and other factors in the 120mm gun and turret to place shells directly upon enemy armor from one mile away, as the 10,000 tanks moved down the center, firing away with ETMAS guns, shooting projectiles of DU sabots at speeds far superior to conventional guns, hoping to obliterate the inferior Chitzi armor with superior gunnery abilities as the tanks continued to advance upon the center, hoping to achieve a breakthrough.

Parthian Fleet

Tomahawks crashed down, causing about 350 dead, and 400 wounded, hardly a real problem, but nonetheless enough to warrant further response from the fleet. In response, 100 Trireme missiles were unloaded from the Parthian vessels, each highly stealthy missiles made of radar absorbent material flying at subsonic speeds over the water until they arrived within 60 miles of their targets, the enemy fleet, there, they would activate the main solid fuel rockets, accelerating towards the enemy fleet at speeds up to mach 2, once they reached their target, they would perform a terminal pop up and smash into the enemy ships, confusing enemy CIWS systems and hopefully delivering the 200 pounds of ONC explosive right into the ship with enough explosive power to blow it apart.

With that finished, the superdreadnoughts turned their attention to the main body of the Chitzi army, utilizing calls for fire support made by laser designator relays, the 25mm guns of the ships opened fire in positions across the line, with their massive 6 ton shells flying upward and smashing down within a few feet of the targetted position, thanks to prior calculations and setup performed automatically by fire control computers. It was continuous fire, each time a new call went out, another shell was launched, smashing deep into the ground and exploding with enough force to shatter a large building into nothing, blowing even an MBT on the surface into the sky with sheer explosive power.

6 inch and 8 inch automatic ETC naval guns joined in, firing away at enemy positions closer to the shore, the very ones attempting to flank the Parthian force, hitting them with smaller, but no less deadly ordinance, swamping entire areas with shells.

Hundreds of tons of munitions were being launched with each salvo, hoping to obliterate the entirety of the Chitzi force under intense fire.

Parthian Flanks

Parthia was quick to respond to the potential envelopment, moving a division of armor to each flank in order to create a singular defensive line stretching from coast to coast, in turn surrounding the city of Shetterdan, which would quickly be taken. Each armored division led the advance, opening fire on Chitzi armor with their 120mm ETC guns. Mechanized infantry IFVs, still transporting mounted infantry, followed, unloading their terminal diving missiles upon Chitzi and Wanderjarian tanks. In the skies above, A-12s opened fire upon the flanking force with 30mm DU rounds from the ETC gattling cannons, while others fired a total of 50 150 pound anti-tank munitions, aimed towards heavy armor via laser designators.

6th Immortals Division, With the Parthian Fleet

One of the Shah's finest forces now loaded upon over a hundred hovercrafts, directly off the coast of Shetterdan. 10,000 men and 100 MBTs were what defined each of the Immortals divisions, individuals selected from birth and trained into one of the most effective fighting forces of the entire Shahdom, covered in ceramic plate armor and with primary access to air support and the finest equipment, they would themselves secure Shetterdan.

The three superdreadnoughts opened fire again, blasting the expected LZ with shells while the hovercrafts sped towards the coast, ceasing once the hovercrafts reached within 100 yards of the beach, moving onto land and deploying their ramps, allowing the Shah into Shetterdan. The newest weapons of the Parthian arsenal made their statement as MAD.IV Shahanshah MBTs rolled off the ramps first, followed by groups of Immortals in ceramic plate armor, their faces obscured by ceramic armor plates, gasmasks, and glowing red eyes of their personal HUDs. MLD.III Cataphract IFVs followed, opening fire upon civilians with their 37mm automatic cannons, obliterating them while Immortals shot the fleeing Chitzis with their DM-83s, totally emotionless to the cries and screams of the dying Chitzis as a continuous chant of "Glory for Parthia, Glory for the Shah" resonated around the landing zone.

Skies Above the Battle for Shetterdan

The Parthian fleet quickly responded to the enemy assault on the skies, calling forth 280 F-78s in total into action, firing upon enemy aircraft with a barrage of 280 HAMRAAM medium range missiles which zeroed in on enemy targets with millimetric wave radar and maneuvered with 3-D thrust vectoring, enough to outmaneuver even some of the best enemy airplanes, and blast them apart.

With that first barrage unleashed, the F-78s closed in closer, unloading 280 short range infrared AAMs, before engaging with their 30mm ETC cannons. Meanwhile, F/A-91s continued to bombard the ground with missiles, as IFVs designated enemy tanks with lasers, the Parthian airplanes delivered missiles directly upon the enemy tanks with pinpoint accuracy, unloading a total of 100 missiles.

Radar scans revealed the exocet missiles moving towards the massive Parthian fleet from a group of ships, responding with a massive barrage of SAMs which annihilated 20 missiles utilizing the small FAE warheads mounted on the SAMs. Four more missiles closed in, forcing the metal wall system on the Parthian ships to go active, centrifuge driven slug firing guns mounted on the ships blasted the missiles at insane speeds, tearing all of them apart.

Now it was the turn of the Parthian ships, firing 35 Trireme missiles each highly stealthy missiles made of radar absorbent material flying at subsonic speeds over the water until they arrived within 60 miles of their targets, the enemy vessels, there, they would activate the main solid fuel rockets, accelerating towards the enemy fleet at speeds up to mach 2, once they reached their target, they would perform a terminal pop up and smash into the enemy ships, confusing enemy CIWS systems and hopefully delivering the 200 pounds of ONC explosive right into the ship with enough explosive power to blow them apart.

With that, he made the order, Conn sonar, located objects delta 1-20, moving towards fleet. With the statement given, the Parthians were quick to respond, sending forth helicopters to drop active sonobouys, which managed to provide enough information for the Parthian fleet to engage, firing 50 AGM-250 Caesar ASMs, which each activated thrusters to bring their speeds to mach 2, before releasing their second stage 20 miles from the enemy submarine fleet, a torpedo which dove into the water after a predetermined target, maneuvering themselves towards the enemy submarines with alacrity. Once within 8 miles, the torpedo shut down the primary traditional propulsion method and activated the supercavitating engine, rocketing towards their targets at 100knots, hoping to give too little time for maneuver.

Meanwhile, the 15 Subs of the Parthian fleet moved towards the direction of the attack, hoping to prevent further penetration along that line.

Pelsgord
North
The few surviving men of the Northern units (Forward observers) radiod in that all Patrthian armor was retreating to reinforce the southern front, as expected.

East

South
The allied forces took significant casualties to their tanks, which even when wrecked, provided considerable cover to the infantry. In many cases the hull was on top of a trench, from which they protected them from shell and shrapnel, yet allowing them to fire upon the Parthians. (the HT-101 has a floor mounted door for a squad to disembark from expressly for this reason)

The UAVs and attack planes did their job of distracting a number of the Parthian units, allowing them to sneak in using the intricately hidden trenches laid previously in order to lob handheld thermobaric munitions into the Parthian IFVs.

The allies also had one great advantage that the Parthians had not:
They could see the Parthian dead, while the dead allies slipped back into their trenches, making an accurate estimate of losses almost impossable.

What Aliie losses could be seen where almpst all the PROHT light tanks and a large amount of shrapnel, both from Parthian hells and from what remained of the MMP-1s that saw service over the Southern front.

