OOC: My things pretty fast seeing as it jumps from building top to building top. Seeing as I misread your last post, you can kinda ignore my ambush plan (doesnt work if you are not driving). I might do a battle of my beast v Tyrant. That would be awesome.

IC:
The beast watched the two men, as they turned their attention on the Tyrant.
Now
Using the wall behind it, the beast pushed off the wall throwing itself at the two men firing at the Tyrant. Aiming at Mick.

Mathew's first objective was to find more ammo for the M-16, his next one was to get to the medical bay. He crouched down next to a dead national guard’s man, and pulled two clips of M-16 ammo out of the person’s belt.

OOC: Mate, we are driving, just fight the Tyrant. So yeah, and we left the gun shop a while ago and zombies can't jump.... :P


IC: The HUMVEE rounded another corner and nimbly dodged the Tyrant they were withing 4 miles of the airport. They had formulated a plan and had hoped that their message had gotten out on the CB radios...

OOC: My things not I repeat NOT a zombie.
It is more like a hunter or those things in Resident evil 2 the film (the fast agile strong things). Please stop treating it like a zombie!

IC:
The beast leapt but it was too late. The men were accelerating away. Roaring in frustration the beast slammed its (?fists?) on the floor. Turning it saw the Tyrant. There was a moment when the beasts just stared at each other. And then Richard leapt.

ooc: Breitenburg, are you talking about the national gaurd base?

struggling to sit up Amy takes off her jacket it as a pillow.

she lies back as she drops off to sleep.

Kevin grabbed the microphone and yelled into it:

"ATTENTION ALL CITIZENS OF HARTFORD! THIS IS CPL.KEVIN SMITH OF THE HARTFORD NATIONAL GUARD. THE CITY IS UNDER SIEGE BY ZOMBIES. THEY ARE VERY DANGEROUS AND CAN TURN HUMANS INTO ZOMBIES WITH JUST A BITE. SO, IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE WHO HAS BEEN BITTEN, A SHOT TO THE HEAD, DESTROYING THE BRAIN WILL KILL THEM. DO NOT HESITATE TO KILL THEM, THEY ARE NO LONGER YOUR FREINDS/FAMILY. THEY ARE ZOMBIES, THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION AND WILL SHOW YOU NONE, ALL THEY WANT IS HUMAN FLESH. THEY ARE JUST THE EXTERIOR OF YOUR FORMER FRIENDS AND FAMILY. NOW PLEASE, GATHER ALL OF YOUR SUPPLIES, WEAPONS, AND FOOD AND PILE IT INTO YOUR STRONGEST VEICHLE AND MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE HARTFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. WE ARE EVACUATING THE CITY. PLEASE, TAKE ONLY WHAT YOU NEED! WE WILL LEAVE AT 10 PM. ANYONE LEFT BEHIND IS ZOMBIE FOOD. THAT GIVES YOU 3 HOURS. THANK YOU."

A squadron of F-22 Raptors zoomed over the city of Hartford, taking note of the various vehicles that were still running. It was their job to make sure none of these people made it out of Hartford. The F-22's zoomed over Hartford's airport, and began bombing anything that could fly. Planes, helicopters, everything was destroyerd. The Raptors made several passes, making sure that every single building in the area was destroyed.

When they were finished, they made their way back to command, leaving the destroyed air port behind. Debris now covered the run way, making it impossible to use to escape, which was also impossible because every single aircraft had been destroyed.

"Shit" said Kevin, they bombed our only way out... Tell them to stay in their homes and hope for the best, we are screwed with no other way out, but perhaps, we can call in airstrikes... Lets head back to the National Guard Base and see if we cant pick up some more people on the way..."

OOC: you mean those fucking red things, man they gave me the shits, alwats decapitating me in Resident evil 3 as the mercs
IC: mick took the Radio, and switched it on to fthe frequency 105.7
"This is Former SaS major Mick Porter, i need anyone who is near to get to Hartfod in the usa, the airport, and bring guns, comon guys, please, do it for me" Mick said, before turning to the others
"my old squad, all of them have a radio constantly turned to this frequenct, well, the five in america do, and last i heard they were all next door to an airpoirt"
he said switching it back to the previous channel
"this is Major Miachael porter of the Australian SaS, if you do not shoot the zombies, I will if i see them, Survivors have priority, sentimentality should die" Mick said coldly suddenly missing his wife, who was eaten by a zombie, almost right before his eyes

"Save your energy, Mick," Woden said. "We'll kill what we have to kill to survive--nothing more, nothing less. Anything else is a waste of precious ammunition." He surveyed the wreckage. "If they're going to these lengths, that means they probably did the same to all roads leading out of town. We can deal with that, because our Hummer has limited off-road capability. We'd just have to avoid those damn jets. We can also abandon it if need be. What really worries me is that huge thing that tried to attack us at the gun shop. It didn't seem too bothered by our fire. If we run into it again...can we kill it? Can we even slow it down?"

