Chapter 1: Gelectriax and the Girl – Jenrak’s only heir is kidnapped! (Open) - Page 4
Denise smiled back. "Good." She said. "So, did you know Ashili or Saerus before you came here?"

Remy finished a bite to answer her. “When Edward married Ashili, I was not in the Dominion. So, I met her when Grandfather called us over it. To fight those Gods.” said Remy. “I was there when Saerus was reborn. So, that was the first time I saw him or met him. I think that was about eight years ago.”

“When he was bought back from the dead after being killed during the battle.” said Remy. “You were there, Denise. Because that is when I met you.”
"Ah. Well, memory's not that good." She said, pointing to her head.
The Transylvania

“Well, it is alright.” said Remy. “Some people have good memories and other don’t have them.”
"Doesn't matter. You can have some if you want." Viraranaar said.
Denise blushed furiously. "I'd like to keep that secret." She said shyly.
"Well, if you aren't in a rush anywhere I would like to have some dessert - nothing fancy mind you; maybe just some ice cream or the like," Ali decided.
"How amusing." Viraranaar said. "There are hundreds of flavours. Just put them in on the monitor." He retorted, pointing to the liquid crystal display monitor as he placed his mask back on.
"Heh." Denise chuckled. "Tell, me what do you think of Saerus?" She asked.
Amusing? Ali thought to himself.
"Eh. I am old fashioned," he said as he punched in a traditional chocolate ice cream in a cone. "Perhaps I will just take it to go."

“Oh…Saerus.” started Remy. “He is a little strange but I can’t say to much about that because just look at my family. And he is a deadly fighter, too.”
"I've never seen him fight." Denise complained.
"Heh. Old Fashioned. Good." Viraranaar said in pauses.

“Maybe you will see him fight someday.” said Remy.
"Perhaps." Denise said. "But how about you? Have you had relations with someone you loved?"
The Transylvania
08-02-2006, 04:45
“Yes, only one woman other then you that I have loved.” said Remy. “It was in 1957 and I don’t what to talk about.” How he said it, make it sound like a bad subject. And it was one. It is the reason why Remy’s ture love is the why it is today.
"I don't understand." Denise said consciously.

“I could not save her.” was all Remy said. He went back to his steak.
"I've never seen him fight." Denise complained.
"Heh. Old Fashioned. Good." Viraranaar said in pauses.
"Ah, thank you very much, sir," Ali said as his ice cream came.
"Shall we?" he said to Vira as he stood up and indicated the exit.
"What do you mean?" Denise asked, intrigued.

“I could not save her.” said Remy looked at Denise. “I was not there for her, when she really needed me. But I make her killers pay for what they did to her.”
“Ah, I see.” Tezekilth replied. “Then let us go immediately.” He said, getting up.
“That’s so sad. What happened?” Denise asked.
“Just a moment.” Viraranaar said. “I have to get in touch with someone.”
"Take your time," Ali responded as he licked up a dripping part of his ice cream wich had nearly made it to the bottom of his cone. He was clearly content where he was as he ate the delicious ice cream and did not care if Vira needed some time to make a contact.
“Ah, I see.” Tezekilth replied. “Then let us go immediately.” He said, getting up.
Eddie stood and prepared to follow the enigmatic Tezekilth.

“That’s so sad. What happened?” Denise asked.
“The short version is her killer’s boss wanted to get to me.” said Remy. “But he could not be a man and attack me. So, he attacked her and her family. Her little sister was the only one left alive, she was eight years old back then.”
Dialing into his cell phone, Viraranaar waited as the dial rung. "Pick up Ashili..." He said, waiting, before the answering machine's familiar beep was heard. Not bothering to wait, he shook his head and turned off his phone. "Never mind. Let's go." Viraranaar motioned.
"Where's her little sister now?" Denise asked Remy.
Tezekitlh was never a man to betray or pull off a sneaky tactic against somebody - it just wasn't worth it, nor was it his nature to do such things. "So how's it going to be? How do you want to go down?" He asked Eddie, as he walked about, down the stairs and towards the restaurant's exit.
Ali shrugged, "Alright." He was content with ice cream and simply followed Vira out of the restaurant while eating the chocolate swirl.

"How do you want it done, as I'm amiable." Eddie replied

“I took her in and watched over her.” said Remy as he took a drink of wine. “She lives in one of my homes in Louisiana, her and her husband work for me. Running things for me. She is 65 years old, now.”
“She had two children when she was 28 and 29. They help run things, too.” he added.
"Nepotism?" Denise asked him.
"Good. Let's have a little brawl by, say, the beach. A nice end to one of us." Tezekilth said, as he walked out of the door of the restaurant.
"Where do you want to go?" Viraranaar asked. "Personally, some sleep can do me some good, and the moon is full, so it means we'll have some good sleep." Viraranaar added.
"Well... if you want," Ali replied. "But I would rather stay out. You can just drop me off where you would like and I will make my way back when I am ready," Ali said.
"That sounds fine with me, after you." Eddie replied, gesturing for Tezekilth to lead the way, as he knew where the beach was.

“I was not going to just leave her to be killed.” said Remy. “I’m not that way. And I though it was a good idea to save her. She treats me like a big brother.”
"I'll drop you off at Ashili's house." Viraranaar said. "You can go wherever your blatant heart desires afterwards."
"I'm asking Nepotism on the fact of her children. Surely they would have been safe?" Denise explained.
"Of course." Tezekilth spoke, walking along the road, finally reaching the beaches.
"Well I don't know this area very well, but aren't there more things to do around here?" Ali asked. "I could just wander and find something to do... no ride involved."
The Transylvania