Resserve (Mobile)
To cause yet more havok, the trucks headed to the Northern front, carrying a large portion of the infantry with them as soon as reports cam,e that Parthian armor had left the area, from that point they would dismount and ambush expected Parthian reinforcements.

Gen. Marcus Gable in the meantime paced franticly, waiting for those 3 words that would make his day:
reinforcements have arrived
But alas, they had not come, the nearest Allied units en route where 40 divisions cuently tied up at FB-3, and at the rate they where moving, the Parthians would arrive first.

An idea wich had been in is head since he was ordered to take Pelsgord from the Parthians had grown considerably, and now it seemed the only logical course of action.

He radioed OTC-2 his plan, to which they reluctantly agreed. For they did not like the idea much. But it took very little to convince them it was their best shot at taking Ort with only what they had available.

Ort

Field Marshall Parviz Rezvani advanced north, carrying with him no less than 20 Divisions, 15 Mechanized infantry and 5 armored. With those under his command, he intended to help reinforce Pelsgord, which would become an advance base for the Parthian seizure of the rest of Western Chitzeland. He had heard Lord Marshall Mansouri was already moving upon the city, intending to crush and secure the outskirts, moving in once the firestorms cooled down.

He smoked a cigarette as he looked out from the hatch of his tank, watching the smoke carry back as his army group advanced towards Pelsgord.

Pelsgord Armored Brigade A, to the East of the City

The tanks rumbled southward around the city, towards the PROHT forces on the south, engaged in battle with Parthian forces. Their intents were simple, move south as fast as possible, and once the LIDAR and LADAR sights in the tanks showed the enemy armored positions while optical sensors demonstrated the infantry positions, they would sweep over the attackers and wipe them out.

As they approached within range, their laser designators activated, pinpointing enemy heavy arms positions, IFVs, vehicles, and even large groups of infantry and bombarded them with their high velocity ETMAS guns as over 700 tanks rumbled towards the enemy forces, intending to wipe them out in their entirety.

Meanwhile, the main body of the Parthian column held firm, as 55 IFVs were blasted by thermobaric munitions, forcing others to return fire upon PROHT troops with autocannons and machineguns. Infantry held their positions, digging in for cover where possible, simply waiting for the Parthian tanks to drive enemy forces towards them in a classical hammer and anvil strategy.

Northwest of Pelsgord

The army of Lord-Marshall Kaikhosro Mansouri looked out upon the burned ruins of Pelsgord, seeing in the distance, the flames and heat of a battle taking place, a battle he knew he would have to join as he sent the radio call out, ordering the setup of his heavy artillery, over 5,000 guns, then gave the Pelsgord army the news, "Batteries prepared to fire." Within seconds, laser designators of Parthian IFVs had given positions of enemy activity, which were in turn fed to the gun targetting computers, which automatically aimed the batteries at the correct positions after calculations, then, in one single burst, 5,000 guns rang out, sending forth intense barrages of shells as the Lord Marshall divided his forces, sending 3 divisions, 2 Mechanized Infantry and 1 of armor to seize the north of the city, while 3 others, of the same composition, were deployed to the south of the city to assist the Parthians in combat, outflanking the PROHT lines, hoping to turn the tables by enveloping the entire PROHT army.

The remaining 24 units waited in reserve, preparing to take the city once the ashes had cooled.

OOC: Using the same missiles everytime? Being a one trick pony makes you predicable Parthia, and the target is a small group of what appears to be cargo ships only 30 miles away. Since we're way closer than 60 miles are they already going. And these sucide subs? They're FAST, I'll have to finish writing out the spec to explain.

-30 miles southwest of Shetterdan-
Nod knew how Parthia would respond, they did it when the engaged TLA.
ORDER: Prepare for low flying missiles.
Nod prepared accordingly. It was long ago realized that in order for a missile to 'sneak' up upon a ship the best way was by flying just above the water.
Firstly Nod Prepared for a Line of Sight

-Underwater same location-
The Nod subs had already been waiting patiently on the bottom of the ocean. They were not detected.

-10 Miles from Parthian Fleet-
The subs were called sucide subs for a reason. The small subs divided themselves up even as the Parthians began to respond, a group of two actually rammed into two of the sonar buoys as soon as they appeared. Upon ramming they detonated with the force of 200 pounds of TNT. The rest scattered like a school of frightened fish. Their manuverablity and closed in range was too much for the missiles to effectively target. While many of the subs exploded with massive explosions the missiles couldn't get a lock, many of the missiles themselves were destroyed by the exploding subs. All in all 5 reached the Parthian Fleet. With the majority of the missiles without a clear path the few surviving Mini Subs closed in on the Parthian ships 3 of them ramming various ships (Targeting any Carriers) and two detonating dead near the rudder of the Parthian Dreadnaught. (1000 pound bomb 1 foot under the ship)

OOC: They'd then activate directly to their second stage if closer than 60 miles away, which would require you to take action against them to prevent them from blowing your ships apart.

Parthian Fleet

One of the large carriers, the Tabriz, took a suicide sub directly to the front, blasting a hole through the bottom and forcing watertight compartments into action to prevent it from sinking. It would have to be dispatched back to Ort for repair, something which could take a long time. The Superdreadnought Shah Balash fared little better, two suicide subs blasted the stern of the ship, tearing the rudder apart and blasting the screws into oblivion, also flooding the engine room with water. It stayed afloat, but would have to be towed back to Ort for refitting and repair. With that done, a total of 5 vessels moved back towards Ort, including 3 to tow the Shah Balash where 10 more would meet them halfway, hoping to bring the Parthian vessels back to port for repair.

Even worse was the fate of a frigate, the HIMS Rostamhid, blasted apart by a suicide sub, it rapidly sank, taking with it 3/4ths of the crew. Parthia would not allow itself to be taken advantage of in such a way again, now, S-3s moved around the massive fleet, dropping active sonobouys to prevent further incursions by submarines along a perimeter 20 miles from the Parthian fleet.

If any enemy subs advanced through the sonobouys, a rapid response would blast them apart.

-30 miles southwest of Shetterdan-
The Tankers had moved into their position in a line and deployed a steel mesh net 20 feet in front of the head tanker. Still it didn't mean much, the first 3 missiles hit it and exploded, destroying the barrier. Five more rammed into the first Disguised Supertanker, Blasting huge holes into it. A further 5 shattered the ship in to hundreds of pieces. With the first ship down the other missiles went Through the remains of the first ship and pulled a repeat on the second ship. After another 10 to 12 missiles hitting the second ship, it too basicly ceased to exist, by the time the remaining missiles impacted only one of the Tankers remained, though it itself had servere damage also, the other three were completed destroyed with all aboard lost.

With the Sucide subs used up and the first of the disguised surface fleet anniliated Nod wasn't planning on engaging again anytime soon. No further naval action was to be taken against Parthia at such conditions.

The few aircraft that made it were battered and flying low to avoid some of the Anti-Air that could be sent upon them. Bartlett and his men had arrived only a few hours ago, but have not yet reached the area of interest. This area was supposedly the Shazbotdom Landing Zone that was granted to them. There was still several hundred miles left to go, and their special rocket boosters had run dry. That was the cost of inter-continental travel.