IC:
Richard pushed the Tyrant to the floor, using its weight to pin the beast down. Raising his claws above him, Richard brought them down heavily on the Tyrants head, using his heavy claws to cut the flesh open. The stunned Tyrant battle viciously against Richard, attempting to dislodge him with sweeps from his claws but Richard desperately stayed ontop, ignoring the solid thumps it was recieving. It seemed the beast once known as Richard had gained superiority over its opponent by acting first.

Suddenly the beast felt a terrible pain burning pain as the Tyrant used its lengthy claws to slash off one of the beasts arms. Roaring in pain, the beast staggered off the Tyrant, stumbling backwards. Immediatly the Tyrant sprinted at Richard, and blinded by pain Richard had little time to react. A claw slammed into Richards chest, tearing a great chunk of flesh out of the beast, another claw impaled the beast and suddenly Richard was held by one claw impaled into where its stomach maybe as the other Claw used by the Tyrant took slash after slash upon Richard. All Richard could do was scream with pain, as its merciless opponent ruthlessly teared him apart piece by piece.

As pain swallowed the beasts mind memories of its human life sprung to its mind: His brother Tim, his mother and father, Jack, Tyler all the other comrades he spent time with in the whole zombie situation. Richard felt betrayed, abandonned, but also he felt the Rage.

The Tyrant drew its arm back, prepared to give one last swing that would decaputate Richard, and slammed it forwards. To be intercepted by Richards one remaining arm. Suddenly the two monsters were staring each other in the eye, as the two arms combatted for superiority. Despite its wounds, Richard still had the rage. And finally began to push the Tyrant back further and further till finally Richard threw the Tyrant off him, hurling it to a nearby wall. Grabbing a street sign with its one remaining claw, the beast teared it from the concrete road and charged forward, almost looking like a medieval knight in a jousting tournament. Richard rammed the pole into the Tyrants skull and finally, it was dead.

Staggering the beast began pursuit of its enemy. Already it could feel its flesh growing a new arm and covering its wounds. Soon the beast would catch up with the enemy, and destroy them......

OOC: bastonian are you going to post or not. If you arent im going to have my character go off by herself.

Alexis watched frank, she sat quietly on the floor in the corner of the room, she listened to the constant pounding at the door by the zombies. Devising a plan, she stood up.
" I cant wait here any longer, I have to get out of here, If you want to come with me you can, im going to head to the national guard base where they were telling people to go earlier" she said readying her gun and preparing to run out of the room.

"If you are going to come with me you better follow close behind, if you aren't then you better close the door quick" she said.

taking the red fire extinguisher off the wall of the room. The small metal door of the room, suprisingly held against beating of the zombies. She took the fire ax off the wall and smashed the small glass window of the door. The zombies temporarly backed off.Taking the fire extinguisher, she threw it through the opening and aiming her pistol at the tank, she fired a shot. The tank exploded sending shard of metal through the crowded hall. The metal door stopped the shrapnel from hurting alexis. She slammed the door open, shooting the zombies that did not get affected. Already the zombies began to close in arround her. She began to fire into the crowd, creating a gap in the blood thursty mob. The gap was big enough for two people to run through. Alexis ran as fast as she could, down the hall. She burst out the doors of the hospital, racing to the car, she climbed into the drivers seat. Closing the door she began to go.

The HUMVEE cruised down the shattered street. Mick was in the turret, and Nick was riding shotgun. Kevin had placed his BAR right next to his seat and cocked his M9 and TMP. They had only a couple of miles to go to get back to the National Guard Base. The HUMVEE had just rounded a corner and then they saw it, a huge horde or Zombies. Kevin turned around but the street was too narrow due to the cars and dead zombies laying on the ground. Kevin looked straight forward, pulled out his TMP and aimed it out of the window. He revved the engine, and then let it go. The HUMVEE raced down the street at 70 MPH, they hit the Zombie horde straight on. Zombie ligaments flew everywhere, Kevin fired his TMP like there was no tomorrow, and so did the others. They tore through the rioters lines and broke free from their chains. Kevin drove for another 8 miles before stopping to examine the HUMVEE for damage. There was a Zombie arm attached to the undercarriage. Kevin shot it off with his TMP and then inspected the rest of it. It seemed alright, put their biggest problem was that there were more survivors, 1 HUMVEE and a limited fuel tank, which was 1/4 full. Kevin thought that he could get another 20 miles out of it. He turned around and inspected the city. He reached inside and put out a broadcast stating that any survivors in the near west city limits were to provide them with the street name,number of house and how many survivors there were. Kevin then reloaded his weapon and cracked open another Coke from the rear of the trunk...

