I would post something, but don't really have anything at the moment. I am waiting for some other event to happen.

This is why you should always get the addresses of everyone to join an rp. That way if they stop posting you can buy plane tickets, go to their houses, and kill them. This will rid the world of people with insufficient dedication to various endeavors... and land you in jail, possibly on death row, depending on the state/country you kill them in.

Frace is recovering and waiting for something to happen. Not going to take the initiative in foreign policies for some time. I'll start posting about the domestic incidents and conlifcts quite soon though.

I did read the first page very carefully- however, you might want to add in simple words what is open or not. Trying to figure out what NPC or NB means without any reference is not easy. As I said- if its playable, as I wasn't sure.

You also stated that these nations will likely be modified as the RP goes along. So, you can make China open if you wished it. As I said- I'm willing to RP China and I'm sure alot of players would welcome another nation- especially China.

China is no more complex then the United Kingdom or France or Germany- I would welcome the challenge of Role playing China. China has an interesting role during this period. Thanks for the quick reply.

NPC's will handled by a player not directly involved with the roleplaying or a moderator, as the situation dictates.

Due to the difficulty of managing small nations or large complex nations, some nations are going to be placed on permanent or semi-permanent NPC status.

The list of these nations will likely be modified as the RP goes along.

Included in this list thus far are:

Central America
Carribean Islands
Any non-dominion colony
China
Abyssinia
Afghanistan
Egypt
Korea
Also native tribes such as the Zulu, and etc are NPC from now on.

A more indepth list will be posted later.

(N.B. Reguarding China. This nation is far to large and complex, especially being ripped apart by Imperialist nation and do its complex nature and backgound. Thus it will not be available until at least 1920.)

Currently Denmark has invaded Sweden and landed almost ALL of their army around Malmo, the Swedish forces have contained them there and the Germans invaded Denmark.

Not that it was my business really, but I'd like to recommend that you, Haneastic, use WIkipedias as your source of information for the news thread, deciding what's important and worth telling, providing us with chosen facts, instead of just posting a link.

This lazy strategy of yours 1.gives a bad picture of your attitude and the amount of effort you are willing to put into this, even if false, 2.Makes the thread look incredibly stupid.

Just personal opinions though. Others may of course disagree.

I used wikipedia, but they don't have population figures, and I don't want my figures to be seen as a random, so I put (what I think at least) reasonable population numbers, as well as some chosen information that would be necessary (such as President, land)

OOC: You do realize that's almost half a century away (or roughly 1 year away in RL time). Personally, I think it would be wiser just to pick an avalible nation and play it. Sure, you may not get as much fun out of it, but it's a heck of a lot better than sitting around for a year.

OE war will start as soon as both Clans and myself are done being swamped with work/school respectively. I know all of you are waiting patiently for it, and I wish I didn't have 4 days of 3:30pm to Midnight work bogging the Naval combat down.

I know clans has classes that are eating up his free time as well.

Expect the first naval battle to be posted no later than 9:00pm EST of Tuesday, the first day I get a good solid breather. Until then... thanks for being patient.

I would suggest the Ottoman Empire- as of right now its involved in a war with Russia and is the most important right now in the Role Play. If, Lachenburg agrees- I'm going to take Great Britain- so that keeps Britain going. However, if you don't want the Ottoman Empire- those nations that have not been accounted for soon will become open. So, as of right now you have quite a bit to choose from- minus Great Britain of course.

not to be blunt, but who's going to be npc during the war? or are you just looking for an easy victory? thinking about tearing Thrace and the rest of European Turkey for your little Empire?

OOC: Several important nations are still unaccounted for as of this time and I would feel more inclined to hand over their positions to more...dedicated players.

So please, if you are bored, don't hesitate to ask to switch. Just make sure that the next nation you intend to play will actually entertain you (I don't want people leap-frogging nation to nation around here).

OOC: Although I wouldn't mind you taking the Ottoman Empire at this moment (as a matter of fact, I think it would be rather entertaining to see an Ottoman player handle this situation), Ottoman Khaif is the boss and whatever he says goes.

I could care less what you think, frankly I don't give a damn. The Ottoman Empire will remain NPC for the war, since the last player left in the middle of it. Besides its being run for now by an non bias mod aka Lachenburg. Don't jump the gun with me...again.

OOC: Guys, I'm sorry. I haven't been keeping the schedule I gave you, I haven't been a very active mod, and I'm keeping you guys from playing the game.

I'm going to follow Clan's lead, and step down from my country and mod responsibilities. I'm getting a work/university/other commitment suckerpunch that leaves nationstates as a chore, or forgotten, in the grander scheme of things, something that the lot of you don't deserve from one of your moderators.

Hopefully when things calm down, if they ever do, I'll be able to join a future RP with some or all of you. If you work hard at it, it might even be this one.

I would heartily suggest to Ottoman, assuming he hasn't left as well, to pick some people to fill the other moderator roles. If someone wants to take the US, it's about 3 years behind schedule RP wise. If not some mod can NPC it out however they wish. My personal suggestion is Blaine in the Whitehouse now, and very poor relations with Great Britiain.

Again, to all of you, I'm sorry that I wasn't a better moderator for you, and I wish all of you a fun RP from here on out.

Agh...alright....I am leaving too...sorry guys..I was hoping to have at least Manarth with me on this..but since he lefted...I also leaving..I can't do it without the core members.

OOC Hate to see it end so quickly but as always there's a new Imperial Rp so if you haven't quite lost it yet... Tell the truth though some of the players seem a bit inexperienced.