"Bartlett, sir. We are low on fuel."

The captain poked his head inside the cockpit.

"What can we do then?"

The pilot and his copilot looked at several maps, but there was no other path.

"We have to land, sir."

Bartlett wiped the sweat from his upper brow.

"Then we shall."

"Sir." A private ran up to Lieutenant Colonel Jefferson, currently in charge of the task force. "We have reports that the aircraft carrying the Dephire troops has landed roughly 160.9 Kilometers (100 miles) away." Jefferson ran into the tent and looked at the map. The private ran after him, trying to fiture out what was going on.

Jefferson then pointed to the private and yelled out in an angry tone, "Where the fuck direction did they land in." The private pointed to a specific spot on the map and Jefferson looked up at him. "I want some WH-03's out there to pick up any and all survivors of the landing. Also send some WH-01's to protect the WH-03's. If there are wounded, send them to the MASH tent, if they are too injured for the MASH unit, then load them up on a pelican and bring them to the Blagraland. Understood, maggot?"

"Sir, yes, Sir!" the private belted out as he saluted. He then turned around and ran out of the tent, towards the landing zone.

The private ran up to a few pilots and drivers. "The Lieutenant Colonel demands that we send some vehicles to pick up Dephire reinforcements. He demands that you head to your vehicles and head out." The men looked at each other then walked over to their vehicles. They loaded up and headed out. But before they did, one of the gunners on the WH-01's used the mounted gun to fire one shot at the private's feet.

Orders where sent to the firebases via un-encoded wireless radio, ordering reinforcements in the form of 120 elite divisions to make best possable speed for Pelsgord, meanwhile, an encoded message was sent over a cable informing the men that the trains are to be empty and are to carry as many refugees out of Providence, at the same time they rigged dummy CR-18 guns on flatbeds, 24 in all, onto such trains headed for Providence. The dummy guns where made of used oil drums welded together and lashed down in a similar fashion as the real guns.

Also on such flatbeds where many boxes that were intentionally made to look like HT-101s and their many variants, spent ammo crates where loaded with supplies for the Chitzis and draped in tarpulins to give them the appearance of a genuine military transport carrying 120 divisions and enough supplies to last the 10 days.

The entire train was readied in 2 hours and left the station an hour later.

Pelsgord
North-east
those from the northern abush who survived had been ordered to march east to check any fresh Parthian units in the north.

North
The troops rode in the back of their trucks until they reached the old battlefield, stewn with broken down trucks and busted Parthian tracks, and shrapnel of every shape and size.

The trucks stopped and the men clambered out and assumed the formerly occupied trenches, others expanded the trench, and many more marched forward to mre advance positions that had been overlooked by the Parthians.

They could see the fire starting to die down, and the next step was to pick some brave volunteers to ride in the flimsy trucks through the fire to add another pressure point to the Partian south front, and to get there before the first set of reinforcements. The flames where still hot, and the trucks would undoubtedly be wrecks by the time they reached the other side, but they would have to take the city before the Parthians anyways...

South
All Hurtian vehicles had finally stopped moving in the south, either because they had been destroyed, disabled, or simply ran out of fuel.

The infantry, and dismounted tankers, fought on. Retreat almost never happened, thanks to careful training of the first 500 Chitzi officers, which themselves had such skill and bloodlust not even matched by the Hurtian Marines which had trained them less than 4 months earlier.

The bvurning Parthian IFVs slowly started to outnumber the Hurtian alma mater, this made them proud, they were fighting an equal battle, with hastily trained troops, and still they were taking as great, or perhaps greater toll on the Parthians; a country that had been t one time been called a superpower, was already faltering under their superior Generals, tanks and overall technology. It was starting to become apparent who spent their money best on training, with the better use of the land, cover, and obscurants in order to ambush the Parthians repeatedly; thus was becoming the norm in almost every battle in Chitzeland between the Hurtian trained Chitzis and the Parthian jugernaught.

But still, great skill and tactics may still fail to the Parthians massive concentration of their forces, luckily, word had not yet reached the south flank that another 50 divisions would soon bear down upon them. And they also had not noticed that they had taken a reletively heavy toll of 15% (40% of the troops in south front) casualties, which were heaviest among the mor hastily trained militia, for unlike the officers and Hurtians, they must learn their skills only after paying in blood.

Flight Annihilation

A horde of Parthian aircraft, 250 F-78s and 90 B-9s, moved from Ort towards the city of Providence. The intent was simple, annihilate the entirety of the city which had served as a nexus of Chitzi resistance and planning. Specially modified F-78s were the first to fire, unleashing 20 anti-Radar missiles at enemy radar batteries, before the F-78s moved over the city at 28,000 feet, above the range of most guns, firing missiles at enemy rail depots, airports, government buildings, and other structures.

With the F-78s leading the assault, the stealth B-9s moved over the city at over 50,000 feet, their bomb bays filled with many tons of incindiary munitions, their targets were simple, the center of the city would be burned to ash by creating another firestorm which would destroy the city, leaving little but rubble, cremating even the dead. Once the bombs were dropped, they would turn back from the city, returning to Ort.

Pelgsord North

Two Parthian mechanized divisions approached from the west, advancing towards PROHT positions in the north, firing laser guided ATGMs from the missile launchers as soon as they got in range directly at enemy vehicles, while from 1 mile away, they raked enemy infantry with their electro-optical sights with the 30mm ETC cannons.

Meanwhile, the 75th Armored division looped around towards the north, with intention to outflank the northern defenders, and eventually totally envelop them.

Artillery gave support as laser designators pinpointed PROHT trenches and positions, unloading a barrage of airbursting shells directly on top of them which would kill those who thought they were in relative cover in the trenches. None would be spared this assault.

Pelsgord South

Parthian IFV losses were close to 30%, mostly those nearest the trench network the PROHT forces had set up, but Field-Marshall Shapur Golzari knew what had to be done, and with one order, the guns of the Parthian reserve came down on laser designated targets: PROHT trenches. Groundbursting napalm shells were each designed to coat the entirety of the trench floor and walls with sticky, burning gasoline based gel, which would force the PROHT either out of cover and into a preprepared Parthian crossfire, or allow them to melt in the trenches.

Meanwhile, the three extra divisions dispatched from the reserve came to the aid of the Parthian forces, with two divisions of mechanized infantry taking positions one mile from the enemy positions, firing away with the electro-optical sensors upon any stranded enemy positions to the west of the four Parthian divisions, tearing into them with airbursting 30mm muntions which would tear apart any infantry caught in the open.

You do know that letter didn't come from Providence, right?
(In fact, I'm pretty sure Providence is a complete mess already, the Revolutionary Directorship wasn't even occupying that city when I moved in)

The city has already been bombed and shelled over 3 times (mostly by the Chitzis and Pudites), another bombing run isn't likely to do much.

But if you still wish to bomb them then fine.

And I'm not sure you noticed the bunkers, what with their fancy overhead protection and all that. Your airbursting shells have done about all the damage they can. Not sure what the napalm artillery shells would do, since that depends on how they are used.

"We don't know sir. Maybe one hundred miles from the actual LZ?"

Bartlett kicked at the dirt.

"Damn. Well...let's set up shop then."