“Well, her children both have job and work for me.” said Remy. “They were the ones who asked for them. Her son is one of my White Tigers. Her daughter was in one of my bars in Louisiana.”
"There's a nightline casino, amusement parks at night, that's all my touches my mind. You can go sleep at the hotel if you want, or you can stay at Ashili's castle, if she has an extra room." Viraranaar said.
"I'm asking if they were nepotised." Denise added.
"So anywhere special along the beach?" Eddie asked
"I think I will try my hand at some gambling," Ali suggested as he finished off the ice cream cone.
"Will my card work in the casino?" he asked, wondering if they accepted foreign cards in Jenrak.
The Transylvania
12-02-2006, 04:05
“No, they are not my favorites or kin to me.” said Remy. “I treat them like normal people.”
"I'm asking if you hired them merely because you knew them." Denise said blankly. "I'm not sure you understand what nepotism is, Remy."
"If it goes through the slider, then its accepted. Foreign currency makes this sad state of a nation running." Viraranaar chuckled.
"Not really." Tezekilth replied. "Any spot is proper."
"Alright then," Ali said as he slipped the card back into his pocket. "Well, I guess I will see you when I see you then."
After saying good bye he turned and walked down the street in the opposite direction, looking for a casino.
The Transylvania
12-02-2006, 04:13
“Yes, that is a new word to me. That word is not in the Cajun language.” said Remy. “I hired the son for his skills with a rifle and combat skill, so no on him. Yes, I hired the daughter because I knew her over the other people who wanted the job.”
“Plus, I trust her over the others.”
"How about there then?" Eddie pointed out an almost bowl like indent on the beach about a hundred meters away from them.
Casinoes in Jenrak were bountiful, many corporations wishing foolish people to blow their money away on what they believe to be their chance to a better life - a haven of fools. The closest one to Ali, a large bulbous casino called the Pearl, was alit with activity.
"I understand." Denise said. "That's very good. Not very corrupt, which is nice."
"Of course. Let's fight there." Tezekilth replied.
The Transylvania
12-02-2006, 04:22
“Thanks.” said Remy, who ate the last bit of steak. “I’m not a corrupt like amyn people would think.”
Ali looked up as he passed by an activity filled building, "The Pearl... seems interesting."
Stepping inside he looked around at the various games before finally settling down at a table. "Ten thousand please..." he said handing over his card.
"Any restrictions, or freeform?" He asked as they walked to the depression.
"I know you're not." Denise said playfully.
Grunting, the grabbed Ali's card, sliced it through, and handed Ali twenty chips. "We're out of thousand, so I hope you're not too displeased on five hundred dollars?" he asked Ali.
"Freeform. I never really liked archaic methods of fighting." Tezekilth said.
"No, it's all good," Ali replied with a smile as he pulled the chips towards his seat.
Returning the card to his back pocket he put two $500 chips on the betting circle. "Alright, deal."
"Alright, so separate to either side of the dish, and last one standing?" Eddie asked
The Transylvania

Remy smiled. “So, should I have dessert called up or not?” he asked as he took a drink of wine.
"Of course." Tezekilth replied.
The dealer quickly pushed out a single card, and another, a Jack of Spades. It was a message, but whether Ali would understand, it was doubtful - he had not heard of Saerus' alleged alter-ego.
"Are you hungry?" Denise asked him seductively.
Eddie nodded and crossed to the other side of the depression, turning he called to Tezekilth, "Ready?"
The Transylvania
12-02-2006, 04:42
“Nope, the steak was enough.” said Remy. “I was just asking, if you want some dessert. Do you?”
"Jack of spades, huh," Ali commented as he saw the card. "I heard it was bad luck in Jenrak."
"Of course." Tezekilth repeated. "Your move."
Denise giggled. "I'm okay. Let's go." She urged him.
"Hit or stay?" The dealer asked Ali, ignoring his comment.
"I'll hit," Ali said. "See where this Jack of Spades takes me."
The Transylvania
12-02-2006, 04:47
Remy smiled as he got up. He walked next to Denise and asked “So to your home?” He smiled again but playful smile it was.
Eddie surveyed Tezekilth's stance to determain how best to attack.
Tezekilth merely waited, his hands outstretched. "I'm waiting." Tezekilth replied.
"Hit." The dealer said, as a 9 of hearts popped up, as the cards were flipped over. Everyone seemed to bust, hitting 22 exactly, while Ali had hit 21 exactly, winning fifteen thousand worth in money.
"You sleep at this hour? Is it past your bedtime?" Densie said in a babyish voice, mocking him.
"Ya, ya, ya, just trying to figure you out." Eddie replied
"Perhaps the Jack of Spades is good luck after all," Ali smiled pulling in his newly won chips while simulatenously taking note of the odd coincidence.
"I will let it ride," he commented, leaving the $16,000 in chips on the betting circle.

“Funny.” said Remy as they walked towards the front door. “The night is my playground. Think you have a enough energy to stay up all night?”
"Alright." Tezekilth said, annoyed.
"Oh, I have alot of energy to do alot of things." Denise said.
"Alright." The dealer shuffled the cards again, and did his normal routine. Once more, the Jack of Spades appeared on Ali's card.
"A coincidence?" Ali remarked, knowing full well that it wasn't. "Perhaps it is a message," he said jokingly.
"Good luck again? Hit..."

“Well, I was going to head back to Ashili’s castle.” said Remy with a smile, thinking about something he and Denise could be doing. “And practice with my bow until the sun starts coming up.”
"Guns or hand to hand weapons or both?" Eddie asked as, if the answer was guns or both, he was ready to pump out a bit of lead.
"I could care less. But if its a gun, know that I might have one, and it would be easier to kill you than me." Tezekilth duly noted.
"Hit." The dealer replied, as he placed down a nine of hearts, everyone hitting 22, while Ali had hit 21 exactly, netting him thirty thousand.
"You want to go dancing? It's not even midnight." Denise added.
Ali noticed the same results as the round before as he raked in his chips. Picking one up from the large pile, Ali pushed the rest towards the dealer as a tip, "Have a good night."
He stood up from the table and casually walked over to the bar.

“Well, dancing sounds like fun.” said Remy. “But do you know of a good dance club around here?”
"I could care less. But if its a gun, know that I might have one, and it would be easier to kill you than me." Tezekilth duly noted.
"Then let's keep it up close and personal." Eddie replied as he shucked eight pistols from various parts of his body, as well as the holsters and ammo of said guns. He then pulled out a foot long stick from a pocket and began advancing on Tezekilth.
The bartender had seen Ali's move, and was pleasently surprised. "You skipped out on fifty grand? Are you mad?" The bartender asked Ali in flustered surprise.
"I know alot of places." Denise replied.

