Admiral Jonathan Nathaniels stood on the bridge of the Intrepid, surveying the large task force placed under his command. He tunred on his heels, and ordered for Operation Fatal Blow to be put into effect. 3 Wings from both Dark Fin carriers launched, loaded with AtG Missiles and bombs. Precision strikes would take place all over the enemy side of VSI. Meanwhile, each destroyer and battleship launched troop carriers and landing craft filled with troops, armor, and supplies. Half of them headed for the allied side of the island, while the rest, filled with combat personnel and equipment, went towards the other half of the island, just behind the frontlines. It would be a hard campaign. On the bridge of the 2nd NTF's Flagship, Admiral Nathaniels began requesting aid over the ADC com channels, asking for reinforcements and supplies from Velkya, Brydog, FishCaks, and other ADC Nations...

I fired those missiles five psots ago, you simply havent checked the thread during the peacetalks, wchih you ought to have done to make sure you catched up. I didnt kill adivison i never said i killed a divison, i killed the enemy at 4 road crossings, no more than five hundred men and pushed on further into the city, i hit a main barracks building, there may eb more but form my point of view that is the only one there is, i cant see the rest, and even if it isnt the only barracks losing one is still a shock and this hand the impetus to teh prisoners, hte guards armed with guns with 40 roudn clips cant possibl ykill all the prisoners.

OOC- Not to mention his massive grammer and spelling issues, please use a spell check. Anyhow, phaenix(am i right?) Still has 125 SAM's flying at his planes, and needs to rp the defensive menuvers.

You simply need to bring the post I missed to my attention, RPing what happens without me responding is a Godmod, in any way you look at it. You don't know how I guard concentration camps, but they normally have a thick concrete wall surrounding them, surrounded by minefields and equipped with towers to attack people.

IC:

Island City

The airfield was now finished, runways stood atop what was once much of Island city, flattened and paved over by Parthian forces who secured the area. Aircraft ferried to the Island now took up positions in the hangers, 550 F-78s amongst them. MIM-220 missile batteries scatted throught the airfield went active, preparing to intercept any enemy planes.

75 F-78s took off from the airfield, then moved out towards the incoming SkyCapt forces. As they were near enough, they each launched a pair of HAMRAAM missiles, which flew off the rails and accelerated, guided to the targets by millimetric wave radar and maneuvered with 3-D thrust vectoring.
Meanwhile, the MIM-220s launched a barrage of 20 SAMs towards the incoming planes, hoping to kill a few of their own.

Outside of Island City: Corps III

Ten Infantry and two armored divisions pushed into the interior of the Island, preparing to move around the lines the Sky Capt forces were creating around Island city. They would strike them in the flank, hopefully steamrolling them and hitting them in the rear.

As the corps wheeled around, the artillery began a rolling barage, each shell flew into the air, then landed in front of the path of the troops, designed to coordinate with their advance, so explosions would rip through the area right before the Parthians made it to that area.

In the skies above, F-78s and A-12s, escorted by F-78s moved into the area, each one unloading cluster bombs and napalm before the A-12s strafed the area with 30mm ETC guns, each explosive shell tipped with DU and capable of ripping through tanks or bunkers.

Meanwhile, M-29s and DM-38 IFVs moved into the area, the M-29s' target finders active while Infantry moved between the advancing vehicles. Infantry prepped their weapons for a showdown, where Parthian forces would roll the Sky Capt forces up.

The Parthians, isnt there a cease fire ? We dont want to give Borman Empire a heart attack and get me suspended from UNA, do we ?

OOC: I didn't think there had been a cease fire, I thought there was just peace talks, especially since Spinzania attempted to attack me during these talks.

OOC: Yeah Spizania, seriously. It's painful to read your posts, not meaning to insult. Write it in word or word perfect first, it'll fix errors and stuff and make it look alot better.

Official Imperial Statment:

We urge all parties to cease hostilities and agree to a cease-fire during the time of the peace talks. We also urge any and all parties not currently taking place in the peace talks to do so.