Thirteen soldiers began setting up some Machine Guns. Most of them were chain guns, but still very powerful. Ten men began working on the tank, which had survived, but with damage to the outer shell. A lieutenant ran out from the aircraft.

Over neutral territory, 34th Fighter Squadron, Routine Patrol
Captain Zhenkov was riding through the last leg of his third patrol sortie today. The cockpit was comfortable, there was enough room and it wasn’t hot, in fact, he was a little chilly, but none of it mattered. He wouldn’t have complained, he was from the Dominion, raised from birth to realize his own superiority and the infallibility of his government. Everything he did was for their own good…

He was just sitting there, looking out the front window, wondering, but not too seriously, why it was these lesser peoples even fought them. He would have continued like this for another two or three hours, were it not for the lights that suddenly illuminated themselves, all at once, in a sparkling cascade of red.

Quickly reacting, Zhenkov flicked the proper switches and tapped away at a few buttons, all to discover the reason for the sudden illumination. He had soon worked out that there was in fact a recent crash about eighty miles from his position, usually this airspace was saturated with patrols, but recently, in this area at least, they had been pulled back to support the offensive at the foreigners airfield, and so he and his squadron would be forced to check it out…

He called over his personal HUD mounted radio, and left a simple text message on the screens of the heads up displays of his nine compatriots.

“Enemy transport crash, at least one hundred body signatures, some possibly dead, very recent, adjust course to XX-X, XX-X”

Only seconds after the message was sent, the ten Strakhen Sokol air superiority fighters all veered sharply to the left side, screaming away from their expected patrol route to investigate this occurrence.

Another message was also sent, one to their Divisional command center, where very soon the remaining forty planes of 34th Squadron, not already in the air, would take off and make their way towards the crash down point. Once these planes arrived, and those already on the way, would do a single fly-over, and unless fired upon, make a peaceful circle of the field, and then fire. Each plane was well armed, with a single nose-mounted electro-thermal 30mm cannon, six medium range air-to-air missiles, a pair of longer range munitions, and four one-thousand pound ground attack munitions.

Once the flyover was complete, they would approach quickly, strafe the most populated areas with their 30mm cannons for a second or two, drop a couple missiles into the mix, and fly off again. If it went well, they would go back, otherwise, they would wait for reinforcements. It was, however, likely that these people were not well prepared for the attack, and it would go as planned.

Their mission was to keep these soldiers from linking up with any other Coalition units, save for those they’ve already made contact with, and they would die to do it…

Over neutral territory, 34th Fighter Squadron, Routine Patrol
Captain Zhenkov had just finished his first flyover, and he and his squadron were making their way back around to begin the attack when a single sentence made its way over the radio systems of the Strakhen Sokol aircraft of all ten pilots.

"Do not engage, I repeat, do not engage, neutral forces, neither has joined in the combat, and one has proven to be an ally in previous conflicts. Do not engage, we'll handle it from here. Keep positions"

Zhenkov was confused, he had never known the division to call off an attack like this, or indeed call off an attack ever. This was a strange war alright, first the ceasefire and the botched attack on the Western Enemy, and now this...

Oh well, Zhenkov and his nine allies began circling the field, watching the area of the now-located survivors. He could see roughly forty fighter aircraft approaching, accompanied by a dozen A-89C Molotok Block 20 close support aircraft. Hopefully they got the message too...

While Zhenkov and his squadron circled, theater commander, the glorious Admiral Kadova, was formulating a message to those known to him to be Dephirians...

The following message was sent on all frequencies through the Strakhen Sokol planes above the crashed soldiers;

To: Dephirian Commander
From: Pudite Supreme Theater Commander, Great Admiral Kadova

I will keep this short, we helped you in the past, do us a favor now and turn yourselves around and abandon this theater. East Chitzeland is ours, resistance is futile. You are still in my Emperor's good graces, leave, lest ye fall beneath his almighty boot and are crushed. I am sorry, but the barbarians you refer to as allies are an enemy of the Dominion, and must be eliminated.

As soon as the message was sent, the aircraft above the field got the word. The attack was on, targeting Shazbotian forces, in seconds they would be saturated with dozens of hostile missiles. They knew the Pudites were there, but the hesitation of both the Dephrian and Pudite forces may have thrown them off. Surely this would clear it up for them. All the Strakhen Sokol's weapons were turned against the enemies rescue unit.

The pilots were careful, however, to avoid any Dephirian casualties...

In case you are not familiar with Dephire. Vega is a Separist leader. During the Dephirian Civil war, he helped fund the Rebellion. Though the rebels were beaten down, they still lingered. Vega had not made his true Betrayal until the Danteri Conflict. Most of the Dephirian Royal Navy sided with Vega under the false hopes of bringing down an unruly emperor. Even with the false accusations against Alexander, millions seeked shelter under Vega's visionary tactics. Now he seeks to get involved in this conflict...

"Pudite Forces. This is Admiral Vega of the Dephirian Royal Navy. We ask that you stand down, and surrender! If you fail to surrender, we will be forced to attack. Within our arsenal, you might lay witness to our burst missles."

Out in the distance were several hundred ships bearing the Purple flags of the Dephirian Royal navy, but these ships were not of Dephire...They were members of Vegan Separists. If the Pudite Forces knew this, then they would also know that Vega was trying to set up something far greater than can be imagined. He was trying to set up a total war between Dephire and Emperor Pudu. Hopefully Pudu could see through deception...hopefully...

The drivers moved their vehicles into the small Dephire encampment and helped their people load stuff onto the Warthogs. Sergent Volcov then walked up to Captain Bartlett and saluted. "My men are helping yours load up the equipment into our vehicles. We should be ready to move out in five minutes." He then stopped real quick. "I do suggest though that we hurry up. I heard that Base Camp back in the forest is in the process of recieving new orders, which will be let known to all when the Emperor makes an anouncment over diplomatic channels here soon."

"So how many men do you think survived the crash? I need to know this so i can figure out how many more Warthogs i need to deploy so that I can have them picked them up as soon as possible."

TO: All Concerned
FROM: Supreme Emperor George A. Loak

As the leader of the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom, i have recieved a lot of scruteny about several incidents that I have authorized in this conflict. Especially with the event of the orbital bombardment, using conventional weapons, of several Tanks belonging to a nation that is currently at war with several other GASN nations.

I must now officially appologize to The Dominion of Emperor Pudu for these unprovoked attacks upon their tanks. As of right now i am officially altering the status of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps from being combatants to that of a medical treatment status. We will then pack up our temporary outpost and move to an area of both sides chosing and set up a Mobile Mairne Corps Surgical Hospital (MMCSH) to treat those from both sides that are injured.

For those cases that are too bad for the MMCSH, they will be transported to a medical ship for better treatment options. I do ask thoug that the Military of The Dominion of Emperor Pudu not attack our convoy as we leave this area and head towards the neutral destination of where we will set up this MMCSH. Thank you for your time and paitence.

[I'm not even sure I'll find a railroad there]

The claim it is the center of the resistance is very doubious. Especially with your great spy satalites.

But if you still wish to bomb them then fine.

And I'm not sure you noticed the bunkers, what with their fancy overhead protection and all that. Your airbursting shells have done about all the damage they can. Not sure what the napalm artillery shells would do, since that depends on how they are used.