“Well, show me the way to your favorite one.” said Remy as they walked outside the Snake-Eye. The valet head from the car keys and Remy opened the passenger side door for Denise.
"Not much fun playing when the deck is stacked in your direction," Ali commented as he ordered up a martini.
"It's in Archios. A Large red building that says 'Alchoholic's Anonymous'." Denise said. "The title has nothing to do with it."
"What do you mean?" The bartender asked.
Tezekilth smiled gruesomely, the strings of his zombie-like nature showing his finely restitched face. Getting ready, he fell into a low stance, left hand straight out, right arm arching over his head.
"Oh, just an odd occurence that seems to unlikely to be a coincidence," Ali commented. "Everybody at the table got a total of twenty-two two hands in a row, and I got twenty both times."
"A nine of hearts and the Jack of Spades..."
The Transylvania
12-02-2006, 05:36
“Okay.” said Remy as he closes Denise’s door. Then hopped into the driver seat and take off towards Archios. But he was not going to fast because he did not want Denise to get sick or dizzy. “So…what do you think of our date as of now?” he asked.
"It needs a spark." Denise added.
"I don't see anything odd with that." The bartender said. Clearly this man only concerned himself with the money.
The Transylvania

“Oh…” said Remy. “Do I bore you? Well to think about it, I‘m being a boring tonight. Maybe I‘m on an off night.”
“Maybe seeing you dancing will wake me up inside.” he said with a smile.
"Perhaps it is all in my mind," Ali suggested as he downed the drink in one sip. He put the glass down hard on the bar and turned in his seat to face the gambling floor, "Or perhaps someone is trying to tell me something."
Ali wasn't one to believe too much in mere coincidence so he sat scanning the room, looking for something... anything.
Eddie chuckled and pressed the first of two buttons on the baton, causing it extend to a meter and a half in length. By this time he'd crossed half the distance to Tezekilth,
A flying banner, a high one, showed the sparkling words Alice in Wonderland; coming soon. Almost sold out -red issue. Black Issue still selling here! Yet a trio of men came over to the banner, and covered up some letters by standing in front of them, looking directly at Ali.
It spelled out, Ali, walk here.
"Let's see." Denise said.

“Well, we will see.” said Remy. “Maybe it was because I didn’t what to talk about back at Snake-Eye. It always mess my head up after I talk about.”
"Ah, okay." Denise thought out.
Ali's gaze crossed the room from side to side, surveying the card tables, the machines, and everything else. His eyes scanned past the Alice in Wonderland banner twice before noticing something odd about it; standing there across the room from him were three men staring directly at him.
He couldn't figure out what they were doing for several seconds before his subconscious noticed the sign behind the men and alert him. "Interesting..." Ali said as he left the $500 chip on the counter for the barman and got off his seat.
He quickly crossed the room and casually walked up to the banner...

Remy continued driving the road. At that time, his cell-phone started raining. “Hello?” he asked as he answered it. He had a weird look on his face after the other person said something.
“What is Grandfather thinking, Uncle?” he said. “Wes is one of our top pilots. He should stay in the Dominion, to guard there not Jenrak.” Edward said something else.
“True, well me and Denise are heading towards dance club. So, talk you later.” he said before hanging up the phone. He looked over at Denise, “Looks like your nation is going to have Colonel Wes Morell and his Hellions watching over the skis. Well, the ones near our bases.” he said. “Wes is one of my good friends. He’s fun to be around and a little weird, too.”
"I don't know if Gelectriax and his men are going to take their attacks to the sky. Seems like they are fairly contempt with the ground." Denise added.
A black haired, frizzy man walked up behind Ali, his face scarred and torn apart, held behind a thin porcelain mask. A metal armour was hiding beneath his robes, as spiked greaves and a long sword laid tied to his back. He seemed to look like as if he was here as an actor for a show, but Ali would soon notice that this man was not merely just for asthetic view.
"I need to talk to you." The man said, his voice deep and penetrating.
"Amusing. Now let's see how you fare." Tezekilth said, taking off his outer suit, revealing a long winding chain attached to a series of silver blades.
"I am listening," Ali replied casually.
"Meet me in the upper class level, the administration offices. Fourth end. The password is Exilith." The man said, before leaving, the trio of men blocking the signing leaving as well, gone as quickly as they came.
"Hmm..." Ali replied suspiciously as the man left; but what else could Ali do?
He quickly, yet casually, began making his way to the upper class level. When he arrived he walked down and stopped in front of the fourth door from the end. "Exilith," he whispered into the door.
"Amusing. Now let's see how you fare." Tezekilth said, taking off his outer suit, revealing a long winding chain attached to a series of silver blades.
Eddie just chuckled again as he pressed the second button and triggered the 'switchblade scythe'. It would be a rather fitting weapon to put an end to a member of the living dead.
The door opened with an eerie creak, a soft light shining through.
"Hello?" Ali called as he pushed the door farther open and entered. "I was told to meet someone here... hello?"