F-42's broke off to attack, and 5 pilots were hit instatntly, with 3 bailing out. The remaining 2 crashed into the water below. F-24's screamed in behind them, and began firing upon the F-78's. The troopships below began moving at a faster pace, and the first ones hit the beaches, and 10 Squadrons moved out. Regulars followed, and were trailed by Shadow troopers...

The Parthian planes pulled back, dropping electrical disturbance pods to destroy enemy missiles, before cicling over the beach. They were now in cease fire mode, and would attack only if attacked.

OOC: Theres no troops on the beach, I have one corps inland moving on your lines and two corps moving further inland.

The peace talks were over at that point it was obvious that they going to fall apart.

And anyway i launcehd those missiles before i discovered there was a peace talks thread, so those missiles are going to stop in mid air?

The peace talks were never 'over' at some time. In fact, now they are coming close to a closing, with peace.

*IC to Very Small Island, Attention*
It is my regret to inform you that Spizania has requested that all SkyCapt forces leave VSI, as we are now enemies in the war with Arabanistan. Altough maybe you can talk with him, and negotiate the removal of SKyCapt military assets from VSI.

All morvonian forces have returned to eastren base.

“Shit!!!” the F-22’s and F-15’s pilots thought the same thing as more than a hundred SAM’s appeared on every radar, it was practically a nightmare. Some were performing harsh defensive maneuvers to evade the upcoming missiles, while others started firing chaffs to confuse them. It was chaos up in the sky, as explosions occurred everywhere you look, from confused missiles to destroyed airplanes falling like giant balls of flames. From out of nowhere a couple of dozen missiles flew from behind the Pheanixian formation, confusing even more the pilots already trying to survive the missile barrage. Many had close encounters with this new threat, as they saw the red glare trailing behind the barrage a little too close for them. Everything got worse from that point as about 40 or 50 explosions were going off almost at the same time, some being delayed only by seconds apart. The radio now crackled as a familiar voice for the Pheanixians, “Beta Force this is Carrier Force, the cavalry has arrived”. Now the brave pilots of Beta Force understood, what happened the last explosions they heard didn’t hit any of the pilots, something that happened but they attributed to a couple of SAM’s, and destroyed the remaining enemy missiles before they did anymore damage.

The new batch of planes, numbering in almost 200, fired another barrage this time at Castle with no special target in mind. These missiles didn’t have a target per se but were aimed at the city and its general vicinity to damage some of the supposedly “hardcore” military armament stationed there. Just as soon as the last missiles were dropped the same voice crackled over the radio, signaling the retreat back to friendly bases and the carriers. “Time to retreat boys, peace talks are underway and have almost finished.” said the same familiar voice, groans and moans from adrenaline pump pilots as they vector in the new course and headed home. The aerial battle was a loss to the airforce, as although it demonstrated its pilots were of high caliber too many airplanes were lost to the SAM’s and the High Brass didn’t liked that but for now a good welcoming for the pilots was in order back in the homeland.

The Paratroopers brigades were still dropped within Island City to help out The Parthians however they could, although with orders to not engage enemy forces for the time being. As the peace talks were coming to an end, the PEC Command wanted to make sure they have troops in the ground to guard their newly found possessions and rights. At least until another unit could replace them, one more capable of projection of power to help police and at the same time protect the Pheanixian mines. The Task Forces assign to the theater would remain in place for now, to strength The Parthians position in VSI as well as make sure the Treaty was followed to the letter but as everything they too would be going home soon enough.


OCC: 33 airplanes lost, a mix of Raptors and Eagles

The prime minister was relived that peace was made.

-Patrols of the mountains have led to the capture of 782 terrorist suspects.


-And massive amounts of food and water are being delivered to Eastern VSI until farming can start again after the "agent orange" attacks

How could a nuclear torpedo (!!!) damage a city in the middle of VSI?! Spizania was trying to RP a torpedo attack from McKagan and made one of the torps head to Island City. Never happened. And besides, the torpedo didn't have a warhead.

I was playing along with Makagen attacking castle with a Torpedo!, anyway it didnt work so everythings fine.