OOC: I had no idea it had already been destroyed, in that case, I'll shift the firebombing to the city of Hakken.

As for the bunkers, if they are not concrete ones, then the shells would probably penetrate any lighter defenses, then explode upwards inside, spilling a burst of napalm into them. Though I do have a question about if there are any forces stationed to the north?

How far north do you want to go?

Short answer is yes, in three parts, the first part is those who survived the initial Parthian thrust (maybe a single Ad Hoc squad) followed shortly behind by a rather large amount of dismounted mobile infantry. Much farther to the north are about 40 divisions, which currently claim for all intents and purposes to be 120 divisions, these troops are nearing Providence and are openly advancing upon Pelsgord.

would 14 tons of spaced steel plate filled with 10 tons of dirt stop those napalm shells?
(final spall liner is 12" of steel)
[HT-101; when used as a mobile prefabricated pillbox]

Emperor Pudu's s below explains how they took fatalities during a leafllet drop.
Been wondering how 5 leaflets could do so much damage...

It actually explains why they don't need any medical assistance as well.

So what about when one of my dinky lil 5.56 mm bullets knicks one of them in the foot? And the ever non-fatal Punji... (kinda hard keeping up when you only have one good foot and your trigger finger is lacerted with paper cuts)

Over neutral territory, 34th Fighter Squadron, Routine Patrol
The air attack on the Shazbotian soldiers did not cease. Arriving in seconds would be fifty-two more aircraft to aid in the continuing attack. As no resistance was seen, Zhenkov and his planes would see these soldiers destroyed, cease fire or no cease fire.

In the rest of Chitzeland, air and ground patrols were receiving the message of Shazbotian neutrality with a very uncaring ear. No Pudite would be treated, mostly becuase no Pudite was ever wounded, they were either alive and useful, or dead and useless, no in between. These Shaxbotians, like all other nations, would not be allowed within East Chitzeland, or even within twelve or so miles of the border without being shot at, and if they were seen by air patrols to be cooperating with or moving to aid any Coalition troops, they would be engaged anyway.

No hostile actions would be taken against Shazbotdom forces themselves, but any provoking action undertaken by them and witnessed by Pudites would result in an attack.

SCENE: Shazbotdom Base Camp
"Lets move the fuck out!" yelled Colonal Sheppard as his men rushed to their vehicles. It had taken them a short time to gather up their belongings, but with the Pudu forces closing in on the team sent to extract the survivors of the Dephire crash, they needed to get going and head away from this area imeditally. The shazbotdom base was currently on the move, the Warthogs were the first ones out of the area, moving at 65 mph, they would be out of this "neutral zone" in roughly 5 minutes as they were only a few miles from the edge of the neautral zone. The tanks were heading away at approximatly

SCENE: Shazbotdom Extraction Convoy
There was an issue about the vehicles sent to extract the Dephire crash survivors. They were roughly 13 miles inside of the neutral zone farther south of the main convoy. It would take them 11 minutes to get out of the neutral zone into an area that was not considered part of the Pudu zone. Volcov rushed his men and the dephire men into the vehicles and put his foot to the floor of the warthog. The tires of each of the warthogs spun out as they began to speed away at excessive speeds. The Warthogs could top out at 75, but that was only if you were going down a slight incline. On any other surface the top speed was at 65, and that was bad news.

"Gunners. Prepare to fire at the Enemy if they get too close," Volcov said. He then turned to the leader of the Dephire forces, sitting next to hiim in the lead Warthog. "Here's the radio. I would very much appreciate it if you told the Pudite forces that we are on our way out of their zone. It would help us very much in this situation."

"Damn it all! Alright, this tank is a lost cause. Gerald, get everyone to go with the Shazbotmians. I, along with ten others, will stay here to look for more survivors."

He took a quick sidestep to not get hit by a stream of bullets. The designated men had already left, and he was stuck with his chosen ten.

"Okay. Grab what you can. We have to make this recon as quick as possible. If Vega is in fact here, then this is gonna be fucking Hell for all of us..."

A large beam of light streaked across the sky from the southeast.

"Bartlett! I think our Emperor has given permission to fire the DC's!"

Bartlett laughed.

"About bloody time. Hopefully Alexander can kill those damn Vegan Separists before they cause any trou-"

He was interrupted by a shell that struck the ground nearby. There was a ringing in his ears now.

"Holy Fucking Shit! Vega has damn Stonehenge Cannons on his freaking Ships! Everybody MOVE!"

As Bartlett ran, he radioed the Pudite forces once more.

"Stop your attack on Shazbotdomi Forces! They are moving out, I swear they are moving out! Your true enemies are those that are actually attacking you! Dephire's meddling here is only with Parthian Forces and Vegan Separists. Please! Stop attacking the Shazbotdomi Forces!"

"Commander, Scramble the aircraft. Have them intercept those Pudite fighters. Make sure that they have the Dephirian Emblem. That will ensure our victory against the False One."

Commander Stagio nodded and gave the orders. In a matter of moments, ten SU-47's were launched, followed briefly by several F-16's and F-18E's. All bore the Dephirian Emblem. Just as Vega wanted.

Inside the offices of the Alexander Administration, it was utter chaos as executives and minor political officials ran about. The object was the reappearance of Vega.

"I thought he was DEAD! Even I laid witness to the {will put in later} sinking! How could that blasted traitor have survived a direct assault from the Sochatopian Navy? Thirty plus burst missiles! Damn!"

General Skragg was in the conference room. After Vega's betrayal, he became one of Alexander's most trusted men.

"I assure you, Alexander. We will kill Vega even if it takes us to World War Five! He will not slip through our fingers!"

Skragg turned to one of his guardsmen at his side.

"What's the status of the Dominator Cannons?"

The young man did not blink, nor changed his visual direction.

"Dominator-Classed Rail Cannon's first attempt to hit Vegan Fleet failed, Sir. The cannons are reloading and recaliberating on targeting position."

Alexander had his fingers interlaced, listening intently.

"Admiral Jane,"

He smiled as she turned her head in his direction as she was addressed.

"Yes, sir?"

Alexander leaned forward a bit in his chair.

"Where are Royal Naval Ships currently docked?"

Jane looked through her papers, then she looked back at Alexander with a smile.

"The Defiance is docked just offshore of Sochatopian shores. It is only there to help ensure our friendship with the Sochatopians, and with the Corporate Alliance. Several other Capital-Ranked ships are there as well. Our submarine fleet is actually close to those Separist ships. I am not sure, however, as to the status of fifteen hundred other ships. They could just be at harbor, or have not yet been added to the total losses from other conflicts."

Alexander nodded slowly.

"Admiral Coronado, how is my airforce?"

Coronado looked nervously at his papers.

"Sir, the team of Special Forces that we sent were shot down almost immediately when they entered the airspace over in Chitzeland. This gives me the impression that maybe an airforce would not be at all useful at the time being...unless..."

Alexander looked up with interest.

"Unless, what?"

Coronado wiped his brow with the back of his hand.

"Unless we fly in low, Fast, and hard."

The Emperor of Dephire nodded, he then turned towards Skragg once more.

"Tell me, how is my Army?"

Skragg laughed heartingly.

"They are always ready, Alexander."