"I don't know if Gelectriax and his men are going to take their attacks to the sky. Seems like they are fairly contempt with the ground." Denise added.
“But that does not mean we can’t attack his ground forces.” added Remy with a smile. “Tell more about this dance club, please.”
"Let's keep this clean, and civil." Tezekilth urged. "I'm not a fan of court decisions in battle."
"Come in." The same deep, odd, horrific voice said.
"Oh, you don't have to worry. It's the night, it's life." Denise said vaguely.
"Court decision?" Eddie asked with a puzzled look on his face.
"A court is a governing body in a social and societal order." Tezekilth explained. "Meaning they intervene on what is justifiably theirs. I don't want intervention, so let's keep this quick." He said, pulling out his long, winding, blade-like whip.
"Ah, then lets get at it." Eddie replied crossing so they were within a few meters of each other.
"Come in." The same deep, odd, horrific voice said.
"Alright..." Ali said as he stepped into the room. "What do ya want?"
"And our meeting truly begins." Tezekilth replied, his arms straight out, as he twisted around like a pivoting toy, his whip flying everywhere.
His face was hidden behind a demonic porcelain mask, horned and dabbled in a dark orange paint, as he was donned in what seemed like a ninja suit, a small slit of plate mail sparkling through the fabric. A beautiful, finely crafted, but relatively long sword at hsi side, he took off his spiked steel gloves, revealing a series of cut and calloused hands.
"So, you are aware of the Jack of Spades?" The man asked quickly.
"More than most I would suspect," Ali replied calmly as he walked farther into the room.
"How much do you know?" The mysterious figure asked him.
"How much do you know?" The mysterious figure asked him.
"Well... it isn't much," Ali continued, "But he has some connection to Gelectriax. In what way, I don't know."
"Very nice. An avid start. Another question - do you know the woman named Denise Territurari?" The man asked Ali.
"I most certainly do," Ali replied, wondering where he was going with it. "Why?"
"What do you know of her?" He asked him.
"Hmm..." Ali said suspiciously. "I might ask why you want to know before I continue."
"You won't know until you answer my question." He said rashly, the door behind Ali locking.
The door locking behind him could have been taken as a threat, but Ali didn't see much else he could do. "Fine. I know her father, who was a prominent figure, is dead. I know she is a captain in the Sword Bearing Police. And I know she has a wild side..."
"And our meeting truly begins." Tezekilth replied, his arms straight out, as he twisted around like a pivoting toy, his whip flying everywhere.
Eddie brought up his almost scythe up, grasping it just below the blade, and just above the hilt, using the shaft to block the whip's strikes.
"Is that it?" The man asked. "A prominent father and a wild side?"
"You know more... I would love to hear it," Ali countered.
"Heh." Tezekilth chuckled, locking his whip around the bar of Eddie's staff, the middle of it, pulling hard.
"I doubt you would want to." The man said. "You don't even know who I am. How are you sure I'm so reliable?"
Eddie smiled as he let go of the base part of the almost scythe, letting the curled whip slid off harmlessly. He then grabbed the base again, and slashed out with the almost foot long blade.
"I am not sure at all and I had planned to doubt whatever you said," Ali replied. "But have all the facts, opinions, or rumors is better than having none..."
Tezekitlh was maniacal, his fighting inane and erratic. When the blade came towards him, he bent his back down extremely far, his whip flying up in his defence, the blade of the whip wrapping around his enemy's scythic blade.
"Heh. A desperate man." The man laugh, leaning back in his chair, placing his sword down onto the floor. "Are you aware of the Revenant?" The mysterious man asked him.
Ali decided to let the 'desperate' remark slide without confrontation. "No..."
As the whip wrapped around his almost scythe's blade, he slashed up, with the intention of shredding Tezekilth's whip.
"Are you aware of Gelectriax to any extent?" He asked.
Tezekilth cackled once more - a seemingly prospective leisure he seemed to enjoy doing. Pulling hard on the whip, it only held onto the whip hard, the blades on the whip locking up against the blade on Eddie's scythe.
"Of course..." Ali said, gesturing to a seat where he might sit.
With Tezekilth bent backward, Eddie used gravity and physics to his advantage as he stepped forward, and slashed down at the man's throat.
"You're standing, whether you like it or not." He replied compulsively. "What's your name?" He asked Ali.
"How generous of you..." Ali smirked. "I've always wanted to stand tiringly, but I have just never found the time," he said sarcastically.
"Ali..."
"Ali? Ah. You're a good man." The mysterious man said.
"Thank you..." Ali replied, not knowing what else to say as it truley was a strange meeting.
With Tezekilth bent backward, Eddie used gravity and physics to his advantage as he stepped forward, and slashed down at the man's throat.
Pulling his whip out, he placed it long and heavily elongated, pushing the blades up against his enemy's.
"My name is Aulocos. It won't appear in any national databases, I'll let you know that. My picture won't show up either." The man said, sitting down comfortably, as if taunting Ali. "Not every person in Jenrak is dandy - in fact, your visit is much more tolerable than most."
"So I have heard," Ali replied, relieved that the man had finally revealed his name.
"So... might I ask why you chose to contact me?"
"I'm here to help you. On both things. Denise and Gelectriax." Aulocos murmured. "Do you love her?" He asked.
"Ah..." Ali remarked. "I believe that is what the feeling is, though only time will tell for sure."
Pulling his whip out, he placed it long and heavily elongated, pushing the blades up against his enemy's.
Even as Tezekilth wrapped his whip around the scythe's blade, Eddie leaned down on it, throwing his body weight into the attack.

"Oh, you don't have to worry. It's the night, it's life." Denise said vaguely.
“Oh…” said Remy. “I was just asking to see, if this club was my style.”
"Are you sure you're not lusting for her?" Aulocos asked.
Tezekilth pulled down a little more, the strands on his head touching hte ground softly, before he pushed hard against the ground, lunging back up.
"Oh maybe a little bit," Ali admitted, "But I believe in my case this lust comes in unison with love and care."
"Tell me." Aulocos added, "If you were to have never seen Denise's face at all, would you still feel this lust? This love?" He asked.
"The lust? I could not say," Ali replied. "The love... that doesn't come from physical appearances but from personality and actions."
"Heh. I can smell your lies - your falsehoods." Aulocos said. "Nobody liked her until now, and why would that be?"
"Simple. I had never met her let alone even heard of her until now," Ali responded confidently.
"Nobody liked her before, I'm wondering that. Tell me, what do you expect from someone like her?" Aulocos interrogated further.
"I expect her to continue being the person she is... no more, no less."
"And what person do you see in her?"
"And what person do you see in her?"
"Herself?" Ali replied, slightly confused. "The normal upbeat, cheery, lively, fastlane person."
"Hehe." Aulocos said. "I have something you might need - but you have something I might need." Aulocos proposed.
"Care to be any less cryptic?" Ali responded, wondering what either item could be.
"Should I be? How bad is being a cryptic? How is being safe? I don't want her heart broken."
"And yet informing me that you have something I want and vice versa without informing me of what that may be is completely counterproductive," Ali responded. "So get to the point..."
Tezekilth pulled down a little more, the strands on his head touching hte ground softly, before he pushed hard against the ground, lunging back up.
Eddie was thrust back by Tezekilth's lunge and stumbled back a few feet before bringing his guard back up.

OOC: Phone line at the house is messed up.
Remy pulled up to the club and parked the car in the parking lot. He got out and looked at building. “Normal looking on the outside.” He said out loud as he took of his jacket.
OOC: Understandable.
"Ah, so you're as dim-witted as Illuminaatrix made you out to be." Aulocos murmured.
Tezekilth would not and did let up his attack. Swinging forwards delicately, but skillfully, Tezekilth twisted his attack into a graceful loop.
"Yeah." Denise added. "Normal."
"Insult me all you want, I honestly don't care," Ali responded calmly. "You said we could make a trade... and I don't see you offering one up. So get to it..."
"Foul mouthed punk." Aulocos said, standing up, his porcelain mask seeing a small droplet of blood flowing freely from the slits of his mask used as eyes. "I have to be back. My friend Elnias can explain things for you." Aulocos nodded, leaving the room.