"We've got a total of eleven people...our vehicle might hold as many as eight, if they pile on top of each other...and we're almost out of gas," Woden mused. "We need to start thinking of alternative transportation, or at least fuel. We need to get to a gas station with a diesel pump. Power's still on, so they should work. After that..." he paused. "I'm guessing the main roads are out, so we need off-road capability. Kevin, you said most of the survivors are able-bodied; if we can't find a four-by-four or some dirt bikes, a few of them are going to have to walk."

"no, we find gas, dont ditch this for anything but a Military Transport, and besides" Mick said Reaching in
"i just installed my Stereo" he finished, as "Poison" by alice cooper played from the Speakers
mick grinned
"and besides all that, this thing is just so hardcore" he laughed

The beast loped through the streets. Feeling its strength returning, the beast scrambeled up a wall and too his first leap to a building, made easier by the regrowth of the beasts left arm.

It jumped to the next roof top. And then another. And then another. Soon it was travelling very fast

*Mick begins to Sing top the music, very well*

"youer lips are venomous poiiison!!!!" before changing the song to "here to stay" by KoRn

"We've got eleven people," Woden said over the music. "We still need to get a ride for them."

"you know that call i made, there should be a Bushmaster Vehicle being dropped, full compliment of ammo fotr its guins, and 40 litres of spare fuel aside from the full tank, but it can only carry 6-7 people, three in the bacl, four if their small, two in the front, and one gunner" mick said confidantly, just then the sound of rotors could be heard, as an Chinook hovered over the trio, five men Siplined down, before the chopper flew off
"what no Bushmaster!?" mick exclaimed
"no sir, the Government has felt that pissing off the american government is not wise, they dont want any of you getting out alive, so we are here of our own volition Sir!" Sergeant Nicholas Fuller said.

"Alright," Woden said. "At least we have numbers now. But there are some wounded back at the base, and they can't walk. We need to get the Hummer refueled--wait." He listened intently. "Something's coming."

"Get in" said Kevin throwing open the doors as he slowed down the veichle.

OOC: Why didnt they just fly you off? Why just drop off reinforcements? That doesnt make sense.

one call from mick, and the chopper somes back, picks up all survivors at the nick of time, and gets them out. happy ending format.

ooc: a) How easy do you think it would be to get a helicopter into the airspace which has been locked down without the military shooting it down? b) Just because you want to keep RPing doesn't mean that you make the story nonsensical. They are looking for a way out... if a helicopter comes, they would jump on.

It soon became clear to Alexis that frank would not be coming. She waited another minute, then decided to leave. She hoped that he didn't get attacked.
She decided that she was out in the open, and game for anything that was outside,She was a sitting duck. She climbed into the drivers seat and placed the gun on the seat beside her. She started the car and began to leave. She was going fast, trying to get as far away from the hospital as she could. She rounded the corner, Nearly missing a damaged car. Loosing control of the car, it spun out of control. Slamming into the nearby building the car bounced back onto the road. The car continued,sliding sideways, the car suddenly flipped over. The car slid some more, coming to rest on its roof. Alexis was knocked out, she slowly gained conciseness. She still was dazed and fell unconciseness again.

OOC: Bastonian if you still want to be with my character, you can find her. Otherwise, I dont want anyone to find her right away. I have a plan for what I am going to do.

Not possible. You think that the Airforce si gonna let an Australian Helicopter come in,under their airspace and drop off like 5 guys with ammo and supplies?!!? We don't even have room for them in a HUMVEE! It seats like 5-6, not 7-8. :P

but a chinook can lift a tank, meh oh well, no npcs, no bushmaster then, i dont really care to much, at least my guy's still alive.

Roy returned to the sewers. He found a concealed spot and waited. Hopefully, the sterilization wouldn't reach him here. He radioed Wesker about his progress. Wesker said he might be able to send support. Hopefully he could. Hopefully.

OOC: Alright, I'm going to assume the thing with the helicopter never happened then.

IC:
"Listen," Woden said quietly. A soft, clicking sound was audible, as of nails on a hard surface. He couldn't see the source, but it was close. Woden raised his gun.

A Doberman stepped out from behind a ruined car. "Just a dog," Woden said, breathing a relieved sigh. "After that giant SOB that chased us away from the gun shop, I didn't know what to expect--"

The dog turned toward him. It was missing half its face. "Jesus--" The creature snarled and charged toward him. Startled, Woden fired a few un-aimed bursts, hoping to hit the creature before it sank its dripping fangs in him or anyone else.

mick plunged his Bayonet into the dog's neck, almost ripping it clean offf, almost.

As Amy feverishly half-sleeps the infection keeps working.

She mumbles in her semi concious state "i don't wanna be one off those things" before she weakly turns over onto her side trying to sit up.

The beast watched the dog confrontation. Creeping down the buildings wall, it prepared one savage leap that would kill a man instanteously....