Alex laughed himself.

"Then so be it. We shall get ready and prepare for the worst. Worst being if I lose my friendship with Emperor Pudite because of that Damn Vega!"

A thought struck him.

"Jane, my darling...what kind of ships does Vega have in his arsenal?"

The young admiral blushed, but quickly regained her composure.

"They are mainly made up of old Los Mexican ships. So their armour is relatively thin."

Alex smiled and laughed, this laugh was hauntingly enough to scare anyone.

"Hit that son of a bitch with everything we have! I will not be defied! I AM THE EMPEROR OF DEPHIRE! His sentence is Death."

Jane nodded, and whispered to herself.

"That's the old Alexander I wish I could see more often."

One hundred aircraft were dispatched towards the Vegan Fleet bearing the Newly designed Emblem of Dephire. They kicked into Mach 1.4 to hopefully reach the Vegan Separist fleet in less than a few hours...

This 'New Emblem' design was completely different from the old one, including color. The updated design was sent to every nation, except the Separists, as to show whom was really whom. This also should ensure that Vega would not be having his war, but would be making enemies.

Pelsgord
North-west
They had contacted another force of Parthians again, this time it was considerably larger, roughly 4 Hurtians and Chitzis fired upon them with RPGs aimed at the treads followed by a fragmation grenade to kill or injure those repairing the tanks, and were mowed down in quick order. One managed to radio in the exact co-ordnates of the Parthian tanks to the local artillery.

Eastern Pelsgord Artillery line
Upon recieving the mesage they started firing shells, first mines dircetly onto them in order to force the Parthian tanks to slow down, followed shortly after by anti tank guided cluster munitions (Small Area Denial Anti-aRmor Munitions). Then they would finish everything else off with a mine clearing salvo of thermobaric weapons.

North-East
The noise of the "firefight" warned the men of the resserve unit to take cover immediately if they wanted their ambush to work. Though they could not see the enemy yet, they could already picture what they would soon find.

Pelsgord city center
The partially loaded trucks had made it to the burned out and smoldering intirior of the city. A few trucks were missing, and the heat was almost unbearable in their tropical uniforms, some where lucky and recieved special issue fire retardant thermal suits, these troops were dropped off at this point as they clambered into the burned out buildings.

As soon as those trops left the trucks, they moved on, sputtering molten rubber from their tires, and some of which had already started to catch fire, only kept on by sheer luck and the actions of the passengers.

South
The 'victory' of the allied forces were short lived, as napalm rained down upon them, those who still stood under the more flimsy wood and dirt bunkers were quickly dispatched by the impact of the shells themselves. Those who stoo in the open areas of the trench were already dead, and those under the stronger fortifications had the worst time of all, hearing and smellngf their dying as they roasted, unable to do anything to stop it; except to take out as many Parthians as they can.

A smile krept up on one private as he saw what appeared to be trucks streaming out of the city, and right into the Parthian's blind spot in this battle.

He didn't notice that half those trucks were empty, and they all were on fire, what he noticed was that they were moving and the Parthians didn't notice them.

Even as he saw men hop out of the trucks and dive behind buildings.

Providence
The trains arived with supplies to the ragged refugees, and a platoon of Hurtian trained Chitzis started asking as many refugees as they could them to board the train to safety.

Those who did not wish to take the train or where unable to were asked to walk in formation either north or south if they could. Those unable to walk and couldn't get on the train would simply have to be left behind. That was what the supplies were for.

OOC: I am not entirely certain what this 'Vega' is doing, all I know right now is he entered my waters, and has a symbol that looks like your, now, outdated one.

Pudite Occupied and Patrolled Chitzeland and Surrounding Territory, Continued Operations
Over the retreating Shazbotian column, the sixty-two Pudite fighters, after laying more than twenty thousand pounds of explosive, suddenly broke off their attack and began to turn back into East Chitzeland. The following message was relayed to the Dephirian forces;

"We have halted out attack, for now. See to it that we are not again disturbed by these new enemies, those you call 'ally'. Let this serve as a warning to you, and those you travel with."

The planes did indeed return to East Chitzeland, where they were quickly re-routed to the ongoing fight above the airfield.

This fight was continuing as was expected, the Pudite armor was advancing with a seemingly unstoppable determination, while behind them in the extensive Wanderjarian trench network, the Guardian infantrymen were taking their toll on the enemy. There were casualties, but it was at this range where the Pudite's would have the advantage. Their genetic modifications and superior numbers would win the day for them, and they knew it. Nothing would stop them now.

As these fights across the outskirts of East Chitzeland, a new battlefield had opened up. The full forces of the Pudite expedition into Elfzor had arrived at their position and were now beginning to set up a defensive network. The civilians were being rounded up and kept in various centers until such a time as they could be extracted. As soon as a particular city block was emptied, it was leveled. Pudite combat engineers moved throughout the city, tearing down the concrete jungle building by building. In a week, it would be nothing but a rubble pile. This was the final objective here. Pudite forces set up their barricades outside the city, digging trenches and building walls of concrete and sandbags. Elfzor was Pudite now, and it would stay that way. One more city had fallen to the relentless advance of the Emperor.

Meanwhile, off shore of Pudite East Chitzeland, two things were happening. This first was the recent discovery of a rather large foreign fleet, a fleet bearing the symbol of Dephire. Although, back at the Pudite capital compound of AC-0001, the foreign affairs officers had received a new designation for the emblem of this nation, the giant bureaucracy that was the Dominion would take months to let it filter down to the theater commanders here. A single warning was issued to the fleet;

"You are entering Pudite waters, desist and retreat at once or be destroyed"

Even as the ultimatum was being issued, submarines from around the North Sea were gathering, and those in port were being readied. Cruise missile submarines lined up and readied their weapons, attack subs gathered roughly twelve miles outside the fleet, beginning to form a giant circle beneath it. Also readying themselves was the giant surface fleet stationed in Locke. The Roydia class battleships, Hammerstroke, Final Judgement, Flames of Purity, and Inferno were making ready to put to sea, escorted by what seemed to be five Portlandia class missile cruisers, two Helina class battle cruisers, and four Carthage class cruisers. Following these ships would be ten Swiftsure class destroyers, five Atlantia class AEGIS destroyers, and five Grevant class missile frigates. This force would put to sea and wait off shore of Locke for the reaction of the foreign fleet.

The second thing to be happening in the Pudite North Sea was the arrival of the fleet designated "Task Force 09". This was the largest ever deployment of Pudite forces in a foreign country, and would be a deciding factor in the next months of this war. Comprising this fleet were nineteen Roydia class battleships, the most ever seen afloat at one time, four Vengeance class supercarriers, fourteen Tye Verna class fleet carriers, twenty six Helina class battlecruisers, one-hundred and ten Portlandia class missile cruisers, sixty Carthage class cruisers, one-hundred and sixty-two Triara class light cruisers, all of which easily comprised more than two thirds of the Dominions cruiser fleet. This truly gargantuan force was supplemented and surrounded by three-hundred and twenty Swiftsure class destroyers, one-hundred and fifty Adari class air defense destroyers, seventy Adari class AEGIS destroyers, two-hundred Grevant class missile frigates, and one-hundred and seventy-five Lionfish class frigates. Sailing beneath this mighty armada were two-hundred Forthar class attack submarines, sixty Port class cruise missile submarines, twenty Palace class ballistic missile submarines, and ten Pechtas heavy cruise missile submarines. All of this was moving forward at a steady thirty knots, and would not stop for anything. It would make berth first at Accen, and then at Yuri, and at each it would unload fully three-hundred and seventy-five divisions of assorted varieties, who would nearly immediately after setting up, would move again, bound for the various strong-points and strategic objectives required if the army was to gain control of their section of Chitzeland. The end was drawing near, and the doom of the futile Coalition was at hand...