"Oh, you thought I was being sarcastic? No, I wasn't." Denise replied clearly, a skeptic look on her face.
"What?" A scruffy sounding, grumpy man emerged from the left end of the room from a shadowy hallway, his right eye scarred to the bottom of his chin and his fingers torn and bruised showing the many years of violence beaten upon his soul and body. A short and trimmed beard showed the many scars detailing his face, a long sword glittering in silver on his hilt, as large rifle slung over his shoulder.
"My name's Elnias, but I'm not the Illuminaatrix that betrayed you." He said unkindly.

"I can tell, it is not normal." said Remy as he listen to the air. The music coming from inside, he cloud hear in the air. Damn, being a vampire is nice some of the times. "Can't figure out what type of music it."

"No... it would be quite hard for you to be one and the same," Ali said as he examined the man.
"Aulocos said you would explain things to me."
"Lord, Aulocos." Elnias corrected him. "My name is Elniasath, while Elnias of the Illuminaatrix blood is formerly named Elniaseck. Henceforth the names are different in their own literal sense." Elnias said his face cold and his stare quiet.
"You might not enjoy the man's company, but Aulocos was the leader of the Mykra. It would be proper to show unchallenged respect for him. This is not Eborall." Elnias spoke gruffly, his phrases almost like a whisper, not a command.
"Well, let's go." Denise said, grabbing onto Remy's hand, dragging him to the door.

"Fine... now let's get to it."
"His name is Lord Aulocos - Leader of the Mykra, as I have stated. If you love Denise Territurari, then you will need to look for certain qualities that she emanates. Whenever she says one thing, think of all the possible things that could occur from it, take the most absurd outcome, and try to accustom yourself to that. You would also need to get used to her son." Elnias added, as a horrid roar from down the hallway shrieked through the room they were in.
"Aulocos is a Kaider. He's infected with Kaidecy, a mutated and stronger version of the leprosy the Ithrimms brought over to Jenrak when they first arrived. Hence, his porcelain mask - his gauntlets. He's going a strong year with it, so he should last a little longer now."

"I will take your advice into consideration," Ali said. "Though I am not sure why you are telling me it - what does he want from me?"
"He knows you have a strong affiliation to Viraranaar Katask." Elnias said. "The man is not a priest - he's a killer, bred to the bone. He's an Aursauk Commander goes by the codename 'Ace of Hearts', who was a counterbalance against the necrophiliac called the Jack of Spades. Now that Viraranaar is a priest, his identity is kept hidden, but Aulocos fears that Gelectriax had placed Jack of Spades into Saerus Annirak for a reason - to kill Katask." Elnias explained. "That was the second objective in his kidnap of Alledrias. If you can bring Aulocos the diaries of Viraranaar Katask, then the only thing you'll need to worry about is Ethus." Elnias explained thoroughly.
"And who or what is Ethus?" Ali asked as he tried to handle all of the information that was coming his way.
"Ethus is her son." Aulocos said, emerging from the hallway, his face still hidden by the porcelain mask, his usual attire covering his entire body, not a single light of skin was shown. However, a small vetige of dried blood dotted his coat. and his mask, as he tried to wipe it off.
"Why do we have to worry about him?" Ali asked, wondering what Aulocos had just been doing. "Does he have some issues?"
"Ethus is the base of Denise's life. If he hates you, then you can turn your chances of seeing Denise again to almost zero. Luckily, he likes me." Aulocos said. "I can turn the tide in your favour enormously. You would barely have to do anything."

"It is an interesting offer, and I will certainly think about it, but I would rather that he actually likes me then just faking it for my sake," Ali explained.
"Of course." Aulocos said, before collapsing to the ground, torrenting out a fury of blood from behind his mask, as Elnias knelt down to help the man stabilize.
"You should leave." Elnias said to Ali, as his attention edged back to the blood-vomiting Aulocos.

"Yeh... I think I should," Ali said as he slipped by the two men and out of the door.
Once out, he quickly made his way down to the main floor and out of the casino. Hailing a cab (I assume there are some), he jumped in and gave the driver Ashili's address.
"No problem." The Cab Driver said casually, as he drove off.

"Well, let's go." Denise said, grabbing onto Remy's hand, dragging him to the door.
Remy had not chooses but to go with her. He could not wait to see what type of club it was. He really hope it had live band because he could show more of himself to Denise.
Tezekilth would not and did let up his attack. Swinging forwards delicately, but skillfully, Tezekilth twisted his attack into a graceful loop.
Eddie danced back in an attempt to avoid Tezekilth's attacks but recieved a large yet not disabilitating wound along his arm. He then slashed down at the whip in an attempt to destroy Tezekilth's weapon.
Tezekilth dodged the attack, but the sheer speed of his movement snapped his arm off as he moved too quickly, a disappointed but gruelling look on his face as he flung his whip aside and lashed forwards, his right arm reaching across.
"It's not far now." Denise said, chuckling as she walked up to the bouncer, a tall and muscular thick jawed man. Her tone casual, her demeanour cheery, she smiled.
"Hey Jay. Just us two." She said, her eye for only a second pointing to Remy, as the bouncer nodded.
"Have a good time, Denise." The bouncer said, as the door opened slightly for the two of them, others left outside to wait.
"Let's go." She said, excited.

“I’m right with ya” he said. Remy walked in behind her and looked around the club with his eyes. The bar, the dance floor, and everything.
The taxi stopped and let Ali out in front of Ashili's house. "Thanks," Ali said as he handed the driver the money and then proceeded towards the door.
Alcoholics Anonymous was like every other bar – flashing lights twinkling every colour thought imaginable on long steel cables, darkening dance floors and flashing lights, music so loud that it shook the already heavily supported floor, a large and winding bar in the distance. Atop the dancing square, a pathway was leading to a heightened precipice, silvery and metallic.
People danced raucously on the floor as a band on a protruding stage performed, and Denise smiled. Shaking her head, her once long and elegant hair flew freely into a wild and prancing flock of hair, as she wiped off her lipstick and placed her rings in her pocket, lengthening the sleeves on her dress. She had changed dramatically, looking more casual, pulling up her slippers to become leather boots, as she dragged Remy to the dance floor.

