Actually if you invade anyone but Doomingsland you will be crushed by a alliance, the Woodstock Pact, which makes up all of your surrounding neighbors(Except doomie, and Czardas, but he's my ally), and Doom could probably handle you by himself.

Hey, if nobody claims that piece of territory north of Xirxium and south of me can I post a role play conquering it [don't worry, it'll be good]? I've been waiting for someone to take it, because it puts me right next to a foe.

I'm still a bit confused as to how the claims system works (especially the limit on "spots" and how it corresponds to the numbering system), but I'll put in a claim. If it's not already taken (which I don't think it is), then I'd like to take the entire island due south of India (between Czardas' island and TSS' island). If that goes over the "five spots" rule, then I would like #1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on that same island. I'll get back to you on the province name.

Something latin would be appropiately nation-neutral, I think.

I nominate the term Mundi Pax, or "World of Peace" of Terra Pax "Land of Peace". Pretty, if not realistic, but newfound lands often carry names of optimism. If I didn't write the latin right, someone correct me, I don't know anything about it. What do you think?

Actually, between TSS and me, you're perfectly safe. TSS is an ally of yours, and I'm not exactly in for wars of aggression.

Ill just stick with a massive array of ICBM and IRBM silos with a huge naval and air base then. Maybe il throw in a few thousand soldiers with Consul I MBTs and Trajans for good measure.

I figure it this way: If I'm going up against a FT nation, I'm playing in the time period where TIOS is a Future-Tech nation. If It's modern tech, I'm playing a modern TIOS. Future tech nations don't exist in my MT timeline, and MT doesn't exist in my FT timeline.