The City had gone under Nod command easily. Borrowing some of the newly mafia trained Chitzeland soldiers, the Black Hand went about turning the outskirts of the city into a massive fortress. The Harbor was expanded to provide easier access for supplies to be delivered. After that, they focused on the multiple AA defenses that were being laid in place, no weapon was ignored, even the so called obsolete Flak cannons were delivered and placed, with overlapping fields of fire, and multiple surface to air missiles, the city would be a hard place to hit from the air.

The expanded plans were to begin soon also, like Hurtful Thoughts, Nod also had plans for multiple fire bases in the area to provide backup support. Those supplies were to be delivered soon. With this in place, the silent Wheels of the Massive Nod war machine was on the move.

Ah. I've got to do three chapters. Well, let's get it started right!

Wrapping Up Loose Ties

"Pudite forces. Leave the Vegan Separists to us. We swear to leave your forces alone afterwards as a means to reinforce and resurrect our friendship. Vega is our problem, and so we must act upon him on our own. Allow us to strike at him, and you will be left unharmed."

The message was sent via teleconference, and was primarily directed towards the Emperor Pudu. Alexander voiced the message himself. While he was sending the message, four hundred various fighters were heading towards the small Vegan Separist fleet stationed outside of Chitzeland. They understood the threat imposed by the Pudites, and yet...they weren't afraid. Still about three hours away. Fuel was running low. The fabled ace, Captain John Marshal, looked at his radar to hopefully find an allied carrier that could help them. He smiled as he spotted the Capital-Ranked Flagship of the Dephirian Royal Navy, the Defiance.

"DRN Defiance, this is Captain Marshal. We need refueling as soon as possible. Do you have the capacity for a few hundred more?"

One of the lieutenants picked up the com, just to be taken by the Fleet Admiral Jane.

"Captain Marshal, we grant you and your force to land and refuel. Be quick about it, for we are close to enemy territory."

Within a few hours, the three hundred ships were refueled and rearmed. They took off with a few additional aircraft.

"Alright fellow pilots. Our target is the Fleet Flagship, HellFire. Vega should be there. SU-47's, your job is to protect us from enemy aircraft. Raptors, your job is to do the same as the SU-47 squadron. All F-35's, use your special Anti-Ship weaponary to pierce the hulls. Do I have any MiGs?"

He was greeted with a unison answer as fifteen MiG 1.44's descended just above his field of vision.

"MiG Squadron Alpha-Bravo, at your service sir."

Marshal nodded.

"I want you to take out those Anti-Air, and those Stonehengs Cannons."

The MiGs broke off from the formation towards an altitude of five hundred feet.

"Alright, we are now an hour from interception. Remember, they have burst missles. So when you detect one, rise to at least fifteen thousand feet. Otherwise, stay below fourteen hundred feet to avoid meeting an instant death from those blasted rail cannons. Am I clear?"

"Yessir!" was the answer spoken by all of the members in the squadron.

Fall of Vega

"Vega, sir. There are at least one thousand ships surrounding us."

Vega looked around.

"Where are they? I do not see any blasted ships!"

The sailor pointed at the radar.

"They are beneath us, sir."

Vega became red in the face, not just out of embarrassment, but from frustration.

"How did they get past our network?! Are my destroyers lacking in their role inside my Navy? Well, are they?!"

The sailor shook his head, but was shot in the head with a silenced pistol.

"Admiral Vega, enemy aircraft...hundreds of them. They bear...they bear the mark of Dephire. Also, there seems to be enemy Pudite aircraft."

Vega began to shiver. He actually wanted to become allies with the Pudite forces..

"I guess my plan will not work. Blast it! Fire upon the incoming aircraft. The naval ships...fire upon them as well. If I am to die now, I better make it a death worth remembering."

He was proven correct when the ship shook from a missle's impact. An alarm blared throughout the fleet.

"Vega! The Defiance, She's within range!!!"

Vega fell to his knees.

"If you want to leave, do so now. I'm sorry for dragging all of you into this mess. I guess this is what you get for upsetting Alexander Ra'Baal."

A large wave crashed upon the deck of the HellFire. The Defiance was using it's Dominator-Classed Cannons. HellFire's hull began to crack as one after another, more shots were fired. Vega looked through his window in time to see a large black cloud of missles fly towards his fleet.

"I must say, he is pretty good."

The missles slammed into the sides of the HellFire. Which was torn to pieces. One final shot from the Defiance, and Vega's Flagship was no more. Several hundred of his ships remained, but their crews were too stunned to do anything. The Dephirian Aircraft flew above them, occasionally firing upon the HellFire's wreckage to ensure that it was destroyed.

Decapitation of the Snake

"All Pudite forces. Please allow us to handle with these ships. You may depart now. And may your battles be fierce, and your victories rolling."

The message was from the Captain Marshal himself.

"Separist ships. You are under arrest, unless you surrender now to His Majesty, Emperor Alexander Ra'Baal."

With their leader dead, the fleet had nothing else to do...except surrender. Soldiers from the Dephirian Army, along with several marines, docked the various Separist ships. Now they were under Dephirian control.

The Parthians

Pelsgord North-West

The Parthian tanks, new MAD.IV Shahanshah MBTs, were attaked by the RPGs, with most hitting the armored frontal plates and doing little damage, but two were struck with lucky shots which damaged the treads, forcing them to stop while the rest advanced, pinpointing the enemies who fired the RPGs with pinpoint shots from the 125mm ETC guns using HE rounds, hoping to blow the enemy infantry into shreds, before opening fire with the commanders' remote controlled 30mm autocannons, ripping into enemy positions.

Then, artillery smashed in, mostly being effectivley stopped by the new composite armor and the NERA mounted on the tanks. But ten were disabled from shots to the treads or engine, forcing them to stop, before even more took damage from the minefield, forcing engineering tanks to take the lead with minerollers or dozers, leading the way for the rest of the tanks.

Parthian Reserve Position

Overflying planes had in turn, radioed the location of the enemy artillery to the Parthian artillery, who then used the computerized fire control to punch in the coordinates of the enemy artillery, using the self propelled artillery to unload five shells, before moving to a second position, with 200 stopping along the way to fire more shells, to further confuse potential enemy observers.

A combination of incindiary and HE shells would soon slam down upon the enemy, and the Parthians wanted to avoid counterbattery fire, if any was left after several thousand shells fell upon them.

Southern Front

The Parthian forces continued to move up once the fires had burnt out, advancing upwards in a manner to straighten their lines and prepare for the assault on the city the next day, when most of the fires and heat in most of the burned out areas had cooled to a temperature of reasonable magnitude for advance.