Remy was already something that would fit better on the dance floor. White tank top with black leather pants. Alcoholics Anonymous reminds him of the clubs back in the Dominion and other places. Good, a live band. Makes everything good he said to himself as Denise dragged him to the floor.
Denise stood opposite from Remy, her hands on his shoulder, and her other hand on his hand, as if to be in a waltz. Smiling devilishly, she waited as the song ended, people bustling off and on the dance floor, others watching as they sat at their tables or from the bar.
"This is going to be fun." Denise murmured with a sweet and innocent smile, her eyes twinkling with what seemed a hidden secret.
Viraranaar was walking his usual rounds, pacing back and forth, when a shadow scantily and carefully flew around the corner of his eye, but he could not see what it exactly was. Turning around, it flew a few towards him, but as Viraranaar turned he only saw the shadow come closer, be drawing his blade to the throat of the familiar porcelain mask, stained in dried blood.
"Aulocos. You sly dog." Viraranaar said in relief, as the figure nodded.
"Hello, Kataask. It's been a while, but I haven't seen you in ages." Aulocos said.

Remy just smiled. What is she talking about? he said to himself. Whatever she would do, Remy would match her moves. He had a lot of dances over his lifetime, so nothing would surprise him.
The beat became a quick, leaping tempo, an outrageous and ecstatic beat, thumping every few seconds as Denise began to dance, stepping perfectly to every beat.
"What do you want?" Viraranaar asked Aulocos, who nodded.
"Just visiting. Have you found Gelectriax yet?" Aulocos asked him, as Viraranaar shook his head.
"He's elusive." Viraranaar said sadly.
"Alright." Aulocos confided. "I have to see my niece."
"Alright. Enjoy your visit." Viraranaar said blankly.

Remy hung with Denise’s moves, listening to the beat of the music and Denise’s heartbeat. That almost matched the music’s beat. He was becoming his true self, the Cajun playboy was awaking inside.
"You're good." She smiled, leaning forwards, and then back in a swift twist, as others edged away from them both.

And Remy moved closer to her, hands on her hips as they dance along on the dance floor. This dance was getting better as they when on. Live band as always the best. he said to himself.
Denise followed him, the others watching, her excitement growing, chuckling slightly as they danced along to the upbeat music.

Ruins of Ina Chapel
Arriving shortly at Ina’s ruins, the foggy, arid landscape howled mockingly, Aulocos looking about through his porcelain and skin tight mask as he sighed softly, his bodyguards, two large and powerful men armed with rifles stood behind him, as they protected as Aulocos walked through the peering and torn ruins of the Ina chapel. Many of the body parts still hung there, as if they were in reverence to the fallen victims to feed this maniacal monster’s prowess, but they could not simply help themselves. Pillar broken, a soft light of the green moon piercing through the broken and shattered remains of the stained glass windows, the wooden entrance door torn in shreds and the only standing parts of the once magnificent chapel of the Old World now only the thick and heavy side walls, the choir chamber nothing but a garden now of vines of and creeks of flowing blood.
The moon shown with a quiet, sad sombre look down upon him, as if the moon knew of Aulocos’ terrible condition, his dried blood shining on his mask as if it were a newly coughed up essence of his life. “When I was twenty, I saw the world. I saw the people, I saw greatness and failure. I thought I would have lived to see the end of the world.” He said poetically, his voice trailing with every scary spectrum ringing in his ears, but no one was there to hear them.
“Now,” He said, kneeling down into a prayer position – left knee bent upon the ground, right hand perched softly on his left knee, as his right hand kept his body stable. “I know I shall not see the end of anything, that I will have an end before others.” He prayed down, whispering an inaudible preach before the broken temperaments of the wooden throne, still locked and chained to its pedestal, half broken, scarred and burnt marks etched onto its remains.
With a gloomy demeanour, he spoke a haunting prayer –
Ersyaer tharakuhin tharakunahm
Ellith Kerenuk kerenahm
Kerenuk talladamn
Kerenuk tasladamn
Ersyaer tharakuhin tharakunihm
Kerenuk talladamn
Kerenuk tasladamn
Ellith Kerenuk kerenahm
Ersyaer tharakuhin tharakunahm
Kalldun talladamn
With those haunting words of prayer and forgiveness for his placed sins, he rose up, sighing heavily, as he stood straight, the rifles from his bodyguards aiming at his head, Aulocos lifting his hands up and turning around slowly, his eyes slightly glaring through his porcelain mask, his eyes bloodshot red as the guards kept their guns aimed at his head.
“He pays us more.” One of them said, but in that fraction or broken attention, Aulocos swung his hands down quickly, unsheathing his blades as they sliced his guards’ hands from their arms, the blood spurting out freely as it joyously escaped from their vessels. Stabbing hard into their stomachs, twisted his hands slowly out to ensure their complete deaths, Aulocos looked down sadly at the groaning and yelling traitorous bodyguards as they writhed in pain, drowning in a puddle of their own blood as they also began to suffer from loss of blood. Their red, dark and warm liquid dripping slowly on his silky uniform, his clean and polished blade showing the nicks of blood dripping softly off of his blades, walking away, a strong thumping in his heart – his body was once more suffering from the horrid pains of the disease.
Grabbing his chest softly in pain, Aulocos grimaced behind his mask, but immediately hid his pain when he saw what he thought at first was an hallucination. But reality was only so cruel – standing in the blue moonlight, hands perched on his waist, a draping red and cut robe covering his body as he looked at Aulocos from afar, a stone mask hiding the emotionless demeanour, was Gelectriax. His markings were undeniable, his fingers crackling with the same eerie and mocking gear-like noise, a screech in the night. Tension was high, fire along their veins burning with a sudden loathe for each other.
“Gelectriax.” Aulocos whispered, to the nodding of his foe, who stood beautifully in the symbolic moonlight, the fountains of water flowing and beautifully glistening amongst fountains of blood.
“Aulocos. You have grown.” Gelectriax said. “But you are infected as well. Don’t worry, you’re not alone.” Gelectriax said, to Aulocos’ surprise.
“What have you with her? Where is Alledrias?” Aulocos asked, his voice wavering as he shook in pain.
“Save your weary nonsense. I will not stand your pathetic threats. I have come here for only one purpose.” Gelectriax replied seriously, a perfect, golden sword unsheathed into the moonlight, “Your death. Leprosy will not be your end, I’m afraid.” Gelectriax murmured.
“Then we will have it done here.” Aulocos said, drawing out his own sword dangling on his waist, a long steel sword, encrusted in blood and jewels, stained and nicked with a tallow of death and destruction upon its weary years. Raised to the head of the blue robed, and slightly armoured man, his porcelain mask an eerie white, Aulocos nodded honourably, as Gelectriax did the same.
“Die, Leper.” Gelectriax said cruelly, sticking his hand into the ground, a jolt of lightning bursting him forth towards Aulocos, swinging down gracefully, as Aulocos blocked quickly, twisting and ramming into Gelectriax, but the sneaky fighter merely grabbed his head, and squeezed it slightly, a soft red flesh falling from the eye sockets of Aulocos’ mask, a soft squishing sound the only noise from the ringing of the blades clashing amongst each other.
Groaning in pain, Aulocos swung to the side, and then quickly jumped up and kicked Gelectriax in the face, sending the attacker back a few feet, but the red robed fighter launched a counter attack consisting of a jolt of lightning, but the quick thinking of Aulocos’ hands flung a rock with a leverage on his blade, protecting him against most of the electricity shot from Gelectriax’s fingers, yet a small sliver of electricity jolted through his soft flesh, his body aching in paralysing pain. Coughing violently, a slab of blood exploding from his mouth, spraying everywhere, Gelectriax lunged in for the kill, but Aulocos steadied himself and blocked his attack, locking Gelectriax’s own sword against him in a brilliant and complicated manoeuvre.
“Where is she?!?” Aulocos asked angrily as his voice roused to a violent wreckage.
“Be careful!” Gelectriax said, cackling as he slowly moved his stuck blade closer, his sword picking off a dangling slice of red, fresh and raw pulsing flesh sticking out of mask’s eye socket, as Aulocos yelled in pain, unlocking both the swords, Gelectriax swinging forth.
Lunging his sword up, Aulocos attacked violently, but Gelectriax bent down quickly and backhanded his enemy’s face, sending the leper far back, ready to swing his sword down and strike the enemy in two. Standing up quickly, pushing his sword against him with force, Aulocos slashed at Gelectriax but was swiftly blocked and smashed briskly across his face with another backhand from his creeping, metallic fingers. Cackling loudly into the pinch of night, his voice echoing like a cold shiver down a warm spine on a frosty winter morning, icy wind banging aboard the windows as the fire flickered under snowy drifts.
Aulocos tried in vain to get up, but every movement was cruelly taken down once more by Gelectriax, before a swift lunge to Gelectriax’s stomach caused a certain surprise, the cackling demon quickly dodging and blocking simultaneously to avoid a possible error in his maniacal attack.
“You-you’re not going to-to have-have her-her on your-your side…” Aulocos said, rising imperiously, blood billowing from the frothing bottom of his mask, a coarse coughing noise heard through the deafened mask, the fingers and hands shaking, flesh falling from his mask, before crumbling down into a rioting fury.
“Your time is up, Aulocos.” Gelectriax said, before disappearing, leaving Aulocos left behind, the leper forced to suffer as he vomited blood through his mask, most of it back into his system. Pain was a cruel mistress.