Gabe put a new towel on Amy's forehead, "Matthew, find the medicine quickly!"

Kevin also heard the noise, "Get in!" he said as he revved the engine.

mick turned firing into the shadows as he leapot for the hummer

"BRING IT ON YOU COME TO YOUR DEATH BEASTS! MONSTERS! I CARE NOT ALL SHALT DIE!" he roared angrily, pooping out of the turret

The dog wasn't quite decapitated, but the muscles and ligaments it its neck were more or less severed. It stumbled forward, its head dragging on the ground pathetically, until Woden gave it a sharp kick and snapped its spine.

Woden looked around for any more. "Let's get moving before more show up," he said. "How are the fuel stores at the base? If they're intact, that saves us a trip."

He didn't notice the...thing...watching as he stepped into the Humvee...

Mike heard Gabe start to yell about getting medicine. He ran to the room and found a med kit and came back. "Here is all I could find."

Mike took his Remington 800 and put it in his guns. He noticed how Amy mumbled something.

"What is she talking about when she says one of those things?"

Amy flops back down again looking very pale, tired and afraid.

she curls up into a foetal position as she relives the memory of seeing her mother being killed and rising as a zombie.

Kevin picked p his TMP, and looked behind him, he coudln't see it, yet he knew it was there.

Diving threw the air, the beast threw itself at Kevin, claws extended roaring loudly......

"Heads up!" Woden shouted. He jumped out the Humvee's open door, flipping his rifle to full automatic, and fired a long burst at the creature's chest. "Stay mobile!"

Ignoring Mike, he began to dig through the kit and pulled out anything that fought infections and began pouring it on the infected area, I hope this works, Gabe thought.

Knowing that he would disturb Gabe he went outside. His red bandada was soaked with sweat. The national guard base seem quiet now.

Roy made his way to the national guard base like Wesker suggested. He went in and looked around. Nothing. He looked for more weapons. Then he saw someone. He walked up to him. "Hey. Whatsup?"

OOC: Jack died.

Mike noticed a guy coming up. He holstered his Remington 800 and looked at the guy.

"Who are you!"

IC- "Hey, I'm Roy. Who are you?"

"I'm Mike Vronsky. What the hell are you doing around here? There's suppose to be some kind of creature around here." Mike said clamly.

"I was at work when the accident happened. I met some people and we got seperated. I went in to the sewer, thinking it would be safe, and came up here. As for a creature I haven't seen anything worse than a zombie."

"Well there is three other people besides me in that building." Mike pointed toward the building.

"Oh. You guys have any plans to get out of here? Also any weapons around here?"

"Not really. I just got here. Also I think we just have a M-16 and a Remington 800." Mike didn't tell Roy about the M9.

"I have a shotgun. Do you have anymore M-16's?"

"Nope. I didn't see any." Mike went over to look in the armoury.

Roy followed him. "So why aren't you over there with the others you talked about?"

"Well Amy was really sick in there and I didn't want to disturb Mr. Gabe." Mike went into the Armoury. The place had no guns and a couple of stray magizines. Mike looked around to find a lone white phosphorus grenade. Also he found a radio. He took both and put the grenade on his belt.

"Maybe I should go over there. I'm a doctor, and I could help her out." Roy thought over the situation. He would have to give her an antidote. He needed to gain trust, and he needed to get out of the city. He would have to help them.

Mike lead Roy toward Amy and Gabe.

"Alright, I assume she was bit by a zombie?"

"I don't know, but she is really messed up." Mike opened the door to see Amy on the floor.

"Alright, I think I no what to do, but I'll have to wait until she gets up."

Kevin jumped back into the HUMVEE firing off his TMP at the creature's head and mouth. He heard the bullets make contact and enter the dlesh, but it didn't slow down. Kevin emptied his TMP, then grabbed his BAR, he knew that this would have to atleast slow it down. Kevin gave the Wheel to Nick and bashed open the rear window. He fired off the 20 rounds, all aimed at the creature's head and chest.

Amy manages to sleep for another little while and then grogilly wakes up still very pale, feverish and sweat soaked.

she uncoils from her ball and unable to focus on anybody just looks up at the ceiling.

her bloodied left foot is testament to the wound which caused all this.

The bullets smashed into the beast, making it hold its ground for a second. Spotting a nearby street sign, the beast reached for it and smashed its end to form a sharp end. The beast then hurled the sign as hard as it could into the entrance of the HUMVEE....

"Shit!" Woden shouted. He jerked the wheel hard to the left. The projectile smashed through one of the rear windows at an angle, pointing forward. Its sharp end lanced inches away from Woden's ear.

This would not do. Woden couldn't have that thing chasing them back to the base. He turned the Hummer around. "Brace for impact!"

mick fired his rifle at the beast, sword drawn, roaring like a madman