The Directorate had ordered that Pelsgorad be evacuated, which had been accomplished. Now, as now civillians were left in the city, Pelsgorad would have to be destroyed to cleanse it of the Parthians presence.

Hundreds of B-65 Condor Bombers flew in the direction of Pelsgorad, surrounded by F-20 Albatross fighters. As they crossed over known Parthian airspace, they unloaded upon the city with dozens of 500lbs bombs and even some 1000lbs and 2000lbs bombs on forward command sites.

Over 10,000 bombs fell in that first run over the city.

A bit late and a bit early.

Too late for the Chitzis in Pelsgord, for the Parthians already firebombed it into an all consuming firestorm, thankfully my forces evacuated the city as we arrived before the Parthians.

Too early for the strategic bombers, wait until the Parthians reach "critical mass" first.

You ain't seen nothin yet. I'm dropping dumb iron bombs. Wait till the smart bombs start flyin!

I'm more trying to cause havoc, since nothing is more chaotic than having thousands of bombs dropping all around you. And since that is far from the last bombing run.....hehehe

(What about the FAEs I fired, those'd clear the minefield (and the tanks) for you)

And how new are those tanks, no developing a weapon and deploying it the next day in an alreafdy going RP here (unless you want me doing the same).

Pelsgord
Artillery line
The artillery took another beating, effectively putting the rest of the artillery out of action for a considerable amount of time as they salvaged what they could of men and guns.

South-Outskirts
A new line of Parthian tanks were seen. The private stopped smiling, it was down to business again. Kill or be killed was no longer the question, he knew now he was going to die.

Just then he saw the sky blackened with heavy bombers, Chitzi bombers...

"They pulled it off, thank you, you silly people, now lets show them what we can really do"

He poked his head up and resumed firing a 14.5 x 114 mm autocannon upon Parthina dismounted infantry and the track links of their armored vehicles.

South-City
The infantry crawled around the last building to see a (apparently/luckily blind part of a) Parthian tank, no chances to be taken here, a 20 pound thermobaric demolition charge would be used by placing it underneath the tank.

Placement was done by tipping the cylinder on its side, arming it, and giving it a good shove to roll it under the tank (inertia carried it to the tank).

As soon as that was done the small unit ran for cover, a few where apparently spotted and gunned down as the charge went off.

Pelsgord-intirior
The shock troops took up positions and started rigging the city full of traps.

To add more to it they decided to stay put and chanel them into the traps.

To: Foreign Emperor Alexander
From: Mr. White, foreign affairs officer
Subject: Rouge Attack
Message: Emperor Alexander, it will be a pleasure to allow you to deal what justice you see fit yourself. This man you call 'Vega' was your problem, and I see now that he has been dealt with.

So long as no Dephirian forces are seen cooperating with the Coalition forces fighting against the Pudite armies in Chitzeland or elsewhere, we see it fit to remain a neutral party in relation to you, we cannot say the same for your allies, however. Their time in East Chitzeland is limited...

Good day,
Mr. White

Oceans around the Chitzeland peninsula, Pudite naval operations, the war at sea
Only days ago, a massive Pudite invasion fleet was spotted on the horizon, and it was then that, while still many hundreds of miles out to sea, this giant fleet splintered. Of the nineteen Roydia class battleships deployed with the fleet, ten broke off, accompanied by eighteen Helina class battlecruisers and their lighter counterpart, the Triara class light cruiser, of which there were twenty-eight moving with this force. Also leaving the protection of the fleet known as Task Force 09 were fully one-hundred Forthar class quiet attack submarines and twenty-five Port class cruise missile submarines.

This splinter fleet, known to Dominion military leaders as Task Group 02, would circle around Chizeland and approach the landmass from the south. They would move peacefully through PROHT shipping lanes, bearing a Pudite naval ensign, and although peace was reigning here, were any Nod or other such foreign ship even to approach them, they would be destroyed. During this period, what shots could be taken would also be taken against Zanksi shipping, whose nation had recently re-opened their hostilities with the Dominion.

When this one-hundred and eighty-one ship armada broke around the final corner and turned into the Chitze sea they would again splinter, with each breaking off to operate in tiny squadrons of anywhere from two to four, usually including at least one Roydia, or failing that two Helina class ships, escorted by at least as many Triara class vessels. It would be rare to see a submarine here operating alongside the main capital ships, as they would now break off into tiny groups including four Forthar class quiet attack craft and a single Port class cruise missile craft. These would target enemy convoys and their escorts, while often taking a few 'pot shots' at Zarzor when it was acceptable and feasible. The larger ships would also target the convoys and would, while doing this, do their very best to avoid any other enemy fleet contact. These ships were fast, having been modified for this very role far earlier in Dominion military history. Now they would show off these modifications, and cut off the Wanderjarian and other Coalition forces reinforcement and replenishment routes from the sea, eventually forcing them into submission from a lack of required supplies. In command of this effort was a certain Admiral Gradisha Khodimirits, an experienced battleship commander, and head of the Orthae section of Pudite naval operations. He was a commander to be reckoned with, as was his Roydia class battleship, the Fury of the Thousand.

City of Accen and Yuri, newly arrived reinforcements, moving out(this takes place after the airfield is resolved, a small time warp thing, just to make intentions known and force defensive action on your part)

The recently arrived reinforcements, numbering some three-hundred and seventy-five infantry, armored, mechanized, and motorized divisions, had just now finished unloading the final compliments of vehicles and supplies issued to them, and were soon to be ready for immediate deployment. There was no hesitation, the theater commanders knew what had to be done with them if they were to continue. First, fifty motorized and mechanized divisions would be sent west to reinforce that particular border, which was suffering from some heavy foreign attention. While this happened a further seventy-five divisions would begin to set up their camp and prepare fortifications in and around the two compounds in the city formerly known as Accen.

This would be the extent of the internal maneuverings, as now that these new forces were arrived, they would do precisely what they were meant to do, take what belonged rightfully to the Emperor from the heathen foreigners who now dared to occupy it.

This would be done through a fast, city-to-city campaign, starting with the large-scale assault on the city of Dessledor. Here there would soon be one-hundred and ten Pudite divisions, including some thirty of specifically armored design. They were to begin the quick march as soon as was possible, and would not stop until they reached their goal. Pudite SIV-25 armored personnel carriers and Ural transport trucks raced alongside the many thousands of GT-6 main battle tanks and SK-37K1 heavy main battle tanks, of which there would be comparatively few in relation to previous battles. If there was any resistance, it was expected to be light, and once the city was taken it would not be re-captured. It would take roughly an hour and fifteen minutes to approach and enter the city, assuming no resistance along the road. Also accompanying these one-hundred and ten divisions were twenty Pudite heavy infantry divisions, whose responsibility it would be to hold open the highway from Accen to Dessledor while further assault forces rushed forward.

In the more easterly regions of East Chitzeland, of those divisions who arrived at Yuri, two-hundred of them would be packed up and moving out less than twenty-four hours after landing. They would make, with all speed, for the already occupied and well fortified city of Elfzor, in whose destruction and evacuation they would participate. These men would begin regular patrols around the city, and wait the necessary few days for their more westerly brethren to make up their speed before continuing on to the final objective, the Wanderjarian command post in Chizeland, the port city of Zarzor.

This war was nearly finished...