“Wait.” Aulocos said, holding onto his blade, lifting himself up, his arms and fingers shaking in a weary sorrow some manner, blood pouring from his eyes, acidic blood from his stomach pouring out from the bottom of his mask, as he shook violently, as if trying to regain his balance, he chin shaking behind the mask, his flesh torn asunder. “You-you’re not getting a-away…” He tried to get up, but his body failed himself, trying to get up to fight the leaving Gelectriax.
“Do-do not desert-desert this f-fight.” He said, shivering, but Gelectriax already gone, a torrent of blood already issued like a waterfall from his frolicking mouth. Amidst his shaking and delirious fervours and fevers, a car pulled up immediately, maroon and sleek, large and cumbersome, as a group of specialised paramedics emerged taking the bloody and dying Aulocos on the shaking vehicle, dragging through the deep desert, a tall man standing by his side. His distinctive scar, his bearded face and his cruel eyes gave him his identity – Elnias of Aulocos.
“Do not worry, sir.” He said, taking off Aulocos’ metal gauntlet, showing a raw, rotting and eaten purple hand, and he softly turned the hand over, showing a slightly twitching muscle, in tandem and patterns along his hand. “He’s still alive. Get him some blood now, and put this man back together!” Elnias commanded.

"He never tells me. He doesn't tell anybody. He always invites people." Denise said, clueless.
From the building above the Alcoholics anonymous, Aulocos sat there, kept connected to a series of life supporting wires and blood transfusions, his breathing laboured slightly, but he was in deep thought, looking at the cameras that had a view on Denise and Remy.

Aulocos was in deep thought. "Elnias." Aulocos said, a new, but identical porcelain mask on his face, his traditional garments of silk and steel, his guantlet covered hand stroking delicately and softly his chin in thought.
Soon his servant came to him, bowing lowly. "Yes, sir?" He asked.
"Give the man with my niece an invitation. He could be helpful." Aulocos said, as the man nodded.
To the table, a small pair of glass bottles full of a clear liquid inside was given to Denise and Remy. In surprise, Denise accepted hers, and Remy's bottle was placed on the table. As the waiter took his bottle off the paper it held, the paper held a familiar insignia - the Jack of Spades.

Denise looked over, but had a thinking look on her face. "Hmm. Are you sure?" She asked.
Another waiter came along, holding an identical bottle, and placed it down on the table, before lifting it up to reveal another message.

As he got up, the last message was in his hand. The heads towards the restroom before heading upstairs to the fourth floor. Remy does not like surprise, so he jacked a round in his pistol before holstering it at his back again.
"This man is arming himself." Aulocos said. "Strip him of his weapons when he comes in. I don't want him shooting this place up." Aulocos said, getting up to walk, a slight cough coming towards him.
"I'm coming, I'm coming." Viraranaar said, walking down the stairs, opening the door. "You're glad Ashili's asleep. She would through a fit that could shatter bones." He said in a light tone.

Remy heard heartbeats as he walked on the fourth floor. Maybe I’m a little jumpy right now. he said to himself. Got to show myself as not threat. He took the clip from his pistol and sent the round in the camber flying out before catching in mid-air. He placed all three things on the ground in front of him.
He took a couple of steps back and said “I’m unarmed.”
A hand on his shoulder dragged him forwards to the door at the end, pulling out a small black taser-like object, scanning around Remy's body, before a yellow light turned on. "Okay, you're cleared." Elnias said, opening the door, revealing to a large and lavish chamber, like a massive and exotic living room, with an opened door to a balcony overlooking the southern parts of the city.
"You may go in." Elnias said.

"Perhaps I am more glad than you know," Ali said stepping inside the door as Viraranaar closed it behind him. "I need to talk to you about something..." he said as he motion for a more comfortable place to talk.
"I ran into a man named Aulocos... he had a few words to say..." Ali began as they recanted everything he had told him earlier in the casino.
Aulocos sighed heavily, his breathing laboured, his fingers barely moving, his red bloodshot eyes darting around behind his porcelain mask, his armour and robes covering every single inch of skin he had save his eyes. "Denise didn't tell you, did she? What I was? That I was a leper?" He asked, his piercing and calculating eyes on Remy. He was in no condition to do anything but talk and move slowly, as his battle against Gelectriax had drained too much of his blood and flesh, and he was in no condition to do anything drastic in the meantime.
Meanwhile, Denise was relatively bored, and went to the bar for a drink. "Give me whatever you have, Krask." She said, as the bartender nodded.
Viraranaar had a look of skepticism on his face. "You're not being very clear." He said. "Repeat it."

“No, she did not say anything about that to me.” said Remy. “But I can tell something is wrong with you, sir. I can smell in your blood.”
"Yes, you can smell it." He rasped, his chest rising and falling gracefully. "I can feel the fire in my blood, my skin burning away. The Territurari bloodline - how magnificent. It's true blood dies with me. Me and my poisoned blood. Denise's father, a tradgedy of a great hero turned into a bitter villain. And me, the lonely uncle who becomes a leper. She's all that's left, but she promised to never bear a child of her own. What dear woe." He reaped labourously, shaking slightly as if he was cold.
"I have a...proposition." He said.

Remy listened to his words. Taking in all of his words. “I’m listening, sir. What do you have in mind?” he asked.
Ali sighed, but granted Vira the fact that he had been speaking quite fast and unorderly since he arrived.
"Okay..." he said slowing himself and calming his speech. "I was at a casino after you dropped me off and I had a funny feeling that I was trying to be contacted by someone. Sure enough I was right and that someone happened to be Aulocos. He interrogated me slightly, mostly about Denise, but then he called for his friend Elnias and he told me somethings. Besides a little advice with Denise he told me that you are the Ace of Hearts. He said that Aulocos fears that Gelectriax has placed the Jack of Spades into Saerus Annirak for a reason - to kill you. He wants me to bring him your diaries..."
"Oh, really? And did Aulocos ever tell you what is in my diaries?" Viraranaar asked Ali back.
"I will keep my deal short. Bring me the diary of Viraranaar Ka-Kataask." He said carefully, breathing slowly. "I will tip the tables of Denise in your favour greatly." He said.

Remy smiled. “They’re are yours then.” he said with almost a cocky tone in his voice. He got up looked into Aulocos’ bloodshot eyes. “I will drop them off here after I get them.” With that he bowed his head to him and got his pistol from Elnias. He stopped at the doorway, “Good evening sir.” he said before heading back downstairs.
"Good." Aulocos said, breathing sorely. As Elnias went back to attending to his boss's treatments.
"Oh, really? And did Aulocos ever tell you what is in my diaries?" Viraranaar asked Ali back.
"Nope..." Ali said.
"I was a little suspicious of him and all... so I thought I would leave the other side of the story for you to tell."

Remy made in back to the ground level and looked at the table Denise and him were sitting in. Oh, she is not there. he said to himself. He looked around until he saw her at the bar. He walked over to her and whispered in her ear. “Sorry for taking long. Edward called me and told me to head back to the castle.” he said. “Something about them needing me for something. You want to take you home?”
"Sure, okay." Denise said, leaving her drink on the table. "Tab, okay?" She told the bartender, and followed Remy out.
"My diary is a cookbook of chaos. He didn't tell you what's inside? I didn't think so. I have a whole series of lists from the old Ascherans on how to use the Krykolth treatment. It'll pacify leprosy, but also whenever they talk close to someone or touch someone when they do so they become what he was. He could kill hundreds and thousands with his mere presence. A single touch of his skin, or even being close enough to him can kill people and turn them into melting demons." Viraranaar said.

Remy walked her to the car and opened the door for her. He heads to the driver seat and hopped in. “Sorry for cutting the date short.” he said as he started the car. He backs out and heads towards Denise’s house.
"It's no problem." Denise said. "I'm used to this now."
"Sure, okay." Denise said, leaving her drink on the table. "Tab, okay?" She told the bartender, and followed Remy out.

"Well we certainly can't let him have that..." Ali mused. "No doubt he has something planned for it... and forgetting it. I doubt he would leave such a task solely on the shoulders of an unknown stranger such as I."

"It's no problem." Denise said. "I'm used to this now."
“Well, maybe the next date will be longer.” said Remy as they head towards her mansion.
"Perhaps he hoped the stranger would be blind enough to follow his orders directly, instead of recruiting someone who possibly knew him and could figure out his intentions." Viraranaar said.
"Okay." Denise said, opening the door when it stopped, and got out. "Thanks." She said sweetly, before closing it.

Before she got out, Remy hands her piece of paper with his main cell-phone number on it. “Call me, if you need anything.” he said. She shuts the door then he speeds off towards Ashili’s castle, the last known location of Lord Vira.
"Alright." Denise said, getting inside her house.

"Okay." Denise said, opening the door when it stopped, and got out. "Thanks." She said sweetly, before closing it.
"A likely thought..." Ali replied, "though not very well thought out on his behalf. Anyway; we should probably do something about this."

After a long drive, Remy pulled the car in the garage. He parked the car in its space and killed the engine. After putting the keys in the safe, he heads to look for Vira. Wondering what is in Vira’s dairy.
"Well, it seems like we have company." Viraranaar said, as Remy's car pulled in. "Come, Ali. Let's see what he wants."

Remy turned the corner then saw Ali and Vira. “The man I want to see and the man I don’t want to see.” he said out loud. He showed his fangs at Ali. “Oh, Viraranaar, thanks for telling about Snake-Eyes. Damn good place to eat.” he said to Vira.
